Once again, just like last year, I was delighted to hear that Universal Medicine has won the People’s Choice at the Lismore Business Excellence Awards. I have never come across a business quite like Universal Medicine, it is one of a kind; and at the same time I can see how this organisation is inspiring the same levels of integrity, care and professionalism in many more businesses near and far.
I’ve been attending the Universal Medicine Clinic for private sessions since 2010. In addition to that, I’ve attended numerous courses, presentations and workshops held by Serge Benhayon, the founder of Universal Medicine. The first ever course I attended was a Sacred Esoteric Healing Level 1 course back in August 2010. At the time I had little confidence in myself, was very withdrawn and riding on a constant tension and anxiety every day. I was also afraid of being on my own. I was in a relationship that was dragging its heels but terrified of letting it go and being a woman on my own – how could I survive in what I perceived to be a dog-eat-dog world?
I didn’t go to the Level 1 workshop to have all these issues specifically addressed, but this is what my life was like at the time. The workshop was beautiful, but what was even more beautiful and amazing was how I felt afterwards.
I remember waking up the day after the workshop much earlier than usual and feeling a lightness in my body and a tenderness I had never felt before as an adult. I felt the openness of a baby waking up to the new day. The day after it was the same, and the day after that as well. This was markedly different to how I would normally wake up, feeling groggy, tired and reaching out for a cup of coffee. This tender feeling in the morning was a marker for a new beginning of how I would live my life from that point on.
I knew this feeling to be true and I wanted this to be a constant in my day, not just something passing that I may only have here and there. And so my entire life, with the amazing support of Universal Medicine took a complete turnaround.
From being anxious and withdrawn, I came out of my shell and started participating and connecting with a world I no longer felt daunted by. The teachings of Universal Medicine inspired me to take tender and precious care of myself and to nurture myself deeply. To take time for myself, no longer cutting corners with an attitude of “this will do”. In turn this attentiveness and care became a quality I would bring to all other relationships as well. It became my way of being. From feeling afraid to be on my own, I began to build a confidence in myself as a woman that I had never felt before – a confidence that doesn’t come from what or how much I can do, but from the inner knowing of who I truly am.
The more I reacquainted myself with the real me once again, the more I came to realise that the tender, sweet quality I felt that first morning after my first ever Universal Medicine workshop, was in fact – me feeling the real quality of ‘me’.
This has been my experience of Universal Medicine since 2010 — and in effect of myself. Every transaction, dealing and interaction I have had, be it with a Universal Medicine practitioner, office staff member at the clinic, or with Serge Benhayon himself, has been characterised consistently by a level of care and integrity that is second to none.
Universal Medicine is a business that is about people through and through, about meeting people for who they truly are. And people are then inspired to meet themselves with this same level of love and care as well. The return on my investment as a client of Universal Medicine is beyond measure.
