Claiming Back My Body

I have been a master of lending my body in the service of others – of allowing others to do what they need to do with it to survive. I have seen my body as something that is not just for me, but also for everyone – in a way that has been at the great expense of me.

I would never knowingly abuse another person, or allow another to be abused, but I have willingly accepted abuse from others, and have certainly abused myself.

I have done this in many ways: in my role as the ‘good daughter’, ‘always available lover’, ‘do-anything-for-you friend’, ‘24/7 mother’, ‘caring doctor’ and ‘devoted wife’.

Well, all that is about to change.

My body is not just a vessel for myself or others to use as they will and discard when they are done.

My body is not just flesh, blood and bone that will die with me.

My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.

I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.

Knowing this, changes everything. It makes life far less personal, and far more lovely and grand. It makes it easier to see the big picture, and the part that I play in it. It makes me stop and think before I do anything that may harm – me or anyone or anything else.

What sort of food will support this space in the universe?

What type of drink will I let flow through its vessels and into its every cell?

What kind of thoughts will I allow in here?

How will I move these particles that make me up?

Am I truly appreciating what I have been given here?

When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God. Not in a mad or grandiose way, but as a matter of fact. These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.

  1. Claiming back the truth of who we are, ‘These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.’

  2. Very true Elizabeth, if we abuse the body we are calling in an energy which can then abuse other people. Through taking care of ourselves, we actually build an armour which cannot be penetrated by evil and we are therefore able to make sure that no harm is done onto others.

  3. “You are God, and so am I” – how many people give real consideration to what this phrase means? In our diluted perception of who God is, we dilute our perception of who we are.

  4. Thank you. A beautiful invitation to be aware of the responsibility we have for the particles of our body that are part of the Universe.

    1. Yes responsibility for our own body, for its divine particles, and no to abuse, ‘I would never knowingly abuse another person, or allow another to be abused, but I have willingly accepted abuse from others, and have certainly abused myself.’

  5. The cycles of abuse starts with ourselves – when we allow that it becomes easier to allow it from others.

    1. Many people are not consciously aware that abuse can be all around them, ‘I have done this in many ways: in my role as the ‘good daughter’, ‘always available lover’, ‘do-anything-for-you friend’, ‘24/7 mother’, ‘caring doctor’ and ‘devoted wife’.’

  6. “When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God. Not in a mad or grandiose way, but as a matter of fact. These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.”
Perceiving, understanding and appreciating that our bodies are composed of particles of God, and hence we are also God is ……… (I do not seem able to find a word or words to express the magnificence of this)

  7. Our bodies are precious. Claiming back your body and treating it as part of the universe rather than something to flog until it drops is a huge turnaround and offers not only health but also wellbeing.

    1. It is important to look after and cherish our bodies, ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’

  8. This is a great way of looking at our bodies – that we have been lent these particles for a time, and we can choose what we do with them before returning them to the Universe. It brings responsibility down to a very micro level and encourages me to make the most of this opportunity.. and improve the feeling for the next occupant!

  9. What you are presenting here is a great stop moment – how do we really see ourselves and our bodies? Do we just see physical function or do we realise that our bodies are an amazing, super wise tool in life?

  10. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the Universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it” – oh, wow. This really does change everything.

    1. Yes, what am I going to do to support this vehicle and its particles, ‘
What sort of food will support this space in the universe?
What type of drink will I let flow through its vessels and into its every cell?’

  11. Spot on Brendan, how different all our relationships would be and our understanding of life if we lived responsible lives – a flow on effect that supports everyone.

  12. Living with this awareness brings a greater responsibility to what our true purpose is, without it we can easily harm and abuse the body and move further away from our connection to divinity and God.

  13. A great reminder of the responsibility we have over the space we allow our body to be in, and how important our choices are, because they all come back to the body.

    1. The responsibility we have over our body, and the space it occupies, ”I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’

  14. We tend to think that our bodies are new, freshly made. Yet, they are made of particles that were there since the beginning of times and who have been part of many physical bodies so far. When we consider the body as a new thing, there is a sense of belonging: we belong to a race and a family. When we look at the particles, a truth gets revealed: we belong to (and are part of) the universe. We were, are and will be universal beings.

  15. ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe’ … so there is so much more to how we are with it than just our own mere convenience and that of others. It asks the question how do we treat God, for our bodies are of God.

  16. Seeing our body as space in the Universe and therefore how important it is to take care of this space. Stunning. Now that is what I call claiming ✨

    1. How do we take care of this space, how responsible are we, ‘What kind of thoughts will I allow in here?
How will I move these particles that make me up?

  17. Wow this gives a completely different viewpoint on how we see our bodies, if we considered our bodies this way I’m pretty sure all our standards would change, how could you mistreat something made of particles that comes from ancient stars in the universe?

  18. AM your writings are stunning. How can we ever dishonour walking the Godliness we innately are through our divinely constellated bodies, to let through the vibration of Heaven to light up this world.

  19. It feels ok to lend our body to others when we don’t really know what else to do, but in my experience that is a very bad idea.

  20. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter”.

And

“These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you”.

Made me feel teary in how we dishonour and disrespect our bodies, when we are much more than this.

  21. AM – I have loved what you have shared here, it is true we give our bodies away to many things other than the sacredness it originates from. I think this blog was timely for me as I was wondering about what I was doing or living as it feels so exhausted with everything. The a-ha moment, who am I in all of this that goes around me.

  22. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe.” A beautiful understanding of our responsibility as part and particle of the Universe.

  23. To connect with the feeling of our particles… This is such a wonderful experience… it sounds so ephemeral, and yet it is clear and concise, profound and connecting… A feeling of the wonder of the connection with God

  24. We have given our body away for aeons! We have given them away to be trashed and used by forces that have nothing to do with Love – simply because the human spirit wants its way. Time to say ‘no’ to all this abuse and lead the way back home.

  25. Such an expansive way to look at ourselves, AM – the fact that we are so much more than flesh and bone and that we are made up of particles that belong to the universe.

    1. I agree HM – it is not so easy to indulge in our differences when we consider the possibility that in essence we are far more kindred that we think.

  26. There is nothing like reading text and pondering on the grandness that we are. Who would believe we have the same make up as God. It is in fact the science of the universe that evolution is about expanding space – expanding the space in our bodies. How do we do that? Through healing and not harming ourselves …

  27. One of the most profound and beautiful experiences that we can have is to feel this deep and abiding connection with every part of this… This amazing body, and this really is an experience of the particles of God

  28. How beautiful that one line became change our lives… Just imagine if we all lived in a way that the quality of our expression became so powerful that this happens all around us all the time… This is not a pipe dream but an absolute possibility if we so choose.

      1. If we saw every word as a wave that rippled through every cell in our body and then continued on through everything around us – I wonder how we would use words then 🙂

  29. A powerful reminder of the love we can return to ourselves at any given moment – by acknowledging our physical body as the divine vessel that it is. Abuse in the world today as it plays out in its myriad of grotesque forms is the mere final result of the original seed of abuse we plant in ourselves – to ignore, dis-regard and disrespect the body we enhouse during this incarnation, a body that has been given to us by God.

  30. Perhaps we do not generally consider that we are interconnected with everything and do not ‘own’ anything because we are wanting to avoid the responsibility of what this means. If we instead keep thinking that ‘it is just about me and I own this body’ we can avoid being responsible and completely oblivious to everyone and everything else…

  31. Wow that was some healing session! I am so humbled reading what you have delivered AM. This supports a greater understanding and awareness of our responsibility to nurture and honour our bodies and see them as precious and stunning and beautiful as we do when we look at the stars.

  32. We have degraded what physicality can be, we see the body as a vehicle we literally take for a joy-ride like a rented car. We can be rough with it, push it to the limit, and use it however we like for our personal desires. We even stuff it with food, drinks and other things we know are toxic for us. However, when we understand the body as part of the Universe it’s value and purpose is completely different, it’s a precious part of the all, and a vessel for sacredness. It’s a completely different relationship when we bring it back to our particles understanding that they are a part of the Universe.

  33. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” I love these words thank you AM it takes out the personal, it makes me realise how great the responsibility I have in being a part of the grand scheme of the universe, and the importance of the lovingly caring for my body as part of my connection.

  34. ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time.’ This is a beautiful reminder AM, knowing this is a game changer and brings a level of responsibility to deeply love and respect our bodies as this supports and deepens the connection to our Soul and to the whole Universe.

  35. There is clearly a greater purpose to us being here on earth together, and it is through our connection to our body that our greatest potential will be realised. Our bodies enhouse our Soul, the spark of God we are, and it through our bodies that we come to realise our union with God, the universe and all is and inseparable fact, and we are here to live the truth of who we are. As such all that we do has a great effect on all.

  36. Very beautiful and powerful message AM.. This is our greatest responsibility as you said.
‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ Meaning the body.
For everyone to come back to this knowing and realization in his/her present day – and live by it.

  37. Thank you AM for an inspiring article, “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” these words open up the enormous responsibility we have with how we treat our bodies and the effect it has on all around us which can be healing or harming depending on our choice.

  38. I love it when someone is able to gain a new prospective on something that everyone is looking at, in this case you have brought through a new prospective on what the body really is. Is it more than just a body? Does it hold a grand purpose and are its cells actually working towards or for that purpose regardless of our awareness of it? It is a beautiful and all encompassing position to take and it makes those moments at the fridge so much easier, as the choice becomes about the whole and not about the individual.

  39. Our body are a vessel that en-houses ether the divine relationship that we can have with God, which is being Soul-full, or the relationship most if not all of us have, which is disconnect to the truth about God and thus settle for the reinterpreted version of God by the spirit. In both cases we are seemly in a true relationship because we are a vessel for the energy. Which energy we allow is the energy we then are aligned to. The Soul gives us the understanding about the spirit but the spirit never lets us know the truth about the Soul.

  40. I love what you have expressed here AM; a gorgeous reminder, thank you;
“I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.”

  41. When I connect to the knowing that I am/we are all part of something so much grander than the mind can comprehend it brings the aliveness to my body, releases the tension imposed by thoughts and allows simplicity in the grandness to be present.

  42. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.”

I love these words – so restoring of the truth, power, love and divinity we all have within us. When we live these words, we can no longer prostitute our body to be used for anything that is not in service to the divine plan – returning to the great love that we are and the responsibility we each have for reflecting this light divine. Personally, I would love to see these word’s replace the ‘lord’s prayer’ in schools across the globe (shall I duck for cover?!) – so deeply empowering for all.

  43. This paragraph ‘leapt off the page’ on reading this blog. I love this – our particles being of universal order and always present, equally so, within everyone’s body. A confirmation that we are all universal, multi-dimensional beings, simply by the nature of the divine quality held in our particles. What a super huge, bigger picture this delivers.
“My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter”.

  44. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.”This is so beautiful AM – and so true. Thus it is so important to take great care and look after our precious bodies with a deeply loving quality.

  45. It is not only expensive for our bodies health and wellbeing to put others care before our own self-care but the quality of that care will always be undermined and even compromised because it is founded on a lack of care and regard for ourselves.

  46. Seeing our bodies in this way, as particles of the Universe and coming from the stars, gives us a totally different perspective and inspires me to shine like the stars, feeling our interconnectedness and the joy that this responsibility can bring.

  47. Owning a body that is just flesh and blood for us to do with as we will, or being a custodian of a body that is made up of divine particles are very different experiences. The first is all about the self as an individual, the second is about being part of the whole universe and understanding our every move affects the all.

  48. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” A humbling thought if ever there was one. And a deeply nourishing and inspiring one too. To understand we are custodians not owners of the body we live in really does take the personal out of it. I feel it so strongly – thank you for pointing it out AM.

  49. Living with this knowing changes everything, “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time.”, sometimes I choose to know and sometimes I don’t.

  50. I love the questions that you pose AM that it is not just about the physical aspects of how I care for my body but also the thoughts that I choose and from there how I move through life, but for me the key one is the appreciation I am building for what I have been given and the more I appreciate the greater my commitment and consistency with taking care of the particles that I am currently the custodian of.

  51. Deeply powerful title which encompasses the irony of how we hand our body over for others to use and abuse at our expense! When we recognise our responsibility to look after the particles in our body to be of service then it automatically follows that we will take greater responsibility for how we are with ourselves and our bodies which benefits everyone.

  52. Ha – AM you share exactly how simple it is and how we are part of something big – Universe. Some fact we can not escape. What we are given by this fact is that we belong to a Universal Order. And a question for us all can then be asked: are we contributing to this divine Universal order or moving against it?

  53. I can so relate to the opening paragraph, AM: ‘I have been a master of lending my body in the service of others – of allowing others to do what they need to do with it to survive. I have seen my body as something that is not just for me, but also for everyone – in a way that has been at the great expense of me.’ I am coming out of a long history of doing exactly what you describe here. My body was at the whim of all the forces flying around and I let that happen through indulging in contraction. I have come a long way, but as I get stronger, I see more and more detail in how I am continuing to do this in certain situations. How many more rounds around the sun will it take?

  54. ha ha yes a throw away line that starts a wonderful healing process. Imagine that, our bodies as part of the universe. It offers an opportunity to think beyond the short term satisfaction to the senses of many of the foods and drinks we indulge in. When I consider the Universe, I get a sense of stillness, so do I foster that stillness in me or do I avoid it with sugar and other stimulants. Makes me stop and consider…what if…

  55. Wow. When we can appreciate our body in this way, there’s no excuse not to give it as much love as we possibly can. And it makes self-love and self-nurturing so very impersonal.

  56. We often think we are being loving or good or nice or even responsible when we put others ahead of ourselves but the truth is the opposite. It is actually abusive and irresponsible to allow or accept any abuse whatsoever and that includes to ourselves. True love holds everyone equal and considers the all.

  57. Absolutely AM, I also know Michael Benhayon by these throwaway lines. He presents life in such truth and clear manner – that instantly those lines will remain in one’s mind when this is truly appreciated. Those lines for example like ‘back yourself ‘can go in such depth that one can truly heal and so be able to get into the next layer of awareness in evolution, by choice.

  58. When we get ‘self’ out of the way and have an awareness of the bigger picture and The Plan – we know teamwork is required and that each one of us is important – but the whole even is more so. Then individualisation can be left behind.

  59. Exquisite AM – every word rings true. Custodians we are, of a divinely constellated body of particles designed solely to be the vessel through which the light of our Soul, the light of God is lived on earth.

  60. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ Beautifully said AM, knowing this brings a level of responsibility in the choices I am making and if they are supportive and loving of myself and others.

  61. Thank you for expressing as you have done so Anne. It is a grand and magnificent responsibility we have as custodians of particles that make up the universe.

  62. What a gorgeous reminder AM that we are all God and come from God; our responsibility is to live this divinity in everything we do;
“When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God. Not in a mad or grandiose way, but as a matter of fact. These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you”.

  63. I love the strength that comes through from the words that make up the title of this blog. This morning I was reflecting on the fact that I have not had any days off sick from work this year. One main reason is that I have honoured and respected my body more. Instead of trying to be perfect in terms of getting everything done, I have allowed myself to be less than perfect in order to rest when I have felt to, and not push through and keep going at my bodies expense.

    1. Yes, it is quite crazy to equate ‘never resting’ with perfection when we come to consider it.

  64. Gorgeous reflection AM, one which I can so easily relate to. Such a powerful lesson that our particles are not ours, they come from God, they are God, we are god; such a simple divine truth.

  65. How heavenly is it to feel that we are all divine particles of the universe that embody the breath of God. What an amazing responsibility we hold as custodians of our bodies to treat them with the utmost tender loving care. Sounds pretty cool to me.

  66. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ I love this, because it asks us to take responsibility for everything we do, and most of all how we are with ourselves.

  67. Our body does belong to the Universe and has God throughout, so it is only natural that it supports us to return to this Truth. We are one with everything, and our bodies support us in so many ways to heal all that we have lived or are currently living that is not inline with this Truth. They do an amazing job with no pay, no holidays, and most of the time little to no appreciation. But they are tireless in their quest for us to return to a natural state of balance, one where we once again remember that we are from God and everything in the Universe and beyond.

  68. “Our particles belong to the Universe” the magnitude of this understanding changes everything and gives us the responsibility to live in harmony with every other particle in the Universe.

  69. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ This sentence changes everything, it changes the way I look at myself, the relationship I have with my body and the way I look and see others. It stops life being about me and makes life about everyone.

  70. The responsibility we have for our divine particles is huge and I am only just realising this. Our body may return to the earth but our divine particles are part of the greater universe and will flow into another being after I no longer walk this earth. This takes self responsibility to a whole new level. Great reflection, AM.

  71. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” beautifully expressed AM, thank you for sharing the divinity and preciousness of who we truly are and where we come from and for deepening my appreciation and responsibility.

  72. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ This made me ponder once more do I really appreciate what is given to me?

  73. It is so amazing to feel that through our bodies and the particles it is made of, we are an equal part of the universe, the grander whole, the One and of God. That said, makes me humble and understand that it is not about me but about this whole constellation I am part of and this fills me with joy and gives purpose and responsibility to my life, a responsibility to bring all of the divinity and love I am into the world in whatever I do or wherever I am and need to be.

  74. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe”. Thank you AB a beautiful fact I am taking with me into the day.

  75. What I love about blogs like this is that they not only look at what food and drink you put into your body, they also explore how you are within your body – are you hard? are you racy? are you anxious? are you loving? how do you move within your body? etc… as they equally have an effect on the body.

  76. Since I first read your inspiring blog AM, I have been regularly pondering on the particles that make up this wonderful body that has supported me for so long, and slowly I have been begun to feel the lightness and the ancientness of these particles and the connection to all that there is, from within me, around me and on out into the Universe. And as I connect more to these particles I am coming to honour and love this body that I abused for years, a body that is responding to this deeper level of care, and is now holding me more steadily than it has ever done.

  77. Our body has to be so deeply cared for and treasured, because when we care for and treasure ourselves, all our particles are impacting the particles of this whole Universe. When we care for ourselves and love our body preciously, we are doing the same to everyone else. But we have mistaken that loving others we have to forget ourselves, even abuse it, in the big picture of the particles, that simply does not make sense. But I did not truly get this until my particles really screamed at me in a way that did not allow me to ignore them anymore, and no matter what, they just keep bringing me deeper to what is Love. I now choose to truly Love.

  78. When we look at it like this, that we are made up of particles of the Universe and ask how would we support that then it brings a whole new perspective to it all, and allows me to see that I am part of something huge and that the part we all play in that hugeness is unique.

  79. You have summed up our relationship with our body beautifully, we give it away to so many things which don’t support us but could choose differently if we knew how to make choices that come from self-love.

  80. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it’ This takes self responsibility to a whole new level: we are inextricable and magnificently linked to all others and how we treat our heavenly bodies affects the all. Understanding we are custodians of a sacred vessel supports us to change the relationship we have with our bodies.

  81. What a magnificent and true way to look at our bodies. It opens up the universe to us and lets us see that there is so much more to us than we have made life to be. There is purpose and there is logic in life, the world, the whole universe. Undeniably so.

  82. Am I truly appreciating what I have been given here? Love this question, and the others too, but this question I feel to ponder on and take into my day….. Thankyou AM for your divine expression.

  83. I too have been a master of lending my body to others….. this left me exhausted and drained. And when this is your ingrained pattern, it is very difficult to break free from, simply because you have no energy to change things, being constantly drained. I broke free from this prison when I met Serge Benhayon and spent 10 days participating in Sacred Esoteric Healing courses. I have changed, my life has changed, and I am no longer exhausted or drained as I have much more awareness of taking care of myself first.

  84. We are so much more than we think we are and through what you have presented here I can feel that universality is our natural way of being. Through our bodies we have access to untold wisdom that hold the truth of us all, and how we can live in harmony with the order of the universe that we all together are equally and inherently part of by virtue of the particles that make it possible for us to be here on earth.

  85. We are the custodians of a truly sacred vessel that can either be honoured for what it is, or prostituted for what it is not. Thankyou AM for this divine reminder that we are so much more heavenly than we play ourselves to be. I love your words. Responsibility has never looked so sexy.

  86. An awareness of God can be so simple… We can actually connect with our own bodies to the point where we can feel the interconnectedness with everything around us, where we lose that sense of separation that so drives people in their lives seeking here and there, where we feel an innate sense of harmony and connection that is reflected all-round within and without… This is really accessible to everyone… And yes it is simple.

  87. It’s like renting a house. We are provided with a space to live in by the universe and eventually we will give that space back, but do we take notice of the quality that will be passed on or do we sub-let our home to everything and anything and sleep outside?

  88. Being something for someone in the expense of our bodies is disregard and abuse to ourselves, how do we even make this choice when it is so clear that it does not support us? It must come from a lack of sensitivity for no baby would endure any sort of pain when it is so open, which then must come from a hardening we have first chosen to put up as protection, so the question then would be what is it that we are not wanting to feel and express?

  89. ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.
I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ This is deeply beautiful Anne. Knowing that we are custodians only of those particles brings a deeper responsibility to really care for them and not use and abuse them, imagining that there are no real consequences.

  90. Handing over my body and my actions to the whims of everything and anything outside of me in the idea that this is what supporting others, is, has, and continues to blow up in my face. To put my body on the back burner for the sake of meeting a certain criteria, or because I have been told to by another, or I think this is what I should be doing, just doesn’t work. But when I put my body first and focus on its quality and how it feels to be even in the small details, that feeling is out of this world and then I don’t have to fuss or fret about how to be in life because when prepared my body just knows who, what, when, and where. We give ourselves away thinking that this is how we should, could, or have to work together, fit in or be liked or connected, but in actual fact it is the other way around, the more I connect to myself the more I connect to others and there is no need to give myself away, because there is more than enough to share without me feeling less or lacking, but in fact I grow from such experiences.

  91. Thank you AM for a really great blog, one that inspires and awakens me to a greater sense of responsibility, that the particles that make up this body that I inhabit belong to the Universe therefore however I treat this body in every move I make reverberates throughout the Universe, with the greatness and simplicity of the greater whole of which I am a part.

  92. Considering to be part of the universe and a custodian of the particles that form my body feels amazing to live with. This to me being aware of this fact takes away any possibility to abuse my body as when I do live in accordance with the origin of the particles my body is made of I live in the divine rhythm the universe is.

    1. Nico, I love what you share here as there is a completely different flow in our bodies when we are moving and living with the universe rather than fighting against it.

  93. If we do everything for everyone else but never for ourselves, then what we do for others cannot be carried through with love to the extent it will be when we care deeply for ourselves first.

  94. We have a responsibility to the whole and that is what this article beautifully explores. Things get hard and life gets tough but we have to understand that no matter how many cakes we eat or movies we watch or nights out on the town that we have we cannot escape, we are hear to feel the undeniable fact that we are all connected and if you don’t want to feel it now, it does not mean that it is not going to keep knocking on the door to remind you, truth is eternal, as is love and as is god.

  95. A perfect, timely reminder for me this morning. I knew last night I overrode my body and stayed up to respond to emails – it was only 30 minutes or so, but still I could feel the impact, the betrayal almost. Here I am reminded – in true self-care, there really is no self. Thank you, AM.

  96. I realise when we hold the energy of connection, then move with this knowing we are reconfiguring our connective tissue to the Universality and aligning to the all. In contemplating this I feel an expansion beyond the limitations of the mind/ body to the infinite and unlimited state which is God in all.

  97. There is a wonderful logic to this blog. Its a short journey from looking at the body we inhabit to seeing our part in the universe and gives a very different perspective.

  98. This is beautiful to reread again, thank you AM. When we understand life and our bodies like this we are naturally connected to the simplicity and yet enormity of the universe.

  99. Knowing this takes responsibility to a whole new level. The fact that we are custodians of the particles that make up our bodies, and will continue to make up bodies for many years to come. The realisation that these particles being from God, make us all equal parts of the universe and as a part of God, with this knowing, I choose to deepen my love for myself and humanity.

  100. What you shared about the particles that make us up, and us being the custodians of them, awakens the responsibility we possess to embrace all we are and what we are capable of… inspiring and supporting us to truly appreciate and live the extraordinariness of both ourselves and what we are a part of. Deeply, deeply inspiring.

  101. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” This brings for me another level of understanding of the responsibility we have for how we treat our bodies when we appreciate that our particles are a part of the all.

  102. Wow this is a blog to print out and have on the fridge or by the bed, to go to bed to and wake up to. Feeling my particles now. Thank you.

  103. I too am “claiming back my body”, a lot later than I could have, but for most of my life I simply didn’t allow myself to see and treat it as the preciously divine vessel that it is. The abuse I heaped on it and the abuse I allowed from others has now left me with a body that is needing to be lovingly rebuilt, needing the years of disregard healed, but I can feel that it is delighted that I finally have made the choice to love and respect it as it has always deserved.

  104. The first thing I thought of when I started reading your blog was prostitution – in the negative sense where we do things for others in disregard of ourselves. I love the liking of our bodies as being vessels that are made up from particles from the universe, it feels confirming and asks us to be appreciative of this vessel we have as our vehicle here on earth.

  105. More and more I am becoming aware how I allowed the abuse of my body, by staying silent and not only with no words but just to let things happen as if I had nothing to do with my body. It feels awful and it is just a game I have played. Now I have more awareness I have a choice to not only see what I see but to see the bigger picture. I am part of the Universe.

  106. “I have done this in many ways: in my role as the ‘good daughter’, ‘always available lover’, ‘do-anything-for-you friend’, ‘24/7 mother’, ‘caring doctor’ and ‘devoted wife’.” It is interesting how the abuse of our bodies often gets hidden in a role and then is ‘fine’, as that is what mothers, daughters etc do. It is great to consider that the pictures we have of motherhood, being a good daughter, partner etc. can not be true when we actually are having to disregard ourselves in the process to fit into them.

  107. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it. Knowing this, changes everything. It makes life far less personal, and far more lovely and grand” – I love this, and I totally agree with you, AM. Reading this today with my belly bloated, it just is the bestest reminder for me. Thank you.

  108. This blog really rings true how we use and abuse our bodies and then wonder why it is misbehaving by getting sick. At times it seems that we are hard wired to push and push the body until it is no longer even able to function and then we stop and ask ourselves how did we end up like this?

  109. After reading this I’m aware how much I’ve lived in great disregard of my body. I’ve treated it as a work horse and disrespected it thinking it is separate to myself and taken notice of it only when it’s not functioned as I’ve wanted it to. But, like God, it never judges me but always loves. It’s glad when I treat it with loving care. It never holds back its wisdom or healing properties – even it’s adjustments in the form of illness and disease are it’s way of clearing the abuse I imposed on it. Rather than think I know it all from my mind that is so limited, there’s a great relationship to build with me and my body that taps into all the wonders of the world. We’re all living walking keys to the greatness of the universe and yet I know I’ve often ignore this!

  110. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ What a great way to end my day with your beautiful words, I will take myself to bed aware of the bigger picture I am part of and feel the grandness of the universe.

  111. Reading your sharing AM, I can see myself in many of your words. We often give of ourselves freely thinking that this is what we “should” do to be a great friend, parent, workmate, partner and so on, to our detriment. So to get ” permission” to change, comes first from seeing others take back control of their lives again and doing the same too, realizing this was how we our bodies ought to have been, loved and nurtured always!

  112. Our particles are part of the universe and therefore our behaviours have an impact on everyone and everyone.

  113. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” How beautiful this is, our bodies are made up of particles and we continue to be part of different bodies.

  114. Absolutely beautiful AM, there is so much more to life than what we currently live and we all have a grander purpose on this planet.

  115. I love particles, I love our particles, the profound understanding that what we are made of has the potential to be totally in sync and in harmony with the universe. And it is all a matter of choice.

  116. What amazing insights to feel and understand and know that our bodies are particles of the universe, and to be asked the question what am I going to do with my part of the universe right now – what will I allow in there? It does make it all less personal, and brings it back simply to the fact as you offer AM, that we are of God and to honour the part we play in the universe. This is both extraordinary and absolutely ordinary.

  117. There is always a space for us to step up in responsibility about how we are in the world, and the quality in which we live, do things, behave in relationships etc. Seeing ourselves as connected particles allows us to consider our part in the whole (ie humanity) and how our part either expands and unites, or contrastly separates, the whole.

  118. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it”: such powerful words Anne. Why would we ever want to deny this amazing responsibility we have for all that we are, and all that we do, to ourselves, to another, and to this world?

  119. Wow, I didn’t consider the grandness/microscopic aspect of me in relation to the universe and divine. That we are custodians of participles that make up my body. Others before me and others to come. What you have presented AM has expanded my limited, insular perception.

  120. ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’ Wow this is so gorgeous and powerful to read, to know this and then live it is an absolute game changer not only for ourselves but also for humanity.

  121. How can we ever doubt the grandness of who we truly are? Reading this powerful yet simple truth AM we are beautifully reminded of the deep responsibility we hold for ourselves and all of humanity.

  122. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it”.
A beautiful and powerful blog AM; taking me to another level of appreciation and responsibility for my body and my part in the sharing of particles.

  123. I love the feeling of expansion I get from this blog, and I can feel my body going ‘yes, I know that’ yet on the back of it I have noticed there is something else in me that wants to pull back from it and down to the personality level, not letting me fully surrender into the true grandness of what is and the ease that comes with that surrender.

  124. For many years I have massively under-appreciated my body, and forgetting our bodies in-house the grandness of who we are, it feels amazing to start taking true care of it and claim it back for the amazing vessel it is.

  125. This blog transports you to a different dimension – that of life as the significant responsibility it truly is for the particles that are on loan to us for our moment. You’re right, viewed in this way, all sense of the personal, the individual becomes trivial and self-centred and we get to see, feel and appreciate how we are in fact a fractal of the whole and the enormous responsibility for curating those particles that have been bestowed on us while we are them.

  126. ‘Am I truly appreciating what I have been given here?’ This question made me ‘stop’ and truly feel what I have done with my body today, how loving my choices have been, did I choose to be God? It is time to be honest and let go of the pictures I have how it looks like to be God and instead just be aware and be me.

  127. Another plague of another era… And it certainly been around for awhile… Doing good works at the abnegation of oneself. When one feels the energetic quality of these actions they would be felt as the awfulness that they actually are and a very big veil of illusion would be lifted.

  128. “I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” AM this is such a freeing realization. We tend to think of responsibility as a restriction of our freedom but it is in fact the opposite – for once we surrender to responsibility we are then able to truly serve as Sons of God. I love how your blog takes us away from the personal to the vastness of space and the fine detail of the particles, “ When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God – what a beautiful expression of appreciation, thank you.

  129. It’s hard to recognise abuse if we are used to it but the more we nominate it the finer our perception becomes, and what may not have seemed abusive before then stands out as horrific. AM thank you for bringing our awareness to the many ‘hidden’ ways we self-abuse.

  130. … And just imagine if we really took this to heart, if humanity realised that our bodies do indeed belong to God and are aligned to God… What an extraordinary depth of responsibility would then be realised on the planet.

  131. Thank you AM, a great reminder how important our body is, and how truly tender and lovingly we should be with it. When you say “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time.” I realise just how precious my body is.

  132. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter”.
We are the custodians of our bodies; what a joyous responsibility!
Thank you AM for highlighting this responsibility that we all have in looking after and caring for our divine bodies.

  133. Knowing that there is a purpose in treating my body with absolute love is great, there is a responsibility to do so as everything I do will be felt by everyone else. Especially to know it is with Everything so what thoughts I allow in and how I move is crucial. Often I thought only what others can see influences them but that is not true, it is all that I live that will be felt.

  134. This sentence bring us directly back at how respectfull we have to treat our bodies: ”My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” This confirmed to me how I have been putting more effort in denying my body in how it deserves to be treated – as a body of divinity, universal and pure as stars.I commit now to treat my body in this deserving way by knowing how pure it needs to be treated, and make sure that my choices are in line with that.

    1. Yes I feel the same Danna, it is often we think we can do whatever with our bodies as long as we do great things, but without treating the body with the utmost care and love it deserves no great things can be done really. I am also learning to make sure that my choices are in line with that.

      1. Yes I recognize that very much in my life, as I think I can do everything and that my body will just cope with it. What I am learning now that every choice that I make is either in disregard or in care of my body. Since focusing more on the difference, my choices seem to change, as along the way I feel that choices of disregard are very harmful to my body. Just like you Lieke, the more choices I make from taking care of my body and not letting my mind decide in disregard of that, I allow my body to have ‘a say’ and actually tell me what is good for me, instead of the other way around! It is very interesting!

      2. Yes, I love reading that! “I allow my body to have ‘a say’ and actually tell me what is good for me”. It is really great to truly listen to my body and by being present with what it is telling me exposing my at times very disregarding mind. The mind doesn’t consider love, the body does.

  135. Thank you AM, reading this today has made me aware that I need to take the responsibility for who I am and thus my body to a whole new level because when ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’

  136. What a lovely read first thing in the morning. Discovering that my body is the doorway to being with God and, the key to opening the door are the choices we take to regard, love and nurture it, is simply divine.

    1. Such a cool comment 🙂 Our bodies are a gateway to something so much grander than we can fathom, it’s so worth taking the time to learn how to truly care and nurture for it.

    2. Amazing when viewed this way just how important it is to take loving care of the body.

  137. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” When we truly embody this and see ourselves as divine, as part of the whole, we can only treat ourselves with love knowing that this is what we are made up of.

    1. Beautiful comment Marcia. Feeling my body in this way exposes how ridiculous it is to treat it with anything other than love, respect and great tenderness.

  138. When I look at myself as part of everything, it feels very beautiful, delicate, solid and fluid and gives me a greater sense of responsibility to myself and everyone else. I am not just an individual who does as I please but an important part of the all.

  139. This is a valuable tool for life you’ve shared here Brendan. Imagine if we were taught this as children.

  140. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it”… This is awesome AM, as it defines what it means about taking responsibility for our body and our choices.

    1. I agree johannebrown17 it takes responsibility to another level which is simply in honour of who we are and therefore what that supports and holds everywhere else.

  141. I can also identify with this AM “I would never knowingly abuse another person, or allow another to be abused, but I have willingly accepted abuse from others, and have certainly abused myself.” Its amazing that we will allow oursleves to be taken advantage of in order to please another and to not ‘rock the boat’, rather than saying no to a behaviour that does not feel good. When we realise that our particles do not belong to us but to the Universe, we have to start taking responsibility and saying ‘No’ to what we know to be untrue.

    1. Same here Sandra and AM, I have abused myself and I have allowed another to abuse me but the more I connect to what is true and what I know, in other words connect to my wisdom, my body tells me very loudly when it is not treated in a way that honours its origin.
My divinity needs to be number one!

  142. Agreed entirely Jane. There are so many things I did to myself and allowed that once I thought ‘weren’t all that bad’… I’d grown up accepting self-abuse as par for the course of life in so many, many ways. The love and our capacity to truly love ourselves via our relationship with our bodies, that has been shown by lived example via Serge Benhayon and amazing practitioners such as Michael Benhayon, has been life-changing. And this is via no ridiculous notions of abstinence or self-denial. In returning to accept our divinity, it simply becomes natural to care for ourselves so much more.

  143. I’ve found it my experience also, that such realisations come in ‘levels’ we can handle – if we TRULY accepted our divinity, and the absolute beauty of who we are, we would NEVER abuse ourselves so, would we? And so the deepening process, if you will, of being willing to get in touch with these levels of abuse – until it is no more. Each ‘no’, each honouring of ourselves can represent the healing of age-old mechanisms through which we’ve kept ourself back from the glory of our true amazingness…
A powerful statement you have made here, in regards to the personal responsibility we all have, and how readily we have shirked it, oftentimes kidding ourselves that we are ‘helping/serving’ others (by our ‘ever-availability’ for whatever anyone wants, for example – as you’ve so well stated!). Thank-you AM.

  144. Very confirming blog, AM. Lately I started looking at my body the same way, as a Divine being so everything it is build from and I am putting into it must be rather high vibration in order for it to be able to express its Divinity.

    1. I am finding my body constantly telling me that it is precious and fragile these days and if I don’t honour this I find myself hurting. Considering the vibration of food that I am choosing is vital during this time, Thank you for this great reminder of our Divinity and the responsibility of expressing from that.

  145. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” This is so beautiful and shows the interconnectedness we are all from.

  146. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.
I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” We are custodian of God-made particles we are also made of. We carry Divinity inside us. By virtue of all this, we are Divine.

  147. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter. I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” This is amazing AM. Seeing myself as the custodian of my body completely changes the way I view my body and the level of responsibility I have in caring for my body. Caring for my body is now no longer just about me feeling well, it is about creating an imprint and quality of love in these particles that will outlive me. Whoever will be the next custodian of these particles with then have a living imprint of love.

  148. How often I forget to see that I am simply a custodian of particles and not an owner of a lump of flesh. I have spent much of my life feeling that my body weighed me down and held me back. Seeing my body as ‘high maintenance’ and cursing it when it did not operate the way I wanted it to.

Since discovering the presentations made by Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon I have found that my body is in fact my greatest ally. When I treat my body with love and respect it feels more beautiful than I could have imagined possible.

  149. Anne I love how you say we are custodians of the space we occupy in the universe and how the particles in our body have made up many bodies before and will do hereafter. It gives a great sense of how interconnected we all are and brings home the importance of how we live our life.

  150. I find, the more love I have expressed and receive and therefore the more love is in my body, the easier it is to really take good care of my body, in fact it is easier than not to take care as my body is so important for my expression.

  151. Great comment Brendan. I know that one – and the resentment I created within myself as a result was poison to my self-worth……and poison to the rest of the universe too.

  152. ‘When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God’
I love this AM because it is TRUE. We are made from God and when we consider this we can begin to claim our bodies for the divine purpose that they bring.

  153. Dear AM what a great inside you gave – we are all particles made from heaven – how lovely is that. What if we all could feel that we are from heaven? How would the world than look like? Perhaps we would have and live finally heaven on earth.

  154. Brendan that’s been so for me- caught up in a downward spiral where, until I lovingly take responsibility for my choices, I stay swimming in self-imposed helplessness.

  155. So beauty-full:
“My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.
I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.”
Thank you – this is very empowering as well as showing us our responsibility. And it throws out the self. Very powerfully stated.

  156. Amazing to read this AM and connect to the fact that we are all made up of particles that can neither be created nor destroyed according to the laws of physics – therefore, as you suggest, we are but custodians of these particles that have existed long before we did and will continue to exist long after we have. This is huge and really puts life into perspective.

  157. A beautiful article AM, clearly pointing the way to understanding how taking responsibility for the space we occupy shows us not to try and be responsible for everyone else, and the world, by giving ourselves away, making ourselves available, thinking we have to “do good” and so on. Holding the sacredness of who we truly are deepens, widens and expands that space.

  158. It is lovely re-reading this again first thing this morning. I have a great feeling of expansiveness and a sense of inner joy, “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” – absolutely gorgeous!

  159. What a very different way of viewing the body A.M. What you describe certainly feels much lighter and more respectful, than the way we are used to trashing our bodies.

  160. “I have been a master of lending my body in the service of others – of allowing others to do what they need to do with it to survive. I have seen my body as something that is not just for me, but also for everyone – in a way that has been at the great expense of me.” I would say the same for me too, always doing for others at my own expense. We had a family saying – FHB – family hold back – putting everyone else first. All this is changing since coming to Universal Medicine presentations. Now I know that when I care for myself with tenderness, this naturally supports others.

  161. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” Wow AM, this is such a fabulous reminder and so humbling to realise that we are simply another arrangement of a different collection of particles, to the arrangement of particles that we were in our last life and all the previous lives before that. When we understand life in this way it shines a completely different light on the responsibility we have in the way we live and it becomes almost impossible to not have at least an awareness that how we live today will affect on whoever has some of our particles in another life. Amazing blog, thank you.

  162. We are indeed custodians of this body of particles… this body of God. The questions you pose AM offer deep revelation for anyone who asks then from a true desire to know who they are.

  163. My lovely, delicate, tender, gentle, magical, miraculous body is feeling the appreciation and care I now share with it “My body is not just a vessel for myself or others to use as they will and discard when they are done.” For so many years, I treated it rough, used it to move me to A to B and dumped loads of toxins in it like it was land fill….our bodies are so much more than this…for me they have the potential to express our divine connection with the universe. This is something to treasure, nurture and support.

  164. The responsibility of what we allow to flow through the body is so important. This is multi-layered because it’s more than food and drink. There is always a resultant hangover effect when something that is of a lesser vibration does flow through and equally there is an expansion when choosing, plugging into and expressing Love.

  165. Wow! this is such an amazing sharing AM. Re-reading this again today delivers a particle expansion in my body. Yes I am (we all are) responsible ‘for this space and for what happens on it, around it and within it’.

  166. I often come back to this blog and I love the expansion I feel in my body when reading it.

  167. This is a grand revelation, to deeply honour our bodies for what they are. Vessels of energy from god.

  168. I love this part…”My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter…” It really offers perspective, a sense of belonging and being a part of the the whole.

  169. When we finally grasp the full beauty of your words AM, that ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter’ we will begin to honour and embrace all that we are and to build a new, profound and ever deepening relationship with the whole of the Universe. As we expand and feel the true depth of our essence we will be allowed to access an even greater and grander understanding of life – one that is infinite and eternal.

  170. You make a great point AM, we are custodians of this body and have a huge responsibility to every single particle. Especially in how we nourish those particles with the energetic quality of our choices.

  171. ‘My body is not just flesh, blood and bone that will die with me.
My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.
I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ Wow AM, what an insight you share with us, and when we accept this it shows the huge responsibility we hold for everything, for the whole.

  172. I have reduced the amount of abuse that I receive by speaking up. What was acceptable behaviours once, I can clearly see as bright as day that what is said is abusive. It has taken those on the receiving end by surprise. I’ve allowed this abuse to continue for too long, but it feels incredibly mature and very loving to say enough is enough, even in the face of a little conflict and resistance.

  173. Beautiful expressed AM. Our bodies are vessels that we express through, and they take on the energy of that expression. So what will that be? With what will my particles be vibrating? There are only 2 choices – Love or, that which is not Love.

  174. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter” This is so beautiful AM. Our particles come from God – honouring this how could we abuse ourselves or others in any way? Thankyou for this blog.

  175. “I would never knowingly abuse another person, or allow another to be abused, but I have willingly accepted abuse from others, and have certainly abused myself.” Many of us can relate to what is being said here including myself. What I find disturbing is that before I came across Universal Medicine I accepted the abuse because I regarded it as ‘normal’ although I could feel the tension in my body constantly. Universal Medicine supports me to see the abuse in my life offering me to make different choices.

    1. I can really relate to this line also…..’I have allowed so much abuse in my life. A lot of it was me abusing myself, so when the abuse what coming from the outside, it wasn’t as overt, because of what I was always putting myself through’. I too came upon Universal Medicine, through the support of practitioners and workshops/presentations, I have certainly turned around that abuse and what I used to allow for myself and can definitely make other choices.

  176. Well said Jane. It is true, we are not confirmed of the absolute wisdom and intelligence our bodies are, let alone the appreciation for them because as children we know. I knew as a child the wisdom was there already inside me and all I wanted was the confirmation of me. It changes our educate system upside down when we are presented with this fact.

  177. Am I truly appreciating what I have been given here? Sat with this question for a while and in all honesty the answer is no I do not all of the time. Having spent so many years on ‘full steam ahead’ in allowing myself to ‘do’ for others’ and ‘to be something’ in many guises for so many, that long ingrained way of being is still at times waiting to pounce into action! Having the awareness of those patterns I am appreciating as I can stop and take back responsibility for this way of being as quickly as it starts to rear up. A fantastic sharing AM thank you.

  178. Wow! This is huge!… I am left feeling wonderfully expansive, a oneness for all. There is no room for individualism, only seeing the whole and each and every person, animal, plant, insect etc. a part of the whole. Thank you AM for sharing such an awesome blog.

  179. The last sentence from this blog I find super relevant as this is where I have been working on and deeply accepting the truth of this. Not to take it for granted and understanding the enormity of what I bring by just being me. – “When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God. Not in a mad or grandiose way, but as a matter of fact. These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.”

  180. I love what you expressed here, our bodies are part of the all. And it is our responsibility to support it to be all that we are, to be able to express that what we are.

  181. Proof that a few words can and do change lives. The sweetness and depth of this short article sings to those particles in my body. We choose the quality of everything we do, say and think and I have a beautiful picture of the particles in my body being released for their next ‘job’. What an incredible and inspiring responsibility to make sure they are in awesome shape for this.

  182. Oh So Beautiful AM. Thank you. I too have felt moments of such tenderness with my body and that it is very beautiful and divine. What joy!

  183. I love how you link the impact the roles we play can have on our body. Often situations arise when we can call ourselves a victim, but how often do we look deeper to see how we may have placed ourselves in such a situation to begin with.

    1. So true Abby. And it is in this – our self-responsibility – where we can truly heal.

  184. Honestly looking at our lives will let us see how many roles we play and try to fulfill each day without. Finding our real selves again will free us of this roles, as there is just one that fits and that we do not net to rehearse: living who we truly are.

  185. Thank you AM and those that have commented here. In reading through I have come to realise that I am still allowing myself to be influenced by the outside world to my own detriment. I am giving my power away to those I think know better which is really just a cop out, an avoidance of connecting to the truth that I know and living that.

  186. It is amazing as you stated that you would not abuse another, but feel ok abusing yourself or receiving abuse. It exposes how deeply our lack of self love is for ourselves. How can we live not appreciating our own worth on this planet. Why would be accept less than what we would offer another.

    1. AM has highlighted for me the differing levels of abuse, some of which I have not previously seen as such, but AM makes it clear – when I am not with God, holding his hand, I am in abuse

    2. So true and so exposing Gail. I do and allow things to be done to myself that I would never allow or do to another, yet when it is me doing it to me, somehow I see that as acceptable. Self-love and self-worth play a big role in this.

    3. So true Gail. I know that I am guilty of this – accepting much less for myself than what I would allow another. This may come from the idea that it is only me who suffers or has to deal with the self abuse – however, when we see ourselves as the custodians as AM has suggested, and realise that these particles will be passed on to another, then this self-abuse or lack of self-love is not confined to self and will be felt by those around us and the future custodians of these particles.

  187. Beautiful and deeply evolutionary blog AM, we have a response – ability to the way we treat our bodies as they carry and express the love of God and the message that humanity so desperately needs to be brought forth.

  188. With god we walk hand in hand, only we can choose to let go of his hand, but he is still patiently walking beside us, always there, should we choose to take his hand again. What actually are we here for in life, and are we living to our full potential of what we are here for?

    1. I use the analogy of the small child learning to walk. If he stumbles then we would not punish him, we would gently take his hands and help him back on his feet again, and celebrate each little teetering step he takes forward, knowing that one day he will make leaps and bounds and grow into the giant that he truly is, on his return to Heaven, back into his Fathers arms. God knows our potential, and so do we, we just have to realise it for ourselves.

      1. Deeply beautiful sandrahenden. It’s so important, when we recognise abusive ways we’ve been living, that we hold ourselves in such love – that we actually let His love hold us also…

  189. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” That’s exactly how I feel, the custodian of the particles that make up my body. They and therefore I am part of the Universe and I have a responsibility to myself and the Universe to be the quality I call love.

  190. Whoa! Stop. I love reading blogs with this depth of understanding and connection. I too know myself in this way, but you, AM, have allowed me to consider more deeply the responsibility I carry this ‘space’ in. I know I still at times choose to be irresponsible with this small piece of divinity allocated to me. This is something I am working very hard with – responsibility, and the reclaiming of my body and being back through my choices every moment. Awesome piece of writing and definitely one to return to.

    1. I so agree Anna, I keep coming back to this amazing blog. It is indeed the claiming back our connection with our body, re-learning to trust that innate wisdom that is within, that is truly and deeply honouring. It is about building that responsibility and trust, which is a daily commitment and one that is building each and every day.

  191. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it”.
I love the way in which you have expressed this AM; we are indeed responsible, totally, for our own well-being, which of course impacts on others.

  192. ‘I have been a master of lending my body in the service of others’. Isn’t that what be basically get taught as soon as we enter this world, that we are not the master of ourselves and that we need to do and adjust to not only fit into this world but to make sure we can cope with it. It is so ingrained in our way of living when we are grown up we see it as normal and do not question it anymore imposing then this way of living onto our children, the next generation, who will go through the same process continuing this ill cycle. So thank God there are so many of us now who have stepped out of this tread mill step by step standing up to the truth that we feel deep inside and simply have forgotten to express.

    1. This is beautiful Ester, and very true. This is ingrained in us from a young age, but there is an even bigger picture when we come to consider past lives and also the power of living the soul on earth. Energetic responsibility is at play always and I am beginning to understand the true depths this asks of each of us.

  193. Even just reading the opening paragraph of this blog I realise how I override my body and abuse even at times when I think I am doing something purposeful and true. For example being physically exhausted and pushing through because I think it’s the ‘right’ thing to do, with the thoughts such as I’m not committed etc – but what is the quality and energy I am bringing to the task, work, myself, people when I choose to ignore what I am really feeling and not taking care of my body.

    1. Great point you make Gylrae- being physically exhausted and pushing through to get things done to please others, because it’s expected or “right thing to do”, or to gain recognition and approval from others are a form of abuse.

    2. I can very much relate to thinking that I am committing and getting on with my day to find that I am committed because I am seeking recognition from the outside. Whenever I place someone or something before me I am abusing myself; it comes from self.

  194. I have always felt deeply inspired by the idea of making my body an instrument of God’s love.
I would romanticise that I could then let go of fear and surrender into the love that would guide me in my actions to be of service knowing I was coming from a place of truth that would benefit everyone not just myself.
I still feel this to be true, however I have recognised my responsibility in being an instrument of God’s love and that is to treat my body with the genuine love and care it deserves. For my body is no other than an instrument made and create by God, and to treat myself with any form of abuse closes my heart down and shuts the door through which God’s love enters.
To treat my body as the temple of God’s love requires me to deeply honour and respect the body I occupy to prepare the foundation for Love to enter.
This is my responsibility and with the support of Serge Benhayon and the many others that inspire me, I choose “The Way of the Livingness”, growing in my awareness and love of this amazing vehicle of expression I live within.

  195. Dear AM: “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” How beautiful is this? This shows how interconnected we are all are, with each other and all of the Universe.

    1. That is very very beautiful Esther. I love reading what others took from this blog as their is so much in it that many of us hold back expressing but know is truth to our absolute core. When written in this way, I feel it in my whole body – the essence of who I am and where we all come from.

  196. We are all one, and a part of the same evolutionary cycle and pattern. The physical material that makes us up does go back into the ground and we are once again developed from the material that is here around us. The atoms, electrons, neutrons etc. It is an amazing science what allows us to be here, ever re-incarnating back into life to learn and re-learn our lessons and where we are truly from. To deeply honour and respect the body is crucial in its development and evolution on this planet.

    1. Absolutely Natasha, ‘To deeply honour and respect the body is crucial in its development and evolution on this planet.’

  197. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” When I read and feel this the responsibility we have in every moment requires a willingness to always accept we’re more than just this human body, however the next question that arises, and I find more challenging, is “Am I truly appreciating what I have been given here?” as this is a key player in everyday life. Thank you.

  198. The energetic scaring from a life of abuse is evident when I look at the body. Everything leaves a sign or mark that weighs the human being down. The world has a way or ‘propping’ up the worn out physical body with chemicals, pills, drinks even clothes, to hide these tell tale signs of the abuse that it has endured. When we introduce self care, these battered particles come alive again and are reacquainted with the divine source of light, something very magical happens.

    1. Wow emmadanchin, I can relate to that – when Michael Benhayon shares anything with me, it’s like etched into my memory and keeps on unfolding for me for a long long time.

  199. A stunning blog AM. It comes with such clarity it shines into my heart resounding with truth. ‘I am the custodian of these particles and the space they occupy in the Universe’. This is my patch, my part of the whole that I am responsible for.. how do I want that part to contribute?

It takes time to change long held patterns; I woke this morning realising that I still allow myself to go into a rush, to beat myself up for not ‘being on’ and then spiral into not having enough time. I was seeing how energetically this affects my daughter, stimulating her nervous system unnecessarily; but your blog beautifully expands this reverberating effect out into the whole, thank you.

    1. Too true emmadanchin, it can take a long time to change long held patterns, because they are very, very, very old…, but as you say, it’s important to keep light about it, and not add beating ourselves up on top of it. The patterns stand out more and more, until the day comes where we just cannot do that anymore. For me it’s the ‘need’ to eat and nibble constantly, because I can….. and I’m feeling how indulgent and abusive that feels. The more lovely I feel, and complete, just being me, connecting to that more deeply, this need will slowly loose it’s grip. Talking about it openly is quite helpful too, taking it out of the closet : ).

      1. Thank you Esther, the more I expose what I have kept hidden, the easier it is to get some distance from it and to choose otherwise, and claim a life of love.

    2. Yes emmadanchin I know this pattern of delaying and then rushing because I have not given myself enough time and then the lack of acceptance on top. It is a cycle that I am constantly working on but as I begin to feel the consequences and the impact my choices have on myself and every one around me more deeply, I am beginning to change these abusing choices. I slip up often especially when getting the children ready for school but I know there will be another opportunity waiting until once and for all I master the love for myself so there’s no more rushing.

      1. I feel it is about accepting my power and responsibility and as you say, using my awareness to look ahead and make choices that will be a loving support. And then when the pattern emerges again to feel it all but just accept it playing out and receive a deeper layer of resolve to let it go.

  200. “I would never knowingly abuse another person, or allow another to be abused, but I have willingly accepted abuse from others, and have certainly abused myself.” This is so true AM. We are the perpetrators of self-abuse in a way that we would not tolerate if we were to see this directed towards another. It is so interesting that we not only allow this self-abuse but that it is so common as to be seen as normal. Why do we do this? Why is this seen as acceptable when it is directed towards ourselves? Ironically, if we take good care of ourselves and are not self-abusive this is often seen as abnormal, indulgent or selfish. As custodian of the particles that make up my body, I for one am going to say no to the self-abuse and hold myself to the same standards I would hold others.

  201. True Shirley-Ann – AM’s account is offering us an exceptional opportunity to honour everything we truly are.

  202. ‘it really is that simple when we are living connected to our inner being’ – well said Martin.
If ever we are holding back, there is no true connection to ourselves or anyone.

  203. A profound blog AM – I love the fact that you are pointing out that we are all custodians of the space that our particles occupy in the universe and the responsiblity that comes with it. What you are reflecting here is HUGE – Thank you.

  204. It’s interesting to view the body as particles we are custodians of, and being responsible for the space they occupy. It helps me to feel the bigger picture and the part I play in it, and playing small serves no-one, including me. Dumping the old patterns of self abuse feels great, we are so much more than that.

  205. Understanding the beauty and the grace of particles leads to a deeper and greater awareness of spaciousness within our body and around us, and this points us directly into the pathway of the divine

  206. What AM has written here is so gorgeous every particle in my body has a party reading it and I am blown away with Joy. It does not surprise me at all that it was inspired by a healing session with Michael Benhayon who, as AM says, is indeed a Master of delivering a simple observation that initiates a deep process of healing and greater awareness.

    1. I agree Nicola, I love this blog too, so much offered here, and I love the reference to a healing session with Michael Benhayon, because what he brings to us is absolutely huge; what he shares in a session is absolute gold, as you say.

  207. Yes indeed why is this not taught at school – what a different world we would have if we lived by this understanding.

    1. Totally Nicola. The consciousness that currently drives our education system deliberately does not teach how precious and divine the body is so that we will remain incarcerated by its neglect. How can we feel our true love and receive the multi-dimensional communication from divinity if we ignore the body or thrash it doing sport. Our sensitive instrument of true intelligent is kept suppressed, neglected or thrashed. This is where every teacher can reclaim their own connection and appreciation of the body and take heed of what it is saying, and be a living example for the little ones coming through. The power is in our hands.

    2. Yes Nicola, imagine what it would be like for children to grow up being honoured simply for who they are rather than forced into competition and constant exams – valued and judged by their minds and how they perform and how well they can bring down their opponents… These pressures keep kids in their heads, or in competitive drive so that they don’t feel their body’s true communication that knows it is not a true way to be. But if they were to be allowed to stay with themselves, imagine the true wisdom they would unfold from within. This is the dimension that our education has all but lost, but now can be found once more.

  208. Yep, I really do dig this blog, so much said and so much to ponder on in such a short space. How many of us actually stop to appreciate what we have on loan and what condition we will pass it on in.

  209. I love the line you’ve shared “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” as it brings an entirely different perspective to our body, who we are, our purpose and how we then move through life. It shows clearly that everything we do affects everything else and our responsibility to bring harmony and not harm with everything.

    1. Yes, David, I love that too; it shows that everything we do affects everything else and that it’s our responsibility to bring harmony and not harm to everything and everyone.

  210. Here here to all you’ve so humbly said Martin – Big ups to Michael Benhayon for the infamous ‘throw away line’ indeed! I’ve been meaning to come back here and expressing my absolute appreciation for the wisdom, simplicity and love lived and expressed by Michael Benhayon.

  211. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ I keep returning to this blog and in particular this sentence. It changes everything for me. It expands my vision from the personal and places it in space, time and eternity. It lifts me from my daily struggles and patterns to see beyond and gives me the courage to consider that yes, it does matter when I am self abusing and thinking small, because I’m making a glitch in time & space. It shifts my awareness from what I do to me or allow to happen does not matter, to respecting my place in the order of the universe.

    1. Great comment – shifting your awareness from the very personal and self-absorbed to a much greater and ultimately vast space, to our place in the order of the universe. I love how you have summed it up.

    2. This is a great addition Anne, thank you. I love the way you express here about shifting your awareness to the bigger picture supporting you to move away from those little choices we make that we often overlook.

  212. Wow this is sensational – I love this “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” If we hold our bodies like this this is an absolute game changer – life can change in any moment, not only the obvious choices we make, but holding our body like this, only allowing thoughts that honour this and playing absolute hugeness!

  213. I can relate very much to what you have written, AM. To lend the body to others so that others can indulge further in their comfort including myself. To understand that our bodies are made of particles and that it is our responsibility to hold the space for them and to appreciate what is given to us is now what I am learning more and more.

  214. Claiming back my walk is now part of claiming back my body. The way we walk is no different to having a conversation with everyone we walk past. We either walk past with all the grace and power we are or we hold that back only to continue to confirm the lies. So simple and yet so powerful.

    1. Absolutely Vicky Geary – our walk says so much in the way our feet touch the ground, if we allow our hips to swing freely or do we stay rigid in our accumulated ideals of how the world should be. There is so much there to claim in our walk, I love experimenting with this and seeing my thoughts change as I bring more of me to my stride.

      1. I agree Rachael I have also felt my thoughts change as I occupy more fully the body I walk with, paying attention and feeling the way my feet touch the ground is deeply connecting and confirming of the amazingness I am.

    2. Great to be reminded of this – I find my posture tells me a lot about myself and taking that into a walk…….. I find it’s often in the transitions where I flounder, transitions in life, so paying more attention to the transitions in my day and in my movements could well support me here knowing that all I do and am has an affect on all around me. Thank you Vicky.

  215. Hear hear Jane, thank God for the constant inspiration and living reflection that Serge Benhayon and all the Benhayons consistently bring.

  216. Our bodies are all little universes and apart of a much bigger universe that we are all constellated together. When we mistreat our bodies our universe gets out of whack, but when we treat it with love, care and respect the whole world lights up around us. That’s pretty awesome.

  217. AM I am with you on this, our particles are with all and a part of the all. Honouring their place in the universe and equally the particles of all, can change everything in how we treat ourselves and all others.

    1. I agree Annie C if we can truly feel the magic, depth and grandness of our particles, we cannot deny that we are all that too and connected with all.

  218. After a half century and a bit, doing for others at the expense of my body there are the tell-tail signs of use and abuse over the years. Things have a usable life span even if well taken care of. An old saying that a candle burnt at both ends at the same time burns twice as bright but lasts half the time relates to our body well. What doesn’t age is the love that has always been inside of us all. It is always available, it is real gold; it never becomes less or tarnishes with time.

    1. A beautiful comment sjmatsonuk, garnished with an extra sprinkle of magic by Martin Gladden. Great work Gents! Just adding my own two cents; whilst I agree with the analogy of the candles, what I have noticed in myself and in countless other students of The Way of the Livingness is that, unlike a candle, the body appears to be able to regenerate. I have seen so many get younger, more vital, more joyful, fitter, slimmer, wiser and definitely infinitely more loving.

  219. Your opening paragraph really nails it AM. I love reading this blog, I’ve read it several times and each time it confirms that I am a Son of God. A great piece of writing.

    1. Yeah I agree Mathew. The opening paragraph really hits something home for me. How willing I have been to let my body be a vehicle for any one and anything other than my own sacred vehicle.

  220. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” WOW AM, this is absolutely magnificent. To read and feel the truth of it has brought me deeper into the awareness of this fact. Thank you for delivering this brilliant blog.

    1. I too love this line, when I read it I just had this amazing visual of space, the universal, how I was a part of that, no body, just particles and I was connected to everything and everyone. It was really a great blog, thank you.

  221. What an incredibly powerful blog. I mean really if you read between the lines this biog says it all about who we really are, the responsibility and power we hold, and the affect we have on all things in the universe. And also the last line mentioning Michael Benhayon, “Master of delivering the ‘throwaway’ line that takes you into a deep process of healing and greater awareness.” Knowing Michael I can say that is 100% true.

    1. Absolutely Dean – this blog says all about who we really are. I am not surprised the immense reflection offered here was inspired by Michael Benhayon – a Master indeed.

  222. Oh wow, this blog is fantastic. I was just so inspired to read your proclamation if I may call it that, that “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” It made me reflect on just how important it is that I dedicate to filling that space with my loving presence and commitment to being there and how the huge impact I have on the world is very significant depending on how I hold and what I do with that space.

  223. For me, this blog asks: “How responsible am I willing to be?” I know that my body is a vessel for my soul, but have not before considered that it too is made up of divine particles, that it is divine. I have not wanted that level of responsibility. The truth can no longer be ignored, thank you AM.

    1. Great question you ask: “How responsible am I willing to be?”
Knowing that our body is a vessel for the soul, made up of divine particles gives us indeed another level of responsibility. We are part of the whole universe and the whole universe is in every part of us.

    2. Great point you make here Carmin. I too had not considered that my body is made up of divine particles even though I have always known this truth deep within. It’s always amazes me how I can avoid seeing truth simply because it does not suit. Seeing my body physically made up as divine particles takes responsibility to a whole new level for me too.

  224. I really loved reading your blog AM, what a beautiful feeling of oneness with us, God and the universe, how deeply I need to cherish these Godly particles I am made of. Thank you.

  225. ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’ Stunning, very beautiful words AM that bring such responsibility, and not only in the hereafter, as we share it all right now.

    1. Yes I agree Jenny, these words claimed and expressed are so powerful and it completely takes the small ‘I’ out of the picture. Knowing we are in a body that belongs not to us but to the universe changes everything– how we eat, move, the thoughts we allow in, the quality of relationships we develop — everything. When we know that we have custodianship of our bodies, our lives have amazing purpose.

      1. It makes so much sense to hear we belong to the universe and therefore are a part of an omnipotence.

  226. This is a great point to raise AM. Abuse towards others is touted as totally unacceptable in many cultures and societies. It is plain to see how harm-full and destructive it truly is both physically and emotionally. No one in-truth wants this, yet we allow it. But is this because we first and foremost accept and allow abuse in our own way of being with ourselves first?

  227. I’m very partial to talk on particles – so I LOVED your blog. You are so correct, our particles that make up our bodies do not even belong to us, they belong to something so much grander, as do we.

  228. Your line I am custodian of these particles made me stop – what a great point you share I understand that I am only custodians of my children but I has never had that concept of my body – I am often trying to sneak something that I know won’t support me – not wanting others to see – how devious of me as I am hurting me and the particles I am custodian of.

  229. “When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God. Not in a mad or grandiose way, but as a matter of fact.” Indeed AM this is what we are here to return to, the everydayness of living soulfully.

    1. Yes, imagine the world living this fact, how differently we could be with each other and treat each other, naturally so. Understanding we are part of the Universe, of the Stars and of God would change everything.

  230. This blog is a gift that keeps on giving AM. You have me reflecting on the many ways I have allowed my body to be used for a false pleasure or relief with no true love or respect for myself or anyone else. I can also see the that simple everyday occurrences like rushing, overeating and getting angry are in fact highly irresponsible uses of this sacred vessel I am custodian of.

    1. Yes Leonne – Being born in and living through the body has meant that I too, have not stopped to really own the amazing gift and opportunities available to me by treating everything about my body with tenderness and love. It is so easy to disconnect and just ‘get on with it’, when this is irresponsible and disregarding. There is so much to be understood and lived more honestly from this blog. Thanks AM.

    2. I love these examples you mention Leonne, it highlights just how much of our lives are abusive, we just haven’t wanted to see it as such. Connecting to where our bodies are from, particles from the universe, opens up life to a completely new way of being.

  231. I know these lines so well AM and it is so good to have it exposed here: ‘I would never knowingly abuse another person, or allow another to be abused, but I have willingly accepted abuse from others, and have certainly abused myself.’ This particular paradigm, from a certain limited perspective and in the eyes of the world seems quite harmless, or relatively harmless when one considers murder for example, but it partakes of the blindness to true love, and so cannot be love and therefore must be every bit as bad as to be an abuser of someone else. This I learnt from that great educator for life, Serge Benhayon and I am so glad to have turned this around!

    1. In a way, even something like eating way to much at dinner, which leads to feeling pretty average the next day, and as a consequence then feeling not at your best when seeing your clients at work, is an abuse of sorts.
I know it is not intended that way but from the point of view of others who may need access to all the wonderful strengths you naturally bring to life when you are at your best, for them to have less access to them on any given day because you haven’t taken care of yourself so well is almost unfair – especially in more serious cases where your brilliance will support making some very important life changes in another person.

      1. A great point you raise Dean. It just goes to show that appreciating ourselves is key, as when we do this we allow ourselves to feel the importance of all we do – which is actually how we are in everything that we do. When we start to feel the magnitude of what can be brought by a simple smile or comment to someone, by virtue of being connected to ourselves, we start to see that anything that gets in the way of that connection stops the flow of love that can otherwise be. If there is not love, then what is there in our interactions? When we are not connected to love, and the importance of it, any number of other abusive behaviours are therefore allowed. We need to feel the responsibility of this as it affects all in all we do.

      2. What you present here is wonderful Amelia and has taken the comments I initially made to a much deeper place… that the flow of love is at the heart of all things and that ‘without that flow any number of abusive behaviours are therefore allowed’.
So our dedication to living love is of the utmost importance as how much we embrace it greatly affects everyone and everything around us.

      3. Some great points Dean and Amelia, and, ‘If there is not love, then what is there in our interactions? When we are not connected to love, and the importance of it, any number of other abusive behaviours are therefore allowed.’

      4. Right to the simple detail of our kitchen tables we are making choices that have far reaching and often unrealised effects. Opening ourselves up to a bigger picture is the inspiration of responsibility.

      5. Yes Sally and Dean. It is our responsibility right down to the smallest detail and largest gesture. Looking this in the eye was at first daunting to me but now I am embracing it lovingly, as I gradually exit from a way of being that was detrimental to myself and others. Responsibility is actually so joyful.

    2. To come to this understanding about self-abuse and deeply embrace what it means and then live it means getting to grips with and healing any entrenched lack of self-worth and self-appreciation, something that runs deep in the Judaeo-Christian western culture many of us have been raised in.

    3. I agree Lyndy, why is it that we stand up for others and speak out against abuse, but we allow it towards ourselves, and even be our own worst abuser? What quality do we build in a body that lives this abuse every day, and what quality is possible if we chose absolute honouring and love instead, not just for ourselves, but then what we can bring to all?

  232. The words ‘You are made from particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter,’ say everything.

What could be greater than that? The enormity of that fact turns every previous thought, ideal or belief I’ve ever held on its head. It’s opened my eyes to how I’ve tended to think ‘local’ about the cells in my body, however I now see I need to look ‘universal’ to be anywhere near what has previously happened to each cell that makes up my body.
This is also proof that we are all brothers and sisters of the one Divine Creator and SO exposes just how off-path humanity is in its relationships with all fellow human beings, both near and far.

  233. Beautiful AM knowing we are all particles form God and the responsibility and love with this knowing is amazing to feel and live. I love all you have expressed so simply that makes sense and is a joy to read

  234. AM Reading just the first few paragraphs of your blog and it really hits homes just how much of my life I would happily abuse myself under the guise of seeking relief or recognition and approval. The more I bring self care, self love to myself the less abusive I am with myself yet looking around the whole of society is setup to support us to abuse ourselves in a myriad of accepted ways.

  235. I am learning the loving discipline that is needed in claiming back my body. It first needs heaps of honesty.

  236. This is beautiful, knowing our particles come from God, then we are God. I this love. We are living flesh and then one day all these particles will return to go. Having this knowing and connection we are never alone, always connected to the divine source. How beautiful this.

  237. It occurred to me how important the explanations are that we are given as a child. If at primary school when we were learning ‘My body’ rather than learn the biological components first we learnt that ‘My body is made up of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter’. And rather than label where the heart is and where the brain is we had to draw a picture that illustrated what we imagine when we hear the meaning of the word ‘body’.

    1. Gorgeous Alexis and very true. I actually remember being taught that my body was made of the same particles as stars when I was at school, however, all the glory and awesomeness of this revelation was removed from the teaching. The truth AM has presented here is delivered with fullness and clarity and I can feel just how incredible it would be to have this true wisdom delivered in classrooms as you so beautifully describe.

  238. Appreciation is one of the keys of healing humanity. Appreciation for the beauty of our bodies as you have so divinely shared AM, and also for ourselves in general for what we bring to humanity, and then for each other. Always feel how gorgeous it is to appreciate ourselves and each other.

  239. ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’ This quote is going on my wall as I can feel how it pulls me up to be more responsible and loving.

  240. The first line ‘I have been a master of lending my body in the service of others’ made me feel and remember how whilst growing up I forgot about myself in order to be there for others. What I am understanding now is to truly serve another you first need to love and care for yourself, particularly your body. This is something we all need to remember, particularly mothers.

    1. I have also spent my life in the service of others at the expense of myself. The first time I was told to love and self-nurture myself, the phase and act was an unknown foreign concept. Now it is my foundation and I can now feel that I am part of the bigger whole.

  241. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.”
AM the universality of your words here have an awakening power about them for me. It’s like my particles are responding to the truth these words come from and I can feel the light of divinity in my being. Wow…the power coming through in your expression is beautiful. Thank you.

  242. I agree with you Marion- when we see that our bodies are particles of the universe and are from God, and we are custodians of our bodies – we have a greater level of responsibility to look after them. Also it makes us ponder deeper-
Are we truly appreciating what we have been given?

  243. Thank you AM, “These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” This is an ancient way of living – There is a responsibility here that is inherent in us all. It is absurd we are not taught we are matter and therefore atoms, particles and therefore energy flows through us. We have lost the simplicity of truth in a complexity we call “human life” – forgetting all about “universal life” and our true selves.

  244. Thank you AM – reading this blog is timely! Just the other day as my husband and I were walking the dogs, we were discussing how we come from the stars – literally! He was explaining to me about supernovas and how stars are made and how the elements form etc etc (he is able to explain it in the most amazing way) and we were talking about how this is the material then used to produce our bodies! Hence we do literally come from the stars. And as you have said – on a practical level this means that we are connected to the Universe through every particle within us and also perhaps more importantly that we are far grander than just our physical bodies – as you have said so beautifully, we are from God, literally and practically so!

  245. Thank you AM, I love what you present here in the way that we are custodians of our bodies and we are all here playing a part in a bigger plan for all to evolve and get back to where we are from, so it is for each person to take responsibility in the level of commitment and the quality in which we live in as it is not for us but for all.

    1. well said Francisco and I love the words “we are custodians of our bodies”. If we were all to embrace this fact and realise that our body is actually the vehicle that will return us to love and harmony then maybe we can treat it a bit more preciously.

  246. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ There can be no truer expression of truth than this AM and it humbles me to the core to feel the responsibility we all have here as custodians of our body’s particles. It is a responsibility to the universe of which we are forever a part of, whether we connect to this truth or not.

  247. Our bodies are vessels for energy which is in line with the natural way the universe flows. But when we let energy that is not vibrating this way into this vessel it doesn’t go well, in any sense. Your firm commitment here AM to be clear about the loving quality of energy that your body deserves is powerful and so clear to observe.

  248. I love how you have expressed this so simply. Appreciating the body as a part of something much bigger than just the individual self, supports us to develop an honest relationship with our body and feel our responsibility in looking after it.

  249. AM the realisation you share here, that all of us are made up of particles, particles that flow in space and are divine by nature sure takes all the misinterpretations out of what it means to be a Son of God. It is a simple fact, by physics, by energy and by love.

  250. AM this is spot on, we and the forces we allow through us when we are not present with ourselves, view this amazing body as a throwaway article. Just look around in the world and see what we champion; the rougher we are, the more we make it endure, the harder we train, the bigger the abuse…
But our bodies are, tender, delicate and strong, divine and precious and a miracle in how they work. All this is a reflection of the fact that it belongs to God, each and every particle.

  251. I simply love this… “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it…” Your blog AM, puts everything into perspective… Absolutely beautiful to read again and again…

  252. This is such an enormous science that I cannot fathom its intricate simplicity. As human beings, we ignore at our great peril the beauty and magic that we are held within.

  253. Since finding Universal Medicine I have been able to step out of a quagmire of spiritual belief about our bodies being merely a carcass or a servant for the spirit to do what it wants with us. I have come to the truth over and over (and stepped away from it again and again) that the body is truly divine and right down to its physical workings, can not be treated with disregard without repercussions. So I agree with AM, we are custodians of something grand in our bodies which is a great source of wisdom we can learn from every moment of every day.

    1. There is a delicacy about being a custodian of our bodies, a level of responsibility not considered in your average day to day life. When we consider that the particles that make us up are not truly owned by us, it opens up another whole level of awareness to our innate oneness and equality.

  254. This blog caught my attention again this morning and the line “Am I truly appreciating what I have been given here?” This really did make me stop and feel.

    1. Yes Marion, I agree – we are worthy of stopping to truly appreciate and acknowledge all that we have been given here, who we are and where we are from.

    2. This blog makes me feel to the bone a couple of things, 1 – the abuse I allow from myself and others and 2 – the responsibility I have but have not yet been living.

  255. An amazing claiming AM, of surrendering our body to bring in harmony and in alignment with the divine plan. And the simplicity, grandness and joy that comes with that is clearly felt.

  256. And this part is glorious….
‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’
How arrogant are we then with the way we treat our bodies? We act like we ‘own’ them so therefore USE them in any way we want which is often in complete disrespect and disregard. This is insanity and yet so common.
The wayward spirit has a lot to answer for….

    1. Yes, my wayward spirit has been arrogant for too long and its time I made choices that honour where I am from and what I belong to. I just love this blog.

  257. When we start to feel the responsibility around what you have shared here AM the thought of our ‘life purpose’ takes on a whole new depth and understanding.
We are custodians of particles in the Universe. So therefore isn’t our life purpose to simply and lovingly live this?

    1. Absolutely kathrynfortuna and simplicity is the key here. It’s all about the quality we bring to every thought, feeling and movement we make, in being the custodians of our universal particles.

  258. I love the understanding I get from reading your blog about my own particles, which have travelled, transformed and crushed over and over again. I just felt the pain of not having had any appreciation or care for them many times before, using them to just follow the whims of a very low form of “intelligence”. Since I learned that everything is energy and we are made of particles of energy I realized we can´t really get away with any sort of reckless behaviour that have no care for our particles and treats flesh as static, heavy, bothersome matter that is just there. Yes, we are responsible for our particles more than we normally think, and because everything is energy we are responsible for them in the way we live, move and the quality of energy we magnify through them that crush them or make them expand. Thank you for sharing.

  259. Beautiful sharing Am bringing us back to the whole truth of who we are and how we can live it throughout our day . Simply being particles of God brings an honouring and respect to our lives of divinity and love.

  260. Wow AM, I love that you are claiming the tangible connection to the universe through the particles of your body. And I also love that these particles are timeless and ageless and that we are the custodians of god’s creation. This brings home the immense responsibility to self but not for self.

    1. Well expressed Bernard! Only through truly being self-responsible are we holding true to our universal responsibility.

    2. Yes Bernie, the immense responsibility this brings to self, but not for self – what a beautiful point. What AM delivered here is exactly that, that there can be no self if we are truly in tune with divine purpose.

  261. And it is possible to feel this divinity within every cell, and to know the interconnectedness of all things, again not with our intellect, because the mind cannot hold or fathom this awareness, but with our whole being.

    1. cjames2012 – as you share here it is not about the mind but about our whole being accepting the divinity that we truly are. To truly accept and live this, is to see and feel the equality in everyone, and how connected we all are as particles – as vehicles of expression and as God.

  262. Reading this wow! Amazing sharing – The vibration of what you share with us all AM has woken up parts of me that have settled for comfort for too long. My particles are rejoicing at this new awakening and that true responsibility is in every single thought and action where ‘abuse’ no longer has a place to get comfortable and settle.

    1. Oh yes Lee, ‘Amen’ to AM’s wonderful blog. We have all handed over our bodies to forces and currents other than true Love, we have given ourselves away and pugged ourselves into a power-point of energy that has drained us, abused us, and played with us, and we have said ‘yes’ to it. AM’s call to reclaim our bodies is much needed.

      1. Lyndy, I can feel the absolute disregard, arrogance and lack of responsibility in your words.. ‘We have all handed over our bodies to forces and currents other than true Love..’ AM’s call is essential if we are to realise the responsibility we hold for the expanding and evolving of our universe to more and more reflect God.

    2. Agree Lee Green this is the authority from heaven and each time I read this blog I feel the enormity of what we are all a part of.

  263. I had never considered my body in this way, that it is made of particles that will one day become other bodies and things just as they previously have been before they made up my body. This does give me a strong sense of the bigger picture and makes the philosophy that all things in the universe are interconnected and one-and-the-same make sense. It brings a physical reality to this philosophy. Which leaves me to ponder in what quality will I leave these particles to be taken up by other things when I pass over. This really brings to the forefront just how huge our responsibility is when it comes to choosing the quality we choose to live by and in as it will directly impact on those things that come after us from our bodies discarded particles.

    1. Just reading your comment I can feel I have considered my dead body as nothing more than a waste product from the life I have lived…. I had never considered my responsibility for the energy I leave these particles in until now. This makes me reconsider every function of my body, even its current operating waste removal systems – my body is shedding and renewing particles all the time…what energy am I leaving behind and what energy am I rebuilding with?

  264. Whenever I notice thoughts that are less than loving, I know immediately it is time to claim back my body. When I am in my body, I just don’t get certain thoughts. Step out, and before you know it, thoughts I may not usually have will be clambering to have a say again.

  265. Understanding the body in this way really brings home the deep responsibility we have to honour and cherish it in all the ways we can… through sleep, food, dressing appropriately for the temperature, hygiene, the way we move, walk and go about our day, and so much more. Because how we are with ourselves and our body, effects everyone and everything, equally.

  266. How disrespectful and irresponsible I have been to humanity in the way I have used and abused my body and allowed other to do the same.
‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” Wow I hadn’t really considered that before how our bodies are a part of the universe we are all one and what I do with and to my body you feel. I have heard that before but not really felt it in my body this takes responsibility to a whole new level. Life could be very different if we all took responsibly for the choices we make in life knowing they affect each and every person in the universe.

  267. Your line AM ‘Well, all that is about to change.’ is beautiful as it feels like this is our (the reader’s) invitation to join you in living this revelation – making choices with reverence to the particles and the inter-connectedness of all particles.

  268. Gorgeous AM, thank you – ‘When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God. Not in a mad or grandiose way, but as a matter of fact. These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.’

    1. Jenny, I too love the ‘Matter-of-factness’ of the way we are of God. Deeply divine and very simple.

  269. AM- in this piece of writing you take self -love and building love in the body to a whole other level through your understanding that we are custodians of particles, particles that are no less than God’s divine particles.

    1. I agree Deanne, the way this blog is written actually takes the self from self-love away and brings it back to the bigger picture of the universe where we are part of.

  270. AM- what a great finishing sentence, I have had sessions with Michael Benhayon like this too, he is able to land great truth in a way that is receivable, like an unassuming Master.

  271. Simply profound. Thank you AM for sharing your ‘healing session’ with us – every piece of me resonates with the Truth on offer here…

  272. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” To be a custodian of particles, what a job title AM, this promotes me to a Universal realm that is grand beyond measure.

    1. The word ‘custodian’ really takes away the ownership we can get caught up in with our body. I love it.

      1. In the sense that if I am rough and hard with myself, then I am saying this is okay for every other person on this planet to be the same, that they are not worth being gentle, tender and loving with. Same goes for food: if I eat to numb, distance or disregard how I am feeling, then I am confirming to choose that behaviour / pattern is okay for everyone else. The moment I stop and appreciate the fact that I do have a choice, and say no, this is the behaviour I always go to that does not support or help me, it feeds the unloving choice. Then choose something more loving, say going for a walk instead – then in that moment, in that choice of choosing love – every single person on the planet has that choice available to them; they may or may not choose it, that’s up to them, but they have a choice. Just as Serge Benhayon has shown all of us.

      2. So true Robyn, a word that brings a truth that we do not honour to the level that we need to, this I am very aware of, and am still working with in my everyday choices. Absolute Love is the learning and the journey.

    2. But this is the way people of this world should start to think. We have much more influence on the all than we think. And we are much more part of the all than we think. Everything has a cause and an effect – so too do our choices. It is utterly ignorant and arrogant to not see this – but it is a way which needs to be claimed back and experienced again.

  273. It is a bit of a crazy conundrum that we often treat others with more respect and care than we do ourselves! But if we understand that our particles are made up of God and the universe equal to all others particles, then it brings a whole different perspective to things. For then if we abuse ourselves we are actually abusing the universe and everyone else in it.

    1. Not everybody may see this, but even if we put it on a very personal level, we are affected by someone else’s choices to misuse their body in any way if emotional, by disregard or even alcohol and drugs. We can be attached or not, the disharmony has an direct affect on the people around.

    2. Yes andrewmooney26, it is a sad fact that in our society most people find it acceptable and even ‘normal’ that we abuse ourselves and dishonour what we feel. It is regarded to be a personal thing.

  274. What I realised when reading this blog is that often we believe we own our bodies and we can do with them what we like, even trash or abuse them, because we think we have a right to do so. Seeing our bodies as particles that the universe actually owns and we are custodians of those particles changes everything. It brings in a whole lot more responsibility. Thank you AM.

    1. So true, andrewmooney26. It is a really arrogant way of living that you describe here. And this arrogance can get in the way of us being truly responsible in the way we need to, in order to understand how what we do and the quality in how we do it, impacts on not just other people and our planet, but the whole universe.

      1. Robyn when I look back on the years that I trashed my body, it is not so much an arrogance that propelled my behaviour but a need to relieve the discomfort that I was feeling. Had someone told me at the time that I was made up of particles of the Universe it would have made no difference what so ever to how I was behaving, such was my need to not feel my own irritation. It is only after having removed my need to self soothe that I am free to make loving decisions on behalf of my body.

    2. I like the idea of simply being the custodians of the particles, they are on lend to us by the universe. If we borrowed a book from the library would we knowingly and willingly do things that wrecked the book? Yet this is what we do to the particles that are on loan to us because we think we own them. I like this idea of the particles being on loan to us from the universe because it takes the personal/individual feeling out of the picture and the outlook becomes more universal.

      1. What a great analogy here tonisteenson – being custodians of the universe just as we are custodians of a book from the library… When we borrow a book, how we take care of this book, affects the next person who borrows the book, and hence this analogy provides an even clearer picture of this universality and the responsibility we have to take care of ourselves knowing that this is always impacting another.

    3. Very true. It brings responsibility to the fore, that our body is not just belonging to us as individuals, but the whole is affected in how we treat it. If we dull it, make it racy or wear it down, then there is a ripple effect.

    4. It is great to name this belief as we all fall for it in varying degrees. Seeing our body as ours to use and abuse, separate from everything else, means we end up not taking care of it. This factor alone can explain so much of the self-abuse and disregard that occurs in the world and the resulting ill health we are experiencing as a species.

    5. Being a custodian of the particles of the universe that make up my current body, puts a whole new perspective on self care, and reminds me again how awesome and precious this body is.

  275. Thanks again AM, I had to read this, this morning because of some choices I made yesterday I feel in my body today, reading your blog has put everyting in perspective this morning and I feel my beautiful responsibility to live the fact I am, we are God.

  276. I can so relate to what you are writing. I used my body often as a shield to protect myself and others until I realized how abusive that is and how much hardening is required to do so, which is so unnatural for the body, as it is such a sensitive and fragile structure.

    1. Judith I can relate to what you share, I used my body to shield and protect myself and in this process my body became very hard, I had lost all the sensitivity and fragility. It has taken me awhile to break down this hardness in my body and I am still working on it.

  277. It’s true AM when you speak of our body as being particles of the universe, from God, then it allows us to see our body on a grander perspective in life. We are part of God. Therefore, how do we treat our divine body?

  278. When we start to accept that there is more to us than the physical body, everything changes. There is life beyond the everyday lives that we live and so much more going on when we open our hearts to feel rather than using our eyes as the tool to measure life.

  279. “I would never knowingly abuse another person, or allow another to be abused, but I have willingly accepted abuse from others, and have certainly abused myself”
I can so relate to this AM, thank you for bringing it so powerfully into focus for me.
I also love the questions you pose; questions to support us take responsibility for how we are in the world.

  280. Thank God that his particles can’t be tarnished in any way otherwise we would have all trashed them long ago! When you consider just one simple aspect of self harm and that is alcohol, which contains ethanol which is a substance also found in pertrol and then you glimpse how much ethanol we pour down our throats into our particles that come from the stars. Oh man how lost and hurt are the people of the world?

  281. AM thank you for this article. Just as you said the awareness you reveal here changed your attitude to your body, I feel it has changed mine too.

  282. This really highlights the utter ridiculousness of the way we can treat our bodies with such disregard and disrespect – like a dumping ground, because we ‘believe’ that they are ‘ours’ to do with as we please. When we understand that our body is never ‘ours’, but Ours, belonging to the all, we cannot privately run with patterns that harm us without knowing we are having an impact on the entire Universe, and everything within it.

  283. Wow AM, This is awesome, the bigger picture. Great to reflect on the bigger picture when thoughts get in the way. I love the simplicity in what you have shared.

  284. If as a child it was expressed to us that we are made up as the same particles that come from God and that was the basis from which we relate to each other, the way in which we treated ourselves and everyone else, humanity would be in a very different place to where we are now. If it was not only expressed to us, but if we were taught how to feel this by truly meeting our children, by listening to them, by celebrating them for their ‘beingness’ opposed to what they ‘do’, our children would grow up knowing they are the Sons of God and treat themselves accordingly.

  285. Thank you And I love the questions you raise around the choices that are there to make everyday 🙂

  286. “When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God. Not in a mad or grandiose way, but as a matter of fact. These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.” If every human being saw themselves as God, we would live in a very different world. There would only be love. Until we are loving with our bodies, we can not even fathom that our particles come from God. Get to know the body in a loving way and we come to know God.

  287. This greater responsibility I’m feeling is also calling for me to go so much deeper in my appreciation for myself. To give myself permission to cherish all that I am and then with this foundation of loving tenderness, allow myself to treasure the preciousness in everyone else.

  288. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” Wow – doesn’t this take self responsibility to a much grander level – the whole picture not just the ‘bigger picture’. How are we in this grander picture, and how is what we are doing affecting others in the universe…

  289. I know exactly what you mean AM, living and thinking that I am God for I do it too. It’s not grandiose, not up myself, not an exaggeration. It is science, fact and an honouring of all and I love that you have put it out there.

  290. AM, I love it, such claiming, strength and truth. Such a deep responsibility we all hold and such a deep responsibility was felt in your blog.

  291. AM a gorgeous call to a greater responsibility of our bodies. And I totally agree Michael Benhayon has the absolute gift of presenting a truth that resonates deeply within us.

  292. Lovely Blog, thank you AM. As I was reading I could feel how our particles belong to the universe and as you say it – “It makes life far less personal and far more lovely and grand”. We belong to the oneness and when I feel life like this it all makes sense.

  293. A beautiful blog, thank you AM. What a deep responsibility I have to look after this body I am living in, yes, it comes from the divine particles, and yes, everything I do affects everyone else in this universe. This is mind boggling to start to consider all the ramifications.

    1. Yes Beverly this is a beautiful blog, “What a deep responsibility I have to look after this body I am living in, yes, it comes from the divine particles, and yes, everything I do affects everyone else in this universe. This is mind boggling to start to consider all the ramifications.”
I agree this is mind boggling.

  294. Thank you AM, for a very beautiful post, makes me feel and appreciate how sacred my body is, being made up of the particles of the Universe, and how tenderly, respectfully, and lovingly I am feeling to treat it, more so.

  295. Your understanding is gold, thank you AM. It does absolutely change the perspective for living to a scale that is humbling and complete with purpose.

  296. And I love the bottom line about Michael Benhayon and his throwaway lines. This has happened to me and I’ve been delivered one as we are saying goodbye. I even said to him that you can’t say something like that as I’m walking out the door!

  297. When you spoke of the particles belonging to the universe and of us being the custodians of these particles” it highlights the responsibility we have with our bodies (and they are not our bodies). So many of us do as we please with our bodies and this level of responsibility has come no where near us.

    1. I liked this part too nikkimckee, that we are custodian of our particles. When we go and come back again in a new body, we may have some of the same particles, but likely we have others’ old particles! I would like to think they were kindly, lovingly looked after. It makes me be more responsible for what I put into and do with my body too, so that when my particles are reused, they will have been truly cared for for that next person.

      1. If we were more aware of the fact that we come back again in another body (and we do this over and over and over) and that when we come back it is to what we have left behind perhaps we would be a little more responsible with our bodies and what we leave behind. Conveniently we have let go of this awareness which has made it easier to let go of the deep responsibility.

  298. “My body is made of particles of the Universe”. Viewed this way it does give us a different perspective of our place and role in the world. Every single one of us is part of the whole, coming from and going back to our divine origin. As a whole we will not be complete until everyone has rejoined the group.

  299. Knowing that we are particles from the Universe and we rejoin again with the Universe to then rejoin again in another body, really highlights the depth of responsibility we have everyday and in everything around us. We do not own these particles, they do not belong to us they belong to the Universe, there it is so important we take care of the particles to return them in full form.

  300. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time.” Presented in this way, our glory and divinity cannot be denied. Nor can we dismiss or deny our interconnectedness to everything in this amazing grand design that is our universe. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” Our particles form matter no mistaking this word, all we do, say and think, all we are and the way we live ‘matters’.

    1. So true Barbara, presented like this our glory and divinity can’t be denied. We have so taken ownership of ‘matter’ in a way that is diminishing or ‘grandiose-izing’ but none of it the truth. We have distorted things way out of proportion. Our particles are divine, it’s that simple.

      1. My particles are not mine, they are Divine! We totally create denseness in the body when we try to own matter, a great point Lyndy. With surrender and acceptance the body is free to feel the rhythms and cycles in which it naturally adheres to – Universally so. Ownership feels like separation from the all and what is going on around us, it’s very self.

  301. So very beautifully put. I love it! Your words really highlight the responsibility we have in how we are within our lives. Everything little thing counts, and not just because of how we affect ourselves, but because of the effects our actions have on humanity. And isn’t it glorious knowing that God is in and around us.

  302. What you share here is huge AM: “I have done this in many ways: in my role as the ‘good daughter’, ‘always available lover’, ‘do-anything-for-you friend’, ‘24/7 mother’, ‘caring doctor’ and ‘devoted wife’.” these are roles accepted in society that are often not seen as abusive to ourselves, it is sometimes even expected. But I can so see what you mean.

  303. What you share here AM is pure gold: “My body is not just flesh, blood and bone that will die with me.
My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” When we really stop and consider the enormity of these words, we cannot but acknowledge where we are from and that we are here to do so much more than just live a comfortable life. We are all vehicles for God to express through – it simply comes down to how much we are willing to allow that expression of truth or whether we continue to resist it.

    1. God is present in every particle so it becomes the question of how many of our particles will we choose to align with it’s originator, that being God and how many will we give away to the opposite energy. With each particle we choose to give away to the other energy we create an extra work load to change the particle from the spark of God it is to the opposite of God. No wonder exhaustion is one of our leading and fast growing health conditions. We are spending energy to pull away from the spark of God we are rather than just allowing and going with the flow of God which is Love.

  304. It is the really simple blogs that stop you. I recently came to feel how my body is not mine at all, but a part of all that is in existence in the universe. My life lived is not for me to live alone because I am a part of everything else. I am learning to surrender to this.

  305. Thank you AM for sharing your blog; and yes we are responsible for our body with the living choices we make from moment to moment; and wow the particles that make our body are on loan from the universe and are naturally part of the all and when allowed to, move in the same rhythm as that rhythm of that one verse.

  306. From what you have shared I can feel our particles as designed to move in a certain way and rhythm.

  307. I loved reading this blog AM and feeling the power of your strong renunciation. In the light of the big picture that you present it makes no sense to allow oneself to be abused. Remembering that I am a Son of God who is here to be a vehicle of service for humanity I would naturally honour and care for this vehicle otherwise it cannot fulfill its true purpose.

  308. I love the simplicity of your impeccable logic, AM: “These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.”
    Can’t argue with that….:)

  309. This blog has hit home for me big time AM! As the self dissolves and we feel the enormity of our divinity here on earth. What is presented so simply here is that our bodies are more than we give them credit for and more than meets the eye. We are living and breathing universal science beneath our skin and every cell knows all. Thank you for presenting this AM, there is much to feel and ponder further.

  310. I got a very strong feeling of what true service means from reading this blog, and it’s not what the ‘normal’ way is. In true service there is no sacrifice but there is surrender.

    1. We are Sons of God and we are housed in bodies that are made from universal particles. It is not all about me. There is a deep level of service here.

  311. Thank you AM. It is indeed time to claim back our Divine origins and live the truth of it in all that we are in the world.

  312. It is always such a powerful experience to appreciate ourselves, from appreciating the smallest of details to the fact that we are made from the same building blocks as the stars above and below us.

  313. I absolutely love and fully agree with your description of Michael Benhayon – ” Master of delivering the ‘throwaway’ line that takes you into a deep process of healing and greater awareness”.

  314. I love your blog, it brings me back to truth when I read it, to what I am choosing every moment. Thanks AM

  315. Anne this makes so much sense and I love the way you describe your body of particles, I know it to be the absolute truth as well. It is a perspective from within that brings into view God. “When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God. Not in a mad or grandiose way, but as a matter of fact. These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.” Such remembrance and joy.

  316. Yes, that is what I took from the article, it takes us away from the me centred approach to life and lets us see the much bigger picture of what is going on. I love to hear about particles, they really bring everything to life for me.

    1. I agree Stephen, and it is interesting how everything in society is geared to make us strive for individualism… To steer us away from discovering who we truly are? It makes you wonder.

  317. These questions that you share are powerful, in as you share it makes us Masters of our life not victims. It also highlights the beauty of our body and the Universe that we forget. How on earth can we forget this!!!!?????

What sort of food will support this space in the universe?

What type of drink will I let flow through its vessels and into its every cell?

What kind of thoughts will I allow in here?

How will I move these particles that make me up?

Am I truly appreciating what I have been given here?

    1. Very true Vicky. How can we forget that we are a part of the universe! Of course we are made up of universal particles, what else would we be made up of? Of course we are part of everything, how could we be separate? When we remember this it changes our whole perspective on life, and invites a deeper respect for our bodies.

      1. As both you and Vicky say ‘how on earth could we forget this’? It is so amazingly divine and inspiring to feel our interconnection with the world and to feel the unity that this offers each and every one of us. It is not only our acceptance of ourselves but of our interconnectedness with the Universe. To appreciate fully our place in the world as true Sons of God living this fully in our lives and allowing our particles to expand our daily experience.

    2. Very true Vicky, we are indeed all Masters of our lives, not victims – if we but choose it. The questions asked by AM spoke to my very core, twanging on all the parts where I still hold onto making myself smaller than I truly am, choosing the comfort of irresponsibility instead of the grandness on offer.

      1. Agree Hannah, the “comfort of irresponsibility” can be a very tricky character and once it takes hold we live less or ‘smaller’ than we are innately designed to be. Once we become aware and fully claim that we are indeed particles of the Universe, and we take the responsibility that comes with this, living the grandness on offer is an easy next step. Yet why do we so often shy away from fully embracing the glory that we are from

      2. It’s true Anne, once we see the game at play, we can then take responsibility and simply choose to stop playing. Once we make this choice, as you say “living the grandness on offer is an easy next step”.

      3. I totally relate Hannah, there is a part of me that desperately wants to hang on to being a victim of my circumstances but then I have this complete knowing that I everything is a choice and denying that is denying responsibility. I love the responsibility that is being called for from this blog, AM, big ups again.

      4. So agree Hannah, this blog is not for the faint-hearted! As we come to re-connect to our beautiful inner-heart our hearts will become full again, radiant and clear, and in this clarity, we know that we are simply ‘custodians’ of our precious body and its particles.

      5. Ahhh thank you Lyndy for bringing it back to the gorgeousness of what AM has delivered – these 2 lines present a truth that is beautiful beyond words “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.”. To be a ‘custodian’ of such grandness brings a whole new meaning to life.

      6. hmmhmm Hannah. Spot on. The comfort of contraction is in fact our most uncomfortable position of all – so alien to us in essence. We have mastered the art of squeezing the magnificence and magnitude of the entire Universe into the smallest and densest package in the Universe- controlling and containing it’s light so that it does not get seen…

      7. Very true Kylie, but although we may do our darndest to attenuate and distort the absolute grandness of the Universe – the light can only be dimmed for a while, never lost.

    3. I agree Vicky, how can we forget this? These questions make me stop and feel ahah, yes exactly.

    4. “…it makes us Masters of our life not victims.” This is a powerful statement Vicky, and when understood would end the need for so much that goes on in our world, as so many of us think and believe that we are victims instead of Masters of our life, simply by letting go of control and being invested in life having to be a certain way.

    5. That is so true Vicky; these questions not only make us masters of our lives, and not victims, but also align us with the harmony and rhythms of the universe. This blog reminds us of the grandness we come from and coaxes us out of the personal bubble we have built in disregard of ourselves, each other, our humanity, and our universe.

  318. “My body is not just a vessel for myself or others to use as they will and discard when they are done.” This was how I used to live my life AM, but not any more. The more love and respect I have for myself the more impossible it is to allow this to happen. Knowing I have a responsibility to myself, to humanity and to the Universe to look after my particles and allow my body to be a vehicle for service has changed how I see my body and I am learning to love and adore every part of me.

    1. The responsibility you have described here Alisonmoir is the essence of equality, for how can we experience equality if we hold and consider our particles to be lesser than any other.

      1. In fact we share particles, they pass through us all the time, and our responsibility is to choose to align with Love, a Love which holds us equal. It takes all the ‘possession’ out of our relationship to our bodies and the idea that we can trash them if we like because they are ours! And it also brings up the point that we ‘don’t think” – it is a choice of what we align to or not. We don’t ‘own’ any of it.

I love the way you have brought in ‘equality’ here Abby: ‘The responsibility you have described here Alisonmoir is the essence of equality, for how can we experience equality if we hold and consider our particles to be lesser than any other.’

      2. Great point Abby, you have expanded even further on this amazing blog. If we see everything on a particle level, we realise one can not be greater or lesser as each particle has the exact same potential. The particles even look the and are made up of the same stuff so there is no difference hence no room for comparison, we just simply choose to utilise our particles in different ways of expression, all expressions are equally needed.

    2. I can relate to this also alisonmoir. Reading this blog, I realised how much I have allowed my body to be a vessel for others to use and discard when they are done, and indeed they have, leaving me exhausted and empty. This is a game changer for sure. To look back on this and reflect what is really going on is powerful.

  319. This profound blog AM is a game changer. If we start with the knowing that we are particles and how we make choices affects those particles, not just in our body but in the universe it somehow makes us stop and look at the big picture.
We cannot go around pretending we as individuals don’t matter or have a choice when we do and it affects the ALL. I know before I came to Universal Medicine I was not aware of anything like this and even if someone did tell me I doubt I would want to change as I was comfortable in my “uncomfortableness”.

    1. I agree Bina, considering that our body is made of particles that are a part of and connected with the whole universe makes me think deeper about the effect of the choices that I’m making. It’s never just about me then but all of us – I can see how we need to be selfless but still with deep regard for self, so one is no less than another.

      1. Fiona- your comment is about an amazing science that is actually quite logical – when we hold everyone dearly this has to include ourselves as indeed we have to be a part of everyone. We can’t stand outside of everyone – this in itself would be divisive. In slightly different words, if we truly devote to humanity this can never be at our own expense, as we are equally responsible to ourselves, our particles and our bodies if we are to be responsible towards another.

    2. Yes Bina, knowing and owning the fact that every choice we make has an impact on Humanity and all that makes up the universe we are a part of ,does make you stop, look and consider more deeply. There is no room for pretending. Everything becomes so much more precious, fragile and delicate with so much potential. A Beautiful and affirming blog of who we truly are and our responsibility in the world.

    3. Absolutely Bina imagine if we all had COP (Custodians of Particles) as post nominal letters after our names! How eagerly how joyfully we would embrace self responsibility and our place in the big picture.

    4. I love it Bina Pattel, “I was comfortable in my “uncomfortableness”, it is shocking what we at times settle for and what we miss out on because of that.

    1. Yes, I second that, the matter of fact that we are made of the stuff God is made of and therefore we are God as much as everybody and everything else is God.

  320. So true Brendan…I love the truth that our lives are not personal and at the same time far more grand..! We are part of the ALL and our purpose lies in understanding this and bringing this grandness to our day to day. Feels like true freedom…

  321. A gorgeous blog thank you AM – being open to the possibility that our body is more than flesh and bones is very liberating and each one of us can develop a very personal relationship with God and the Universe through the wisdom of our body..

    1. I agree Sarah Davis that if we see our bodies as just flesh and bone then this leads us to approach life in a way that is far more reckless and all about survival and self preservation. A miserable way to live. When we feel the inter-connectedness of our particles with everyone and everything else it expands our meaning of life to something much grander.

    2. I completely agree that with the understanding that we are more than just flesh and bones we all have the potential to “…develop a very personal relationship with God and the Universe through the wisdom of our body..”

    3. Yes and every particle is made up of God and we have trillions of particles in our bodies. So this means we have trillions of bits of God everywhere within our bodies, we are Godly beings, even if at times we may choose to act outside of this.

  322. It reminds me of the song: “Love, love, love, love is all you need…” except that it is “love is all you are…”!
    Much Love,
    Christoph

    1. I feel there is a beautiful song to be written about us all being custodians of beautiful particles from the stars ……

    1. We are as you say Brendan and Alexis you have nailed the other side of the coin for the people that believe the universe is all about them.

  323. I love this word custodian – in truth we do not own anything, not even our bodies – we are simply care-taking for the next inhabitants. Far from being terrifying, this is utterly liberating. All care, ALL responsibility.

  324. A truly beautiful blog, AM, I am so drawn to the following “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” This quote from your blog so resonates throughout my body, it is awesome. And what this brings up so clearly, is the huge responsibility I hold to look after this body in this incarnation. This body of mine comes from the divine, and I need to truly nurture it self lovingly, and to love myself to the bone.

  325. One thing that has become apparent to me over the last couple of years -and in gradual increments – is the degree to which I had normalised all sorts of abuse in my life. Some were obvious abuses which I glamourised; others are far more subtle. I suspect there are many more to uncover. My sense is most of humanity is in the same boat, which is why we’re powerless to affect real change in so many areas of human life – because we do not yet have a handle on it individually. So if I’m not aware a certain action or behaviour is abusive, I won’t with full authority be able to call it out in any context anywhere else.

    1. Great point Victoria in recognising our individual responsibility to uncover all the ways we have allowed abuse in our lives and being dedicated to changing this gives us the authority to call it out when we recognise it elsewhere. It starts with us.

    2. I feel that what is important is that we do call it out. The more we uncover abuse and name it as such the more we dispell it literally, for all abuse is a curse that tells us we are less and do not matter or even worse. Being able to see it as such and realise that it is just very yukky energy coming through the curser we do not have to take it personally but stand in our power, such as it is, and blow it out of the water, so to speak.

  326. Utterly gorgeous AM and a game changer in terms of how we see, understand and treat ourselves and each other. Well done and thank you. And I agree – Michael Benhayon is indeed a master of the throw away profound line!

    1. Well said Victoria… If we saw ourselves in this light it would change everything, but wow – if we begun to see that other people are too part of the same greater divine body it would completely eradicate jealousy, comparison and judgement… A WHOLE new level of understanding and brotherhood would be grounded.

  327. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe.” I love this line AM. This is a truly profound blog and completely reorientates the way I see my body and the responsibility I have in caring for it as its custodian. Thank you AM.

  328. How disrespectful and irresponsible I have been to humanity in the way I have used and abused my body and allowed other to do the same.
‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” Wow I hadn’t really considered that our bodies are a part of the universe; we are all one and you feel what I do with and to my body. I have heard that before but not really felt it in my body. This takes responsibility to a whole new level.

  329. Love this line here AM: “These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter” – YES, and makes one realise that there is absolutely nothing that we own, or ever will own.. because it’s not ours, none of it; that we are in fact owned through divine order of a grander cosmic universe. When you think of it like this, it makes the temporal/human drive for ownership that so many of us like in which to assume control over something/person including blood relatives or family, meaningless even pathetic. We have a choice – either to go with and surrender in freeness to our natural owner or guardian – the universe and stars, or become an imprisoned slave to the false pretence of the temporal ownership equivalent.

    1. Yes Zofia, this belief in ‘ownership’ is an arrogant perception which actually enslaves us instead of freeing us.

    2. When there is a surrendering in the body to all we are a part of there is spaciousness in our particles– a star shines its brightness, knowing it is but one amongst the many other glorious stars which make up the constellation of the universe and it can flow with true rhythm and order in the nature of life. I feel the divine purpose in us constellating in this way.

  330. This blog highlights how super important self care and self love really is. It is up to me to protect these particles that ‘make up’ my body so there is no room for even the slightest amount of abuse that contracts the loving space between each particle.

  331. Wow, how could one not be expanded after reading this? This certainly brings a sense of grandness to the body, and of the body belonging to something much greater than ourselves. Our body is made up of particles that are on loan in a sense, they don’t belong to us alone they belong to all of us. This takes self care to a whole new level.

  332. Michael Benhayon is a truly amazing practitioner. His words and whole way of being are deeply healing and incredibly inspiring.

  333. And this is absolutely brilliant and should be posted everywhere ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.
Knowing this, changes everything. It makes life far less personal, and far more lovely and grand. It makes it easier to see the big picture, and the part that I play in it. It makes me stop and think before I do anything that may harm – me or any one or any thing else.’

  334. Beautifully expressed Victoria and AM, when we look at our bodies in this way it removes
us as individuals, and we get to see how we are all working together.

  335. Divine intelligence is speaking through your particles AM, and beautifully resonating in my own, confirming the truth of our interconnectedness. How important it is for us to honour the vessels we inhabit and treat our bodies with loving care that in turn nurtures us all. Thank you for this beautiful blog.

  336. Your title says it all AM but what really struck a cord within me was ‘ My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’ Absolutely heavenly.

  337. Speaking of abuse, if we accept abuse in anyway we are not only abusing ourselves but also the other, as we all share the particles that make us. To treat each other with love and reflect this love for one another creates a spaciousness in our particles for more love to flow through.

    1. Agree victoria picone, if something is coming to us like abuse, then we have already opened the door to it to give abuse its easy entry. And when opened, we walk with that same door opened towards another. It is then imperative ‘to seal the door where evil dwells’ (abuse) through deepening our love, for our particles to bathe in.

    2. Beautiful Victoria, ‘To treat each other with love and reflect this love for one another creates a spaciousness in our particles for more love to flow through.’ I had not considered how being loving affected our particles in this way, so thank you for writing this in such a simple, easy to understand way.

  338. My body sings and my particles dance feeling their rightful place, each one carrying the spark of God. Like magic the particles configure to create a body of light which we inhabit to be this light on earth, interacting with all the other equal sparks of God on this planet and beyond it. To live in honour of the particles and the space we occupy in the universe is our responsibility to the evolution of us all. Our every particle carrying the divine intelligence of the universe. Thank you AM for rekindling my love of particles.

    1. Wow, Victoria, how beautifully you have expressed that. I can’t pick out any particular part of your comment, I just tried to, but it is all so absolutely awesomely expressed, I can’t separate any part of it. Thank you for sharing in such a magical way, you have certainly rekindled my love of particles.

    2. Our every particle carries the divine intelligence of the Universe…there’s an awful lot of particles making up one petite body…that’s an incredible amount of intelligence – and love, too.

  339. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe’. I have taken on the responsibility for taking care of or protecting these particles – this makes it all very real, so very precious and tender and all of this is right now in this moment. Time to ask the question – ‘What am I going to do and how am I going to ‘Be’ knowing this truth?’. Profound AM, Thank you.

  340. Reading through your mind blowing article for the umteenth time, AM, I am feeling the absoluteness in my connection to God and his love for all of us, for all of the particles he has created. I have spent too many years not appreciating how much my matter, matters, in spite of God creating us all. That is an extremely humbling feeling. It’s surely not possible for us to ever feel again that our beautiful particles, and, how we treat them, does not matter.

  341. Can you imagine if we were sat down as a young child and explained what our body truly represents and the part we are here to play? Thank you AM, it is rare that we have our body and our relationship with the entire universe talked about in such a straightforward way.

    1. Absolutely. This should be presented in anatomy & physiology class or PE. There would be no way anyone would even think about harming their own or another’s body in any way, shape or form.

    2. Yes, to have this explained to us as small children would be a blessing, and so supportive for a child to understand their role, place and purpose in the whole scheme of things. AM, your blog is straight – up, saying it as it is and ever so deeply touching, thank you.

    3. It would bring a whole new dimension to our awareness Vicky I agree, it would be a true education. Suddenly we are part of a whole, not some lone body and it would certainly help a child make sense of what and why we feel the things we do, because our particles are in a perpetual conversation with other people’s particles, continually conveying all sorts of information that we read all the time. As adults we often want to deny what our particles are telling us and telling others, but they never lie!

      1. Good point Otto. No need to explain anything. They so know all of this and more. Bedtime stories will never be the same again.

      2. You are so right. And when I read blogs like this I kinda freak out at the garbage that I have read them in the past, at bed time! This is the gold that we need to be confirming our children with. Game changing stuff like this. And, from my own experience I can assure you that they would drink it in. Recently they listened to a presentation about the Golden Ratio – a complicated mathematical equation, so particles and matter should be a breeze! My point being that what I have found is that even if they don’t necessarily grasp the full intellectual detail, they absolutely grasp the fact of the bigger picture and that they are part of something far greater. Pure wisdom without the toxicity of knowledge.

  342. What a revealing sharing this is AM! Thank you for presenting this eye opening way of viewing the beautiful and precious body that we have been given and with this knowledge I agree, we could not allow anything or anyone abuse us in any way. It is our responsibility to Love and nurture ourselves as the Sons of God that we are.

  343. I love the truth in your blog AM, when we take the personal out of it we begin to clearly see the grand plan we are a part of and how we have a responsibility in the way we live in it, as everything we do effects all of us.

  344. It was a wonderful confirmation to read your blog AM. I have had the same realisation, that our body is our little part of the universe we have been given temporary custodianship of. Our body is our part of divinity to take care of and cherish as such. This completely changes how I feel about my body and life.

  345. Thanks, your blog brings a little wake up call, or a responsibility call to how we are each taking care of our particles and therefore how we each affect each other and the universe. Puts things into perspective!

  346. What a lovely blog AM. Realising myself as a constellation of particles which come from God and they are alive and pulsing with the Universe is the most amazing thing. Appreciating the responsibility of that is beyond my minds limited comprehension, but that doesn’t stop me from the KNOWING that I am a being of light, that in my essence I know and feel everything, awesome arn’t we?

  347. Thank you so much AM. The part I part-icularly love is the part about the particles and our part and place in the Universe; so, in fact, All of it. 🙂

  348. This is awesome AM – it takes away the personal, makes life about everyone and everything in the whole Universe, and certainly brings us back soundly to self responsibility and the part we all play in the big, big picture.

    1. Thank you Anne and Paula, I agree, life is about everyone and everything and our interaction with every aspect on a second by second basis. Then it becomes our responsibility to feel what is going to evolve us back to the divineness we are made off.

  349. What a gorgeous blog AM, claiming the ordinary/extraordinary divinity that resides within, you we/are God, fact.

  350. What a beautiful piece of writing AM from you and your particles 🙂 I felt the grandness you spoke of reading this and how when we make life about ourselves, us, our needs – we miss out on so much.

  351. I am back AM .. again, and each time I read or ponder the words “I am the custodian of these particles …” I notice a little pain in my lower back of my left hip and feel to change my posture and I feel more expanded when I do. I sense that every move I make impacts my particles which belongs to the All and so, affects the All and my sense of responsibility shoots off the charts in the most lovely way.

  352. Awareness is the name of life AM. Without awareness and awareness of the bigger picture and the fact we are made up of particles, we just carry on in the same vein – getting caught up in life’s dilemmas. Having a bigger picture and not just considering ourselves, really can open up and change our perspective on life making it much easier to deal with.

    1. I so agree with you shevonsimon, awareness is key in our daily lives but also of the bigger picture at play….and everything we do, every one of our choices affects our awareness of that bigger picture, as well as either dulling or increasing our awareness….

    2. I so agree with you shevonsimon, awareness is key in our daily lives but also of the bigger picture at play….and everything we do, every one of our choices affects our awareness of that bigger picture as well as our awareness in our daily activities.

    3. You are so right shevonsimon, when we lose the ME and become aware of the greatness of what all of us together are here to do… life’s dramas and dilemmas just fade away.

  353. Groundbreaking blog, AM. You have given us the opportunity to remember from our bodies what you share: “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.”
Also you offer us another level of responsibility on the importance of taking care of our bodies, like Serge always presented.

    1. I agree with you, Monika R, this blog is absolutely groundbreaking. As AM has presented, “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” This certainly poses a huge level of responsibility on us to truly nurture our bodies that come from the divine.

      1. I used to think that for divinity the body didn’t matter. Who would have thought that taking care of our body is the gateway to heaven?

  354. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it’. Wowee, AM, this is simply beautiful, profound and yet so simply expressed. A lovely blog!

  355. After reading your blog and realising that we are all made of particles from the same source, I have a deeper appreciation of how our thoughts and actions can have a ripple affect on others across the planet. Thanks AM

  356. I can relate to having accepted control, aggression and manipulation towards me. Only last week I’ve actually been honest enough to admit that I completely check out when somebody’s angry with me. I just don’t want to know. My strategy is to completely numb myself and act like I am under control… I am in control, but not from the opposite of a loving perspective. What’s underneath feels very very fragile. But, for the first time as far as I can remember, I actually let go of the identification. I do sense that I am not the escape, the anger, etc. It will unfold from tenderness and surrendering and not from drive (as I’ve bought into for a long long time).

  357. Gosh, feeling into the fact that ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’, makes me feel very honouring of these particles, at a totally different level of self care. Thank you AM.

    1. Yes — and the reminder that it is actually shirking a huge responsibility to not self-care, because without this as our foundation we will never truly get to know and feel that we are a Son of God.

      1. I agree Katerina. Self love and self care are the foundation in order for the particles to be able to constellate in an order which expresses us as the Son of God.

  358. Such a beautiful inspiring blog AM. To know that we are all made up of the particles of this beautiful universe and that every each one of us is important. This calls for greater responsibility as all that we do and say for ourselves affects every one else on this planet.

    1. sueq2012 absolutely its a level of responsibility that very few speak about today yet effects every single one of us. Thank goodness for Universal Medicines presentations helping confirming something we all know and feel inside.

  359. Once we realise how truly precious we are, we can take responsibility, step into our power and appreciate that we are indeed equally of God.

    1. YES Jenny. This powerful blog serves an an amazing confirmation of this and the fact that to consider ourselves as any less, to allow thoughts in that diminish us, is playing teeny, teeny small in a universe that needs us to be the magnificence that we actually are. We’ve all got a part to play in God’s plan and He is waiting for every single one of us to sit alongside him, in equallness and grace.

      1. I love what you have said Katerina. Claiming back and respecting our bodies and allowing the love that we are to flow freely is empowering indeed and we realise that we can no longer play small and insignificant. ‘We’ve all got a part to play in God’s plan and He is waiting for every single one of us to sit alongside him, in equallness and grace.’ I say ‘yes’ to that.

      2. Agree Lyndy Summerhaze. The deep care and love of our bodies for the universal particles that they hold, is the deep care and love of God, and so all of us.

      3. Katerina what your comment has highlighted for me is how incredibly hard we have to work to not know that we are made up of the particles of God! And how constantly do we all have to apply that force? Consider for a moment that our bodies are actually God right now, so what is it that WE ARE DOING to prevent ourselves from knowing this fact? It’s no wonder we’re all exhausted, it’s a full time job to not only not know but to not have a clue as to who we really are !

    2. ahh, thank you for the reminder Jenny James that it all begins with accepting how truly precious we are 🙂

    3. Well said Jenny. It is when we are not accepting of ourselves that we allow abuse. When we accept how truly amazing and divine we all are, there is no way we allow abuse of any kind.

  360. Oh my golly-blimey-goodnees-gracious-gosh. That is a holy-smoker of a blog AM. But what is so amazing about it is that; on the one hand it is totally cosmic, yet on the other hand it is magnificently simple and accessible – just like THE TRUTH. I will never forget this blog.

    1. I’m with you Ottobathurst – I can’t stop thinking about it. This blog is a show stopping, game changing experience. Hats off and much gratitude to AM.

    2. So true ottobathurst, the language of the soul is divinely simple and resounds within us all.

    3. I’m laughing ottobathhurst, as you took the words out of my mouth, cor blimey!!! Yes I got stopped in my tracks by the “cosmic’ universal part of it then the practical simplicity and accessibility. Thank you AM, I will never forget this blog either. A celebration, fireworks, the lot, are going on within me as I feel the fact of my particles.

    4. Otto, I am laughing, a lot, at your gorgeous opening line ; ) because it is so innocently funny but so pertinent in its expression to AM’s magnificent blog. It is exactly as you say, utterly cosmic but equally utterly profound in its simplicity. To understand that we are ‘custodians of particles’ and that these particles will one day be part of another persons make up, takes the responsibility we have to live a life of truth to a whole different level.
Such divine wisdom being shared here. Thankyou.

      1. Yes. It does bring responsibility. BUT why I adore this blog is that it translates the responsibility. I have often erroneously held responsibility as some kind of imposed dogma – and like all rules, they can be broken, forgotten or over-ridden. Whereas this blog lays it so perfectly out as Scientific FACT. Thus making it, in my logic-loving body, impossible to ignore. And because it is fact, I feel no pressure in aligning to it. The truth is easy.

    5. Love your expression Otto – it says it all for all and I too will never forget this blog.

    6. This simple truth that we share particles and are divine is one thing (and on its own, completely magnificent); to then connect this understanding to the notion of responsibility is a truly wonderful expansion.

    7. I absolutely agree with your initial exclamation ottobathurst, absolutely love it, and had a little chuckle. This amazing blog had that effect on me too. I am printing it off for daily reading, it is so awesome, yes, “totally cosmic, yet on the other hand it is magnificently simple and accessible”, but for me it also brings up the huge responsibility I have to love and nurture this body that is made from divine particles.

  361. What an incredible piece of writing AM. The truth you share here is so profound yet simple and easy to grasp. I had never considered myself as a ‘custodian of particles’ before and yet every cell of my body resonates with the fact this is the truth, Thank you.

  362. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” How magnificently expressed AM. Our particles will be in many bodies, so what an opportunity to offer humanity, our brothers and sisters, our future selves, the healthiest most vibrant particles, and to evolve humanity forward by being aware, now, what our particles are being fed.

    1. These lines sure are magnificent Rosemary, MA has raised questions within the answers of that sentence. I am left wanting to know more- what are particles? How do they move? Is this blog perhaps referring to the particles that make us up chemically as well as particles we are yet to be able to measure? Do particles have consciousness? Whatever the answers are, of greatest significance is shared in this blog- particles connect us all and move between us all, have traveled through the ages and make all and everything a part of divinity.

  363. It certainly does take the personal out of it AM when we dare to realise that our particles are shared and that we’re all from the one same source. Therefore if we fight another we’re attacking ourselves. Hard to take in, but true.

  364. Holey cow AM. Beautiful delivery- the whole thing. Talk about a bigger picture. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” There is so much within these few line that open me up to feeling something so so much more then my body just doing what it’s doing. No longer renting it out for others, as we are a part of God.

    1. So true Emily – this is really big picture awareness. The grandness of who we are and where we come from cannot be denied.

  365. Thank you AM this is just gorgeous. I agree the Benhayons have a way with ‘throwaway’ lines – that give you the everything, I agree, ever so simply! However in truth nothing is ever “thrown away”, hence the falseness in this dictionary definition. Thank you for sharing the responsibility of particles and energy before ‘matter’… What a new perspective !

  366. So beautifully spot on. I can relate to your choices of never choosing to abuse others but have abused myself for decades and was under the illusion that it was all harmless. Now knowing that every thought, action and word may heal or harm the universe places an enormous amount of responsibility on how I would like to make choices in my life. Your blog was a great reminder that I belong to a bigger picture and plan and that I am divine and equal to all and God. Amazing, thank you.

  367. AM, this is a stupendous article of the ‘gathering back of the particles’ to realign to divinity. The body is not only our vital vehicle for being able to live this life, it is also the vital key to bringing us back to the Soul that we are. Any kind of abuse whether from others or from self gravely hinders our health and wellbeing as well as our return to where we came from. The body is not ours to maltreat. We are as AM says ‘custodians’ who must tenderly care for and nurture these precious vehicles of ours.

  368. What a beautiful blog AM. I love how our bodies are made of divine particles from the Universe since the beginning of time and how we actually exchange particles. And I really love how you present that you are the ‘custodian of these particles and the space they occupy in the Universe’. This give a whole wider perspective on what we are dealing with here. Are our bodies ‘ours’ to wilfully trash with toxic food and thoughts, to push to extreme limits, to neglect or despise? No they are made of divinity and therefore are worthy of great love and care. It does make life ‘far less personal and far more lovely’!

  369. Like others I love what you are feeling and have expressed here, especially ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’ This is something for me to be with, gosh what if we all felt like this how amazing would that be? It would take Earth and humanity to a whole new level.

  370. As I read this awesome blog this time around I felt the expansion in my body knowing that my particle do not belong to me, they belong to God and to the Divine Plan — what I have is the responsibility of looking after them on this physical plane of life in order for God’s work to be done. It makes everything so simple and as you say far less personal. We cannot indulge in drama and misery when we know we are part of something so monumental and grand.

  371. What a great simple way AM to look at the ‘big picture’ and take a larger dose of that medicine called ‘Responsibility”.
Each of us has a responsibility how we choose to take care of our body and this blog is speaking volumes if we are ready and open.
Your simplicity makes this post very clear and accessible and thank you deeply as I appreciate reading this type of inspiring expression that gives us so much more.
My particles feel expanded so I KNOW this blog holds Truth.

  372. I love how you expand our awareness for us AM. So often we are not aware of our bodies at all or the impact of the harming behaviours we indulge in has upon them, until they really hurt, and then we can become totally obsessed by the hurts and very inward looking. What you have given us is a freedom to take that exquisite and delicate responsibility by feeling under and through the dense matter of our bodies to the energy that links us all and unites us as one body in the body of God. How we express and move through space then naturally gives us an ability to recognise how we can respond to anything or anybody without losing ourselves and giving ourselves away.

  373. “I would never knowingly abuse another person, or allow another to be abused, but I have willingly accepted abuse from others, and have certainly abused myself.” Isn’t it crazy that we do this. This is the case for me too. I am slowly coming to feel the deeper levels of abuse that I have allowed in the past, and I am also honouring the body I am in more and more. The deeper honouring is allowing the deeper awareness of the past abuse. It feels vile and it feels awful that I would have allowed this, but there is a celebration at the same time because I am choosing not to allow this anymore.

  374. I will be visiting this blog again and again. What you express is Gold. When I read it and allow what is being expressed, I can feel myself expand, as my particles expand, and I feel my body and my whole being say ‘ahhhh thank you’.

  375. I love it AM what a great way to consider our bodies. To know that we are an equal part of the Universe and so should therefore take care of them brings self-care to a whole new level. It also takes away any notion of differences between people as we are all made up of the same particles.

  376. Changing how I respond to my body has changed my whole life “My body is not just a vessel for myself or others to use as they will and discard when they are done.” When I used to be in my head all the time, my body would literally be dragged around with it, it was almost of no consequence, it was functional. Learning to appreciate my body and what it communicates has altered my life deeply, and it is leaving space for my body to flourish and a reconnection with my true divinity.

  377. Wow what an amazing and true statement, “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” This is huge! I can feel my resistance to feel and accept what you write, as it means I will have to take greater responsibility for every single choice, every single thought and every single action. It means what I choose affects everyone and everything else.

  378. Wow…what a blog AM….as you clearly pointed out…….”our bodies are made of particles of the Universe”. This is a great reminder for me, of the responsibility we all have, with our bodies the space in the universe…..we are a part of a much bigger picture.

  379. I really loved your blog AM, knowing and feeling the abuse your spoke of, having been and done that with myself, being everything to everybody. I love how you aligned our bodies to that of the Universe, that “our bodies are particles in the Universe” and we come from that, we are that, truly beautiful.

  380. I love this AM – taking life to a whole new scale! I do wonder what might happen if we started seeing ourselves as not just flesh and bones, but part of the universe. And that every choice we make, every move we make, has an effect on everything… I’ve never thought of things like this, ‘What type of drink will I let flow through its vessels and into its every cell?’, but I’ll definitely give it a go!!

  381. Reading this blog has instantly exposed my own beliefs about my body. It’s so beautiful to read –

‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.

I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’

I feel these and this blog offer so much to ponder on to truly appreciate what is offered.

  382. I love how you said ‘These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.’ To me this just brings me back to how we are all one and the same

    1. Absolutely Anna, so well said. All differences fall away when we know what our true purpose is on this earthy place. We are each one part of an amazing whole.

    2. I loved that line too Anna. So simply put yet so mind bogglingly amazing to ponder and truly feel. The feeling of the responsibility to be a one unified truth was really sparked by this blog.

  383. When you put it like that AM I feel totally in awe of this body that I live in. How I treat it and live in it determines how the life that I live will be experienced.

  384. Thank you AM, reading your blog highlights the disrespectful way we allow our bodies to be used by everyone for whatever and makes the everyday events seem trivial, whilst at the same time there is a grander picture we are forgetting. Thank you for the reminder.

  385. Each one of us a piece of the whole and each an equally important piece of the whole…our particles will keep spinning around and around until we absolutely realise the depth and truth of this – definitely a game changer!

  386. I have always prided myself on looking after anything that is loaned to me really well but thank you AM for shattering this illusion and waking me up to the level of irresponsibility I have allowed when it comes to looking after my body and the particles that I am currently custodian of.

    1. It really is amazing how we value others more than ourselves and yet the illusion is we can’t value others like we tend to think if in truth we aren’t valuing ourselves first.

  387. I love this and cannot but be inspired by ‘I am the custodians of these particles and the space they occupy in the universe…’ A beautiful sharing that takes appreciating what and who we are and living that responsibly, to a whole new level. Gorgeous.

  388. One line that stands out for me is “It makes life far less personal, and far more lovely and grand.” It is less personal because when we connect to what you are sharing AM we are invited to feel the enormity of the universe but to also feel our intimacy with infinity. The intimacy is there because as you say our particles are not separate but belong to the whole. It is very hard to make life all about self when in touch with this magnificence.

    1. So true michelle819. It is really interesting that we often go down the path of giving our bodies over to others in the name of service in the false belief that self sacrifice actually helps others. It is so clear that this is not the case. True love and true responsibility considers the ‘all’ not simply the whims of another.

  389. Your beautiful blog AM allows me to see that we are all interconnected and all a part of the universe and something much grander. To feel ourselves as made from the particles of the universe takes away the need to be individual or self-seeking as there is nothing that will surpass the feeling of being at one with all that God has co-created.

    1. This is what may take humanity a long time to realise. That self-seeking doesn’t remotely come close to the glorious feeling of being connect to the all and God.

      1. So true, and how beautiful Tracy, as we take a moment to appreciate all that we are being offered in that connection and how consistently we are being offered the all when we allow ourselves a moment of connection and feel the magic of God that is there for us all.

  390. ‘Am I truly appreciating what I have been given here?’ It is worth repeating this question. I have been (and still am not free of it) abusing my body my whole life and do I truly allow myself to feel this fact? Do I truly allow myself to feel what you present here and what Serge Benhayon is presenting a long long time?It is something worth exposing and polderen to deeply feel how I have lived, the choices I have made and to accept and appreciate the fact that ‘these particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.’

  391. Very POWERFUL and important article here as it brings about much simplicity on how to be in this world and how to work on not getting caught in any ideals and beliefs that we are here to be a mother, father, wife, husband, sister, brother, work college etc… etc.. the list goes on instead we are here to be the Son of God we naturally are and so the relationships we have are based on this foundation first and foremost.

  392. AM I deeply appreciate reading your post this morning as it brings a whole different level of understanding about “My Body” and a great reminder that whilst I call it mine it is made of particles of the all and these particles have made up many bodies before. There is certainly a deeper sense of humbleness when we consider the responsibility we have on the space our body takes up in the universe and therefore the quality of it.

  393. This is so beautiful AM, ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’ I had never considered my body as being made up of these particles before, I can feel how i have taken it for granted and not considered the grandness that it is from, it makes sense to me now how our bodies are so wise, thank you.

  394. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” I love this, it is gorgeous. As you say, AM, knowing this makes life no longer personal.

  395. Well claimed AM – we can go our whole lives thinking ‘this is it – we’re just a body’ – or we can accept that we are so much more, connected to the universe, responsible for every move, every action, every thought. And with that is an ageless connection to cells and the universe and expansion. I love how you have delivered this with an authority of knowing who you truly are.

  396. Thank you for this beautiful reminder that we are much more than we may want to admit. You have nailed me in this little article as I have conducted myself in much the same way as you have explained, I am with AM, its time for change, I am in!!

  397. What a straight shooting blog, really laying it on the line of how it is and the responsibility we have as we are part of the whole and it’s not only what we do to others we do to ourselves, but what we do to ourselves we also do to others.

  398. How wise to consider the futile acts of war, abuse, rape, corruption, etc etc, in light of the fact that our bodies and everything that surrounds us are made of particles that have already been a part of space and time, and how we have, for this relatively brief moment, an opportunity to live with flesh and bone. And what do we do with this grand opportunity? We fight. We fight each other, we fight ourselves, we fight the universal order that we are a part of. When every particle knows the love that we are from, and yet allows this constant struggle to carry on – or does it? Is this a part of why we have illness and disease rates through the roof in ever expanding conditions and in more places around the world than ever before? Perhaps, is it time to start to consider that surrendering to our past, the history that our particles have, to where they come from is part of our healing process and is what supports us to re-awaken the light within?

    1. Very well said Shami, what do we do with our particles that are from God….we fight, delay do everything possible to make sure we are not from this stupendous glory that awaits us all.

  399. With the inspiration of this article my particles are dancing to the rhythm of the Universe. This brings a greater awareness of my responsibility for how I treat myself, all those around me, humanity, the planet and fellow particles of the Universe.

  400. ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’ This was Absoulute Gold, and my whole body tingled and expanded when I felt those words! Love it!!

  401. Thank you AM, as many others commented your line: “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” just opened my eyes to a deeper feeling of responsibility for every thing I do.

  402. This very beautiful and inspiring, caring for ourselves from the understanding that our bodies are a divine part of the universe, of god. It brings a whole new dimension to self care.

  403. When i read your blog AM, it was as if the particles within my body aligned to the order and majesty of the constellation of stars you see up in the night time skies… it brought the wonderment of order and an absolute knowing that there is more to being human. Living with self care and self love are key in feeling at one with the universe.

  404. AM thanks for sharing and what you say -“These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.” is huge but at the same time so simple and straight forward. There is nothing for us to do but be who we are designed to be. So as you say every choice we make is either going to align and support this Love Bomb that we are or not.

  405. It does indeed make a huge difference when we look at our bodies like that. It not only lets us see the enormous responsibility we have but how natural it is to live in this responsibility.

  406. Wow, what a beautiful blog. I love the absolute responsibility you claim we have for our bodies: “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.”
We are true vessels of God and this is were we belong to, to make this body individual and not respect its origin and its purpose is utterly irresponsible. Very inspiring AM!!

    1. I agree Rachel it brings a deeper level of responsibility to the way we live and treat our bodies rather than simply seeing them purely as our own. I love how ‘we are custodians’ and so relinquish any sort of ownership we ‘think’ we have over our bodies.

      1. Yes James, seeing ourselves as “custodians” breaks through so many ideals especially the irresponsibility of the belief that our bodies are ours to do what we like with.

      2. Being a custodian of our body changes everything. If this were felt and truly lived by us all, it wouldn’t be possible to have a body that was obese or anorexic, tattooed or pierced, used purely for sexual pleasure, or extreme sports, etc. It really does change everything and brings home the level of responsibility we each have in how we treat ourselves and others.

      3. Reading your list of some of the many ways we treat and abuse our bodies makes me see quite how much we take them for granted. The fact that our bodies can put up with so much is a miracle itself and shows the love we are held in. We are not punished for disrespecting for our bodies rather given many constant reminders and nudges to be more loving with ourselves. Yes there does come a day when our body has to say enough is enough but this is after it has given us many signs along the way.

      4. Great point James about not being punished for how we treat our body, but given many, many constant messages that we’re not treating ourselves with the love and care we deserve. Unfortunately, many people see illness as some kind of punishment from God, or feel like victims to the illness rather than seeing it as an opportunity to stop our ill ways.

      5. It is sad Sandra how most people do not see illness and disease as an opportunity to stop and assess they have been living up to that point. So many people will get a major illness, spend awhile recovering only to go back to living the same way which got them ill in the 1st place. We really are not as intelligent a species as we think we are!

      6. I agree James. Illness is often seen as an inconvenience, something to endure until we are back on our feet again and able to do exactly what we did before the illness or accident. But that is missing the point. It is a missed opportunity to change an ill way of living to make it more loving and harmonious.

  407. I truly enjoy the way you make us look to our bodies AM. That they are particles belonging to the universe and that while occupying this space in this life we are the custodians of these. That awareness brings a complete new level of responsibility to me of how to treat and go about with my body. When I abuse my body, this will be influencing the universe and be an imprint for another future body to also allow abuse.

    1. You’ve said it so perfectly Nico. By abusing these particles we allow others to abuse these particles too- saying “it’s okay”. Thank you for highlighting what AM said about being custodians of these particles, it brings such a bigger picture. It’s no longer about us singularly, but about everyone. Especially as we share particles.

      1. And to add to this Emily, when we treat the particles with love and care this imprint will also be shared with the universe and available for other bodies to build on. The impact of and the importance of self care and self-love has come on a complete new level to me by the understanding that we are all connected through our particles as well.

      2. Totally Nico. The level of responsibility is absolute as it encompasses everything and everyone. And once love is felt, why would we go anywhere else?

    1. ‘Treat your body the same way as God would treat his’ A blog in a sentence Joe, it made this body of God tingle.

    2. I love that line, Joe: Treat your body the exact same way as God would treat his- I feel that’s something mums and teachers could quite easily share with children – I’ll try it tomorrow!

  408. Wow AM, that gives a completely different perspective to what it means to be in the body. I suppose then star gazing and navel gazing are actually the one and the same thing.

    1. So true Adam, we are walking pieces of the universe just like the stars, love that broader perspective AM have given with this to feel how much we’re part of the whole and what that entails, that we have our own piece of the universe to attend to – beautiful.

  409. Your opening paragraph is so true. We in effect rent our body out to people and situations. When I take a step back and look at the places and situations my body has been in, I can cringe. I’ve allowed so much abuse to occur to it because of this. The awareness that comes with conscious presence has turned the tables on allowing abuse to continue with a continual refinement of what constitutes abuse.

    1. I agree Matthew, I can cringe looking back at what I’ve rented my body out for in situations. Forgetting we are sons of God can have detrimental affects on how we use our body.

  410. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.”

This is quite profound AM – not only are we from the stars we are the stars and all that is in the Universes. We are timeless and deeply connected. We are one.

  411. This is superb AM. Your question “Am I truly appreciating what I have been given here?” is something that I too have been asking myself of late. The fact that we have been given life is something to appreciate as we have a huge opportunity to be all that we are in this life as well the blessings we receive in every moment…if we choose to see them.

  412. This blog really makes you stop and consider the true purpose of the body and how often we treat if with disregard because we do not hold it in the same light that you are sharing. Makes sense if we were to truly know that we are God, would we be making different choices with the type of food we eat, what we drink, the thoughts we allow etc? We would feel the responsibility we have to all. Serge Benhayon has been presenting this to us for years; sometimes I reckon we are very slow learners!!!!

  413. My body is made of particles of the Universe – this means that what is at play on universal level, is equally happening within my body, in every single cell of my body. It makes perfect sense why our life can be a struggle when we don’t honour our body and its intelligence, we are not just disregarding some lump of flesh, there’s something far bigger than what we can see with our physical eyes that we are saying ‘No’ to.

  414. Through reading this blog AM and all the comments that have followed on I felt the deeper level of appreciation for us to hold for our bodies and the simplicity of the purpose they carry. From our bodies we reflect from every angle the quality in which we live and are connected to and this is amazingly healing for everyone else who walks on this earth.. this is not only a grand responsibility to behold, it is a beautiful and precious awareness to have that brings more of Heaven to co-collaborate with what we know to be physical life on earth.

  415. The truth is that true truth is simple and a matter of fact which is why I enjoyed your expression here being also that .. simple, graceful, natural and true.

  416. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter” – This is pure science. And it really exposes the waywardness and arrogance observed in the way we live in our body doesn’t really belong here. Thank you, AM. A beautiful offering.

  417. ‘Knowing this changes everything, It makes life far less personal and far more lovely and grand. It makes it easier to see the big picture and the part that I play in it. It makes me stop and think before I do anything that may harm – me or anyone or anything else.’
It is expanding and brings much joy. Great blog AM, simply expressed.

  418. Spectacularly written and claimed in a way that is able to deliver the truth realised deeply within your particles. Loving this expansion AM.

  419. AM, your blog brings me back to the simplicity and truth of honouring and being the guardian of the most precious space there is; the body. We are all the particles of God, often, mistakenly, lost in the illusion of our own creation.

  420. Wow this was beautiful to read AM, what you share here is asking for a deeper responsibility with every choice we make as we are from God. This part is worth sharing again for the wisdom it contains – ‘When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God. Not in a mad or grandiose way, but as a matter of fact. These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.’

  421. AM, this blog wow, you reminded me why my body and it’s care is important but in a way that is so much more than this body – “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” Yes I am, and I hold a piece of God, I am a piece of God and that is just divine – you’ve changed forever how I now see my body and self care. Thank you both to you and Michael Benhayon.

    1. When we do begin to care for our bodies in a way that our body guides the way we begin to become more aware of the fact that we are more than simply a body. I love what you said Monica “I am and I hold a piece of God, I am a piece of God” We are a body of love because we come from love. Divine indeed.

  422. This is an amazing blog to go deeper into, and would abuse even be a possibility in this world if this science is felt in our bodies? And why are we not feeling this amazing science? And when we do feel it, why do we still choose to disregard and/or dismiss it? So much to ponder, and why are these questions not what we discuss and express every day at school, with friends, at family tables?

  423. Living in rhythm with the particles of the Universe is really cool, just imagine how much more space is freed up when we do not have the added stress of having to make decisions such as what to eat and what not to eat etc., because these are actually all impulsed to us, and when we still feel stressed about these choices, it is a signal that we have lost the alignment to the particles in the Universe, and we just have to ask ourselves why and how it happened and to get back on track. We have the free-will to choose anything, but only one choice brings simplicity.

  424. A really ground-breaking way of considering our purpose and our responsibility through the science of particles. The word ‘custodian’ did it for me – that sense of curating and tending to something that’s ours for the duration is needed but not ours alone and therefore requiring of us a level of tenderness, grace and duty of care in how we treat what we’re essentially using on loan. Your article gives a strong sense of how everything is connected and part of a way bigger whole than we usually consider ourselves to be associated with.

  425. When I feel God, all I know is there is absolute Love holding me in equality. God is not out there or up above, God is not separate from me. It is absolute truth that God is in the particles that make up us, our particles are from God and they are God. We have God in us, it is in ever single one of us, we are made up of God, we are God. The core issue of comparison and jealousy just got thrown into the garbage bin.

  426. This blog brings life back to a true persepctive in a very practical way, thank you AM. It makes so much more sense when we see the big picture, that we are particles from the Universe and this physical body is not a personal ownership like we have thought it to be. How would it then affect the whole of the Universe, i.e. every single human being and all the particles in their chosen form, with every choice we make? This is not a trick question or an impossible challenge, because when we live from the truth of what this blog has shared, we are impulsed by the pull of the Universe in making corrections and changes that allow us to live harmoniously as One, we are given these rhythms even though we do not have the knowledge, because our particles know and are in constant communication.

  427. This article puts a totally different perspective on the food we eat. Never before have I considered that I have responsibility for anyone other than myself and the impact it will have on my body when I eat or consume something. What you have written has really struck a cord with me, thank you AM.

  428. This sentence took my breathe away – ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’

    1. Sally I agree with you about the impact of that line, it’s actually enough to make me weep, ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’

    2. Sally I felt the same, especially when I considered the particles that make us all up have been around since the beginning of time. It is such a grand thing to consider. I’m still taking it in. It certainly makes me step back and see the much much bigger picture.

  429. Wow AM, reading your blog makes me really stop and feel how intricately I am connected with everyone, everything and the whole of the Universe. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” This adds a whole different level of appreciating the responsibility I have for all my choices.

  430. Now that puts a whole new perspective on responsibility, in fact it puts it entirely IN TO perspective, thank you AM this a rocket launcher!

    1. Love your comment Giselle, it is a ‘rocket launcher’ of an article, because AM asks us to start afresh, to look and take responsibility for our particles, which are literally handed down from generation to generation. If someone else is going to get my particles, then I would like them to have some really gorgeous, well cared for particles, not ones that have been through the wringer! (Which they would have done a few years ago had it not been for the supreme fortune of meeting Universal Medicine and embarking on a life changing journey of healing and evolution supported by all the Benhayon family plus.) What I love about AM’s article is that it opens up our relationship with everyone, every thing and the entire Universe. I am no longer a lone body but part of a perpetual dance of particles that form the whole world and the Universe at the same time. A new scientific perspective that brings deeper awareness and a great deal more appreciation, love it.

  431. Feeling ourselves as part of the Universe is so important, and does bring much grander perspective to our lives as you have said. Our particles are constantly moving on and out and becoming part of our environment, which extends out and becomes the Universe that we are a part of. This has no limit, which is in contrast to the way we can perceive life at times. Our particles can become part of the person next to us or the car someone may drive for 20 years. Knowing we share these particles, we can feel there is no separation of us from another, or any space in the Universe. There is much more to life than this planet that we live on – the microcosm within the macrocosm.

  432. Michael Benhayon is indeed ‘the master of the throw away line that takes you into a deep process of healing and greater awareness.’ I have not had many sessions with Michael but when I have there has been the most enormous expansion of awareness for which I am utterly grateful.

  433. This blog is amazing. Is showing how every thing we do from moving, eating and what thoughts we let in have an affect on the body. It’s all about being aware of our every moment as our body is the vessel for God to express through.

  434. I love what you’ve shared AM with such simplicity it is exquisite, and I particularly love your reference to the body as belonging to the Universe… ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter’. This is so true, as anyone familiar with the studies of physics knows… but the step you’ve taken to accept ‘custodianship’ of these particles and the quality with which you take care of them is very beautiful. What a contrast from the more common attitude that life it to ‘live hard and party hard’ with the unspoken attitude that accompanies of complete disregard for how we live and any responsibility to others, let alone to the Universe. This is a huge topic… amazing what you’ve captured actually in just a few short paragraphs thank you!

  435. AM – thank you for your beautiful article, presenting a view of the role of we, as the custodian of the particles that are our body while here. Each time I read your blog, and it was a few straight up – I could feel the wealth of awareness being embraced and known within and my body feels different as a result. Your words have had an impact on how I view this body and the responsibilitly I have to caring for it. Somehow I feel there is the science of love held in your words.

  436. AM this is brilliant, it brings tingles to my body as your words express the truth of who we are, not an individual but a part of something bigger more universal, a oneness and a grandness. Truly expansive writing and your words on Michael Benhayon a true master, who brings great truth in the most simple, tangible and powerful ways.

  437. It is a very common theme especially for women to ‘be there’ for everyone else at the expense of themselves and their bodies…and the increasing rates of breast cancer expose this fact of women nurturing others and not nurturing themselves.
This is where the Way of the Livingness (as presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine) brings about true change through the responsibility to truly self care, self nurture and respect our bodies and ourselves.

  438. Wow AM, this is powerful. In the claiming you have just expressed you’ve unleashed whatever was blocking me just before I came across your post to connecting to the truth of what you have shard here. Life becomes far less personal, far less indulgent on the woes and challenges presented when we know we are the custodian of the particles that make up ur body. That we are a vehicle with a very clear and specific purpose, and that is to bring God’s work to all that we do. There’s no argument to that. it’s super clear and claimed. Thank you AM.

  439. “My body is made from particles of the universe” “These particles came from the stars”. Yes! we all share the same particles everywhere we go and there is no escaping the fact and isn’t that a wondrous, beautiful and a joyful responsibility we have with everything and everyone. We truly are all one.

  440. Thank you AM, for delivering the absolute truth of the Divinity we are in essence, are a part of and from. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ – with this I instantly ignite, as I can feel a deepening of awareness of my Souls all-knowing quality, that will of God pulses through me and all that I choose, when I align to this Divine oneness. We are an essential part of bigger picture, a Divine order that we harmoniously hum with when we are in oneness with His rhythm.

  441. This truth is like music to my ears. Such joy in feeling the enormity and grandness we are from and therefore the immense responsibility we have in being an integral and equal part of it ~ ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter’ Thank you AM

  442. Love it AM, you have brought a whole different awareness and appreciation of our bodies and breathed new life into how we regard and care for ourselves. It certainly changes my entire concept of my body, an living organism that until recently I had largely regarded as an item that I could do what I liked with, but thanks to Universal Medicine, now fully appreciate my body’s living wisdom that deserves all my care and attention. To regard ourselves as a collection of particles that belong to God, that are re-cycled time and again and glow with life is quite mind boggling (which is a good thing!). We are not owner/occupiers, we are guests in a body that belongs to the Divine and have a duty of care that is way beyond our present understanding but true none the less. Michael Benhayon always surprises me with every session I am fortunate enough to have with him, because so much is conveyed with so little words, a true hall mark of the Universal Medicine team, simply profound.

  443. This is a beautifully confirming statement of who and what we truly are. Our bodies are stardust, made of the particles that existed at the start of existence itself, which enhouses a consciousness capable of expressing perfect divinity through this temporary gathering of star-stuff.

  444. Absolutely beautiful AM. I can attest to this too ~ ‘ Michael Benhayon – Master of delivering the ‘throwaway’ line that takes you into a deep process of healing and greater awareness’

    1. I totally agree with Michael’s amazing ability to casually say a line that actually changes the course of your life. He slipped one such line into a healing session that I had with him and I came out feeling like I had been hit by a truck, it turned out that the truck was carrying a load of love, which I am eternally grateful for.

      1. A truck of Love…this is beautiful Alexis. Indeed, Michael is a remarkable man and I have so much love and respect for him.

  445. I love your tribute to Michael Benhayon in the tag line. He truly is the master of those deeply transformative ways of speaking and offering things to consider. A testament to the wisdom of the universe that flow through us when we LIVE as the particles of the Universe – the particles of God – we truly are.

    1. Absolutely simplesimon888. Through Michaels deep brotherly connection he is able to say so much in such a few words. When you have a session with Michael not only do you receive the many healing benefits of chakra-puncture, you experience true philosophy for free.

  446. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” Wow AM, this changes the way I view myself and the way I treat my body. If I am the custodian of the parts of my body then I feel more responsibility towards myself and the way I care for myself. These particles that I am the custodian of do not belong to me and I feel the responsibility of taking care of them. If I own my body it feels easier to misuse and abuse it the way I have as that is what I can get away with. Seeing myself as the carer and custodian of this body changes everything. Thank you AM and thank you Michael Benhayon.

    1. There is such power in the word custodian. I understand it as being handed something very precious to care for. I can see myself being deeply reverent towards that thing, knowing it is not mine.
So I have a question. Why is it that it is easy for me to imagine being reverent with an object that is not mine, yet I do not have that same care and attention to something that I think is mine?
Where does that attitude come from? That the “I” I think belongs to me deserve less reverence than that which belong to the Universe?

      1. It’s an interesting question Rachel, I feel it goes back to the ‘self’, us choosing to be separate, wanting to do our own thing, being seen as an individual, feeling like we have control over our lives …… and as a consequence of this delusion, we mistreat our selves in the misguided belief that it doesn’t really matter, or, even worse, we don’t even realise we’re doing it. When we are given something precious to look after, we know we’re giving it back, so we take great care to look after it, so we can give it back in the same condition we received it in. Knowing we are custodians of our particles, from God, brings a whole new level of responsibility.

  447. What a truly profound, refreshing and inspiring way to consider things.
Astounding to consider who we are and what we are made of – and to feel the ignorance and arrogance of denying that and abusing the particles of divinity that we are.

This is very moving and life changing.

    Thank you AM

    1. I agree simplesimon888, we are made of particles that came from the stars…says it all really…how we treat our bodies is how we treat the universe…

      1. ‘How we treat our bodies is how we treat the universe’. Considering the state of the world including the epidemic of lifestyle related illness and disease – it appears en masse we conveniently ignore this immutable truth in favour of choices that do not support us or the world/universe.

  448. ‘Knowing this, changes everything. It makes life far less personal, and far more lovely and grand. It makes it easier to see the big picture, and the part that I play in it. It makes me stop and think before I do anything that may harm – me or any one or any thing else.’
This stopped me too, AM, so much power in what you present here. Responsibility isn’t just a word to remember when it’s convenient, it’s something that has a place in every moment of every day. For, we know that everything we do and say and how we do it, the quality that we choose to bring, it all has an affect on everyone around us. We are leaving an energetic footprint which continues to ripple into the sea of energy surrounding us all. Allowing space for ‘responsibility’ to be a part of everything, will ensure our footprints are healing rather than harming.

  449. Thank you AM, what an absolutely beautiful and very inspiring article. You’ve lifted the lid on self and gracefully shown the magnitude of what we are a part of, literally. I love the way you point out that, as ‘the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ That’s not allowing the spirit any wiggle room ….. it’s not about being perfect, but it is about honouring what we are, these exquisitely gorgeous particles from the stars, from God.

  450. Wow AM, reading your blog, I could feel in my body that we are made up of God and this has reminded me of the responsibility that we have to live as the Sons of God by taking not just good care, but treating our body with the utmost respect and love.

  451. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe.’ This is an awesome line AM! Describing our make up of particles is such a great way to describe how we are all inter connected. It has really resonated me with me…the notion or rather, fact, that we are all part of a much bigger picture.

  452. A beautiful and powerful blog AM, I could feel every particle in my being aligning with the truth you have exposed. Your comment – ‘These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter’, has expanded what I know to be true. Thank you for the light you bring and the healing you have shared with this profound and expansive truth.

  453. As a child I loved looking at the stars and could feel a deep connection and resonance with them within, in fact I felt I came from the stars in some magical way I didn’t fully understand. Although I knew my body was made up of particles and space, I had never thought about them being from the stars until reading your blog this morning AM, and I loved reading that.

  454. “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe”- Wow AM, your blog has made me see my body in a much larger picture, and hence the greater role of responsibility to honour it on all levels.

  455. Wow AM; a most awesome wake up call for all of humanity in these words, amongst many others: “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it”. My personal responsibility to everything in this life has just expanded exponentially!

  456. The vast expanse of what you offer here in this blog AM is awesome. Even as I was reading I could feel the expansion within me as I recognised the truth of what you were saying. Thank you.

  457. Wow, AM, this is a very inspiring blog. I especially like “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” This certainly brings up the big word RESPONSIBILITY. Our bodies are therefore divine, God provided the particles, and we have a responsibility to really look after our bodies. They belong to God and are here for me to work with the divine in whatever is my role in this lifetime. This is mind-shattering. Thank you for introducing this subject.

  458. The responsibility you are reflecting here, which we have in and with our own bodies is immense and life changing. What a great reminder, that we are not only existing for ourselves.

  459. This short article contains amazing wisdom that I have never considered to this depth before. To know my particles are eternal and will one day make up another body is so profound, it really does put a whole new light on the word ‘responsibility’. Time to deeply nurture this being I am only a custodian of for a short time, and not only for love for myself but that of the entire universe and all it contains.

  460. Wow, what a wonderful blog. So inspiring. Really helps me see just how abusive and limiting it is to use my body as a dumping ground for myself and others. How disrespectful when I am custodian of great wisdom as encapsulated in each particle. To feel the truth that I am always part of the universe, an integral part of the universe no less, and that we all are equally so, supports me to put all my concerns into perspective so I don’t get so caught up in what distracts me from living my true glory. Certainly a work in progress but this blog certainly supports me with this. Thank you.

  461. What a glorious claiming you have made here AM. I could really feel the strength and confirmation you have made for yourself and us all, and the level of true responsibility we have for our bodies, you have brought to a whole other level, as we are custodians of these particles that come from God. Which are shared and communicating with all the other particles making up our Universe. Quantum physics has proven this already in many ways. It was inspirational for me to read this and a great reminder of just how Grand we are.

  462. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ Yes, I am That I am.

  463. Hello AM and you have given us a lot of responsibility here to consider, “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” This is simply true and all we can do is ignore this and go on living with our eyes wide shut or open our eyes fully and accept all we are. Thanks AM.

  464. This brings a whole new level of responsibility we each have in the Divine plan AM…down to the minute detail i.e. even our particles! It confirms ‘everything is energy’ and brings science to life – no longer is it some abstract thing outside of us – it is within us and all around us…and therefore we cannot escape energy.

  465. Actually a mind blowing approach, picturing that is fantastic, blowing everything that seems to be solid matter and fact into particles that travel multidimensional across the entire universe to enter and leave bodies constantly, communicating far beyond what the intellect can fathom.

    1. Travelling multidimensionally in space and in time, it is a great blog to deepen our understanding of the universe and our place in it. It opens all the windows and the doors of our minds. and expands it unlimitlessly.

  466. “I am the custodian of these particles …” These words speak volumes AM and take responsibility to a whole new level.

  467. A beautiful depiction of what it means to be universal, something that is the very nature of our particles but not so much in the awareness of the being that dwells inside the body until it chooses to be responsible like you describe.

    1. Yes Alex – of what it means to be a ‘Universal Man’. This blog brings a whole new meaning and understanding to this.

  468. Super profound AM! When we can recognise and accept that the infiniteness of the universe resides within our very particles it puts a whole new meaning on responsibility. Thank you so much for this beautiful blog.

  469. Wow AM, I wanted to jump into this blog and hug you! What you expressed here has been inside my body for a few weeks now and I absolutely concur with every word – we are all God! We are part of the holographic universe: what makes up my body at smaller than a cellular level, is representative of what makes up the whole of the universe! Our responsibility to care for the space our particles occupy is huge and as simple as you have described. The denseness that we create by choosing to pollute this space is turning our back on God. So much to ponder here. Thank you so much AM.

  470. Well AM, humanity has a long way to go to catch up with the science you have presented here. Your blog inspired me to wondering how it would be if we all knew this to be true and took responsibility for it and lived in deep honouring of ourselves and others as particles of God. I felt the most divine expansiveness in me and interconnectedness with all and myself as a star – a point of light in an ever changing constellation. I felt the truth of what you speak, I felt it coming from an Ageless place and in my body and all around me and I am changed .. thank you.

    1. I love your heartfelt sharing jeannettegold and agree that I am changed having read this inspirational blog. To truly feel how we are all part of the universe and the awesome purpose that comes with that is deeply joyful.

  471. I love the profound simplicity of this sharing AM. Very factual, practical yet grandly confirming of who we are. “These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you”.

  472. This line stood out for me “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe” and it highlights the responsibility I have to care for this body in a way that allows me to live all of me as I understand and appreciate my part in the bigger picture of life.

  473. So how arrogant have we become to disregard and abuse our bodies to offset the Godness inside of us. Your blog made me stop, realise and feel how I am aware of all that you’re writing but also don’t allow myself to feel and accept the Grandness of this. A part of me is hanging on to the individual part. Up until now I actually strongly identificated with this familiarity. My heart just loves it and surrenders to it naturally. There’s nevertheless a fight going on internally.

  474. It is easy to get caught up in everyday ‘human life’ but this blog confirms we are so much more than this and it is definitely worth remembering this truth, thank you for the simple way you have expressed yours, and everybodies else’s, grandness -“When I see myself in this way, I see myself as God. Not in a mad or grandiose way, but as a matter of fact. These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.”

    1. I agree with you jsnelgrove36, “this blog confirms we are so much more than” human life. When we really feel into this, we can feel the great responsibility we have to be truly looking after these bodies, yes, they come from God, and we are here to work towards God’s plan in whatever way presents itself. This is absolutely awesome to feel into.

  475. You illustrate AM how giving up and accepting abuse of our body is actually an abuse of everyone. How powerful then to reclaim your true worth and honour God and us, in you.

    1. Yes Joseph this is so true and such a brilliant illumination of the way we can choose to be in life. Yet we are so much more, part of something far greater and grander that actually confirms our true worth and every action, deed and expression effects the all. Now that is a true responsibility.

  476. Thank you AM for opening up this conversation which puts a completely different focus on the responsibility that we have for our bodies as particles of the universe. It could be said that this is the ultimate in responsibility for what we do to and with our body we do to all – be that love it or abuse it.

  477. “My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time” I love looking at the body in this way – the bigger picture. Why would we want to treat it in any other than in a completely loving way if we take on board what you have written. Thankyou AM.

    1. Yes, sueq2012. I love the timeless sense of this sentence too, it takes the identification out of one little life, my life, one little body and me and expands us out into the vastness of the universe and beyond all our daily doings.

    2. Yes it really brings everything out into the wider bigger picture and now and always and it so de-personalises everything. It connects us back to the bigness of who we are.

  478. “My body is made of particles of the Universe…” This is huge, and brings with it enormous responsibility for how we choose to live, so as to honour and respect these particles for which we are the ‘custodians’ of.

    1. I love this part you highlighted. So simple, true and inspiring. I am now more aware of how I will choose to be the ‘custodian’ of my body, knowing that every particle is part of the universe and therefore part of God. Every single one of us are made up of the same source of particles. Wow, how awesome is this?

  479. AM, I can feel the beauty, the expanse and the responsibility of what you have shared. There is so much more to us and our being than I have ever felt before and I can feel it in what you have shared.

  480. “These particles will one day make up another body, what quality do I then want to impart to all those other bodies?” This blog takes responsibility to a deeper level, Thank you AM.

  481. I can most certainly relate the amazing ability Michael Benhayon has for saying exactly what you need to hear ! And your blog so simply presents a whole new level of responsibility and way of thinking that is far greater than many currently consider. However the fact we are made of the universe and therefor are a part of it cannot be denied, nor can the effect we have. Thank you for sharing 🙂

    1. I agree, it really does take the notion of ‘self’ out of the equation as in truth it is always about everything all of the time.

  482. What a glorious way to see ourselves and our bodies as custodians of a grandness that is far beyond the ordinary of human life but far far greater that is worth equally the love, connection, care and support. We are after all worth being held in the love we put out to others are we not?

  483. Amazing blog AM – to honour the body in this way brings a completely different view – a sacredness of something to be taken care of, nurtured and enjoyed with Love. Thank you for sharing your particles!
“I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it”.

  484. I am slowly understanding what it means that everything counts, every footstep taken with conscious presence makes a difference.

    1. As am I nicolesjardin! It’s taking a while to appreciate that I am part of a bigger picture at play and that staying in my self made little world doesn’t contribute to the bigger plan as I’m actually separated from myself when I don’t acknowledge that I am connected to everything.

      1. It is truly amazing to consider that every person on earth is capable of living in connection, harmony.

  485. This is a great blog AM. Everything matters, absolutely everything, and it all comes down to the forever deepening levels of self care that support the light of the soul to live within a body of love.

  486. I got a big smile on my face after reading your blog. So I am God too, and so are you. So beautiful, so simple, so true.

  487. ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.’ What a beautiful, joyful responsibility this is, to ourselves and to others. I used to be scared of responsibility, and think that it was the last thing that I wanted to do, and also the last place where I would find who I truly was. Now I am learning that responsibility is about connection to myself and others – something I’ve always in fact wanted.

    1. Custodian is a beautiful word that expresses accurately and very differently to what we have been brought up to believe. Custodians are not owners, we don´t own this body to dump all sorts of rubbish into it, we are custodians, we look after it as best we can knowing it belongs to life and the Universe. It gives me a deeper sense of treasuring it and treating it delicately as it is part of the all, and I am only temporarily in it.

  488. The deeper we are prepared to look at ourselves, the clearer it will become that we have far more than one life and that we will be carrying certain elements and patterns from life to life. A good point to stop and value how far we have come and start to make choices that honour ourselves and the greater all.

  489. In this physical life it is really easy to forget where we come from so reading blogs like this helps me to check in with myself and question where I’m at.

    1. So true Annie in our day to day activities it can be easy to forget the grandness we come from, so it is great to have blogs like this that bring us back to the fact that we come from the stars and that we are so much more than this physical body we inhabit, and so much more than this life that we live here on earth. It felt so expansive and confirming to read this blog, thank you AM.

    2. I agree Annie, so practical and so all-encompassing of an enormous truth that we can easily forget in the commotion of what a day can bring. I melted reading this blog and my eyes still have tears to feel and remember that my body is here for work, grand work and what I am to do is to take responsibility for this body… and that is it. Drama and personalising issues fall away when we connect to the purpose of why we are here.

  490. These lines melt me: “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” …this is the gorgeous truth, responsibility has never looked so appealing. When we see the part we play in the Divine, we see the part the Divine plays in us. Thankyou AM.

    1. Hello Liane Mandalis and I agree. It is just so simply and beautifully written though. The responsibility is huge and there is so much just in these couple of lines but it just makes so much sense, simply that how can you ignore it. I love truth packaged like this, you can’t escape it, you can only close your eyes to it. A great blog and one that I hold dear, watch this space.

    2. Yes I melted too Liane and all the top and sides of my arms tingled and felt connected to the Universe. It was like I expanded when I read this. AM this is a powerful and strongly written article which leaves the reader and you in no doubt of how our body works in connection to the Universe. Thank you.

    3. That is exquisite Liane – “When we see the part we play in the Divine, we see the part the Divine plays in us.” And those lines from AM light me up too! Thank you both.

    4. I agree Liane, AM’s writing does make responsiblity for our body look and feel ever so appealing. The expansion one feels just reading the words written about our particles is palpable.

    5. Me too Liane, these lines show me how gorgeous responsibility is and how Divinity is with us right here and now, and we each have our part of the Divine. Such a beautiful blog and one to read over again.

  491. Your article touches me deeply AM, it made me stop and realize: oh my God, my body is made of particles of the Universe, that have been here for eons! what I do with it affects everything and everybody…the past and the future.
And totally agree that Michael Benhayon is a master in delivering the “throwaway” line that takes you into a deep process of healing and greater awareness. Perfectly said, what I have experienced also in the sessions with him.

    1. Michael Benhayon delivers pure wisdom connected to that responsibility AM is talking about. The same is possible for us, if we connect to the bigger picture and honour where we come from and what we are made of. Then we would deliver throwaway lines with no limits 🙂

  492. This is beautiful AM.
It does change everything when it is put this way as I can see beyond just me, I can see the grander plan. Thank you for sharing this.

    1. True Annie. When we realise that we are within and of the Universe, we cannot but live our Universality – the continual pulse within us and around us.

  493. AM yes we do have a responsibility to our bodies, to the Universe, to God and all things around us. I love how you have de-personalised it – I can feel layers coming off as I let go of the more centralised ways of thinking. It makes me realise we are but a small part (yet very grand in our being) of something just magnificent and all encompassing and that we are all the same. Thank you for sharing this with us.

  494. Our bodies are an impeccable radar for detecting anything remotely abusive if we train it to. When it comes to simple logic, our bodies maintain, to the best of its ability, a constant state of homeostasis. So it makes sense that if anything comes around to disturb this homeostasis i.e. abuse, that the body will be very able to detect abuse be it emotional or physical. This is a very simple explanation and the full contextual view isn’t described however if we give ourselves a chance to listen, the body will speak louder than any words ever will.

  495. When I first read the title of the blog my whole body said yes! This is whats needed. My body is mine, Gods and the Universe. Not to be given at any beck and call. It is here to support me to do the work that I’m here to do. Thank you AM for the reminder.

    1. I love this reminder, Natalie, “My body is mine, Gods and the Universe. Not to be given at any beck and call. It is here to support me to do the work that I’m here to do.” For me this brings up the responsibility I have to really look after my body, so it is able to do what I am meant to do.

  496. I know that I will be back to re read this one, what a gem. ” These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.” I love that. I wanted to copy the next sentence too, then I realised I wanted to comment on the whole lot! If I live knowing I am particles that have been before and will be again I can make choices with that grandness of responsibility. Not as a pressure but as an honour, to pay it forward to the next body these particles honour.

    1. Gorgeous the way you have expressed your replay Lucy and I agree, this blog is a gem. To realise we are part of the whole in every choice we make is a game changer and as you said, an honour to realise the grandness of responsibility.

    2. I agree Lucy, there isn’t one word in AM’s blog that isn’t full of truth and love and inspiration. Not one word unworthy of our full attention and pondering as the message from God that it is.

    3. I love your expression here too Lucy; so complementary to AM’s. I especially love your reference to ‘the next body these particles honour’. This takes my awareness to another level which is the only way to make sense of the otherwise conundrum of our existence.

    4. Hello Lucy Dahill and I totally agree and so I will add another gem part of the blog in reply to your comment, “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe. I am responsible for this space, and for what happens on it, around it, and within it.” I love the word “custodian” as it brings even more care and responsibility to what we are doing. This blog is ageless.

    5. Gorgeous Lucy, I cried reading the blog and I cried reading your comment! What a powerful expression from everyone on what has been claimed here.

    6. Beautiful Lucy, it does indeed feel like an honour bestowed to be the custodian of particles which will make up something/one else in another time. A gorgeously expanded acceptance of the grandness of life.

  497. Seeing the bigger picture and making life far less personal – I love that. It offers another and very rich level of responsibility

    1. Presenting the bigger picture, it feels like you’ve lifted the lid for humanity, allowing us to feel that we are indeed part of something so much more. Creating the space for us to be inspired to be so much more in the quality of how we are living each and every day.

  498. Way to go AM, looking at yourself as particles of God changes everything! Very inspiring and the blog I will take with me into my day.

    1. So true Kathleenbaldwin! This blog has stopped me in my tracks on the one hand and lifted me into the Universe with the other, although I am already there! I thought I understood particles but this article is a true inspiration and one to read again and again! Responsibility, connection and joy, what a great way to start the day, knowing that really there is no other way.

  499. ‘My body is made of particles of the Universe – particles that have been here since the beginning of time. These particles came from the stars, and have made up many bodies before mine, and will be in many bodies hereafter.’ After reading this it seems absurd to even imagine that our choices, and the way we treat our body doesn’t affect anyone. The Universe is the most amazing thing ever, and we are all equally a part of this magic. What a responsibility and when connected to, what a joy. Thank you AM.

    1. I agree Abby, this brings responsibility to a whole new level. The feeling of connection with the universe, God and each and every person is expanded for me when I feel my body as particles that have existed before I have and will continue to exist after I die.

    2. I agree Abby we are all equally part of the magic indeed. This blog brings a whole new level of responsibility and appreciation to just how amazing we all are.

    3. It makes sense why so much effort is put into the idea of ‘being separate’ to keep us in this irresponsible mindset. The crazy thing is that our responsibility is not something to run from, but a part of who we are, it means accepting our grandness, oneness and divinity – everything we deep down know and crave to live again.

    4. This segment is a life changing concept, thanks Abby for highlighting it again, the more I read it, the more I get out of it, it is personal yet universal, grounded yet romantic, real and magical all at the same time, thanks AM.

  500. Okay…possible game changer of a blog AM. The myth that our lives are emphereral becomes an excuse for all kinds of mistreatment. Thank you for taking my responsibility to a whole new level.

    1. Well noted, Joel. That myth is a very deeply damaging seed that is watered by the lack of responsibility we have for our bodies, and acknowledgement that our body is our vessel for divine expression.

    2. Same for me too, this blog has just put it into perspective my level of responsibility in everything I choose to contribute to the grandness.

    3. It’s very true Joel – when we see this life as linear, and something we are moving towards the end of, with the endpoint of simply discarding the body we have lived in, we hold no true responsibility for what we leave. The endpoint is merely a symbol for how we are running our lives each day, and the level of responsibility we want to choose to accept. Do we leave particles that are going to be holding and supporting of another being? To embrace this, we need to embrace that we are not only physicality, but there is quality to us too. This quality can be described as our light or energy and is what is shared when we share our particles.

    4. Anyone that reads this blog is changed forever and we get to walk away and make choices in honour of what we have been presented or not. When I seem to be going wayward I will be coming back to this blog for sure.

  501. So gorgeous , I love how you revered to the particles of the universe inside our bodies. This does make a lot of sense to me. Our body is so magnificent in the way it works together with all the organs, cells etc.
It did not make sense to me that we are only flesh, but there is actual magic in what our body is made of. Therefore how we treat our body needs to be in respect of those spacious particles, well that is a whole different way of looking at our body and what we encounter in life. Lets hear and experience more..

  502. Wow AM, you have totally expanded the way I view my body and how I treat it … ‘I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe.’ Now there’s something to ponder.

    1. So agree hartanne60, such an expansive piece of writing that takes the me out of it and brings it back to the all. Inspiring!

    2. Yes, I felt the expansion and the responsibility to truly know and feel where we are from and then honour this in our very fleshy and real bodies.

    3. This particular line resonated with me also hartanne69, and is worth repeating “I am the custodian of these particles, and the space they occupy in the universe.” It is really symbolic and reflects the fact that we are not isolated beings all ‘doing our own thing’, but that we are part of something much, much bigger and in that there is a deep responsibility that everything we do and every choice affects not only ourselves, but everyone…

  503. Absolutely awesome! especially the line “These particles came from the stars” as well as the thank you note for Michael Benhayon – ‘Master of delivering the ‘throwaway’ line that takes you into a deep process of healing and greater awareness.’ So beautifully and incredibly true.

      1. Hi Raymond, what kind of support do you get?
When I go I find I tend to work on building up my confidence and figuring out why I get so worked up in different situations ~

    1. Oh I also love the line ‘These particles came from the stars…’. What a magical way to look at how amazing these combinations of particles are?!

      1. I’m with you there Elodie, and the amazing sentence about all our particles being of the same make up, each body being of the same make up. Its incredible to understand things to be this way.

    2. True Natasha, I also feel the simple truth in the line “These particles come from God and are God. So I am God too. And so are you.” This feels like a simple truth claimed. A direct connection to God, the universe and each and every one of us.
