I was always a keen physicist at school and thus was very aware of Isaac Newton’s Third Law which states that:
“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” (Isaac Newton)
In one of the many presentations given by Serge Benhayon, he offered an expansion to understanding Newton’s Third Law:
“For every force there is an equal and opposite force.” (Serge Benhayon)
My scientific mind was immediately pricked, so I began to consider the world through the lens of this scientific fact and it enabled me to unlock a far deeper understanding of the world.
Through the work of Universal Medicine and through the teachings of Serge Benhayon I have seen, felt and now know a level of love that is almost unfathomable in its purity, consistency, integrity and power. That love, and my choice to align to that love, has changed and continues to change my life entirely. I have also seen, felt and know the game-changing effects that love has had in the wider community, in humanity.
But I was just seeing the tip of the iceberg… because I hadn’t fully considered the science.

I know the power of the love that I have felt. It is gigantic. Now I am beginning to understand the forces that counter this love which, as per this scientific equation, must therefore also be gigantic. This understanding puts so much of what is at play in the world into context.
But there is more. The above looks at love first and then considers the opposite. What about the vice versa of that. What about looking at it in the opposite direction. Look at the horrors, atrocities, corruption, greed, war-mongering, desolation, loneliness, rampant dis-ease and illness, abject poverty, extreme wealth and all the other hideous inequalities that affect our world. Every day there are countless examples of it from every corner of the globe.
Look really, really closely. Open your eyes to the all of it. It can be a bleak and overwhelming vision. But keep looking. Do not avert your eyes. And then consider again…

So, if that is the state of our world, if that is the extremity to which the situation has got to, if that is the depths to which humanity has sunk… then, through this scientific equation, we can also know the depth of the love that we are opposing.
Imagine what love, glory and joy is available to us, should humanity choose the opposite force to the one that most of us are currently choosing.
That choice, through the divine right of free will, will always be ours and ours alone.
But whilst humanity tears itself apart, it serves us well to fully contemplate both sides of this equation, and thus the love that must also be in each and every one of us.

I have adverted my eyes to see what I want to see rather than what is actually there to be seen and felt. So, therefore could we say that all the horrors of the world, and there seems to be more abuse now towards ourselves and each other than ever before, is a reaction to the amount of love that is on offer that we are all in resistance to?
Freedom to choose is the energy we choice by our-will so as Jesus said thy ‘will’ not my ‘will’, will be done, or some such, thus our will is to choose what energy we are in and Love (God) comes to the fore when we understand the choice we have from whatever else is on offer.
This brings a scientific fact out of the realms of being a concept and into human life, exactly how science needs to be, applicable in every facet of life, and used for the purpose of evolution. The power of love is quite something to ponder if we consider the ugliness currently in the world – “Imagine what love, glory and joy is available to us, should humanity choose the opposite force to the one that most of us are currently choosing.”
The world certainly needs the power of love, there is far too much ugliness in the world.

If we were to regain our inner sight of the Astral Plane and all that this means, I feel we would all be brought to a complete stop as their hold over us would be exposed to the full light of day. While we chose to remain seemingly ignorant of what is truly going on, it gives us all the excuse to continue living in such abusive ways towards ourselves and others by ignoring the great science of the Universe by pretending it doesn’t exist.
Many people choose to bury their heads in the sand to not see the ugliness in the world, but that does nothing to make it go away, or stop this energy.
The science of human life… do we consider and appreciate how it plays out in our day to day life nearly enough?
It can be very overwhelming when we observe what is going on in this world, the wars, the greed, the abuse and so on, especially if we only take in what we see and not what we would feel if we stopped and allowed ourselves to understand that there is more to it than what we can see on the surface. To come to understand that “for every force there is an equal and opposite force” offers us the insight into the fact that the chaos and pain we see is simply the force which is opposing the huge amount of love that is always available to us. Fight the love and we create all that is not loving. Accept the love and learn to live with it, the opposite force dissolves and the world changes.
This awesome blog reminds me that when we look at the state of our world and humanity, we don’t have to go into overwhelm or despair because when we understand this equation we also understand that there is much love in all of us. Which then leads to, how do we inspire ourselves and others to live the love that is within us? It is pretty easy once we are willing to go there and learn to live love again.
Chanly88, I know from my own experience of life (I’m now in my mid 60’s) that there is a force that feels to me as though it pushes down on our heads and that feels like a capping over my skull. So that the thoughts I have I think are mine because I’m thinking them. Recently these thoughts have been pouring into my mind in an attempt to destabilase me as they did very successfully when I was growing up. I cannot fully express my deep appreciation of Serge Benhayon and his family, they have supported me to hold steady against this force that wants to push me back into a state of given-up-ness, to withdraw again into a mental illness. Anyone who has felt the horror of sliding into an ill mental state will understand what I mean. Through the teachings and workshops of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, I now know that there is a force that wants to keep everyone in the fear and despair of life, this ‘given-up-ness’, because then it has control over us. The more I can see and feel this let’s say negative force and expose it within myself the less hold it has over me. The opposite force is love and this can be found within each and every one of us if we can re connect to this, which I have been able to do to some degree, it sustains us against the thoughts that are drip fed to us all that we are all undeserving of love. We save ourselves by renouncing this lie. The more we renounce the lie the more we move inwards, back to the love we come from and are made of. This is one of the greatest sciences we are not taught within family life or within the education system.
The more we live and embody love, the more we can inspire others that they too can live that love.
It is so easy to read the newspaper and see the news on TV and turn away, the horrors humanity enact on themselves and others in the form of abuses, violence, and corruption, etc, are very hurtful to witness. What your blog has reminded me is we look away but we forget to look within, what we see is the result of those who have buried their love and live from disconnection, but the power of love is there to be lived, a power much greater than the abuses of the world for its ability to touch us all deeply and inspire the same great love in others. For someone who does not watch the news for the above reasons I never thought I’d say this, but the horrors of the world have inspired me to be the love that I am. It’s not about giving up or turning away because there is only one of two forces to choose from, love or all that is not love. Thank you for the science on this Otto.

I have read your blog before Otto but never let myself truly feel what you are offering here, the depth of love we are resisting by choosing to live in the misery we are in, is incredible. There is no grey only black and white, lets go for the truth of love.

You have summed up the game of creation/life so well. Currently, I can feel that humanity is in denial of itself and is on a path of self – annihilation. Which will need a correction from the universe to bring us to our senses. It seems to me that we arrogantly, stubbornly and ignorantly refuse to believe that we are part of the Universe and therefore how we live, behave, think, move, has an affect not only on this planet but the energetic ripples we give off disturb the universe, too much disturbance has to be re-balanced and this goes back to

To see the beauty beneath the horror that masquerades over the top of it without getting caught in this outermost layer is a learning we must all come to on our path back to Soul.
I have quite literally but by no coincidence stumbled across your comment this morning, Liane – it is exactly what I needed to hear as I have been struggling ‘to see the beauty beneath the horror that masquerades over the top of it without getting caught in this outermost layer….’ It is the drama our spirit loves to get caught up in if we so let it and because we are surrounded by a plethora of horror it can be quite tempting to let the spirit run with it. Rather than being breadcrumbs, your words are the stones to my abandonment in the wood and so escaping the spirit’s grip and finding my way back requires not the baking of the witch in her own oven to escape but the simple act of following the foundational stones set out before me on my path back to Soul.

When we apply science to life, as a true philosopher would, it literally comes to life, starts to get super interesting and easy to understand for all of us.
What a beautiful and scientifically correct way of looking at all the misery we see and experience in the world today. The amount of love that we are resisting is almost unfathomable and keeps growing for the stay or our world keeps getting worse and worse. What would happen if we stopped resisting and surrendered to the grandness that we actually are?

This is powerful to consider wisely Otto for it reveals an important understanding we need to have about love. We can express love to another person but if they are not ready for it the force of resistance they must rise up within them has to also be significant to offset the love we have offered. We should by no means hold back love but just understand it is a very power-full force we are dealing with.
We can express love to another person, however what then happens depends on the other person’s alignment, all we can do is give them space and observe, with no pictures or expectations.

Yes, it does for me too Fiona. When we have understanding, it really supports us to be non-judgemental and more able to support ourselves and others. Whereas when we avoid getting to the understanding stage we easily get caught up in judgement and all sorts of reactions.
We can either observe everything in life and see it for what it truly is or get sucked in and affected by all the harm and forces around us. The key to living a true life is connecting to the bigger picture and feeling the grandness of love we all are as you have powerfully shared here Otto.

It is indeed the case that as I continue to say yes to what is next, and essentially get myself out the way, more comes back at me. This blog reminds me how powerful we all are, because all of our choices matter: all of those tiny moments that we like to think of as inconsequential contribute to either more love in the world, or more hate. It really is that simple, and that stark.
To know we are opposing love is a sad state of affairs. The more I see the world where it is at, I understand more about life. We chose more force of love and continue to reflect this to others and show others there is another way to live.

I am beginning to know more and more about this, for every force these is an equal and opposite force. This makes me realise more and more that I have a sense of responsibility to others even if the repercussions are not visible to me – everyone has this responsibility to live from here.
This stopped me in my tracks today: that we have actively chosen to ignore, deny, dismiss and even attack the huge amount of love that we can connect to within us. It’s like having an enormous pot of gold within us, that provides an endless amount of steady and solid joy and consistency, and a real, loving way to be with ourselves and others, and not believing it’s there.
Instead we have searched high and low around the world for something – anything- to fill the gap of what we’re choosing to not feel- and eventually we’ll realise that nothing satiates, except what we already have within us.
When we speak truth, we cannot but see the truth gets revealed to us in the book of life.
There is the potential to feel overwhelmed by the bed we have made in this world but the point is we made it so we can unmake it by not trying to make it better – which will always have lacings of tolerance and fragile peace but – as you so eloquently say in one of your comments – changing the sheets!
If we consider this level of commitment to responsibility for the energy and forces we put out into the world we can see that the world we have is the one we have created.

No matter how strong the force of opposition is, choose love, Truth, gentleness, no to abuse, and that is the energy that will come back to us in our lives.
Otto – this is a great call to us all to be more aware of what happens in the world and the part we have in either healing or harming. And with that, with our choice to be one or the other, comes a force. I have seen and felt how the more loving and honoring I am, the more things seem to ‘go wrong’ around me- but in this I have to see the equal and opposite force that is always there, and that is not there to be reacted to, but to observe.
Instead of giving up on humanity because we are ‘all so lost’, you’ve proposed a gem here Otto – could it be that the reason we are so lost is because we have chosen to live against the grandness that is possible? Brilliant Otto. The horrors in the world must be seen for what they really are in all its detail, as you say with eyes completely open. For it is only then we will realise that is by our hands alone that the world is this way, only by virtue of the fact that the love we are is far greater and more powerful than it all, and it is our resistance to our love that allows lovelessness to exist in the capacity that it does.
We made the bed that we are lying in and it is thus our responsibility to change the sheets.
Well said Otto. As are we are also free to not want to change the sheets or to wait and see if someone else will do it for us. Such is the delay we create in the seeming game of life to avoid our inevitable return to Soul – the great love we are and are born from.
Adding to this Liane, what I have learnt is that actually no-one else can change the sheets for me. They can wash them for me, dry them, iron them, fold them, put them right next to the bed, but….the point being that it is us who has to commit to making the changes, to making those moves. I have had many amazing and inspiring people in my life who have “washed my sheets” for me many times, but the ultimate responsibility of evolution is always mine.

Well said Sally. In understanding what is really going on, the level of dishonoring playing out in the world, we then can see and understand that it is only by our power that the changes needed will come through our aligning to the love we are.
We only hate because we love. At one of the incredible retreats that Universal Medicine runs (best 5 days ever), Serge Benhayon spoke about hate. I had always felt it a bit of dirty word and had always thought that it was ‘good’ that I didn’t ‘hate’ anything or anyone. But what I have been feeling since the retreat is that it is indicative of me not connecting to the depth in me. For, if I am not hating in full, then I am not loving in full. For example, if I am total in my love for another, then I am going to hate anything that stops them from being that, if I am total in my love of humanity, then I am going to hate anything that hurts them. Now, of course the crucial thing here is what we do with that ‘hate’ and the reason that the word has such a bad rap is that most people use hate in reaction and then go do crazy stuff. This is not the way. The way is to feel the hate and thus commit to the opposite even more so, as a counter. Become a love fundamentalist!

I have read this blog before. But only now I have seen what you are offering here. It can be very easy to look at all that is going on in the world and feel disheartened or ‘how will it every change?’ but what you offer here .. you are standing from a different platform, one of love and observing everything – like everything that is going on in the world and then choosing love. There is much to feel and much to ponder on here and absolute love to align to.
And as I become more aware of the love inside me and the power that comes with this, I do not react to others reacting to me like I used to. I have understanding, I can see what is being playing out and all I can be, is love.

Same for me Nicola, Otto’s blog helps me see the world without judgement and have a deeper understanding and appreciation that the evil we see and wittiness in the world is simply the opposite to the love we are and we have access to each and every day.
Yes, same for me Nicola. I had a recent experience where I found it very difficult to understand but after reading this blog, it helped we see it from a different perspective, an angle from love instead of judgement.
I love how the difference from Isaac Newton’s quote to Serge Benhayon’s quote, is the fact that Isaac is talking about action and reaction and Serge about equal forces. As in truth every action does not have a reaction per se, because there can be a response too, it does not always have to be a reaction. Therefore to me it is more clear and absolute to say equal forces as that is what it is, two equal forces.
I often think about this when I see someone using a great force to stop them being the incredibly powerful divine being they are. It’s a stop moment that blows my mind of how incredible we all are.
Agree so much with this and often use that as a fuel for purpose.

For you, me and so, so many others, that day when we first opened ourselves up to the wisdom, equality and unfathomable love that Serge Benhayon is offering every single member of humanity is a landmark in our journeys from whence everything changed.
‘….a landmark in our journeys from whence everything changed.’ In reading this, Otto, I feel a movement in the stars and the space that we are living in and surrounded by as one by one we open ‘ourselves up to the wisdom, equality and unfathomable love that Serge Benhayon is offering….’. As we do so, not only are we expanding and opening ourselves up but the stars above us and the space we are living in and surrounded by expand and breathe exponentially as a result and reflect back to us the enormity from whence we come. Appreciating on bended knee all that is on offer.
When we simply connect, the answers are known, so why force our-self to live in a way that only sees things as a 3 dimensional existence, when we are part of a far great expression that understands all the scientific laws. Laws that are a practical way of living that bring us all equally to a place of understanding about the Love we all are.
When we share the love that we truly are we can feel that love when it comes back to us as it is just the same.
The forces that counter love are not so huge or gigantic, they like to think that they are important because they are attempting to move against the omnipotence of God, but in truth they are merely perpetuating a cyclical movement within his body of love, a cyclical movement that goes nowhere.
Yes there is no denying the love we are from and made of, yet we work really hard to deny it and think it is a really strong force that we cannot prevent or change. Yet, as you say it is a cyclical movement, going nowhere, but to repeat the same decision making process again.
WOW I have read this blog before but reading it again the WOW is as big as ever – even connecting to the tinniest bit of that humongous outpouring of love gives me goosebumps.

If we hold this truth we are forever empowered. If we continue to remind ourselves that life is choices, each and every choice matters and contributes to then what we refer to as the “world”.
I have endless issues with an ex-partner and my current Husband gave me some sound advice the other day that applies here too. He said, ” Take it as a complement that your ex-partner some 5 years after separating has to keep upping the anti and getting more abusive. You are co-parenting with him and so he has to match the love you are naturally living now with an equal and opposite force.”
When we read life and people in this way, even bad things, are not that bad, when you feel deeply, you realise that ill behaviour is simply a reaction to love.

What you are presenting here Otto is profound and clearly shows that there is always another choice so we should never give up and resign ourselves to the rot we see around us.
I agree Lucy it is profound but it is also simple which is why in this complicated world we have created we may fail to see it as clearly as we should.
And thus the potential is there and has always been with us to make our way truly loving, simple and utterly glorious. But such must be the force of comfort and familiarity because the same is always chosen again and again. But in this state where familiarity is the seemingly comfortable posture to take, Love is always there forever available to choose and make our familiar way again.
I was walking on a very windy beach recently and the difference between walking into the wind or walking in the flow of the wind highlighted how much energy we spend when we move against natures flow. Love is our nature.

Considering the fact that we are already love in our true essence, for us to be making the choices that we make for the world to end up looking like it is now, we must be making an incredible amount of effort in order to go against the love that is being offered and the pull from inside us. This alone makes sense of the epidemic level of exhaustion worldwide.
It’s a bit to wrap your head around, but an activity well worth doing because I think you are on the money Serge and Otto! Thinking about it a bit more, it is actually super simple, as when there is so much destruction around it – we generally go into two modes – flight or flight. People either take it full on (petitions, marches, set up companies etc…) and want to run away and not see the rot that is in the world.
But what you are offering us here, that to counteract the darker forces, we need to bring more lighter ones and bring more love, be more love. And to stand firm in that.
This is great Sarah, what you have added to what Serge Benhayon and Otto have bought to the table is very simple and well worth the read. We can all relate to Love as it is our natural way of living when we are not forced to react to what life is currently presenting to us, so lets “be more Love”.
So true Otto, currently we are experiencing a huge force of 3 cyclones that are out of control in the Gulf of Mexico, so as you say this is offsetting a way of living that is out of control and “puts so much of what is at play in the world into context.”

The phrase “for every force there is an equal and opposite” is a highly educational one because it permits you to really learn to observe in a way that allows you to discern what is real from what is true, the seen and the unseen at one.
Education that encompasses our natural multidimensional nature, that is true education.
The more we open up to the insurmountable love we also then open up and observe the atrocities happening in the world today which then gives us the opportunity to then continue to ignore or protect ourselves from the harshness or to see and feel it for what it is and the move from the divine connection of love we hold within. The choice and responsibility is ours and only ours for we are the ones that can shift the paradigm by the simple choice to choose the love that we move in.
It becomes so obvious when put so simply that the amount of love that is our true nature must be stupendous and so all-encompassing.
Good to remind that within everyone, no matter who chooses to be and live from that destructive force, resides the same opposite force, latent, on standby, lovingly waiting to be chosen instead.
It is a great way of balancing the equation Otto, thank you, I have hidden from seeing all the ugliness of human life not wanting to see what was there, but also not seeing the amount of tremendous love we hold within and that is on offer all around us.
I remember reading this a while back and being blown away; it really is a great topic to discuss it flips things on their head. This simple law almost feels like it answers every unknown question there is. I feel like we can actually, in a weird way, appreciate the horrors and the reflection they bring, for all the ills in this world could not exist if there were not an equal amount of love.
The amount of love that is available to us is actually unfathomable so I wonder what levels of counter force we can go to, to resist the love that we all are at essence. We know from history that when the force of resistance gets to a certain level we need to have a reset by way of an ice age, flood or some other massive correction. Are we heading that way again whilst we look everywhere except at ourselves (as a species) as being responsible!?

In a very simple way I am reminder of the adage ‘for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction’. The laws of Karma bring us back to responsibility, responsibility for each and every action and reaction. As you highlight Otto the choice is always ours.
The state of the world more than reflects the fact that there is an equal and opposite force. There are such extremes in truth and lies, harmony and disharmony – the list goes on. This is something to deeply ponder on in the sense that every action we do without love, calls in a force that is not love.
I too have felt the gigantic power of love as I gently allow myself to feel the opposite force but I also know that even when I feel this force coming my way it cannot destroy me like it has done in the past for the greater lies within me. But it is a choice, my choice to feel the extent in those moments when it is clearly in front of me trying to have its own way to pull me down… a choice to live from self or for humanity and the All.
It really is very interesting to feel the dynamics of the world currently and to not avert our gaze but to see it and feel it for the brutal honesty that it holds. We then have a truly powerful choice from the next moment, we can either surrender to the love or move into denseness. The power in choice is ours.

It is a question that offers humanity the opportunity to stop and take a deeply honest look at the world, what is happening, what is their part in it and why does it seem that most are fighting this incredible outpouring of love that is available on the planet at this moment in time – even that to my non-scientific mind makes sense of the huge force that we need to call in to counteract this love.
Brilliant blog Otto. I haven’t read this for a while and I love everything you’ve shared. It makes me realise how much love we all have access to when I look around and I don’t feel the overwhelm of humanity’s disharmony anymore but feeling more understanding and more open to love.

The more we live in constant appreciation of our beingness the more we realize the humongous amount of love we have access to nowadays, so we either align to it and use for the benefit of all or we resist it with patterns and behaviors that are separate from soul.

I find when I am disconnected and I resort back to my contracted behaviours, I get exposed more often than not by my family members that the energy I am aligned to is not loving, reminding me I always have a choice to reconnect to my soul again. I love coming back to this blog, when you stop and ponder on the science of the law, it really gets the brain cells working. Really can we allow ourselves to even consider if there is so much corruption and wars, then there must be possibility to have equal or more love to counter it.
I never really understood this properly until Serge Benhayon presented this Universal Law. When we appreciate and accept that ‘Everything is Energy’ Serge then goes on to say ‘Then everything is because of Energy’ – so how we are and what energy we choose will determine what will come back to us, but how this then ripples out to all those around us and even further and beyond into the Universe. Makes you stop and think twice doesn’t it, well it did for me. Am I harming or healing? – is starting to be a constant question.
There is such a deep love of acceptance and appreciation you offer here Otto. It is a great teaching on not turning our back on someone, for the behaviour that may be expressed is not the truth of their essence. We are all the same love in our essence just some choose to resist it in their own way. As the life of Jesus shows us, no matter what or who does what we have to hold the truth of love equally for all for the time when someone is ready to return to the fullness of their own re-connection of living lovingly for humanity.
When feeling down, depressed, sad, given up etc I’ve experienced this belief that theres no way out and ‘thats life’ or thats all there is to life. But what you’ve shared here Otto is breaking that belief and that everything we choose has an equal and opposite energy/force that can be chosen.
I often think of this quote by Serge Benhayon. It’s been an incredible way to see the love one holds within when they are acting from an opposite force.

When you allow yourself to see the true state of the world and apply this equation then it is very easy to feel the huge force that is being used to counter the level of love that is available for humanity right at this moment in time. In fact the hugeness is almost too hard to acknowledge but when you do our world, which is often hard to understand in its complexity, finally begins to make sense. So what would happen if the counter force to love simply dissolved? Now that is almost too huge to contemplate but well worth doing so.
The choice is ours, what do we choose to align to, and then for what reason?
Our choice is what leads us to either embrace the greatness of all that love is, or resist this greatness that we inescapable are. Both options are available to us all, even when we choose love, the choice to resist love is still there and will be there as long as resistance is being lived by another. As we are not ever separate from the horrors and turmoil of lovelessness that we may not be directly experiencing in our lives, this highlights for me the responsibility we all have and hold to be aware of what energy, what quality it is that we are choosing to allow pass through us, through our daily living, through our every interaction with another. We do know what feels true as our bodies will always be the first to tell us if we are to listen. The choice, as you say, is as always and ultimately ours.

It is total madness the energy we put into opposing the huge love that is on offer and as that love grows how miserable will we have to all get before we stop choosing that misery and start flowing with the love. We are living in interesting times for never has there been so much love on the earth and never has there been so much conflict coupled with illness and disease. We also have some pretty interesting characters at the helms of a few of the major powers in the world and some pretty disgruntled peoples.

I love the fact that the statement “… For every force there is an equal and opposite force…” because it can be applied to everything… not only physics but also human behaviour… and maybe the lesson in life is to find the constant, a way of living so there is neither extremes of behaviour.
I love the simplicity and profoundness of this blog. Looking at the opposite force, all the horrors that we have made in this life with our free will, absolutely confirms just how powerful, magnificent and limitless we are in truth, when love and truth are our foundations.

Very inspiring Otto, so I must then ask myself, what can happen in my own life as I identify my misery, loneliness, self neglect, etc and choose to shift out of one force to live in the power of love? What could happen to this one life and how could it impact the many lives around me by choosing love? An important question!
This blog blows sympathy and devastation out of the water. When we consider that the misery and suffering perpetrated in the world today is in fact to off-set the love that is actually available, and that love is here for us to choose, regardless and ultimately only a matter of time, how can we get caught in the sadness of what is happening? We may feel sad for a moment, but beyond that we get caught in the same force that offsets the love that is here – it’s already done, it’s already been received, it’s simply a matter of time before it is actually chosen.
The really interesting part of this equation for me is that it is not some massive hurdle to climb…. its not that the whole of humanity needs to be changed before the depth, breadth and scope of that love can be felt. That is available to each and every one of us as soon as we choose to open our eyes and choose differently.

The world only spits out what we put in, or maybe I should say the world is only reflecting what we put in. If we want things to change or if we are seeing a world that doesn’t suit or reflect who we are, then making a change, any change, would support. As we are saying, or as Otto is saying here, it’s all there we only need connect to it, live it and then it will become clearer. It’s not out of our hands but deep within our hands. We can sit back and not do a thing and yes the world will be a horrible place, or we can stand up and live and appreciate the more there already is.

How enormous is the love that is available to us when we consider the law “For every force there is an equal and opposite force.” (Serge Benhayon) and see the horrifying state the world is in with such extreme behaviours as never before.
I often hear people talk about the horrors of the world in a tone that says, how messed up are we as a humanity? Hell, I have been one of those people, the bizarre and disturbing things that occur everywhere are enough to make you feel as if there is no real hope for us. What you share in this blog is not about hope or peace and love, its about an energetic and scientific law. Its about being open to the fact that if all these terrible things occur then that means that the level of love that is also available has to be equal to that.
Absolutely – this isn’t some kind of abstract pipe-dream vaguely dreaming that we might stumble across some better fortune some where down the road. It’s concrete fact that every second of every day we have a choice of the energy that we are are going to align to and thus how our lives will play out.
When you start to understand life by energy it takes on a whole new dimension, what exactly are we opposing when we choose to not accept who we really are? How do we know exactly what to choose to counter what we deeply know the truth to be? Surely there’s got to be more at play than what we see.

Hello Otto and I agree and you know we have all felt this love at different times and on different levels. Usually for me when I have felt the enormous love I have freaked out and gone into also all the things that could go wrong and then from there gauge how much love to share so I don’t have to deal with feeling the other. So at this point do we feel the ‘love’ and the ‘things that could go wrong’ or as you are saying are we feeling the opposing forces, love and not love. In other words if we were just to back one to the hilt, say love, and not look back but still hold the awareness that it has an opposing force or reaction then we could make sense of what is going on at this point. I would say appreciate the love that we are in every moment you see it and be aware of its opposing force/reaction as simple physics and no more. In more words where your energy goes or where your eyes are focused is what you are guaranteeing you will see more of. Thank you Otto.
Boom! This is grand stuff and supremely wise. I’m backing love to the hilt. But the real gold in what you are saying is the way we react to the opposite – observe, read, be aware, but give it no oxygen.
Great return of serve Otto and spot on, “observe, read, be aware, but give it no oxygen.” From here always return to the love, knowing that you are building a momentum. So at some points you may fall down but dust yourself off asap and go back to what supports. We know there are all manner of sayings and teaching from past to present that give us keys and this blog and conversation is no different. If your life doesn’t reflect in every angle what you know is true then make a change and do it now, otherwise all you are doing is creating the same thing to come around again. The only way to change a momentum is to actually action a change, otherwise the momentum just keeps spinning around you. Love is truly the change we have been looking for but it doesn’t come with what we see in the movies, it comes from closer to you, in fact inside you. WE are all we need it’s just we haven’t seen it fully yet, just like if you continually think you are hopeless pretty soon you walk hopeless and you no longer think it, you are it. Newtons three laws are well researched and recorded, I mean NASA even has them on their website. They explain them and detail the teachings and yet we don’t apply them personally. We are ok to speak about them in relation to planes or other ‘objects’ and yet when they are personal to us, personal to our being then we would rather start talking about the weather almost. What is it, what happens? It’s not that it can’t be true because we are merely another object in the universe that is very much a part of it and hence are governed by these same laws. For me it is almost like this was how I was taught to be, you speak about everything else except how it relates to you and yet I have now found the opposite is true. How can this be in what is a race of intelligent beings? How can I say we miss the mark. I am not saying this necessarily for everyone else but from the fact of my experience what I was shown in this world is the opposite of what was true for me, until I saw Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon.
It is so insane when you lay it out this clearly Ray. The astonishing, brilliant, mind-blowing science, maths, technology and physics that we are apply to the ‘objects’ of this world….and yet we completely ignore the most simple and irrefutable equation when it comes to our own bodies. Yes very true Otto and glad we are now going to the same school. It’s funny even when I was writing and now reading your reply it is like I still don’t believe it. The fact we divide the world up like we do is just plain crazy, well actually more then that it has to be deliberate and shows how blind we can be when we don’t look to evolve every step we walk. We need to stop taking the world on face value and keep walking to the depth of every step and not leave anything unturned. Our world is back to front and upside down but we are so ingrained and use to walking that way that we think it’s normal. The point is that it is so crazy that it MUST be deliberate. Or in the oft-used words of my industry “if you made the film of it no-one would believe you.” As Serge Benhayon has repeatedly pointed out – the fact that we can so accurately and perfectly walk in the exact opposite direction to the truth proves that we know truth – otherwise how would we walk so precisely away from it? So if this is the case we need to look deeper than calling it ‘crazy’ or ‘insane’. We are deliberately and purposefully abdicating all responsibility by choosing to live a life that is in direct resistance to our evolution.
We are actively saying “I’ve told a gazillion lies, so I’d rather tell a gazillion more than face up to the way I have been living.” And this is where the absolute gold of The Way of The Livingness comes flying in the door. You see, the way I have written about the ‘gazillion lies’ makes it sound very dramatic and heavy and as if we have done wrong, or are in trouble, or that there is a whole world of pain and hurts waiting to pour out of the cupboard should we ever unlock the door. But that has not been my experience at all.
The forgiveness and patience and grace of our soul and of God is such that, when I was prepared to stop and open myself up to these questions and possibilities, all I was met by was utter grace and love and my soul saying to me “hey brother, welcome home, what took you so long, let me take your hand, and guide you through some of these small bumps, but don’t fester on them or delay ‘cos there’s a whole world of life, vitality, joy and love waiting for you…” etc…Now, it hasn’t always been that easy and many times I have forced my hand out of the gentle grip of my soul….but it is The Way, and I thank Serge Benhayon for showing it to me and you Ray for walking alongside me.
As equal brothers we are all walking the same path just some are little more lost than others. As I take my steps on the path of return the blessings are for me seeing that life is all about brotherhood and we will all get there in the end.
When reading this title… ‘For every force there is an equal and opposite force’… what then is the opposite to anxiety? Can you imagine the natural confidence, authority and self assurance so grand that is there available to be claimed and felt in the body… Seeing that anxiousness is an major under current emotion that many many people suffer with these days, especially teenagers, this blog title is a statement that can begin to unravel the knot anxiety can tie someone up in. Re-connection back with our body is key to closing the gap of separation anxiety puts one in.
This is a great addition to the discussion. You are absolutely right, this equation can be used for all emotions as well. And thus we can look at the extremity of some of our emotions and see what the grandness of what the opposite would be.
once we get to a new place, sometimes we don’t know how to be, so go back to old patterns, but it always feels awkward and tricky because it takes force to over-ride what is already there.
And as soon as we get to a new place, evolution naturally invites us to yet another new place. This forward momentum is what we are resisting and that is where the force is needed. Back to the equation.
This really brings home responsibility – its the foundation of karma, and it does not take a rocket scientist to see the absolute connection to what goes out must inevitably come back.
I know I have heard people despairing on the state of the world because of the news reports they watch every night. They feel the world is in a worse state than ever, but if we consider that there is an equal and opposite force to what we see in the chaos of the world, we should feel encouraged. when I look around I see more love within most people.
When you put it as simple as that – why would we ever choose the what is not love – it doesn’t make sense to me, yet I do it. I can almost feel the childlike wonderment, innocence and joy almost like a brand new new discovery, this huge world of wonder and magic, of saying okay, going to choose love in every moment and see what happens, a bit like a science experiment.
It’s interesting that you mention “childlike wonderment” – as kids we know this stuff innately. Then we go through the education system and come out the other end, not living it. Doesn’t say much for our education system.
What strikes me is that at times in history great revelations are brought to us by some very dedicated people and we marvel at it and applaud it but we ‘fail’ to l see it as the whole that it brings. It is like we only look at it from one side and miss out on everything else that is there. What you describe here Otto is such a good example of how there is always so much more to something than we allow ourselves to see.
I agree Esther. When we theorise the Laws and Wisdom and don’t apply them to the whole life, we are missing out on so much.
The part that I really like about this equation is how it is now about people. How we live collectively and individually, which makes me consider how I live as a powerful person equal to any force that comes my way.

It is simply a choice to love or not to love, thank you for the reminder. I am staggered to see the depths we plunge to as humans with war, rape, murder and so much worse, if that is possible. I wonder how all of that is possible from a baby who loves unconditionally. Then I see the desolation that not connecting to that love brings and it renews my commitment to make love my only source of fuel.
The fact that for every force there is an equal and opposite is one of the greatest education lessons we can be educated in. It allows us to make true sense of the world but in the understanding that the world is not just the third dimensional one. Understanding the forces at play and relating them to our actions is an enormous leap forward. It helps to really grasp the power of our choices and to fully understand what are we really doing when we make a choice. True education.

I love this blog. To let ourselves really see the extent, the depth of pain and suffering that is in the world today and not try and numb ourselves from it but to really really look, eyes and hearts wide open, we can then look deeper and know there is a choice here to counteract something vast and grand. To surrender to our love we need to surrender our pride, the fact that we took the wrong path when all along we knew so very very well. And so we hold on, clinging desperately to the picture and lie we’ve set up creating a snowballing effect on to that original lie as we keep tumbling down in its painful shudder. But — our love is always there regardless waiting for that ultimate choice to be eventually, inevitably made.
I like what you have said here – that our love is always there – makes me think that this equation could come with a little sub clause; “true then, true now, true forever”

This leaves me somewhat speechless – contemplating the vastness of love that you are describing here which is so readily available and that we have, most often, not been choosing!

Indeed. But isn’t it weird how what I have written appears to be “turning it around”. Why are we not looking in that direction in the first instance?
And this makes so much sense to me in that the more love we are and live, the more the equal and opposite force can come our way. It is never personal but always the chosen energy at play.
The more of the ‘personal’ that we can take out of it, the more we see the truth that it is simple as which energy are we choosing. Keeping it ‘personal’ is a pure indulgence of the self.
In relation to our decision to choose a life of love or separation, corruption and/or abuse, it’s important what you’ve shared that, ‘that choice, through the divine right of free will, will always be ours and ours alone’. No matter what ideals and beliefs may be imposed left, right and centre from society, that choice can’t be made by anyone but us, and we have every right to choose either way.

All that is happening in the world in the macrocosmos is a collective choice of what happens to us all. I can certainly see myself resisting my own love at times and therefore it is deep responsibility to be honest and to stop. During these times, it takes an even deeper self-love and self-appreciation to come back and an awareness of understanding why and what have allowed me to make such unwise choices in resistance and delay, and yet never losing sight of the deep love that I am and can bring out—in fact, it is my responsibility to bring out.
In my experience it is much easier to be love than to indulge in something gruesome, except for our longstanding habit for the latter. Once the habit is gone, it might be much easier to receive, be and express truth and love.
I wonder if the opposite force is really a force and not something else altogether, whether it is really something that opposes the pain and misery that is going on right now.
We cannot escape true science and Serge Benhayon not only presents true science, but also inspires us to see that we are all in fact true scientists.

Jenny. I’m really intrigued by this comment. Because what you say isn’t necessarily the case for me. What I mean is this – I have known this equation for a long time, I am fully aware of it’s meaning, repercussions and full impact. I have a deep understanding of it’s implications – by no means all, but very many. And yet I have to say that it doesn’t always “make me consider more deeply, the energy behind my actions”. This is the extent of the irresponsibility that I can run with. Ignorance is never an excuse, and in my case I can’t even claim ignorance. I know so much, yet I do not always live to that level of wisdom – that has to be a daily choice, a daily rhythm, a daily commitment to humanity. This is what I am building and as I build it, this equation and the inspiration it is to me is ever more naturally expressed in my movements and choices. That is my evolution.

This makes so much sense to me. I know how naturally we feel and are love and that therefore the opposite expression of this as we see, in so much of what is going on in the world today, has to come from a force that counters the love… equal and opposite.
What is it going to take for us all to start choosing the love, glory and joy? What a world that will be to live in.

Without choosing love first we get lost in the human tragedy, which can be just as disturbing when we look into the eyes of the shop attendant, plumber of bank teller and see the love that is being denied and yes even still at moments looking into the mirror, as what we can see is occurring on a global scale. Hello Otto and we spoke about this blog yesterday at a course I was at. It came up around a conversation about responsibility and imposition. We were talking about how we don’t like the feeling of being imposed upon and the question was asked do we impose on others. Most answered yes as there were small amounts of imposition that were seen as being part of it. The question was then posed similar to, if we stopped imposing could imposing actually continue to exist? The answer was it may continue but it wouldn’t effect us or we would take it on. This confirms what your blog offers Otto in that responsibility for how you are is responsibility equally for what comes to you. If you want something to stop or change then make that stop or change in yourself, even at the smallest level and you will be different the next time you see it. I would have loved to have been part of this conversation. There is much that I could have learned from it. What you are talking about exposes so much, delivers so much responsibility and puts much homework at my door as a friend, work colleague, parent, human being..everything!! This is huge. Agreed Otto and you were a part of the conversation and in fact you started it without even being in the room, are you some type of genie or something? It’s true what you are saying and that is what I felt. That we leave quotes like these in the air and don’t bring them right down to earth. What we are saying in a deeper way is that literally everything we do returns to you in some way. So if you want to ‘control’ that everything then ensure the quality that goes out is what you want to see back. If we continued to be aware of the quality we put out and then appreciate out how it returns because it always does. The world is the world yes but does that mean we just put our head down and accept it or not see our responsibility or what our part is. Like we are saying we are all responsible all the time no matter what side of the fence we sit on.
I have lived on the dark side of the equation for many years and now am opening up to the possibility of living on the side where a love so grand encompasses every particle that I am; so not just visiting this side for a holiday but taking residence – something I had never previously considered was possible but through people like Serge Benhayon I see this is possible.
Even when I understand this equation, I have lived at the opposite end to love for so long I have found it difficult to always stay in connection to the love we are! So, I am a work in progress. I do my best to work on being love in every situation, without perfection, just me being ‘me’ from my Livingness.

As the forces of dark /evil and light /love have always been in a battle through the sold out choices of so many throughout history and to this very day. I keep seeing time and time again how true this quote is. ie that in order for us to know what food harms our body, we must know what food nourishes it. In order for war we must know harmony. And it is all a choice – do we pick what harms or what heals? It comes back to our responsibility really and how the choice we make is not just for ourselves but for everyone.

The force generated through storms that we like to blame on climate change, but perhaps there is more to consider in Newtons law, for if the force is coming through that strongly, what and how are we generating the opposite force. This is a whole new way of looking at the world and the horror that man inflicts, a way that reminds us of our responsibility.
If we accepted that our bodies are made to be loving, act lovingly, but not emotional, and that anything that was not thus would harm us and require us to clear through sickness, then it would change our relationship with the world, because we would start to see that we don’t get away with behaviours we think we do. There is room for much more science that looks at this energetic outplay, the forces required to create certain events and the opposite forces that we often don’t consider. Serge Benhayon has talked of the corrections before, the extreme events needed to clear and heal the planet when we act away from love, this is worth understanding deeply as it makes complete sense and science could do much more to study and bring this to life for everyone, that would be a game changer for humanity.
Absolutely – every day the news gets more and more extreme. You don’t have to be scientist to realise that there must be something at play beyond what most of us are considering. For the majority of my life, the only reason I believed there must be a God was not because of any religious beliefs or upbringing, but from reading a lot of books about the dark side of life that were horror stories. These stories being fiction with the few that were real unexpanded happenings, just felt to have a true nature. These items were the only reason I knew that are had to be a God. It has taken decades for me to rediscover that God was always within me and to confirm the things that go bump in the dark are always at hand to be couch potato’s within us, are always ready and willing if we let them in.

We see a constant movement of this equation in either one direction or another. We see the outplay of this in events around the world that are either towards love or towards acts that attempt to separate and chaos.
When you understand this and accept that it is indeed a Universal Law and that no one is exempt from such truths you can’t help but consider well if this is the case, what is it that I am putting out and what I am putting out is what I will get in return. So you can stand there and go ‘well make sense to move, speak, do everything with the intention of harmony so I am sorted’ but what we can forget to do is look outside of our own life and see everything that we choose has a ripple effect in the ocean that we live in. So its not just about what’s in the return for ourselves – it actually is much more than this and each choice I make effect’s everyone around me and the Universe that I live in.
This is the full scale of the equation. It’s something that challenges me daily – that level of responsibility, but it is the truth and my body tells me it every day. Universal Medicine has changed the whole game for me and the more I allow myself to accept equations like this and their full meaning, the more joy and purpose my life is filled with.

It is common to think that we are “better off” now than for example during a time that we call “the dark ages”. But it only needs a moment of honest contemplation to feel that the same energies still run our societies and it’s not about living longer in one body, but about the quality we live in. I was just reading the blog on “Images of God” and noticing that all the images we hold of God are the equal and opposite force to the Love that IS God.
It is common to react to situations and to not take our understanding any further. You encourage us here to explore our reactions more deeply.. look further and bring everything back to love.
From experience, if we do not choose love as the initial impulse then we are choosing the opposite to love. If my movements are not full of love then they are driven by something else. It is one or the other.

Such is the binary of the equation. There is is no grey area. This is why I love bringing it back to the science, the maths, the absoluteness. Doesn’t allow for any wriggle room – ouch.
To balance the equation of the immense amount of evil all around us there must be on offer for us all an immense amount of divine love just waiting for us to tapped into. How amazingly beautiful is that.
When we look at things from scientific eyes it is really amazing as equations are equal from each side. There is equal balance, so when we can take this to life, like what is shared in this blog, what if we all connect to the deep level of love within us and emanate this out, what would happen to all the opposite that is taking place crimes, disasters, etc. So like Serge Benhayon says “For every force there is an equal and opposite force.” This love would support in melting all that is not true. This is an amazing science. We can look at the world and go into sympathy or desolation, or we can feel into what is actually being offered therefore resisted, and choose to surrender to it, or not.
I was deeply affected this weekend by the degree of poverty, misery and degradation of refugee communities in 18th Arrondissement Paris. No air brushing here, raw, intense, harsh reality for thousands who live and operate in that area. Hustling, selling, begging, dealing and addiction are the way of life here. I came back to read your blog, be reminded and re-connect to the opposite force to what I witnessed, love, brotherhood and humanity, the energy that counter balances, moves each one of us to be much more and heal.
And our understanding and living of this is what starts to shift the devastation we witness. Trying to fix it from the devastation has been shown historically not to work.
I will never forget when Serge Benhayon first presented that whatever you see in another, is exactly where that person needs to be for their evolution and whatever you see in that person is exactly what you need to for your evolution! So, when love is a choice that is so easily seen in so many, why not choose that as the focus of the energy that we align to, to the best of our ability with no perfection.
The beautiful thing about equations is that both sides are held equally. There is never more favor given to one side over another yet every answer clearly falls on one side or the other. No different to life.
Otto, you have explained very clearly how when there is more love in the world for us that the opposite forces which include evil, wars and corruption have to up the ante as well. The problem is that we are not choosing to be the love that is there and to live this in the world so these negative forces are flourishing. It sounds like a simple choice to make but the majority of us are just not going there -the question we need to ask is why?
I love how much we can play with this phrase, something we all learn at school. What is crazy is the amount of love we all actually are. I know when I let myself stop I am left with love. Yet when I sit with this naturally everything in my life which is not love comes up for me to look at. What is fascinating is then I can easily react and suddenly feel like a million miles away because I have had to call in another energy to oppose what love was showing me. Yet I can come back so super quickly when I choose to. So yes for every force there is an equal and opposite force, but when it comes to love, at least in my experience, there is no stronger pull when we fully allow ourselves to surrender to it.
So true James I have also found that surrendering to love has a lot to do with the way I connect to love.
A beautiful piece of science brought in line with religion that arrests my mental need to work things out and ignites my true intelligence – a combination of feeling, understanding, observing and knowing – something that has to happen with my whole body.
I really appreciate your offering Otto to approach the amount and depth of love that is available to us from the opposite side, as that is so clearly and obviously shown to us in our everyday life. The waywardness our societies are in are even worsening every day and the predictions where we are heading to are not very promising as well. This said, it means that also the love that is the opposite must continuously increase in depth and availability to us all. It all comes down to a simple choice; do we hold on to that self created world, that clearly shows it is not working, or do we choose the opposite, the love that will show us the way out of this experiment we have created for ourselves and proves clearly having failed.
Otto, your presentation on the science of forces is a beautiful revelation. I really love how you have presented that if in our world we do have such an extent of awful things happening, it can only be because of the increase in the level of love that is available to us all at any given moment in time. Sometimes we can get so bogged down and depressed at seeing the level of corruption and greed in the world, but when we think of it in terms of people’s choices and we get to feel that there is so much that can be chosen that is of an immense supportive quality to us all. It is after all a matter of choice. Which side of the coin do we choose to focus on and live with in our lives (not in a way that ignores the other side, but in a way that acknowledges always that there is another side, letting oneself see it and feel it, but never making that our choice nor our focus)?
It brings a new level of responsibility to reading the world news.
In every moment we have a choice of what energy we align to and are therefore expressing from, we can’t make that choice for anyone else, we all have free will, but the choice we can make, our own, affects everyone.
I love this blog and have learnt so much directly and indirectly from reading it a couple of times. Truly a blog that keeps on giving. So often I have held the belief that once you have read or done something then it’s behind you and you never revisit it. Almost like to say ‘I’ve dealt with that so leave it behind’. But I don’t think things are truly like that and this blog is proof of it. Each time I read this blog or the comments I feel like there is more to say or become aware of, like it’s drawing more out. I find immeasurably comforting, by considering the depth of evil that is in existence all around us as the exact and equal opposite force of love that is also available for us to connect to. This puts into scale the love that is just waiting for us to feel. How beautiful is that!
When humanity understand this – the corrections that are going to need to be made to balance out some of the atrocities being experienced across the globe. Example – Genocide is not without energetic consequences.
Energetic laws such as this hold such an unwavering authority that is full of love.
This article really supports my willingness to keep opening my eyes to, without averting my gaze, the evil that abounds in our world today. And the power of this, as opposed to trying fruitlessly to pretend it is not there, is extraordinary. Every act of evil simply demonstrates the enormity, consistency and all encompassing presence of love.
I have such a deep appreciation for the love I can live now, because prior to that I saw the opposite force of love at play in the world in all its subtleties and horror and this was normal…..or at least “how the world was”. Now the work of Serge Benhayon and the way he lives has shown us all that there is a grand choice to be made, that we each are equally empowered and able to make, and it’s to choose love and live that as not just our normal, but it is our natural way.

What I love about this equation is how it relates to every moment. We are either connected to the ginormity of love or the ginormity of what is not love. There is no middle ground. Pure maths teaches us about the absoluteness of life.
To me at this point science becomes religion. When a train of thought is equally scientific, philosophic and religious, I know it is coming from truth.
I am reminded of something that I learnt about in school. Venn Diagrams. As you say, the cross-over of these three studies, the point at which they all agree, are all saying the same thing and become indistinct from each other.. religion = philosophy = science….this is the point of truth. In bringing this understanding it is clear just how much of what we see as normal within life is actually a part of the force opposing the love that is there within and around us.
This is the thing. The illusion of “normal” is a thick veil blinding most of humanity from the love that resides inside us all – equally.

I loved learning these laws in physics, sat there fascinated by the fact that over arching all of life where laws that governed the way the world as we see it works – how it is that these laws came to be, for they where not made by humans, only ‘discovered’ or quantified, but they have always been there. To me it is in these kind of considerations that the possibility of there being far more to the universe than happy coincidences, and instead a divine plan being the reason behind such perfectly balanced laws.
Yes, Rebecca, you would think that discovering these divine laws not made by man would bring great wonder and humility to humankind, and encourage us to bring such order into our relationships and behaviour.
Hey Otto Bathurst you remind us that we are faced with a choice to return to the power that we are divinely designed to express or to deliberately stay aligned to the opposite force – yes or no / light or dark. When I choose my power, I am immediately catapulted into expansion and the force is completely neutralised. Learning again to live from this space is my everyday.
As you are saying Otto I feel the same, “I know the power of the love that I have felt. It is gigantic” So this begs the question, does the equal and opposite force come to us for us to step out of this love or do we choose to step out first which allows the force to be there? For me as we are saying the energy is always there it’s a basic energetic law but I know there is a way to live that respects this law and equally doesn’t allow you to step out of love unless you choose this first. You may ask who in their right mind would choose this, to step away from love. It makes no sense to the naked eye but we choose this all the time and if we look deeper and deeper we will begin to see the simple choice that is always there. Live love fully to the best of your ability and you are always held by that.
This is a crucial detail. Crucial. We have to first step away from love to allow the equal and opposite force to be imposed. Essential to remember that and very revealing to consider. Thus undeniable that we have chosen the state of affairs in which we now find ourselves.
This certainly makes you stop in your tracks and question ‘what is it that I am bringing to the table, what is the quality and I am choosing and what effect will this have on the whole”.- Responsibility at its truest form.
Science comes to life when we releate it to life.
And it’s really important to see it that way, in line with this equation, because it forces (pun intended) us to see the truth – namely that we are choosing this counterforce and that there is always an alternate equally available.

As I stare this morning at another devastating image of a dead mother and child killed in the Aleppo bombings in Syria, and reading you blog Otto, it strikes me that although many know the truth of this science, they are still living like the world is flat, still avoiding the bigger picture, the responsibility that we each have to choose love.
It’s very powerful to relate this to the world being flat. In years to come we will look back on this time and mock our ancestors for being so ignorant of the equation that Serge Benhayon has presented in the same way that we now mock our ancestors for believing that the world was flat.

Being in the world every day I often observe people being hard and myself also hardening and avoiding intimacy. This hardness what the world and society reflects if there is an opposite force how tender must people and as such society be in truth and what level of tenderness and intimacy do I carry within myself but not always express this.
I agree Otto and in relation to Newton’s Third Law you are absolutely right on. If we have an outplay as we have with war, murder, rapes etc then the opposite to that or the “equal and opposite reaction” must be grand beyond words. I love the angle this gives us as we so often look at things straight on which makes it hard to see what’s behind it. With this blog it gives us a look behind the show and we see that even in a dark hour there is a great light equally but it will just need to be seen and appreciated. Thank you for the angle Otto.
It can often be as simple as just changing the angle of view. For in truth, the whole truth is always there for us to see.

We get to choose what part we play, with the energy that is available. WE think that change is impossible, idealistic etc, but is it…does it not just take a choice….
This is so revealing Otto as to why the world is the way it is. Why we see so many acts of absolute love and then equal acts that are counter to this. The forces at play are huge.

We have some steps in our house and I had a family member who had a tendency to lose their temper frequently, it became a frequent occurrence that when they would unleash their temper after having a rant they would fall up the stairs. Which is a strange thing to do but it happened enough that we became aware of the sequence of events. Emotions are a force and if we put it out there that force comes back.
This equation relates to every single moment in life. How we choose to be with others and how others are with us.

‘humanity tears itself apart’ this is so sad, that we have allowed ourselves to come to this, that we have not chosen to stop the rot before now. Throughout our history there have been World Teachers who have presented the truth of how we are living but we have chosen to ignore them and stay in the comfort of our own miserable existence. Now each one of us has a choice, and it has to be made soon, for our bodies will no longer sustain the abuse we inflict on ourselves and our fellow man.
To see, observe and be in the world from the perspective of forces turns everything upside down. It makes life far less personal and from a distance definitely easier to grasp and understand. People are not just people. They are transporters of energy. The quality of the energy is determined by the choices that they made on a long term and on the choice that they make to be connected or not in the present moment. Hence, blaming anybody or anything isn’t very wise. Even though I can feel that I’m still to learn what this means on a personal level, this is giving me a more solid awareness of the fact of how important observing is.

Yes. For years as a kid and young adult I used to ask myself “what’s it ALL about”. I had such a strong sense that there was so much more to life, that there was a bigger picture, an overall purpose that I was missing. I remember studying these laws in physics, along with some of the other laws that are fascinating and as you have done, I always liked to consider the effect these laws would have on real life – for it can be all too easy to leave it all in a textbook and as nothing more than theory. But these over arching laws are what lead us to experience life as we do.
If I go into a situation without any pictures of what it will be like, or any expectations and just choose to bring all the love I am then I am not bringing a ‘force’ that has to be met by an equal and opposite ‘force’, thus the ‘Space’ is allowed to be there to hold whatever is true.

Yes, Otto I was considering yesterday ‘it serves us well to fully contemplate both sides of this equation’ and it’s always there presenting itself’ to us as we go about our lives. I was waiting at the traffic lights and a person walked across in front of me – someone who felt as though they were living in very deep misery and was unkempt and dirty – and then as I was feeling a sense of rejection within, I realised that underneath all the outer there was this tender and very gentle man and my whole body expanded and changed in that moment. It gave me a moment to realise that I should not allow judgement to close me off from meeting another who was simply walking and experiencing their particular path.
When you look around at us as a race and consider how much we try to escape every day in so many ways, wow just how much do we actually feel? What great sensitivity must live beneath the ‘shrug of the shoulders’, the casual ‘I’m ok’ and the driving on regardless? For what you say Otto Bathurst shows we may not be the heartless selfish people we believe ourselves to be, but are actually deeply sensitive and profoundly aware beings. So in the end, what if it were to turn out that we are hugely powerful not weak at all?
This is exactly it. To be getting it so exactly wrong (with such precision) shows that we are in fact absolute masters of this science. We must be – to know how to oppose it so perfectly.
That is what happens when we switch from force to power.
One point for me is that it is not power but force we are talking about. Each force generates a counterforce with the result that they nullify each other and then the process repeats itself.
The vastness of the love that we live in is unfathomable to many of us, but you have presented it in a new light, by looking at its opposite, the horrors of our world that are forever being played in the news and on social media. We can close our eyes to both and live in what we think is a ‘comfortable’ existence, or we can open ourselves up to feeling what is truly there and experience a level of joy hitherto unknown.

Dark vs Light. All we have choices. Simple it is young man. Size matters not.

What a lot of energy we put into not being who we really are.
When you consider that Einstein discovered and presented that e=mc2 in 1905 and that this was scientifically proven, we as a society have been avoiding such treasure and not integrated it into our normal way of living. Over a hundred years old you would think we would have this in our daily way of living and taught from the day we were born as this is how the Universe operates. I love how Serge Benhayon since 1999 has presented the fact that if ‘Everything is Energy, therefore, Everything is because of Energy’. I heard this in 2004 and what a game changer that was, thanks Einstein and Serge.
Very true Otto, we can either choose to view the world at a surface level – how it appears to be, or we can take the time to look, consider and feel more and unlock a far deeper understanding of the world.
Why do we choose to fight what is naturally our nature and nurture? We are starting a battle that we cannot win! It is like standing in a river and thinking we can stop it. We can build dams, but they have to be controlled forever. A large Dam requires a tremendous force to hold back the water. Why live a life with this kind of pressure when there is no need for it within us?
Otto, through your simple and logical deduction from an undeniable fact that for every action there is an equal opposite reaction, it’s time for us all to take responsibility for the mess we have created. Through the act of resisting the love that we naturally are, we have created the reaction of hardness and disease in our bodies, enormous tension leading to wars, hideous acts of violence against each other …. we have created this, and more, through our resistance to being our loving selves. Explained so simply, it seems unfathomable, yet this is what we have done and what many are continuing to do …… rather than choosing love, which is what we all crave more than anything else.
As I sat on a rock yesterday feeling the power of the ocean in front of me, I appreciated even more, on a very physical level, the magnitude of your words, Otto. Knowing that when I resist the natural flow of love through my body, it’s like trying to swim against the force of the tide ….. that’s huge.
The absurdity of our existence is that love needs no opposing force to fuel it or to make it prosper. It is an activity that is effortless and harmonious. To live this understanding in this world is to give power to what is true and heal what is not.

Beautifully said Otto. When put like that there is simply no denying the enormity of love that is available for us all. If the devastation of war can penetrate every country and every person on earth, what if the opposite was explored? Wouldn’t that turn everything upside down.
This certainly explains when feeling amazing, loving, caring and open to humanity why it seems like there are more forces that try to squash it and suggest the love you are needs to be shut down. This is a great time to turn up the volume on all we are and offer from our essence.

When I choose to not be there, not be me in fact, I’m allowing in a force that fills the space that would otherwise have been filled with Love. Love it Otto, and I fully get that it is our choice and always has been a choice. When I feel my body now compared with where my body used to be, there is no longer a choice but an appreciation of the connection I have and a love to be full committed to be in that connection, union or yoga with my soul.
Today I watched the Ageless Wisdom teachings where there was a presentation on science, one that was based not just on knowledge and grasping a concept but on energy and the wonder of the universe, so much so that everyone no matter where their previous experience and knowledge brought them, where captivated and interested the entire time.
Woa how much would things change if we first looked at it from knowing love, true love then there would be no shadow of a doubt that anything that is not is abuse.

This is an old equation and one we are all familiar with.. the balance between light and darkness, good and evil, etc.
The absoluteness of true science as shared by you and by Serge Benhayon is so clear and simple and so needed in these times. May more and more become aware, everything and everyone matters.
We often focus on the negative things in life, or what people do to us, ( which is not really them) – What would happen if we focused on love? Would we see people and life in a very different way? That what we would and could see past people’s / our behaviours to ours / their truth, not the sadness, protection, hurt etc. we carry on the outside. The truth is we wouldn’t have to carry it anymore if we didn’t impose on one another or need people to be a certain way or something for us, and met each other in this way, from love, with space.
It is easy and convenient to look at the world and all its problems and just say ‘ thats the way it is and always will be’ or ‘that’s just human nature’. But what you have stated so clearly and scientifically here Otto is that nothing is a forgone conclusion and we have the choice and the power to change it all if we wish to. It begins with each one of us taking more responsibility in our daily lives and living with more integrity with each other. Perhaps we do not always think of it this way but every little act we do in our daily lives, contributes to the greater momentum the world is in. So our little moment of dishonesty that we think does not matter is actually contributing to the extreme horrors and atrocities that we see in the world. I’m sure there is a physics law that explains that one too!
Bringing these scientific laws into our everyday of living is very valuable in life but would also be very valuable in class learning about physics. These practical examples would help to see the importance of these laws and with that naturally help us remember them as it then makes sense. Also when we make it that practical we will feel like ‘I know this too’ it is very tangible instead of just words or formulas.

Love encompasses all but we are selective in whom we choose to give our love to, we criticise people in distant lands for the way they are living and fighting with each other, we criticise our neighbours for the way they allow their children to play noisily in the street, we only love those who serve us. God created us all as equals, we all have the same light and love within us, but we have all made different choices throughout our lives and that has allowed us to look and feel separate from who we truly are. True love means seeing beyond the separation to the deeper person within and feeling the deep connection we have with every human being on this planet.
It suits us perfectly to ignore the depth of truth that true science delivers because in that ignoring we area able to hold on to the comforts of our irresponsibility. True science, if seen in full, offers no shadows.
We can not have enough reminders to bring everything back to love.
Driving through London you get to see the pockets of deep lovelessness and deprivation, whilst not the same exact extent as Syria it is still quite shocking to see the state of communities, the drug crimes, the struggle and the turmoil. Therefore even within the western world we see how far from love we live and therefore how grand the love must be given the opposite state we are in. It’s a great way to see the grandness of God as opposite reflections of the way society is living at present.
This is interesting as I had a similar experience years ago when involved in a car accident and I was very conscious that it happened through the way I lived. In hospital there came the thought that if I have the power to destroy myself through a car accident what power must I have when I express love in everything I do.

What I love about studying with Serge Benhayon is the constant unfolding of the laws of science, born from an innate knowing and living experience of their unstoppable power and inevitable consequences. The power of observation is not a cold scientific discipline, it arises from a strong connection to an inner stillness that when internally consulted, confirms the simple truths that exist in our universe that we can either choose to feel, appreciate and honour or ignore. The appreciation of this law of equal and opposite forces empowers us to realise our true worth and responsibility in this world, which is the ultimate aim of both the laws of science and philosophy, to empower us to return to who we truly are.
I see an example of this principle in the extreme behaviours that I am seeing in society. As the love that is described becomes more evident and lived on earth by more people, there is a force that attempts to counter this. This is demonstrated in the extreme behaviours and attitudes that I see. This gives me an insight and understanding as to why these behaviours occur.
To connect to love comes with the awareness of bringing to the surface its opposing force. To therefore hesitate is choosing to not be aware that this opposing force is there anyway, just more hidden and corrupt.
I love the fact that we all have a choice – it keeps things simple and straightforward. Not always easy, but simple and straightforwards. Essentially it is about allowing ourselves to see all that there is to see, but not remain stuck or focussed on the atrocities and the awful things in the world. As you have said Otto, this evil we see is a great reminder of the grand love that we all hold and are held in all of the time.

I love that you point out how it continues to change, once we get complacent or think we have gotten somewhere but now can go no further, it is a red flag, at these times its important to remember that life is a constant changing evolving experience and if it is not being felt in this way, there might need to be some adjustments made.
I have been experiencing this very strongly at the moment in my life. I can feel the stillness that I can choose, and I can feel the frenzy that is awaiting if I step out of it. There are two energies and they can pull me in different ways which are the direct opposite of each other.
If this is true and it does feel like it to me, I’m to upgrade my honesty with myself and start taking time to grow the relationship I have with everything that’s going on inside my own body. Feeling joyful, open and light-hearted requires first and foremost this connection, rather than a drive to be in control and be in the illusion that I’m mighty in my individuality. Where as I could share that in this individuality I’m always controlled by a force that in fact isn’t me, but I’ve accepted so as this force has been my common experience, choice for most of my entire life. Being connected to myself I would call power. So the choice is basically to choose connection with my power or being controlled by forces that are in fact the polar opposite of who I truly am.
This is such a huge and very timely reminder that we are so much more than the misery that currently abounds in so many countries at the moment. The depravities of war are not our greatest expression to say the least and they are not our real expression either. We are such glorious beings and it’s our responsibility to truly claim and live this, rather than indulge in an expression that does us no justice what so ever.
I love your logic, Otto: “if that is the depths to which humanity has sunk… then, through this scientific equation, we can also know the depth of the love that we are opposing.” Seeing things in this light brings in a whole new perspective which makes it easier to not “avert our eyes” but to see the fact with understanding and no judgment.
Written with clarity and authority, Otto. This blog makes it so obvious that we choose one energy or the other and with this understanding we can see that when people commit atrocities it is not them – rather they have chosen a force to avoid connecting to the depth of love that they already are and could otherwise have chosen to express.
With all the world in turmoil and suffering ,illness and disease the energy that we are using is a force to get us through but if we only realised the equal and opposite to this force is immense love then the world would turnaround and be seen for the beauty it is and we are.

I don’t like the feeling the word force, to me it implies and feels like something very physical, although it may be unseen, coming through someone that is not love. It very much can be felt, a bit like getting an invisible punch through a computer screen.
If its one thing I take out of this article, thankGod you wrote it Otto, is that there is love innate within every single one of us.

Today I was able again to feel how deep this love of Serge Benhayon is in him expressing with every move harmony and stillness through his body and how challenging it is for me to find steadyness in this.
’But whilst humanity tears itself apart, it serves us well to fully contemplate both sides of this equation, and thus the love that must also be in each and every one of us.’ – I have been sitting with this sentence for a bit and taking in the full message of it. Put simply and straight forward like you have done here, the message is immense and it really is a no brainer. Why would we choose anything but the love that we already are?
As you’ve shared Otto it’s important we look at the full scope of abuse and disharmony in the world, as when we really open our eyes to it there’s no excuse for living a secluded or comfortable life as no doubt we have a huge responsibility to change things. Feeling the responsibility we have to show another way of living is what causes us to avert our eyes from seeing it all.
When we stop and consider deeply what you are sharing Otto that the opposite force to try and counter the Ginormous Love that is available puts it in perspective. All the natural corrections that is happening on a daily basis would then potentially be clearing the ginormous opposite force that is at play to our original harmonious state when we choose Love. Which exposes that every choice we make either harms or heals the universe and the earth that we walk on.
These scientific equations delivered by Newton and Benhayon are absolute. That is what scientific formulas are. Something = something and so within that there is no such thing as “oh, and also there is a little bit over here that isn’t on either side of that equation”. So, as you say, we are either harming or healing – there is no middle ground, or grey areas. Absolute science.

I couldn’t help but come back for a re-read of this incredible blog Otto, the immense vastness of love I feel in my body from reading it, is a complete confirmation of the truth I feel.
With everything that is happening in the world today, it is hard to believe that there could be any love here for us at all. But this is if we only look at what is going wrong, with all the chaos and catastrophes. Maybe it is a question of changing the perspective with which you look so that the love that is there can be not only seen but felt, and deeply so.
I have been experiencing this very strongly at the moment in my life. I can feel the stillness that I can choose, and I can feel the frenzy that is awaiting if I step out of it. There are two energies and they can pull me in different ways which are the direct opposite of each other.
Another understanding of ‘For Every Force there is an Equal and Opposite Force’ is that the force we put into action comes back to us with just the same force. Physically that is very obvious e.g. when we hit our flat hand onto a table we feel the repercussion / recall of the table ‘hitting back’, so to speak, with the equal force.
When we now apply this principle to quality of movement or force we realize that expressing e.g. anger the same force of anger will come back to us due to Newton´s law, same with love or harmony etc. This opens a completely different view to life than the way we are living as a society for now.
As it is for an expression of love.
When science can consider the fact of unseen forces in the universe that has impacts on the physical reality we see around us such as gravity and the existence of atoms and protons and electrons, is it such a leap to say that there is also a quality to such forces or energies? Is it then possible as you have done in this blog to apply this to science and see what kind of things it reveals, like the fact that if there is so much in the world that is bad and dire and suffering, the visible effect or product of a force for evil so to speak, then an equal and opposite force must exist that is love, and so the choice of force here is the key – are we truly free when the fact that there is a choice of which force we live in and which is not something we are taught?
I love this and it’s so pertinent. Why is that we put boundaries on science. As you so accurately say, if science is such a rock in some areas, why not allow it to expand in to the all? Is it possible that we resist the absoluteness of science to allow us to remain in the comfort of our ill choices.
Reading your article again Otto, I felt almost perplexed that we have allowed our perception of life to become so skewed. Having a skewed perception has disastrous ramifications as it leads to increased despondency and despair. However when truth manages to regain a foot hold, then that in turn will then bolster the masses and we shall see change spreading like wild fire.
Such simple yet profound statements “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” (Isaac Newton), and the expansion to understanding Newton’s Third Law: “For every force there is an equal and opposite force” (Serge Benhayon). With this wisdom books can be filled by their greater meaning and percussions.
“That choice, through the divine right of free will, will always be ours and ours alone.” This is one of the keys for me in what you have presented here Otto, that it is a choice and we each make a choice in every single moment.
There is so much power in movement. Every movement in our body comes form an impulse and that impulse comes from energy. Every movement we make can have a profound affect.

I wouldn’t even say ‘reach’. We don’t need to reach for it, it’s even simpler than that, we are it.
I’ve been looking at the horrors happening around the world: the number of people dying by violence in every country is awful. What is my part in that? At some point in our history, someone committed a violent act and the rest of us stood by and said nothing. Gradually violence became a way of living until now it is accepted as the norm, as a way of solving our personal and global issues. I may look at the news, on the Internet, on Social Media and feel horror at the words, the pictures, and the statistics, but I am still doing nothing. I am not one for going on marches or signing petitions, or even speaking to politicians, but I can at least look to how I am living my own life. Where am I not being tender? When are my thoughts in judgement of others? Change starts with each one of us, and in this case, for me, it is in bringing love into my life in everything I do and with everyone I meet.
I love how you have so emphatically and clearly made your point here Otto. One way to simply perceive and feel the magnitude of the love we come from, and are, is to simply relate to its polar opposite force – one which we are all too familiar with relating to. We can do this easily. Apply the scientific proven law ‘for every force there is an equal opposite force’ and voila – access to the magnificent grace of love – or at least to the possibility of it!

What would happen if we looked at love first – then what follows after that, would we have far more understanding of why people choose certain behaviours and what’s behind them – rather than seeing the person or ourselves as the behaviour first? I often see this in schools or the way in which we talk about one another or to other people, it hurts, it’s not love and we don’t make it about energy first. Imagine if we made it as simple as saying okay, we are Sons of God, so why are we not choosing to live this? The answers would be and are, very clear and simple, plus there would be a lot less reaction, disharmony and war in the world. It would bring a much deeper compassion, understanding, and holding in love, rather than imposing on one another. This would be a game changer on a minuscule and vast level.
Are we living in a way that feeds the divide between the extreme wealth and the extreme suffering or are we living in a way where we take responsibility for the choices we are making?
It seems utterly crazy that we would in fact choose to oppose the love that we ‘appear’ to be seeking. So crazy in fact that we might dismiss this notion out of hand. But this takes me to a point where I consider why we are all apparently seeking love – for if we are seeking it we are surely saying ‘we do not have it’. Is it possible I ask myself – that if we believe we don’t have love that we create a state of being that appears loveless and is loveless in its ways – whether it is actually true or not. This is the power we have in our beliefs – we can take something that is true and tell ourselves it is not.
“That love, and my choice to align to that love, has changed and continues to change my life entirely.” The most fundamental and evoluntionary choice we can ever make, one that brings about true and lasting change is our decision to align to love, real love that holds all in equality and says ‘No’ to abuse in all its insidious forms.
Many accept, affected or overwhelmed by world events, look the other way or feel there’s nothing they can do. This blog powerfully shows us another way: we can always choose love, and when we do the opposite force is lessened. Doing nothing means strengthening the force that is not love.
The more we force the less we love.

The more each and every one of us ponder this deeply, the faster we will approach the day when this is openly discussed at such meetings.
One day we will all have the love and understanding for one another that our emanation will naturally pull us all equally towards evolution.
With this as our basic scientific foundation that every choice we make be it thought, word, movement or any other form of expression has an out play that will take place. Taking full responsibility of every choice we make leaves lesser space for a complete and utter disaster or what seems to be a minor choice that doesn’t really effect you.

All over the world there are forces playing out in reaction to what has been chosen. Hello Otto and I was never a fan of science at school and now I can’t imagine why, well I can but still it was a choice from me to turn off and not be able to look past the way it was delivered. This style of science I get and enjoy. Thank you for bringing us a lesson in science that just makes sense. The constant expression of science is one of the things that I really connect to with the teachings of Universal Medicine. More and more I am seeing how our bodies are the ultimate science lab and that we are all scientific professors.
Even seemingly ‘small’ things like forcing your child to bend to your will, say to eat brocolli, can have far reaching effects. What if we allowed rather than forced, maybe in time that child will eat brocolli or maybe not. To be given choice and be also given the understanding of the consequence of choices is a great form of love.
For every non-loving act there is an equal loving one – it’s just a choice as to which one we choose.
Yes it is a scientific fact that because of the huge amount of atrocities, neglect and disregard, on a small and big scale, there must be equally huge love that we can all live with.

We see all the discord, disharmony, and disease and think we need to solve it to fight the ‘good fight’. But reading your beautiful words this morning Otto Bathurst, I am touched to wonder if every struggle, every strife and each difficulty we see is there because we are fighting and resisting Love. What if there is no root evil in us, except that we let this ‘opposing force’ get in the way, and so all atrocities, abuse and crime is just coming from the actual fact we know Love and underneath long desperately to be that.
In face of the horrendous disharmony in the world from extreme atrocities to the as normal accepted level of disconnection, social coldness and giving-upness the amount or vastness of love that holds us all unconditionally is unfathomable, but we need to access it through connection first and then living, expressing it in everything that we do, then we will truly know the power that is not just equal and opposite to the devasting forces that dominate life on earth for now but is the very nature, the source of who we are in truth. The choice is ours which force we align to, access and make the expression of life on earth.

The enormity of what you have presented has not truly sunk in, a world where every person was choosing to commit to love first would be the absolute reverse of what we have today, and that something hard to imagine as it is so far away from anything we have seen, or known, for a very long time.
I was struck, Otto, by the words “whilst humanity tears itself apart”, and how this does indeed feel what we are doing, all for the sake of resisting an inevitability – that we will all eventually return to our true nature, which is loving, equal and all-knowing.
We have become so enmeshed in our issues that we seem to have forgotten all about the Love within us all. The grace that Serge Benhayon re-presents to us is a true gift from Heaven, a powerful reminder of what we all belong to and can re-align to, an all encompassing Love that far out weighs the misery we have created here. And once we have ignited our choice to re-align, it brings a whole new perspective to life and our purpose in this world.

We can see and feel it in the most atrocious act, how someone can be treated so appallingly and yet still remain loving, live without bitterness, rancour, hate, rage or revengeful notions. That is an example of love in its purest form, and that is a love we all have within us, some are just more ready to show it than others, but one day we will all show it, the full deck of cards, the whole hand, and that will be a spectacular thing to witness as we all know the scope of love we have to offer and to feel from one another.

When it comes to energy that’s passing through us as a being, I’m reflecting on that fact that within the biggest rage, is the capacity for the biggest love; within the biggest love is the capacity for the biggest rage. We choose one capacity…or the other.
This is a great blog and I wondered whether there is an equal and opposing counter to love and then I realised that love is not a force so there need not be a counter force to love.

I can remember hearing Serge Benhayon talk for the first time about science and how energy works and I was totally fascinated by it – In the past science has not a subject that I was head over heals for but that changed once I got to feel and understand the truth of energy as presented by Serge Benhayon. Ever since I still Love hearing Serge share, exploring it for myself and getting to understanding how enormous science project our bodies are.
The love you speak of here is so exquisitely beautiful, pure, transparent and holds no weight – it’s unfathomable the miracles it leaves in its wake once this love is chosen. The law of freewill means that it is a choice and one that is up to us to make. This puts a spin on life and offers a scientific explanation to why the world seems to be in such state. If only we all knew we were resisting love. If only we all had this understanding when looking at the perpetrators of war or any other abusive act. If only knew that we are all here to be love …

Today I was talking to somebody about the choices we make in any moment to either harden or open up. Even with our words we choose to separate or connect deeper. Which means every word is in fact coming with either the power of unifying or separating. The truth of the fact that “for every force is an equal and opposite force” in everyday life. How huge is the responsibility we hold?
The depth of Love on offer, that has always been there and always remains with us despite our avoidance of it, is enormous, an extraordinary endless source. And we can return to it at any chosen moment.
So simple and defiantly needs to be added to all physics books – to know that every time I am resisting the love I am, there is the equal force of love offered to me in every moment
Choosing to align to love in everything I do today and with everyone I meet seems a good start to changing the negativity in my workplace and this has the power to emanate outwards -this is how love works as a changing force in our lives and in our world.
Love is something I have felt most easily when having esoteric healing modalities so often I have felt the vastness and connectedness of the universe I have felt my essence in connection to that. To think that everyone has this essence but we choose to live quite the opposite is quite revealing of the current state of play in the world. We are love and as you share it is there to be connected to.
Though I remember that exact same equation peak my interest, little did I know the magnitude of what was being taught then. If everything has an equal and opposite force then we have at every single moment a measure of exactly what we are choosing.

With Serge Benhayon’s expansion of Isaac Newton’s Third Law, as human beings we can understand that we are more than we think we are, and that it is there to be felt. Action and reaction are very human, of this world, the physical, the temporal, but force is an energy, and the whole Universe is energy, and we are too. This gives us the choice to be aware of all that is at play within us and outside of us, we are all one within the greater whole and subject to those laws. The force of evil and the power of Love are there to be felt flowing through our bodies all the time, and we can choose to be aligned to one or the other. If we choose the power of the great Love that is offered us, the Light will shine on and expose the dark places to be healed and they lose their “force”. There are not many who believe in the forces of good and evil these days, and consequently all has become a grey murky soup of disregard, disrespect, abuse and crime. Thank you Otto, it is time for that to change.
Given we are all innately love imagine the force we are using to hold this back and the consequences that this will have on our bodies.
This applies to every situation, for every force there is an equal and opposite reaction. This is where regret comes from.. feeling that we had an opportunity to bring a quality, a depth and love to a situation that we chose not to. Only regret keeps us in the reaction of this. Whereas when we just see the fact of what we have allowed and accept this, then we leave ourselves more clear to make a different choice next time.
Speaking of action- it reminds me of gigantic pendulum-from emotional love to hatred, from health to illness, from peace to war etc.
So stillness and Love make perfect sence as being the central point where all begins.
It’s so true; if everything has an equal and opposite force and we are constantly being offered the choice to align to one or the other, then what immense and incredible force of love are we (humanity) avoiding through all the corruption, separation and greed?

Thank you Otto. Reading your blog reminded me of a couple of years ago when I saw a map online charting the acts of terrorism going on around the world at that time. It was a sobering visual account of one side of the ‘force’ running in the world. I remember at the time thinking of how a similar map from the ‘other side’ would look – a map filled with acts of love and miracles happening around the world. The love is there but I wonder how open we are to seeing it and sharing it and when we do, are we willing to go deeper and wider with it?
I have been so aware of the fact of an equal and opposite force recently. My choice is to stay with the stillness and love inside my body, but I can feel the opposite force wanting to pull me out. It is a constant choice to not go with this and stay with the true me.
We often think of science as a separate subject that we study at school and leave there when we go out into the world of work (unless we work in the field.) Science is all around us in everything we do and I love how you have brought Newton’s third law to life in this blog Otto.

A very simple point powerfully made Otto. Not only does it make sense but it also opens up the possibility for us all that there is so much more to experience than our current state suggests. When we can explain love tangibly through scientific fact it is hard to doubt.

The crazy thing is Love is there, in and around us all the time, but what we put in the way to fog this is what makes the above statement less digestible.

Pretty clear choice!
Seeing the horrors of the world from the perspective that you share, Otto, that there is counter balance of love as a scientific fact, makes the horrors feel far less overwhelming and dominant. And that what a mighty force love is, and if it received the same level of publicity as the force of evil then what a different world we would have.
Love is in each and everyone of us, buried under a great deal of force that we call in to oppose it. The best education I have ever received in my life via Serge Benhayon and the teachings of Universal Medicine has been on how to un-earth my innate love and to heal the need to oppose this inherently magnificent quality and expression.
Let us admit that we are choosing to ignore history for a long time already. We not only ignore the wisdom of history, the wisdom of our elderly (drug them and remove them from our sight) we do the same with our own innate wisdom. We don’t choose love.
This totally makes sense of the oscillation that often goes on in my days… for every moment of effectiveness and flow there is the counter distraction and excuse to stop; just as for every moment of contraction and reductionism there is a point of inspiration to balance it out. My responsibility is simply what I choose moment to moment.

I have just been reading a blog about jealousy, an insidious force that is far more common that we care to realise. Given everything that is being shared here, in this inspiring blog, I started considering, what if whenever we felt the inkling of jealousy we chose to connect deeply with ourselves and instead of the ugly, destructive fallout from jealousy we invited, through our choice to connect, the opposite force to flow through us, one of love, unity, harmony, evolution …. what a profound effect this would have, bringing us together rather than causing further separation.
Yes, yes, yes. This equation is the perfect tool to use when we come across anything like jealousy or any other destructive feeling like that; comparison, self-doubt, resentment, anger…etc….If the truth of this science is known and lived then jealousy can have no hold on us.
If we gave as much energy to taking responsibility for the choices we make in our everyday lives and for the degree of love we choose to live with those around us, as we do with the blaming, judging and condemning others for the state our world is in, we would then begin to see that the great power needed to turn things around is, and always has been, at the heart of who we are and how we are choosing to live.
It is up to each and everyone of us to individually come to this understanding that there is also another way of living and to choose this other ‘force’ instead, to choose for the love that is, and has been so abundantly available to us all of the time.
Looking at the opposing forces that are around me brings an additional level of depth to my understanding of the world. This is a lovely reminder when the world around seems to lack love, that there is equally available love to counter this.

Love it Otto, simply because these sayings make absolute sense when you look and observe our world today , and at the same time explains to us what is truly going on underneath all the question marks and so called “not knowing what and why something is happening”. We have been living so long in denial which has brought us to such a dense and numb state that even when the things are very clear in our face we still try everything to escape it! Thank you, Otto for being with us and discovering the real truth about our current state. And again, this saying by Serge Benhayon makes absolute deep understanding sense.
And yet, even though I know it – categorically and undeniably, I still don’t live it every moment. I say this not to bash myself and not because I seek perfection, but as an appreciation and acceptance of each of our responsibility in the state of the world. All too easy it is to apportion blame or to think it not our fault or not relevant to our lives…but this scientific fact doesn’t only operate within borders, nationalities, certain countries, certain groups or sections of society. This scientific fact is the all – everything is everything. Thus we are all responsible for a war in the Middle East, a tsunami in the Far East or a political catastrophe in Europe.
So much for us to contemplate here; certainly not for the fact that ‘for every force there is an equal and opposite force’ but the reality of how we are living this fact and what energy we aligning to. Great blog Otto, thank you for the beautiful gentle supportive reminder.

Serge Benhayon has presented for some time now that as individuals we are naturally love and that it is only our resistance to being and living that love that allows us bring in an opposite and equal force to counter it. What you have explained here Otto confirms this and highlights the fact that the atrocities we experience at a global scale are simply the sum result of our individual resistance.

What a brilliant reminder Otto. When we see the level of destruction and devastation that is taking place in relationships, homes, cities and countries all over the world, we equally get to see the potential for an incredible amount of love, which is beyond measure, that is also possible.
It is in this moment I can appreciate the level of Love that is here, to deeply know that it is our Love that is causing the opposite force to be by equal measure such a force.
I’m becoming aware that on a personal level I have the choice to feel and connect to me or if I’m not making this choice, I’m not with me. What adds to our very limited concept of the world is that we often live with very narrow and confined ideas and beliefs. We tend to be consumed with our own lives and our own neighbourhoods, rarely stopping to consider that there are 9 universes out there. The result of this way of living is that our thoughts and actions are very confined and consumed with our day to day dramas and often if we do raise our gaze, it rests on the dramas that exist in the one world that we live in. By opening up our view of the magnitude of life, it seems to naturally follow that we get to feel the vastness of the love that abounds.

We are sold to look at it another way and in place of that we should look more to your blog’s message, “For every force there is an equal and opposite force.” This can change the way you look at the world and possible support us to appreciate what we are seeing rather then writing it off.

Awesome Otto Bathurst thank you. I am more of a philosopher myself but there are clear parallels. I have often pondered why we are hurt by careless or thoughtless words and whether this is because there is an innateness within us to which abusiveness of any kind is absolutely alien. Today I am certain this is true and hence can deduce that our horror in feeling hurt reflects the truth of our innate lovingness.
Life is a Living science – all according to a divine order and greater intelligence. When we consider life as point A to B, flat and under our creation and control we are no more than trying to reduce the Grandness of the Universe into our own unique version of a pointless game of blind mans bluff.
There are always two side to an equation. Many schools of thought promote one side over another with a classic example being the categorisation of whether you are a glass half full or a glass half empty kind of person – whereas this blog claim the exactness of how much water is in the glass.
This is a very contemplative piece Otto and I totally agree with what you have exposed. On a macro level we can see the lovelessness being used with huge force to combat the love we have for each other and war stands out as an example of that for me. And then on a micro level, how we are with ourselves and the abuse many of us put our bodies through to counter the divinity we naturally are, this is evident in humanities addiction to sugar, caffeine, alcohol, drugs and hard-core exercise. I guess that’s why surrender is so important, to give up the fight and surrender to the depths of love that is and always has been available to each and every one of us equally.
The very fact that we are CHOOSING hateful thoughts and actions towards ourself and others is a huge point to ponder Otto. That everything is a choice, harm or love, is a very big wake up call for us all.
The science of energy is a science that the world has yet to fully comprehend and surrender to! As soon as one considers it, this science is as obvious as the nose on your face. Do we react, feel hurt, withdraw or do we offer the opposing force in all it’s glory and counter the force with love.
Yes there is horror going on in the world and it is easy for us to imagine it doesn’t exist because it’s not actually happening in our house, but it is happening in our neighbourhood, there are cases of domestic violence, cyber abuse, pornography, paedophilia, corruption, female genital mutilation, sex slaves – a geographical area might look pretty on the outside but do we truly know what’s going on inside people’s houses? Otto advises us not to turn away, we do need to feel what’s there and at the same time to be aware of the enormous love that is also there. We do not turn away from love. The discomfort is knowing that how we live now is not how we could be living and it’s entirely our choice.
Living with this energetic understanding, of the two opposing forces that are constantly playing out in our lives, makes it so much easier to bring understanding to challenging situations and not take them personally. It allows us to recognise that unpleasant behaviour is a reflection of the loveless energy or force that person is choosing in that moment, but it isn’t ‘who’ they are. They, as do we all, have free will to choose love in the very next moment.
Every now and then I have a moment when I feel only a minute part of the abuse, corruption, lies, misery of what is going on in the world and even that feels enormous and I have this gosh moment like how are we ever going to heal this? I had this again this morning and straight after it I remembered what you shared here, that I also know is a truth. If that is big then WOW how big is the Love! Thank you xx
Both sides of this equation give us the full picture of what is possible, and therefore full understanding of what the possibilities are from either of these aspects
So what does keep us from accessing the stupendous love that is all around us and all throughout us? Could it be our false perception that we are hurt and so we all limp around licking imaginary wounds and protecting ourselves from future imaginary pain and in doing so are we creating an imaginary world of false beliefs layered on top of false beliefs? If enough people wised up to the facade could the whole rotten illusion be toppled like a deck of cards within a very short space of time? I feel it could.

This also clearly sets out that there is no in between but only two actions or forces and as everything is energy, only two energies. We can make these choices in every moment of our lives, and when we feel we do not need to, in effect we have and yet if we do not do so consciously something else will.

Abuse and Love – polar opposite extreme to another. The enormous amount of abuse, hate, war and conflict that we see and hear in our world displays itself as a force to offset the enormous capacity of love and brotherhood that is available to all – and it simply is a choice.

Wow after lifetimes of looking at the atrocities of the world as evidence of how bad it all is, I had never considered looking at all this as proof of the enormity of love. But this really does make sense. If all it took was a bad word to offset and refuse accepting the love we are then love wouldn’t be amounting to much. But if I do look and do not avert my eyes I see the constant force needed to counter act love which shows love is colossal. So imagine living accepting love consistently. How huge would that be?!
Having observed the immense changes in people over the last 10-15 years, who have been presented with the absolute consistency, integrity, purity and power of love by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, I can completely agree that love in its purity is so powerful and is the key to humanity waking up again.

Hello Otto and often our consideration is only focused on half the equation. We only look at one side of the coin but as both these equations and many things through life show us, there is a balance to everything. So in life if you are considering there is no way something can happen you would also need to consider the very possibility that it could. I call it the 50/50 rule and so if I find myself running down a hole I consider the possibility equally of another way. As you are directing us, “For every force there is an equal and opposite force” or a balance. This for me lightens life and lightens the mood around many things, thank you.
This is affirming of the fact that there are only 2 energies in the world for us to choose – one is about love for ourselves and mankind in everything we do while the other promotes self, individualism and thus separatism. With free will we are choosing one or the other in everything and every way we are expressing.
Every day Newton’s 3rd law acts on us. For every movement that we make is initiated by an energy. The energy we choose to move with comes out of us, in each foot print and each breath, each word spoken and even in the tiny movement of an eye lid closing. If we choose love to initiate each movement this energy comes out of us than the equal quality energy comes back into us. If we choose anger, hardness, separation or disharmony then this is the quality of the energy that leaves us and that comes back towards us. So in every moment are we adding to the love on earth and experiencing the benefits? Or are we adding to the disharmony on earth and complaining about the reflection?

I too love science and this makes so much sense – and helps understand life in so many ways, to see when I am making choices that aren’t like me or I don’t like, it is simply and equal but opposite force to that which I can choose that is the love that I am.

This blog really does get me to stop and reflect on the vast amount of love that we are all aware of to some degree but most of us choose to ignore. It gets me to see the bigger picture and my part in it, a responsibility that cannot be taken lightly for in every thought and action I have towards myself and others there is always a consequence whether that is ‘good’ or ‘bad’ and that comes down to me choosing to align to love or not.
Otto, this is great. To look at it from the opposite way, from the real state the world is in shows the enormity of the love that is there for us all, and we can each and every one of us make that choice.
So simple Otto, if what we see around us is NOT love, at least we have a marker to be honest about…rather than justifying why we did ‘good enough’.
Each one of us contributes to the state of the world in our every movement – be that love or it’s opposite.

Each and every one of us has a choice which energy we align to – is it one of love or one of separation. The more we choose love, others too can see and feel that this way of being can change the world.
So many people see the devastation and destruction that exists in the world as making up the largest part of life and yet the truth is that the devastation and distruction that exists is a mere spec within many expanding universes of love.

At school science was taught as something we needed to learn and for me it felt very dry and beyond my comprehension, but what I am realising and what you Otto have so clearly demonstrated is that there is nothing mystical or complicated about science – it’s just revealing to us what is taking place as we interact with the world – and how this is something that we can choose to change if we choose. We can either align to the truth we feel within or go into denial.

The thing that stood out to me when reading your blog Otto is the amount of energy we must be using to hold back the enormous amount of love that is with in each one of us. No wonder exhaustion is the latest plague amongst humanity.
Awesome how you expose that rather than go into overwhelm about all the current horrors we are more aware of with 24/7 media coverage etc, we can choose to recognise and embrace the enormous love that is always there for us to connect to. How empowering to consistently embrace this choice.
It can be so easy to focus on the negative, that we can negate, dismiss, ignore and generally not see the inordinate amount of love on offer that is there just waiting to be realised, felt, and lived.
I love this simple turnaround to our perspective. There has to be an enormity of love on offer, like this we have no excuse, so what are we choosing?
And so must be the power and potential of a one unified brotherhood – a unity stronger than any imaginable. A potential that is always there with us all as a human race.
When we look at the atrocities in the world and in particular the intensity and the level of corruption, greed, deaths and abuse it can be hard to understand it as such. So Otto, I absolutely love how you have turned this around have presented that with such a level of lack of love, must also be present a tremendous amount of love. This can only be so, due to energetic laws. With every force there is and has to be an equal and opposite force. Amazingly simple, and what a blessing!
I agree Otto that it’s difficult to argue the obvious impact love has on families and the larger community. When someone ups the respect and care they have within their life and in relationship to themselves, and then applies that to how they are in relationships with others it’s amazing to see how people surrounding them notice the difference and respond.
Through fact, through science you have created a stop, a sobering look at where we have taken the gift of free will, hence our responsbility and the equal power of choice we have to turn this around.

In my younger years, I did not have any thoughts or feelings about God and religion, but I did believe there were dark things out there. Using your same scientific thought processes, (Physics was one of my fun classes at school) there had to be a God to balance things out. It comes down to who’s table you choose to put your feet under.
Absolutely, Steve. If there’s something dark out there, doesn’t that mean there has to be something light? Perhaps it’s just that the dark makes more ‘noise’ so we notice it more. The louder that noise, the more light and love we must be.
I had goosebumps reading your blog Otto, something that I often experience when I am reading something of truth and fact that resonates deeply in my body. I love and really appreciate the angle that you have presented these facts and guided our eyes and our senses to looking at life from the ‘opposite’ direction. The love that we are and that is available to us is g-r-a-n-d and g-l-o-r-i-o-u-s beyond any measure or that which the thinking-mind can really fathom, and yet from a connection to my heart I feel the depth and the expansion of love that is not just possible but absolute.
The opposite is plastered all over the papers – its out play is unavoidable for those engaged in this world… but to consider that there is an equal and accessible love to counter this if we but choose it. That makes it HUGE!
There is so much in our world that is not love that the very planet we live on brings earthquake, fire and flood to redress the balance and when there is a natural ‘disaster’ we all come together as one humanity to support each other irrespective of any perceived differences. The Divine love that embraces us all equally is in the inner-heart of everyone awaiting the spark to rekindle the fire.

However, through your article and utilisation of Newton’s Third Law, Otto, you have managed to make it palpable apparent and that it is just our choice to choose it or not.

What would happen if we stop the struggle, put our hands up and stopped fighting, stopped opposing what is a God given truth within us. We use the word ‘surrender’ to mean giving up, but maybe true surrender is an allowing of what is so innately within us to simply pour forth, by getting ourselves and our small minded agendas out of the way.

It also highlights to me how many people I know and in society are so focused on only one side of the equation, hence the imbalance in our world, I have experienced this myself. One of the illusions about the world in its devastation is that it’s a loveless world. But it’s only loveless because we haven’t chosen love. We do not recognise the absolute power we can bring and reflect to this world by choosing love everyday for ourselves.
And so it is that often we oppose that which we actually crave the most, which is love, so each time we act in a way that is not loving, a force that is not caring, it is in my experience a reaction to keep away from the love that we can live in. Perverse as it sounds, that is the nature of the human spirit, the desire to keep ourselves playing games in the misery, with that opposing level of love always there in our soulful bodies, waiting patiently for us to return.

“For every force there is an equal and opposite force.” – I shall carry this with me in my day as a reminder in every interaction that is anything less than loving from me or from others.
If we took far more responsibility for what we are ‘putting out’ energetically so to speak, we may not end up with a world of chaos, corruption, illness and disease and disharmony for a start.
The World we live in starts with each of us and will always be the end product of what we allow and how we each live our lives. We don’t live in isolation to each other as much as we would like to believe this – we are one contributing part of a greater whole.

What a gift you have brought to us all Otto – we all can get caught up in the atrocities of the world and carry it as a heaviness in the body but what you have offered gave me a greater awareness of the immense love that is equal to this. As Serge Benhayon has been presenting for many years now, the atrocities in the world are the force of resistance to the enormous love that we are and that is available to us. It is important to reflect on how much harm is unleashed because of simply not accessing and choosing this love and that this is a scientific truth and not a fanciful one.

And when there is no force, then there is no opposing force and life is left to be just as it is, it doesn’t need to arch up against anything. And that makes me think of all the times that I bring force into my own home and therefore also call in opposing force as well, rather than allowing life to be as it is and to respond to life’s impulses in it’s own innate timing. It was the same for me Otto; It was not until I knew the consistency and purity of love through Universal Medicine that I could see I was resisting god’s universal love by my choices, I did not even know I had a choice, now it is very clear to me.

I love the parallels you have drawn here Otto, and have also noticed in people’s lives, they do not change unless another factor forces change. Young guys can be reckless drivers until they have a bad accident, we have all known people who were consistent sports activists have an injury and never return, sometimes it’s a change of job, a change of relationship, or a medical scare for someone close. But all too often we don’t change the way we live until illness or accident stops us in our tracks leaving us with the time to reflect on the momentum of how we were living.

A very honest look at what is going on.
It is an eye opening observation to see humanity channeling such hell and suffering and to consider that this is in resistance to the immense Love that we naturally are… and can choose to be instead.
This is painful to consider but if we get honest we have a chance to make more informed choices about which force or power will animate us.
Otto Bathurst, this is an extraordinary piece of science that you’re offering us all! On a personal level I am to face that I need to be extremely powerful. In a way I’ve always known this to be true, but I can also feel that I’ve chosen at some moments in my life to not live that. I understand that I need to approach myself lovingly, to accept and let go of the shame, ignorance and belief that I’m not powerful. I love the part where you share the love that must be around us due to the level of gigantic mess that we see everywhere must be huge! I realised the other day that the force I pull into deny the love I feel and stop myself from expressing must be huge because I know the love that I feel and am a part of is beyond space and time, to suppress that is requiring enormous force, we don’t get away with doing that.

So brilliantly put Otto. The level of love that we are capable of living and experiencing is huge, and this is inherent and our natural essence. And exactly, the extent of devastation, degradation, harm and abuse we must draw on to resist our innate quality must be just as enormous. This understanding puts everything on its head. When we see the loveless and desperate acts, this does not refute the fact that a great amount of love does exist within us all, but shows the extent of love we have chosen to resist and the force we have needed to do that. And when we reflect on our own life there may be things that have happened that cause us some pain. But when you consider “why does it hurt?” “why is it that it distresses me to see brothers all around the world treating each other without regard?” the simple answer is it’s the Love that we know lives in us all, the difficulty we experience points to the brilliance we naturally are. So if we but listen to the sadness we feel instead of pretending it does not exist, we would find the clue and key to life is right here with us.
I love bringing science to life and alive by applying these laws not just in the chemical lab but in real life situations. Here they come of true service of us.
What you here present and remind Otto is significant, and so I will open up my eyes, ears, and sense, and make the choice to see the beauty, hear the heavenly sound, and feel the love that is there. If we really take in and look at the state of the world today, there is indeed an overwhelming amount of corruption, disharmony, deceit and conflict taking place every day. When we become aware of this, our tendency is to react to what we’re seeing and conclude that ‘nothing can be done’ about it, that we can make no difference and that a comfortable life where we don’t challenge the state of play is just as good as any considering the atrocities that are otherwise taking place. However, seeing the situation as an equation far off it’s equilibrium then every contribution and commitment to living love and expressing what’s true in our own lives helps to re-stabilise the unbalanced boat we all live on, that should eventually,and in truth tip in favour of love rather than corruption. It’s time to re-rock the boat.

I am blown away by your presentation of this simple fact, Otto – when we look at the enormity of the horrors arising around the world to recognise there is an equally enormous amount of love that we are resisting, why on earth would we choose the horrors over the love? It doesn’t make sense.
Many of us know the ugliness exists but are only willing to look at it to a certain extent by telling ourselves we don’t want to know or are too sensitive, but what you are saying here Otto is that by truly being aware of the depths of deprivation we are capable of, we also have access to this enormous love from which we are naturally from, if we should so choose.

That’s right Kerstinsalzer15, I totally agree and I love what Otto is sharing here; it is bringing science to life for me. I now understand that science in actually all around us and we are so much deeply part of it, whereas I used to compartmentalise it, and left it to one side thinking I have nothing to do with science because it is not my profession. But this blog totally dismantles my beliefs around science and bringing it to life for me on every level.
So we are wilfully ignoring scientific fact when we choose to ignore the enormous love that is available to us and in every moment it is within our power to make a different choice, empowering and inspiring. Thank you Otto for the simplicity with which you present this.
I like your invitation to look very closely at what is happening in the world, to allow us to just sit and feel the intensity of it and how we with this can also feel the enormity of what is also there, but is simply not expressed – the immense love. It makes it really really clear how by allowing us to see the whole we simply see the whole, all that is there, the enormous love and the atrocities, and with that we do not get stuck in one track but can clearly decide what we want to live. It is, as you say, our choice.
Thank you for the clarity you bring here Otto that exposes there are two very different energies on this planet, that which is love and that which is most definitely ‘not love’ and constantly counters and opposes the natural and harmonious way of brotherhood that we can choose to live once we are aware of this.

This is such a timely read for me Otto, as this is what I been contemplating for some time now, but just within me. Becoming aware of the force I have used, and am still occasionally using, not to be all that I am, to not to be the love that I innately am, I have come to wonder what is behind the use of this powerful force. So I have been asking myself the question a lot as to why I would use this force to stop me from being this amazing woman I am, when to be this woman requires no force at all, just a beautiful surrender. From reading your brilliant blog I can now step out from my own little world and ask the same question of the world that we live.
Your point of the state of where we have got to, and how far away from love we have traveled, is a very valid one.

Bringing focus and attention to the horrors of the world is the very thing that the majority of people prefer to run away from and pull the blankets up over their eyes and ears and numb out (or burying their heads in the sand) from the truth of what is there to see globally as fact – the absolute mess and lovelessness that abounds this planet. Removing the numbing comfort blanket and considering the equal and opposite force …..the vast and infinite ocean of love and harmony awaits.

Wow – this is such an amazing insight on life, and I have never considered the world like this before. It’s easy to look around and only see people massively struggling, but you are correct, the laws of physics prove that no matter what we choose now, the opposite must be equally as grand and magnificent – and how grand it must be to be the opposite of what is going on in the world at the moment.
This is a very beautiful blog Otto! It is true that most of the time, we look at the ugly (and there is in abundance) and we react to it as if it were it. Yet, the invitation of keep looking and bring into the equation the fact that “For every force there is an equal and opposite force.” changes everything for it gives a very clear feeling of what is awaiting us if so we choose. At the same time, it leaves no doubt regarding the power of choice we all have equally. That, in turn, brings us to another crucial point we have to deepen: we have to really understand how the process of choice really works. This, will help everybody to grasp why the world is the mess it is and what are the forces behind this.
I agree once we are aware of that love again we have that consistent choice to surrender to it for all around us and in us also is the opposite force of it trying to derail us from the Truth of that Love.
Otto, I loved reading this, it completely makes sense that there is an opposite force to all that is not love in the world – all of the war, crime and abuse and how powerful this opposite force/ this love is. This makes sense why if we choose this love why it stands out so much, I can feel now why there is not a middle ground, that it is either love or not love, much to ponder on here.
Wow Otto, this is the beginning of the truth of Science, and its significance for humanity. This is a long overdue restoration to humanity the oneness of science, philosophy and religion, and their one-unifying truth. Something that will resonate with people the world over.

Otto another significant thing to consider about the fact ‘For Every Force there is an Equal and Opposite Force’ is the day to day forces that we each bring in throughout our day. The struggles, the battles, the arguements, the disputes, the pushing, the controling, the berating etc, all of those are forces and so there must also be a push back from them all. It feels to me that surrender is actually the only way to allow and enable life to return to it’s true form.
Otto I actually got goose bumps whilst reading your absolutely mind blowingly illuminating article. This is extraordinary stuff and yet as you so rightly point out, it is also pure scientific fact. Whilst reading your article, I was able to glimpse the amount of love that must exist and yet I was not really able to fathom what I had glimpsed.

Holding this quote maybe I can be more honest than I have ever been before.
How many times have I been in conversations about putting the world to rights. There are so many of us concerned about the way the world is, trying to find ways to make it better. What if that way is already here and we are ignoring it? What if that way were to align ourselves with the force of love and be love in all that we do. What if we can feel the quality of that love when we get really still, still on the inside, and what if all of us resonating to that could change the world?
Now this is a blog that puts things into perspective. As you say, Otto, it is our choice as to which side of the equation we want to focus. For a long time I have focused on all the things that are wrong in the world, then through Universal Medicine, I began to see the other side, the fact that we come from love, which means that we all know love very well indeed. This has brought a great balance into my life because life now is very simple, I know I can choose love or not love. True science, at its core, is very simple and very beautiful.
Free will is a bigger responsibility than most of us allow themselves to fathom.
Wow Otto. It is easy to believe that lovelessness is all there is at times and I have often felt despair when I look at the state of the world. It is amazing to feel that we have allowed such a hideous state of affairs when the love that we are could be accessed at any time. Through Serge Benhayon I have been able to see and feel that willingness to take responsibility allows the love back in to our lives.
Brilliant, Otto. Once put under the microscope, the enormity of what we are resisting with every act of disregard, lovelessness and cruelty becomes very evident.
Otto this is brilliant, the contemplation you are offering. If we are forcefully opposing the love that is available to each and everyone of us then there is no surprise where humanity is. The question is how far do we have to go to to see the love that is available to us for what is going on in the world now is already to the extreme?
Thank you Otto for bringing to light this powerful point of how it is by way of our eyes being closed to all that is happening in the world we are all a part of, we allow the forces of evil to find its way into our lives and run rampant without question. With our eyes closed we forfeit the power we all hold within of the Love that we are, that knows a far greater, magnificent and truer way of living that encompasses all to in harmony, being guided by the love we all are in essence. We are all born with the free will to choose, and in every moment choose we do; this is our divine right indeed, so seems to me that it make absolute sense that we are aware what it is we are choosing.
There is a pull forever calling us back to what we truly belong to, so there is a force opposing that pull in order to sustain this reality of ours. And you are absolutely right, Otto – the closer we look at this reality of ours and extent to which we have sunk to, the more it reveals of what we actually come from and being pulled back to. It’s a bit like we are stretching a rubber-band as far as it goes, or until it snaps, by the look of it right now. Either way, it is inevitable that this rubber-band will go back to restore how it was originally and the tension will eventually need to give in. We have a choice to let go, or keep stretching it until it snaps with a massive come-back force with devastating consequences on many different levels – personally, globally. With what Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon presents, I have chosen to learn to let go of my grip before it snaps.
I love your rubber band example, Fumiyo. If I look more closely at it, when that rubber band stretches, it actually heats. Does this heat mean we actually can feel when something isn’t right? Yes, whether it’s a rubber band or something that is not loving, it’s important we don’t turn a blind eye to it. We have a responsibility.

This is brilliant Otto for I too can say that my life has changed in some very cool ways by choosing more loving ways to be, move and express in the world. I have found a new level of understanding and joy for what life can really show us when we are openly connected to our hearts.
The mind boggles to even begin to contemplate the magnificence of love that is available to our world in these current times. For if we do truly look, the atrocities are abound world wide. If the equal amount of love is available, which it is, then it is time we knew that we, each and every one of us has the personal choice to make, do we choose the atrocities and emotional confronting and draining way of life. Or do we stop, take stock and allow the love, that lies within to be the way we live in today’s world. It is truly possible to live with our love guiding our life, it is empowering, it changes our perspective and how we live, it opens our heart to a true care for the body in which we live, and ultimately it connects us again with others.
When I contemplate the evils in the world it can be overwhelming, especially if I turn to a news service. When I imagine the opposite to this, the deep love that is available, the inspiration that lifts people up to be their true selves and bring understanding allowing another to be their true selves, I feel full of joy and know that this is truly possible. I know that the walls we build to separate can disappear and that we can live unitedly. I have felt true love and can choose it.

When there is a difficult situation, do I choose to react, withdraw, protect or do I surrender and share the love that I know I am, allowing the expression of whatever is there to share, which will always be about evolution for us all.

The ugliness and despair is equally balanced with love, joy and light and given this is our natural way of being the force on our bodies when we resist this and instead align with the ugliness in life is enormous, no wonder there is so much suffering. Brilliant brilliant brilliant blog Otto. Thank you. Last night I watched a true film about war, terrorist bombers, drones etc and it was horrific how we have become to behave. I know the depth of the grand love in us and how far away these two sides are. This force opposing that love is absolutely apparent in many areas of life with all sorts of people, BUT this force is opposing our grand love and this force is not us, it is something that gets to have its way with us when we choose to live in the less than we truly are. If this force came from us it would not cause so much tension in our bodies, so many tears or upset to us, as I saw in the film last night with those who carried out acts they knew were disgraceful. We feel the tension when something is not true because innately we are all love. And this tension can at times seem minor like when we feel someone speak unwell to us, but still that is letting us know it is not what we deserve or is of the grand innate love we are from. It is all of our responsibility to build our love in our bodies so it can deepen and to not allow this other opposing force to have its way. Science – I love it when it’s presented in its true way about the all, about real life and truth. We live science everyday.

As I sit here and consider what you have just shared I feel an overwhelming sense of excitement, like a kid at Christmas that wants to show the whole world their presents! I love that you bring it back to that simple choice Otto, it’s so easy to get lost in the horror and gloom of much of what the world is now choosing, but that avoids the consideration that love is the opposite and in fact we can choose. So then the question becomes am I choosing love? And if not then I’m actually adding to those horrors of the world, not something I am often willing to see and understand even though I know it. As you say it’s a choice and it’s one in each and every moment for all of us to make without any perfection.
What you offer here, Otto, is absolute Gold. Turning around our perception that way, looking first at the horrors in the world at the moment, is key to our being able to fathom the amazing level of love, glory and joy that is on offer in our world at the moment when as Serge Benhayon has presented, “For every force there is an equal and opposite force”, building on Isaac Newton. So rather than letting the horrors get us down, making us feel powerless, we now have the knowingness that it is up to us which way we look at the situation. The reality is that it is in our power, as a humanity, to turn this around, there is far more love on offer for us all than there is violence and horror. It is up to those of us who realise this to truly live this love in our fullness, lead the way for humanity to realise there is another way to be living in this situation.

I am only just starting to wrap my head around what you are writing about Otto. I understand that we are love – and not the emotional kinda love but a strong steady consistent love that is ever present – and then when we are not being that love (which is a lot of humanity at the moment) we have to bring in a large amount of force to not be that love. Because if it is ever present, we need an equal force to not feel it. Fascinating stuff you write of and Serge Benhayon presents. There is much for us to consider.

This is a total game changer Otto, thank you. Evil is simply the absence of love – it has no power other than that which we give it, it cannot exist otherwise. Whereas love just is and by virtue of that ‘is-ness’ it has a majesty and a power which evil truly fears, for it knows the moment that we humans get wise to the fact that we are made of this ‘stuff’- that love is the essence of who we truly are – its sordid game is undone and as such it will soon cease to be.

Beautiful and so true Otto, the equal and opposite force to what we have is love, pure and simple. And it is actually there as a mainstream energetic fact through the well known teachings of Newton. Yet how little it is we think of the world this way, instead focusing our view on that we can see with our eyes only, when in fact there is a huge force at play that we feel everyday yet dismiss as not being obvious.
