My experience with Universal Medicine has been nothing less than life changing. Everything has changed: from the way I take care of myself to my enjoyment of work, the willingness I now have to be open about how I feel, to the care I take with the food I eat and the fact that I now listen to my body.
Yet this has occurred in an absolutely normal way: no fireworks, no exclusive clubs, magic potions, regimented dictations or secret handshakes.
Before Universal Medicine, and despite the picture perfect image I put on, my life was a complete disaster. Underneath the surface mirage, money issues, depression, constant anxiety, reckless relationships, drugs and alcohol plagued me daily. Many look at the name Universal Medicine and wonder why this particular choice of words was made to describe the complementary healing business founded by Serge Benhayon in the township of Goonellabah, NSW, Australia, in 1999.
The Universe, as we may know, is the constellation of planets and stars our Earth is a part of. As many have discovered, the Universe we belong to is but one of several that exist. It can be hard to fathom that there is so much more out there beyond this planet of ours.
Medicine is something we may identify that is needed for our bodies in order to heal them from some sort of illness or disease. Illness or disease are states that are not in line with what is ‘healthy’ or our most natural and harmonious way of being. There are varying perspectives on what should be classified as medicine, and what is able to bring true healing. Continue reading “What Does Universal Medicine Mean?”
Appreciation: I can feel the power this word emanates… and I can feel appreciation oozing from my body because there is so much to appreciate.
I can deeply appreciate that my inner knowing was aware all along, as we all are, how the ‘return path’ to my soul was going to unfold…
I also deeply appreciate how amazingly simple my life has become, and in that I have learned that through simplicity, my Soul communicates.

In 1836 Michael Faraday realised that if you build a cage out of certain materials, it would stop most electrical fields from entering the cage. The electrical fields that hit the cage are dispersed and leave the space inside unaffected.
In life, we are not just bombarded by the man-made electrical fields, we are also bombarded by how people act and what they say. We can walk into a room and know there is tension between the people in the room. This is us being able to feel as much, if not more, than we can see and hear. For a lot of my life I have been rolling around in the ‘out there’, caught up in the “she said, he said, it’s not fair” illusion of life. Through my observations I feel it’s true to say that for most people the ‘out there’ is their reality and this is where the emphasis of life rests for most.
What do I mean when I say the ‘out there’? Well I mean life, as it’s commonly known. The stories we create, the drama we get caught up in, the pain we feel and the highs and the lows. We roll around from scenario to scenario, totally wrapped up in the detail of the ‘out there’, rarely questioning our part in whatever it is we’re embroiled in.
