Words by Serge Benhayon…”Be Love”

by Katinka de Lannoy

I met Serge Benhayon for the first time in June 2008 in London. My first impression, without having heard him speak, was one of simplicity and warmth. If I had been honest my true feeling was to never ever leave his side again.

I spent ten days in England that time for a couple of Universal Medicine workshops and courses. An amazing experience which would change the way I saw and understood life. This was mostly something I felt on a deeper level, not something my mind could understand at the time.

The first times I personally spoke to Serge Benhayon we did not have long conversations. Actually, for a long time I was not able to be close to him for more than a few minutes. But that was all okay, for Serge has the ability to say it all in only a few words, two if needed. The few words he said to me were “be love” and “just be all that you are”.

In the years after I never forgot these words. Somehow they were always there in the back of my mind. I can see now that I have been trying very hard to not feel who I truly am. This was before I met Serge, but I also continued to feel that way for quite some time after that event. I did not want to see the simplicity of what he teaches – to just be ourselves.

Today it is not clear what exactly happened that made me stop resisting, but I did.

Today I choose to come back to this precious beautiful being that is me, every time I get distracted.

Today somehow it’s just not possible, or at least too painful, to do or think anything that is not loving and supporting of me.

It all began with the words “Be Love” and I am finally allowing myself to be just that…

  1. Everyday we can find examples of simple words such as “be love” being used, so then why is this instance more powerful than others? It’s the energy that it comes from that makes a difference.

  2. Beautiful Katinka, simple, heartfelt and very inspiring what you have shared. Reading about the many students of Universal Medicine who are returning to be the love they are is simply gorgeous. It’s very beautiful knowing people around the world are freeing themselves from painful and joyless ways of living to ‘be love’ again. And, I’m right there with you all.

  3. ‘Be Love’ This gives powerful meaning to the saying ‘Less is more’.

  4. Be love – it is so simple, and that is everything. We might try our hardest making it complicated, but that is where it comes back to, no matter how long we make our detour to be.

  5. “Be Love” it is really so simple and expanding on the level of Love we can live then becomes a life-times pursuit, of simple living as a reflection of that Love!

  6. Doug reading your comment it feels beautiful to reflect on how much we have all changed because of those simple words “be love”, and the connection we all have now to the true love within ourselves, a lot for us all to appreciate.

  7. Serge Benhayon is the most extraordinary person, he is living the truth of what he speaks, when he offers the words “be love” it’s coming from someone who is living love and that’s why it is so powerful.

  8. Yes, that ability of Serge Benhayon unlocks the potential in people. With just a few words we can do magic.

  9. To be love is simply to be who we truly are, and the difficulties I had with that is I simply overrode what I felt and then I was not love. Making more loving choices has helped me choose my truth, and from there I feel the love that I am.

  10. I think the simplicity of those few words might take some time to really understand and let be in our life. That is how I have related to them anyways. Be love is not about doing anything but an honouring and celebration of what is already within waiting to just be (love).

  11. You’ve answered the unknown of what it was that stopped the resistance. It’s that in fighting it, we exhaust ourselves to the point where we exhaust the want to resist and accept that we are love.

  12. These simple words of wisdom ‘be love’ and ‘be all that you are’ hold volumes of value for us to explore, as they offer us the answer, the way for us as a humanity to live our true potential, our imminent future together in brotherhood. If we all embraced the truth that we are love in essence, and lived in connection to this quality, we then will begin to see what it is to live true freedom, power and the magnificence that we already innately are.

    1. These simple words of wisdom would hold a very strong foundation for all of life if we were to honour them.

  13. To ‘be love’ is the most powerful ingredient that brings so much understanding about life, others and the relationship with ourselves.

    1. So true Anna – when this is the foundation of how we live it is joy that continues to inspire to explore, learn, be and live more and anything less feels like abuse.

  14. What I can feel is how powerful it is when words are spoken with a vibration that matches with the truth represented by the words, and we do not need many words to communicate that truth.

  15. It is all we have to be because it is who we are, where we are from and what we are made of, yet I for one, needed Serge to remind me of what I have always known but not lived, therefore have slowly forgotten and replaced that knowing under a few layers! Unpeeling those layers takes a while but is so worth it because life is simpler being who we are.

  16. I am beginning to get a sense of what ‘Be love’ truly means in my life. For a long time after meeting Serge Benhayon I didn’t get what Serge meant by ‘Be love’ and if I’m honest I am still learning what it means to live from the love that I am. The word love has been so misinterpreted in all areas of our lives but every untruth including the bastardised meaning of this word called out in my life I am saying yes to being the love I am.

  17. Those few words ‘Be love’ and ‘just be all that you are’ are so simple and yet if we could all fully understand what this means and could adhere to it we would have heaven on earth.

    1. Beautifully said kevmchardy for presently in the world we live in, it is definitely not heaven on earth.

  18. ‘Be love’, these 2 simple words have been life changing for so many people worldwide. Thank you to Serge Benhayon for consistently reflecting to us all how to make our movements more loving and true.

  19. Haha it is so easy to be everything else and live in the complication of this yet we struggle with something so simple- ‘be love’.

  20. Katinka, I’m not sure what has happened for me either, I can so relate to what you are saying as I am, after a number of years of fighting it, starting to accept that all I need to do is ‘be love’.

  21. HA! I love your positive reaction to Serge’s words ‘Be Love’. I for one, can say I have felt very disgruntled hearing those words, particularly when I first heard them. Be love? What does that even mean. It used to drive me mad. As I slowly shed layers of hurt and protection, I’m warming to the idea…I mean it makes perfect sense, ‘be all of you’, what else is there to do on this planet if not be all of who we are? It’s perfect, and testing all at the same time.

  22. I love the simplicity yet a power punch of a blog to bring it back to who we truely are – Love. When in the thick of it, “be love” & “just be all that you are” is all the confirmation I need – thank you.

  23. It is through the acceptance of the love, which is natural within ourselves that we know that nothing is capable of getting in the way of us living it the fullness for the good of the all.

  24. “It all began with the words “Be Love” and I am finally allowing myself to be just that…” Perfect in its simplicity and a message for humanity.

  25. I love the sweetness and the simplicity in your writing Katinka and for sharing with us all the message to just be our sensitive, tender, divine selves which is love.

  26. When words are spoken from one who lives love as Serge Benhayon does, they are incredibley powerful and amazingly healing – and we all have access to this when we choose love.

  27. When the two simple words ‘be love’, are mouthed by one who live this in full, it can have the effect of dismantling within us all that we have put in place to not live this love, if we are ready and we heed the call.

  28. I have often heard the words “Be Love” from Serge and as simple as those words are it is it seems to me to be incredibly hard to honour them as there is so much rubbish in the way. Mostly self bashing stuff like a sense of worthlessness, lack of any appreciation. So there is a lot of discarding that takes place before the love can grow and blossom but when that spark reignites once again in our bodies it is such a grand feeling and the warmth melts the cold heartedness we were living with to be replaced by a sense of joy that bubbles up from seemingly nowhere.

  29. I feel that when people attend the workshops, presentations of Serge Benhayon there is a transformation that takes place and I feel it takes place in the body first and the mind gets in the way, but if you stay open to what is presented it just makes so much sense and that for me is when I came to the understanding that my body knows much more than my mind will ever know, so it’s more prudent to listen to the body as it doesn’t lie.

  30. Beautiful Katinka. I recently been contemplating on my first encounter with Serge and the email exchanges too. My first words with Serge was how I always struggled for the truth and his constant reply I always receive is to live what I know. I have chosen to struggle in other words instead of being the love and all that I know.

    1. Thanks for your comment Rik, it makes sense to me also that when I am in struggle I may be resisting the truth I know.

  31. What a blessing to have someone like Serge Benhayon to consistently reflect and remind us of how amazing and loving we all truly are.

  32. A beautiful simple sharing Katinka! “Be Love” how powerful these words truly are!

  33. Words of truth do not have to be long or complicated. They only have to deliver what is necessary to give anyone the opportunity to change his/her way of moving.

  34. Thank you Katinka for a beautiful sharing of such simple words, words that hold the universe within them, for we are love made by love and come from love, and love is all there is, all the rest is an illusion.

  35. It is simple and profound when what someone offers us, we choose to actually receive. It is all to common for us to reject all of life’s offerings and then act like we need answers, when in fact all of the answers are given to us time and time again.

  36. It is a natural process, is it not, to get in touch with one’s Love – and then wrestle with it… Have we not done this over and over and over again, for millennia? And then, it becomes a powerful process – or we could say, one of self-empowerment, chosen from a very deep level of our own Will – to embrace this Love, and never turn back.
The realisation along the way, is that we needn’t have ever ‘turned back’, or indeed ‘turned our backs’ on Love in the first place. Yet to dwell in this past is not necessary, if the Glory becomes treasured and truly accepted within.

  37. A beautiful sharing Katinka, on the power of having such simplicity presented to us – from a body and being that lives it to the bone (and then some).
    And so our world changes…
    Thank-you

  38. How we live as a humanity is quite far from the love that we are so it can take some time to let go of what we have come to think love is and return to a greater love within and allow this to be expressed.

  39. When we simply choose love as our foundation, our whole life changes because our choices come from love first, rather than just a reaction to the outside world.

  40. “Be Love” these words invite us to feel the quality of love, and to then live it. A quality that ignites every cell in our bodies that brings absolute joy to the moment, the minute, the hour, the day, the life in which we choose to live it.

  41. In the simplicity of Love, we know who we are and can live that day in and day out. Be Love is a gorgeous reminder to simply be who we are and see that same love in everyone else.

  42. It’s just like receiving a hug from Serge. There is nothing half hearted about it.

  43. It is in the simplicity of embracing the love within ourselves that we can know that life is not about self but the interconnectedness of the love that we all are.

  44. How can two words like that, two words we might individually use a lot, now mean so much more? Answer is: the livingness of that love and being all of that. So hence, when Serge Benhayon has written those words or spoken them out, it comes with a livingness that carries the love of being, and hence, those words are no longer simply just words – but a living.

    1. Well said, thank you for the reminder that words are sounds that have a ripple effect and therefore those that come with a lived way can impact our bodies, our hearing, in a different way. In this case it reignites something deep inside us that knows this is where we are from, what we are made of and who we are – so simple. We are Love.

    2. That is key Danna, that Serge Benhayon lives love, he has fully embraced love, and so ‘Be Love’ comes with the vibration of what he lives.

  45. A beautiful and simple sharing Katinka.. If we were all able to remember these words that Serges Benhayon has spoken many times (be love), knowing that we are indeed love and we are here to express Love on this Earth, how many wonderful changes we would see.

  46. The simplicity of these two words ‘be love’, are incredibly powerful when we choose to live with this truth everyday.

  47. ‘I did not want to see the simplicity of what he teaches – to just be ourselves.’ I can relate to this Katinka, I have done my best to be myself instead of surrendering to who I am. The doing is a way to distract and resist the truth, the truth is we are love, and yes we can fight this but we simply always are.

  48. Thank you Katinka for a great sharing. What you share here is the truth and in those simple but profound words that Serge Benhayon shared with you ” Be Love”, is all it takes to change our world if we so choose!

  49. Beautiful sharing Katinka and powerful testimony of the universal truth that is forever shared by Serge Benhayon. Being love is a quality that is universally shared. As when we choose to begin to honor and live our love, who we are in essence, we realise that this love is the truth of who we all are in essence and as such the lives we live is honor of us all.

  50. The amazing thing about Serge Benhayon is that he does not only offer you words, but his words come with a lived way and the reflection of his livingness – this is what makes the transformation possible and ‘all of a sudden’ we are able to let go of old habits and really stubborn patterns, that we tried so hard to work on and get rid off – just gone as if they’d fallen off us.

  51. I can totally relate to experiencing the same feelings you have described so well “An amazing experience which would change the way I saw and understood life. This was mostly something I felt on a deeper level, not something my mind could understand at the time.” This is a living testament to the words of Serge Benhayon that ‘the body is the marker of all truth’.

  52. “I did not want to see the simplicity of what he teaches – to just be ourselves” – I can feel how it was the same for me. It was very challenging to accept that I had actually walked away from the simplest of all things I could ever do in the first place, as I already had a version of ‘me’ that I had become so used to that I even convinced myself that was the true one.

  53. Beautiful Katinka. The words ‘Be Love’ convey so much perhaps most significantly that love is something we embody from our beingness rather than seek outside of us. This simple shift has the power to transform us and our relationships with others. It is as if everything is conveyed in these two words.

  54. Thank you Katinka for a beautiful sharing, so simple so true and so powerful “be love” “just be the love that you are” Serge Benhayon’s words convey so much wisdom in simplicity.

  55. Katinka, how grand it is when we finally get the words that Serge has spoken to us. For me it seems to take a while, until it finally drops in what the full meaning of what he says, in answer to my question that I have spoken with him and yes it is usually for me and the whole of humanity.

  56. Well, these simple but powerful words undo the complexity we create in life “be love” and “just be all that you are”. It also is a moment of appreciation for the many very beautiful ways Serge Benhayon nurtures and supports so many people.

  57. “It all began with the words “Be Love” and I am finally allowing myself to be just that…” I too recall Serge Benhayon saying the same to me. We all have the love inside – we ‘just’ have to let it out so that we can be that love and reflect it to others around us. It gets noticed….

  58. Katinka,
‘Live the love you are’ were the words that Serge Benhayon spoke to me one of the first times that I met him. Beautiful words that are with me every day. When I ponder upon the effect they have had in my life I can feel that the love Serge holds us all with comes with any words he speaks and once spoken, they resonate deeply with in and never loose the energy with which they were offered.

  59. The simplicity and warmth you speak of Katinka when first meeting Serge Benhayon reminded me of a song which described the first feeling of love we experience when young, as warmth and that this is a quality we deeply cherish and never forget. So choosing to reclaim that love for yourself again was a very natural choice to make.

  60. It makes many uncomfortable to feel the love there is for Serge Benhayon, that one man can be so adored is not though a testament to his singularity as a man, but instead it is a testimony to what he represents, which is the living qualities of everyone, to a Universal grandness we are all from. So to love Serge, his presentations and his expression is a deeper expression of what comes humbly through him in his lectures, sermons and books, it is an expression of living a loving way of life that considers everyone and does not put anyone greater or lesser, a most real and practical answer to the messy world we have created and that so many of us are looking to change.

  61. So simple and profound are those two phrases Katinka. If we could all be all that we are everyday what a place the world would be!

  62. If we live the true meaning of words then they are very powerful. To be and to be love. It is the everything.

  63. Its funny looking back and remembering being frustrated with hearing ‘be love’ in response to whatever dilemma at the time I believed I needed an answer for and yet find myself now smiling in knowing that in being love, all the answers you could ever need are there.

  64. There is so much beauty in the simplicity ‘Be love’ but we put so much complexity in the way to avoid being all that we are. When we stop all the trying and choose to feel the stillness within, love is who we are and it just keeps growing.

  65. When we step away from ourselves we forget we are love, we forget we come from love. It can be as simple as eating the foods that will dull us or shrinking away from something that hurts us and closing down – therefore not feeling all the other things like the love that we are. After a while it is like a fading dream – did we ever really feel love? -did we just imagine it? – we look around at the world and we don’t see love, so it must not be true.
Serge Benhayon has come to remind us that we are love. We look at him and see who we are. He gives us this loving reflection. For many of us it has been so long since we knew this that it takes some convincing and a lot of unravelling of what is not us, before we can see this simple fact. Be love. Be all that you are.

  66. Beautiful! The words “be love” so simple and so powerful. Just be YOU! Its exciting when we meet someone like Serge Benhayon, who doesn’t have any apologies about being who he is, totally inspiring and reminding of the innate essence that lives within us all!

  67. In the past I didn’t want to hear the words ‘be love’, I wanted to be right and blame outside events for what may have happened, I now feel the power and joy when we are truly living these words.

  68. What I find super special in these words is that they are not said from an intellect, an ideal way or a conceived notion, they are actually said with a deep deep love and this is felt and is far more powerful than the words themselves

    1. So true Joshua, those two little words “Be Love” could sound like an instruction, and something you have to learn to be, but the way Serge Benhayon expresses it from the Love that he is, makes it impossible not to feel that Love is who we are, from inside out, there is no seeking, we are already there if only we choose to feel it.

  69. Beautifully simple sharing Katinka, thank you. I know what you mean when you mention not knowing what it was that happened for your resistance to stop – just that it had.

  70. Such simple words ‘be love’ and ‘be all that you are’. Words I also now live by to the best of my ability every day. It is the simplicity that holds us.

  71. Life is all about trying, trying to be something that we are not, searching outside of us for for what we have not, when all the while all we have to be, is be love, the love we innately are, all the searching can then be over.

  72. The simplicity that Serge Benhayon shares seeps into us and we gradually allow our resistance to melt and start to ‘Be Love’ and in turn share that with the world. This process cannot be analysed but has to be lived and felt.

  73. Be love and be yourself. It is very simple and I know I have made it way more complicated than it needed to be. I thought complication showed intelligence but I cannot fathom why making it complicated to be me was at all intelligent. These days things are much more simple and when they start to complicate I know I’m on the wrong track.

  74. Yes it seems the words ‘Be Love’ give you the end point. A point of grace and one could say the final destination. Be Love and Just be all that you are gives a feeling confirmation but it is up to us to discovery it for ourselves and then realise that these were all we ever needed to hear.

  75. The words “just be all that you are” really say a lot to me. Placing just before it speaks of how Serge Benhayon lives – it is normal to be all that you are – nothing more, nothing less.

  76. Not a single person in this world is born without the talent to be love. We all have it. Why is this not our main topic in school? Instead we indulge in learning things we naturally don’t have a talent for: how to bully, how to identify with what we do, etc.

    1. Yes Felix it would revolutionise our education systems if Love was at the core of the curriculum and eliminate competition because we all innately know how to be love.

    2. I agree with you wholeheartedly Felix – nothing makes sense without love as the foundation.

  77. Absolutely gorgeous to feel your words, Katinka. Be love, be ourselves – in these simple words, there’s power to cut through all the complexities brought in by misinterpretation, of what love is, and what we are, in truth. This is not a logical, head exercise, it is a lived experience. Thank you for expressing that, Katinka.

  78. ‘Be Love’ although I do not always listen to my body, it does know what ‘Be Love’ means and I know it is just a simple choice to accept this truth and take responsibility for what I know is the truth; we are love and we are surrounded by love.

  79. This is gorgeous Katinka, those words are etched indelibly within me also, “Be Love”. The beauty of what Serge Benhayon teaches lies in that simplicity.

  80. I love how you describe not wanting to leave Serge’s side. I have felt that feeling of being truly at home in his eyes and voice – just so safe. I have as I am sure everyone has, been told by Serge to be love and often would feel helpless as if I did not know how to do this… A master of illusion and irresponsibility I have been! As I do know as do we all as we were born naturally being able to be love in fact that is all we knew he how to be, ourselves. To have a guiding light like Serge reminding us that it is that simple is heaven sent.

  81. Your gorgeous blog reminds me that the key to dropping resistance is the choice to do so. This truth often leaves me feeling frustrated as my choice repeatedly show in all I do despite what words I may say. In truth I am grateful for this as the constant reflection of truth provided by my body and life itself continually asks me to be love.

    1. Couldn’t agree more Leonne I too feel that frustration, but like you have come to realise that it is a gift to have a body that is willing to show me the way home!

  82. I can remember feeling frustrated with being told ‘Be love’ as I did not know what this meant. I gradually realised I did not know what love was but with the presentations, workshops and healing sessions with Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine I have rediscovered the love within my inner-heart and know what it is to be love and who I am.

  83. Now that I have re-discovered that I am Love – anything less is incredibly painful and enormously taxing on my body. Learning to trust that there is Love all around, that it never leaves our side, that it communicates with us all the time and that anything less is in fact a choice I make with free will has been the greatest and most rewarding path of return.

  84. ‘Today I choose to come back to this precious beautiful being that is me, every time I get distracted.’ There is always a choice to come back and be love. Thank you dear Katinka for choosing to be love.

  85. Katinka, beautiful, simple and true. A reflection of what I too, have experienced. Connecting to and living the love that I am, not knowing the exact moment this all happened but knowing that in the words Serge has said so simply -‘……… “be love” and “just be all that you are”, and choosing to live from this space within me. It is difficult to put into words the ‘Power’ of these words and living them. Your words – ‘Today somehow it’s just not possible, or at least too painful, to do or think anything that is not loving and supporting of me’, is absolute and also applies to all others living and interacting in the world. Thank you for inviting me to be in this loving space with you through your blog.

  86. Of all the beautiful and lovingly inspiring words I have heard uttered by Serge Benhayon, my favourites are “Be love”. Yes, Serge, this says it all!

  87. I will take these words into my day today and live them- “Be love” is all I need to be.

  88. A beautiful sharing. It’s extraordinary how 2 words can be so powerful and life changing when you choose to live them.

  89. So simple, and your devotion to yourself is gorgeous. The ease with which you simply choose love and support for yourself is editorially encouraging to read.

  90. “It all began with the words “Be Love” and I am finally allowing myself to be just that”…
So simple yet so powerful and wise
    Thank you Katinka

  91. The resistance disguises in so many forms. Sometimes it’s not in disguise and we can see it as obvious like having tons of food and feeling horrible afterwards. But sometimes we feel great, because we can identify with something big that we have achieved. Here it gets tricky, when the energy we used to reach the milestone wasn’t love. Honesty is my servant then to reconnect to “being love”.

  92. Katinka, how truly lovely to be told to “be Love” and “just be all that you are”. Serge Benhayon is a truly remarkable man who will go down in history as such, no doubts! If I have asked a question in the past the answer was always just what I needed to hear, not necessarily what I wanted, and absolutely perfect.

  93. That is gorgeous, thank you. It always strikes me as ludicrous when we resist what we most crave in life, it being love. But we have all done it and it happens when our unresolved issues and hurts get in the way.

  94. Thank you Katinka for sharing these powerful words – ‘Be Love’. As there is no end to the deepening of being the eternal love that we are. A very beautiful reminder.

  95. I love the simplicity of the words “be love” as they speak volumes. There is true power in accepting, living and being the love that we are, sometimes it just takes time for us to allow the beauty that we are to come out so we can share it with the world. I feel learning to be open is the key to letting life in and living the love that we are.

  96. Beautiful sharing Katinka, “Be Love” simple, powerful and al encompassing. And to “be all that you are” is just as beautiful, because Love is truly what we all are.

  97. For me the words were: “Choose Love.” and ” Cycles, Elena, cycles…”

  98. Your blog Katinka is a beautiful gentle reminder to “be love” in each and every moment.
Thank you for your wise and powerful expression.

  99. I too have the same experience Katinka de Lannoy. I could not imagine that life could be that simple as nobody else has ever told me this before I met Serge Benhayon. This story shows us the power of love and the power of words, and especially in this case when words are expressed from love. Only two words expressed form the love we all innately are from and are deep inside connected to, can be life changing as so beautiful described in this blog. Words expressed from love can deconstruct all that we have created and helps us to return to a life in co-creation with the love that we are continuously impulsed with.

  100. Beautiful message Katinka in fact a message more precious than gold ‘be love’

  101. “simplicity and warmth” what a perfect description of Serge … And when we embrace the simplicity of his words and what he teaches we are that too, equally so.

  102. “be love” how simple and said in seconds, but takes a life time to do.

  103. It is incredible how we struggle with the simplicity and profoundness to the words, ‘Just be all that you are’ and ‘Be Love’. It is the only instructions we require to live a full life but we get lost and struggle with all the ‘details’.

  104. Be Love: two words that encompass so much in their simplicity. Thank you for reminding me that we don’t need many words to express the truth.

  105. My mind wants to make it complicated and keep trying, but it is so simple, as you say ““Be Love” and I am finally allowing myself to be just that…”

  106. I know what you mean Katinka. Serge Benhayon finds the simplest way to say exactly what is needed.

  107. Katinka, this reminds me of a time where it was reflected to me to simply be love. I pondered on it for a very long time, and then decided that is exactly what I would do! I understand what you mean, that to be anything other than totally loving with myself and others is just not possible.

  108. Amazing Katinka that you have let go of the resistance to ‘be love’. I know for me, I express more love today than I used to through the way I choose to look after myself, but I can still absolutely feel a resistance to embody being love completely. I feel a huge responsibility with that and a resistance to committing all the way. However, even as I write this I realise that it’s a fear of failure, ‘what if I say I commit to being love, and then one day I slip up?’. And yet I’m remembering the many many times Serge Benhayon has expressed that being love is not about perfection. So, perhaps it is possible that I have been choosing love all along, and some days I’ve fallen off the wagon and had a wobble, and there is no one judging me…but me.

  109. Katinka the mind does not need to understand, we feel deep down and we know that love is everything. Thank you for sharing.

  110. ‘It all began with the words “Be Love” and I am finally allowing myself to be just that…’, so simple and beautiful, these words say it all.

  111. This is very beautiful Katinka, thank you. It is so true that “Serge has the ability to say it all in only a few words, two if needed”. “Be Love”, these two words are super powerful.

  112. What a beautiful blog Katinka, thank you for sharing how you came back to be the love that you are and have always been.

  113. I find it almost bewildering that love is actually who we are and so to say ‘be love’ is simply saying ‘be the real you’. I wonder if our inability to be love in every moment is simply a reflection of how much we have taken on that covers up the real us. For me Universal Medicine has supported me to slowly discard the things that I have taken on that prevent me from being love.

  114. Be love. Be love? Be love! It seems so simple yet we make it so hard. When we are coming from the simplicity of just being love in each and every moment then everything seems to fall in place. It is a beautiful experience when I am able to simply be love.

    1. Lee this comment made me giggle as I have done just that “Be Love. Be Love? Be Love!” While resisting we can’t see how simple it actually is, but in those moments of clarity we get to see how simple it was all along!
Thank you Katinka for the reminder that to Be Love is actually very simple.

  115. It’s strange how something so simple can be so difficult to accept, yet there is a lot of sense in taking the pressure off trying so hard to be something special, when we are naturally so special.

  116. Be LOVE.
Not ‘give’ love or ‘look’ for love or ‘do’ love…..but …..BE LOVE.
    So powerful. So simple.
But then again the truth always is simple isn’t it?
Thank you Katinka for being love 🙂

  117. How easy it would it be to “just be all that you are” and “be Love.” If we were given that knowledge early in our lives how beautiful, but to receive that knowledge at any age is a wonderful healing and wonderful gift to us all.. Thank you Katinka and Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon.

  118. There is great power in the simplicity of the words “Be Love” when we live them.

  119. Very powerful quote you share here.
I love your sharing about meeting Serge and doing some courses with Universal Medicine:
‘An amazing experience which would change the way I saw and understood life.’ The way Serge is (he is the example of ‘be love’) and what he presents is life changing. He poses so many simple questions and things to consider in a way I can decide for myself whether that is my truth as well. Life was never the same and only changed for the good since meeting Serge.

  120. Very beautiful and honest expression. When you allow yourself to be love with you, you also light the way for the rest of us. Thank you.

    1. And in a world that is in so many ways shadowed and quite dark in places, the more we all allow ourselves to just be love, the more we will light up those shadows and the lighter we will all feel.

  121. When I was a little girl all I wanted was to be me and live a simple life. Thank you Katinka – you have beautifully captured the essence of simplicity here . That is that we are love, we came from love and to be ourselves is to be that love.

  122. It is that simple, life is all about true love, it is not about anything else. Thank you Katinka

  123. Thank you Katinka. It is interesting that a simple truth once spoken never leaves us. We can turn away from it but it will never leave us as we know it to be true.

  124. It’s amazing just how much can be said in such few words. Easy words to copy and repeat, not so easy to deliver unless you are committed to live and deepen such simplicity. Hence the inspiration Serge Benhayon offers to all equally so.

  125. ‘Being Love’ for me, is honouring the essence within me and then living that love…this is forever deepening as my awareness expands. Serge Benhayon’s words are simple and so profound as we evolve with them.

  126. “Be Love”… so beautiful, simple and true, thank you Katinka. Being ourselves naturally, we are love. Such power in those two words, they speak volumes.

  127. I loved the simplicity and yet the power of what you convey in you writing Katinka:
“Today somehow it’s just not possible, or at least too painful, to do or think anything that is not loving and supporting of me.”
What an amazing, beautiful place to get to in ones life, one that will change humanity, not because its trying hard to, but simply by the reflection one gives for others to see perhaps there is another way of living.

    1. This is so beautifully simple. We don’t have to try and influence the world, we just have to be love in it.

  128. It is so beautiful to feel the simplicity of life.
At first I simply could not believe that it could really be that simply. Life is about taking our responsibility and be the love that we are in every moment – and that’s it :o)

  129. How beautiful those words are “Be love” particularly. When we allow ourselves to start to follow Serge Benhayon’s advice life begins to become amazing.

  130. I love the simplicity of this. No need to make it complicated when it is so simple. Thank you Katinka.

  131. There is such a simplicity in those words, but they are very strong, and something we should never forget.

  132. Amazing through how many constructed layers we have to move until we finally can be just ourselves – love. If you experience that love, that moment of just being yourself, you don’t ever want to go back to not being that – it’s too beautiful.

  133. ‘Be love’ seems like very simple wording. Yet reading your blog you can tell it has a lot of meaning behind it. It’s said with such grace too. Thank you Katinka.

  134. Thank you Katinka. Two words “be love” and I am sure Serge Benhayon could write a book on these two words. Given that the Latin meaning of ‘be’ is to move about, live, step fourth, arise, become and coexist, maybe Serge Benhayon could write a book on ‘be’.

  135. Thank you Katinka. “Be love”, so beautiful, so simple it encapsulate all of life.

  136. Thank you for sharing your blog Katinka , what a line ‘be love’ what a gift to be offered , how amazing that you accepted the gift and now live it. Serge Benhayon has the clarity and love to present us with the very gift we need and have looked for, that we can then live it.

  137. One of the simplest 2-word phrases in the universe: ‘be love’, and yet we have made it so difficult and complex, and strayed away from it with every distraction imaginable by our wayward brains! Katinka you have brought it so simply and personally here that I’m sure it will bring ease of ‘just being love’ for anyone who reads this. Thank you.

  138. The most powerful revelations in life are most often the simplest and thus why Serge’s presentations have such a profound resonance for so many people. Truth is simple. Everything else is just the complication we create to avoid the fact.

  139. Thank you for sharing this with us Katinka. I can feel your loveliness and openness through your writing.

Serge can say so much in so few words. If we chose to live these words the world would be a completely different place. I am still working out exactly what these wise words look like in my life. In the beginning I was so overwhelmed by the simplicity of what was presented I didn’t know when to start. Slowly but surely I began to make choices that were truly loving and supportive. The best part is that this never ends. Being all that you are is a forever expanding and evolving process and I am constantly inspired by the changes I see in my life when I choose to live the love that I am.

  140. It´s so powerful to allow out true grandness to be felt in the body!
It´s a loving learning to hold it more and more, all the time. And if we struggle we can return to it. I also hear Serge Benhayon´s wise words resonating and sparkling like a precious star, reminding me that I can make a choice!

  141. Thank you Katinka. Recently in those quiet moments, I have been pondering on the times I have spoken with Serge Benhayon. Every time we have spoken great wisdom has been imparted. Serge’s words resonate deep within and go way beyond that moment. They are timeless. ‘Be Love,’ is often one I come back to when life makes no sense. Somehow just reflecting on those words in stillness and making that my focus – with no trying – everything becomes clear.

  142. Be Love, so simple and beautiful. Living these two words and making choices to honour the fact that we are love is supporting me to have much joy and lightness in my life. Thank you Katinka for sharing the truth about Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon.

  143. Dear Katinka, your blog brought me to my first encounter with Universal Medicine. For me it was no words what got me. In fact, I do not remember any word. It was the profound feeling of coming home again what got me and what keeps unfolding and unfolding.

  144. Hi Katinka, your blog called to me again today, it has such a quality of grace within it which is just reminding me I am love. Thank you

  145. I was the same Katinka, when I first heard the words ‘be love’, ‘just be yourself’ I had no idea what Serge Benhayon was talking about because although I thought I was being love, I just didn’t know what the word truly meant and I definitely thought I was being myself. Now, with a better understanding of what these words mean I have realised how little I knew about myself, or more accurately, how little I was prepared to be honest with myself.

  146. Hi Katinka, re-reading the blog this morning was great because it feels so uncomplicated and very delicately said to me ‘Judy, Be Love’ thank you!

  147. Hi Katinka, I find it strange how we try to make life complicated and seem to avoid being Love at all costs, yet I have done just that. Life is far more simple when we are just being ourselves and letting the world see us that way.

  148. Thank you Katinka, your words ring so true to me. I am in the process of surrendering to being me. I have been such a doer all my life it has been challenging to understand what “be love” is all about, but it says it all that when i first said to myself “you don’t have to do anything to be love, just be yourself” tears of relief flowed. Thank you Serge Benhayon and all the Esoteric Practitioners.

  149. Thank you Katinka for so beautifully expressing your experience of the simplicity of the tools that Serge Benhayon presents when we choose to use them. A very timely reminder for me this morning which I really appreciate.

  150. I think simplicity can scare me sometimes. ‘is it really that easy – just be me and choose love?’
I’ve been used to complicated – so that has been easier for me to accept.
But more and more as I consciously make choices to support me, I understand the power of simplicity. There is not enough of it. And when I do choose to just ‘be me’ there is so much that changes. The way I do things, the way people around respond to me. It has a ripple through everyone I meet.
    That is love.

  151. Hi Katinka, How is it that something so simply written can come with so much power. This is a beautiful piece of wisdom.

  152. I agree Elaine and Ariana The Gentle Breath Meditation as presented by Serge Benhayon is indeed the finest tool EVER, so so simple and always at hand.

  153. Very beautiful Katinka. I, too, like many others has been in the “doing” for a long time. Just “being” has been a challenge at times but step by step I have dropped my guard and felt how simply beautiful it is to just be.

  154. Thank you Katinka. I can remember getting very flustered at hearing “Just be love”. Instead of feeling it I wrestled with the concept in my head getting more and more frustrated. When I finally stopped fighting it I felt the true blessing of those words.

  155. Hi Katinka, I have started allowing myself to just be and it feels so easy and freeing. We all know what it means to be love, we just forget. Thankfully people like you and Serge Benhayon are here to remind us that we can all just be Love.

  156. I agree Ariana the Gentle Breath Meditation allows us to feel first the gentleness and then the love that we are. A beautiful bridge to love.

  157. I have also heard these words many times and have pondered them and tested them much. After testing them out along with many other philosophies I have heard elsewhere I can say that they really hold the key to life – so simple but if the majority of humanity lived by these words then the world would look very different. There are many already who are already living to the best of their ability these simple words and it is making a difference.

  158. The strength in such simplicity is truly powerful as this blog beautifully expresses. We can choose to resist and complicate matters but it all comes down to ”Be Love” and that fact never deviates or changes.
    Thank you.

  159. When I was first inspired by Serge Benhayon to “be love”, I really had no idea how to even be without the doing. Gradually I have become more aware of the simplicity of this expression and how powerful it is, if we were all to just “be love”. The world would – and will – be a different place if we allowed ourselves to be who we truly are deep inside – love.

    1. Serge Benhayon is a living, walking, breathing example of somebody who simply is love. Having this example has taken away much of the complication of what it is to “be love”.

  160. Thank you, Katinka, yes ‘Be Love’ – so, so simple but how we like to doubt, question and complicate something, so True. I know I have but the more I accept I am Love and all there is ‘to do’ is ‘to be’ this, then the more life unfolds and flows with ease.

  161. Be Love, yes, such simple words but carry lifetimes of meaning. I recently realised that at times I still hold back on being and expressing me, which for me was a gentle reminder that there is more of me to express. Who we are is amazing and it is our responsibility to express all of that.

  162. Thank you Katinka, this was the right blog with the right words at the right time, because when you said “Today somehow it’s just not possible, or at least too painful, to do or think anything that is not loving and supporting of me.” I felt the truth and that you are actually living these words.

Although you were just sharing I thank you deeply for the lesson… I appreciate it.

  163. Gorgeous Katinka, I have been very privileged to see you return to the delicate, divine and beautiful woman that you are, as you have chosen to simply follow the simple and straight forward advice from a person who lives that to the full.

    1. Yes I can relate to this, I was confounded by the simplicity of being told to ” be love” at first, it took quite a while to get the ease of simply allowing life to be and bringing my tenderness to it.
There is always more to grow and learn, I understand so much more than I used to, but the words “be love” still inspire me and call me to be more.

  164. Thank you Katinka, for this simply beautiful post. I too was once struggling with something and Serge wrote: “Be love, Anne. It will work for you.” And it has. There is a power in simplicity, and in surrendering to who we truly are.
