The Ripple Effect of the Benhayons

I have met the Benhayons once, on my first Universal Medicine Livingness workshop, in June 2016. My memories from this initial introduction go as far as the-never-experienced-before most delicate feel of Miranda Benhayon’s hands, and the undoubtable warmth and openness of Serge Benhayon.

During this course I didn’t get any huge revelations, no eureka moments from the ‘skies’ telling me “this is it, you’ve found truth!” No, nothing revelatory here, just another seminar to expand on some knowledge.

And yet, for the first time in years I could walk into a very large room full of people and not compare myself to just about every single other woman in there, not feel self-conscious about my size, or for the first time since I can remember, listen to somebody present for longer than a minute without completely blanking out and going into a daydream. Pretty cool eh? And for me – revolutionary. Continue reading “The Ripple Effect of the Benhayons”

Mohammed, Krishna, Jesus and Buddha Meet up one Morning… What’s for Brexit?

Brexit has now become reality. The United Kingdom has chosen to leave the EU, although perhaps it would be wise to make it clear that England and Wales chose to leave the EU, whilst Scotland and Northern Ireland chose to remain. The fall-out from this decision is just beginning but the immediate sense around the community in which I live and work and even amongst some who voted to leave, is one of disbelief. People are devastated, not maybe for the reasons we think but because deep down we all have a genuine call to come together and unite. Love is calling us all to come together, however, are we living for the unification of man or for the division of humanity?

Nature: The Ultimate Reflection

I didn’t realise how important green space was for health until I spent time in a city with limited access to the natural elements. When I made my way to the river and botanical gardens, I felt a noticeable shift in the way I was feeling. I let go of the tension I was holding in my body and felt a deep appreciation of the beauty of the natural world.

So what is the powerful quality of nature all about? What is it about nature that allows us to feel content and reconnected to ourselves? Continue reading “Nature: The Ultimate Reflection”

What a Day… with Serge Benhayon

Recently I was preparing to attend the annual Universal Medicine UK retreat. I had extra leave so travelled down a day earlier so I could have a group session with Serge Benhayon.

I have been to these group sessions in the past and have been blown away by the true deep wisdom, love and healing that is offered.

The session was no different in that Serge was on fire (as he always is), bringing forth such healing and profound universal truths. Just feeling back to this and what he brought I feel so totally blessed and honoured to be in such a presence, as seeing this truly beautiful man is like having a meeting with heaven.

It turns out that I am Religious after all!

Most of my life I have been averse to the idea of being religious, partly because I was brought up in a family that was not religious and somewhat against religion, and also because of the examples of religion that I saw around me and the effect these groups had on people, communities and countries. For example, my mum comes from Belfast, a place that has been fought over by two religions for a very long time.

But from the word go I always had an interest in religion and even picked it as one of my options to study at GSCE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) level in Secondary school. I always found it fascinating, the ins and outs of these groups and how they worked, even though it was never something that actually appealed to me.

Liane Mandalis, Me and all of Humanity

I am blessed to have a close friend in life who goes by the name of Liane Mandalis. We met years ago in a café in Sydney and ever since have chosen to have each other near, call on each other for support, and inspire the other to the nth degree.

She has many great attributes, but the focus of this article is her commitment to Truth. She does not waver and nothing can get in the way of her expressing Truth. It can but try, but it doesn’t stand a chance.
