Co-Creation – Liberation from Creation

I recently returned home from a retreat held in Vietnam where Serge Benhayon was presenting on “The Process of Evolution – The Living Sciences of Human Life.” It was an expansive topic and truly revelatory. It was presented that we are all part of a living science and Universal order where we can either choose to align with the evolutionary pull towards a one unifying way, working together in co-creation, or we can – by our own free will – choose to resist this natural pull.

Simply put, life in self-made creation (in contrast to co-creation) is one where we are immersed in all the attractions, distractions and emotional highs and lows of our physical life. It can be difficult to clearly see for our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs, which then become our life, and therefore our reality.

As my awareness continues to expand, more is unfolding and coming to light around this understanding.

I took this photo in Vietnam before the retreat officially began and it was reflecting to me all that was to unfold. In all its beauty, the lotus flower is still within the consciousness of creation.

Co-Creation – Liberation from Creation?
It is however, often used to represent the state of liberation in Buddhist philosophy, rooted in the mud, while its flowers blossom well above the waterline, unaffected by the muddy waters of attachment. This was often seen as the final goal, but this is actually where it begins – the beginning of a Way of Living, free from the imprisonment of our self-made creation.

When I was young I felt like we were only being told part of the story of life; it just wasn’t right that we were born, we lived and we departed. I knew that there was much more to human life than that, and this led me to investigate many spiritual ideas and beliefs over many years. I believed at that time I was seeking to be liberated from this limited life, and to reach an enlightenment of some sort. I spent many hours in meditation trying to reach this elusive place of understanding I was seeking.

On reflection though, I question what did I want to be liberated from, and what or where to then?

It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from; the harsh reality of what I felt overall was a loveless world, where we were living so much less than I knew to be possible.

In truth I was looking to re-connect with my Soul, and it is through the grace of my Soul’s light, and my loving dedication and acceptance of my responsibility, that I began to see clearly through the grand illusion I was held in, the deception of right and wrong, the highest ‘good’, and the illusion of false enlightenment.

What I didn’t see then was that we are all in this together and we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being. The tension we can often feel is because we don’t live this way, and we are constantly being pulled to this awareness while shattering the illusion of the individual separated life.

Our Soul is constantly communicating our oneness with us.

I was discussing this awareness with a friend of mine and she beautifully expressed it this way: “If we see a macadamia nut fallen from the tree we may crack the hard shell and experience the enjoyment of the taste of the nut, but if we stop at this, we are forgetting that single nut comes from a huge tree with many other nuts and the possibility is there for each to flourish into many more fruit bearing trees, ever expanding.”

In my experience trying to understand life and my place in the greater plan from a dimension that can only see its own creation was futile. This is why it never made complete sense to me, as I was caught in the web of it. It was like being in a lift and getting out on the fourth floor so to speak, and that becomes my reality, that’s all that I can see. However, as I stay open to the possibility, and now a knowing that there is a fifth floor and beyond, a greater awareness is unfolding, becoming available, and so much more is being revealed.

I have a new appreciation of the truth of ever expanding Evolution.

The Lotus flower now represents to me the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose.

  1. You have shared so much with us all Victoria thank you, I understand that we have created a reality that actually is not real at all and sometimes it is possible to catch a glimpse of the non-reality even though we have limited our vision not to see. There’s a raggedness at the edges and through this the light pours through like the sun on a cloudy day.

  2. Evolution is about a shift in the energy we are using to live by, not purely physical changes to the body we live in. In the years I’ve been involved with Universal Medicine I would certainly say I have evolved and I haven’t grown a tail.

  3. Expanding our awareness of our essence or re-connecting to our Soul is a Humble-appreciate-ive-ness of who we are and this is an appreciation that is more than this human vessel or to Truly appreciate we are more than physical.

  4. There is a lot to what you have shared here, including that our ideas of enlightenment are still a part of the entrapment, that it is not about escape but about the full embodiment of love here on earth and engaging that in all parts of life, with a purpose greater than for ourselves alone. Your words about evolution and stopping the elevator on the 4th floor and thinking that is ‘it’ reflects how disconnected we are from life being about ever evolving consciousness.

  5. We can bastardise anything and everything to suite the perception we want to hold onto.

  6. Evolution is not bettering our lives to be comfortable, it is to live life in a way that demonstrates all that we call normal is actually not – all that we see in our everyday, the overeating, anxiety, abuse in relationships is not actually normal and we deserve so much more, we are so much more

  7. The truth of reincarnation as we do all understand “that we were born, we lived and we departed”, but filling in the part where we extricate ourselves out of the mud and live a life as our Soul-full-essences so we re-incarnate into the same energy that is free of the mire we can live in has never been presented at this level, and thanks to these retreats we can all understand these True teaching about life.

  8. The mud of creation constantly tries to drag us down into the abyss but Universal Medicine and the Ageless Wisdom shine a Divine light to show us that there is a way to live that together we can all know the truth of Co-creation.

    1. Creation is a loveless place, ‘it was actually life I was looking to escape from; the harsh reality of what I felt overall was a loveless world’.

  9. Universal Medicine’s teachings and presentations allow us a greater understanding of spirit and soul, they support us to connect back to soul and live in a way that is evolutionary

    1. Serge Benhayon is the first person to talk about soul and spirit, and to clearly explain the differences between them.

  10. ‘However, as I stay open to the possibility, and now a knowing that there is a fifth floor and beyond, a greater awareness is unfolding, becoming available, and so much more is being revealed.’ I love this way you’ve described and are living. We can’t imagine what it is or be given pictures, it’s a felt knowing that can be trusted because our body lets us know its truth.

  11. Yes, with the world the way it is escaping is not what’s needed, but committing to love and being in connection to our soul and bringing that to life is.

  12. Life in co-creation connected to God and our soul is remarkably different to the human made creation, and we all innately know the difference because we see abuse, corruption, violence, pain and suffering and we know it doesn’t make sense, we do know there is a different way to be with ourselves and each other.

  13. We are born, we live and then we depart… but in this we come from where, and when we pass where do we go to? Like you Victoria these are questions I have always pondered on.

  14. ‘Getting out of the mud’ is indeed not the final goal and The Way of The Livingness is the Path to continual evolution.

  15. That understanding of Buddhism is in fact the bastardised interpretation of what Buddha taught as you so correctly present as to what true evolution is.

  16. For centuries we have been living “life in self-made creation” and the proof that it does not is plainly seen in the that humanity is in.

  17. So true, in wanting to escape, we are seeking something else that is truer, and it is often hard to become honest enough to see beyond saying no and become aware of what we are saying yes to instead.

    1. So true Fumiyo for it is when we are honest about what we are saying yes to, we can then make true choices that lead to what we desire – love.

  18. “In my experience trying to understand life and my place in the greater plan from a dimension that can only see its own creation was futile.” Yes and I feel this is why so many people give up on life, turn to drugs alcohol and TV to numb themselves from feeling that deep within they know there has to be more to life than what our eyes allow us to see.

    1. Many people do give up on life, whether it is to withdraw from life, or to numb themselves by various means.

  19. With Co-creation everything just seems to flow beautifully and be very simple and yet very powerful in its approach, in creation we reduce life and make it all about ourselves missing the connection to our Soul and to greater purpose.

  20. Creation aims to keep us in separation of ourselves and others, Co-Creation unites us as one, and it is through that unity that we realise that we are all here to help one another.

    1. Co-creation delivers truth and love for all equally, supporting us to move from the trap of creation.

  21. Living a life of creation is total reductionism at it’s best. Whereas co-creation opens us up to the multidimensionality, we are naturally aligned to. What force must we be living with if it can ignore the call of the soul?

  22. Victoria, that is a beautiful analogy. That lift has many storeys and we can keep going up.

  23. I think in our essence it is innate in us to truly work together, to make our lives one of true co-operation and community, where all are held as the equals we are, and that there is a knowing or sense from our body of how to go about this rather than it being a utopian ideal or image to follow in our mind…

    1. Yes it is not natural for us to go it alone and there are now the real issues with many people experiencing loneliness in our community because of the lack of connection with each other. It is our nature to support each other and work together.

      1. Yes, as we live longer we are often lonely longer and the more electronic distractions we have the more we think we are managing our loneliness.

      2. In a report I was listening to recently it was saying how many elderly people have only one friend, sometimes none. It really highlights the importance of community and sharing. Many live with the radio or TV on for companionship, which can never replace a loving gesture and connection from another.

  24. We create by means of a movement that is disobedient to our divine essence. That is why it is a movement that comes with so much friction. Co-creation is frictionless. It is moving in space and just feeling the beauty of just being.

  25. In co-creation we feel the pull of the all, in creation we are fully immersed in the attraction of the individual’s desire for experiences and identification.

  26. The lotus flower has been used for all the wrong reasons as a symbol, as you point out. It is not the final flourishing (there is no final, Sanat Kumara continually expands) but only the beginning of sticking one’s head out above the gooey mess of creation.

  27. To raise our head out of the mud and see things as they truly are and not as we might wish them to be is one thing, but to keep going and fully resurrect our whole body and being out of the swamp of creation does not only liberate us but all others who benefit from the reflection of what it means to extract yourself out of the mud and then jump back in so you can ‘swim like a fish in the sea and not get wet’. This is an age old esoteric teaching that is still very much alive and well today.

    1. Even though our vision may be clearer when we see above the waterline, it is only when every last root we have in the mud is extracted we will be truly free of the illusion that we are free.

  28. Victoria what you have shared here is huge and it feels so right
“It can be difficult to clearly see for our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs, which then become our life, and therefore our reality.”
I have changed so much since meeting Serge Benhayon, my reality before meeting him was to pretend I was coping with life, because when I looked around me it seemed to me we were all living in the same mess.
Now I understand that way of living was not it. My life is much simpler with less highs and lows much more even and actually joyful, never though I would ever say that!

  29. It is our soul that is constantly reminding us that there is another way to life, that we belong to a different order then the one we created here on this planet earth. And we all know this because we are all connected through soul that is of the same origin, but still choose from our free will to stay in this self created life instead.

      1. Yes Victoria, it all comes down to responsibility and to let go of the investment in this life of creation and of our individuality. Returning to soul is our way to go rather sooner than later and to start clearing the mess we have polluted life with from this ill choice.

  30. To live in co-creation or in creation is our choice. While we are made to live with co-creation, as that is our nature, our current societies shows that we are not living that and instead for the majority of us, have chosen to live in creation, the self created way of life that clearly is demonstrating that it is not it when we look to all the atrocities that take place, and the illness and disease rates. So to me it is a good thing to become honest with this fact and consider to start living in co-creation instead.

  31. ” Simply put, life in self-made creation (in contrast to co-creation) is one where we are immersed in all the attractions, distractions and emotional highs and lows of our physical life. It can be difficult to clearly see for our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs, which then become our life, and therefore our reality. ”
Very simply put it must have been an awesome re-treat thank you.

  32. To settle for a life that is ‘better’ we are capping our true potential and living at mercy of the world outside of us, rather than living a life that is truly free, by being ourselves, guided by our connection to Soul.

    1. There is a pride in us about the self created life that think it is better and with that is withholding us from choosing to live in co-creation instead.

  33. What a beautiful representation the lotus flower now is for you – which shows how our soul is drawn to constant expansion – it continues to pull us out of creation and all the complication that comes with it.

  34. It is our movements in or out of alignment with our soulful light that choose what thoughts are coming through us. We are bodies of expression, instruments of light.

  35. Seeking ‘liberation’ or ‘escaping life’ ? – the question every spiritual seeker needs to ask and answer before he can be sure where the search is taking them.

    1. Yes a great question to ask. Being spiritually ‘liberated’… that is free of the spirits waywardness is not found in any search. There can be no escaping oneself and what is needed to address in our steps away from embracing in full who we are, it is rather an inward movement and re connection to all that is.

  36. The symbol of the lotus flower beautifully brought to life not by knowledge but by your personal exploration and understanding and thus in the unfoldment of embodiment through the livingness of its truth.

  37. How do we know again what we have chosen to not know anymore? We have tricked ourselves into a perfect set-up, we are the perpetrator of our victim-hood; it would be funny if it wasn´t so devastating and the greatest perversion imaginable. It is the cause for the state of the world, the difficulty and at times seeming impossibility to change for the true better that we actually long for, while holding onto the investments that result in the misery. Along comes the Ageless Wisdom and offers us the steps out of the mud, exposing the mud for what it is, and reflecting what we have left behind and can return back to: co-creation.

    1. Exactly Alex, how do we know, or why do we not want to know ? It requires honesty and a willingness to admit we are in the mud before we can begin to extract ourselves, and we have every support to do so thanks to those that have walked this path before us.

  38. It is impossible to marvel at the geometric beauty and symmetry of the spider’s web when we are caught in it. So too is it in life when we get so absorbed by a certain way of living that is fed by our own desires and all we can create for ourselves, that we no longer see the beauty we are and are from, nor that which has ensnared us to not live it.

      1. Yes, step away from it without beating at it as then it would ensnare us even harder.

  39. I love your analogies Victoria. The Macadamia nut showing that we are part of something much bigger that offers and inspires others to see this too, and getting off the lift on the 4th floor showing how limiting we allow ourselves to be when we choose to think this is as far as we can go, and all that we survey is all that life has for us, and …”The Lotus flower now represents to me the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose.” Knowing this is only the beginning as we release ourselves from the shackles of creation and set ourselves free to explore the vastness that is offered on the 5th floor through the Ageless Wisdom and understanding what it means to live in a One Unified Way.

  40. With so much war, aggression, abuse and corruption on all levels it is easy to see why people (including myself) have looked to meditation as a way to escape it all. However, Serge Benhayon has taught us all how it is possible to live within this current global strife and not allow it to effect us negatively if we simply stay connected with our bodily movements in everything we do and observe life while knowing we can read and understand what lies behind our actions.

    1. Observation is such a key that allows us to read and understand the broader picture of life, and our responsibility in this. Our connection and presence with the body truly supports us to see clearly.

  41. ‘It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from’ when I read this, I thought of the countless times I used meditation to escape from the world and shut everything out. Did it make life any better? No, if anything it made it worse because as soon as I opened my eyes it was still there staring at my face.
Its only when I started to connect with myself I could feel the difference and then it became apparent meditation was about me connecting to me and who I am with the world.
I see the world differently and my purpose is to reflect this to whoever is open to it.

    1. Yes, I once had a friend ask me how meditating for hours a day truly helped humanity and I never forgot that, it exposed the self indulgence that meditation can be if used to escape. One can connect in a moment.

  42. “a way that is ours to choose” There is a Divine freedom and a responsibility in the choices we make in the way we live that affects not only ourselves but also everyone and everything around us.

  43. Our Soul is in constant communication with us and in that we have to understand that life is so much more that the three dimensional life we all together think life is and this communication from our Soul is proof of that. When we all do come to this understanding, the idea of life being only three dimensional will come to an end and the multi dimensionallity of life will become our normal way.

    1. Yes Nico. Learning to live in this connection to our soul is probably the most valuable and precious thing we can ever do for ourselves.

      1. And once we have learned it, we cannot but bring this livingness back to the world providing space for everybody to experience the same.

  44. Yes and we go around and around and around again until we are prepared to see outside of the bubble of our own making. As more awareness is allowed so does our view become more encompassing of the all we are a part of.

    1. And as we open up to more awareness, we also allow ourselves to feel the grandness and love that is inside us, all around us and beyond.

  45. ” It can be difficult to clearly see for our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs, which then become our life, and therefore our reality. ” This is very true and then we make a picture of how things should be for us personally ,our family or friends. Or we are given pictures to live up to or tin plates and we then fill in the rest to our flavour , but there is no free choice in this process so no evolution just creating more of the same just difference colours and flavours but evolving no where just going around in circles.

    1. It becomes clear how it is we reduce ourselves through the ‘pictures’ we hang onto. We circle around and around and the stage has been set. There is not space for expansion if we do not shift the setting.

  46. Co-creation is feeling the all and wholeheartedly dipping all toes in, the whole body, with no self (individuality), responding and then giving it your personal all. Because there is a physical body, I personally sometimes feel limited by the pain or discomfort in my body and self (individuality) comes in. I roll over and not bring my all or self-criticise how I have been because of my pain. Feeling the all is sometimes too much to feel.
By feeling the all, and by tenderly moving in honouring the pain or discomfort is responding to how to reimprint a way that is with the body in movement and action. It’s more supportive this way then to go into individuality to ‘try’ and deal with it or work out the pain. By continually feeling and tenderly holding my body in the love that is the all I am given how to be with the all.

  47. We need to have our feet on the ground – to live fully in the realm we are in, but also move with the understanding and wisdom held within us that we are universal, divine beings of Light enhoused in a physical body. This way we can fully honour our incarnation whilst at the same time not get invested in it.

  48. The analogy you give of a specific floor and that being our reality captures it so clearly, we’re actually part of a larger building but immersed in the world of our floor forgetting that floor 4 is built on top of others and provides support for those above, so in fact it’s all interconnected; this has two aspects, we are so much more than we allow, not just a floor but a building and who knows what in a wider context, and everything we do impacts that wider world, so what goes on in our floor affects all. This is the craziness of how we live in creation enhoused in co-creation and we will never see beyond creation (our floor) unless we’re willing to be aware of the wider co-creation.

  49. I have ended up back at this article again today reading it again. We are unaware of how our perception of how things are and our movement in this then controls how and what we see. Like the article presents, I remember being young and then at different points in my life where I realised there was more to what was going on or where I had the feeling of this is not it. It was like at those points when you question your head would come up to look around to find the next thing to see if that was ‘it’. I had no time or didn’t make the choice to truly feel anything it was more just bouncing between things. When I truly stopped then Universal Medicine came up and from there I can now see that by what I allow, how I choose to be and move, this ‘controls’ or more dictates what then I can see in my next movement. Rush around and you blank a lot, while hold yourself and be aware of each movement and more and more of the veil is lifted.

  50. I guess creation wants to limit our quest for a true life to that which may be comfortable but still within its bounds. The fact that life could be even greater is rarely considered but much less sought and even resisted.

  51. I love the fact that it is not about ‘the New Age’ but rather that it is about re-discovering an ‘Age Old Way’ of living. The re-descovery simply says to us that we already know it and it is about coming back to what we already know rather than having to learn something totally new.

  52. There is something so familiar with just getting out on the 4th floor and closing our eyes to anything that tells us there is more. It doesn’t challenge us except, there is a constant tension that there is more. The tension only eases when you allow yourself to see, feel and live aware that there is so much more to us and to life than what we have created.

    1. Yes, there is actually such a joyful expansion in this, and it is very natural to feel the pull to be more of us. Everything in life is ever-expanding and evolving and we are part of that too.

  53. Creation seems like the pinnacle when we are choosing to live unaware and unawakened to infinite magnificence and majesty of co-creation.

  54. I loved the analogy of the lift and getting out at a certain floor and that is all you see. It makes complete sense to many things and how I have seen time and time again things feel out of place but accepting them as ‘well that’s just how life is’ etc in place of realising that you may have just caught a glimpse that you are just on one floor of what is a multi story building and you open up to the possibility that you have been sold only one floor. The openness to the possibilities of what you are truly seeing is a great way to stay open to other ‘floors’ otherwise you are sold deep and never will you choose to see anything other then where you stand.

    1. Our nature is ever expanding and when we surrender to this fact we begin to see what we have often felt… that in truth cannot be framed. We are multidimensional beings.

      1. This is true and we are that powerful that we are able to bring ourselves from “multidimensional” to a dimension like we are saying about only being on one floor of a “multidimensional” building. It takes a lot of work and energy to make something so grand so small but we do it and it hurts us, it hurts us all. When we say “surrender” this is an action to let go of all that focus to make us small and allow ourselves to naturally grow or expand back to the truth of who we are. Not the perceived truth in our dimension but the truth of the grandness.

  55. Liberation and escape may sound like synonyms but they are not. Both are meant to leave something behind. Yet, the path of truth has no escape in its menu. There is no way to escape the energy you are choosing to align to.

  56. The tension we feel is the knowing that there is more to life but this knowing is less confirmed and completely scattered in amongst the bombardments we see and also feel in daily life.

  57. Thank you for sharing the macadamia nut story… This is beautiful capturing the big picture beyond what we just immediately see in front of our eyes.

  58. When separated from our soul we feel separated to everyone, when we connect to our soul we are connected to all by the innate love that resides within.

  59. It is like we are squashing ourselves into this box and telling ourselves it is our reality when there is no way it is, no way it could be, yet we keep telling ourselves it is. We are multidimensional beings and without knowing that we will always feel a tension.

    1. Yes the tension we can feel is because we do know, we know we are much more than we may have been living or see around us being lived. We know what isn’t love and truth because we know what love and truth is.

      1. And that is where the beating up and the blame has to stop – because we are from love and truth so to not live that is a constant choice to live something else which is what has become familiar…groundhog day!

  60. Creation is so alluring, I guess it’s designed that way to make sure we don’t bother to look past our individual worlds. But as the awareness grows and we begin to question what life is all about, the cracks become exposed and we start to feel just how deep a mess we have got ourselves into.

    1. It may be ‘self’ sustaining, as in keeping the self or individuality entertained, yet as we are seeing it is not sustaining in truth… we are part of a collective and our nature is to move as one.

  61. The beauty of nature is here to reflect to us the wonders and the magic of God, that also resides in us, but creation is not our true home it is our class room where in we learn to return to who we truly are so that we all can arise out of here to our next plane of life.

  62. I have always found the Lotus flower interesting, almost too perfect, a little fake looking but it also reminder me of a movie set or a make believe world, I was not aware of the Buddhist meaning and like the spin you have put on the new meaning. I definitely feel the tension from the natural pull and sadly that is because I resist it so often but there comes a time of everyone, when our soul communicates to us through our body and the pain of pulling away forces a type of surrender. I am hoping to learn this alignment before my soul has to step in and give me a wake up call.

  63. It’s so easy to see ourselves as having escaped and being above the mud when we consider the lotus flower, it’s beautiful, it’s above the fray but that’s only the start … it’s still part of the mud and until we’re willing to see beyond creation as you note here Victoria, we are still caught in it. It’s about being willing to keep going to let go creation and understand that life if broader and wider than we can sometimes see, it’s about evolution and always being willing to take that next step back to the truth of our soul.

  64. I love the image of the lotus flower being just the beginning of our awakening from the illusion, not the end.

  65. When I don’t live in connection to this deeper part of me life becomes somewhat of a struggle, when I do connect back to this- life becomes more simple, more beautiful and I am able to see more.

  66. We are here to return to who we truly are and then to get out of here. The irony is that the only way we can do this is to commit even more deeply to life and ourselves.

  67. If we are aiming for enlightenment and to rise above the trials of day to day life, we are further diving into the illusion of creation and so that is our reality. It is no wonder then that there is so much despair and given-upness in the world, for we are trying to ‘fix’ something that cannot be fixed – get to somewhere which is just a different place in the same creation that we are trying to fix or escape from.

  68. It is easy to stop at the beauty, amazing though it is, but if it’s part of the creation and we just stop there we miss out on the wider piece, like you say Victoria, it’s like seeing that nut and failing to understand that it can become a tree and beget many more. It’s the starting point and if we’re willing and open to go beyond that and understand that we are in effect on the same floor but that there’s others and a wider building we begin the true journey of coming back to co-creation where we are all from.

    1. Nature is an absolutely awesome reflection of the beauty that we hold within, and the reflections are there like blessings and reminders that confirm of all we are. This is our nature.

  69. And so it is, that the choice is always ours. A beautiful sharing Victoria, thank you.
“we can either choose to align with the evolutionary pull towards a one unifying way, working together in co-creation, or we can – by our own free will – choose to resist this natural pull”.

  70. Considered in this light, the thought of ‘creating’ something becomes repugnant, self-indulgent. What value is there in losing oneself in a ‘creative process’ that is purely for recognition of some kind? Co-creating – creating in conjunction with one’s soul and the divine for a purpose other than the meeting of a personal whim – now that feels different and super-evolving for everyone.

  71. The world we have created today is messy with emotions and reactions which can prevent us from seeing beyond that overwhelm and clearly understanding the futility that we are merely going around and around and indulging in.

  72. Working together life becomes so much easier. I have noticed recently how I have been allowing an openess and willing to express what was coming up for me. This hasn’t always been the case as there was a stubborn attitude to ‘go it alone’ but what I realised was how invaluable it is to connect and share with another allowing for connection or for want of a better word intimacy into my life.

  73. I’ve always had a sense that the world wasn’t right and that there was something really missing with how we all related to eachother. I knew there was another way and I knew that simply accepting that the world ‘wasn’t perfect’ was just an excuse that allowed us to continue in what I now know as creation.

  74. Such a depth in what you have shared with us and it represents the depth of which is on offer to us as a human race – which is a key learning of what I have learned from the presentations of Universal Medicine.
There is so much more to life that what we have been sold/told.

  75. ‘It can be difficult to clearly see for our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs, which then become our life, and therefore our reality.’ When we are willing to see and feel this truth about our quality and that we have a choice, our body can open up, what our purpose is can become clear and this is ‘the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose.’

  76. The reductionism of life as most of us live it leaves us running empty and in need of habitual crutches to fill the void. But, those patterns and bahaviours will never quell the insatiable thirst – only reconnecting to the truth, the wholeness of our being and understanding life as energy will bring through the fullness we so desperately seek.

    1. yes the ‘eternal unsettlement’ and the longing for something more… communion with the divine has long been voiced through the ages, yet often we have not seen that it is we who are standing in the way of that reunion.

  77. The trick seems to be being 100% in the world and committed AND simultaneously recognising we are not of it.

  78. When we live with the light of the soul, creation automatically becomes co-creation.

  79. ‘It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from;’ I can so relate to this and can see this so clearly now although for many years I too was looking for enlightenment and to better myself and make the world a better place. It is no coincidence that when I started to deeply question the difference between soul and spirit and to choose a way to be in life that was very simple and founded on a gentle breath that I met Serge Benhayon and the teachings and modalities that are presented by Universal Medicine. Far from being the end of the road this is ‘the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose.’

  80. “It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from”. This, I feel, applies to the vast majority of people at present seeking liberation, it certainly did for me. Discovering that evolution is found through renouncing creation for co-creation as presented by Serge Benhayon and The Way of The Livingness I now know that I truly am on the Path of Evolution while before there always felt to be something missing.

    1. …and in the renouncing of creation, as you put it, for co-creation, we in fact are more engaged in life and with one another knowing there is a purpose in our coming together and evolving way.

  81. I find the analogy of the lift so apt. If we only go up and down up to the same floor we will start to believe that that is all there is. Especially if we have something to do with creating it and making sure that there are no signposts to tell us otherwise! This is where those among us who have actually travelled a bit further than the floor we have travelled to come in. It is a pure joy, immensely inspiring and a true gift to hear and witness Serge Benhayon who by example express that there is far more.

  82. Having felt the love and support of being one with all others, I know that there is no other way to be. When I picture a group of people taking each other’s hand and holding each other – their reflection of the love and strength this brings is beautiful. There is no other true way of being. Thank you Victoria for bringing this expansive, loving and connecting blog.

  83. Thank God for Serge Benhayon who has inspired me to look deeper and expose past hurts and attachments to discontinue glorifying the individual. The more surrender of the old controlling ways, the more open The Way to return to a one unified way of being.
“…we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being. The tension we can often feel is because we don’t live this way, and we are constantly being pulled to this awareness while shattering the illusion of the individual separated life”.

  84. ‘a way that is ours to choose’ yes it is Victoria. I love that image of the macadamia tree you share, how if we see the nut but ignore the wider context of where it comes from (the tree), we miss so much and so it is indeed with us, we develop and evolve but always within the context of the wider world of God, humanity and the Universe around us, We evolve and expand together.

    1. When our movements, our expression is aligned to the greater whole we are a part of we expand and evolve together. Yes monicag2 we live in a multidimensional world and are reminded of this everyday if we are open to seeing that.

  85. Thank you for a great sharing Victoria. To co-create with God is what we are meant to do to grow ourselves out of this predicament we find ourselves in here now in this World and back to where we truly belong.

  86. Life tricks us in many different fronts telling us, you have made it!!! Congratulations!! These, however, are not real final destinations but only one step in a path of permanent unfoldment back to God. The problem is that they make us believe that this is it or that this is as far as we can go or that the direction. to keep growing is the wrong one. The result is the same, we plateau while convinced that we made it.

    1. To understand how we can be ‘tricked’ by life we need to see it for what it is, to not let ourselves become enmeshed within it, while being fully committed in life. We pass through life on our return.. it is not our settling place or true home. All the while though there is so much to appreciate and enjoy along the way.

  87. I love the analogy of the macadamia nut and creation. Simply asking if we live just for ourselves and momentary pleasure or to expand and grow for and with everyone which ultimately brings eternal joy?

  88. There is no end or cap on how much we can evolve, for there is always more love to express, but where we all differ is in our choices of the pace we choose to travel in our return journey to our Soul.

  89. Thank you for exploring the difference between escaping and true liberation. I too spent years trying to escape into meditation and other spiritual pursuits that only buried my awareness and discontent deeper. i love the Universal Medicine retreats because they offer the opportunity to feel and experience the expansiveness of co-creation and liberation from the trap of creation with its myriad of enticing but empty ways to stay stuck in the rut of trying to better my life at the expense of others. True liberation is when we release our self imposed shackles and accept the divinity of our inner essence.

    1. The Universal Medicine ‘retreats’ offer quite the opposite to what we understand that word to mean; there is total commitment and engagement with others to the process of evolution. As you say they are very expansive.

  90. ‘Our Soul is constantly communicating our oneness with us.’ Yes and the more that we accept and embrace this the more opens up to us. As you so rightly point out when we are stuck in the mud of creation we are unable to pull back and feel the bigger picture but we still experience the tension of the pull towards evolution hence the greater and greater reliance on multiple distractions to try and ignore our Soul’s communication.

  91. There is no way that we are just ‘born, we lived and we departed’. Just consider the ripples from one life… the impact on the world and all the people that we influence. We are part of the universe and there is no question that we impact on it in every way.

  92. Thank you Victoria for bringing awareness to the struggle that we so often choose to live with, the tension of not living in connection to who we are in essence, and if we are willing to be honest it is this tension that drives us to seek to nullify it. Our Soul forever calling us to be in connection to the light of oneness. For when we surrender to the light we are within we know who we are, why we are here, and we are free to live, explore and evolve to be more of who we actually are. This is then just beginning of that which in truth has no end.

    1. This is a key here Carola,” if we are willing to be honest it is this tension that drives us to seek to nullify it.” We all have a sensitivity that feels our disconnect and there are many distractions in the world to feed the numbing of the tension we can feel, yet it is natural to feel the tension of our separation and equally it is a call for us to return to the light of oneness, ‘the beginning of that which in truth has no end’.

  93. Although making more conscious choices to return to the known divine and natural way of living, there are times that I can still choose to numb the ever-deepening awareness with some ill-choices. Fortunately, the pull is always there to expose the individual way of being and return to all that I am in truth.
“The tension we can often feel is because we don’t live this way, and we are constantly being pulled to this awareness while shattering the illusion of the individual separated life”.

    1. Yes, the pull is always there for us to return to union and we can choose to react to it and further bury ourselves or see it as the gift it is, to bring us back to truth.

  94. “… we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being.” Beautifully expressed Victoria. However the world seems intent on dividing and separating us all from each other and “my way is right” mentality, which is all about self.

  95. We don’t know what we don’t know, yet we can also choose to stay stuck in what we know and not be open to the possibility that there is life above the mud of the pond of the fourth floor. Thank you for this divine blog.

  96. I too spent many years in a spiritual search – knowing there was more to life – but never found the answer in all the many courses I attended and the books I read. “In truth I was looking to re-connect with my Soul” Yes Victoria, though even then my understanding of the difference between spirit and soul wasn’t true back then. Attending retreats and courses presented by Serge Benhayon has led me to understand energy far more and to trust my inner knowing and awareness – when I am connected with my innermost.

  97. Exquistely expressed Victoria, you have said it all. We are so much more than what we can perceive at the human level until such a time that we attune our senses by way of true movement (moving in a way free of the imposition of all outer ideals, beliefs and images) and hence know the truth that we are in fact multidimensional beings of great light and love that have the opportunity to express this love through our physical forms.

  98. Thank you for a very beautiful sharing Victoria – I love your analogies of how there is ever more in this multi-dimensional expanding Universe that we live in and not to be limited into thinking we have arrived just because we get off at one floor or have cracked one nut!

  99. Sometimes I fantasise about having my blinkers on again as a bizarre “liberation”, wishing I couldn’t feel so much. The ignorance is bliss line comes to mind but when I consider more deeply, I realise you can’t un-know things and really why would I want to? The only option to get back to the ignorance is to numb yourself and I have done that already this lifetime and probably many others and I know without a doubt it was a cop out.
From my experience we hold things in our bodies whether we are aware or not, so the sooner we reconnect to the true purpose of life, and wake up from our comforts, the faster you are able to start move through the issues that we have held onto for lifetimes; now who wants bliss, when they can have this, no issues and pure joy.

    1. Yes once we know, and we do know… we cannot un-know. even if we try to cover, numb and pretend we are one-dimensional. It’s an exposing saying ‘ignorance is bliss’; that if we live without a responsibility towards ourselves or others that it is somehow blissful.

  100. I know that too Victoria, that feeling from young that there is more to life, a greater order and cycles we belong to and are part of as we can clearly observe by our day’s and nights and the revolutions around the sun that brings us to the same place every year again and again. The purpose of this grander order and cycles we can only observe when we let go our idea that we have control over our life and in that control continuously create to prove ourselves to be right such as: ‘you see, we are improving’, when we have developed a better solution we think will ease the suffering we experience in this life of creation but in that we are constantly fooling ourselves as we have to better and better the solutions over and over continuously so.

      1. Exactly Victoria, the universe is about expansion not about improving or making anything better as it is already in perfect order, it only expands its particles, and in that, making more space divine.

  101. I have realised how much our belief in right and wrong holds us back from truth, because when we are caught up in the right or wrong we have an investment into how something should be, when the truth is just the truth.

    1. hear hear Sally and so immeasurably and incomparably vaster, grander and more simple than any right or wrong.

  102. Thank you Victoria, your blog inspires me to appreciate what is possible in our world dominated by creation. It shows we can choose to blossom just like the lotus flowers above the muddy waters. Our path is always to evolve back to God by choosing co-creation as you’ve so beautifully shared.

  103. Our interconnectedness is so evident when give pause to consider how we are all governed and affected by the universal rhythms and cycles we are in and share, and the fact that we breath the same air and essentially feel the same love within us. We may assume that we are separate, however in every way we are intrinsically connected with everything and every ONE around us.

    1. Amazing Victoria, I love your blog and your comment. When I am connected to myself I feel what you expressed here very strongly.

    2. That is so very true Victoria and very lovely to feel when we allow ourselves to do so. Strangely it is not the reality that most currently live or are consciously aware of yet, but it will be one day.

  104. I too am finding the concept of co-creation to slowly set in, but getting myself out of the way has been an ongoing obstacle. Often forgetting that there isn’t just me to consider, that there is a much much wider net – humanity- out there that is affected by every single choice I make.

    1. Yes I am sure many relate to this Elodie, we can have an awareness about life and that allows us to see more, yet it is the living of that awareness day to day, with our every choice that makes the difference. If it is coming through us, from within, it is for all of us.

  105. ” I believed at that time I was seeking to be liberated from this limited life, and to reach an enlightenment of some sort.”
This is how I too lived. Without stopping to feel how sad I was in life. What a lie we have been fed. Knowing there was more to life, yet looking upon it as something to take us out of the life we were in. Until Universal Medicine, nothing suggested that how I was living was the cause of how I felt in life. That there is no magic that fixes all the wrongs in my life. Instead there is responsibility and the choice to be the person navigating my life, with the joy I feel, not the person that life pulls into its whirlwind and spits me out at the end.

  106. It makes basic sense that we are not individuals carving out our own lives, to be lived according to our rules and desires. That doesn’t work, as we have seen repeated many times. We are part of a bigger plan that is to support us to get out of creation and bring us to co creation where we all reconnect to the oneness we are all originally from and responsibly choosing to return to.

  107. It is very true that re-connecting to our Soul is only the beginning for us to truly live who we are, through which the light we are is understood and realised as the oneness we are all equally from. There is no end point to reach, for our Souls are the forever expression of the magic of God light.

  108. Thank you Victoria for a beautiful sharing, I too have tried to fix the problems with the same creation consciousness that caused it in the first place, and getting only more of the same until understanding that it is me who needs to change “we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being”

    1. This has been a great learning for me also Jill – that to ‘fix’ what is broken or solve a seeming problem we need to step out of the energy that has caused it to be there in the first place. We cannot find true solutions from the same pool of consciousness that created them. True healing can only come from returning to love and allowing the quality of this love to impulse our every move.

  109. Victoria, I love the analogy of the floors in a building and how easy it is to think the floor we’re on it is, and forget, there’s one above and one below, it captures so clearly the bind we can get ourselves in when we do not step back and see the larger or bird’s eye view, that there is more than we can see and know. It cuts any arrogance we may have, and brings a humility to us as we learn to see and understand that there is more and it’s unfolding the more we accept it and let go our limited ways of seeing.

    1. Yes monicag2, and from that bird’s eye view we can begin to truly ‘fly’… although it is not a outward movement as such, rather an inward movement of surrender and connection to that ever expansiveness.

  110. “we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being.” The teachings and revelations that are presented at Universal Medicine retreats are an inspiration to rediscover the truths of the Ageless Wisdom

  111. It felt to me reading this, Victoria, like there was an opening of a very large door that we can all walk through together, back home.

  112. When I read about the universal order, that immense natural flow like a powerful river, I wonder how we can possibly try to swim against the current. Why would we waste so much time and energy swimming against the flow, when we can simply surrender, be completely at ease and be carried along by the natural order.

    1. Agree Fiona, we may try to swim against the tide, the natural flow of the universe, however in doing so we just delay or prolong the misery of being out of sync with the divine design and universal order that is governing us. The fight can only delay our return, and with the choice to let go we are supported by the true flow of life.

    2. Beautifully said Fiona for when we resist and work against the natural order we are indeed swimming against the current.

  113. I feel you are spot on that many of us say that we seek liberation, but what we really seek is an escape from a world and way of living that is loveless and we know to be untrue. We want the rose colored glasses that will cushion us in life, when in reality we have to be in life, bringing the truth of divinity to all.

  114. Stunning Victoria, a beautiful account of the way back for humanity. A one unified movement out of creation.
    True evolution.

  115. wow – you explore here the difference when we make life about do I evolve or not rather than what is good or not – a huge one to break and really comes with a sense of responsibility to our lives rather than just putting on a nice act.

  116. The illusion of false enlightenment was a big one for me spending 20 odd years doing transcendental meditation and spiritual pursuits, which all the time was taking me further and further away from soul. The presentations by Serge Benhayon gave me a deep true understanding of evolution, creation and co creation with an awareness off those distractions and ways we choose to avoid evolution. What a turning point this was and how much life has changed.

  117. The way I have come to see life is that investing in creation is like walking around with blinkers on – it’s a narrow view that does not reveal the fullness and grandness of all of us. Living in Co-creation is to take off those blinkers, revealing the gaudiness and rot that creation really is, and opening our view to the expansive magnificence of the Universe.

  118. Our way has always been our way however through our endeavours into creation our way has warped into the tangledness of what life presently is. Life isn’t ugly our creations that we have laid within life are.

Much to our advantage the constant presence of nature is a calling card to come home, as are the signs from our body.

    Thank goodness and thank God.

  119. Thank you Victoria. I loved the analogy of the macadamia tree and I get the sense I have focused on a single nut for most of my life. Instead of feeling foolish I feel blessed by this truth as the expansion I can feel brings nothing but joy.

    1. I too get the feeling that the single nut has become the focus for many Leonne. The fact that we can easily see that the truth is in the whole tree and how the nuts become the seeds for future trees already shows us that deep down we do know that we are all so much more.

      1. Nature is constantly reflecting what is possible for us and the expansion that is our nature. Looking at the tree alone we have the trunk representing the solid foundation which allows our branches to grow, the leaves to form and the inner nuts to flourish… and then as you say Vicky the seeds are planted for future trees to be inspired, ever expanding. What a beautiful reflection for our lives.

  120. The seeking outside of ourselves is an endless empty path to take and will only produce temporary relief. Only through true connection with our inner most and our equal brothers in co-creation our natural divine state will be felt.

  121. The idea of creation and co-creation for most is unimaginable especially if we think that we in fact think when in co-creation we actually know that thoughts never come from us, but from the energy we align to. Both ways of living can be similar in their outplay, but very very different in their energetic quality

  122. I embraced this new way of living called The Way of The Livingness as is presented by Serge Benyhayon,
and as a result I have changed so much and my life has transformed. Simply put, from a life of struggle and complication, life now flows effortless towards me as I have a strong willingness to learn and to let of my old indulging ways. I have observed how much support and love there is for me, all I have to do is say yes, yes to life and commit.

  123. “The Lotus flower now represents to me the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose.” In love, joy, harmony and truth, our natural way of being that we can continually come back to with each choice.

  124. Victoria I love how you have made reference to their being a 5th floor and beyond. If we live on the 1st floor and never even consider that there is a 4th, let alone a 5th, we are missing out on so much. We can think we are happy on the 1st floor but most of this ‘happiness’ could actually be described as a way of distracting and numbing ourselves from how much we miss the richness of those other floors. A beautiful analogy of life, our potential and ultimately our divinity.

    1. That is true Vicky, why would we settle for this reductionism or ‘happiness’ when there is so much more available for us to access? Being open to the fact we are so much more than that we may have come to accept brings a true joy and purpose… a rediscovery of the enormity of the love and truth we are.

    2. Very true Vicky. I have come to see happiness as comfort and it leaves me feeling restricted and on edge as it never lasts or truly heals the tension I feel. It is only through allowing myself to feel everything that I can be truly joyful.

  125. This is beautiful Victoria. Things become difficult when we resist evolution and try to force our own short sighted way onto the natural rhythm that we could harmoniously live in. There is one unified way, everything else is swimming upstream in the mud.

    1. Yes, well said Amanda, our natural rhythm is harmonious. Life does become difficult when we hold on to how we want it to be, our own creation, rather than surrender to a way that supports all of us, which is naturally evolutionary.

  126. ‘…trying to understand life and my place in the greater plan from a dimension that can only see its own creation was futile.’ This is crucial in building understanding about the limitations of contemplation. It’s futile because we are so caught up in our own creation, so much a part of it and it a part of us, that we almost can’t conceive of anything different, anything more, anything grander than what we know or can imagine or choose from the currently available platform from which we do our fathoming.

  127. To study the human body it is easy to see that we are so much more than the physical. There is a natural flow and rhythm. Co-creation is about going with the flow of life rather than working against life.

  128. I love the beauty and joy of the Lotus flower Victoria. It shows us what is possible as we live in a world full of distractions and disharmony.

  129. ‘I began to see clearly through the grand illusion I was held in, the deception of right and wrong, the highest ‘good’, and the illusion of false enlightenment.’ It is so freeing, yet so confronting when we start to see through these illusions, especially when we can feel how what on the outside may look ‘good’ is quite clearly far from being true. I have recently started realising how the the falseness of ‘good’ actually feels worse than the obvious ‘bad’, and how it creates even more separation from God because without discerning the energy it can look pretty convincing from the outside.

  130. ‘Simply put, life in self-made creation (in contrast to co-creation) is one where we are immersed in all the attractions, distractions and emotional highs and lows of our physical life.’ When you are in it, it can be difficult to see that you are in it, because we keep feeding ourselves the same distractions over and over again. For me it was TV, alcohol, food, and emotions, left right and centre. Now my life is very different. There is still the odd distraction here and there, but the more of stillness and love I hold in my body, the less appealing the distractions become, and from then I started to understand what it’s like having heaven here on earth.

    1. I agree Eleanor, it is not until we stop feeding the distractions that there is a space to truly see from a broader perspective. Everything is clearer when felt from the connection to the natural stillness we hold.

      1. That is where, I feel, we get offered a key to getting out of the box we have locked ourselves in – by stopping the distractions to feel what is left in the space. Bringing honesty to that moment offers wisdom that can only come form inside, from God, and once felt, is near on impossible to ignore again. The simple return to being ourselves begins 🙂

      2. yes, and everything is held within that space and has a depth of wisdom that we can access through our bodies from our re-connection to the natural stillness within.

    2. I love what you share Eleanor, very beautifully and simply said and I agree. The more I hold the truth and connection to who I am in my body the less appealing the distractions are. In fact many fall away and are never missed.

      1. It’s true Sandra and once they do fall away the thought of bringing them back in again no longer holds any appeal or attraction as there is simply no space or place for them.

  131. I too Victoria, have been trapped in creation and the deception of right and wrong the highest good etc. Tied to the beliefs of creation, making life all about me, the individual. Where co-creation is all about responsibility , that every choice I make affects the all. That we are here to all evolve together, back to where we belong in harmony, love, joy, and truth, only in co-creation.

  132. I agree Victoria, the world makes no sense to us as individuals, it makes very good sense that we are here to get along with each other, and then rejoin the harmony we once lived.

  133. ‘It can be difficult to clearly see for our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs, which then become our life, and therefore our reality’ – it matters not, how many times I read or hear this, it always has the power to ‘stop’ me and ground the Truth – I am the creator of life as I live it, I make the choices which unfold into the experiences I have. My Appreciation grows everyday for the opportunities I have to choose energetic responsibility and integrity, and to live the love I am.

    1. Beautiful ch1956, I am with you, there is power in every choice we make, and when we do choose to live with energetic responsibility and integrity we support everyone. Love is our leading light.

      1. Thank you so much for the link Victoria, I remember reading this article ‘Can I align to the wisdom of my soul in a place like San Victorino’ and found it very supportive. Great for the opportunity to revisit this now.

  134. I have felt the difference of ‘when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being’ and seeing life as just about me. The power to hold the love I am increases tenfold when working with others. Love your comment about getting out on the 4th floor and then this becoming our reality, forgetting there are many other levels existing. What a simple metaphor for life which allows for ‘Space’ in life to be in Co-creation and not stuck existing only in what ‘s happening in our lives or as you mentioned ‘just on the 4th Floor’ of Creation.

  135. As you have so clearly pointed out Victoria “life in self-made creation (in contrast to co-creation) is one where we are immersed in all the attractions, distractions and emotional highs and lows of our physical life”.
The choice is ours, always ours, creation or co-creation. Co-creation being love, joy, harmony, stillness, brotherhood and truth.

  136. Who I am is not determined by what I do, what I think/imagine/decide I am to be – it already is. For the mere fact that ‘I am’ says that I am of God. I have exercised my will to the nth degree to prove, or at least pretend otherwise, by filling myself up with a poor substitute of everything Heaven offers, trying to convince myself that that was what life was about, living this way – in constant creation is exhausting, I have decided enough is enough.

    1. Well said Fumiyo “…enough is enough…” Creation sure is exhausting. To be in the flow of co-creation is our natural state, it certainly feels weightless as I live this way more and more.

    2. Yes, it is exhausting to keep convincing ourselves that creation is ‘it’. Building an awareness of what we are aligning to, is it drama, distraction and complication, or could we align to simple, honest and true? I have found that simply asking the question gives me an opportunity to detach from the grasp of creation.

  137. Creation feels like a murky state of misty dankness that hangs over me and blinds me with its stick and tempting ways only to lead to an exhausting and rather depleted feeling inside me. All the while, it insidiously is numbing my awareness to my body and what is truly going on as it manifests ideas, issues and problems in my life that are there to further keep me from living Me, the true me, in connection with My Soul, My Love and My Truth.

  138. In my own experience I can understand why creation can be associated with ‘muddiness’ because for me, it’s been the thing that’s kept me ‘stuck’ in drama, control, reaction and complication. In learning to connect to co-creation, working with and as part of the universe, I have found this muddiness has started to clear as life becomes more about truth, clarity and responsibility.

    1. I have felt at times that I am swimming in mud, the going seems so tough. What I am realising more and more is that “the going” is up to me. I may have been reacting to situations the same way for years and not allowing myself the freedom to choose between the mud of creation and the freedom and light of co creation – and this light certainly gets brighter the more responsibility I am willing to accept.

  139. Thank you Victoria, I agree, it sounds to me like a fish swimming around in the ocean saying it is not a fish, when in fact it is in a sea of water and needs gills to breath. Humanity lives in a sea of energy and fails to feel that the reality is ‘we feel everything.’ All this is talk about creation. Co-creation on the other hand takes everything into consideration including the responsibility to life, which comes with an energetic quality as presented through Universal Medicine by Serge Benhayon.

  140. While on the Level 5 Sacred Esoteric Healing course I am really understanding on a deeper level what you have shared here Victoria. We live in the mud of ‘the real world’ but there is a tension because we understand that there IS life above the waterline and that is where we are to be living. But everything that is above the waterline is already within our bodies and is constantly being supplied to us via our soul. It’s like the more we let that out from us the water recedes bringing into our space and our world more of what is above, eventually we will all stand above the waterline again but never before have I had such a clear conscious understanding and symbolism of this (in this life at least!). Thank you.

  141. When I am connected there is an inner knowing, a readiness to expand forever, when I get distracted by creating a goal or reaching an end point I am immediately limited.

    1. Yes true for me too nicolesjardin, when I am connected and in my body there is more openness and spaciousness I feel within, and the communication of the ‘inner knowing’ more readily accessible.

  142. Co-creation is about going with the flow of life rather than working against life. The reason for life is evolution, therefore anytime we are making decisions that delay us from taking the next step or dealing with something that’s holding us back, we are in creation and working against the natural flow of life and evolution.

  143. There is so much wisdom in your blog Victoria. I had to read it a couple of times to get a deeper sense of understanding around the huge illusion that we are living in. The symbolism of the lotus flower is just beautiful.

  144. “What I didn’t see then was that we are all in this together and we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being.” I love this line and the feeling of having to come together as one again in harmony to be totally free from creation, that being issues, problems, struggle, hardship and sorrow. When nobody chooses these emotions they will simply cease to exist.

    1. I love the magic too Lisa, and so practical. I am beginning to appreciate more and more how everything is always reflecting to us and often in very unexpected ways, sometimes confirming our divinity, at times a wake up call or a gentle reminder, and at times a warning to keep us attentive. I am discovering there are so coincidences as such and the Soul will simply use what is needed to call us back to truth.

  145. Wow Victoria that I have to digest first – thank you so much for sharing your understanding of what you found out by living this great revelation: “The Lotus flower now represents to me the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose.” It is a bit confronting but also very inspiring and I have to admit that I am looking forward to go on my own journey to have a look inside myself what I can discover.

  146. “Our Soul is constantly communicating our oneness with us.” This is so true and when we open our awareness to the love that we all are we can feel the brotherhood as we return together to who we truly are.

    1. So beautifully expressed Mary, and also confirming to become aware of the love and brotherhood we are all finding as we unfold and deepen our true expression.

  147. It is gorgeous how you described co-creation, only in connection with the whole we can grow.

  148. There is more to life than meets the eye. You can’t help but feel people when you read this blog – it’s asking us to let go of the stories that hold us back – there is a true and grander purpose for us being here, one that is not about self or the individual but about people.

    1. Yes I agree Gyl, there is more to life than meets the eye. We have held ourselves in distraction and contraction for aeons and to feel that life is about people and our connection to one another allows us to embrace one another and to let go of self, which as you say there is a ‘grander purpose’ than the lifetimes of seeking identification and recognition.

  149. I had an impressing inspirational moment during a Chris James Workshop, when all the women sang together in a way that I have felt there were no borders between us any longer. I couldn’t feel if the tone came from my body or from the other women’s bodies, it was one tone. We supported each other very beautiful and strongly, for I started to sing in a way, I definitely weren’t able to before. But I was able to in union with all the other women and the tone came with absolute easiness and an innate power to be expressed from us all. I wasn’t exited about it although it was a deeply touching, life-changing moment, that brought tears of joy and a deep old memory to me. It was an experience that I felt in my body and it unfolds from there. This was an experience of co-creation to me. A marker I have now in my life.

  150. It is beautiful to realise that we are a part of this amazing, expanding creation. There was always this feeling of more and to begin to understand the grandness of it feels like the most wonderful connection.

  151. Victoria such a powerfull and beautiful sharing – I enjoyed reading this article. There are many gems in this blog to reflect upon, this one stood out for me and is worth remembering -‘In truth I was looking to re-connect with my Soul, and it is through the grace of my Soul’s light, and my loving dedication and acceptance of my responsibility, that I began to see clearly through the grand illusion I was held in, the deception of right and wrong, the highest ‘good’, and the illusion of false enlightenment.’

  152. I was recently listening to a couple having a huge fight in public, screaming at each other outside a shopping centre and I just observed what was playing out and it made me realise how much we can just get caught up in stuff and it’s not until you really step back do you have the space to question and look at what is really going on here. You could see the pattern of abuse they were stuck in and it made me realise in that moment, they were caught up in that and couldn’t see more. How often do we sit back and question life and reflect on what it’s all about. I read an article where nurses shared that at the end of life most people talk about having love in your life as being the most important factor. It is sad that it takes most of humanity until their death bed to work this out and in that we miss out on a joyous and love filled life.

    1. Yes Kristy, it is crazy it can often take either death or disaster to disarm us and bring us back to love, the love we all truly want to be living, and even then it can be momentary and after the shock we pick up our shields and life continues on as usual.
The thing is we do have a choice to live that love …now.

      1. I think that the point most of humanity is missing is that we have a choice. Could this be because we are not taught energy, we do not understand the choices on offer and all we are educated about is creation and all its trapping. If we understood energy, if we knew we were love I imaging a much different world indeed – a world of co-creation.
Thank God for Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine for reintroducing the Ageless Wisdom and energetic sciences to us and now with blogs like this Victoria we spread the word and support for all. Bring it on!

  153. Beautifully expressed Victoria, we limit ourselves so much by working as individuals when we are in creation. When we come together in co-creation we are able to evolve together with each other helping one another along the way. And as you so beautifully say, ‘a way that is ours to choose’.

  154. Thank you Victoria, for sharing the differences between creation and true liberation (Co-Creation). It’s a whole other way to be in life.

  155. This is such a huge topic Victoria, and I deeply appreciate you sharing this and the deepening of the understanding of this that you have found, and no doubt continue to discover (or re-discover) within.
The whole notion of there being an ‘end point’ – a final liberation – to ‘get to’ just doesn’t make sense. For God’s Love has no end – how could Love have an ‘end point’? In living a committed way of relationship with our own Love, God’s Love, we forever deepen and expand in this.

      1. Beautiful to sit with this truth again today Victoria. And connect within to the sense of the ‘ever-expanding’ within – it’s actually quite palpable and deeply discernible… How did we ever put a lid on such a natural connection to our divinity?

    1. I agree Victoria, both huge and profound. ‘For God’s Love has no end’ – a TRUE never ending story!

  156. I really relate to your blog Victoria because I was the queen of creation! I could come up with ideas and projects, even full blown global concepts by the minute, I could do it in my sleep. But these amazing ideas, even if designed to help others, to serve humanity, quite inexplicably defying reason never truly did. The thing I learned from Universal Medicine is that all of my ideas were actually self-serving in so much that they stemmed from a need for me to find a place in the world, to find something to do that defined my place in the world because I didn’t know who I am and what I am doing here. I was desperately trying to identify myself with what I do. This sounds ok in theory but the twist is that when I learned to deeply connect to me and the truth in my inner-heart – which I might add is often contrary to the common ways of the world – then magic happened. I stopped pushing and trying to be the creator and I learned to work more in harmony with the bigger picture, I learned the glory of Co-Creation. I am still learning, I have my L plates on but this is it, this is what I have always wanted and all it took was to get my self and all my attachments to my ideals, beliefs and identifications out of the way. Mind you I say ‘all’ it took, but 16 years later I am still working on it and I will continue to work on it for the rest of my life – because even an inkling of Co-Creation is that grand! Thank you Universal Medicine and thank you Victoria for co-creating the space for us all to share this game changing revelation.

    1. Jeanette, this is a great example of how the illusion can trap us, with the ‘best’ and ‘good’ intentions of our own creations. As you say it sounds ok in theory but keeps us trapped in identification and blind to the bigger picture and harmony that is possible when we all truly work as one.

  157. “In my experience trying to understand life and my place in the greater plan from a dimension that can only see its own creation was futile.” As our awareness and understanding of co-creation expands, we then discover a vastness beyond the fourth floor open up to us.

  158. I consider my own self made creation before I was introduced to Universal Medicine, and know that I could not see the woods for the trees. Although so many of us know something is not right, we seek solutions or new distractions which are just another variety of creation. Thus we keep going round in circles chasing our own tail. It is only through returning to connection, brotherhood, and knowing our part in the whole picture that we start to see above the fog of creation.

  159. This was so beautiful to read Victoria, thank you for sharing. I’ve always loved the lotus flower and I now realise there is much more, it’s the beginning of a Way of Living. This will remind me that there is often much more.

  160. An exquisit blog Victoria. I can feel with what you have shared that there is nothing to attain or achieve, nowhere to get to just a deeper connection and understanding of who we all are and that we are so much more that we have ever thought.

    1. Jennifer, quite the opposite really to what we are lead to believe, the notion that we attain and achieve to get someone but in truth it is an ever deepening surrender to all that we are and always have been.

  161. Well said Victoria, ‘In my experience trying to understand life and my place in the greater plan from a dimension that can only see its own creation was futile. This is why it never made complete sense to me, as I was caught in the web of it.’
It is like untangling ourselves from a huge web that is cast so thick that we cannot see the true Divine light that shines. Thank you Serge Benhayon for bringing everything you do to support me to open my eyes to the truth of who I am. And I know that I am very much only just starting to understand what that truly means and how that plays out in the grand universal plan.

  162. Victoria thank you, from the presentations of Universal Medicine, and Serge Benhayon, I have come to the understanding that brotherhood comes from Co-Creation, and thus evolution begins. Your words “As my awareness continues to expand, more is unfolding and coming to light around this understanding.” Covers very much how my own awareness of the importance of Co-creation is also expanding.

  163. “… life in self-made creation (in contrast to co-creation) is one where we are immersed in all the attractions, distractions and emotional highs and lows of our physical life. …” Signing up to this kind of existence is no longer for me, the evolutionary pull to where I came from is far greater than the pull to illusion. Although it still hurts me to see that many others still want the physical life and swear by it’s greatness.

  164. Since I have been following; ‘the way of the livingness’, lived and presented by Serge Benhayon, my awareness continues to expand with the more I refine my lifestyle choices.

  165. That what is co-creation is endless, and you described it so beautifully thank you.

  166. This is exquisite Victoria. For a topic that is indeed huge, expansive and constantly evolving, you have made it very real and very relatable. Your deep love and Stillness is felt in every word. What a blessing to read.

  167. “It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from; the harsh reality of what I felt overall was a loveless world, where we were living so much less than I knew to be possible.” I have tried to escape from life so many times in an effort to ‘liberate ‘ myself. It is amazing to feel how much freedom comes with commitment to life. No task is mundane if I make it about love first.

    1. I am not that thrilled with my new role at work but your comment Leonne – “No task is mundane if I make it about love first”, has brought me to an aha! moment. I started moving from a bit bored just sitting here, to appreciating the free time I have to write, to feeling the niggling pains in my body, to making this moment about love by adjusting my position and breathing and taking the time to self-love and writing a blog to share with humanity. Love is in the air!

  168. More and more I see that there are many choices I can make that draw me into emotion and destabilise how I feel and the thoughts I have. I have noticed it is vitally important that each choice I make is considered as the ripple effect of everything we do goes way beyond what we are ever taught to consider in our growing up.

    1. Yes Stephen G, if we were raised with the awareness that all we do, every choice we make has a ripple effect we would naturally bring more care and attention to how we express in all ways. Imagine if we could see the energy of our chosen thoughts in colour or sound it may reflect more obviously, although in truth we can always feel the quality and effects of our choices.

    2. That is cool, to consider the ripple effect before you put your toe in. That takes a choice to stop and make a choice about the quality of ripple right from the get go…until that is, there is a lived body of love, then every ripple you make leaves no one less it just washes everyone with the same quality it started with.

  169. I am continually inspired to stay open to the possibility of the grand intelligence being delivered unto us all; being willing to be honest and with loving dedication, assume the responsibility that is mine to embody my light.

    1. I love your comments emmadanchin. I have had the same experiences from Universal Medicine events and the undeniable beauty and grandness of these experiences accumulate over the years to this point where I look back and can see how far I have evolved. It is an unfolding process but one I would not miss for all the riches of creation. There is nothing in creation that compares to knowing myself as love and connecting to and embodying, albeit bit by bit, the ‘grand intelligence’.

  170. It is extraordinary to feel when the limiting beliefs I have been held in blow open for a flash of revelation. It literally feels like the top of my head is being blown open and my whole body expands, my mind feels like it is in all of me. I have only ever had this experience for brief periods in time, at the end of a retreat held by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. The connection that I reach is sustained for some days and then the magnitude of it fades. But the revelation remains with me, continuing to unfold and reveal itself to me in perfect timing.

  171. Yes Katie, if the detours are simply seen for what they are and not seen as failures we needn’t indulge them further. With each and every moment we have a choice, which determines the path we walk… either away from or towards our re-connection to Soul.

  172. Great for each of us to feel how our ‘pursuits’ can in fact be a way to escape life, to not feel how it is to live in a worl where love and brotherhood is not our living way. It is true that the world is crazy and not healthy because of the way that we each live – in our own private creations or ‘idahos’. The way of the Soul however is a totally different life, experience and outcome – whereby we feel the fullness, depth and wisdom of our being, and how this – to use Victoria’s friends example – is from a greater ‘tree’ or consciousness to which we all are from.

  173. As I read your blog Victoria, there is a strong recognition within me that the ‘loveless world’ we have been living in is loveless because we are not connected to the Love that we are. So much of life has become about seeking love out there rather than knowing it within ourselves. It is up to us to be the Love that we are and bring it to our lives rather than wallow in the emptiness and look hopefully (of hopelessly) to others. Great sharing thank you.

    1. Beauti-full point richardmills363, we ‘think’ it’s easier to look for the love we crave to come from somebody else, from out-there. Thank you for the reminder that this love is already in me, always, waiting for me to reconnect to it, and with that, to reconnect to loving everybody equally, as we are all in this together.

    2. Very true richardmill363, our search for love in anything outside of ourselves will have us searching for eons over. It is up to us to reconnect to the love that we naturally are, and live that love.

      1. Absolutely Victoria, the endless search for love outside of ourselves will one day be the grounds for many a comedy as more and more people start to turn their eyes inward and realise the love they are searching for was to be found within all along.

    3. richardmills363 I think it should be up to our parents to let us know the game plan from the get go, to let us know that we are love and support and raise us to stay connected to our inner-hearts. It delights me no end to see the way Universal Medicine students have reclaimed themselves as love and now raise their children in this way. These children have a great chance of doing the same for their children and so on and thus the shift has begun. Go Universal Medicine and The Way of The Livingness!

  174. As I revisit this blog the thing that sparks me the most is the knowing that there is more than the fourth floor and yet how easy it is to get caught up in the daily details of creation that in themselves delay us from opening to the next level. I am aware of this acutely and have found that if I get caught on the fourth floor so to speak life becomes difficult and requires push and shove to navigate. Not so when you truly connect to the power that is co-creation and the vastness of love that is available to us all.

    1. We limit ourselves so much when we only stay on the 4rd floor and do not consider any other possibility. Our mind wants to get grip on life for security but is limited in its perception and cannot connect to the grander picture. Trusting in our body although, gives us an access to the grander picture in which more floors or dimensions become available to explore and to be part of our lives.

      1. I agree Nico van Haastrecht, it is difficult for the limiting mind to get a grasp of the grander ever expanding nature that we are…using the analogy, in this case we may need to take the elevator down from floor of the mind to the open floor of the embodied heart.

    2. Yes so true Lee, we can know there is so much more to access and yet how easy it is to get distracted, entwined and swept along in our lives. The phrase, ‘being a fish in the water without getting wet’ comes to mind. One of the greatest keys as you say, is to remain truly connected to us, to know we are this love we equality share and are surrounded by.

  175. “We are all in this together and we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being.” This shows the illusion that some “illusion-busting” philosophies and teachings are touting when they sell the idea that you can sit for hours on end, on your own, in meditation, without engaging anyone or any aspect of life, in order to evolve.

    1. I agree this is a powerful distinction that Victoria has made Golnaz, that retreating or escaping from the world has not helped us to evolve, whilst being engaged and committed to life, and connected to others in service helps us to evolve. “Our Soul is constantly communicating our oneness with us” – beautiful thank you Victoria.

      1. Absolutely – we cannot evolve at all whilst isolated from the world because we need the reflection of others to show us where the evolution is sometimes… If we are isolated we simply compliment ourselves on how amazing we are without actually seeing we are incredibly self indulgent!

  176. Beautiful Victoria, I can’t think of a single thing I would want to create without God, everything done with him works so much better, for me and all of humanity.

    1. Yes there is a divine order and natural evolution when we work as one in co-creation. I was just considering Catherine, we are always co-creating with something in our lives whether that be for our own self interest or for all of us. The choice is ours to ‘involve’ or Evolve.

  177. “In truth I was looking to re-connect with my Soul…”, ah ha, reading this line was a lightbulb moment for me, all of those years wasted spent in spiritual pursuits thinking that they were going to get me where I wanted to be, when all along I just wanted to re-connect to my Soul. that was it, simple really. Ironic isn’t it, that we yearn for this loving connection yet we still resist by living in creation which takes us further away from our Soul. It’s a good job that God has infinite patience and is always there if we choose to make that choice.

    1. ” It’s a good job that God has infinite patience and is always there if we choose to make that choice” – beautiful Sandra and so true. That God has infinite patience is our salvation.

    2. Beautiful sandrahenden, it is ironic that all we want is to re-connect to our Soul, but I had to way complicate it for decades, being on a suitable spiritual journey, instead of truly asking to re-connect to the truth of who we are, and allowing a deeper knowing that we are all the same, so it makes sense we are all in this together. It makes it simple, but of course asks us to take full responsibility; where am I and what am I creating, or co-creating, as this affects everybody.

    3. Yes, God patiently waits for us with utmost love and understanding and never with judgment to make the choices back to who we truly are.

  178. Victoria I love this blog, reminding us all that we are not here to be separate beings, doing our own thing and getting ahead at the expense of others. Working towards a one unified truth is and will be the only way home, it is a shame that at this point in our evolution it takes, wars and disasters to bring us to the point where we are willing and committed to work together and then once the tragedy is resolved or forgotten we go back to living our separated lives again. Until such time that we hold steady and remain true knowing we are all in this together, no longer separated by race, culture, religion or nationality, we all come from the same God no matter how much we want to argue the fact.

    1. Yes Caroline, it is so important for me to keep this absolute knowing, that we all are here to evolve together, in the forefront of my awareness, and it changes everything in my day.

    2. Caroline, yes we all come from the one source and when seen from this light it exposes the lie that we can live harmoniously as separate individuals divided by race, culture, religion or nationality. God knows.. we know that is not working. We are all in this together.

  179. “I spent many hours in meditation trying to reach this elusive place of understanding I was seeking.” This elusive place, this enlightened bullseye, its astonishing to realise how bastardised the act of meditation has become. The gentle breathe mediation as presented by Serge Benhayon is refreshingly simple and requires no hours of self seeking but an open willingness to reconnect to our innermost and carry this through our day.

  180. Victoria, l have a new appreciation for the one-unified way in co-creation. Your living blog unfolds another layer of realisation and clarity each time l read it. Awesome words of loving wisdom. To be felt and pondered.

  181. Beautiful Victoria, I love your sentence ” that we are all in this together. I feel this everyday.

    1. This is the ultimate responsibility Ariana and often one that we would prefer not to know about, only because we all know the truth of this to our bones. It can be a painful realisation but a very important one nevertheless.

    2. Your comment allows me to feel how every move I make, every thought I allow, effects the whole. What I also feel is that every word or expression I hold back affects the whole and leaves other less. This is a revelation and a big ouch for me, the selfishness of holding back.

    3. With awareness comes accountability. As we open up our awareness we begin to see that ‘everything’ matters and when we see this we begin to live not just for ourselves but for all of humanity and with this we move from creation to co creation.

    4. Beautiful Ariana, everything we do matters… and has a ripple effect, affecting every one every thing. Living with this awareness and responsibility to self and others would change everything.

    5. Absolutely Ariana, ‘Everything we do affects everyone without exception’. What a responsibility we have, right down to our thoughts, and what energy we allow to run us.

    6. Very true Ariana, every little thought or thing we do affects everyone else in the whole world. If we are fuming with anger, wallowing in sadness, rejoicing in defeat of a competitor we leave a trail of pollution for others to wade through.

  182. I would rather be standing on the orb and experiencing the unfolding of what is available than being in the orb and only seeing what holds me.

    1. I agree sjmatsonuk. Being in the orb is like being stuck in a lift all claustrophobic. The tragedy is that this is what we often choose when we say yes to the enticing lollies creation brings, tantalising and seducing us with alluring promises to make sure that me, myself and I will be very, very ok — until the lift no longer works that is.

      1. It becomes suffocating in that confined space when we begin to feel the expansiveness of who we truly are, and when we break free of our own self limitations we can truly breath again, true inspiration. Phew!

  183. Beautiful Victoria. You’ve made it really clear the limitations we live under. I know in the past I have felt like there was more than 4 floors but no matter how I looked I couldn’t find any more. The knowing that there is more never went away entirely. But the concept that there are endless floors is something I am yet to live with. I may have discovered the next floor, but it is so easy to stop there and think that is it, or rest here because we made it. Expansion and evolution are continuous and there is always more.

    1. I am still a bit hooked by the belief that there is a rest, a finish line, a having reached my goal, thats it. But then when I sit with these thoughts or wanting I can feel that this is not true, there is an inner knowing, a readiness to expand forever, and stopping to be more does not feel right.

    2. I agree nikkimckee, the ever-expanding nature of evolution can be challenging for the mind, and as we stay open to the possibility there is, we are, so much more, we allow that natural unfolding of what we always knew to be.

  184. Are we choosing to “to align with the evolutionary pull towards a one unifying way, working together in co-creation, or we can – by our own free will – choose to resist this natural pull” This is a profound question and your lift analogy expands it well choosing to limit ourselves to the fourth floor immersed in all the attractions and distractions , and emotional highs and lows and close down our awareness or choosing to embrace the possibility that there are floors beyond where we are, stay open and allow the evolutionary pull to forever expand our awareness.

    1. That’s it Golnaz. God – and His Love – by their very nature can have no ‘end point’. There is always more to embrace – for we are His children, amazing beings capable of the deepest awareness, understanding and Love.
For me, it is in such a relationship with God that I can truly begin to understand the difference between creation and co-creation that Victoria has mentioned here – and that it is my choice to live in the knowing of His Love (co-creation with Him), or not (creation).

  185. Understanding how co-creation works was one of the biggest teachings for me since I came to Universal Medicine. It is absolutely life changing! No big planning or worrying about the future anymore, just connecting to our soul and the deep wisdom of our body and everything will be given to us. Everything is already there, so that we can move towards it. It feels so absolutely relieving to me…

    1. I agree evamariafoertsch. It has been massive for me to realise that the future is already written, already made, already waiting for us to make the choice. We can either choose to be in co-creation, to choose from love and responsibility or from desire and want and ultimately what will serve us. Theca choice is what then instructs our future.

      1. True. But we have to be very careful with our tricky spirit. It often tries to convince us that something is co-creation when it is not and the other way round. Last year for example I`ve been offered a job at university in research work impulsed by the hierarchy and did`t want to go there because I thought research and science would be astral. Serge helped me to understand that if I go there I can change the whole energy and that my spirit wants to keep me and my light out of that huge university…

      2. evamariafoertsch you raise a very interesting point and a major question to consider – ‘how do we know truth, how do we discern what is creation and what is co-creation when the world is continuously offering us choices that are oh so enticing or oh so repugnant? That is the underlying premise of what we have been learning at Universal Medicine – How to discern where our thoughts are coming from, what is driving them and how to make true, loving choices.

Sounds easy? Well its not that easy and it takes a massive commitment but boy is it worth it. Universal Medicine has helped me immeasurably to understand all that I am feeling all of the time, to stop overriding it, to accept it, to honour it and to respond lovingly to it rather than react to it. I am still a work in progress but I the changes are already huge! I am so grateful to Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine for helping me break a life long cycle of total confusion and reaction. To understand and to start to move from Creation to Co-Creation. Phew!

    2. Exactly. Everything is already there. There is no need to struggle or fight, just a letting go and going with what we feel. There is no right or wrong – just different ways to learn the same thing.

      1. True. It just about to be very careful to not be tricked about what is really true because we often do not go really deep and decide much too fast if something feels true for us. Very often in my life I felt that something was true and then it has been exposed as a lie. But I am constantly evolving through those teachings…

    3. Love what you’ve shared here evamariafoertsch – everything is all there waiting for us, we just need to have the right fuel to be able to move towards it.

      1. Yes Emily, it`s all about choosing the true energy in each and every moment, then we know where to go and what is constellated for our future. No need to worry about anything and being looked after forever, isn`t that amazing?

    4. I also agree the co-creation, creation thing is well worth understanding as it changes everything and explains so much. Oh how mankind has been kept in the dark for so long but now it’s time to wake up and live in light.

    5. ‘No big planning or worrying about the future any more’ What a relief, Evamariafoertsch. It’s magic that I have a rough plan, and life fills in the details!

    6. Thank you Victoria and Ava-Maria, Co-creation is the life I now live with the wisdom that comes from my soul which is so stupendous that no amount of words can do it justice.

  186. Thank you Victoria, I love your comment about when we are not attached to the muddiness of creation this is just being the beginning. Life, joy, love and harmony begin with this detachment and connection with our soul and then we bring this back to the world and show others it is possible to live in a loving and harmonious way. Making earth a little more heavenly each day.

    1. I’m all for making Earth a little more heavenly each day Gretel. Joy, Love, Harmony and Truth should feature on the front of every gossip magazine, every billboard and be broadcast across all mediums – to allow each and every person to re-establish their connection to co-creation.

      1. Yes, everywhere, on billboards and beyond. That would be quite an impression. No more gossip to keep busy with just a calling back to ourselves to be the love that we are and making earth indeed a little bit more heavenly each day.

      2. Beautifully said Oliver. We’ll have to get a blimp so that we can see it from the sky’s. Otherwise, we could just look into the mirror or in the eyes of someone close.

      3. “Making the Earth a little more heavenly each day” – what a gorgeous statement. Step by step, little by little, we will return to Heavan on Earth.

    2. Gorgeous Gretel. There is a real muddiness as you say with being attached to this physical life. It reels us in and can leave us empty, tired and burnt, the opposite of what soul-connection brings.

      1. True Annie. I understand about the muddiness. Creation keeps you making mess and focusing on that this is all there is. Co- creation opens you up to a whole lot more.

      2. There is much that has been created to ‘advance’ mankind, but little that truly serves us. Imagine cars etc with no noxious emissions, medicine with no side effects, the internet with no cyber bullies or scams. Oh for some co- creation!

  187. I am still held in the deception that their is a right and wrong (not all the time thank goodness). At least now I am aware that I am in it and not in the illusion that I am not. This now affords me the opportunity to get out of this game.

  188. Victoria I can relate to what you say when you express that “It was like being in a lift and getting out on the fourth floor so to speak, and that becomes my reality, that’s all that I can see. However, as I stay open to the possibility, and now a knowing that there is a fifth floor and beyond, a greater awareness is unfolding, becoming available, and so much more is being revealed.” When I was a drug addict that was all I knew my whole life revolved around scouring drugs, talking drugs, taking drugs, hanging out with other drug addicts and I could not fathom a different existence, this was the reality I had created until one day at my lowest of low I saw a woman ride by my window who looked healthy and happy and I decided that possibly I could make a different choice. Slowly I stepped out of that creation into another, a life of yoga and spiritual new age workshops which in truth was no better then the drug lifestyle in that I still felt disempowered and miserable even though I was physically healthier. For about 15 years this was my reality. Then I met Serge Benhayon and this afforded me a whole new awareness of what was possible, not that I am out of creation yet but at least I am aware that I am living in it and am evolving towards a life of co-creation where as before I just thought creation was life. Thank GOD for Serge Benhayon

    1. marylouisemyers, your story is a great example of how we get played and how we may fool ourselves, by replacing one creation ‘drug life’, seen as ‘bad’, with another, ‘spiritual life’ seen as ‘good’. The spiritual illusion is much more ‘sophisticated’ and can be difficult to see through as it appears a lot ‘better’, and this exposes a deeper layer of the illusion at play. If we settle for a ‘better’ or even a ‘good’ life we may not ever question that there is so much more that we are part of, and we therefore remain imprisoned for literally ages, thinking as you say that creation is it. It doesn’t allow us to see we are everything we have been searching for and never will we find it in any outer pursuit. Serge Benhayon consistently pierces through the veils of illusion in a very practical way, reminding us that we ARE already, there is no place to get to rather an unfolding of us by our living way.

  189. This is exactly what I needed to read today. Thank you Victoria for reminding me to feel the expansiveness of our evolution. It is so beautiful to feel that connection with everyone and to know that when we are in co-creation we are in harmony with evolution and so much more is open to us.
Yesterday I was in a busy city railway station at peak hour and realised I was running through as if I was not part of everything. I stopped and had in my thoughts,” we are all soulfull sparks of God, we are all love.” A rail attendant looked directly at me and gave me a huge smile. “You have a great day.” He said.
I felt the connections between us all are in every moment.

  190. We are all in this together and we all must unite and connect with each other so we can all get out of here together

  191. After re-reading your blog Victoria, I find myself clearly understanding the Lotus flower and the many meanings it can share depending on your view of it. The ‘beginning’ is the entering of a way of life, The Livingness, in order to reach our most evolved state whereby eventually there is no flower needed to rise above the mud that’s not there.

  192. This is a delightful and expansive blog to read. I love how you have provided the metaphor of the lotus flower as a goal to rise above the illusion an attachment of daily life, and you have turned on their head the teachings and philosophies that run with a promise of an end goal propose. What we are about is far greater than that, it is not an end goal, but “the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving”.

    1. Beautifully said Golnaz. I remember wanting to get to that ‘end point’ – but upon looking back today, I really just wanted ‘out’… It was a false notion of liberation, that only confirmed that I didn’t truly want to commit deeply in the living of God’s love in my life itself. To reconnect to the knowing that there is no ‘end’, and that His love is known, lived and ever expands in my everyday, is the greatest true foundation upon which to now stand.
And I am ever appreciative in the deepest way possible, for the work of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine for supporting my own eyes and heart to open to this truth again.

  193. ‘…the deception of right and wrong’ And deception it is! I only have to feel how separatist it feels if I go into this; or how mortifying it is if too I am wrong. Rather than being loving and understanding of myself and everyone. This unites and expands us all together, no space for anything but brotherhood.

  194. I can relate to,
‘In my experience trying to understand life and my place in the greater plan from a dimension that can only see its own creation was futile.’

I have felt a lot of anguish around this situation and as you say it never makes sense. Staying open to the possibility that there is another way – a one unified way in co-creation that evolves all of humanity makes perfect sense to me.

    1. That’s a fascinating point steffihenn. Even the greatest temporal achievements in creation don’t in fact even leave us satisfied for a long or prolonged period of time. Contrasting this feeling with the feeling of co-creation and co-creation leaves it for dust.

  195. “This was often seen as the final goal, but this is actually where it begins – the beginning of a Way of Living, free from the imprisonment of our self-made creation.”. Reading this sentence for the 2nd or 3rd time I really get why it ‘got’ me. I’ve always knew there was something to life, something more, something grander, something special. For a long long time I had a drive to get there. Recently I feel that the drive’s actually holding me away from the connection to my Soul and inner-heart. And without the connection arising out of the mud is an illusion. For me it meant that the drive was a constant, always very short-termed, wanting a certain kind of outcome. Rather than accepting and allowing myself to be who I Truly am and start serving in full. There it is actually where it begins, where I start to live me. This is turning everything upside down. Without me wanting to feel how Awesome I am, I can never Truly serve.

  196. Letting go of all concept, ideal, ideas and investments and opening up to go to any depth that life may offer us will make the dimensions of the universe tangible in our own bodies.

  197. When I was younger I always felt like we were part of something much bigger. I now know this to be absolutely true and when I allow myself to feel this deeply then all our worldly problems and self issues seem so silly and ridiculous. If we were to open up to the possibility that we are so much more then our physicality and that there is a whole array of universes that we are part of then creation becomes very little and co-creation makes absolute sense.

  198. Wow, you put into simple words so wonderfully a deep philosophical theme and most crucial point for all of us. What true evolution is all about and how to live with the pull or impulse of evolution or what life is really all about and how it works.

  199. There is much to ponder on with your blog Victoria, I felt like you, there was more to life than we were told. I also feel there are many people in the world that feel this too but we have allowed ourselves to be stuck on the 3rd floor, and we have made this our home and our reality, no longer realising there is the 5th floor and where life truly begins. One day the teachings of Universal Medicine will be our school, and the Ageless Wisdom will be our curriculum and for me this day can not come soon enough.

    1. Agree alisonmoir, I also felt a tension throughout my life feeling that there was more and that this is not it and many others felt the same although it was rarely verbalised. As you say “one day the teachings of Universal Medicine will be our school, and the Ageless Wisdom will be our curriculum and for me this day can not come soon enough.” Those of us who are aware of this do not have to wait, as ‘this day’ is already here and we can live the Ageless Wisdom whenever we so choose!.

    2. Absolutely alisonmoir. As a Secondary School Teacher I often ponder on how amazing will it be when the Ancient Wisdom is embodied in the curriculum and the awakening on masse begins to unfold. I agree that there are many people in the world that feel there is more to life. When I discuss topics with my students they too feel this but when they look out to the whole world living as it does it can be too big a task for them to see that there is another way of being and that they are incredibly powerful and can be a part of changing being stuck on the 3rd floor.

      1. How awesome that these teens have a teacher who is open to there being more to life than what we’ve been so strongly sold, Tracy. The thing I found hardest about the world as I progressed through my teens, was how shut down everyone around me was to the fact that there is more to us and to life than we currently predominantly live by.

      2. Yes I can see that in my students too Victoria. I can see they’re shutting down because everyone else around them is shutting down and they feel they’re existence is normal because that’s what everyone else is doing. Clearly what is out there isn’t working as so many students are depressed, over weight, already showing signs of physical pain in the body, anxious, disengaged, rampant drug and alcohol use and a long list of disregarding and loveless choices. When will we all begin to bring more love into the education and see that the current system is failing?

      3. These are questions that need to be asked, and asked ongoingly for a long time to come Tracy. A system that fuels such rampant giving up on life is not a true system at all, for true systems are designed for PEOPLE, to support and hold people with all that they can be.
And as such monumental and desperately needed change begins to occur, we need to support those such as yourself Tracy, who remain committed to people and life AND in the system, for the forces that you come up against daily are intense. Hats off to you, and I trust that you know the power of the love that is behind you and with you and all those who are working as you do. For this is what will fuel the change, and inevitably, bring it about. For my part, you have my full support. Thank-you deeply.

      4. Heart felt thank you for your lovely words Victoria. I can feel your support and that of many others. Yes the system is intense and the forces that arise are huge, but love, in time, will triumph, that I know for sure.

  200. I love the example that you have given here Victoria – “It was like being in a lift and getting out on the fourth floor so to speak, and that becomes my reality, that’s all that I can see. However, as I stay open to the possibility, and now a knowing that there is a fifth floor and beyond, a greater awareness is unfolding, becoming available, and so much more is being revealed”. When we are only aware of the fourth floor we believe that that is all there is and we tend to ridicule anyone who even dares to mention that there is a fifth floor. We don’t like to feel that we have been fooled and we may deny and resist this until slowly but surely we get a glimpse of the fifth floor ourselves. This is the beauty of what Universal Medicine presents to us, it presents that there is a far greater awareness that we can have and a far deeper connection with the divine than we have ever imagined.

  201. Wowzer, Victoria, this is a beautiful article, the essence of it being so expansive and evolutionary. For every moment of realisation and inspiration there is a confirmation and then ‘what next?’ I see it as a stairway: the riser being the inspiration, the actual bit where you tread the confirmation and then we are all set for the next riser. Thank you.

  202. What I’m realising more and more is that complications and struggles we find ourselves in life all come from us choosing to be creation. When we make it about self there will always be problems, and choices being made from needing more and not feeling enough. Whereas when we make it about what’s needed, when we make it about the love that is innate within us and equally within everyone else, when we make it about co-creation life can truly flow with simplicity and grace forever expanding.

  203. Re reading this sentence this morning “we can either choose to align with the evolutionary pull towards a one unifying way, working together in co-creation, or we can – by our own free will – choose to resist this natural pull” has offered me another level of understanding that anything we do to better ourselves, to make us feel special, to feel as though we have achieved anything is all under the guise of creation and is in separation and is not our natural way. Yet, everything about the world tells us that this is our natural way, yet it is so far from it. It takes making a continual choice to connect and feel within to realise that to become part of this evolutionary process towards one, that we must drop any ounce of self seeking recognition.

    1. Yes true Donna, it is a continual choice to re-connect with ourselves and the natural evolutionary process which pulls us back to unification, our oneness. Without this inner connection we can easily lose our way in a world that champions our achievements.

  204. No emotion, no glamour, no good or bad, no right or wrong, no attachment. Just simple, uncomplicated, knowing we are all the same with one purpose…. to evolve to one true love. Ahhhh…..back in heaven

    1. The simplicity of truth – quite the contrast to the complexity of all the spiritual and institutionalized religious paths that one is lead by further away from what is found inside one´s inner heart.

      1. Absolutely Alex, the spiritual goal is the furthest away from our truth and therefore the path there, is anti evolutionary.

      2. If we were all lead by the same thing, our inner heart, there would be no complexity. Beautiful.

      3. Hurts the head, doesn’t it…
When the truth of love, within, is so deeply and ever-beautiful. Could talk religion with you all day Alex Braun 🙂

      4. How I love the simplicity of Truth… our head can keep us searching for eons whereas our inner heart within awaits our re-connection– in the moment of our choosing.

  205. There is no such thing as ‘enlightenment’, which for some time I had the belief there was. I know now that this is such an illusion and also an imprisonment where we keep ourselves small and don’t take full responsibility for ourselves and how we live. There is no such thing as an end point to reach, because we are always evolving. I am so thankful that I met Serge Benhayon who offers the truth and with that breaks with all the illusions that keep us from who we truly are.

  206. There’s so much to contemplate when considering where or how wellbeing our lives in creation versus co-creation. There’s so many beliefs and expectations about life and people that we take on that we don’t even realize we are holding them until they are revealed and we let them go.

    1. Very true Danielle. There are so many hooks, tricks and illusions in the dimension that we are living in and it can be at times hard to break these ideals and beliefs down and to even know and understand that they aren’t coming from a co-creating source. However, we are always being reflected our choices and learning along the way to see the truth. Being open to an unfolding path of truth and evolution leads to understanding, knowing and living co-creation.

    2. Once we take on a belief or an expectation is can be hard to let it go, we no longer even realise it is something we have taken on and often we presume it to be just what is.

      1. I agree Nikkimckee we can get so lost in our beliefs that we can’t see beyond the possibility that they are far from the truth. This can even be for the most ridiculous things that others can see as clear as day are the truth. At the end of the day it is us who takes on these beliefs because we want to be comfortable and not feel our hurts.

  207. You are a beautifull writer Victoria Picone and there is such depth to what you are saying and it feels expansive. I love how you talk about the lotus flower and say ..”the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose”. This confirms to me that it is a choice and in that choice we can either evolve or spiral the other way in the distractions and the highs and lows of physical life, what you have called the grand illusion.
Working together and evolving to a one unified way of being is the only way and I am now understanding what the purpose is for me on this earth right now. It makes sense thanks to Serge Benhayon and what you are sharing Victoria. Thank You.

  208. “In my experience trying to understand life and my place in the greater plan from a dimension that can only see its own creation was futile.” This sentence deeply resonates with me and the more I connect to myself the deeper I stand with it. I remember feeling as a child that I simply didn’t get what was going on around me. Thank God for Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine who opened the door and brought forth truth. Awesome blog Victoria… Keep writing as I loved it!

  209. There is wisdom in this blog and I love it! “… we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being.” This sentence brought tears to my eyes as it is a truth that I/we have always known. To think we can do it alone we are in fact kidding ourselves. As I begin to feel more deeply and claim this truth more in my body there is nothing but harmony… surely, this is the way forward.

  210. Absolutely glorious Victoria. I’ve just read this blog again and I’ll be re-reading it many more times. Each tine more is revealed as my awareness expands.

    1. I actually read it four times Katerina and each time got something new and powerful from it. I really began to feel the enormity of what was being said and how the future as a one unified race in co-creation was going to be something truly stupendous and amazing to be a part of. While we are still in the thick of this dimension I could really feel how it is possible to always choose to be in co-creation and to stay open to this awareness in all that you do.

  211. Thank you for sharing the depth of wisdom in your blog, there is lots too ponder on. How beautiful is co-creation giving us constant opportunities to reflect and return as a whole. The magic of co-creation is forever evolving.

  212. Victoria, thank you for your amazing blog, truly something to deeply feel into. It feels like we are willing to step so far, but there is so much more, we just need to trust that, which we already feel and know to be true.

  213. I feel quite humbled reading this blog. I can feel that I have fully immersed myself in the “attractions, distractions and emotional highs and lows of physical life”. I can feel resistance to letting go of all of this and committing to a life lived in co creation. This blog also allows me to begin to feel how limitless and awe inspiring it is to live in co creation.

  214. This is great Victoria. And to end your blog with a bold and reachable statement like this is not only inspiring, but suprisingly practical: “…a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose”.

    1. The simple choice and actual fact of being at one with everyone takes us straight back to the origin of truth and being. In that connection and knowing everything that is not of the same truth is exposed to be called out and let go of, the path is clear and straight as we are pulled back to where we come from and don’t go to anything that is unknown.

      1. True Alex, we are forever being pulled back to our oneness, the path is clear and straight, it is the detours we need to be well aware of… the wolves in sheep’s clothing.

  215. Yes Gayle, and when I’m choosing to slow down my evolution I’m choosing creation; the comfort (albeit not-so comfortable in my body) of the familiar individualised way of being rather than the glory of Brotherhood and the All. I’m starting to wake up to how harming this is.

  216. “The Lotus flower now represents to me the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose”. Victoria, thank you for this insightful wisdom. I will never look at a lotus flower the same way again. It is now a flower to remind us of where we come from and the potential we have yet to fully embrace.

    1. My parents use to share when I was young that the lotus flower was the only flower that grew from within waters and it was a very blessed and magical flower that still blossomed even though it had to get through the muck. But what they where unable to share, was the beauty of co-creation it was representing and the forever evolving. It is beautiful how it all now fits into place.

    2. Yeah, like a runway to the stars instead of a landing strip at the end of a spiritual journey.

  217. I can relate to the fact that my initial inner knowing of ‘life is more then this’ for a short while sent me on a path that was looking to escape the world I was living in. IN fact most of us do in varied ways but we seem to be missing the point that is, we are here together to find a way of live with each other, in the world we have created that will come from our soul. This is the freedom we are all seeking in one form or another and it can only be found in the connection with the one soul.

    1. The only way I was looking for most of my life was the exit door – to avoid as best as manageable every aspect of life that was somehow challenging, and challenging was everything that asked me to be really there, take responsibility, commit to life. Even in my spiritual search for the deeper meaning of life I basically wanted to have a reason to not be part of earthly life.
Today it is all about fully participating in life and contributing me in full with the lived quality of love (Soul). That is a process well described by Victoria´s definition of evolution. Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine reflect that way of living for all to be inspired and reminded of what we deep down all know.

      1. Alex I was feeling into what you said about the challenge of being asked to be really there and I could feel how I have seen and felt this in not only myself but so many others. It seems to result in a very fast and superficial way of being that keeps us always in the next moment and in the illusion we are getting somewhere and yet all it does in truth is keep us from dropping in to ourselves and be fully present and therewith fully responsible in every situation.

  218. Thank you Victoria for sharing, the experience I had going to Serge’s presentation was a greater awareness too, and some knowledge came with it, but before anything else what was I could feel with my body, it felt like a great expansion!

    1. Yes, that for true for me too Alexandre, the expansion was felt very clearly in my body. There is a deep resonance in the body when the truth is spoken.. when we allow ourselves to feel it, even though it may be challenging for the mind to accept this expansion.

  219. We have to step outside our own picture to then be able to live in the world without attachment. Yes we never stop evolving, we just at times choose to slow it down.

    1. And that is responsibility is it not? To see beyond our own noses to all that life is.

This for me is an ongoing transition from self to the exquisite part I play in connection with others and the all.

  220. Thank you Victoria, you have shared great wisdom here and a great reminder of the way we are governed by the cycles of the universe and it is our choice to align to it and co-create with all or resist it and indulge in emotional turmoil the choice is ours.

  221. “This was often seen as the final goal, but this is actually where it begins – the beginning of a Way of Living, free from the imprisonment of our self-made creation.” This resonates so strongly with me as I was involved with Tibetan Buddhism for many years, and some of those years very intensely. It was presented that through the commitment of the Bodhisattva Vow one did not accept enlightenment for oneself until all sentient beings gained enlightenment. Initially this felt very true but after sometime the practice and ideal did not match for me for many reasons. The primary one was that I did not see how as a monk sitting on one’s bottom in a monastery or in solitary retreat could lead others to the release from suffering. Consequently viewing the flowering of the lotus as the beginning rather the ultimate goal makes so much sense.

    1. Jonathan, if we were to wait until each and everyone of was to accept his own return to Soul before we accepted our own, and we were all waiting for each other, we would never truly evolve out of the creation cycle, and no one would be reflecting that it is actually possible. In truth if we do accept and claim our oneness we have claimed it for all of us, this feels to be true brotherhood.

  222. Victoria the sharing of this revelation from the Vietnam Retreat is beautifully stated and full of wisdom and re-connection to all that we are in truth. I love the analogy of taking a lift from the 4th to 5th floor to expand your awareness and the Lotus flower having a deeper symbolic meaning –
“The Lotus flower now represents to me the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose”.

  223. Lots to ponder on here Victoria, it asks of us all to consider life in a much deeper way and our true role in being part of evolution. I love the analogy of the macadamia nut, it brings into focus how we can either see our life as small and separated or in fact part of the bigger whole.

  224. Victoria I Love what you share here, the understanding that we are a part of a wider larger whole when we choose to connect, that we are so much more as a deeper level or quality that we all were not living, but not really ever being aware of how to access this. That as you said , In truth I was looking to re-connect with my soul but continually caught up in creation, which included giving up. As we begin to live Soulfully, not hold back the expression we offer to the world, we have a huge responsibility to the world to reflect to everyone else a way of living everyone is searching for, our return to the absolute love we came from.

  225. I often wondered what life was about and why are we here. Serge Benhayon presented on creation and co creation and I get it now. creation living individually creating a life, co creation working together in brotherhood, in service. We are one after all.

  226. “When I was young I felt like we were only being told part of the story of life; it just wasn’t right that we were born, we lived and we departed. I knew that there was much more to human life than that…” Children are naturally more connected to the way of co-creation. What if we were told about co-creation as children – life would make so much more sense to us as what we perceived would be confirmed; self-love and self-responsibility would be a way of living life, and the world would be a much more harmonious place.

  227. You described life as ‘Simply put, life in self-made creation (in contrast to co-creation) is one where we are immersed in all the attractions, distractions and emotional highs and lows of our physical life.’ This is how many of us experience life until we begin to feel that these emotional highs and lows are not who we truly are, and we can put a different perspective on where our thoughts come from.

    1. Just getting the picture of sitting in a roller coaster but being balanced, steady and unaffected like a spirit level, until of course one day we don´t jump onto the roller coaster anymore.

    2. This has been my ‘life experience’ to a ‘T’ since coming to the work of Universal Medicine Carmel. Life had many ups and downs, much emotionality, unfulfilled ‘need’ and the rest… It’s been truly miraculous how today, my experience of life is not that at all, but rather a consistent steadiness and experience of the deepest Joy.
As Alex has shared – there is definitely no more ‘rollercoaster’ but rather a Stillness felt within that holds me through whatever I may meet in my day.

    3. I agree Carmel, it is not always easy to see through the fog of our creations, our emotional highs and lows, and you raise an important question”where do our thoughts come from”? and what are we choosing to align ourselves with. There is a very different quality of energy running through us when we are in turmoil or when we are connected to our natural loving way, and to remember we do have a choice which source of energy we align ourselves with is key. Do we choose the lesser light of the spirit with all its self-entanglements, or do we align to our Soulful co-creative way?

  228. “Simply put, life in self-made creation (in contrast to co-creation) is one where we are immersed in all the attractions, distractions and emotional highs and lows of our physical life. It can be difficult to clearly see for our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs, which then become our life, and therefore our reality.”
    Great explanation Victoria

  229. A friend of mine was talking about this “tension” you have described here Victoria. She beautifully expressed how if she doesn’t feel the tension then something must be wrong! She feels the beauty of the tension and how it is a reminder that there is more of her to be, to keep expanding. When we understand where the tension comes from, we can see the blessing in it, rather than it being an annoyance. Thank you for the wisdom you have shared here Victoria.

    1. “the beauty of the tension”, I am glad to be reminded of that Simone. Would you say that when we claim to not feel any tension but be totally at ease, that we are checking out of living life with full awareness and have opted for the comfort of the “shoe box”? (see Alexis’s comment above). If we are evolving towards co-creation, then there necessarily has to be a tension. Somehow what you say Victoria, about seeking enlightenment seems to be akin to this, an imaginary place where no tension exists. I feel it would be boring and mean we are stagnating, rather than continually expanding through meeting the tension and letting it show us where we are holding back.

    2. Simone, thank you for sharing this. I feel the tension often and can go into ‘what is wrong easily’, and old long habit I am breaking down. Yet that tension is a gift, my friend reminding me that there is indeed more expansion and love. How could love stand still and not allow and be more love.

      1. Thank you monicag2 – a lovely constellation that I received your reply in this moment. I can feel how easy it can be to go into overwhelm or anxiety instead of appreciating the tension. Because of my choices so far to stay small, hidden and comfortable in not being seen or have any attention, of course there may be a bit of tension when I start walking, talking and living in a way that says “Here I am” or even, “Look at how beautiful and glorious I am!”. Makes a lot of sense really!

  230. It takes presence to become aware of our choice to create (for ourselves) or co-create (for All). I feel we need to make a real commitment to go to the 5th floor and make our lives about All for the whole world is set up in a way to bring us back to the 4th floor without us even realizing it.

    1. Katinka, To live a life in creation is like commuting to work on an underground train, everyone has a similar objective and packed tightly in a large metal car. There is never any brotherhood of individuals just a momentary compression like water in a hose waiting to be released. We move but never really go anywhere.

  231. The tension and anxiousness that is around in so many of us today is very explainable by our inner knowing – we are all one, opposite of what we perceive around us: the focus on ourselves and the people close to us, our personal income, our personal careers. We would feel much less tension and anxiety if we allowed ourselves to feel that anything we do, we should and can do for the whole. It takes a lot of trust in life, in ourselves, in others and in God to live like that but one day we will all know that it is the only way to live.

    1. It is true it appears that we need a lot of trust to live like that and that may well be our experience in the process of evolving towards such a way of living. Nevertheless, I wonder if not even the trust issue is part of the illusion (creation) we have fallen for as it only comes from the disconnection to truth in the first place and then keeps us in the mistrust of being able to re-turn again to the truth we already know but now don´t trust. Crazy Creation.

      1. Alex, I also feel that mistrust in the divine plan is a game of the spirit to keep us in creation. We all could completely let go and trust in our body that will let us feel where to go and what to do from a perspective in the future. We just need to align to what is already planned and constellated for us. Everything is already there. And only when we don`t trust in this huge truth, we go into creation.

      2. Agreed Alex. It is undeniable that we all require a restoration of trust – any withdrawal from the world at all marks where we do not trust in others and in God, and offers us the opportunity to deal with and heal what has hurt us and led us to close the door on truly trusting ourselves – in life.
Yet there is a point where an absoluteness of God and the truth of one’s being is known. In this absoluteness, trust isn’t even in the equation. I’ve been feeling and observing a lot around this of late – where we know this absoluteness of His love, and yet seek to keep creating issues of mistrust, re-create hurts, seek ‘refuge’ with those we feel safe with, and the like… quite a grand distraction from fully standing in and claiming what is known so deeply within, and living life from that place of absoluteness.

      3. Victoria, you are basically exposing that in the end it is not a trust issue at all but simply our investment into and attachment to (our own) creation that gives us identification – holding on to exercising our ‘own’ will over surrendering to HIS will. That brings it back to making choices, not having issues as such.

      4. That’s it Alex. It’s not an issue of trust, but our identification and oftentimes staunchly held attachment to what has felt familiar, ‘safe’ even – but in this we have the opportunity to ask: Have we truly surrendered to the truth of the divine, i.e. the truth of our own divinity – who we actually are…? Or would we rather remain unshackled and pretending that the Sun’s light doesn’t actually shine…

      5. ‘Do I truly surrender to the truth of the divine RIGHT NOW?’ could be the everyday (or every moment) mantra (reference point) to shine a light on who I am and be all that I am by divine right.

  232. Victoria, reading this again today, the penny dropped on another level, we have been aiming for what is the start as our finish, or a comfortable resting place. The lotus flower you speak of here is just the beginning, it allows a vantage point to see we are in mud, but we’re in mud nonetheless, and the danger is we arrogantly assume we’ve made it and are in less mud, when we’re still in mud. Ultimately it’s about getting out of the mud altogether, whether, it’s mired in it up to our necks or above it but still rooted in it like the lotus, ultimately it’s all creation and it’s not who we are or where we’re from. And so the journey begins to discard it all, and keep open and be understanding that it all needs to go, every single spec, so eventually that lotus which started us considering needs to go too.

    1. So true monicag2, when we connect to the absolute majesty that we are all from, we can appreciate the symbol of the lotus flower and all it reflects, though need not be held captive by its beauty.

    2. “a comfortable resting place” indeed monicag2… How strongly, vehemently even, we seek for the ‘better’ life – to come to an ‘end point’ where we can let go in the sense of disconnecting from the world and our responsibility in it…
The thing is, as more of the way of co-creation is embraced – founded in the fact that we are ever held in the power of His Love – I’m finding that I am all the more COMMITTED in my life and to all aspects of it, in a way that is truly evolutionary. What has tethered me to finding a point I can rest in just keeps letting go and shedding – replaced by yet deeper and consistent levels of Joy in the knowing of ‘this being it’. We honour God by living life in full and not holding back from any part of it.

      1. Victoria, what a gorgeous confirmation of living in ever increasing commitment to God, life, yourself and the all. And this is how we do honour God.

      2. Yes Monica, and how beautiful to be coming to such a real and lived understanding and experience of this…

    1. Yes Alexis even saying the word creation feels stunted where as co-creation has a flow and expansiveness that rolls of the tongue beautifully.

  233. Victoria, you seem to have touched upon, quite beautifully, the very essence of what we are all about here. When you say……….” It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from; the harsh reality of what I felt overall was a loveless world, where we were living so much less than I knew to be possible.”………I feel that it speaks for all of us.

    1. I agree and at the time escaping from life seemed perfectly reasonable. Make enough money so you don’t have to be involved is just as much an escape as being barefoot in the bush. Neither works as we diminish ourselves when we escape from life.

    2. I agree Jonathan. This is a loving reminder to not become complacent with a better life, but to always remain open to the next learning that presents itself to us. What an illusion it is to think life is about an accumulation of knowledge. True power rests in our ability to feel and honour our feelings

    3. It speaks for me too Jonathan. In my experience wanting to escape from was coupled with looking at only the external to “fix” what was wrong. Nothing external was working so then I wanted escape. once I turned the focus inward and began making changes within myself, the desire to escape began to lessen.

      1. This has also been my experience nikkimckee, when my attention was directed inward and I re-connected to love and truth that has always been, the outward pull in search for something more was over. There is an endless well of discovery and natural unfolding from within.

    4. Jonathan great point to highlight and one that many if not all of us would be able to relate to. We are born knowing that we all come from the one source yet the world we are born into lives anything but that, we live a separation from self and others that over time wears us down and puts us into survival mode, joining the cycle once again. For those that come back time and time again to remind us of who we truly are and the bigger picture we are from, thank you deeply.

    5. Yes it does Jonathan, and the seed of change is in us, when we connect to ourselves and let go of any attachments to how we feel things should be! When we search initially it’s often just relief, so definitely to escape, I know I’ve done this and now having come to understand that life is about commitment, my whole paradigm has changed as I commit further to me and life and learn that ultimately like that lotus it’s about stepping out of the mud completely, while committing absolutely to life and us.

  234. I found it very embarrassing when I found out that what I was seeking was already inside me. I only learnt this fact gently, over time but once it was confirmed the main thing I felt for a while was stupid. Oh, that…

  235. ‘I believed at that time I was seeking to be liberated from this limited life, and to reach an enlightenment of some sort. I spent many hours in meditation trying to reach this elusive place of understanding I was seeking.’ I remember the illusion of those days, thinking enlightenment was for a select few. It only bred arrogance and a loveless separation from the rest of humanity. I am ever glad I woke up and am returning to the truth of who I am, love, with All.

  236. The analogy that the lotus flower rising above the mud is the final goal for this life shows how self-centric that spiritual ideal is. To escape the wheel of re-birth is on the minds of a lot people who engage in eastern religions and philosophy, which indicates how institutionalised religion is geared towards the relief of self from his/her hurts. But this seeking of relief actually compounds and adds to our hurts. Once we have risen above the mud, its time to share with humanity that we all equally have the capacity to rise if we choose to.

  237. “If we see a macadamia nut fallen from the tree we may crack the hard shell and experience the enjoyment of the taste of the nut, but if we stop at this, we are forgetting that single nut comes from a huge tree with many other nuts and the possibility is there for each to flourish into many more fruit bearing trees, ever expanding.”
I love what your friend has shared and I love the analogy you have shared and used about the lotus flower. From now on I will look at the beautiful lotus flower in a new light; a co-creative fiery light!
    Thank you Victoria.

  238. I can also remember questioning the reality of the beginning and ending of life and its purpose and never receiving answers that made any sense to me, even though I came to accept them (but not really). Now, with a deeper understanding I know what I felt when I was very young was true. There is no beginning or ending, that creation is limiting with no real purpose. Whereas Co-creation is a forever unfolding – evolving and has true purpose, and which every single one of us are all equally a part of. “A way that is ours to choose”. Thank-you Victoria for this beautifully expressed article and the example given of the macadamia nut tree.

  239. We are constantly being drawn out of the mud by the cycles of the Universe, and it is our continual choice to keep re-rooting ourselves within it.

    1. A lovely reminder Kylie of both the immense love of the universe, and how far we have fallen from who we truly are when we continue to choose ‘the mud’ in stead of live the enormous glory that is our natural state.

  240. It makes perfect sense that we cannot see clearly through the muddiness of attachment (creation), and that our only true freedom lay in letting go of the separate way of life and surrendering to the all-encompassing oneness we belong to.

  241. When I was young I could feel that there was more to life. But I started to react to life not being what we know it could be. This left an anguish and the need to search for something outside of myself because I thought that will solve it. This is how I lived and until I met Universal Medicine, the searching only made life more complicated. Searching stopped me from feeling within and connecting with me first and so I only saw things how I wanted to see them. My choices didn’t allow me to feel that there was another, simpler way.

    1. susanG I have a number of vivid memories of feeling there was much more to life as child – the magic and the simplicity of my own contentment just being and playing. As you say our world is not setup to confirm that and therefore I also got caught up in the treadmill of existence. What a gift to receive a reminder of who we truly are through Universal Medicine and with that the choices we have about the way we live our own lives.

  242. I too have felt that there is more to life than what we have been lead to accept. I love your example of the lift. I can see now why I felt so limited and unable to see beyond what is possible and living with this tension of not able to see the truth of life. I can feel that there is more to life than what I was experiencing and things just didn’t make any sense. Then, finally when I attended Universal Medicine presentations, everything I felt was confirmed and more. I was completely blown away by what was presented, the absolute truth. I felt it deeply in my entire body and my life was starting to make sense. Now, I have clarity, purpose, truth, openness and love in my life. I feel that I am only just waking up to what is truly possible, to feeling the absolute truth, to feeling the grandness of God in me and all around me. I am finally truly living life.

  243. Upon further reflection is is beautiful to feel that there is no ‘resting’ on the ‘4th floor’ as you put it, as there is always a deeper level of commitment and love to go to (or as you say more of the Building to re-discover). Your blog brings a wonderful understanding to evolution and that there is always more for us to appreciate and deepen within.

  244. Recently my mother passed away. This was a game-changing moment for me. Up until then, I too had chosen to ignore much of what is really un-ignorable about life and how we choose to live it. I recognised in that moment that every single person on this earth, suffers from this loss (of a loved one) and that was a wake up call my (arrogant, individual and separatist) spirit needed to take the next, much needed, step towards humanity and true co-creation. In that moment it all seemed so petty: my judgements, my competitiveness, my need for adoration, and the Truth that we all have work (Love) to do (Live) together filled its place in my being. It was a real roll-your-sleeves up kind of a moment.

  245. Victoria this is beautiful.

I can really relate to what you say here, “The tension we can often feel is because we don’t live this way, and we are constantly being pulled to this awareness while shattering the illusion of the individual separated life.” I feel the tension often and have come to be ‘friends’ with it. I realise that its asking me to connect deeply with myself and so I surrender more and more, even as uncomfortable as the pull can be at times. Once I surrender to it, the tension dissipates and I see things more clearly.

  246. This is a remarkable blog not only does it have this beautiful photograph it brings the wisdom of brotherhood, knowing that every nut has the potential to be a tree and everyone of humanity to re-connect to soul and knowing we are all already connected.

  247. I now wish I had gone to that retreat, cause I have been so immersed in my own creation that even when I seem to be getting it, I forget it cannot be on my own. As you say, it has to be with everybody, together,”we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being”.

  248. This is beautifully expressed and so honest. I love how you bring this expansion up here and also the example with the nuts and the fifth floor. It is liberating to deepen our understanding and returning back to the one-unified truth, and live and work together in co-creation. I also look forward to going to the Universal Medicine Retreat in Vietnam next year. It’s amazing what Serge Benhayon is opening and presenting to us, so deeply caring, supporting, eye opening and so inspiring. Thank You for sharing Your understanding and wisdom with us. With love Nadine

  249. Yes Victoria, so much of what we do and say as human beings is geared towards making life better and in truth, achieving a form of relief. Whilst it can seem good from the outside, it just perpetuates a small view of life, where we are less and quite weak. When we start from connection to our inner beauty, naturally what comes through is equally part of the bigger plan.

  250. Fabulous Victoria. What I am discovering on my unfoldment to be in co-creation is what you have expressed so beautifully here – it is not about the self. There is so much in society which separates us and you allude to a major factor in this: “the harsh reality of what I felt overall was a loveless world, where we were living so much less than I knew to be possible.” Humanity is so hurt from living in separation and the amount of loveless living and corruption that they are separating even more by retreating into their own lives and homes to avoid this deepest hurt – the fact we are not living in brotherhood when it is our innate impulse to live with brotherhood. For me, it is making sure I observe all the rot, and learning not to react to it. I have recently taken up the responsibility to live by reflection and inspiration, that it is all about love so to draw people out of their shells, and that they can start trusting again and live in this way they are craving for.

    1. Hear Hear ginadunlop! It is not about ‘they’ as I am one of they! We are all one. I love and appreciate the depth of which you have expressed here – we live in a world craving love and trust as you say and yet we as humanity are being buried deeper within the separation; that is until we choose not to do so anymore and instead connect with the love we are and make our way back into its fullness. Thank you.

  251. Beautiful Victoria and thank you for sharing, it is so clear that even with mud at your feet you can shine and grow as beautiful as the lotus, and be open to see past the 4th floor.

  252. Thank you Victoria for expanding my understanding of the difference between creation and co-creation. I could understand the premise but this was only knowledge until I was willing to let go of my part in creation. Co-creation feels so expansive and a part of the bigger whole that we belong to – the entire universe that is calling us home. I feel I have been offered much more to ponder on by having read your blog – a blog which I feel I will return to many times as my understanding develops and evolves.

  253. “Our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs”. So true, Victoria, it’s like spending your life in the sea not realizing there is a whole world above the ocean. How can you know its limitations when you are immersed in it? Serge Benhayon opens a window into the wider whole and then we remember what we already know. Even so, I feel we have only just caught a glimpse of what it means to be in ‘self-made creation’ and even though we may not get so distracted or emotional there are many subtle ways that we keep ourselves in creation, especially if we are even in the slightest way seeking recognition or aiming for an outcome for self. Co-creation has no individuality in it. Working together, valuing each other’s unique contributions, and being open to divine inspiration, something is produced that far exceeds what one individual could do on their own.

    1. Agree with you Sandra Newland, when there is individuality (self-interest, gain, identification), there is a felt ugliness (creation). When this is lost, true beauty is unveiled and restored to allow the work of Truth to flow (co-creation).

    2. Absolutely Sandra, ‘Working together, valuing each other’s unique contributions, and being open to divine inspiration, something is produced that far exceeds what one individual could do on their own.’ This is what I find, if I’m not working for self/creation and I’m working to truly support, love and bring all of me to my work then magic happens, there is a deep connection and love with others, and it feels like a very natural, joyful and unifying way of being/working.

  254. Beautiful, Victoria. I love how you have taken that age old symbol of enlightenment, the lotus flower emerging from the mud, and exposed both its limitations and its truth. yes, we do need to rise beyond our attachments to the sensory world of matter, thought and emotion. But, as you say, what then? Float away on a cloud? Nah..we are loving beings who know that our true way forward is in unity, the one unified way. Thank you for your awesome sharing, and very confirming, presentation of this absolute truth.

    1. It feels like you are onto something here Coleen24 when you say after foregoing our attachments we ask, ‘What then..?’ We are so attached to our epicentres of creation that going to the next step to consider unity seems impossible! I would have thought it utopian too once-upon-a-time, however with the teachings of the Ancient Wisdom offered by Serge Benhayon, there is absolutely nothing utopian about it at all. We have just been comatose by the hedonistic existence that has become our normal. We are waking up and Victoria’s sharing here is of enormous support as we do so.

      1. I am beginning to appreciate how much I have been buried in my own hurts and the consequent beliefs that have emerged to protect myself. I am appreciating this on a new level. It’s one thing to know and feel what I have written above, however feeling the quality of each moment and making a choice about my next response; that split nano second, is the key. Creation or Co Creation in every moment.

  255. ‘Free from the imprisonment of our self-made creation.’ knowing that every aspect of our life is a result of our choices is an awareness that I constantly come back to and learn from. It is such a freeing understanding.

    1. I am just beginning to grasp what this self-made creation is all about – I have been one to blame situations in the past as an excuse to not take responsibility. The blog exposes this and offers a beautiful understanding of what life can be like in Co-creation with each other, working towards a one unified purpose for all of humanity – it completely takes ‘Self’ about of the way.

    2. Very true Lisa – our life, state of being, emotions, health, moods, quality of relationships and body are all affected and governed by the choices we make on a day to day basis. Having this understanding and awareness is super freeing and also brings a huge, deeper level of responsibility into life.

  256. I have come to understand the difference between creation and co-creation through Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine too Victoria. In creation I am constantly trying to make something happen to fill some need or other in me. I can rattle off new ideas and project schemes in my sleep and if honest they are primarily based on serving me first and foremost even if I I think they are designed to serve others and there is always an element of struggle, lack of cohesion and often lead to dead ends. In co-creation the way the impulses (ideas) are realised feels completely different and the way the world, life and others magically constellate to support them is effortless, no trying, no pushing, no attachment to the outcome involved at all. Of course I have to do the work needed to bring these impulses to fruition but without the ‘trying’ it all just flows in its own time. Now that I have felt and know the difference I would choose co-creation any day.

  257. I also catch myself every now and then aiming for a point or feeling like it will all be better when I finally deal with …… On reflection though, I realise this is a pattern of escape and not being fully present in my life.

  258. When hear or read about creation or co-creation it is always a STOP moment to further reflect about the truth that each and every, thought, feeling or action is about the self or the understanding that we are part of a one unified universe in which everything, yes everything matters and affects the ALL. Thank you Victoria for sharing your wisdom and connection to the ALL – and for taking the lift to the 5th Floor!

    1. Thank you Victoria and Bernadette! I am beginning to be aware of the lift starting to fill up,
and I look forward to the upper floors and what they hold for us.

  259. ‘When I was young I felt like we were only being told part of the story of life; it just wasn’t right that we were born, we lived and we departed. I knew that there was much more to human life than that…’. Me too – and I think many of us do, hence the seeking. The thing is, what we’re looking for lies within, but we’ve lacked the wherewithal to know how to to reconnect to the Ancient Wisdom we already know. Thank God for Serge Benhayon, who has re-presented it to us.

  260. Victoria, the Buddha would be proud! What beautiful piece of writing. I love how you captured the essence of the Vietnam presentation and expanded on it… taking the nut and planting it wider for us all to enjoy and understand.

  261. I love your analogy of the lotus flower Victoria, with the flower well above the mud and how raising yourself above the dirt is considered by many to be the final goal. In your explanation “but this is actually where it begins – the beginning of a Way of Living, free from the imprisonment of our self-made creation” we are taken to a much deeper awareness of how we can start to go the other way – well, well, well beyond and above the mud traversing through the infiniteness of what it means to live love and lovingly through our connection to God.

  262. Victoria the subject of creation and co-creation were until recently something I had very little awareness of. I understood life to be life – we made our way through it and setup things that we had to do, get a good job, work etc.. etc.. yet there was always something missing and so the focus was on how do I create things to be better to fill that void. What I also came to understand is that the very gap was the fact of me being in creation, thinking I was the person in separation going through life without appreciating or taking the time to understand, let go of the control and allow myself to be in co-creation. In co-creation there is no trying to make things better, no trying to fix things. I found the retreat to be an equally profound experience and something that is still unfolding today.

  263. I am in awe of the profound wisdom you are expressing in your writing, it is so lovely to read and it brings memories of ancient times… that connect me back to where we are from and where we are returning to. Thank you Victoria, for accessing that once again and allowing me to re-connect.

    1. Beautifully said Judith – everything about our life is a reminder of the fact that we are from Soul and now re-connecting once again to return ‘home’. I love the fact that I can feel our brothers unified and the oneness felt when there is a one unified purpose – thanks to the teaching and presentations of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine we can live Heaven on Earth – a different (yet ancient) way of Living.

  264. It is always possible in what ever situation we are to get up from misery and reconnect to the bigger whole we are. Just by looking in the sky, feel the sun, see the stars and the endless universe. We all know deep inside thar there is more than just this life we may sometimes feel imprisoned in. I traveled a bit around the world and it is the same sky, the same sun an the same universe we all are looking at, though from different perspectives but still the same.

    1. Isn’t nature a beautiful reflection Sonja. It does remind us that we are all people, and that we all see the same things – but yes, our perspectives may be different. I am loving learning that understanding these perspectives – when we are open to the fact that our perspective may come from somewhere where we are protecting a hurt – can actually support us to go deeper in our relationships by more deeply understanding ourselves. We are all here to work together and truly connecting with and appreciating each other allows us to do this.

  265. Thank you Victoria for sharing so beautifully your insights into the nature of co-creation and that we here to support and evolve each other on our way back to the love we are.

  266. It seems we have been caught up in our own lives and ourselves that we have forgotten that our natural state of being is to be connected with all. This Oneness is the under current pulse that we beat to.

    1. Absolutely Natalie, and given Oneness ‘is the undercurrent pulse that we beat to,’ if we are not in rhythm with this pulse our lives and and world as a result will be discordant and lack true harmony.

  267. What an amazing blog so clearly presented of truth about the co creation versus creation game we are all living with. This is brought to us to truly see bringing understanding and true love to humanity by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. It is from our oneness that we can live and evolve together and the retreats run annually provide the livingness of this way for our bodies to reclaim and embody deeply. They Are a gift for humanity always and beautiful to be part of and share together.Thank you Victoria

  268. “life in self-made creation (in contrast to co-creation) is one where we are immersed in all the attractions, distractions and emotional highs and lows of our physical life. It can be difficult to clearly see for our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs, which then become our life, and therefore our reality.” Humanity is stubbornly rooted to this vision, invested and attached to all its complexities, but if we were to open up like the spreading lotus flower and make life about space not matter- then we begin to evolve out of the mud.

    1. I very much relate to your comment about space lucindag. When we are held by a certain consciousness, belief, ideal or complexity there is density, no space at all. As we begin to let go of these there is a spaciousness that is created in our bodies for the light of our nature to shine through.

  269. “It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from”. I too know this and can now see that is was such an individual pursuit, very selfish and completely lacking in brotherhood. Through Universal Medicine I have seen that the way for liberation is for us all working together, bringing true love to all that we do.

    1. Just the name ‘Universal Medicine’ says it all: It’s Medicine for all. I realise now that my pursuit for enlightenment was selfish and arrogant, and coming to Universal Medicine has reminded me that we all long for true love and brotherhood and deep down want to free ourselves of this selfish existence, and the presentations and workshops show us a new way forward where humanity can live in harmony together.

  270. I really enjoyed your blog Victoria. It seems to me most people in this world are really looking out for number one, which is a far cry from us all being one. Your blog would maybe help people see or maybe cause a spark and ignite the fact that we aren’t going anywhere without everybody as one unified truth in co-creation.

    1. Well said kevmchardy. There is nothing like people working together; one person doing something amazing is great, but when a group or community support each other and all stand as one it is a truly phenomenal thing to be a part of and witness.

    2. Yes, people are always looking for the number one spot, “if you ain’t first your last” is a classic quite that I have heard about how everything is for the number one spot. With us all competing for the number one spot, as you said, we stretch further from becoming all one.

      1. … and all the while we are actually the ‘one’ and so is every- ‘one’ else. There can be no first or last in oneness simply different expressions of the whole.

  271. I am lately wondering what makes me even think that I could do it on my own. There are over 6 billion (!!!!!) people around me. And even if I just look at the people close to me, it is quite obvious that we all have a very different life with very different expressions, yet we actually Love to be in each other’s company. This says to me that life is about people – first and foremost. And that we are to live and work together in a way that everyone is able to share their Glorious Love from their Soul. It is so still and full of dedication when working this way. Only look at how we all are being held on this planet. If I only but walk in the green, I can feel the enormous stillness that is holding everyone. If we but only could stop and feel this, we would have to admit that there’s more that meets the eye. Thank you Victoria.

    1. Life is about people, such a simple statement Floris yet so true and easy to live. When I make life about other people then my life becomes simpler and more enjoyable. We are never meant to live in a little bubble or cave dwell. We are meant to be out amongst the world living with all in mind.

    2. Absolutely Floris. How could we ever “do it” alone? It is so clear that we need each other, but yet, we also want to hide from each other. I can understand this. But as I come to understand the reasons why I have chosen this, I am also able to stop choosing this and choose to open up like the lotus flower and let everyone see how beautiful I am. And actually, when I do this, I look around and see that I am surrounded by beautiful lotus flowers – 6 billion of them!

  272. I felt a wonderful authority when I read this blog. And it was so simply and beautifully expressed, there is no complication when it comes to expressing from the ‘soul’ in ‘oneness’, thank you for sharing.

  273. In developing my understanding of co-creation, I have been learning to get out of the way to do what needs to be dones. It is a much freer way to live than creation, which imprisons us behind all the self-motivated actions in which we heavily invest for their outcomes.

    1. This is lovely what you have shared Jinya, the difference between Co-creation and creation. I was not even aware of Co-creation until this was presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. It is great to read this because what I can see is how I have been in creation (making it about myself) instead of Co-creation, making it about everyone, as you say this is a much freer way of living .. time to consciously change .. thank you.

    2. Brilliantly put Jinya – all those self imposed investments keep us binded to outcomes – and so we imprison ourselves. Let go of our self-serving outcomes and we are clear to see what is there to do with no binds to hold us down.

    3. Being “Imprisoned behind all the self-motivated actions in which we invest heavily for their outcomes”. Now that’s a great phrase Jinya Mizuno!

  274. “Our Soul is constantly communicating our oneness with us.” The responses to your beautiful blog confirm this oneness Victoria. So many people are searching in so many places for answers to their lives – sporting prowess, academic success, spiritual enlightenment, environmental activism, being rich, being poor, – and our soul is saying “Make love your foundation, live in harmony, make life about everyone, get your hands dirty, let go of criticism, feelings of despair, embrace every opportunity for learning and evolving. Thank you for bringing your insights and wisdom about the all encompassing nature of co-creation.

    1. “Our Soul is constantly communicating our oneness with us” This sentence stopped me in my tracks! I could ponder on this all day – so beautiful!

  275. Serge Benhayon has a way of presenting truth that always lovingly asks you to go one step further. I can choose to do so or not and either way I will not going to be judged.

    1. And thank goodness he does – its exactly the call to go deeper that we all need. No cruising along patting myself on the back here!

      1. It is a blessing Helen to meet people like him, who see more to life than just being comfortable.

      2. Dean, what a great comment. Aside from many associated with Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon, I cannot recall others living with us now ‘who see more to life than just being comfortable’ and fully commit to life in full. I have no doubt there are many living like this, just not publicly. It is powerful.

  276. All my hairs were standing up reading your words Victoria – every cell in by body registering the expression of the energetic truth and the evolution that you words present. Thank you for re-imprinting what the Lotus flower reflects to us in truth. Very beautiful indeed.

    1. I feel the same and can now see the lotus flower in its true glory, an indicator of a mere but great beginning that puts a stop to the entangling conundrum of right and wrong and the notion that ‘good’ is it – when there is so much more.

    2. I totally agree Simone – hairs stood up and I became super present reading this blog.

“I recently returned home from a retreat held in Vietnam where Serge Benhayon was presenting on “The Process of Evolution – The Living Sciences of Human Life.” It was an expansive topic and truly revelatory. It was presented that we are all part of a living science and Universal order where we can either choose to align with the evolutionary pull towards a one unifying way, working together in co-creation, or we can – by our own free will – choose to resist this natural pull.”

There are so many pieces of wisdom here. I could listen to someone speak on this topic all day! It is such a vast science, super interesting and deeply nurturing to my Soul.

  277. This is a very powerful topic and one that has been addressed by many who have presented the ageless wisdom over time. Yet we seem to have buried ourselves further into the mud! To discuss this is the start of disentangling ourselves from the enthral of creation, to see our choices as either with and on behalf of us all as one, or driven by a need for individuality.

    1. Simplicity will always expose the complexity our minds can at times be enthralled by.
“to see our choices as either with and on behalf of us all as one, or driven by a need for individuality.” Simple and true Fiona.

  278. Well put victoria. Thank you for sharing about the lotus flower… It’s a beautiful representation. “It can be difficult to clearly see for our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs, which then become our life, and therefore our reality.” And that’s why we act the way we do, as we construct our life to be a certain way.. Usually not knowing anything else…because we don’t ‘see’ any other way.

  279. Thank you for your article Victoria. Before coming to The Way of the Livingness I had been immersed in trying to create a better more comfortable life for myself, to escape the pain I felt deep within, but the way I felt about myself and others never really changed. The revelation that we are all in this together, equal brothers in love, who have the power in our choices to co-create with love has changed everything.

    1. ‘We are all in this together, equal brothers in love, who have the power in our choices to co-create with love’, absolutely 1timrobinson, well said.

  280. It is within the seeking that we further separate from true self. I too got caught up for many years in the seeking, looking for enlightenment, thinking that it was something that I needed to obtain and was something outside of myself. Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine present a different way, a way where the first port of call is a deep knowing that everything we are looking for is right inside of ourselves and that we can reconnect to this knowing through how we live. We don’t have to get anywhere or achieve anything, it is about shedding the ‘what is not’ so that we can feel more of who we truly are. But if we do not recognise first of all that we are divine, then we will always look outside of ourselves and the search continues.

    1. Yes, the search outside of ourselves is an endless one, which can keep us distracted for eons. When we start with the truth of our natural divinity that never leaves us, there is a gradual unfolding as you say Donna of all we have taken on that does not reflect this loving expression in our lives.

  281. I realised something after reading your blog Victoria about escaping the hurts of the world through meditation. The very common (and I speak from my own past experience) search for enlightenment in many spiritual traditions and ‘New Age’ pursuits exposes itself for not being in co-creation with God because it many times focuses on just the individual reaching some higher state of bliss without ever considering how that is really going to help all our fellow members of humanity. That seems to me to be quite a selfish pursuit, and I could also feel how I too had used meditation as a form of escape while reading this great piece by Victoria. Also, once that ‘bliss’ or higher consciousness is reached, in my experience, there was never really any mention of what to do with it in service to other people, as if that was the end of the line and pinnacle of our human experience. But the truth is that we are always being called to expand more and more, just like the Universe, and will always have opportunities to learn, grow, and evolve when we are open to developing our connection with our inner selves (our souls).

    1. Wow michaelgoodhart36 this rings so true, how un-purposeful and self orientated the pursuits of much meditation can be. The Gentle Breath meditation presented by Serge Benhayon is refreshingly unindulged and is never about shutting out the world but all about taking our inner selves out.

  282. I like your explanation of self made creation as opposed to co creation – it makes a lot of sense.

  283. I have been drawn to come back and read this again. How could I have thought creation was it!

  284. Such a great writing Victoria. I was never looking for enlightenment or any spiritual path, I was seeking distraction and escaping life through not truly committing to it, although I maintained the illusion to be very dedicated to humanity. It was this half heartedness that made me being bored of life and not getting the purpose. When I came across Universal Medicine I realized as you beautifully describe that “In truth I was looking to re-connect with my Soul, and it is through the grace of my Soul’s light, and my loving dedication and acceptance of my responsibility, that I began to see clearly through the grand illusion I was held in, the deception of right and wrong, the highest ‘good’, and the illusion of false enlightenment.”

  285. Lovely analogy that we’re caught in the web of our own dimension, in that illusion of right and wrong, good and bad, success and suffering. It’s difficult to get perspective on where you’re at when you’re right in the middle of it. Hence the tension we experience from that constant pull to a deeper awareness that rocks the illusion we’re under.

  286. Together we will step up, inspiring each other by setting a basis that everyone can build on. No effort needed, just showing all the power and love that each and everyone of us true is.

  287. I love you highlight how we are ‘all in this together’. There is no place for competition only supporting one another. I have to admit l never used to want to truly support others -though I may have wanted to look ‘good’ and kind and be recognised for it! I was scared of being over taken, abandoned and left behind. I had a lot of false pride that I could survive without help and that held more cudos somehow.

Now I am more open to seeking support knowing there isn’t anything wrong with me. And I welcome being asked to be all that I am. Even if part of me sometimes struggles with that I know I can choose to let go of the struggle. When I do let go a greater awareness reveals that what I considered to be an issue is seen with a greater understanding in the bigger picture and magically dissolves.

  288. “It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from.” I love this line and one I can relate to. The symbol of the lotus flower and how you describe it is very powerful.

  289. I love the macadamia nut analogy Victoria – why stop at celebrating and appreciating just one person or thing? When we are inspired by someone, or see something incredible we sometimes can come up with excuses why that one particular instance was ‘amazing’, and why it was superior to other day to day things. To give an example – if you see someone making a great presentation and not holding back at all in what they’re saying, should we congratulate and celebrate them, then make excuses why we are not like that – ‘they must be well educated’, ‘maybe they studies English in University’?…. OR, should we see that as an inspiration, and accept that we too have the power to do the same thing, in our own way.

  290. What a lot to take in here, I suspect it will be a blog that sits with me for much longer than I realise. To consider how much we run away from life and the bits we don’t want to see can be quite confronting and make us want to run even further away! Run into coping mechanism that can exacerbate the problem for years. The simpler choice seems to me to embrace co-creation and walk away from the self imposed restrictions of creation.

  291. You have offered so much in this truly touching and profound article Victoria. Thank you for sharing your insights and for leaving me with much to ponder and appreciate.

  292. Beautiful Victoria thank you, I love what you say… ‘In my experience trying to understand life and my place in the greater plan from a dimension that can only see its own creation was futile.’ There is so much revealed in this simple sentence about the way things really are, the fact of the Soul, of another dimension to us that if not connected with first, is not available to our awareness. Your words feel ancient… along with what you have shared.

  293. “A way that is ours to choose”, This stuck with me as it reminds us and gives back the power we feel striped of, that we always have a choice no matter how small in might be.

  294. It took many Universal Medicine presentations for me to really accept what you have written here Victoria – “What I didn’t see then was that we are all in this together and we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being”. It is going to take all of us working together to learn to choose another way of living that is about love rather than self-interest. In order to do this my trust in myself and also in humanity needed to be restored and thanks to the support of Universal Medicine this has occurred.

  295. It is hard to see at the beginning that we are all in this together. How are we ever going to get there when we have wars, greed and famine in the world. We all have our own issues to deal with, some worse than others, but it only takes one person to change and begin to connect to themselves that makes others want to change also and so it begins – change – and we are already in it.

  296. Beautiful Victoria- I love the togetherness of this piece- that we are all here to support and evolve together.

    1. Yes Kristy the grand potential of this togetherness is bound by a deep knowing that we are everything already.

  297. Thank you for your reminder about tension. It is so easy to use tension as an excuse to be stuck and to use it like a bit of a battleground, when in truth it is there to remind us of how we are so much more, a constant pull to who we are and to where we are from. A very wise woman once said to me ‘you need to make friends with tension’ ~ such a huge revelation for me!

  298. This blog would need to be so much longer to really encapsulate what is being touched on here. It opens up so much. Co-creation is a difficult concept to understand when seen through the eyes of creation, and this is the illusion of life. We think that we are only human, and for many the realisation one day dawns on us that we are also spiritual – that we are more than just this flesh. However, this too, is part of the illusion of creation. For even that realisation is not the full encapsulation of who and what we truly are. And the only way to understand who we truly are is to learn once again to feel energy, and not just feel energy, but feel the quality of energy of life. What Serge Benhayon has brought forth is exactly this revelation. And whilst one can write on and surmise on what the difference between creation and co-creation is, or the difference between spirit and Soul, the truth is that these truths can only be discerned by feeling the quality of the energy of both. And this is what the true underlying purpose of the esoteric modalities is all about – giving us an opportunity to feel the quality of the Soul and the fire it represents.

  299. It’s lovely to read how nature has shown and illustrated back the answer you were looking for from young. Something tangible for the intangible world we co-exist with.

  300. I love the way you have written this Victoria. There is so much here to take in.
“In truth I was looking to re-connect with my Soul”, this is at the core of what I am sure most truly want, as we all know there must be something more otherwise why would we even begin to look? Perhaps not always knowing this specifically in the searching but knowing on some level nevertheless.

  301. Victoria your words “we are all in this together” really resonate with me. This is the reason we react to others, feel empathy, sadness and hurt when we view another doing something that does not sit right. We are all connected and when we feel someone acting outside of the beauty we are it hurts. If we were not connected we would simply have no response in these situations.

    1. I agree Toni but also by virtue of us all being in this together then whenever someone does something that we react to or get hurt by then there is always something for us to learn as by being in this together we are responsible entirely for our choices and the effect that they have on the world and humanity therefore the perspective to take when we react to something is what is about the way I am living that is effecting this person to behave in a particular way

  302. There is always more to see in life and that is something I have learned. The willingness has to be there though to see it or it is like having blinkers on. I would relate this to being a bit like going for a walk and looking at the ground the whole way, or instead taking the same walk with eyes wide open, being aware of every little aspect of life that is going on. There are many ways to look at life and it is our choice which way we choose.

    1. Good point Stephen and I like the analogy. We have to choose to raise our eyes to see the beauty that is around us, no one is going to force it on us. Also, not everything we see when we look up is going to look very nice, kind, attractive, but we still have the choice to look up or down.

    2. The willingness to see all that is there to be seen is very poignant for me today as I had an accident, a tiny one with no real damage so it would have been easy for me to right off what was being shown to me. But what was being shown was very profound and through being wiling to see it I can really chose what steps I make next. Without being willing to see we cannot truly evolve.

    3. This is a really lovely way to put it Stephen. So much more there for us to be aware of if we lift our head, if we embrace the willingness to see and feel it.

  303. “This was often seen as the final goal, but this is actually where it begins – the beginning of a Way of Living, free from the imprisonment of our self-made creation.” If we live towards a goal then we are forever capped and disengaged from the inner beauty and presence offered by every living moment, blinkered to the power & true wealth of brotherhood.

    1. That is an excellent point lucindag and you gave captured it well… how living towards a goal actually precludes us from experiencing the natural presence and inner beauty of the living moment.

  304. I love this analogy of the Lotus flower Victoria. To me it shows great strength, beauty and delicateness in growing out of the mud, and standing still within it, but able to see all that is below for what it truly is. Our evolutionary pull is a way with true harmony – with each other first, with our world and therefore with the Universe. Seeing ourselves as we are placed in the Universe ~ amongst all the other planets and stars, truly places things in perspective. And what a beautiful perspective it is.

    1. Indeed Amelia, to see ourselves as grand as the grand night sky is a very beautiful and grand perspective and one that I can now feel is also actually very real.

  305. It is wonderful to read this Victoria, ‘we are all part of a living science and Universal order where we can either choose to align with the evolutionary pull towards a one unifying way, working together in co-creation, or we can – by our own free will – choose to resist this natural pull.’ I can feel this in my life, that I can work and be in a way that is open, loving and considerate of the all or i can get caught up in emotions, rush, over think things and get caught up in issues and I can feel how this is then going against a one unifying way.

  306. Victoria, your sharing and the symbolism of the ‘macadamia nut fallen from the tree’ is very powerful. It has allowed for this beautiful awareness of life and the truth of our presence in the cycle of life. We begin with the makings of all that is and the possibilities to grow this in connection with others. Co-creation is ever expanding and evolving. This blog has made me more aware of the magnificence of all that is possible, ‘Is’ existing and I feel very humbled to be a part of this.

  307. I am sure many of us at some point in our lives feel that there is more; it has been how hundreds of people have allowed themselves to be open to what Universal Medicine presents, the difference between creation and co-creation- which you so beautifully capture here Victoria.
The difference between the physical and the soul shows me there is so much more than birth, life and death, and in that, our choices and how we live is key – choosing to be more aware that there is so much more than just the physical.

  308. I know from my own experience that creation is a prison that is invisible, where the prisoner holds the key yet they are blind to it. They sense the freedom from the prison whenever they get some recognition for their creation, but they are soon back in the prison. The freedom felt is a sense of identity, in thinking they know themselves by what they do. But it is futile because nothing outside you can tell you who you are. Only you can because only you are you. The true key to freedom is knowing oneself by one’s essence by relationship that is afforded through the connection to the body. This will be what leads us back to co-creation. Because once we know who we truly are, there is nothing to prove and all the beauty to be expressed.

  309. I love the notion of continually unfolding, finding more and more depth to ourselves and the world around us as we open up to the process of evolution. How grand is that!

  310. ” However, as I stay open to the possibility, and now a knowing that there is a fifth floor and beyond, a greater awareness is unfolding, becoming available, and so much more is being revealed.” I love this Victoria – so much more can be open to us if we take off our blinkers as to ‘this is how life is’.

  311. I just love the fact that this blog exists. There is so much depth and truth here, and it brings forth a clarity that is so refreshing. The lotus flower blooming above the muddy waters is such a perfect symbol for the liberation that we feel when we reach this clarity and start to live it.

    1. After a few thousands years of lotus flower stories, it’s great to finally hear one that describes the truth beyond the human spirit which until now has been described by most cultures, religions and societies as the absolute pinnacle of enlightenment… It’s not.

  312. ‘It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from.’ Ok Victoria, this is interesting and if we assume that often people look for spiritual ways like certain types of yoga or meditation, relaxation etc in order to cope better in life but actually are trying to escape the hardness of life brings a totally different understanding to what is truly happening. What if life could be lived by truly accepting that we can take full responsibility for it. Then we do not need to have long meditation times in order to find truth or to be able to cope with our lifes.

    1. Kerstin – this what I have done in the past, ‘people look for spiritual ways like certain types of yoga or meditation, relaxation etc in order to cope better in life but actually are trying to escape the hardness of life’, this never actually worked, i just had an arrogance that I had it sorted and was doing better than everyone else, it was not until i came across Universal Medicine and allowed myself to see what was really going on, started to make changes in my life and started taking responsibility for my life that i do not now want to escape life but to be very much a part of it.

  313. Humanity – we all are – longing for MORE and everyone is searching for it in the one or other direction. Some are looking for enlightenment, some for their ‘right partner’ and some for success in business. But as you say Victoria, as long as we are searching in the same place for an answer what brought us the missing, brought us the separation – we can not find our fulfillment. The place we have entered, the place of creation, is asking us at the entrance to give up on our connection to what we truly are and so we are condemned to missing us as long as we stay here. As hard as we may try to find us again, it has no prospects in this place, in this energy. To come back to us we have to leave this room, this fourth floor, collect back what we have given up and go for the fifth floor, as you said. There is no true enlighten, true relationship, true success found or to create in the level of creation. We can not create what we already are. We can just surrender to it.

  314. A beautiful sharing Victoria and one that clearly shares how easy it is for us to fall for all the distractions of creation and the emotional highs and lows that this can bring taking us further away from co-creation if we so choose.

  315. I love the clarity of your Blog Victoria and I love the macadamia sharing from your friend. This is exactly what we have the opportunity to look beyond just ourselves and our creation but to embrace the whole tree and the forest that will come from it.

  316. I love what you have expressed here – the macadamia nut, the lift, and the lotus flower, each showing us the enormity of what lies beyond when we let go of choosing to live in the paradigm of our own restriction for there is so much more when we are ready to see it.

    1. Wow, that’s a revelation. That takes the shine off it and exposes a way of trying to hide.

    2. Beautifully expressed Sammy, l feel the enormity of those simple things in nature. God Reflecting Evermore.

    3. Its true Sam, each piece of the picture helps me to understand the self made constraints I hold myself in and the effort that goes into sustaining those.

  317. It was beautiful to read about your lovely message from God and your reading of it, “The Lotus flower now represents to me the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose.”

  318. Victoria you have clarified for me more about co-creation and just what it means to humanity and our evolution. We often get so caught in the illusion of Life on Earth that we have been fed, and to be reminded that Life is not the way it is portrayed, is needed.! Thank you for sharing your insights.

  319. Gorgeous Victoria. There is so much spiritual focus on the lotus flower and its beauty, sitting above the mud of ordinary life…however…the lotus does not disdain the mud or look down on it as though it is less. Its roots go deep into that mud and it is the mud that gives it steadiness and connection to the earth. And as described with your beautiful macadamia analogy, and the nuts that become trees, there is one plant that is the source of those individual blooms.
I love the way you describe your yearning to escape this life. I felt the same, and pursued all sorts of things as though I could become a flower without her feet in the mud! Unreal and unliveable.
The greatest freedom comes when we live free from creation, yet in the creation, embracing life and all people in it.l

  320. Victoria this blog is truly beautiful. You have exposed the fact that we all get trapped on the ‘4th floor’ thinking we know where we are at from our own individualist perception when really there is a 5th floor and beyond. Choosing CO-Creation is Glorious.

  321. Beautifully expressed Victoria. Life made no sense to me either when I looked at it through the eyes of creation. Plato’s analogy of the people chained in a cave accepting the shadowy images reflected on the cave wall as reality always spoke to me, and I knew there was more to it … hence many years of seeking until Universal Medicine presented the difference between creation and true evolution – now I have understanding required to make co-creation my way or to feel the pain of the consequences of choices that are from creation.

  322. This is such a gorgeous blog Victoria – so full of possibility and expansion it may take a while for me to digest! It’s either one or the other right? – self-made and self-invested creation where identity rules the roost and recognition is the aim of the game OR co-creation where we are one and serving with accordance to the Universal plan… one way is bountiful the other is limiting, like you say – creation impairs our vision so we cannot see clearly outside of our beliefs and held ideals. This makes sense to what I am thinking at the moment and know that if I stay with the feeling of greatness and God, I will expand and all will be revealed.

    1. Who would want limiting when there is bountiful? Yet what if the greatest illusion of them all, the greatest hoodwink, is that we were led to believe that the creation part, the limiting part, was the bountiful side so we didn’t even know co- creation was even an option. Shocking but true.

  323. When I gaze into the night sky and the stars, I have no doubt that the 5th floor and beyond exists and that heaven is where we are all from.

    1. I have no doubt too Marika, the 5th floor is absolutely there and heaven is where we are from in all its radiant beauty. Where I stumble is if I am standing on the 4th floor, when I look at the stars and I still have all the entrapments of creation around me I don’t always appreciate the 5th floor and all the amazingness it offers. This is my ongoing daily learning to be open to everything that is offered from the 5th floor so that co -creation becomes my daily way of living. My absolute love and appreciation goes out to Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon for without them I would still be floundering in the quagmire of creation, trying to make sense of the mud I was stuck in.

    2. Yes beautifully said Marika, we live in a beautiful Universe that has much more in store for us once we have truly embodied our lessons here on Earth. We all have such a rich and divine heritage we have yet to fully appreciate.

    3. Being in nature reminds me that I am part of something bigger and looking up at the stars always fills me with wonder and awe. Of course we are from something much grander than what we have made life to be.

  324. That dangling carrot of enlightenment that promises a life of richness and can keep one very busy trying to progress oneself to the next level. But as you say Victoria, if you are stuck under the blinkers of the 3rd or 4th floor in all its limitations, and its really all happening on the 5th floor and beyond that we don’t even realise exists, then we really are living a limited life.

    1. Metaphorically stuck on the 3rd or 4th floor we are living a limited life Marika, and the sad thing is that we can get stuck there thinking we’ve made it and that is all there is and so we never get to make a connection with our soul and the so much more that is possible.

  325. Thank you for sharing your insight Victoria. There is much to ponder on in what you have presented. I understand what you mean about seeking enlightenment as really just seeking an escape from life.

    1. Wow, that’s a revelation. That takes the shine off it and exposes a way of trying to hide.

  326. ‘Creation is futile; co-creation fertile’ – were the words that came to me reading your post Victoria. The futileness of the spirit. The fertility of the Soul.

    1. Yes Zofia, I can feel the understanding in those words, co-creation never considers one person better than another, it feels like it offers us all a platform to stand on for us each to choose if we want to step onto it. The futileness of the spirit and the fertility of the soul…yum

    2. Yes gorgeous. The spirit is futile – it takes us no-where, it keeps us small. The Soul is ever-expanding and connects us to something much grander.

  327. How beautifully written, and how beautifully true Victoria. You read the truth and present the honesty behind why so many of us find ourselves on ‘a spiritual path or journey’ and how far we can get taken away, not truly evolving, by using the ‘path or journey’ more as an excuse, your words: “It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from”.

  328. Victoria thank you for this deeply beautiful and inspiring expression. I can relate to what you have shared in knowing that there was more to life, a deeper level or quality that we all were not living but not really ever being aware of how to access this. That, as you said, ‘In truth I was looking to re-connect with my Soul’ but was continually caught up in and followed along the path of creation, which included giving up. There was nothing around me that felt true or reflected that there was another way, a way of Soulful living that is in truth natural, Divine and all-encompassing. This highlights our responsibility and how important it is as we begin to re-align to the truth of the love that we essentially are within, and begin to live Soulfully that we do not hold back our expression as we offer to the world through the reflection of our Soul, a way of living that we all were once searching for, our return to the absolute love we are from.

    1. ” This highlights our responsibility and how important it is as we begin to re-align to the truth of the love that we essentially are within, and begin to live Soulfully that we do not hold back our expression as we offer to the world” I feel like this is such a big statement for us all to stop and consider in detail, as so often we dis-empower ourselves that until we are living a particular way or are completely aligned to truth then we can’t express this to the world, and there is so much we are holding back, but like you say Carola we have such a huge responsibility to the world to reflect to everyone else a way of living that they too are searching for – and so it asks the question of ourselves, while on our journey back to ourselves are we really exercising our full potential of service to humanity?

      1. Great questions Oliver, the sentence you’ve highlighted definitely is one to stop and ponder further. Your comment is extremely inspiring, thank you.

  329. Victoria, I love what you offer here, the understanding that we are part of a wider, larger whole and when we choose to connect to that we are all so much more. And it’s definitely about evolution of us all and not just me or you but all of us.

    1. Absolutely Victoria and Monica, life is one of choices, and at times I feel I am stuck on a floor of my own making. Realising I am stuck I can then choose to go to the next floor / evolve. There is also a possibility that I could freak out and not even stay on the floor that I feel I am on, which means I go down to a lower floor, which is involution because this some how feels safe, which is only deeper illusion. The light of the soul or love is the only safe house no matter which floor you are on, because the soul is where the returning to our evolving path truly starts.

      1. Greg beautifully expressed, we often crave safety and comfort and run back to that ‘lower floor’ you speak of because it’s familiar, but it’s like a child running back to their cot once they’ve moved on to a bed, it’s known yes, but it’s too small for what where they’re now at, and there is no space to grow. So it’s really about feeling our discomfort and opening our eyes to look around and see where we truly are and what we need to express in this new space we are in – it’s about exploring and learning how to be there, not falling back.

      2. Absolutely Monica, as Victoria states, “ a knowing that there is a fifth floor and beyond, a greater awareness is unfolding, becoming available, and so much more is being revealed.” If we do fall back having the awareness to make the choice to return, by jumping the cot!

  330. Many deep revelations in your writing Victoria but the stand out one for me was; “It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from”. I wonder how much of the New Age is based on that – it certainly used to be my attitude in the past. Our natural expression is love but that is not at all what we see reflected in this world. We all carry so many hurts and have many methods to avoid them including choosing not to see what is truly going on. It is no wonder that we want to escape, checkout, get out of here. One of the things I have learnt from Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine is that the only way out (of this mess) is actually in and to be fully committed and that the only way to deal with all the lovelessness is to be loving!

    1. I think a lot of life and New Age is based on trying to escape life – getting us out of here! That life is a kinda drudgery to be endured or lifted yourself from. And like you I have discovered through Universal Medicine is that the only way out, is to be fully in – fully committed to life! It’s been revolutionary really. I thought I was committed before but through the teachings of Universal Medicine it has taken it to a whole new level.

    2. Too true Nicola the only way out is to be committed and more loving. I have also realised that I don’t need to understand or work out why something is the way it is, acceptance and allowing are a huge part in being more loving. Letting go of wanting things to be a certain way, or look a certain way just allowing myself to be me, and know that that is enough is a revelation in itself.

      1. Yes Vanessa, having expectations can be very binding and keeps us blinkered to other possibilities. I agree that “acceptance and allowing are a huge part in being more loving,” especially towards myself, and from there I have observed I am then naturally more loving towards others.

    3. Yes Nicola, I indulged in the New Age looking to escape, but it did not help me out of my misery nor did it liberate me in any way. To make life about love is a most uncomfortable path at first, as everything that you have lived and which is not true shows its ugly head and wants to be addressed and lovingly renounced. And only if you have committed to that, you come to the state, that Victoria describes above, of the lotus flower standing above the mud. And this is where the true journey of love and connection to soul only begins.

    4. Brilliant comment Nicola, this is so true. I have experienced this myself as in wanting to escape the pain and hurt I am feeling by seeking comfort or by running away. That just doesn’t resolve anything except hide what I was feeling deeper and deeper. I too have learnt, the only way to deal with the mess that I have created in my life is to lovingly deal with it.

  331. ‘On reflection though, I question what did I want to be liberated from, and what or where to then?’ Good question and awesome realisation that you came to that in fact it wasn’t liberation you wanted but when really honest with yourself it was to escape from life itself. I think that speaks for many, I know I was certainly wanting to escape from life but at the same time in denial that this was the case. What I now know from the wisdom presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine is that to change this commitment is the key, commitment to life. And it feels so much better than trying to escape.

  332. “In truth I was looking to re-connect with my Soul” – for many years I lived life seeking ‘something’ too, not consciously aware that it was a connection with my Soul I was so wanting to feel. I searched outside of me, and eventually found it was within me. Beautiful blog Victoria.

  333. I love your friends beautiful example of the ‘macadamia nut from a huge tree’ Victoria but if we stop at the tree we are forgetting the natural selection process of the huge tree which produces a thousand nuts to give away to be eaten for every nut needed to seed a replacement tree. Even the tree serves not only humanity but all the other creatures that eat the nuts, another part of the ever expanding universe.

  334. There is a much bigger world out there waiting for us to be explored as the more awareness unfolds the more we can become aware of it, the more I have ever considered possible. Thank you Victoria for your words of wisdom and bringing more awareness to self verses the big picture as when we choose to re-connect with our soul.

  335. What a beautiful blog. When I was young I used to love watching nature programs because deep down I knew there was something more than how normal life was – a greater, higher Love than we live … so when you use these words ‘we are all part of a living science and Universal order’ it took me straight back to those times when I felt connected with that and I am very blessed to now know that what I was feeling inside was true. Thank you for the reminder.

  336. Thank you Victoria for expanding on the most important topic of co-creation. Our quest for evolution cannot be conducted individually. When we come to understand that the whole of humanity is engaged in the process it frees us to express and engaged with all around us and thus co-create true brotherhood.

  337. Absolutely agree, Ariana, life has become truly exciting to me, growing day by day. It is so beautiful to no longer (mostly) reacting to what goes on in the world, but to the best of my ability, connecting to the beauty that is inside of me and living more and more from that.

  338. Victoria, I love your example here of the lotus flower as a sign of liberation from the mud it is growing in as in Buddhist philosophy, but as you have said “This was often seen as the final goal, but this is actually where it begins – the beginning of a Way of Living, free from the imprisonment of our self-made creation”. I love it, and it is so, so true. Yes, once we have this realisation, then we need to go on living from that truth. I learned so much from that Retreat in vietnam, especially the importance of all of us (humanity) working together in co-operation towards true liberation from the Creation we are now living within. Yes, we need to be working in co-creation with God with his plan for our future. As you say, “The Lotus flower now represents to me the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose”. Truly lovely, thank you Victoria.

  339. A beautiful blog, Victoria, and a reminder to not shorten our awareness to what we think life is about. It is not about me and you looking after our needs, it is about all of us being together, and thereby evolving together.

  340. Truly exquisite Victoria, thank you. This expression of your Soul touches me deeply as all you have shared here resonates throughout, what feels like every cell of my body.

  341. “Shattering the illusion of our Individual separate life’s”, it certainly is an illusion as we are all completely connected we can only try to fool ourselves that we are separate from others, and yet we feel every one around us.

  342. Wow Victoria your message really hit home for me, in creation there is no freedom, I can choose all sorts of things for me, me, me but there is no evolution or purpose to life, just bettering or improving my life. In Co-creation it opens me to Gods plan the divine plan working with others to create harmony and love on earth.

  343. Through irresponsibility, we have created and / or allowed the world to be a loveless, self-centered place. Through self-responsibility we can work together so that everyone gets to feel the love they are all searching for, the re-connection to their soul.

  344. Living in a world that is for the most part wrapped up in it’s own creation cannot see it is one big fat lie we kept perpetuating. My way of dealing feeling all of this was to create something else, to try and come up with something unique and different to what was being created but all I was doing was feeding back into a system that has to continue to create to make one-self known.

  345. Thank you Victoria. I too attended one of the Universal Medicine retreats this year where we explored the topics of Creation vs Co-Creation. What I’m seeing more and more is that when things are complex, difficult or get messy that they are from Creation – they often involve individuals with their own agenda, or people with needs to be met. Co-creation keeps things simple.

  346. It feels simple and freeing when I surrender to the pull of a one-unifying way, considering the whole, rather than just considering myself.

  347. Victoria, I loved reading your analogy of the lotus flower and how the flowering itself is still creation and just the beginning. It is a very interesting point you make, because it is easy to think that this is the final goal, yet it is so far from it. This is often the issue when we think that life is good, easy or we have achieved all we have wanted to, sometimes we can think that ‘this must be it’. Yet, this is the illusion of creation and we can spend much time here without knowing that there is so much more. Unless we see through the illusion of creation and see it for what it is we can’t be open to co creation.

  348. Thank you Victoria – life is so full of all kinds of distractions in every possible shape and form, to stop us from feeling the emptiness that we can be choosing over the fullness of who we all innately are. Once this realisation kicks in, then there is so much more that can unfold. I love what you have shared in your blog – the real liberation is not about getting away from this world and the lovelessness that abounds, but it is to live as the love that we are amongst the lovelessness so that this is forever the reflection to others that there is another choice.

  349. Victoria this is huge topic for us as people on one planet to consider. For me freeing myself from creation simply means not making my life just about myself in my wants and needs but to wake every day knowing I part of everything and everyone so everything I do, say and think affects everything and everyone. In this I have a choice to make each day about love and people or just about protecting my patch of turf while knowing there is a grand plan at play which I can align to or not.

  350. Thank you Victoria for sharing so beautifully the true depths of who we are and the evolutionary choice we have to return to a one unified way of being.

  351. You have given me a lot to ponder on, Victoria. Individualism and separateness is so ingrained in how we live from birth and at times I struggle to truly feel what living in brotherhood is actually like and how I can practically live that in my daily life. The analogy of the lotus flower is a beautiful one and I can feel how it is to be stuck in the mud and the evolution that can occur from this.

  352. ‘it is through the grace of my Soul’s light, and my loving dedication and acceptance of my responsibility, that I began to see clearly through the grand illusion I was held in’. I love the equalness that Victoria holds her self, and her soul with. This is in distinct contrast with the more common perspective, which holds an outer being as greater than the human, and as being the ultimate saviour, and way out of the difficulties that life presents.

  353. It’s really wonderful to feel how, if we choose to let go of our attachment to creation, there is a beautiful awareness to unfold.

  354. I have certainly experience many moments where I have got caught putting myself first and what I find is how this never works. If I talk myself up, I always fall on my face, yet if I am humble and accepting that there is a bigger plan then things tend to go better. I experienced this with a training course I did last year where I made the outcome all about what was in it for me, and it was one of the most horrible academic experiences of my life. Whereas I know if I had made it about servings others I wouldn’t have so dramatically crashed and made it so hard and stressful.

  355. Thank you Victoria – there is much to think about here. Trying to break through a consciousness that controls our thoughts and approach to life is a challenge, but as you share, first being open and then becoming aware leads to many revelations that deepen the more you chose to travel this path. What you share so beautifully is that life is about all of us, and with this awareness much can shift for the better and we can start to break through the creative consciousness and align to the bigger picture.

  356. Beautifully expressed Victoria, I completely understand the lift analogy. I too had reached the fourth floor, which never truly felt complete, but until meeting Universal Medicine, was I felt the highest floor I could get to. We limit ourselves so much by not considering the real meaning of things like illness, what happens after we die and all the big questions in life, a self made choice that keeps us in the distractions as you say, well away from taking responsibility for our creation and all the while Co-creation sits patiently waiting for us to choose it.

  357. This is beautiful, to feel how we are just a part of a whole, which we can work with in co-creation, to return to this whole.

  358. The concept of co-creation opened up a whole new level I didn’t much connect with before. Like discovering there is an extra floor on the building, knowing it was there somewhere inside, but never finding it. Knowing I am part of this bigger picture and plan brings true purpose back to life.

    1. I loved this analogy too Monika, who knows how many floors are there, I almost feel like we will only be aware of another one when we are ready to see it. They are internal, they are a relationship with ourselves, there is no judgement if we don’t see another level, but if we are open to it there is always a pull…a pull to keep feeling, keep sensing. Now I know it is there waiting for me, I can’t believe I didn’t feel it before.

  359. It does seem rather ridiculous that we have sent lifetimes creating distractions for ourselves in its many forms when really we are all One, there is no separation, and as you rightly say Victoria, in this together. When I was young I felt there was something missing, there must be an answer to this puzzle I called life. Universal Medicine has answered these questions for me, and I have had many ‘ah ha’ moments, and there are many more to come I am sure. Through the presentations of Serge Benhayon revelation after revelation keeps coming in answer to that all important question “who ARE we?”

  360. It is powerful to consider that despite all of life beauty there is a entrapment behind it if we are not open to embracing in full the grandness that it in truth is. The entrapment is a lack of full responsibility to live the love we truly are.

  361. Liberation or escape – what a great question to ask yourself Victoria and one that is well worth being very honest about. In my experience trying to escape only makes things much worse and in fact magnifies whatever issue we have rather than the true liberation that comes with dealing with our issues with open eyes and heart.

  362. Thank you Victoria, I love the explanation about the lotus flower, especially how the flower blossoms above the waterline unaffected by the muddy water of attachment… “But this is where it actually begins”… Yes, this is where it does begin, living life with love, with soul.

  363. You’re absolutely right Victoria, when we get caught up on the web created in creation, we can’t see further afield. Our Soul gives us the opportunity constantly by communicating our oneness with us, and us working together in the one unified way in co-creation is our choice to take.

  364. I love what you share about the elevator. Getting out at the fourth floor and then yes, realizing that there are many more floors out there, endless. But not only there are floors above the fourth floor but there is an endless space beyond. When we keep this in mind, or better, at heart, then we get a glimpse of the oneness and the grandness we all are.

  365. Thank you for this gentle walk of unfoldment, much appreciated.

The words, ” … my loving dedication and acceptance of my responsibility … ” are a beautiful expression of how to move out of the illusions and return to oneself.

  366. When I first heard Serge Benhayon speak about reincarnation with such authority I knew it to be true, that there was a reason for us being here…that we are to work together as one to return home to where we are originally from….and it made such sense.

  367. I love the depth of what you share here Victoria, thank you. We are One until we separate and by virtue of this choice, we create two; the One that we still are in essence and the wayward one that chose to walk away. This naturally sets up a tension within us and duality is thus born; dark/light, truth/lies, love/evil…and all the while ‘Our Soul is constantly communicating our oneness with us’ and calling us back to our truth. Therefore, the choice is forever ours whether or not we listen.

  368. It is nice to hear someone sharing how the so called pinnacle of spiritual development, the lotus, is merely the beginning of a Way of Living that encompasses a the grandest of sciences, Co-Creation.

  369. Thank you for so beautifully explaining the truth about creation Victoria. I can feel that I have been stuck in limited ideals and beliefs for far too long. The way you express here shows me that there is another way.

    1. I agree Leonne, this is beautifully expressed and a topic I see as very important for us all. Given that creation is something that does not truly evolve us to where we are going highlights how amazing this subject is and how important it is to focus on how we are living our life in a way that allows us to see our patterns that make up our choices today which gives us space to makes changes.

  370. Thanks for sharing Victoria, i totally get it. Creation is anything that is for the individual and co-creation is everything that comes from the oneness that the Soul is sharing with us. That makes it really simple to understand. I really liked how you said that stopping at creation was like getting off at the 4th floor and just walking around there, but not ever choosing to go to the 5th floor where there could be so much more, truly amazing.

    1. It’s so true Harry – not allowing ourselves to see a broader ~ or wider ~ or taller (!) perspective of our world is so limiting, and really not enjoyable. I love feeling myself as part of the Universe, and all the wonder it entails.

  371. I loved reading your words of wisdom Victoria. After a stressful day at work with a focus on a somewhat trivial matter and dealing with my reaction to this, this article was healing balm to my soul. It’s time to adhere the call to a unified way of being and anything in opposition to this becomes more and more painful to indulge in. To stop buying into the illusion by living from that place of absolute knowingness is the way of the future, a future we can choose to live now.

    1. Yes katechorley, Victoria’s blog makes us pull back from being so self centred to seeing the bigger picture and how ultimately we are all here to support each other.

    2. Ha ha I so agree katechorley, how funny is it that we read blogs that are perfect for the exact issue that is coming up. I was also reminded that anything in opposition to a one unified way of being is so painful.

  372. A well-needed expansion on the symbolism of the lotus flower. Thank you Victoria this is so beautifully expressed.

  373. I loved reading your gorgeous article Victoria. I used to feel so far away from myself and was so confused by the way life was – until I had a healing by an Esoteric Practitioner and felt my Soul so close to me – so I had been living in such a deep illusion and when I choose to align with my inner heart I can feel my connection with all of humanity and absolutely know that one-unified is the only way forth.

  374. Even though we are part of a grand and endless Universe we have a hard time grasping that there is more to life than that what we experience here on mother earth. What we all can do with, is a big dose of humbleness. Humbleness in the sense of deeply appreciating and honouring what we are part of and the responsibility we have to be part of and living in this grand universe. How can we think every thing revolves around us if we are just a little speck in the entire universe. We are one drop of water in the big ocean, one spark of fire in the roaring flames, it simply does not make sense that we just make it about us.

    1. So well put Esther Andras, I agree. Humbleness is definitely a potent way to bring us back to the reality that we a mere grain of sand in the vastness of the Universe and we have the audacity to think we live on the only planet that supports intelligent life! Given the state of the world today, refugees dying in the oceans attempting to flee the devastation of war, the thriving trade in human trafficking and sex slaves, governmental corruption that ruins countries, illness and disease escalating everyday, we have to stop and ask ‘are we really the most intelligent species/planet out there?’ The teachings of Universal Medicine shines a light on all these gross inconsistencies and brings us the true understanding of the Universal Laws we are all bound by, because we cannot escape being a part of the Universe. These teachings restore the true purpose and meaning of life on earth, if we choose to be humble enough to pay attention, we will be able to truly resolve all these terrible woes, but that requires immense honesty, commitment and responsibility and the big question is ‘are we ready to take that step?’

  375. I can feel the tension in my body as it is called to be at one with everything around me. There are times when I do not keep up with my own evolution and my body lets me know it.

  376. Beautiful article and beautiful picture Victoria. “The Lotus flower now represents to me the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose.” Thank you Victoria indeed it is ours to choose.

  377. ‘In my experience trying to understand life and my place in the greater plan from a dimension that can only see its own creation was futile.’ This is my experience too Victoria. There is always a higher perspective to view and understand life from and it is this perspective that Universal Medicine retreats open us up to.

  378. Victoria how hard do we all have to work and indeed how constantly do we have to work at sustaining the illusion that we are separate from one another and from Life? We are all constantly being pulled back to Oneness with everything else and so to resist that pull requires enormous effort. How amazing does it feel to start to let go of the resistance and to allow ourselves to go with the natural order of things. We’ve been battling the rapids for eons and now we can lie back in the water and allow the current to guide us.

    1. Well said Alexis, and count me in for keeping my eyes open to seeing the ‘game’ on the way as I am guided by the pull back. I don’t want to miss anything. The tricks of how we got to think creation was ‘it’ need to be spotted and understood for them not to be pitfalls further down stream.

  379. Thank you, Victoria. A great, timely reminder for me – when I am not choosing co-creation, I am choosing creation, subscribing to lovelessness.

  380. Individuality is a prison, as I came to understand when I discovered the beauty of co-creation. There is no way that we as human beings can really feel harmony if we stay separated from that what we originally came from. The insatiable thirst for recognition will keep us in that prison, if we choose so. If we choose co-creation, the shackles will fall from our wrists and ankles to manifest our true nature, which is love and brotherhood in the purest form possible on earth.

  381. This is a ‘wowzer’ of a blog. Here we have it – our purpose in life. It exposes all the seeking we have done that in truth has taken us away from our true selves. Enlightenment is something we try to attain for our individual selves, where as true evolution is to surrender to the magnetic pull of the oneness of the Soul and learn to live in co-creation together. Beautifully written Victoria, thank you.

  382. Thank you Victoria. It was revelatory for me also to understand that we are part of a living science and Universal order and what we choose is what we will be. It has changed my perception on what ‘oneness’ truly means and opened my heart to the understanding that the only way forward is to work towards a one unified way of being.

  383. “When I was young I felt like we were only being told part of the story of life; it just wasn’t right that we were born, we lived and we departed”. I can remember feeling exactly like this as a child Victoria, it just didn’t make sense to me, but no one around me was able to share the truth simply because they didn’t know it themselves. To now understand what this truth is and to feel the enormous grandness and possibilities of the life there is to be lived in co-creation finally makes sense, confirming what I always knew to be true.

  384. I loved recently when Rachel Mascord shared that life is like looking at a red wall with your nose up against it saying the world is red, when all you need to do is step back and realise that is a red wall in a room in a building in a country in a world in a universe there is a much bigger picture to connect to, but we get caught up in our red wall! It is so brilliant to realise that is what we are doing and we can easily connect and align to the true purpose of our lives.

  385. Co-creation is a beautiful word. This is a gorgeous blog from an equally gorgeous woman. Freedom from a self-imposed creation is indeed just the beginning, Thank you Victoria for your words of wisdom.

  386. Victoria thank you for sharing and reminding me of some of what was shared at the recent retreats. It’s very liberating to understand the true symbolic meaning of things and to understand that for the large majority of humanity, myself included, we’ve been under the illusion of seeking a form of liberation and freedom that is not in-truth true. That when we re-connect to our soul, and discover that’s what we’ve truly been seeking then our life can truly start to change and the emptiness inside that I spent so long trying to run from can be healed.

  387. A beautiful article Victoria, thankyou for sharing. “Our Soul is constantly communicating our oneness with us.” We then have a choice, to listen and respond, aligning with it – or to ignore and go our own – not so sweet – individual way of creation.

    1. Good point here sueq2012. It’s sad how most of us have chosen to go our own way and live with individualism. A very selfish unloving way to be. Through the presentations by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine workshops a greater understanding is had as to our purpose of being here is to reconnect back to our soul and live life united as one.

  388. When you think about it, it’s absurd to think most of us are in it for ourselves when the truth of the matter is one unified truth is the only way forward. How long will it be till we can, on mass break this in it for oneself consciousness.

    1. I agree Kev. It is absurd, but I know I’m still coming to terms with us all being one unified. We’ve lived for our individual selves for centuries, the habits and patterns of behaviour are so deeply ingrained. One step at a time, and we’ll all get there, but gosh, do we have some undoing to do.

    2. So true kevmchardy, to let go of self-made investment and identification is a big one – but once it’s gone we’ll never miss it.
It reminds me of a feeling when I knew it was time to throw away some very spiritual oracle cards, I thought I loved them and I identified myself so much with this way of living, but the pull to free myself was so strong. As soon as I let go and put them in the trash something lifted, I felt it in my body and can honestly say I don’t miss them for a second!

  389. Thank you Victoria. Your sharing is beautiful and expansive to feel who we truly are and the awareness we can live with and be in this world if we choose to see this. The way of the livingness is just this, a constant deepening and evolving with the space and freedom we all seek.

  390. Thank you Victoria for sharing your ‘appreciation of the truth of ever expanding Evolution’. I love how you have painted such a clear picture of how we are trapped in the illusion of creation and constantly fighting the pull of our Soul to be part of the oneness. The example of the lift so clearly demonstrates how limited our vision is and how expansive it can be when we open to the possibility of being part of Co-Creation.

  391. “It was not true liberation I was seeking, it was actually life I was looking to escape from; the harsh reality of what I felt overall was a loveless world, where we were living so much less than I knew to be possible.” Victoria you describe so lucidly the misinterpretation we so often and easily make – when we have felt there is more to life, and know deep within, our connection to something much grander that what life appears to be – yet we are immersed in the consciousness that does not want us to know our truth and so we fall for that high illusion.

  392. Inspirationally beautiful Victoria, you’ve captured and expressed so much in this blog about how we can remove the blinkers of limitation that allow us to see only our own creation, and instead realise we are part of something immense and so grand that we are all a part of.

    1. I feel more expanded just thinking about the grand plan we are part of. I am open to being very aware of how I am limited by my own choosing and changing this.

  393. The tension of living as if everyone was an island is rife in this world and from experience I too have found that living life as a ‘me’ only brings disharmony within myself and others. We are simply not designed to be alone and holding ourselves in the ‘I don’t need anyone’, holding information only to ourselves or placing barriers between ourselves and others only keeps the life all around us muddy and murky. Thank you Victoria.

    1. I agree Leigh and lately I have really been aware of how we shop like this, how we just want to go out get what we need as quickly as we can, queue in the line holding ‘our goods’ and not speak or connect with anyone including the shop assistant. It is a set behaviour and feeling of ‘this is what I need, don’t bother me’. I realised one day how I was doing this so the next day made a conscious decision and effort not to be like this and connect with others and could feel the difference this made in my body.

      1. I have found this as well in the shops that human connection can lift me out of a low point I may be experiencing. By acknowledging the people in the shops it takes away that ‘small gray world’ island. And being on the other side of the till at work it makes a difference when the person your serving uses your name or goes beyond the conversational boarders of ‘yes/no, would you like a carrier bag?’. There is a greater sense of it is natural to be together when we choose to live in such a way.

  394. Thank you for sharing Victoria, as you say: ‘we can only truly evolve and be free of this way of life, with its limits of our self made creation, when we are working together towards our return to a one unified way of being’. We are taught to pit ourselves against each other, to compete to succeed but all this does is foster separation amongst us all. We can constantly evolve and deepen our love, as you said, using your analogy there is no point stopping at the beauty of one macadamia nut when there is a whole tree full waiting to explored.

  395. This is a great article Victoria, it is beautiful to read about co-creation. I spent time on a yoga retreat with its foundation in Hindu philosophy many years ago and the focus was very much on self and enlightenment. This was a very individual thing and did not take into account the whole of humanity, it felt very solitary. Reading your article brings an understanding to me why this did not feel right at the time.

    1. So true Rebecca, it is about the self rather than the co-creation and evolution of all.

  396. When we fall for right and wrong we will never come to the truth of life. Its ever expanding nature is what amazes me everyday. ‘The Lotus flower now represents to me the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose.’ Thank you Victoria for expressing so beautifully about creation and co-creation.

  397. Victoria I love the way you have opened up the possibility that there is so much more to life than we are led to believe. I love your analogy of the lift and getting off at the 4th floor and accepting that this is all there is by what we see within the confines of this floor. Knowing there is a 5th floor offers a whole new dimension and all we have to do is choose to accept there is 5th floor and be willing to open to its possibilities and the many wonders it can bring.

  398. Like you how many people, myself included, who search(ed) for liberation but in truth seek to escape this life. Your expansion of the symbol of the the Lotus, “This was often seen as the final goal, but this is actually where it begins – the beginning of a Way of Living, free from the imprisonment of our self-made creation”, beautifully expresses liberation and the ‘way of living’ is through co-creation.

  399. When we are young the world and our part in it are a bit like standing in a hole up to our waist. Everything we can see is calling us to explore but then life continues to dig the hole we are standing in a little deeper every year till the only view is ground level or just the dirt wall of our hole. We were never meant to stay in that hole, we are meant to explore our self and how we interact with the world.

  400. Thanks Victoria, simple explanation of being a part of the ever evolving universe, or not, it is a choice. The highlighted section that talks about trying to understand being a part of co-creation, from the consciousness of creation says a lot to me about where we are at and the reason why the world is so largely loveless. How can we know of more when we cannot see beyond what our eyes and emotions tell us? I know I still live somewhat from what is there in front of me, which can quickly take me anywhere but to a deeper connection with myself and all that there is. Many more choices to be made.

  401. This is brilliant Victoria, love the simplicity of how you describe the limitations of creation and how simple it is to raise awareness that there is a fifth floor and beyond. The consciousness of liberation is massive and fully in the illusion of creation impulsed by the desire to escape from life, as you describe so clearly. We are the fish in the bowl if we go on like this, going around in circles and indulging in self-creation in the false belief of evolving towards something, based on what is thrown into the fishbowl.
How did we get so far away from who we truly are and reduced ourselves to the taste of the nut?

  402. Stunning Victoria. I love the clarity and simplicity of this. And I really enjoy the analogy of the lift. There is so much illusion around what we consider to be the top floor… and perhaps, our way to know the 5th and 6th floors and beyond is through working together.

    1. Absolutely Kylie, to me there comes the picture of the elephant and everybody of us seeing one part of it like the tail or the ears or a leg thinking this is the whole elephant. If we work together we can come to understand the whole picture if we listen what the other one is sharing instead of reacting to it because he or she sees another part of the elephant than we do and as such we feel attacked to be wrong.

  403. Victoria, I am touched by the line “In truth I was looking to re-connect with my Soul” as for me this so true. All my life I have felt a tension in me that the life I lived was not it. But because I was not able to see the truth of what life is truly about, I was trapped in all the illusionary ways that where presented to me as solutions for the tension I felt inside. Now I can see that these solutions presented to me are all the creations of the human life on earth and do not come from the Soul, the true source of our human life. The Soul is not individual, but is a one unified Soul, the one unified being we all have to return to. For this I have to put aside my individuality and to work in co-creation, in co-creation with my Soul, the way of living I have so desperately been looking for while it was always there inside me, waiting for for me to accept the truth of its existence.

  404. I have been caught thinking that by doing well, or good or living in the right way, is it. I have realised how far from living from my soul that actually is. I guess the thing that shows me this is not a loving way is the feeling of having to live up to this, of guilt or feeling less than, if I’m not living this perfect life that I think I should be. It’s a very insidious concept I see so many are caught in. I’m gradually becoming un-caught in this way of life, trusting that life will always show me what I need to learn, that all I have to do is be as honest as possible. I don’t have to get it right, life doesn’t have to be all great and perfect, it is a constant opportunity to learn and the things that happen that may not seem so great, are a loving reflection for me to look at what needs addressing or changing. I can see that illness or disease or simply bumping into something can be a loving nudge, a completely different way of looking at life which feels so much freer.

    1. Thank you Laura for this wise and very real sharing. I found it most helpful.
Reflecting on what you have shared I am seeing how one of the problems with ‘good’ is that for all that we strive to be and judge ourselves as having been ‘good’ we must inevitably also have times when we judge ourselves as having been ‘bad’, and this self judgement and criticism is never helpful, and forms a pattern that can be very difficult to unwind. In effect to is layer upon layer of untruth that stops us from feeling how lovely we really are.

    2. Laura this is such a grace-full way off living you’ve expressed – as opposed to righteousness and its twin, self criticism, feeling so harsh. I know which way feels the most glorious, loving way to live for myself and everyone and I can choose to live this way.

    3. I love what you share here Laura. Crunch time comes however if we are unwilling to look at those lessons life is teaching us and remain in denial. However there are times I am aware something has arrived for me to look at and I haven’t been able to choose differently because of the momentum I have been in. With this awareness however I can feel the resultant effects in my body and the effects of the choice I just made – this alone is enough for me to want to choose differently next time. Because life is not linear but cyclical I know that this opportunity will come around again and I know the next time I will be able to jump on and do what needs to be done. With no self bashing, this initial choice does not leave me full of regret like it once used to, but to step up filled with purpose and a deep desire to be responsible for my choices.

  405. Thank you Victoria, I especially love how you bring evolution in to the realms of group work, rather than the singularly selfish pursuit that it tends to be promoted as.

  406. Beautiful article and a beautiful reflection of the possibilities that this life can actually be when we choose a life of Soulfulness, love, co-creation and know ourselves as equal in universality.

    1. Agree Cherise. The possibilities are huge when we are prepared to choose them. It’s all there waiting for us to give it the go ahead.

  407. ‘When I was young I felt like we were only being told part of the story of life; it just wasn’t right that we were born, we lived and we departed.’ I too felt this way from a young age, it just never made sense, especially when told that when you die, you either go to heaven or hell. Understanding the living principles of the Way of The Livingness, does makes sense and feels true, thus enabling us to live life free of the imprisonment of believing in living only one life.

  408. Wow this is huge Victoria. The issue raised here: self vs. the big picture – is something we all tussle with, but most are not aware of this inner battle. When life is pulling us back to the oneness, to go against that pull takes a serious amount of work and a dedication to be very mental about everything; so we need the assistance provided by the numbing affects of drugs, alcohol, food and other pursuits and hobbies. Getting back into a relationship with our bodies and feeling is a step forwards, (going back) to the truth of who we are, but traded in for a life more convenient for the irresponsibility so suited to individualised living.

  409. One of the remarkable aspects of this work is that the more our awareness unfolds, the more is there and the more future awareness we can become aware of. It has been an expansion upon an expansion, more than I ever considered possible.

    1. This is my experience also Christoph, and as our awareness expands the more truth we can access. Thank you to Serge Benhayon who walks beside us and is continually responding to the call of humanity and delivering the truth in very accessible ways for us to re-connect to.

  410. Thank you Victoria. I love how you share life is about co-creation and seeing the grandness we are part of, and not about all the emotions and excitements of human life I have been indulging in for some time! Feeling the grandness makes life so much more simple.

    1. So true, seeing the grandness will let us become humble and relaxed at the same time as we see how big the picture really is and that our part is to simply be ourselves and take our place in it responsibly, without any effort or struggling being necessary.

  411. Thank you Victoria for sharing your experience and growing understanding of Co-creation and creation at the Universal Medicine Retreat. The mud of individualism in creation holds us back from re-connecting to our Soul but when we reach out to the light and blossom above the mud and consciousness of creation we can share our delicateness in unity with all the others who are finding a way to live in Co-creation in harmony and love in true brotherhood.

  412. Beautiful Victoria, what an amazing blog. When I read the title I was so intrigued to see what you have written and this was so awesome to read. I really love how you explained that you were looking for liberation or some form of enlightenment because you knew there is more to life then what we are taught. I use to wonder sometimes why do people seek so much escape and distractions in life… now it makes so much more sense to me and you have summed it up very nicely, where you said “escape from; the harsh reality of what I felt overall was a loveless world, where we were living so much less than I knew to be possible.”

  413. “Our Soul is constantly communicating our oneness with us” – To me this seems a pivotal message, as receiving that communication and living simply from it really is about being able to discern what is true and what is not. As an example, I feel very much a warmth and expansion in my chest when I feel connected and the thoughts seem to come from a different place and be of a different quality. I appreciate Victoria how you are presenting that not all our activity and thought come from our Soul and it is clearly the truth when we look at the world we live in.

    1. So true Simon. When I feel the connection you speak of, my thoughts and decisions are clearer and come with ease, my day flows and I feel love for those around me. When I am not connected my day can be a struggle and poor decisions lead to further poor decisions.

  414. Victoria that is a beautifully clear piece of writing and what you have described feels very familiar to me. I, too was looking for an enlightened way of being as a means to understand life but up until reading your article I hadn’t considered how ludicrous it was that I was doing this by myself ! How funny to think that whilst life is about Union there I was attempting to find union on my own in my bedroom. It’s actually very, very funny now that I think about it, all I was doing was cementing myself deeper and deeper into the illusion of separation!

  415. A wonderful contribution Victoria – I like your metaphors in your sharing about the lift and the macadamia tree. It is a big mistake to think, I can create everything and I know everything. This arrogance leads to nowhere. Only through humbleness we learn, that there is a much bigger world out there waiting for us to be explored.

  416. Victoria, the simplicity with which you outlined what it is to live in self-creation: ‘immersed in all the attractions, distractions and emotional highs and lows of our physical life’ is brilliant and enables easy access to what could be difficult philosophical concepts. This then makes it simple to understand co-creation, a one-unified way of living in alignment with our Soul, the Universe and all others that is constantly evolving – a way of being that is a complete shattering of so many limiting concepts and often spiritual ones, that we have been acculturated into since birth.

    1. I agree Josephine that this blog presents challenging concepts in a very accessible way which is such a gift to anyone who is searching for answers to their dissatisfaction with life as it currently is for most people.

    2. I agree Josephine, what Victoria’s blog has beautifully done here is removed any mysticism we may have thought is around the terminology of creation and co-creation. When we make the choice to be owned by life’s distractions and bright lights, be they dramas, a life of poverty or a life of luxury, we’re owned by a self-created set-up to keep us separate from the truth of who we are and where we come from.

Whereas we can be in life in full, actively participating, living our lives to the full but not be owned by life in its 3-dimensional form, knowing that we are part of something enormously grander that we are all a part of and — that we all have an impact on with our choices in every moment.

  417. There seems to be many different ways of being we can choose from when we do not live from love. These may look great on the surface, ie doing good, being “charitable”, even achieving so called “great things”, but once we return to living from love absolutely nothing compares or could rightly take loves place. Choosing love is what shatters all illusion.

    1. Absolutely Melinda. Once we choose love, there is no room to blame anyone else for things that don’t go our way, and the illusion that comes with blame. Love forces us to become responsible for all our choices.

  418. Thank you for your blog Victoria. Isn’t it beautiful and super interesting to be part of a forever expanding universe and to know that every moment in life we are given the choice to grow, understand and evolve.

  419. ‘..the liberation from the limits of self imposed creation and the beginning of an Age Old Way of Living, a One Unified Way in co-creation that is ever evolving – a way that is ours to choose’. When ever read about an Age Old Way of Living my whole being responds for we have lived this way before and we can live this way again. It helps me immensely to feel the sacredness in me and feel that I am part of something so much bigger than the limited world most of us perceive.

  420. It’s so interesting to observe that when we are in the thick of self-made creation, we “can’t see the woods for the trees” so to speak, while at the same time we are trapped in the illusion of ‘thinking’ we are seeing it all, all the while constantly fighting the tension inside that tells us “this is not ‘it'” and telling ourselves it is ‘it’… Crazy! (And I only know, because I’ve been there!) With co-creation, there is an expansiveness and a unity with all, and the illusion of creation is seen for what it is. Great blog Victoria!

    1. Well said Angela. When we choose illusion every choice thereafter comes from that illusion and hence will not let us see what has us so ensnared. By virtue of the fact that it was our choice to enter creation/illusion in the first place, it is only ever a simple choice to choose to not be in it. But here is the tricky bit; how do you choose to not be in something that you don’t even know that you are standing in?

    2. I too have been there Angela knowing there was more to life then what was being presented to me but still getting caught up in the illusion that this is how life has to be. I have now been able to wipe away the fogged up glasses and can see clearly now what illusion I have been in.

    3. This morning I was observing in myself a tension — to make things about ‘me’, what I can get out of them or not, OR to let go of the ‘me’ focus and feel what is needed next for a much bigger plan than just ‘little me’. It was amazing to feel the difference in my body — when I was caught in self I felt a tension and constriction, whereas when I let go of literally self-obsessing and connected to the whole, my body, all of me, expanded.

In creation, we create limitations that we can keep ourselves in, be they dramas, high and lows, the good life which will inevitably have spirals in it as well. We create our suffering, our problems and complications that we then think is part of life.

In co-creation, what I can feel is absolute simplicity and expansion and the potential for a love and joy that in our chosen ways of creation here on earth we have forgotten is so very possible.

  421. Victoria, I love the symbolism of the lotus flower that you share and your line: ‘This was often seen as the final goal, but this is actually where it begins – the beginning of a Way of Living, free from the imprisonment of our self-made creation’. I can also see that the lotus flower has risen from the mud, shining in all its glory, as well as being able to now see the vista of an expanded awareness about life and its meaning coming out of self-made creation in the water and into a bigger picture of co-creation of the universe.

  422. A one unified way in co-creation is a beautifully expanding way forth for us all. I myself have lived in a self made cage of protection for too long and now know that when we open ourselves up to the world around us. So many more opportunities for growth arise effortlessly.

  423. Beautifully expressed Victoria – the lure of the individual life, ‘my’ attainment, ‘my’ development, ‘my’ understanding. Glad to see you are planting macadamias and not eating them….

    1. I agree Alan, there is such an ever present message, that we simple need to attaint, change, develop, do, be something more before we ‘get there’… Victoria describes this grand illusion beautifully..”our ‘vision’ is limited by the very consciousness or quality of our chosen thoughts and beliefs, which then become our life, and therefore our reality.”… if our light it within, which so many religions espouse, it is within and there is nothing more to attain than to reconnect to that fact…simple.

    2. Your humour is a delight alan johnston, and yes the ‘lure’ of ‘my’ comfy life can be a hard ‘nut’ to crack… but worth all the love it takes.

  424. Hi victoria,
What a wonderful blog. The lotus flower has significance in many cultures and tribes but I like your definition and relationship with it. The symbology of many plants and animals can really call us to have deeper meaning within our lives. They are all so wonderful to connect to.

    1. Plants and flowers for me are a wonderful reflection of our innate beauty and always remind me to acknowledge that this outward beauty can only be a reflection of that which lies within.

      1. I also love the beauty of nature Jo. Nature is such a powerful reflection, it can be a beautiful confirmation, a moment of grace, a gentle nudge or a big wake up call.

    2. I agree Natasha, wonderful blog. Its beauty for me is so complete, I cannot single out at this moment a single word or phrase that ‘stands out’ for me. \its like I have applied a beautiful healing lotion to my body, and am gently absorbing it. Simply gorgeous. Thank you Victoria.

  425. Thanks Victoria, much to ponder on here. To understand our evolution relies on us healing our hurts and coming to work together in love and harmony is a huge one as our separation hurts us most as it is so natural to want to get on with everyone. The illusion of races, religions, colours and creeds has definitely been nothing but a game that has been played against humanity for a very long time.

  426. Thank you for your beautiful sharing Victoria. What I find very beautiful is The Way of the Livingness is a constant deepening without an end point, there is no destination to reach and thereby no strive and/or arrogance to speak of. The truth is there can be no comparison between people when we see the impossibility to compare. Evolution has always been cool like that.

    1. Yes 1heart1love1earth, there is a deep humbleness when the fog starts to clear and we see the enormity of the truth we are a part of, the arrogance of knowledge gets clearly exposed.

    2. Great point made here, the Way of the Livingness has no end point or destination, we are not getting anywhere we are already everything and we are just returning. This is so unique and yet so simple and offers a level of equality that is unseen in this world. There is no better or worse its all about evolving together and in this individuality has no place.

    3. Amazing to feel the beauty of what you share 1heart1love1earth – when we truly feel the profoundness of there being no destination we are in a constant state of allowing and accepting and appreciating our forever unfoldment and evolving lives.
