8. It is very special how one can walk into a large room with hundreds of people at a Universal Medicine event and all feel as one regardless of shape, age, size, gender, job, or previous experience – pure magic and yet why is it not like that everywhere?!

It currently seems that labels are all to easily given out by people and calling the students of Universal Medicine is another one of them. So does that mean that every student of every university or college is also in a cult? Where is the logic and common sense in this.

10. And the ripple effect keeps going. We are all ripple-affecting everyone around us. And sometimes, no exchange of words is needed. We reflect what we live, whatever that is. Words can be used to manipulate but we know what is true.

11. Love actually being lived is something most people have never seen. It sounds arrogant, but I know this to be true, because most people are motivated by emotional versions of love that are heavily influenced by what is sold to us in movies and advertising, stories etc., so to actually see and experience true love it stands out.

It’s not until you get to feel the absence of a force like comparison that you actually appreciate how big this difference is. Yes, it is like we have dug a hole for ourselves, put ourselves in it and then whenever anyone comes to point out the fact that we don’t need to be in the hole we shout at them for trying to lead us astray. Clearly we just need to be left in the hole for as long as we choose to be there – or not.

21. When people close to you react when you are becoming more self-loving and taking care of yourself, it exposes the false love we have all settled for in our relationships. This form of love comes from need, security and control is an agreement between friends, colleagues, partners and families. There is a backlash when one party steps away from the original contract.

    1. Fiona there can be a backlash as you say, there are also those who say I can see the level of care you have for yourself and it is amazing. I do not have that level of care myself and I’m fine with that. Then there are those who see the changes that have been made and decide that they want to make the changes too, then feel the benefit of the changes. Sometimes, it needs someone to step away from what we have come to accept as life, in order for the rest of us to see and feel the rot we have been living in.

    2. It is a sad fact that people react to someone saying no to abuse and yes to more self love and self care.

I could imagine there were several points such as having to deal with jealousy, where most would start to defend or deny and refuse to grow. I have had a belly full of being drunk, or being in dysfunctional relationships from a need of wanting the other person to love me because I’m incapable of loving myself. I too live far more harmoniously than at any time in my life with the knowing that this is just the beginning that there is so much more to be. How amazing is it at the age of 64, I feel my life is just beginning when most people are counting down the days to when they can retire.

25. YES – ripple effect they bring! What I have learned is that you, you, are an essence and that the more we connect to that essence, the warmer and more all-encompassing the ripple effects are..

26. All of us were raised and socialized in a peculiar way and under a specific view of the world: us and others. We all learned that to be loved by others, you had among other things, to share the basics of what you have been given. That is why it is so hard for them when you realize that part of what you were given, you discover that is not true and you start changing your life to create more space for truth to flourish. The irony is that truth is never against anyone and is to the benefit of everyone equally. The critical issue is how to handle these situations well. It has to be done from love. Otherwise, it will create a pretty difficult situation for everybody.

    1. So, true, Mary! The beauty of how ripples work! I also see the Benhayon family like the initial torch bearers. They ignite the first light and inspire others to ignite their own… then as each one lights up, more and more are inspired to do the same.

When you meet any one of them, you cannot but feel the love and truth they hold, and the equalness they hold everyone in, and when they meet you, you are inspired to do the same, and the cycle continues with each person who is inspired by love, truth and equalness.

42. I personally feel that Serge Benhayon offers a reality check for everyone, it then becomes a choice whether you agree with what he presents or not. He doesn’t have any investment in the outcome. There are many people living today who are dissatisfied with our current way of living and thousands of people when they hear what Serge Benhayon presents say “that makes sense to me”, because it just does make complete sense, there is no other way to describe it. And the relief one feels in the body is tangible.

Yes.. we may not like what is presented at first because it goes against everything we have been brought up to know is true- but that on closer inspection, is not true at all- just a lot of pictures and rules about ‘how life is’, handed down through the generations. What Serge and his family present is that there are no rules, just a very natural way to live that comes from within us, and learning to listen to that connection. No following or copying anything from the outside, just an attunement and and alignment to what we already, always feel and know within us, but have perhaps forgotten about.

44. The other day I had a young man criticise the way I live and the choices I make, but what this brought home to me was that there was no need for justification or defending because I have many years of lived truth, and without a shadow of doubt I know where I have come from to where I am today.

    1. When we have that solid foundation of lived truth Julie, there is not much that can rock our boats, as we have so much more understanding of ourselves and then others, there is no need to defend or react and even that is a solid reflection.

53. When I stop and think about it, it is in fact ridiculous that it takes such effort and bravery to make choices that are based on what we truly feel. It shows how much we are invested in our comfort that we would attack those who challenge it.

    1. Yes, I’ve seen this in relationships of people from all walks of life. But until I cam across Serge Benhayon I’d never seen those resisting love held in such love and understanding , and how in that steadiness people were given the opportunity to trust again and some did wholeheartedly.

       1. Absolutely and the beauty in it is that everyone is fully respected for the choices they make no matter where they lead them. In this way love is never lost and people are always held, even if the relationship ceases to exist.

55. One of the things I absolutely love about life is how one person, or one action, or just one thing you do can ripple out and affect so many more people than we could ever see or imagine. It could be said that although another is glowing from their own self loving choices, perhaps it unsettles the comfort and individuality that another hangs onto from not living love. On the surface it is common sense to celebrate and support another who is living a more loving life, but the backlash exposes that underneath there is a complication, that we have investments in keeping life and others the way it is.

59. The constant reflection of divine love lived in a human body must have a ripple effect, in a way it is irresistible as we all know the truth equally and are able to align all our movements to this truth we feel in our body.

The healing that I have heard of does not happen in ‘normal’ life, there are situations that some have overcome which would ordinarily leave them bitter, angry and resentful in their old age where the opposite is true. The work of the Benhayon’s is quite simply extraordinary.

Having the Benhayon’s in my life has changed everything, I now have a family who are consistently there regardless of what comes up for me and when I seek their support what is shared is spot on every time. Never once have they told me what to do or how to handle a situation, that has always (however hard) been left to me to discern. What I have been given is an opportunity to feel truth, what is true and what is not and from there I have been supported in knowing what is true for me.

    1. It is very interesting to observe those around us who react but as I learn to see it for what it is the less I react to their reactions. It becomes clearer and more obvious the energies that are at play as I claim more of who I am and the qualities and values I am here to bring.

    2. Yes and after time, I have found that many of those who reacted have come to appreciate the reflection of the loving choices I have been making and have started to make more loving choices for themselves.

85. I totally agree. The ripple effect is enormous. I have been inspired no end by the steadiness of each member of the Benhayon family. I don’t like to see them as better than me but rather enjoy their reflection of what is possible. The fact that they do not live by society’s rules, and simply live what is true for them individually is not something I’ve experienced growing up and assures me that it’s possible and more importantly, actually normal and natural, as opposed to the other way which is allowing society to dictate our every move.

In fact instead of withdrawing from life, as most people associate with cults, it is actually fully engaging in life and being willing to expose the big and little issues.

That I can walk into a room of over 200 people at a Universal Medicine retreat and feel the love and acceptance of all of who I am is a miracle. 200 people and no friction. 200 people going to have meals together and I sit with people from across the globe as if I have known them all my life because I feel at ease and met for who I am and I meet them for who they are. This is incredible. And what’s so beautiful is that this is then taken out into the world and lived with everyone who is met so they get to feel the harmony of how we can actually all live together. It’s not some utopia, this is real and happening.

92. The qualities that Serge Benhayon lives and shares so openly with everyone equally would be the most contagious energetic qualities that I’m absolutely appreciative of being exposed to.

93. It is absolutely amazing to feel there are people who understand us, that they know the feeling in our hearts and some have expressed what we also know, and together we support each other in returning deeper to what is felt and expressing more of what is felt. And it is even more amazing when we know every single person in this world is no different from us, and that we all understand there is truth within our hearts, and we are all supporting each other to return deeper to this truth and to express it. This is simply beauty.

94. I love the fact that when you met the Brown family you actually received the teachings of Universal Medicine without actually attending any of their courses. When we embody something and live from that place we become true role models for each other.

95. ‘The Ripple Effect’ – this should be taught in science at school! We learn about energy in a light bulb and other electrically powered things – but why are we taught the fact that energy is passing through us all the time and we are responsible to the energy we are aligning to because that is what we are expressing and making ripples of that will effect everyone else, close or long distant? Children would be very different knowing the fact of energy and be confirmed in what they already know and feel about it.

I observed some women attending a craft workshop on the weekend, and what struck me (apart from their obvious enthusiasm for what they were about to do) was they all looked similar, wore similar clothing, were a similar age. They were all very much alike, and it struck me that they could be called a cult. I wouldn’t call them that, but the people who have been saying I am in a cult because I attend Universal Medicine workshops possibly would!

97. When the media are telling you one thing but your whole being is telling you another, what do you listen to? When one is feeding you fear and the other is offering love, what do you choose? Looks like you’ve opted for love Viktora, and what an amazing world of love you have opened up to.

98. There is such a big difference between being influenced by others to act in a certain way, or being inspired to feel the same love within you and acting from that.

99. So true Samantha, “This blog is a great example of what can happen when we follow the love in our heart rather the criticism of the mind.” This is a great discernment to make especially when we are criticised, we can give power to the words people say even though its from the loveless mind.

100. One person can have an amazing ripple effect, as evidenced by Serge Benhayon and his family. What if we all have this – we do – but what are our ripples like? Do they harm or heal?

101. It is liberating to no end when we are willing to be honest with ourselves, as we realise that we are so much more that what we have falsely been led to believe. The way the Benhayons live is not only a testament but also an endless inspiration to the degree of love, truth and brotherhood that is possible to for us all to live. We all have a deep sense that we are more that our physicality or our emotions, and to be met by another choosing to walk and live their Soulfullness for me is a confirmation of who I am, and an invitation to go deeper to explore more of the wonders within that I too can bring to life.

True change does come from a ripple effect, the Benhayon’s don’t want to be the only ones sharing true love, they are here to inspire everyone to remember true love and therefor share it with others and so on. True change works like this and can’t be done alone yet it can be started of by just one person.

The first time I ever went to any sort of workshop, Serge Benhayon was presenting and he totally blew me away, (I had gone along because my wife had basically made me, I was definitely not the type that was searching for anything or trying to find myself, I was in the illusion that everything was fine.) his manor and way of speaking from the heart was stunning and has had a gigantic ripple effect on my life ever since.

And how beautiful that you actually were ready to feel this and appreciate it too, Kevin, even though on some level you were ‘dragged’ there – you had every opportunity to say no and walk away, but you did not. So with your refreshing honesty and your thinking that life was fine, there was still a part of you that was open to a deeper truth, and one that does rock your comfort and asks you to be more and bring more to life. Its funny – I agree that its not the ‘Eureka’ moments that make me stop and listen more intently… its the fact that I hear a truth for the first time and yet its a truth that I have known my whole life but never coalesced into words before. There is a familiarity that is irresistible and it is always a return to deeper inside myself.

Yep if the word ‘cult’ means finding people that ‘think like me, that we have the same views on life and our understandings built on the same or similar awareness?’ then boy of boy there would be millions of cults within the world! My understanding of the word cult from growing up is when a group of people are a bit weird or remove themselves from society. Universal Medicine is oh my goodness the absolute complete opposite of this with loads of different people from all walks of life committing to life and making it about people and community.

116. When we live in a way that honours the truth, it starts to be seen, noticed and felt by others. When some of those others begin to follow suit by their own choice, then the ripple effect is in motion. It’s a lovely phenomenon mix of the scientific and the exquisite. But it can only happen through authentic choice. Anything else just isn’t Truth.

117. Before knowing about Universal Medicine the idea that we create waves and ripple effects that affect others lives was just not given any conversation, it happened but all under the radar. We all create ripples that affect the world and yet if we keep to the belief that we are separate from one another then we can keep the ‘us and them’ lie going – ‘It’s that group causing the issues’ ‘It’s societies expectations’ ‘it’s a country’s culture’ etc – but who makes up groups, societies, cultures and ultimately humanity? We do. The Benhayons are an amazing example, as from one man, one woman, one family, one organisation you can feel the ripple effect that quality has on others as that quality differs from what has been considered the norm so much that we are unable to see any other way but ‘the way life is’ currently. It’s nothing special to them as we all have an impact on the world around us.

118. Its an interesting observation that cult could so easily be assigned to any group of like minded people… certainly I would say there is a cult of football – its a language, it has a following and certainly its demi gods!

123. People naturally are obedient to the absoluteness that is lived and presented by Serge Benhayon, Universal Medicine and the Students of The Livingness. It’s only when people react and reject and in that they become obedient to the world of creation, that they have issues with the teachings presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine and call it a cult, including other allegations.

124. From what we have seen and experienced of many cults around the world, we can say that they are not loving organisations. If this was the case with Universal Medicine and it is in fact a cult then I would say we must redefine our definition of what a cult means as all of what has been shared and presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine is nothing but truth and love to the very core.

125. ‘With the support of the Brown family, Universal Medicine Practitioners, and the Universal Medicine student body I am able to stand here today as a young woman and embrace the fact that I do feel, always have, and always will feel Truth.’ To confirm the absoluteness of truth in another, as opposed to fuelling all that is not of truth is an enormous blessing that we can all provide for each other.

126. Very true “the more intimately I started to get to know myself, the more it all felt like everything I had learnt and lived up to that point had been a massive bubble of lies”. To me to be truly intimate is to be absolute in my love, and this love can only start with myself. Love is like everything else in life, until you live it for yourself, you only have someone else’s interpretation of what love feels like. Love had also filled my life. The other thing is the more intimate or loving I get with myself, the more intimate I get with everyone else.

127. The Benhayon family reflects love and this is why they are so inspiring. Through that inspiration we can all live a life of true love.

128. How amazing are the ripple effects of our lives when we live with truth love and equality as witnessed by us in the changes that have come into our lives from feeling the fiery love reflected to us by Serge and his family.

Whenever we have the thought 1 person cannot make a difference we need look no further than Serge Benhayon – he is 1 man yet so much more and has supported people, hundreds of people, to completely turn their lives around. Not just to a functioning state but to one of true joy. He has shown us that when we truly commit to serving humanity what is possible and as he would say there is much more to come!

130. It is indeed lovely to be in a room full of people who are not judging each other, who treat each other as equals, and to feel at home.

131. What we are talking about here is how to change the world, person by person, by inspiration. There is no need to march in the streets or create a revolution or preach from a soap box. All we have to do is live true to who we are and this is a great inspiration to everyone we meet in our lives, to do the same. It only takes a small group of people to do this and the ripple effect magnifies and exponentially very quickly. A gentle revolution of truth and love.

You are being offered a chance to see and deal with your stuff with no drama, judgement, resentment etc… and with such love, you are presented with a choice – to take responsibility and work through your stuff, or not.

What the Benhayons provide is a reflection of genuine love and truth that is impossible to not feel and this has been a deeply inspiring experience for me, which has led to me living more love and truth in my life also independently and completely without any direction or instruction from them or anyone else. This has led to many awesome changes in my life by simply changing the way I choose to live on a daily basis. I know that this in turn has inspired many other people also to start doing the same. This is how humanity can really support each other to all have the love and truth that we all want and miss in the world.

135. If one has not meet Serge Benhayon you would wonder what all the fuss is about – I know I would have. To have been around Serge for over 12 years now I have with out a shadow of a doubt the absolute knowing that this man expresses 100% all that we are and where we come from. The Love that oozes out and the dedication to speaking the truth is mind blowing and literally you can’t try and analyse it, for you can only feel it and how your body responds is remarkable.

136. Something worth pondering is that we all have ripple effects ALL the time – whether they be inspirational or anti-evolutionary.

137. Rebecca, it was also my experience where all the other presenters showed many traits which exposed them and this stood out for me, and alarm bells were ringing. Whereas Serge Benhayon has consistently stayed the same no matter what was thrown at him or his family.

138. “If this isn’t proof of the fact that we are all equal and that every one of us can bring out the great in others, I don’t know what is.” This is a fact that many do not claim for themselves and I was once one of those. Every one of them has a deepest sense of responsibility and accountability, and the care and dedication with which they live in every aspect of life ensures they can each reflect our highest and most divine qualities in every moment.By witnessing them my understanding, appreciation and commitment to these qualities has been growing daily. I now know that this level of love is a choice and a way of life. We can all choose to start building this way of life for ourself and offer similar inspiring reflections for everyone else who is ready to see. And thus the ripple carries on..

140. It is incredible to feel the support and inspiration of the Benhayons without necessarily needing to spend a lot of time with them. It is the clarity, consistency and love that inspires me both in my relationship with myself and my understanding about, responsibility for and commitment to family.

Ripple effects can come from anything, so it is good to question the source (harmonious or not). Thank fully we do know that the ripples from Universal Medicine and the Benhayons are of great quality and integrity! We certainly need this in our current world to remind us of what we are all capable of deep within.

     1. Gabriele a great point and as someone that has attended UM events for over 12 years I follow attest to the incredible support and life changing choices I’ve made since meeting Serge Benhayon. I can also see many people I know who’ve never heard of Universal Medicine direct, but who’ve made changes in their lives and sought council to support them from myself and others I know. The ripple effect, the willingness to really get underneath what is going on, the will to work hard and to deeply care for oneself are some incredible principles that students of Universal Medicine live by.

162. Every one of us has a ripple effect on everything around us, just like those you see in water. Our ripples cannot be seen nevertheless they emanate out just the same. Important then to be aware of their quality. Mine were once upon a time, hard and discordant, I couldn’t feel how I was but I was super aware of others. I am super thankful that I have had the reflection of the Benhayons’ simply lovely, loving and unimposing ripples to feel the difference, and to live in such a way that mine are also lovely, loving and unimposing.

     1. Jeanette my ripples used to be incredibly turbulent, I can now see and understand that I took that turbulence wherever I went and the tricky thing about it is that even when I was being ‘nice’ or ‘calm’, the exact same under current of turbulence was being generated into my environment.

163. Interesting that it was when you made changes that were self loving that some people called you a cult member. It reminds me of when someone stops drinking and those still drinking try to get you to have a ‘sneaky one’ that they’ll ‘tell noone about. I know there have been times people have made commitments to be self loving that I’ve felt the pain of not making these choices for myself and that, rather than feel this pain of being disregarding to a body that is super precious, it seems easier to want to pick holes in the person making the loving changes. But that person standing firm with those loving choices whatever jealousy that may come their way I can only appreciate for showing the depth of love we all have access to.

164. The Benhayon family is like a deep earthquake that creates a tsunami wave that just continues to expand the further it travels. Whereas when you drop a pebble in the water, it creates a ripple but decreases the further it goes. It is all about the energy that is released and the power behind it, and there is no power greater than love. The deep love in ourselves is what the Benhayon family has shown us, and we are creating our wave and sending it out to build.

     1. The Benhayons have shown us the power of living love in action – in our own life and presence and with others. Your comment is spot on Steve – There is no power greater than love claimed truly as reflected by the Benhayon Family.

     2. So true Steve, it is like an end-less wave that gently circles the earth and then travels the universe before returning. Some in humanity are getting the true “power behind” these presentations the first time around, while others are delaying and waiting for them to come full circle and yet others are waiting for their universal return.

166. The world has become incredibly harsh (and perhaps always was so) that a drop of love stands out like the proverbial sore thumb. It is the smallest of actions that make the largest difference in ways we do not often realise.

167. I’m sure most people would agree that our world is a mess and that so many people are quite lost, unwell to some degree and or not living the loving, truth filled lives we all know deep down we could…

     …When we step out of that mess by getting deeply honest with ourselves and start to claim who we really are instead of staying in the ‘comfortable’ (familiar) behaviors and patterns it can be very confronting for our friends and family…

     …I see no way around the inevitable stirring up of the status quo that happens when some begin to make more self honoring choices in a population that is generally not being self honoring or when it is that very status quo is not truly working for all of us equally so.

169. The Benhayon’s are an extraordinary family purely from what they live and choose. How they are in life and the quality that they present is absolutely priceless. At first it could be looked over for some but for me it has been instant, I was completely taken back by how someone can be so Loving, Caring and All encompassing, expressing such wisdom in a very simple and understanding way. How we live effects the quality in which are. Thank you to the Benhayon’s and showing us that there really is another way of living, one that we are naturally designed to be living.

When the word cult is used to put someone down for the choices they have made, it is an indictment on humanity that we have come so far and yet still judge each other with such harsh and hurtful words. This shows that we still do not live with love and understanding for each other, that we, as a whole race of beings on earth, continue to choose aggression and abusive behaviour, even though we are all here together, sharing the same planet, circling the same sun. What difference does it make what religion you belong to, what philosophies you carry? The real truth of the matter comes in how we relate to each other, in how we express, in the consequences that result from all of our choices. So let us not brandish these words like cult and gullible, but actually seek to understand one another and in that be willing to be open to inspiration.

171. Our every movement is creating a certain quality of ripple energetically. It is great to stop and consider what quality we are adding to the space we all share.

175. This blog spurred an old memory when I used to tell myself that if people pushed then push them back; don’t let people walk all over you; brace yourself and be protective. There was a defensiveness which really came from not trusting myself. In learning to trust myself through ongoing experiences with Universal Medicine, I have come to understand that letting go of defensiveness does not leave me vulnerable or weak, but strong, willing to be open, transparent and have people know who I am. In this way, people have shown more honour and respect and have confirmed that there was nothing to be guarded about.

176. ‘without even knowing me, Serge and the Benhayon family have brought truth, love, and honesty into my life too, that they so unreservedly and selflessly bring into the lives of countless others.’ The inspirational effect of the Benhayon family on so many people that they have never met is certainly growing all the time in a massive ripple effect that continues to grow and spread by the simple fact that so many are changing the way they are living which then impacts every single person that they interact with. A wave of change that is bringing the truth of who we really are and can be if we choose.

177. I too could see the bubbles bursting in front of me as the truth of my existence was beginning to be revealed and the walls of pretence were crumbling. It was at the this time, the perfect time (no coincidence) that I came across Serge Benhayon who has since revealed to me more than I ever imagined but that I was absolutely already looking for.

178. It’s interesting how you talk about the ‘convenient relationships’ falling away. This has been my experience too. But they have been replaced by some really special, purposeful inspiring relationships. Either re-calibration of old relationships – where both of us have woken up to a deeper connection. Or brand new relationships that often seem to come from nowhere but immediately start off at a very profound and open level. Lots of magical shifts – the key to it all for me is to remain fully open to reading everything and not having any attachment or image as to how it should be.

179. We are all making ripples all of the time, we are either with the universe or we are not. When our movements align with the universe we have the opportunity to inspire another and our movements feel true, something I’m learning to deeply appreciate.

182. I love how you describe your journey so far. Especially how the initial adjustment gave way to a thirst for truth. I found this as well and it is still something that I feel.

183. I recently had a session with Natalie Benhayon. Without judging she simply stated to me how my body is in contrast to the last time I saw her. After the session I didn’t feel pressured to make huge changes in my life, but over the coming weeks I found that this happened naturally and that I couldn’t do it any other way. Without realising the effect of this session just went on and on. The ripple effect was amazing. The session with Natalie simply brought me back to what I know and helped me to align back to that.

     To return to Love, our True way of living, awareness, true family, wellness, vitality, brotherhood, equality, energetic responsibility, absolute integrity, Ancient wisdom, True Healing, Heavenly modalities, True Religion, True Philosophy, True Science, God and The whole Universe is just the beginning of what we have been offered. We have been held in the absoluteness of Love, the Grace of God and shown the way of return, step by heavenly step – amazing. I am forever appreciative of the Benhayons and myself for saying a forever Yes to my connection with God and my Universal responsibility.

187. To me the truth that is shared by Serge Benhayon only has one objective and that is to unify humanity. Serge presents truth after truth and is relentless in presenting the truth, he never wavers from the truth and I am sure he sleeps the truth. So in a nutshell, truth is part of Serge’s Livingness!

188. How amazing the ripple effect of the Benhayons, indeed, and how amazing the ongoing ripple effect on those around us too when we are in our livingness. Changes happen without people even realising it – I’ve seen people around me who know nothing about Universal Medicine start to make more loving choices with their food choices or how they sleep – it is the ripple effect at work!

Sandra its this ripple effect without words that to me is most magical, seeing changes in people unfold in front of you as a result of them being inspired by the love and care you take in how you live is very magical. To me it confirms just how the world is all about energy for if it was not these ripple effects would not be taking place.

195. The ripple effect of the Benhayons is absolutely amazing and beautiful and shows what true love integrity and honesty as way of living offers us by reflection. Simply inspirational and they are a gift to know and their ripple effect on humanity is beyond all our comprehension for all humanity. Beautiful sharing and to read the pictures saying it all.

196. The ripple affect of the Benhayon’s is HUGE, Gorgeous, Light, Loving, Caring and deeply Healing. There is absolute zero brainwashing going on here and absolute zero abuse. In fact it is the complete opposite supporting hundreds if not thousands of people to wake up from the long slumber we have been in of lies, denial, disregard and illusion to name a few. 197. When we are presented with truth and love that comes with an absolute all encompassing equalness then it can not be ignored. We can either allow the support and surrender to it or continue in our ignorance and resist such awesome opportunity to choose the same for ourselves.

198. The experience for new people who come to courses presented by Universal Medicine must be a strange feeling! You are in a room with a large amount of people who have no judgment and who fully express something that is becoming a rare almost extinct thing… Love…that is expressed to all equally. Love is something we all have within us but many of us have lost our self-love somewhere along the road of life. Love is a funny thing – it has a magnetic pull that is hard to ignore and it takes more energy to fight it than to just let it be, and it is always just a choice away.

199. The ripple effect I received today from reading this blog is that what I will take with me today and many days thereafter. Sharing the love we live is so powerful and beyond our imagination and we do it wherever we go as the love we live is permeating in every movement we make and is felt by all people we are with.

200. There is so much resistance to the natural step up we are all capable of when we claim all of who we truly are. The Benhayons model and reflect true family as all-inclusive.Our true family is humanity.

If this isn’t proof of the fact that we are all equal and that everyone of us can bring out the great in others, I don”t know what is” and this is their normal way of being and the amazing ripple effect presents we can also be and live in this way, as some in fact are now choosing to do – a true responsible way of living.

202. “especially when the changes no longer align with their way of living”…I saw so clearly that the world is made up of pods of people who align together in a certain way of living. And when you have aligned with a pod, but no longer choose to align and wish to leave the pod, it takes great courage to step aside and say no thanks as there is another way for me to live. Because more often than not, the people in the pod also know there is another way to live but are choosing not to and can resent the ‘escapee’ because they are undertaking what they know to be true but will not admit. So they can turn on that person as opposed to letting them go.

203. Reading this blog again I was appreciating the ripple effect that we all create and how important this is. Appreciating the choices that I make every day and the affect that these choices have on me and all those around me and then by extension, my choice that affected someone near me who then makes a choice that affects someone else. This ripple effect when we make loving choices really should be appreciated. Also, the responsibility we have in making loving choices not just for ourselves but for everyone who will receive the ripple (which is essentially all of humanity) needs to be appreciated.

204. The Benhayons show us all the huge responsibility we have, making choices in every moment that consciously support ourselves and others, and so offering true Love to ourselves and all humanity. We have to be open to the reflection of ourselves that is given us by them, often not comfortable but always recognising and respectful of the light we all are within before anything else. If we are not open to this exposure and willing to feel it, then we turn away and can criticise and judge and blame. But the power of the Love the Benhayons offer ripples wider and further than any adversity, and as we open ourselves more and more to the Truth of what is shown and taught, we grow in that light and it is felt by all we meet.

205. “But my question is, how can I be brainwashed if in every presentation by Serge, in his books, each article I read, and conversations I have with those who study with Universal Medicine, I have found that these people I am meeting think like me, that we have the same views on life and our understandings built on the same or similar awareness?”

     Beautiful question if I would be asked. How amazing would it be if we would have a worldwide foundation that we’re in fact the most loving creatures we can imagine and that we’re all on the way back to start accepting this fact and than living it? If we would accept that, we wouldn’t need any violence or wars to fight for our beliefs or ideals, nor do we need destructive industries that create separation between us. But we’re to call for it. We’re to stand up and express that we want a loving world, a world where everybody is treated as an equal and supported from every angle to return to the loving create he or she is. What if this is in fact (!!!!) the truth. The truth we all belong to and can live easier than ever before due to the energy releases that keep coming our way (to earth).

207. People around us will either feel challenged by the way we live or will feel inspired. Challenged because it may be a long way from how they are living and inspired because they can feel the truth of it.

We’re so used to bludgeoning others into believing what we want them to believe or banging on and on in order to try and persuade others to do as we think they should, that it seems almost incomprehensible that the best way to influence another is simply not to say anything but to move in a particular way that beckons others to naturally follow.

209. When another can support a fellow human being’s growth – whether that be a peer, child or adult’s, with deep honesty, love, and appreciation for them and all that they bring, we are in fact offering the love that reminds us of what true parenting is.

210. The truth of knowing we create ripples with every movement is profound. The question is are they ripples of love with potential to magnify that same quality and bring brotherhood, or not love with potential to deeply disturb and cause separation?

212. I love the title of the blog, ‘The Ripple Effect of the Benhayons”. We all make ripples all of the time and up until meeting Serge Benhayon and his awesome family, I lived in complete ignorance of the quality of mine. And then one day I had the grace to feel the quality of the ripples that Serge leaves behind quite literally, like a fresh spring breeze that washes away all our anxieties and lifts our heart. In feeling his profound grace, Serge silently proved to me beyond all doubt that we all have the ability to make the same deliciously healing ripples, the potential is there all it requires is the Will to claim it.

213. Sometimes we are not aware about our ripple effects in the big global pool, let alone the universal pool. Maybe some of us don’t like the responsibility, I certainly didn’t… Only when I looked at it from an angle of appreciation of my power I began to embrace the idea of responsibility and I started to enjoy the ripple effects, my responsible choices have.

214. And the more we accept the fact that we are endlessly supported by the ripples of those choosing love and endlessly making ripples ourselves, the more it only makes sense to surrender, be inspired and take responsibility.

215. Today I felt the ripple effect in the most confirming and yet extraordinary way. We don’t always see the ripple effect and I can imagine that it is far far greater than I currently comprehend.

216. If just one family can inspire so many people to be more loving, imagine what several families, a community or a nation could achieve?

217. “for the first time in years I could walk into a very large room full of people and not compare myself to just about every single other woman in there, not feel self-conscious about my size” – what a revealing comment – it goes to show how much we judge and compare ourselves with others. To be able to have the space to simply be yourself is a real blessing.

When we reflect change others are either inspired and curious to learn more about it, or they react and reject it simply because it triggers some unresolved or uncomfortable issue they don´t like to look at. One of the most uncomfortable reflections is that of love as it exposes the lovelessness one holds onto and the underlying hurt and protection of that hurt. Although we long for love we may not be ready to deal with the reasons that keep us from love.

219. I love the realness of this sharing. After reading the blog for the fourth time I can feel how love and presenting from love is actually normal. Extraordinary, ordinary and very natural, yet, very special because the majority I meet in this world do not live love or from love. There’s a lot of words about love, whereas the Benhayons walk their talk. The way they hold us is something worth appreciating, deeply so.

220. ‘Yet to me, the more intimately I started to get to know myself the more it all felt like everything I had learnt and lived up to that point had been a massive bubble of lies that was now bursting in front of my eyes.’ The more I allow myself to go deeper with my connection to myself the more I can see the game playing I have been doing – how I have been in protection of my own ego and allowing that to play out in others.

221. The ripple effect of love is enormous, greater than I feel we can ever know. Serge Benhayon has inspired Michael and Dragana, and by you knowing and being connected with them, you’ve been inspired to live more love. At some point, people around you will be inspired by you and the love you live. We can never underestimate the power of living love and what that does to others.

222. I read a friend’s post recently where she shared that ripples turn into waves, which I loved as an image to the impact people living connected to their essence can make to the world; it’s truly magnificent.

224. I had a gorgeous confirmation today from someone I have worked with very briefly, who told me that something I said to them has stayed with them and has had a huge impact on how they see work. I had no idea. It was a conversation we had where I shared how it is for me. The confirmation was in the knowing that what I spoke about came from what I live, and that is what she felt, not the words. That is what Serge Benhayon offers everybody he meets, and as those of us live more love it has a flow on effect to everyone around us.

It is so very true, how can anyone being brainwashed (besides the fact that there is no thing like brainwashing as made up by anti-cult cults) when what is presented by Universal Medicine just resonates as what is known within naturally so, a recognizing of what has always been known but not fully brought to awareness, thus is simply confirmed and resuscitated. As challenging as some of the things presented by Universal Medicine can be at times due to the responsibility that comes with recognizing certain truths, there is always something inside ‘remembering’ or recognizing it, it is not new as such, only new in way of presentation, thus known as The Ageless Wisdom we all equally have access to.

It is lovely reading your appreciation for the Brown family for an opportunity to “connect deeper with everything I had already known was inside of me, but did not have the confidence or the self-worth to express to my friends, family, or anyone around me”. We are all immensely wise and aware, yet throughout life give up on being able to live true to that. How precious is it when someone reflects by the way they live that what we long for is a reality available to us all and inspires us to start living that too.

This is a truth that I’m sure so many many people relate to: “. . . everything I had already known was inside of me, but did not have the confidence or the self-worth to express to my friends, family, or anyone around me.” It is almost a form of abuse to not be able to express how we really feel. Our feelings are kept in check to fit in with the ‘normal range’ of what is being lived around us. Most of this involves ‘numbing’ by the choices people are making in their everyday life.
     It seems to re-connect to what is true for us we have to step out on our own and stand out a little – and this ruffles a few feathers.

240. The perfect smile. The perfect smile for what? To really let ourselves be seen or the ‘perfect’ way to hide behind a smiley mask? I’ve chosen it for myself as well as I’ve fallen for it. There’s actually little interest in somebody else when we don’t look (feel) any further than the smile. When I truly smile from my heart, it feels absolutely gorgeous, I’m melting. To receive a true smile is the same, it melts me and usually I cannot but start smiling too. How different would our world be if we allow each other to be natural in life, not needing any masks. Wouldn’t that change the world? Wouldn’t that build (slowly) a foundation on which we can trust each other again? Wouldn’t that be very supportive to each other? Building a knowing that we’re all one and the same? That we’re all on our way to re-turn to the Love that we are. True magic and a life full of purpose!

241. When the truth is felt the pull is great. You have summed up the beautiful awakening that we are offered when another paves the way of a life of truth and we choose to follow.

It is ironic that when we meet someone who is choosing to be self-loving in their own lives that we react to the love and loving choices we see and feel, and rather than seize this as an opportunity to learn and to grow, and to develop loving choices for ourselves – a love we all crave – we become jealous, envious and try to undermine the other person… when in fact we are being offered pure gold!

243. When we start to make self-loving choices for ourselves many around us are confronted by this because it exposes the lack of loving choices in their own lives.

244. When you meet Serge Benhayon and attend a presentation or workshop there is a definate choice, and I have felt both. To feel the truth and love and align with this and make this our own living way, or feel the truth and love and react to it out of stubbornness, not wanting to change our comfortable life, etc. But there is no getting away from the fact that when truth is presented, we feel it. The rest is up to us.

     1. So very true Sandra and if we say ‘no’ to truth it has the habit of coming back again until eventually we cannot ignore it. When that happens it can be because it is so painful, so it is better to learn to say ‘yes’, it is much easier and loving.

245. The Student Body of Universal Medicine consists of some of the most loving, considerate, responsible, caring, people I have ever met. Recently a student needed some support and within hours we had organized 14 households with in the student body to provide meals for the family for 2 weeks, where in the world do you get this level of support met with only a resounding yes and being asked as to what else was needed. I love and deeply appreciate our student body and feel blessed that I have these amazing people in my life.

Indeed Mary-Louise, this is something I did not appreciate at the time, however when I was in need of a bed or meal during my time in Australia there was ALWAYS someone (usually more than one) who would welcome me in with open arms and treat me no different. It is something to be appreciated every day and to learn from.

248. Appreciation of one another and of ourselves is so lacking in our world for so many people, and yet if appreciation became our norm, how powerful would this be in unlocking the unbounded potential we all hold within just waiting to bust out !

249. I remember watching Serge Benhayon standing and talking to someone after a course. A young boy came and stood next to Serge and Serge gently placed his hand on the boy’s head whilst chatting to the adult. What struck me was the level of pure love that was in Serge’s movement. I knew that the young boy’s body was registering the feeling of love, just as my body was also registering the depth of love that it could both see and feel. That moment has been etched in my body until the end of time.

250. There’s certainly a way to be in relationship where nothing slips under the rug and all issues or problems that come up are addressed, with both parties pulling each other up when they get distracted or start making disregarding decisions WITHOUT judgement or criticism… this is true support.

251. “My experience is that people, especially those close to us, start to respond and often react in different ways when we introduce changes into our lives, especially when the changes no longer align with their way of living.” This does not make sense really if we claim to be the most intelligent species on the planet. Why do some people react negatively when one of their family members begins to truly love and care of them selves? It stands to reason that in an intelligent world, if just one person upped the game on self-care and love, then we would all follow suit. So what is it within us that resists, that wants to hang onto and defend harmful or dangerous ways of living? It feels to me that our desire for comfort and indulgence is so strong it over rides our common sense. I love how Serge Benhayon empowers us to see the truth of what it is we are choosing and consistently reflects our true worth, so that we can break down the resistance and see that we are worth taking amazing care of, one billion per cent.

252. If you took a cross-section of the people that attend Serge Benhayon presentations, you would find just about every imaginable job and people from most continents. There is a common thread that draws us all… the truth that is presented and that it is alive and well in, everyone everywhere! We just need to choose to rediscover the truth and love that resides within us.

253. What a great sharing. If the Benhayons did not exist, I would not have started to deal with my hurts and to feel into what is going on in my life. I would feel like a victim and not take responsibility. My life would have been so different, I would be often ill and exhausted instead of healthy and joyful.

Kerstin, what you share here is something that I feel many people around the world can relate to, that without the inspiration and support of the Benhayon family the quality of life for so many of us would be nothing like it is today. Beautifully said Christophe – it can be hard for us to see someone else making choices that we know on some level are the choices we could be making but are simply not choosing to make then and there. And so it is an interesting thing that we then prefer to ‘out’ another rather than take the moment of exposure as a moment of inspiration to make the needed change. But this is how we are actually all here by divine design to nudge each other along, inspiring each other along the way…and there is no end to this inspiration.

     When we find ourselves amongst people who see beyond any surface disharmony, who hold you in the love that they know you are – you can no longer take things personally – but see these issues for the creation they are and the cycle of self that they perpetuate.

264. In many ways my brain was washed. It was washed clean of much of the fog, illusion, ideal, beliefs and lies I had picked up from society thus setting me free. I do love having a clean brain and clear thoughts, it takes constant discernment and awareness to not have it get all muddy and contaminated again. I never understand this expression brainwashing – why would anyone want a dirty brain?

265. It is great when we realise and understand that not everyone likes us to change, because it brings a reflection to them that they may not want to see. I have learnt to accept that its okay if they react and its okay if they just want to continue as they are and it is okay for me to change and blossom and make fireworks if I want to. One of the weirdest things I first experienced when hearing Serge Benhayon present was that it was like my deep inner voice speaking back to me. He shared so many of my inner thoughts that I had never expressed to anyone and he was able to clearly articulate my deep understanding of life in words very often stating things that I could feel I knew without doubt and yet had not even expressed verbally to myself before let alone anyone else.

267. Selfless is most certainly the word to describe the Benhayons. Selflessness imbued with the wisdom of the universe and God’s love no less. I had and have never seen these qualities lived with such purity and absoluteness; as everyday as the sun rising and setting, the grandness in the ordinary which cannot be honestly denied. It is no wonder this ripple effect inspires people from shore to shore the world over.

268. The Benhayons and increasingly more and more of the student body serve as living reminders of Heaven on Earth. They are physical and visual reminders of a way of life that we have all lived but long since forgotten. And when we see someone living it we are reminded of it and so it is no brainwashing it is hearing what we all know in ourselves but have not always been confident with expressing and feeling inspired to express now too. And so it goes on the beautiful ripple effect.

272. I cannot help but feel inspired and empowered by this joyful, honest and light sharing. How amazing is it to be loved to the bone. Held when feeling vulnerable and also being told when behaviour isn’t loving. Shouldn’t this be the norm in all of society? What if this would be our ‘normal’. There would be much more expressed in a way that starts first and foremost with understanding. Or at least with respect and curiosity when something isn’t understood. This would leave us all being held instead of being told off. And in this way we would feel safe to be ourselves. No matter if we feel strong and powerful or raw and vulnerable.

275. It’s great you question being in a cult from the point of view of everyone thinking and having similar questions and outlooks on life as you. In truth the observations and questions we make in life are made by every single one of us. We all deep down know the way of human life as it currently is is in no way true and long for answers as to how we can turn this mess right-side-up and truly live in harmony once again. Serge Benhayon answers the questions, ponderings and feelings we all have had at one time or another made. This is in no way a cult – it is the Truth.

276. ‘My experience is that people, especially those close to us, start to respond and often react in different ways when we introduce changes into our lives, especially when the changes no longer align with their way of living.’ – My experience too, though I often find that all I need to do is give them space to understand that I am not here to judge them nor convince them how to live their lives, but I will speak up where truth needs to be told. It is for them to be inspired by that or simply walk away from it. I am forever learning to let go of any attachment I may have towards other people ‘getting it’.

From my experience this has been in the negative way, until meeting the Benhayons that is and then the student body. 289. People spend their lives accepting things we know are not true, have we all not been there?. Media from everywhere tempts us with the next new and improved whatever, and we must have it now! But truth can be a scary thing, it asks nothing of us, it just feels right. This is a sense we never lose; we just override it for so long we forget it’s part of our standard equipment. It is like that button on most newish cars that have ABS braking, and in some place is a button with a snowflake on it that people may not even know it is for, or live someplace where it will never be used, but it will always be there waiting.

Its inspiring to read the level of appreciation that you hold for the Benhayon family and for all those invovled in Universal Medicine, as you say the ripple effect of individuals choosing to make loving choices is quite incredible. The ripple effect of the Benhayons has been truly amazing, and as each one of us choose and return to living simply, living with integrity and truth and being love to the best of our ability, we all have amazing ripple effects with all others we come into contact with. And yes sometimes there are reactions from others, and I would go into reaction, (which never went down well), but lately I am observing, the deeper I connect with my own truth, understanding is pouring in and through me, as I no longer need to ‘react’ for relief!

293. Sometimes being on the inside does not necessarily skew your perception of things but rather offers a true view of what is on offer. I was introduced to Universal Medicine back in 2007, many years before they got tagged with the cult headline by an unscrupulous journalist who to this day remains held unaccountable for the lies he published and the innuendo he created. In some ways I count myself lucky that I came across Universal Medicine before the papers chose their cult angle. Perhaps I would not have had the strength to look beyond the lies that were printed and discover the true for myself, choosing instead the cautious approach, “just in case.” As it was, during that period, it was difficult enough, not because it made me doubt, but because it took me a long time to come to terms to being misrepresented in this most heinous way.

     Eventually you come to the acceptance of the depth to which corruption contaminates every aspect of our society, and you start to accept that people will see what they want to see, and you develop an inner core strength that enables you to continue on with your life the way you wish to regardless of how others may view it. And what gives you that strength is not faith, nor belief, but a solidity that comes from knowing to the core of your being just how profound your life is, the vitality you now experience, and the strength of re-connection with life and with yourself, and with others. You become your own living experiment, and the feedback you receive from your own body becomes your own journal of evidence for what is true and what is not. From that foundation there is no rock big enough to shake you from what you have come to know is true, no skeptic cunning enough to sow the seed of doubt, no reference to the abstract of some obscure double blind wishbone experiment to make you question what you live and experience to be its own acceptable way of reasoning with life, and no journalist corrupt enough to temper your zest for life by mocking the principles by which you have chosen to live.

Yes Michael, the fact of the body, the fact of the resonance and vibrational movement of our cells as a part of the harmonious movement of the universe has been the greatest revelation about truth and reality that I have ever encountered – this is ground-breaking, consciousness breaking, image-shattering. Words mean nothing without the accompanying energetic quality.

295. I can feel that my body ‘registers’ when it has seen a movement that it knows is a movement that is impulsed by the soul. There is a certain quality to movements that are infused with love that we all know. Interestingly it has nothing to do with the speed in which a person moves, as I have seen Michael Benhayon play the drums at an incredibly high pace and still represent God.

     Exactly… ‘cult’ is such an alarming word, when simply people all over the world congregate in all sorts of sporting club membership. How is that any different.

It is a handy dismissal of the truth when a group of people who are changing their lives for the better are labelled as a cult; the application of such a label to Universal Medicine only thinly disguises the fact that everybody knows that ‘normal’ life is the real cult and culprit here where it is ‘normal’ to get smashed, beat your wife, abuse your children and each other, torture and exploit people and go to war.

299. I can totally relate to having a thirst for meaningfulness in living. It never made sense to me that we are born, create the best possible “life style”, accumulate stress, debt, disappointments, punctuated with moments of pleasure, distraction, and material possessions with the expectations of finding the ‘right partner’ to share all this with, and then we pass. There had to be more to living than this cycle. Serge Benhayon absolutely makes sense of understanding the cycles we are in. It’s a choice and I for one truly appreciate meeting and knowing other people who feel the same.

It only took a glimmer of light, and some reflection on the truth that were being presented and my body knew it was home, so familiar were the feelings I had been struggling to nominate and understand, until I was in the presence of the Benhayons and Universal Medicine, I realised I was naturally a part of the bigger picture being presented and it felt so true.

301. “But my question is, how can I be brainwashed if in every presentation by Serge, in his books, each article I read, and conversations I have with those who study with Universal Medicine, I have found that these people I am meeting think like me, that we have the same views on life and our understandings built on the same or similar awareness?      What a great analogy. It’s easy to judge a group of people of being a cult or a group that you don’t want to know or basically any kind of thought that creates distance between you and the other people. And with this distance there’s the perfect wall to hide behind. Everyone is part of groups. And in the first place, everyone is a human being, just like me and you. What I’m finding out more and more is how everybody has a loving essence. And whenever this essence is not shining, something happened. It is with understanding and grace that the world will slowly come back to the true nature we all are and belong to. Calling anything a cult or judging anything or anyone is one of the greatest tool we have used to avoid responsibility. So wouldn’t it be wise to consider differently and start wonderment?

303. I agree- the impact that this family had on the lives of thousands has been huge. I have never met a family quite like this- where everyone is very different but totally supportive of one another. How they are with each other and then everyone else is deeply inspiring.

It is so interesting that when you start to make changes to your life, choices that are more self-loving and supportive, that some people observe these changes and are inspired by them, while others react to them. To me, it feels like those that react to the loving choices have had a mirror held up to their own choices and that they don’t like what they see. Rather than make a different choice for themselves they choose to try to bring down the one who is holding up the mirror.

Why is it when people start to make more loving choices for themselves, such as not drinking alcohol or not eating certain foods because of how their body reacts to those foods, that some people around them react as if it is a threat to them? I’ve seen this where people will actively attempt to derail the person making these choices, to get them to go back to their old ways, to ‘live a little’, ‘have everything in moderation’, etc. But really it is saying ‘you’re making me feel uncomfortable because I see a change in you that I don’t want to make to be more loving with myself’. And that’s when name calling ‘you’re in a cult’ can start. It’s ridiculous really to accuse anyone who changes their life based on the teachings from Universal Medicine as being in a cult…in fact it is laughable. Isn’t anyone who follows a diet, practices meditation, or attends a church therefore in a cult?

306. The ripple affect of the Benhayon’s stretch far and wide across the globe. This is an example that when someone fully chooses love and doesn’t hold back how this has the power to change lives regardless if you ever meet that person or not. When we feel this profound ripple affect, then we too are pulled to be all of what is presented before us.

307. “If this isn’t proof of the fact that we are all equal and that every one of us can bring out the great in others, I don’t know what is.” This is an undeniable truth that most of us try to deny until we begin to wake up. There is zero imposition, judgement or expectation. 317. What kind of cult continually asks you to discern everything that is presented whether it feels right in your body? In the ten years, I have been associated with The Way of The Livingness I have never heard anything that is not the truth!

Normal everyday people who become quite different when chanting or fighting from the supporters section… for them their behaviour changes beyond measure, and yet because it is a normal thing to do (even though very destructive), its acceptable.

321. It is very interesting to consider the ripple effect of one’s own family. What has my (what we call) family added to the world? Even if we don’t know it, each and every one of us is searching for truth and when we find it some people embrace it, some dabble with it and others are freaked out by it and try to say it is nonsense perhaps because the truth can be scary sometimes. I feel though that on some level we all know truth when we come across it and through the Benhayon many of us have found the truth we were looking for. The people that call this a cult can go and search for their truth else where and that is a polite way of saying what I would really like to express to them.

324. De-aligning to what does no longer feel one can align too is lived by people as withdrawing from them. This is particularly true when what is a stake is the areas of life where people invest to make sure to deny who they are. So, the reaction is visceral one. Not only you are saying to them that you have realised is not it, but also saying no to something they hold dearly (against themselves). Pretty difficult to digest.

325. The reflection that each of the Benhayon’s offer indeed have a rippling affect to many thousands of people worldwide. I am inspired every single day with all of the Benhayon’s, each of them offering their own unique reflection, such as the power of Natalie Benhayon and her reflection of all the qualities of what it is to be a true woman, When I look into the eyes of Miranda Benhayon I feel so much love and joy that I melt and this list could go on for each and every one of the Benhayon’s. As for Serge Benhayon, deep gratitude to the man that reflects to me every single day that I am other worldly and that our purpose here on earth is to evolve.

326. I too get the feeling that friends of mine who upon hearing of Universal Medicine, start to research the organisation and read a combination of truths and lies. Unfortunately for some the lies are believed first (‘the bad stuff is easier to believe’ for most), resulting in them choosing to step away from the friendship. It’s crazy, you’re right, that because I make changes that ‘are no longer aligned with their way of living’, that I get to be ostracized and it held that I am in a ‘cult’. It has taken a while for me to claim solidly that ‘So be it’. I know the truth, I know I am not brainwashed, not a follower of a guru; that it’s just that I no longer want to live in a cloud of illusion is all, and this is my time to start to live without the veil.

327. I agree Victoria, the Benhayon family and the students of Universal Medicine do have an enormous ripple effect and that is the restoration of love back on earth, the love we all carry a spark from within but have walked away from long ago.

333. I have found the observations presented here about people’s reactions to the changes we make to be true for me also. It’s as if people find it personally affronting – as if on some level you are insulting all they live and stand by. My decision to no longer imbibe alcohol and coffee seem to particularly trigger reactions. What I really feel they’re reacting to though is an internal sense that what you are presenting and living is a level that is simply waiting for them… which they’re not quite ready to live.

334. The ripple effect from the Benhayons is beyond measure – as is the ripple effect of many now who choose to live a life based on integrity, harmony and love. Simple tenets we all know so very well but so often not have in our sphere… and so when there is a group of people that does live with these principles, it creates a ripple effect that benefits all even if this is not yet known.

Every single person who has felt truth and do not hold back in expressing it, consistently so in their daily lives, with no fanfare necessary, just simply, steadily, joyfully is sharing a reflection with everyone around them and rippling what the Benhayons have inspired in so many of us.
