The Key to Life – Would you Take it?

What if you were given the key to life – would you take it? Would you even recognise it for what it was or know what to do with it?

I recently began pondering on this as I found myself composing an email in my head to Serge Benhayon, the founder of Universal Medicine. Over the past few years, I have written Serge a dozen or so emails asking what seemed like huge questions about my life. All of my emails have been responded to lovingly, with a few simple words.

As I thought about the next email I was writing, it occurred to me that perhaps Serge had already answered me. Perhaps what was answered in one of my previous emails was applicable to the current question. Perhaps his one-liners are in fact keys to life.

Each time I have been given such a key, I have accepted it with huge gratitude and placed it in my metaphorical key bowl. It sits there with all the other keys Serge has gifted me over the years.

I also have a collection of keys that I’ve been given at retreats, workshops and presentations… my set of keys is quite impressive!

So I have all these keys, but do I know what to do with them?

What if I took just one of these keys and made use of it – if I put into action any one of the things Serge has presented or shared? What comes up is a feeling of “It won’t work.” But if I am honest, I know the keys will work. In fact, all the keys will do the same thing. They will help me to unlock those parts of me that have played safe, those parts I have kept hidden so that I am not asked to show too much of my true self to the world. These ‘locked doors’ are simply walls I have erected that stand between myself and others in the guise of protection. These walls offer no safety, only imprisonment, as only love and our expression of it can truly protect. This may perhaps explain why there is a huge part of me that does not want to try the keys. Perhaps there is a part of me that needs to have an issue to deal with or to have something to work at. Perhaps I feel safe here in my comfort zone with the doors locked. Perhaps I have become identified with having a certain level of problems because they keep me living in separation to the love that I am and my expression of this love with all others.

So here I am, happy collecting keys, pretending I am working on evolving and asking for more keys each time I reach a blockage in my path. I like building my key collection and knowing that I have them. But again, if I am really honest, they are being used as mere ornaments if I stop short of using them as they are designed to be used and that is to access the universal wisdom that is on offer inside me, inside us all, as Serge so lovingly and tirelessly shares with us.

So now it is time for me to look at my bowl of keys and make a choice as to whether I will use them. For it is only this one simple choice that stands between me and the great treasure I hold, we all hold, deep within.

Who is Serge Benhayon?
Our Bodies Hold the Key to the Truth of Who We Are

684 thoughts on “The Key to Life – Would you Take it?

  1. What if all it took was one key and we took responsibility for everything in life and turned what questions we have into the answers we are looking for by choosing the energy we are in first and foremost, and thus walking our talk and feeling our bodies first? Then the Joy-full-ness that would be our living way and the ensuing appreciation would open up or expand our evolution to be a True Son of God.

  2. Nikki, I really appreciate what you have written here because what you say feels true.
That we have been presented with so many keys but which one will unlock the main door to the wall we have erected to protect ourselves from the perceived hurts of the world. I feel I can say from experience that there are many doors but when you unlock the main door then the whole universe stands before you and you remember who you are in truth unshackled by the lies and deceit that you have bought into as they were presented as the only way. Now, of course, we have a choice a different model of life to choose.

  3. “they are designed to be used and that is to access the universal wisdom that is on offer inside me, inside us all”. It’s a big difference between just receiving support (which is often needed), or also receiving the reflection of equality that comes with that support to know you can access that same universal wisdom.

  4. Yes, we have been given plenty of keys through the teachings of Serge Benhayon and every one is worth gold.

  5. I cannot but wonder why do we choose to ignore or otherwise disregard the keys we are constantly presented in day to day life that unlock the doors to our wisdom.

    1. How wonderful it would be to have the keys Nikki was offered shared with all, as I am sure they would enrich everyone.

  6. I too have been offered many valuable keys by Serge Benhayon and I have grabbed them with both hands, appreciating what I have been offered at the time. But, in spite of this appreciation, some of those keys were put aside, to be used ‘later’. Recently I have been reminded of how life-changing these keys actually are, and leaving them sitting in the ‘key bowl’ my life is definitely not going to change, whereas picking them up, one at a time and using them, I know that I am opening the door to very wonderful way of living; so note to self – ‘why leave them, gathering dust?’

    1. One of the early keys, years back, that was shared with myself, and I’m sure with many other people was simply, ‘Be Love’. How simple and yet powerful is that; if we were all to just Be Love and to live that then that would be a game changer, we would all be returning to who we are in Truth.

  7. I loved reading this. We are often given gems, keys or whatever you want to call it and it is only when we embody it, does it feel right to share it with others, otherwise it is regurgitating knowledge, which we are very good at or society expect us to do so.

The ‘key to life’ is within us all and would I take it? – absolutely.

  8. The fact that when we read any of Serge Benhayon’s books we always find something that feels relevant to us at that very moment is bit of a giveaway – it makes me wonder if we are playing the same game over, and over, and over, but appealing that there’s something new/different that needs to be changed/improved/fixed/let go etc., but really, we are just fighting ourselves in any way we can think of, refusing to use the key while holding it in our own hand.

    1. Fumiyo what you have said resonates with me that we fight ourselves or that there is a part of us that fights the fact that we are all on our journey back to God, We can play as many games as we like but the fact is we are here on this plane of life to evolve and the keys we are given support us to return.

      1. Spot on Mary, we are playing games, we are delaying being who we are in truth and returning to that magnificence, ‘We can play as many games as we like but the fact is we are here on this plane of life to evolve and the keys we are given support us to return.’

  9. This is so true. We have been given so much already, and we have a huge collection of keys. Each time we get given a new key, we get very excited. But the thing is there’s only one door.

    1. Indeed it does Esther, but I have to ask to what depth are we actually aware of and live this wisdom that is held equally within us all in our everyday lives?

  10. Whether we have met Serge or know of him or not does not change the fact that we all have the same access to the key that will unlock the expression of who we truly are. Whether we have it given to us more clearly by Serge or not does not change the fact that we are the ones that must activate it.

    1. Beautifully said Joshua. We were all born with those keys, and even though life as we know it doesn’t, in most cases, support us to use them, they never leave us, always waiting to be picked when we are ready. Yes, we are the only ones who can use them, as we are the only ones who can make the choice to change our lives.

  11. Just love this Nikki as it highlight how we all in fact have access to living to power of who we are and are here to live, it is that we only choose to deny and resist it in order to avoid the responsibility of living truth and what this means in terms of letting go of our addiction to creation.

  12. ‘Perhaps I have become identified with having a certain level of problems because they keep me living in separation to the love that I am and my expression of this love with all others.’ This was more or less the topic of a conversation I had with my partner the other night at the dinner table, and although it was not that much about having problems but still relevant. It came down to where is the key to the joy, do we allow the magic and joy into our lives or are we identified with the smallness of human existence and adding to the seperation of the love we all are.

  13. This shows Serge’s unwavering love and commitment to us all. He is prepared to keep offering keys of wisdom regardless of how irresponsible we choose to use them. There is not an ounce of judgement from this man only love, understanding and a commitment to not hold back the absolute truth.

  14. We can receive much support and many keys, but at the end of the day its up to us to pick up a key, put it into the lock and open the door. No-one can do this for us, no matter how hard we may try.

  15. We can receive much support and many keys, but at the end of the day its up to us to pick up a key, put it into the lock and open the door. No-one can do this for us, no matter how hard we may try.

  16. I love the honesty in this blog Nikki about how we prefer to continue to erroneously ‘protect’ ourselves, rather than use the keys of love that have been presented from the love of humanity that Serge Benhayon holds, to unlock the hurts that have been hidden away deep inside over aeons of time.
“They will help me to unlock those parts of me that have played safe, those parts I have kept hidden so that I am not asked to show too much of my true self to the world. These ‘locked doors’ are simply walls I have erected that stand between myself and others in the guise of protection”.

  17. Loved reading this account of all the keys we now have that Serge Benhayon has delivered to humanity, and I could not help but feel that we can almost have an addiction to learning and acquiring more keys, as if there is going to be one delivered that is the ‘silver bullet’ to all our issues in a way that does the work of healing for us. But in the end, as Nikki has shared, we really just need to start with one key and really live it on a daily basis, and take responsibility for how we have held back the love that is the key to everything.

  18. It really is up to us to use the keys we have been given. “You can lead a horse to water, but can’t make it drink”.

  19. Nikki, it is so true what you have written I feel the entire world has been given thousands of keys. Serge Benhayon presents the same message in so many different ways and the information has a slightly different angle and one of those thousands of angles or keys will eventually unlock the prisoner from their individual cell. It could be one word that you may have heard repeated a million times, then something magical happens and you are ready to hear that word and that one word enters your body and springs the lock and everything unravels and you come home to your inner heart and God. This is the alchemy of the divine.

  20. I agree that Serge Benhayon presents these ‘one-liners’ and ‘are in fact keys to life’. I have written long emails and the responses have been very simple one-liners and even when I go over these emails, my past issues become irrelevant and sometimes I even think to myself, did I really write about that. But when I read the quality and integrity in his responses, they are still valid and hold the key to a current issue and life itself – what an offering.

    1. We can think we have problems, or issues, really they are just a distraction, ‘Perhaps I have become identified with having a certain level of problems because they keep me living in separation to the love that I am and my expression of this love with all others.’

  21. The key to life is love and with a combination lock when we align the preset numbers there is nothing to stand in our way.

    1. I agree Mary and love opens all doors for us to shine our light and it is a universal key.

  22. I love your honesty Nikki. It is crazy that we keep collecting keys rather than using just one to open the Kingdom of Heaven.

  23. I love this blog Nikki, we have access to so many keys, we fight the simplicity and complicate life at times when all the while there is a different way and answer to everything we ever need to know.

  24. When we are standing in the dark, it could be difficult to see the key we hold in our hand, we may feel its weight, size, and shape but we cannot see clearly where to insert the key to unlock the wisdom. And, when we step into the light, we can see clearly the steps to unlock the door to wisdom. So, do we choose to stand in the dark with the key in our hand or step into the light and take the steps forward to access to the universe?

  25. I took your blog, what you are so honestly sharing here and I do recognise, into my day today and it activated me to just be and present what was asked for and to be honest when a certain comfort kicked in in the afternoon to come back to, continuing to live from the connection with my inner heart. The key is to be me!

  26. In the last few weeks I have been listening to several recordings of Serge Benhayon sharing the Ageless Wisdom and the first thing I noticed is the numerous ‘keys to life’ that he has been offering us for nearly 20 years. And he doesn’t just present them once but repeats many times just in case we didn’t feel to take a particular key in the first instance. But of course, we can take up as many as we like but then living what they are offering us is the next crucial step, and that is always our choice.

  27. What if it’s as simple as taking one part of our life and instead of sitting on it – using on of our many collected keys and actually exploring and initiating it in our life? What then could be possible?

  28. I find that when I connect with someone like Serge Benhayon, I get the answer that I would have asked about or at least settle into my body and the knowing that the answer will come. It’s not that I get the answer from them, I can feel that I open up to the knowing that I am equally connected to and able to access the wisdom of my soul. It’s never a giving of power away, as has been my tendency but a restoring of the fullness of me.

  29. The greatest key — our connection to our inner-heart, wisdom, purpose, love and truth. In multiple ways this is shown by all of the teachings by Universal Medicine. And we are so blessed that being so..

  30. Keys are always to open doors that stand in our way. But for this to happen we have to have a feeling of our way in our own body. Otherwise, the keys remain unused. That is why Serge Benhayon can only teach us what we are ready for.

  31. So the real question is not if we will take the keys to life, but if we will use them? And we just love the comfort of having problems and find it very difficult to actually live a simple loving and joyful life. For the problems keep us individual and give us attention, otherwise we just get on with the next thing that is needed.

    1. It is about living these keys, and not getting distracted with problems, ‘the problems keep us individual and give us attention’.

  32. We are all locksmiths with the key to finding our way back to love and who we truly are.

    1. Beautifully said Mary and we all hold the key to life and how to access universal wisdom and expansion.

  33. We can have a whole box full of keys but we only need one, and as the author has mentioned, we actually do know that the keys will work.

    1. And the only key we need is love, it unlocks all doors to true connection, our inner heart and our Soul.

  34. There is something deeply profound about being offered literally hundreds of keys, or tools, with which to unlock the profound relationship with our souls that is nascent in every one of us… waiting for a time when we choose to connect. The keys may look different, and yet they ALL open the same lock, and so in a way we just need to live one of those keys in full.

  35. Reading your blog Nikki I just want to share one of my keys and personal custom-made gems of wisdom that have been shared with me from Serge Benhayon. They are so deep, past all the layers and are deeply confirming. They can stand alone to a degree to be a forever more mantra for the rest of my life. It is personal but I cannot help share with you how deep and profound the love is from Serge — “just be you — you are lovely the way you are and that is all that matters” and in truth this love for all is what this man lives in every moment — pure sacredness. Thank you my dear man Serge Benhayon and all that you represent.

  36. I totally relate to this, every time I leave a workshop or have a conversation with Serge Benhayon I feel like I’ve been given a key to unlock something in my life, but when it comes to the actual practical application of using the key and applying that potential change to everyday life, my attempt is often half-hearted – I wonder what life would look like if we actually gave it one billon percent.

      1. I agree, we have no idea what is possible while we give life only 30% or 40% of our full commitment.

    1. You are super honest Meg and I love what you’ve shared. We have been given many keys but it is ultimately our choice to unlock the door to multidimensionality or, do we leave that door closed and continue to hold the key in our hand and delay?

  37. Such a key reminder for us all – what if we just took 1 – just 1 of the keys Serge Benhayon has delivered and lived it in full. What a life changer it is when we half use it – imagine in its full capacity. This brings me back to the responsibility I feels on actually committing and reflecting in full the wisdom I know.

  38. Nikki, you point out the absolute truth of what we know inside out, yet we got all these keys (in our awareness or little further away). But the question indeed is, what do we do with it? Do we actually use what we got inside? If not, why not? Curious we might ask ourselves this.

  39. Serge Benhayon delivers the key that unlocks everything – it just has to be presented over and over in different ways until we finally feel the resonance of the truth in his words that begin to open the locked door of the evil consciousness of illusion and inspire and support us to take steps to commence our way home.

  40. We only need one key to open a door. The constant seeking for another keys is simply continuing to walk around a room looking for a key, when in fact the key is in our hand.

    1. The ultimate delaying tactic is to play the ignorance card and we often ask for another key before we try the first one.

  41. Universal Medicine has given me all the keys to life I could ever need. They are always simple and practical, I just need to apply them. This is where we fall short individually and as one humanity. The keys have always been there, there have always been teachers who come life after life to remind us to look inside our inner heart, as the keys are forever there.

  42. I love how Serge Benhayon expresses so much in only a few words, and when we live those words we open up many doors, the problem is are we willing to open the door or continue to hide our light.

    1. The key is in our hand and it is our responsibility to unlock the door and once one door is unlocked we can see there are many more doors to access and walk through.

  43. A great sharing Nikki, we can receive so many pearls of wisdom but what do we do with them, do we live them in any way or merely collect them, and if so why? The question then becomes do we value what we’ve received and if so why would we not use it, until one day we see the old ways are not it and we use it, so really it’s a delay, and are we wiling to delay? For we are delaying us being all we are.

  44. There is a big difference between receiving a key of wisdom and understanding it, and actually living that wisdom.

  45. We have the master key that unlocks all the others door to living life from our divinity, What Serge has given to us are the keys to life that we already have and know within.

  46. One of the keys I’ve not used but know will open up all that is there waiting to unfold, is giving myself permission to feel everything, which means everything!

  47. One of my all time favourite keys is the wisdom shared from my body and when I connect to my body it’s amazing how many more keys and jewels of inspiration pop up just when I need them, simply by using the master key (i.e my body) it then opens up so many more opportunities to discover so much more.

  48. Great to consider if we’re just playing with the keys, toying with them, looking at them, polishing them.. we can have all the knowledge and wisdom in the world, but if we’re not putting it into action, living it in our every day, every movement, without perfection, then that’s quite a monumental waste that others could otherwise be benefitting from.

    1. Yeh super well said Bryony, it is truly a waste if we have a massive pocket of keys that we are not using. After all, what if a key is not for us?

  49. This has to be one of my fav blogs because I think we can all relate to seeking answers to questions that we in fact already know the answers to. It is a choice and when we are honest, like you have been here, it gives us the freedom to actually make the choice.

  50. We may collect many keys of wisdom over our lives and we may not remember to use them all. We may choose to stick with the ones that resonated the most and put them into practise and it is when we practise turning the key and using them everyday, that we discover more keys and unlock more doors that help us learn and grow as we move through life. We all choose different keys to support us at different times in our lives.

  51. Thank you Nikki, we seem to delight in having problems that need answers, and for someone else to provide that for us, when we each in fact have everything we already need within us. The keys Serge gives us, incredible gems of wisdom and understanding, are actually a reflection of what we can each access inside ourselves as well.

  52. “So now it is time for me to look at my bowl of keys and make a choice as to whether I will use them. For it is only this one simple choice that stands between me and the great treasure I hold, we all hold, deep within.” If we don’t use the keys we have been given – they will never unlock anything. It is up to us to use what we have been given and so reflect out to the world around us, which sure needs some keys right now.

  53. I like the responsibility you are inviting here Nikki. It is about us, that is presented through Serge Benhayon, to not consume but bring to life. To the best of our possibilities of course but not use his support to feed the issue actually. To get the attention that we still have a problem, instead of bringing what he delivered into action. Opening the door. He is the most patient and loving adviser I’ve ever met, but do I use this or misuse it? And do I really appreciate what is offered because if I do I would work with the keys and not ask for more when everything I have already got is everything.

    1. Beautifully expressed Stefanie Henn. We have access to all the keys and the action required is to simply open the door to the All that we already are.

  54. It is so true Nikki that we can have all the keys in to world, which we do, but we will never discover all that is there to explore unless we are willing to turn the key, open the door and commit to walking through. And instead remain in the shadows of closed doors by settling and indulging in the accomplishment of attaining and owning the keys. Yet these keys are not for us to keep for ourselves as their purpose is reveal the access to a universal truth that serves to emancipate us all.

  55. Maybe there ever is only one master key, and we just keep coming up with different keyholes.

  56. I love this blog and the appreciation for the seemingly simple one liners that Serge delivers. We read ‘Be Love’ but we want wiggle room to not be love so we dismiss this as not being enough or dramatic enough. IN short it doesn’t identify the hungry spirit who loves its own issues. Be love is generic and reminds us we are not individuals but one soul, one love. This is the key that we resist.

  57. The key to evolution is when we understand that the more aware we become – the more responsibility there is to utilize those keys we have been given access to for the good of humanity in whatever way, shape or form it might be needed.

  58. The Ageless Wisdom offers us the key to living a life filled with enormous love, truth, harmony, brotherhood… and then some. The greatest gift offered to me has been the Ageless Wisdom, and then to apply this to my life and to feel how truly supported and loved we are, is absolutely priceless.

  59. Back in the day you used to get a big key on your 21st as a way of saying unlocking your adulthood. I never got one of those but when I walked in and sat down for my firs time with Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon I just instantly knew that the key that I was given was a door that I had opened and walked through before a long time ago and I was being reminded that it was simply unlocking it and stepping through again. This door remains unlocked and I can leave myself if I choose but I am committed to and appreciate what it is that I am offered when I am in connection with my Soul and I will never ever walk away from it again.

  60. Collecting keys can be a trick in itself if we don’t take the next step forward that is needed. The question is: Do we really want the freedom that comes with it?

  61. Taking the key is taking the responsibility – no wonder that we may hesitate as it opens the door to the Space where Self cannot step into but needs to be left behind.

  62. Yeah, we love to collect keys and kind of pretend to use them. For me, I’ve noticed that sometimes, when I get the key, I put it in the lock, turn it half way, and then decide it doesn’t unlock the door. Not committing to the complete turning of the lock is the avoidance of commitment to myself and life. Wanting other people’s keys to unlock the doors doesn’t work.

  63. The issues in my life are becoming less or really speaking it is not that the issues are becoming less but about my relationship with them. There are always going to be issues or hurts to deal with but it is how I am and what I do with them. They are in truth not who I am but something created so essentially do not belong. Am I willing to go deeper and let go of those same, repeating issues/dramas I create in my life? As I pause to reflect no matter how big I may think they are at the time they are nothing but distractions from living in my essence and the more I nominate and claim this truth the less they become a part of life.

  64. I really appreciate what you are sharing here as there is such a propensity to look outside of ourselves when so many of the keys we are looking for are within. Serge Benhayon and the courses, recordings and books all offer support on how to access that wisdom but essentially it is for us to trust that we have all we need inside us. We are love, it is where we are from, what we are made of and in truth, it should be our only source of fuel in life.

  65. We are imprisoned in ad-hoc created jails. The image of the physical jail, however, does not do it for us since there is not just one key and just one door. We are locked in inside other lock ins. To unlock ourselves we need to acknowledge first that we are jailed and second, to be able to see what is locking ourselves up and keeping us in there.

  66. The greatest gift Serge Benhayon has given me is to allow myself to make my own choices, to learn from the consequences, I was able to go forward to spread my wings because I know his support is always there when I need it but without first going for it in trust of myself, I am still holding back myself.

  67. We really do hold the keys to our own evolution and saviour, if wanting to put it in those terms. So much or organised religion states that we have to wait for someone, someone is going to save us, but that is not true, we can only save ourselves.

  68. The thing is , we know that given the opportunity, so many people would not take up the offer of reconnecting to their true selves, the fear is so deep and embedded, until, the big shake up comes… and then its sink or swim.

  69. I love what you have so powerfully shared Nikki, it is so true we have been given the keys to heaven so to speak, the heaven that lives in our hearts and the responsibility is for us to use them to unlock the treasures that we each one holds deep within our hearts.

  70. It is funny you mention it, Nicki, because I am a key collector too. I don’t think I have quite as many as you, as I can feel a bit funny about asking for more. The majority of the time though, I forget that I have the keys in the bowls and I am convinced that when I am asking for another key, that it’s new and different to what I asked for last time; it’s how I justify asking again I guess. Strangely enough, I am afraid to use them too. I’m scared that one key will open all the doors and I will be exposed and vulnerable. I am afraid that I won’t know who I am without the need for keys and doors if this does happen. Thank you for your fun and insightful take on what we seem to get up to. I know it’s helped me to see how stubborn I have been but in a way that is very light.

  71. There is this story of a person seeking for God everywhere but when actually finding the gates to heaven taking to one’s heels. I guess we wanna own the key but not necessarily use it, at least not before we have enough of traveling all the wrong routes for the pleasure of pursuing individuality.

  72. Only when we start taking the key from the ‘metaphorical key bowl’ and apply them to life for ourselves it opens the door to what is available. Not by owning but by living the ‘keys’ we become who we are.

  73. A great sharing Nikki, if we were to use but one of the keys and live it, it would unlock all of the others. In complicating and distracting are we avoiding the love that can be lived so simply? Issues are a way we hold on to an identification.

  74. Nikki – universal wisdom is universal – and I too find that the support offered from Serge Benhayon can be applied to so many situations. It is so big what he delivers and this I know I have not fully appreciated.

  75. Nikki, I love this article, reading it I can feel how much wisdom and truth Serge Benhayon has shared over the years on courses and workshops and that it is now about living what has been presented. When I have applied something that has been presented it has been life changing, such as being more gentle with myself and being more loving and understanding – these ways of being have made a huge difference to my life and those around me and I can feel how there is so much more that I could apply that has been shared over the years.

  76. If we only take the time to connect to the quality of movement in our bodies we would realise that in every moment we are presented with the keys to life to expand and be more of who we truly are.

  77. I have found that with Serge Benhayon thought his livingness and the ageless wisdom that I have been given the key to my life , the beholding so as to access the truth of my origins , therefore the keys to universal life that is there for all that want to live it .

  78. I love reading your blog Nikki; it is such a simple gentle reminder that we have access to the keys of life whenever we choose, connect to ourselves and the keys are there.

  79. I can so relate to this blog. We have the keys to unlock so much misery, pain, complication but instead of using them, we often sit looking at them, picking up one from time to time and then putting them down again. Crazy stuff heh! Thanks for the honest sharing that allows me to be honest as well and inspire me to pick up my keys, to start unlocking the grandness that exists within me (and us all).

  80. I have re-discovered a few keys lately, hiding in plain sight. They have not been buried like many others have been but right in front of me waiting to be picked up and used once again. The choice to finally acknowledge them and to pick them up has been a long time coming but now that I have the feeling within my body is one of glorious liberation, so the temptation to beat myself up for having taking so long is easily cast aside. That will only delay using these keys to unlock the treasure that waits within, and delay is no longer a choice I choose to make.

  81. I conçur! Serge Benhayon’s one liners are absolutely keys to life. In fact everything he shares is. I can so relate with what you have shared hear as it is so easy to want the answer or ask for the answer but what do we actually do when we are given it? Are we willing to change our lives and be all that we truly are or do we ‘just’ ask another question completely and conveniently ignoring the answer we have been given to our previous question!

  82. Gift after gift after gift, blessing after blessing after blessing, I am still yet to truly appreciate all that Serge brings for humanity, ceaselessly.

  83. Everything we have ever been looking for lies within. We don’t even need to search as it is right here with us and has been all along. We’ve only forgotten this. Thank God for Serge Benhayon who came to remind us who we are and where we are from.

  84. “Perhaps his one-liners are in fact keys to life”; perhaps, yes definitely I would say. A beautiful blog Nikki, thank you for sharing your experiences and your wisdom.

  85. Absolutely Nikki, have we taken the keys given to us in our lives to their fullest? Or do we look for more to not feel that we have all those keys already but have not in full taken them with us. A profound sharing that makes us aware of the actual key: we need to use all the keys we got! And not put them in a box to save for later.

  86. Quite often the very act of writing the question shows me that I already have the answer. The act of giving it the space to write it down provides the space for a true enquiry, and at that point I realise that we all have enormous wisdom and access inside each and every one of us.

    1. That’s a very interesting sharing, thank you Simon. Sometimes, when I’m writing an email to Serge to ask about something, I just stop and answer the question myself – we know everything!

  87. In my experience, all of what Serge Benhayon presents blesses us with an infinite number of practical keys that unlock the mysteries of understanding human life.

  88. We have such a habit of undervaluing the wisdom and profoundness of simplicity, such as is found in the ‘one-liners’ delivered by Serge Benhayon. We tend to receive the sentence, feel the tip of the iceberg of what is really being said and instead of going deeper to feel it, ask for the next tantilising bit of information. What I love about writing an email to Serge in my head, as I have done a few times in the last 15 years, is that I find I already know the answer – and it is always simple. Serge holds everyone as equal and able to access everything he can access, which when connected to creates the space for the understanding to come.

  89. The keys of the wisdom of life are given to us in so many loving ways by Serge Benhayon who works patiently and relentlessly for us to use them offering us everything . It is simply our choice to get everything else out the way and allow ourselves to be who we innately are and all is waiting for us on our journey home.

  90. We all have access to many keys of wisdom in our lives and it is from our movements that we can either utilise their truth and bring great change to how we live or leave them hanging on the hook to jingle in the wind. It brings it back to the simplicity of choice and how we choose to use the wisdom on offer or heed its magic for another day.

  91. You are quite right – any one key from The Ageless Wisdom unlocks everything one would ever need to know. But the mind likes asking questions, revels in complications and adores issues.

  92. It is great to have a collection of keys to life which you can treasure and take care for but fact is indeed do we use these keys to evolve us in life? We have in fact all the keys that are needed to reclaim our ancient origin back into our lives and it all comes to using these keys, as they will unlock us from our ill and restrictive way of living and will open doors for living a life like in heaven on earth.

  93. Serge Benhayon has presented to myself and thousands of people the truth about the gold that lies within all of us. If we just live true to ourselves, accept and deeply appreciate that we are divine sons of God then we have it all. The more we accept this the more we can get ourselves out of the way and embrace that everyone is just like us and hence no need for any sort of division or separation. Life could be so simple if we let it be.

  94. Hi Nikki, Thank you for this great reflection of truth and wisdom! The keys – those one liners of wisdom – are they used or simply read and then put in the key box….this is something I will take into my day to ask myself how many keys have I collected and how many have I used…and how many sit rusting from lack of use! Thank you.

  95. Whether we choose to use these amazing keys we are given to open up a new door, or to just add them to an ever growing bunch of keys that remains at the back of a drawer, will determine what our future will be.

  96. Perhaps we don’t use the keys so lovingly and freely given because we want to stay in control. By opening a door to untold healing and release from our self-imposed prison, we are entering the world of the unknown where control has no place, where we surrender into the arms of the Kingdom of God within.

    1. Wow, what you shared here Lucy feels like another key! Proof that we all have the same access to Truth inside us. I can see how letting go of control and the game of playing small and not standing out is a challenging one, but definitely worth going there as it unlocks our true potential.

  97. A beautiful expose of the spirit that loves to keep us in complication instead of walking the simplicity that Serge Benhayon offers.

    1. Absolutely, and the spirit keeps us in the recognition, I want to be seen momentum instead of knowing how grand we are. I know Serge appreciates anyone who chooses to walk beside him.

  98. Serge Benhayon has offered us everything humanity could need to help us come back to who we really are and get out of the mess the world is in.. His absolute love and integrity and consistency is beyond this world and is the greatest inspiration and reflection ever. It is our choice what we choose to do with it and the love we allow ourselves that is forever expanding.

  99. Very true Nikki and Serge keeps on giving keys and never does this cease and the keys are available for anyone who chooses to take them.

  100. Reading this was a great reminder that I have no issues because everything has already been given in the endless presentations from Serge Benhayon, Universal Medicine and by life itself. Serge has seen and felt the keys that the universe is providing for us and simply pointing out the fact that we have been given them as well.

  101. This is a very honest exposé and one that I think many readers will relate to, I know I do. I want to reach out for support with my new problem in order to wash over the fact that I have not yet addressed my old one. In all this chopping and changing I can create the illusion that I am actually moving through things. Your blog speaks to me and it says, honesty is the best open door policy! To using keys and appreciating just how many we already have in our bowl! Thank you.

  102. Gosh the amount of keys I have been given by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine is ten fold. Am I appreciating and using them all? Not as much as I could and should do. Thank you for the reminder.

  103. The bounty of keys we have at our disposal is overflowing and it only takes a simple choice of movement to say yes or no to the plentiful wisdom on offer.

  104. I have been given a key, and I can now say I am using it, and it feels amazing. I feel more solid, present and in my body. I feel me.

  105. We are very clever at avoiding change. Collecting the ‘keys’ make us look like we are dealing with our stuff and we convince ourselves we are making progress, albeit a little slowly, but all the while those keys stay in our pocket unused.

  106. Nikki this is a brilliant blog and it has helped me to stop and appreciate just what we have been given and to put it into practice, I was quite hesitant to start with but my confidence is growing everyday as I allow more of me to be seen and the response is amazing as people warm to me. I met some Canadians just recently never met them before and within a few minutes I was being introduced to their family as though I was an old friend and having my photograph taken with them! All because I have opened my heart to let love out and love in.

  107. Gosh I like to keep my key rings simple and light and when we keep collecting keys it must be quite a bundle to carry! Especially if they open the one same door! Perhaps shows how much we are in ignorance of what we are truly choosing in our lives convincing ourselves of the problems we have but not wholeheartedly applying the very responsibility the key is asking for.

  108. Gathering so many keys, but not really knowing what they’re for is kind of like locking ourselves in a room and trying to figure out how to get out.

  109. I sometimes look at my bowl of keys and don’t know which one to pick up so I walk away. But you know what, it doesn’t matter which key we start with, or if we only ever pick up one of them and use it, for each one will open the door to our inner-heart which is where all the wisdom of the universe resides. For our part, we just have to pick one up and commit to using it.

  110. I realised recently how amazing it is use the keys I already have, I was born with them yet for most of my life I forgot I had them. I can used them to unlock the doors to the wisdom of the universe which I had hidden for so long, to allow it to flow through my body and to be shared with the world.

  111. Taking the key means actually appreciating what we can then do with the key, and this is the difficult part for many people. Every one of us could change the game completely when equipped with the key, and appreciating the incredible people we are allows us to expand further on how we live, deepening the love we have for others too!

  112. So true Nikki, it is applying the principles and embodying them by our living way is the key to knowing all, understanding all and accessing our all.

    1. Beautifully said Annie C, and this is when we experience the magic of life, by living what we know in our hearts to be true and by allowing ourselves to be open to the people, to nature, to the universe and to God.

  113. What we have been offered by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine cannot be accessed or understood via the intellect or mental intelligence – if we are willing to be present and open then the truth that has always been there can be known once more from our inner heart.

  114. My experience of true keys to life, as presented by Serge Benhayon, is that they are in essence very simple and in that simplicity it can be quite confronting to consider why we haven’t been living them, but rather than make the emphasis or focus on the confronting part I’m learning to just focus on the key itself and making that a real and practical part of my life.

  115. Great article Nicki, I relate to the collection the key, tips, strategies that work beautifully, when applied. Yet we do not apply them that often or that consistently. The preference is to go in search of the next key and the next key and the next…

  116. The point with using the keys is that it will ask us to let go of our individual self and the indulgences we have in life. Our investment in this self and the value we measure to the pleasures of life do make us forget that there is another life possible and that the keys to access this life already are in our possession for centuries.

  117. Thats so true, it us who keeps the doors locked and stay in comfort, when actually only if we used our keys what would be available behind the doors.

  118. every moment offers us a key – to greater awareness, greater understanding and greater expansion. We have the choice in each moment. do we choose evolution or do we resist.?

  119. Yikes ignoring I already have the keys and pretending I don’t and am working on issues is an ouch but great to start appreciating so I actually start using these keys to open parts of me I have chosen to ignore.

  120. The Ageless Wisdom Teachings as presented and lived by Serge Benhayon have presented us with every key that we could ever need to unlock the door to the Divine inner-wisdom that already resides within each and every one of us through our connection our Soul. And yes, as you say, Nikki, it is up to us to be willing, honest and open to choosing to use them or not.

  121. Quite often if I am feeling ‘stuck’ or ‘trapped’ or even as simple as not being able to find something if i just stop and take a moment to see, feel and/or listen I discover what is needed or lost is actually right there and has been all along. This is always a reminder of how everything that is needed in life is always closer than I think as it is within and not ever anything another can give me. Serge Benahyon is a forever reflection of how we could all be living if we choose to apply the same keys and take the same steps.

  122. We seem to find it easier to think that we have lost our keys or are missing one or two, rather than accept that we have them all in our pocket and just haven’t used them in a really long time.

  123. ‘Perhaps I feel safe here in my comfort zone with the doors locked.’ We have been given so many keys to use, and we sometimes like to stay in the comfort and indulge, hence we keep locked away the keys of wisdom already given to us.

  124. We are offered the chance to use our keys to life every moment of every day. Choosing in one moment to use them is great but will not change anything long term. It needs to be a constant choice which leads to a building of a new foundation.

  125. The crazy thing is, is that we may just have the key for life but we are so focused on ourselves and our problems and our closest family and in searching for answers for what’s wrong in our world that we don’t even realise that we might just already have the key to life in our pocket, and all we need to do is stop and remember what is important.

  126. Reminds me of some of the old keys I have had on my key ring, seemingly pointless, long forgotten what doors they open yet I keep them with me as if they are worth more than my own love and wisdom could bring me.

  127. “Perhaps I have become identified with having a certain level of problems because they keep me living in separation to the love that I am and my expression of this love with all others.” This rings true for my own circumstances. There’s a great responsibility to accept here.

  128. “These walls offer no safety, only imprisonment, as only love and our expression of it can truly protect” – the walls we put up for protection are entrenching the illusion of separation between us all – and reinforcing a world of protection and therein the isolation and devastation that accompanies it. We have been given all the keys there to remind us we have all the keys within – simply waiting for us to make that choice to activate and release all that is within just waiting for us to allow it forth.

  129. I laughed when I read your blog this morning Nikki as I am going through a period of misplacing my keys. A very timely read for me, thank you.

  130. The opportunities to develop as presented by the Ageless Wisdom Teachings are something that cannot be underestimated. They unfold daily as we unfold, and are like a constant companion waiting for us to come home to ourselves.

  131. I love the way you have shared this Nikki, it helps unlock (!) the simple fact that deep within ourselves we all know the truth and that sometimes it is just as simple as asking a question, truly wanting to understand and receive the real ‘answer’- why. Why do we wait till others tell it to us ‘straight’ to access this wisdom that is naturally innate? Why do we wait till predicament or pain has become ‘too great’? Perhaps the key that you show us here is we can live with the support of this Love if we are willing to cut through the fluff, stories, and excuses, to truly care, just as Serge Benhayon does. Then the door to evolving in life is always unlocked and forever open.

  132. This is deeply beautiful what you share here and shows us the gold we already have, but often not choose to use in our resistance to evolution. And knowing that when we make the choice to evolve we receive a deeper responsibility as we connect to a deeper wisdom.

  133. It is amazing how we seek answers but are we prepared to live this once we are given the answers? As you honestly share in the emails you have sent Serge Benhayon. I have caught myself out with this several times, like wanting to book a session with a Universal Medicine Practitioner but asking myself am I willing to live what is presented to me during and after that session or do I just want something now in that moment for ‘me’. Always a give-a-way about where the question, want or need is coming from which is not from a place of true love, after all, we already have EVERYTHING within us it is just a question of reconnecting to and living this as well as asking ourselves just how willing are we to truly live this?

  134. Nikki, I love this article, what Serge Benhayon shares is so simple and can be life changing if we are willing to make changes in our lives and live who we truly are. I can feel how it is easy to look for complication and try and make things hard, when in fact his presentations are never complicated.

  135. Yes one of the keys for me is to not berate myself if I am tired and need to let my body rest. Instead of feeling like I should be doing things all the time.

    1. Mine is to stop berating myself for simply being, let alone doing. I can so relate to this.

  136. When I was 12 or so I was walking along one November day and I wondered would I recognise Jeshua if he came again or would I would walk right by him?
I had to wait many years to see what my reaction would be and I did not walk by unable to recognise a sent messenger from heaven. Serge Benhayon is the sent messenger from God this time round to reflect back to us by his living way, just as Jeshua lived in a certain way before him. Serge Benhayon has given us all the key to our own salvation and resurrection.

    1. Yes Mary, when you meet a messenger sent from Heaven, there is no doubt as to who they are or where they are from. I too knew, the first time I met Serge Benhayon that he was someone who could deliver truth in a way that I had never encountered before, and the keys to our salvation that he has given to so many are the most precious gifts that are above and beyond anything that we could ever wish to receive.

  137. It’s actually quite amazing how quickly we can start to feel different if we even start to use one of these golden keys. So why do we stop? Commitment is the key to using the keys!

  138. It is true, unless we implement and bring the magical keys to life that unlock life times of holding back and hiding and not wanting to be seen then they become just ornaments and trophies that sit on a shelf that we admire but do little with. What I have found is that Serge’s one liners are many layered and forever unfolding and highlight the fundamental issues that have kept me from moving forward not just this life time but for aeons

  139. I love the symbolism of the key. The key is a door opener and when I open the door I put the key into practice.

  140. The keys to life are actually within us all and it is only finding the keys that tells us so! What amazing gifts and wisdom we all hold within and that Serge Benhayon is showing us all by his very livingness and reflection. It is simply our choice to truly live the love we are with our quality of movement and expression that connects us to our innate wisdom and purpose here on earth and forever.

  141. The biggest key we have is the connection to our vehicle’s of expression. When we put the key in the ignition and move from our full expression we gain a greater understanding of the world we live in and how we then choose to live from day to day to bring our full power to the all.

  142. I love the fact that you have waved a flag for the opportunity and responsibility we have, at our fingertips all the time, to simply pick up one of the many keys we have been offered by Serge and Universal Medicine. I also love appreciating the absolute amazingness of Serge’s understanding, patience and lack of judgement as he goes on offering us keys with no investment in whether we maximise them or not.

  143. The key to life unlocks the door that allows us to question how it came to be locked in the first place, as it does the very existence of the door. Quite simply – we are the key – and it is the quality of our movements, be they made in love or not, that will determine the depth of wisdom we are able to access though our physical form.

  144. We all hold the answers within and have chosen to disconnect, locking them all in. We can just as easily choose to re-connect, to unlock and take responsibility for our lives and choices..

  145. We are presented with countless keys, moment upon moment in life – it is for us to recognise the fact and to live their wisdom if we so choose.

    1. I agree Deborah, life can be viewed as moment to moment oppotunities to learn, to grow, to appreciate, to evolve – as moments to unlock the next level

  146. Collecting the keys keeps us in the realm of knowledge. When we take this knowledge, apply it and it is expressed through our bodies, we find that the door is already open and that no key is needed. It is the living application of the keys that is the key.

    1. I can very much relate to this feeling as when I connect to my body it feels like the door is and has been open this whole time and the issue of walking through and out of an issue simply isn’t there as I know what is to be done. And yet there is still a part of me that pretends that there are closed doors, no doubt there is an open door to understanding this part of ourselves more deeply.

  147. We are the key to life and within us, the unending wisdom of the Universe is available.

  148. How often has Serge presented something that has gone straight over my head – sometimes taking me years to really be struck by all that was delivered. And even then, the gems cannot be truly realised until we live them, for it is through their application in life that we really feel the everything that they contain.

  149. The keys that have been given to us by Serge Benhayon are absolute Gold. By not using them we are choosing to stay in the misery of our usual ways.

  150. One of the keys I am finding I have not used in the past, but is now available to me is connecting with others so we can share our own awarenesses, and support each other. Its a magical key to a life well lived.

  151. The Ageless Wisdom gifts us many keys and as you say, just using one of them, diligently, lovingly and studiously, can unlock all our problems and lead to more depth and lived wisdom.

  152. I love the absolute honesty in which you share with us – “Perhaps there is a part of me that needs to have an issue to deal with or to have something to work at. Perhaps I feel safe here in my comfort zone with the doors locked”. It is very honest and courageous to admit this to yourself and then to all of us – it is also inspiring because many people would feel this too but not admit it so freely. It is such an important step to get real about what we do first and then look to heal it, if we so choose.

  153. Reading this does make me appreciate the magnitude of what serge offers to so many people. Absolute love in amazing consistency. This is just gorgeous to read and yes there are always gems for life that Serge presents because he presents the whole and not just one part.

  154. I was given a key today, right at the end of the session recently and this key unlocked a door that I had kept shut for a very long time. The collection of keys that we have is really one key, and each time we unlock a part of ourselves that we have kept hidden away so we become more transparent and let the light of God shine through our bodies.

    1. Sometimes it can be something so simple that allows us to breakdown an issue and in doing so, remove yet another layer from between us and our essence.

  155. “These ‘locked doors’ are simply walls I have erected that stand between myself and others in the guise of protection. These walls offer no safety, only imprisonment, as only love and our expression of it can truly protect.” You so true they ares walls we have create to stop us from connecting to our own truth, as we let go of these walls we can feel the connection to truth and and able to express openly with that truth.

  156. One of the things I love about the metaphore of having the key to life, is it puts life in our own hands – we are our own salvation, no one else is going to save us and it is by our choice that we take the step into the next

  157. I can relate to this collecting many keys story Nikki, keeping and storing them, wanting knowledge but not actually activating them. All we are doing is hoarding them away, we need to get them out and open up everything that locks us and them away to see the wisdom of how we live in everything.

  158. Discovering that you already have the key to your own self-salvation is the gift that keeps on giving.

  159. Using these keys of life and living in a way that understands that there are even keys in existence creates a whole new relationship with living.

  160. Yes and I have turned them and used them as well, keys from many people. One for example not being less at the potential of being rejected – but being true, holding, steady and being consistent in myself and how I choose to express. As in not playing games of holding back what I feel to say in case I get rejected. It feels amazing to stay true to myself and I can now feel if rejection does come it’s not because of me.

  161. I am sure we would all say ‘yes’ to the key of life. But then, then it dawns on us what that truly means, and the absoluteness, integrity, clarity and responsibility that comes with it. Then the true choice begins …

    1. The keys of wisdom that have been shared are for us to use, like you say we should use them wisely with responsibility and true purpose. Only then they will serve in truth.

  162. What I love about these keys or gems of wisdom we have been gifted is that even if we just choice one and commit to it in our daily living we can make a huge difference in how we then make choices, move and express day to day. It just shows the true power found in our huge resource of keys is felt and embodied in our every movement and that then plays a role in what energy we reflect outwardly to the world too. So much appreciation to be felt from one key being utilised with all of its full potential to bring change to out lives.

  163. One of the main keys in life is to be the love that we are, one that Serge Benhayon is consistently reflecting to us all.

  164. What a great blog offering so much wisdom and truth for us to see. “I know the keys will work. In fact, all the keys will do the same thing. They will help me to unlock those parts of me that have played safe, those parts I have kept hidden so that I am not asked to show too much of my true self to the world. These ‘locked doors’ are simply walls I have erected that stand between myself and others in the guise of protection.” What amazing gifts and inspirations we have been given by Serge Benhayon with the love, openness, joy and wisdom and integrity we can all be if we choose it.

  165. We have been given all these keys to unlock all of these treasures… in an attempt to jog our memory that we already have the golden master key, our heart! We only need to open the door that we have shut, on the love we all contain within us!

  166. Ahhh, there is such a beauty in re-using an abandoned key, oiling it and putting into the lock…magic awaits in the turning of it and opening the door therein.

  167. Great blog Nikki and very pertinent. Serge Benhayon has presented so much over the years. But at the end of the day it’s up to us as to whether we apply what has been presented. Whether we pick up the key and open the door. No-one can open that door for us, how would we learn to use the keys and open the door for ourselves? Every time we open the door too it is never the same, there is always an opportunity to deepen what we are connecting with as we open and then walk through the door.

  168. It’s staggering the level of ignorance one can have in still seeking to ask questions when all the answers to everything they would ever need to know is right in front of them. And I mean quite literally! There are now many many videos, workshops, books, ancient texts, blogs, CDs and more that are literally jam packed with wisdom that we would ever need to hear all from Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine and yet we can still be seemingly stuck in our old patterns and ways asking for help!

  169. I do take the keys to life, but the question is do I open the doors they offer. If I’m honest the answer is no. I don’t appreciate in full or live in full the magnitude of what we have all, simply been and are, continuously offered. The key is simple – to live it – we complicate it and keep searching outside ourselves when we have already been given everything many times over.

    1. Absolutely they are given to us by Serge for us to use and not leave on a shelve, as this is what we have done for many life times, now is the time to use them, wisely with responsibility and purpose.

  170. I have had a similar realisation that my own inner wisdom is very strong and sometimes we all need a little support to access it, but the truth is that I have all the answers to my own life dilemmas inside of me just waiting to be connected to.

  171. Thank you Nikki for a very timely blog, I have been pondering lately on what holds me back and realise that it is a choice for any number of reasons that you have given. I have bought into the lies of “I don’t know, what do I say etc ” If I just take the key of connection to my inner essence it is simply all there, when i need to know. Divine wisdom is a part of us all if we are simply willing to use the key to unlock this treasure trove of divine love.

  172. I have been part of several conversations this week about common sense following a presentation on health and wellbeing. Most of the tips and hints made in the presentation were basic ‘common sense’ but it seemed that there were some who were seeking a more magical answer to their issues. Common sense it seems has been dismissed by some as too ordinary to provide any real answers to the challenges of this life. I disagree. To me, common sense is one of those golden keys to life and we dismiss it at our peril. Perhaps we should relabel it ‘pearls of wisdom’ so it appeals to more people. Better still, we could return to the truth of ‘common sense’ that is the Divine guidance available to us all within.

  173. I love revisiting old recordings of teachings or re-reading passages from the blue books – everything is contained there within them, and so the constant need to gain more keys is put to one side when we realise it is all the same key to the same lock – unlocking and living the truth of who we are in full

  174. If we consider that all of us actually already have the key to life with us but most of us keep it totally buried amongst the detritus of our lives, then there needs to be an appreciation of even looking for it and finding it….if we appreciate that in full, then we will naturally be inspired to use it.

  175. Brendan this is so huge and something that I am really seeing now. For too long I have talked the talk. It’s nothing unless I walk the walk.

  176. I have the key to life on me, in my pocket, right with me 24/7. I have been shown how to use it, when to use it, what it does and what happens when I do use it. But I am not using it nearly as much as I could. It is my responsibility to humanity to celebrate and appreciate, through my livingness, everything that I have been given.

  177. The illusion is that the more keys we have the more doors we can unlock, but what I’ve always found about Serge Benhayon’s presentations is that one key is actually multi-purpose and can open thousands of doors so-to-speak through the one door if we choose to use it. Every teaching teaches everything!

  178. Your blog has me questioning what really is the key to life, and do we all have it? I get this image of everyone in the world walking around with a key on a chain around their neck – always wearing it but never using it. We all have challenges and problems, but instead of using the key that we always wear, we gossip, or turn to another or get swallowed up by the problem… perhaps we hold much more power than we give ourselves credit for.

  179. It is true that we often park much of the wisdom that is offered rather than embodying this learning and understanding and deepening into further wisdom and learning.

  180. The key to our inner-heart is The Livingness so that we are religious in our connection, philosophical in our approach and true science in our nature. The way we move as our Livingness brings us back to a our true self.

  181. I was thinking about this the other day – how many moments are there in a day, and to how many do I apply the amazing understandings and awarenesses I have gained over the years? If every moment was used to its fullest, what would life look like?

    1. ‘If every moment was used to its fullest, what would life look like?’ – That would be a glorious life.

      1. Agreed Eva, and so I wonder why we don’t choose it – what is it that is gained when we put on the brakes and kick back and enjoy the out moments, despite the consequences that they can have? Spoken as someone still very much invested in my time out and personal Idaho’s, they give me a sense of identification, a holiday from the responsibility of going to the next step in every aspect of life. But in doing so we are also putting the key to life back on the side board.

  182. Nikki with just one key that Serge Benhayon has presented we can transform our lives and in that the lives of all those we know and connect with, yet we have been given an overflowing bowl of keys. For that, we are deeply blessed but it’s up to us to really make the most of that blessing by embracing and unfolding what the keys offer.

  183. Squirming I realise that I have a similar key collection – happy to accept the keys that are given – eager to stack them with the others and quickly start looking for the next key. What a ridiculous way of working through life. I hadn’t clocked it quite like this until I got this key from you Nikki and so true there is no evolution by looking at a bowl of keys. Thank you.

  184. The beautiful thing is when we express the truth it carries meaning and holds value for everything, not just the specific question we ask. Communicating with Serge Benhayon illustrates this, where you ask him about and ‘a’ and how it relates to ‘b’ and he answers back encapsulating the whole alphabet, or so it seems to me. You could not get a simpler example of how the way he chooses to be, is truly universal and so truly great medicine to live. Thank you Nikki for sharing this.

  185. We all hold the keys to the infinite wisdom within us all, and it is our responsibility to use them to finally break away from the tentacles of creation that has kept us away from expressing our divine nature.

  186. So true Nikki, if we feel which key is needed for which moment or process we are in they support us in our daily lives and become not something laying around, unused.

  187. “What if you were given the key to life – would you take it? Would you even recognise it for what it was or know what to do with it?” – great opening questions to open on Nikki. Would we or do we recognise that we have the keys to life and then what do we do with them? I have been given so many by Serge Benhayon and yet I know I’m not using all of them.

  188. What a fantastic blog and simple way to explain and relate to the work offered by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. After well over a decade of the gift of Serge Benhayon in my life I have experienced many such keys, and they have unlocked wonder after wonder so the life I live is now one I could not even have dreamed of.

  189. We are being given keys, or wisdom all the time. The question is do we leave the door open or shut?

  190. “Over the past few years, I have written Serge a dozen or so emails asking what seemed like huge questions about my life. All of my emails have been responded to lovingly, with a few simple words.” Serge Benhayon is the master of teaching us our biggest lessons in life in the simplest of terms. His universal wisdom and love are always summed up in a beautiful, concise package from which we cannot fail to feel deeply loved and touched by. I have never met anyone who could give me the answers to my questions so succinctly, so lovingly and so directly that they would absolutley stop me in my tracks and ask me to look at the choices I have made that have taken me to where I am in that moment of my life, and to then consider what I need to do in order to change my circumstances. A few words from Serge can be the most precious gift you may ever receive.

  191. That is an interesting concept Nikki, that the locked doors are simply walls we use in protection, because with that excuse, we can never get too many keys. When we drop the protection, we can open up and start unlocking the doors and everyone gets to feel how to live life in full with the feeling of transparency. This is a great key to start to activate.

  192. I get what your saying “Serge has already answered me…” When I connected to what I feel not what I think, everything has been shared that is required from to live a truth, responsible and loving life. We often keep looking for new answers and yes it is great to have something explained, again, or be reminded of it, but in truth I can feel I have all I need to be all I can be.

  193. Having just attended a Universal Medicine retreat I feel, once again, that the keys to heaven have been bestowed upon us by Serge Benhayon. Now it is up to us as to whether we make full use of these teachings, as we truly have been given everything to master life on earth.

  194. I like your honesty Nikki and I agree we have been given the keys to the kingdom of heaven and I for one have looked at them and said ‘thanks’ and put it aside for another day………mmm ,I too am going back through my keys and am opening the lock with each one and am finding ‘gold.’.

  195. I am forever inspired by the love of the universe, of God, of Serge Benhayon, which is an absolute appreciation of free-will and cycles, to hold us always and allow us the space to come to our own choices while never holding back truth.

  196. In a conversation I had recently was the discussion around our willingness to fully go there – to actually embrace and walk forward into all we know and have been given – is it equal to the dedication we once gave to the all that is not truly us?

  197. ‘They will help me to unlock those parts of me that have played safe, those parts I have kept hidden so that I am not asked to show too much of my true self to the world. These ‘locked doors’ are simply walls I have erected that stand between myself and others in the guise of protection.’ If we start using the precious keys Serge Benhayon has given us they break down every wall as these are not there in truth, so we will find a door and the key to open it once again to a way of living that is truly evolving for ourselves and mankind.

  198. We are given all these keys to unlock a multitude of doors that will unlock the amazing things that lie within. Are we not the one that built the doors with the locks? We are the key to the doors we created. Like in the Matrix, the first thing to do, to bend the spoon… is to realise the spoon doesn’t exist! Are our doors the same?

  199. This blog nails it. Serge Benhayon provides us constantly with the keys to life and we put them on a golden bowl and keep our way of moving through life; a way of moving that ignores what we are given. It is time to change our relationship with what Serge gives us. It is in our hands.

  200. Love it Nikki, indeed we have been given quite a collection of keys for us to speed our evolution but do we make the most of them? It is definitely our responsibility of our everyday living to use these resources and know what key, and when do we need to use it, in order to break free from the illusions of the world and embrace more of the love and simplicity of life. Thank you.

    1. Yes, keys are very metaphorical in terms of unlocking new levels of awareness, so let’s open up those doors to the truth of who we are and our purpose.

  201. So often you see people locked in their misery and even though a key may be offered to them they cannot see it or do not want to take it. It’s crazy how we seem to get some perverse enjoyment out of being miserable which gives us a sense of being someone – albeit an unhappy one.

  202. It is true we have been given so many keys to life, and I know for myself, I have not fully embraced and appreciated the enormity of what we are given. Each one is a pearl of wisdom, and your blog is a wake up call to bring these into our daily lives so that humanity has an opportunity to share in the absolute gold that we have been given.

  203. Sometimes the key to life is going through a bumpy track…these we try to avoid as much as possible. But although painful, these experiences can be worth their weight in gold as we can learn and evolve from them. So perhaps the key here is to appreciate what is being offered in difficult times and change our relationship with it.

  204. Yes – the key is to not focus on the negative and what we are aren’t doing, but appreciate, appreciate, appreciate all that we are and are doing.

  205. The keys to life as a way of connecting deeper to our inner-most essence or our divine aspect, comes through our own Livingness, and everything that Serge Benhayon presents or writes becomes a key with multi-dimensionality that can be utilised on many different situations.

  206. The keys Serge Benhayon offers us time and again are usually so deceptively simple we dismiss them – testimony to our love of complication. Either that, or his ability to get to the heart of what we are presenting riles us – testimony to the arrogance of our spirits that love to ‘know best’.

  207. Do we grab life in every moment and take every opportunity offered to us to grow and evolve, or do we sit back and let life just sort of happen? Taking the keys we have been given we sit in the drivers seat of life.

  208. Our essence is that of God, so we are starting off with the key to life already within us. We are on a planet school for returning to Soul. Life is constantly providing opportunities to learn as well as connect to and live from a deeper awareness. And we also have the blessing of individuals like Serge Benhayon who live in a way that offers support to further catalyse and accelerate this process. We are blessed and showered with keys. What are we doing with them? A great question.

  209. Nikki you have brought out a huge question here: about the comfort of having issues so as not to be the love that we are. The word that comes with this of course is responsibility.

  210. This is gorgeous Nikki. It is the difference between having the knowledge of something and the livingness of it, and it is only magical when it is a lived way of being rather than an ornament we know a lot about and can talk about.

  211. “These walls offer no safety, only imprisonment, as only love and our expression of it can truly protect.” Keeping ourselves away from life just in order to be safe does indeed feel like an imprisonment. Yes probably you don’t get attacked and people might mostly like you but it feels very imprisoning to not express ourselves.

  212. We have already everything we need we just have to make use of it instead of thinking we need to be more.

  213. I used to literally walk around with a set of keys and I had no idea what a lot of them were for. One day I cleaned up the key ring and there were three left. I used them every day and multiple times they opened the doors to all that sustained my living. Cleaning up the key ring made it easier to access these useful tools – I can’t help but feel the analogy matches with what you have presented Nikki.

  214. The issue I have with the key is not in doubting they will work – I know wholeheartedly that they will. My problem is letting go of what I have been invested in for so long. The beauty of these continual offerings from Serge Benhayon is that they are given free of any form of judgement for where we are or our choices but simply with love for the truth that we are no different to him and can make the same choices at any point we choose.

  215. ‘Perhaps there is a part of me that needs to have an issue to deal with or to have something to work at. Perhaps I feel safe here in my comfort zone with the doors locked. ‘ From this it could be said that we can use key’s to ‘lock’ ourselves into comfortable situations OR free ourselves from them.

  216. All that is offered to us are in fact keys of wisdom gold and magic by Serge Benhayon and we as humanity have access to it all if we truly choose to live them using them in our lives honouring all we are given . Pure magic surrounds us all with the support and love that is offered by Serge Benhayon and the responsibility to use this is highlighted beautifully here.

  217. “I like building my key collection and knowing that I have them.” I agree with this, it’s something that I feel I go away with having something more yet I already have everything, just needing to put that into practice. What I love about your blog is the fact that it’s what we do and how we embrace the keys we’ve been given that will make a huge difference in life.

  218. Nikki- what a beautiful reminder of all the amazing keys to life we have been blessed to have received from Serge Benhayon, our world teacher. They are precious pearls of wisdom, to be deeply appreciated. They are available for each of us to reconnect to and unfold our own inner wisdom, to then share with others, from our own livingness.

  219. The keys which I got and constantly get when reading the books of Serge Benhayon are life changing and sometimes I resist any change because it feels like an unknown land to step on. But once stepped into this new land I remember and discover I already know it but have just not connected to this anymore.

  220. This really brings it back to our responsability – what we choose day in day out to do with everything we have been given?

  221. Pearls of wisdom are not for collection because nothing changes, When the wisdom is applied or lived it is magnified and shared.

  222. An absolutely brilliant blog Nikki. If I applied even one or two of the one liners that Serge Benhayon
has presented over the years to my life, to the full extent that they could be applied, my life would be unrecognisable. The more I live what Serge presents the more is presented to be lived.

  223. I think it’s a very valid point to ask ourselves if we have become identified with or by an issue and so hold onto it rather than be open to truly healing it, and letting it go, especially so if we have been presented with a key that supports us to unlock or re-connect with the love that is innately inside us.

  224. I understand very well the comfort zone in identifying with problems, issues, imaginations and pictures. It is a place of safety and it seems to be so safe that nothing else counts. This place in truth is harming and not allowing love to flow. To unravel all those pictures and create imaginations in order to let them go is a deeply freeing process.

  225. The more and more I am learning is the key to life is actually how we live, never does it come from knowledge or our head.

  226. Another great point to ponder is that in truth we are the largest keys in our resourceful tool bag. When we move and live from our bodies in full presence we present a reflection of such wisdom and clarity that we know if a situation arises we can pull from our own resources and really live in full without having to go outside of ourselves. Our reflections then offer so much to the world outside of us and Serge Benhayon is an amazing example of this. Thank you.

  227. I so agree – Serge Benhayon has an amazing ability to say exactly what I need to hear, sometimes in very few words, where what is communicated is everything despite the seeming lack of words.

  228. Today I was so definitively given a key by Simone Benhayon. I cannot deny it is a key and one that I know doesn’t need any jiggling of the key to open the door – you know the ones that either won’t turn or turn but the door stays locked. No this is so simple I cannot but complicate it though no doubt I will try or somehow forget about it. But the key is to start small, a step of observation, being open to a possibility that then opens the door to awareness a little bit at a time so I can’t run off protesting it’s all too much. These sorts of keys don’t just open a door and that’s that, job done, no they’re like continuously giving if we keep on using them.

  229. In the confusion of the hurts I have carried and in the less than loving choices I have made as a consequence, each key has supported me to find my way back to finding the truth of who I am. Any time I get caught up in confusion again each key offers the same consistency, whilst at the same time offering to take me deeper should I so choose.

  230. I have just realised my lack of using keys at times, it a total lack of appreciation. The fact we are being given so much by the World Teacher daily, and in every moment not appreciating him, ourselves, and each other. If I truly appreciated all that is being given, shared, from Serge, others and myself then I would never leave my keys anywhere for that matter.

  231. I get this, my keys have been jangling…so to speak….I have a whole set now and I do not open the doors of true wisdom, as I could…I have begun really feeling the equality I walk through door ways an what this means for me symbolically…how I enter and leave a room, and unlock and lock doors…there is much to observe about our lives and I know I have been offered much wisdom through the keys of inspiration and have more to embrace and live from these keys.

  232. Why do we want the ‘keys’ of a full life to be hidden, ‘a secret’, or arduous? Is it so we don’t have to admit how simple it really is, but have avoided choosing all this time?

  233. I too have many keys in my bowl and one I am continue to refine and deepen is the self-love key. I have changed so much and my life has changed with using this key on a daily basis.

  234. Sometimes I know I have been all too eager to gain more knowledge – to take the keys offered and marvel at them, only to hang them up or put them away, not using them. Better to have 1 or 2 and use them to their fullest than store hundreds and never unlock their potential.

  235. This is gold Nikki, and a beautiful reflection on the responsibility we have to live the wisdom that comes from within us.

  236. Even though I have been given so many keys to life by attending Universal Medicine events, I still find myself choosing not to use them. I do so for a while, and I start to feel amazing, but then I always allow this to drop. There is still a part of me that holds back and chooses not to give myself everything through practicing what I know.

  237. Using keys is our responsibility but not only for ourselves but the whole of humanity. If we realised and made it about this and ourselves and had deep appreciation for all that is continuously shared with us we would never leave a key lying in a bowl or anywhere else for that matter.

  238. What a fabulous, honest article and just what I needed to read! Anyone who has had an email from Serge Benhayon or been to presentations/sessions with Universal Medicine also has a formidable set of keys. And as the ‘one liner’ email answers suggest, simplicity is one of those keys. Serge has very patiently kept delivering the same message, sometimes from different angles but always the offering the same foundational keys. These keys are never rules, but given to us to unlock the doors and step out from behind those walls we have created. There is nothing wrong with the key, just user failure (ie. Failure to use them!)

  239. We can hold a key but it is of no use to us unless we put it in the lock, open the door and walk through into a new dimension.

  240. These keys are great opportunities to meld the wisdom and connection of our bodies as one huge powerful resource for our daily lives and how we in turn choose to live with them.

  241. Brilliantly said Nikki, I have just been attending a course with Universal Medicine where Serge Benhayon has been presenting the most amazing teachings and insights I have ever heard. Things in my life have never seemed clearer. Yet what I see is when I go away in the evening, the clarity, simplicity, and ease gets lost, and my world seems to return to a complicated fog. This just goes to corroborate and confirm of the essential points Serge presents – the fact that within us is a individuated spirit that likes to sabotage and run away from our God given divinity. So even in this game of resistance we play, I can see there is a key given to me. This is the beautiful part about truth, it is like it keeps coming for all of time, until you are ready to see what is real and finally align.

  242. Reading your blog this morning Nikki I have realised that I do not make use of all that I have thus far been offered. As you say so much has already been revealed to us by Serge Benhayon, so do we put the ‘keys to work’ and evolve or hoard them up like a collector? Today I will work on using my keys and unlocking the pure gold that is found within.

  243. I am currently on a Universal Medicine retreat but I am not doing the actual retreat. Regardless, I am still getting all Of it In my body – and it has made me deeply appreciate the magnitude of what we are offered. All the tools are at our fingertips and we have a responsibility to use them and live them and reflect them. As you share – we have already been given everything – it is a case of connecting with ourselves.

  244. Nikki this blog is a key in itself. Thank you a thousand times over for sharing this wisdom with us all. It is now up to each person that reads this blog to use the key or not.

  245. The key to life is in our Livingness. There is a deepening of our Livingness when keys are applied and used according to the vibration passing through us and that we can feel.

  246. The doors to our inner heart, wisdom and love can only be unlocked by us. No one else can do this for us. We are offered many keys in life and it is our responsibility and choice to use them to unlock the many layers of doors we have built around ourselves. Opening them up to allow love to flow in and out.

  247. Serge Benhayon reminds us every day in what he lives and teaches, that there is a divine intelligence we all have access to, which understands the entire workings of the universe.

  248. It’s commonly taught that when we want to know something we have to find someone who knows.. or search rapidly for the answer, but from your amazing blog it makes it clear that a lot of the time we already have a few simple keys which will give us clarity right where we are, it’s just a matter of putting into practice those principles or teachings.

  249. I get an image of a jail guard with all their keys to all the cells. How by holding onto the keys we are simply keeping ourselves jailed up in life. When we unlock the doors the art to living all of who we are is walking through the doors and not going back, to close the door behind us – here we have no need to holding onto any keys what so ever.

  250. I think we are also stuck on the belief that we need a key for every problem instead of using the same all the time. Simply to open our hearts and have life unfold from there.

  251. I can still desire more keys because they sometimes complete a learning when something new is presented, but just holding the keys does not serve us.The activation of the knowledge into wisdom that the keys hold is the true key to our development.

  252. The Key to Life – is about evolution, how much of evolution we want determines whether the keys remain shiny untouched in the ‘lovely key bowl’, or become rusty and worn from years and lives of true-good use.

  253. Last night I pondered for a moment on how much I appreciate all that has been given to me through Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon, over the years. To sum it all up I have been given the greatest gift I could ever have wanted – my Soul. The appreciation can go much deeper though and grander – for how can I have off moments, frustration about this or that when I now have my soul so close? The more I appreciate, the more I embrace, the more I open up these doors to my soul, the more I live in the magic that a soul-full way of life brings.

  254. When truth is spoken it resonates in our body, it may be accepted or not but on a certain level it cannot be denied.

  255. Nikki whilst writing this I am at a Universal Medicine retreat and have been given yet another set of keys to life. As I am here today it’s quite incredible the power of these keys. I feel less and less held by the ideals, pictures and way I viewed life. Yet the real truth, the real magic, comes when I take this to deepen my livingness, to have the key as a part of my foundation.

  256. We are fooling ourselves when we only collect these keys but do not use them and think we are working on our development by collecting them. We have come to action and actively get involved in unlocking all the doors that keep us from being all who we are and return to the grandness we are with the keys to life that are over and over so generously be presented to us by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine.

  257. Love is indeed the only true ‘protection’ so to speak. Because if we choose a wall of protection we actually feel miserable and lonely right away as we cannot feel ourselves anymore. Becoming aware of the protection has made quite a difference. I now feel that I’ve got a choice. Sometimes a choice that I haven’t been aware of before, but nevertheless a choice. It is so lovely to come back to feel the love that I am once again.

  258. What good is a trinket, a keepsake, a pretty object to behold if we do not use it to access the deeper awareness on offer? We as a humanity have spent far too long admiring and investing in all that we can acquire and far too little time spent unearthing the treasure box we each hold deep within our hearts.

  259. I’ve received these keys to life and at the time havent quite grasped the magnitude of them. But then as I go through life I realise their significance, how they constantly unfold and how I marvel at their simplicity.

  260. I love what you have written here Nikki. It’s a wonderful reminder that it’s not until we choose to embody in our everyday livingness what the keys are giving us that we will access the universal wisdom that’s inside us all.

  261. A beautiful thing about the countless keys or treasures that Serge Benhayon has bestowed upon us, is that they are based on a lived wisdom that is accessible to all.

  262. I am sure many of us can relate to being key collectors. Or perhaps collectors of other item, which we preserve, treasure and even glorify but dare not enjoy… a simple yet profound blog Nikki.

  263. ‘These ‘locked doors’ are simply walls I have erected that stand between myself and others in the guise of protection. These walls offer no safety, only imprisonment, as only love and our expression of it can truly protect.’ – love what you are sharing here, Nikki. Building walls keeps us disconnected in solitary confinement, our greatest defence will always be the truth, always expressing from the love that we are.

  264. ‘What if you were given the key to life – would you take it?’ … I think most people would answer with a resounding “yes” to this question. However, is our enthusiasm challenged when we realise that in taking the key, everything that we think we know is turned on it’s head as we understand the importance and significance of committing to live all that we are being offered.

  265. Your blog reminded me of a dream I once had where I was walking through a room filled with shiny golden keys hanging effortlessly in the room and I could choose any one I wanted. I lifted my foot to find a key embedded in it. I felt at the time it was showing me I was stubbornly resisting all that was being offered to me and the opportunity to evolve.

  266. Nikki, thank you for such a beautiful blog. The truth of what you share has brought tears of recognition as I too have similar bowl of keys that glow under the gathering dust.

  267. I love the fact that the keys that have been offered never feel outmoded or redundant. There is a profundity in their simplicity. As my evolution deepens it alters slightly my perspective of them too because I have a deeper appreciation of where they are taking me.

    1. Yes, Michelle, they keys never loose their value because they are universal and are not bound by time.

  268. ‘They will help me to unlock those parts of me that have played safe, those parts I have kept hidden so that I am not asked to show too much of my true self to the world.’ It was not until I started using some of the keys I have been carrying that I was able to see how much I kept locked away, hidden from the world, where I kept myself small. Using the keys to life feels like freeing ourselves from a trap, so it begs the question why am I not putting all the keys in my bowl to proper use?

    1. It’s a really good question Fiona. I am beginning to realise that I create all my own issues so it stands to reason that I will refuse to use the keys I have been given because I have invested so heavily in creating the ‘difficult situation I need to get out of’. Serge Benhayon keeps presenting us all they keys though. There is no judgment, just a holding of us all in love and an offering of another way.

  269. Beautifully expressed Nikki, indeed Serge Benhayon has bestowed us with countless keys, the real magic of these is then how they are absorbed and assimilated into our lived expression, for the growing student body is a vibrant celebration of the potential that is to be unlocked.

    1. I agree – I have witness the lives of many people change and blossom because they are taken the keys they are offered and put them to use.

  270. I feel this blog in itself is a key – it clearly shows our way of approaching a search for answer but having found them not wanting to make them our way of living. Lot of keys but not wanting to unlock, open the door and walk through it.

  271. Serge Benhayon has offered so many of us a key to life. Each one a precious gold key that we can either choose to use to unlock the door that keeps us from being who we truly are, or add them to the ever growing pile of keys that we put aside for a ‘another day’. It is up to us as to what we choose to do with these keys, however with them comes a responsibility to share the divine wisdom we have been given by Serge as it is not for us to keep locked away just for ourselves, but has been given so that we can share it with the rest of humanity.

  272. I love rereading your blog, Nikki. To take those keys and ponder on them, take them in our day to day life and truly seek the wisdom within in order to embody them. I agree, the keys can be ornaments or we can truly take them to be a key unlocking the parts of our hearts, which are still closed.

    1. I agree Kerstin – how long do we have to hold on to these keys we are given before we explore applying them to our lives. and not only that but how long does it take before we will share these gift with others, simply in the way we live.

  273. In the end we can say there is only one key; that key is us, our free will. But on the journey back to who we are there are many steps to take, ie backwards or returning step, where we have to undo what we have created and lost ourselves in. At these stages we are not in the full awareness and knowing of the steps and how to walk them. The assistance needed and given by those who have walked the path back before us are the keys given by example, teaching, revelation, practice, inspiration, understanding etc, or said differently, there is a science to returning to who we are.

  274. “They will help me to unlock those parts of me that have played safe, those parts I have kept hidden so that I am not asked to show too much of my true self to the world.” There are times in my life when this feels so daunting to me, to face the world. To have keys that will help one step out feels truly liberating. Serge is the first to remind us that these keys are all found within us. He is the first to help one to locate their inner, illusive keys.

  275. Nikki, I love what you share. What I have come to recognise over time is these keys are universal and accessible by anyone if we are open to honestly asking why and then choosing to move forward in the awareness of the answer we connected to. Just as you were when you sat to compose an email question to someone outside yourself and then opened up to the honesty of why you found yourself in your current situation and then moved forward in the awareness you now had accessed. Thanks Nikki for this reminder.

  276. If we were given the key seconds before a natural disaster hit – would we then take [and cherish] the key, and say yes to love, the divine? Funny how we think there is time, and take our time, when in fact there is no time.

  277. “Perhaps I have become identified with having a certain level of problems because they keep me living in separation to the love that I am and my expression of this love with all others.” Quite incredible that we can find and cling onto identification in problems, but very liberating when we discover this and know what is going on, as at this point we can choose to change the stance – that then allows more space for our natural loving expression.

  278. We built our walls to protect us from no end of reasons, trying to protect the light we all have within for so long we have forgotten we have the light? Could the keys we are given to open the doors in our wall to allow others in and out light out!

  279. You make a great point Doug, if we started to scratch the surface we would see the mess we are caught up in.

  280. I remember so clearly how thankful I was when I was given my first key. I told everyone how delighted I was with it and what’s so interesting is that 3 years on from that moment, although I’m reminded time and time again that I have this key, it so often remains in the bowl collecting dust. After reading this blog and other comments on the site, I decided to dust down my key and put it into action. I actually surprised myself how easily the key worked when I actually chose to use it.

  281. We all hold the key to life and it is always our choice to use it or not to unlock the wisdom and love that flows through every single one of us. Serge Benhayon continuously and lovingly reminds us of this.

  282. Sometimes the most seemingly complicated, multi-lock, vault-like door can be opened with the simplest, smallest, single key. It’s important to see that in our heads we can dress issues up to be much more glamorous and perplexing than they really are.

  283. What you have written here about such keys unlocking ‘you’ and your capacity to let others in, and hold all in your love, is deeply beautiful Nikki – evoking the love of one who is committed to truly being here for all, rather than withdrawing into our own fortifications of security, (apparent) safety and looking after our own nests… Did humanity ever truly get anywhere with such self-driven motives?

  284. Powerfully written Nikki McKee. What use is a such a key, if it is not embraced in the way that we live? Else-wise we exist in the realm of knowledge and yes, quite some awareness also perhaps… Yet the true initiate – one who is committed to returning to all that they are, and living in service to all humanity – is ever-committed to deepening his or her lived way of the knowing that is within.
Keys may be offered by those who have already walked paths we today find ourselves walking, and/or from our own inner knowing… either way, when a key feels true, it is our own inner knowing that responds and is ignited. It is always up to us as to if and how we choose to use them.

  285. I have recently been literally using a key in life – from a presentation by Serge on the symbolism of using keys to unlock doors also symbolising unlocking the next level of awareness, stepping into the what is next has made me so aware of how checked out I am when I lock and unlock or open and close doors – its yet another behaviour that has just become a autopilot habit and I love bring more awareness to them.

  286. Thank you Nikki, this is huge, this is actually the biggest revealation I had recently read. Simply because we have all this wisdom inside and also tools now to use.. Yet are we all using them? Do we fall back on them? Do we appreciate them enough? And hence, by denying them so, do we actually know that we disempower ourselves? Simply because we know, we just have to use this intelligence all of the time, also when things get less easy.

  287. It’s interesting that we tend to forget about the keys that have worked previously… i.e. we build our foundation and feel super strong, yet throw that out of the window when we want to expand on it. It’s been a huge lesson for me to stay with my foundation and build on it, rather than in place of it.

  288. A truly inspiring blog and a call to look at what we already old rather than constantly looking for new answers.

  289. Feels to me that we are avoiding something quite massive and very grand when we are not applying these keys to life, to open the metaphorical doors that may stuck or jammed in our own lives. The issues may seem different, unique, complex and something of a mastery to solve. But they all come back to the same issue. Perhaps that magnifence is actually ourselves?

  290. Isn’t it fascinating the human make up and how we seek a change and know that there is a truth, we get given the insight and support to make these choices yet we hover and are comfortable tip toeing around them just in case. These issues that we get identified by are what feeds this life of individualism and the spirit is having a right old time doing so. Serge Benhayon endlessly presents a way of living in connecting to our Soul and here we are all one, equally – that is biggest step is breaking free from our individualism to be All One with the Universe.

  291. I’ve really been noticing how much support, how many keys I have available to me and how willing my essence is to act on those keys when connected. And yet there is a part of me that kicks, screams and throws a tantrum all to avoid unlocking those doors, controlling life to stay small and this holding back I am becoming more aware of as being a foundational theme throughout my day to day life. It feels really horrible to be going through these motions but from experience this increase in severity comes up when there is more love available to act on the unlocking of the doors, when I start to make steps to go forward and open up my life is when the resistance becomes stronger and eventually dies out as the body cannot sustain those tantrums, either by my saying ‘STOP’ or the body breaking down in illness, forcing a stop.

  292. At the first Universal Medicine retreat in Vietnam we were all given the key to life and from what I remember only a few took it up.

Serge Benhayon said a few simple words to me that resonated deeply within my body and changed the way I moved. I was only able to maintain this re-configuration for a couple of days as I did not believe the miracle that had occurred, it seemed too simple. If you do not appreciate and confirm then a new platform is not built.

  293. One of the things I notice is that when I have a key, or the key to life, I delay using it by saying things like, I need to do this or sort this out first. In short I create stories that delay my evolution.

    1. Richard you are not the only one, I too do the same. I recognise I have many forms of delaying tactics to evolve, it is great to be aware of them and let them go. None of my delaying tactics serve me or anyone, so why am I holding on to them?

  294. True, one key will do it, once we feel truth and know it for ourselves this is all essentially that is required, that key of love and truth opens us up to now, and to feel our soul and know that all of equal divinity.

  295. Sometimes it takes a while to fully understand and embody the Ageless Wisdom teachings offered in abundance at Universal Medicine presentations. But with patience and trust, those that are for us gently drop into conscious awareness and we know how to be and what to do. When we’re open, there is no ‘effort’ or ‘trying’ instead we experience a quiet and constant unfolding that is gorgeous.

  296. We do indeed have the keys to our own freedom if we care to use them. Instead we keep ourselves busy, distracted and numb so we don’t have to be aware that we are not using them

  297. ‘But if I am honest, I know the keys will work. In fact, all the keys will do the same thing’ – which raises the question, why do we insist on staying in the cave when we can choose to go outside into the light? Is our arrogance so great that we do not want to admit that we have been duped into living a false life, that what we’ve been led to believe is true, is in fact a lie, that the truth of how things truly are is already known to us and always has been.

  298. ‘Over the past few years, I have written Serge a dozen or so emails asking what seemed like huge questions about my life. All of my emails have been responded to lovingly, with a few simple words.’ ….. what I felt reading your words here, Nikki, is how we can tend to make things so much more complicated than they really are, I know I have, perhaps in our resistance to allowing ourselves to feel the truth. Maybe what Serge Benhayon is offering is encouragement and confirmation that we all do already know the truth and in that truth lies all the answers we are seeking; it’s about trusting what we already know and taking responsibility to live what we know to be true.

  299. The fact is that very few of us really appreciate the keys to life that we are given, In my experience, I deeply value the keys but it’s not that often that I make them part of my everyday life, really living the keys..

  300. Beautiful Nikki, what your words remind me is that these keys are not just in my conversations with teachers like Serge Benhayon, but actually live in every moment of life, if I am willing to see through the illusion of struggle and ‘strife’. For even in our ‘darkest’ moment life is showing us everything we need to be shown. It is just up to us if we want to continue to turn our back and ignore, or go ahead and unlock the door.

  301. The keys have layers. A key presents a message and a choice to listen to it or to reject it. If we listen our awareness may increase and we may understand a further layer of the message, giving us the choice to increase our awareness again. Often I have noticed that the key already had an impact on me even though nothing obvious changed. That can happen as well.

  302. This keys story keeps popping into my head when I am going into knowledge, hearing a presentation about something. Its has very practical applications for me in my daily life, so I am noticing not to store them, but embrace the concept you describe of feeling and embracing the activation of what is presented from them, rather than putting them in my large key cupboard. I am going to start getting some old ones out from there too as well.Thank you Nikki

  303. This blog is one that sits with me and comes to me from time to time throughout my day. Especially when I often want to jump to the quick fix. It reminds me that I could possibly have the answers myself 🙂 or definitely a big key bowl that I could look through.

  304. The more I say yes to living and accepting all of me the simpler and easier it becomes to say yes to everything I know is true and fully embrace all that life has to offer. And opposingly the more I say yes to what I know is not truth and love the more I feel engulfed by the stranglehold and the more life becomes a fight and a struggle rather than the flow i know it can be.

  305. Serge has been so generous (for want of a better word) with what is given to us – he has bestowed us with keys. It is all there for us to accept and make part of our lives too.

  306. Yes I agree Nikki– we are offered so very many keys, if we would but remember to ‘be’ with that key to enable the treasures within to be appreciated. Before I read your blog this morning, I wrote these words down, as lately I have been challenged by ‘eating to fill the space’ – and there it was for me – another key from Serge Benhayon reminding me that when I am not choosing to be all of me there is an empty space within that feels like it needs ‘feeding’ Always exactly offered in the moment – the wisdom is there if we are ready to accept it.

  307. I have collected my own set of keys! They are stacked up neatly and filed like an archaeological discovery from a dig that has been discovered, with photos and a thorough written log of the discovery. They are all significant finds, so why am I not utilizing what they have exposed that is not buried anymore?

  308. One of the biggest keys for me is to accept that I am love! I am love, yes I am. And yes, I’ve chosen to disconnect from that love, but that doesn’t mean that I am not love. In truth, my love has never gone anywhere. It still resides within me. It is only up to me if I choose to reconnect to it or not. I am super gorgeous, if only I choose to feel it. That’s key revelation! Thank you Serge Benhayon for making Love so real and supporting us endlessly to come back to that stupendousness that is within.

  309. Wow Nikki thank you for your honesty here I can so relate to every word especially to the part where you say perhaps there is a part of you that needs to have an issue to deal with or to have something to work on. I notice how I can bring in “issues” sometimes just for the sake of it, and what is crazy is I have noticed I do this when things are going well!

  310. If we truly lived just one of the keys we have been given life would be very different. It is amazing the blindness we can still choose when we have it all before us and within us.

  311. I have this week implemented more of what has been shared with us and I feel really fantastic. It makes me curious as to why I have resisted for so long, what the pay off was? It is so curious and easily explained when you study energy in the way Serge Benhayon has shared. We don’t want to lose our individuality and will fight this tooth and nail for many many years, lifetimes in fact, if we choose!

  312. We think that by hiding behind a wall that we are protecting ourselves but, as you say, Nikki, ‘These walls offer no safety, only imprisonment’. Once we see how stifling and stagnating this illusionary comfort is we start to let go of it. How great it is for us to have role models such as the Benhayons to show us the glory of a life lived without protection.

  313. As you point out here, Nikki, someone can hand us a key but we have to unlock the door. And sometimes we realise that actually the door wasn’t really locked, we just thought it was, and we can at any time open the door and walk out of our self-imposed prison.

    1. Just reading your comment Sandra has reminded me of one of my mother’s reoccurring dreams that I was told about after she had passed over. She had travelled a familiar route, naming roads that she had walked and buses that she had taken and ended up walking down a corridor in a familiar building whereon she [repeatedly it seems] encountered a thick, heavy curtain barring her way. To my own amazement she never once drew back that curtain.

I have since realised that had she done so, thus confronting one of her greatest fears, she would have found me. We would then both have been released from my own deep hurt and her own fear of my judging her.

There are times in life, I feel, when our own fear is so heavy that it defies reason and smothers courage. I understand my mum’s fear and never had judged her, and looking back now I can truly appreciate the courage that I have shown throughout my life; a courage given me by my own love when circumstances have been such that I have dug deep enough to find myself. I am indeed my own key which I seem to put away for “rainy days” rather than using every day.

  314. Before we go searching long and far for ‘the answer’, it’s important to check what we already have in our key cabinet! Perhaps we have access to more wisdom than we like to think, and we’re just choosing not to put it into practice…

    1. Are the keys we are given, the same key with different colored key tags to our key cabinet that doesn’t have keys, just door numbers to all the wisdom we will ever need?

  315. No time is wasted when we appreciate all we already have that is there to support us to further grow, express and hence expand on the service we offer others.

  316. This is such an honest blog and calls forth similar honesty. I must admit there is a certain amount of cringing within me as I know many of the issues in life are not because of the lack of a key, because the key has been in front me loud and clear – at least from day one that I met Serge Benhayon. The issues are the result of my own lack of application of what I already know deep down through and through.

  317. Serge Benhayon has given us so many snippets of information over the years that going back through old course notes always serves as a reminder of what we’ve heard but perhaps not yet embodied. Like reading the Purple Books, there are always layers beneath layers, always something more to learn.

    1. “Truth is a one unified point that serves all equally”
Every key is a point from which to unlock our evolution.

  318. By holding the doors closed, or only standing ajar, we are holding the world and people at bay as much as ourselves. Letting people in, in full, and giving everything of us goes hand in hand; there is always more possible. Using the key is unlocking love.

    1. Yes, letting people in means being transparent so they can see and feel us in our awesomeness. It takes some getting used to but is quite something when we do it.

    2. “there is always more possible” is something Alex that I have only recently come to remember. Up until my recent remembering of this fact, many things in my life were fairly stagnant, (although interestingly I failed to recognise this fact). I was about to share that the main thing that was stagnant in my life were my relationships but as we are actually in a constant relationship with everything, (be that alive or inanimate) then this says an awful lot about where I was at!

  319. Its interesting that when we reach the age of 18 or 21 we are given ‘the key to the door’, in other words we are deemed to be reponsible enough to take care of ourselves and where we live. But what if we actually already had the key within us to know everything we need to know about being responsible for our lives, and we simply had to have a willingness to activate it for ourselves.

  320. This is something which I have felt in reading the purple books written by Serge Benhayon. Although they each have a different title and the chapters are different to each other, the message on offer and what they are asking of us is always the same. Again we are constantly and lovingly being given a choice to bring all of ourselves in full to every moment in a way of life which is known to us already from within.

  321. Oh the comfort of having issues, how smotheringly cosy that we can all avoid being our truly dazzling selves by dragging around our manufactured issues everywhere we go. Issues at work, issues at home, issues in the carpark, we make sure we have issues wherever we go, lest we suddenly have the freedom to shine.

  322. So many of us have the feeling when listening to the presentations by Serge Benhayon that he is reminding us of what we already know and that is because he is.

  323. I used a key today that I had chosen not to use the day before. It was whilst feeling that I was caught up in a very familiar pattern of rushing through jobs to be done. I focused on my breath and rather mechanically made it more gentle, this seemed to act like a little lever that opened up a feeling of space that hitherto had not been there; no that’s not entirely true, the space had always been there, it’s simply that the way that I was being was hindering my ability to access the space.

    1. Since reading this awesome blog the first time I have been observing all the potentially life-changing keys that I have received from Serge Behayon over the years and checked to see if I am actually using them or if “they are being used as mere ornaments”; that was quite a telling observation. Yes there are many that are used all the time but there are a few that don’t come out of the key bowl very often; these are the ones that are now under deep observation as to why.

  324. Nikki, what you are sharing feels so true, I also have many keys and each time I put them away and do not fully live their wisdom. The ancient wisdom that Serge Benahyon presents is so simple and can be life changing if we apply it.

  325. Serge Benhayon has given us so many keys to open the doors to heaven, we really have no excuse not to open them.

  326. “As I thought about the next email I was writing, it occurred to me that perhaps Serge had already answered me.” So true Nikki, Serge Benhayon offers us the simplest of answers time and again, that really do provide us with the most amazing resolutions to life. All we need to do is put down the drama and allow the simplicity to unfold.

  327. Applying those ‘keys to life’ is actually very simple. The fact we (as a general collective) don’t do it is because there is something to be gained from living in a lesser way. Unravel that, and we will be far more inclined to utlise those keys and realise our potential.

    1. This is so true, Jenny, unraveling that and we open to the door our gloriousness.

      1. Yes, and we choose the contraction because it is familiar and comfortable – that is why comfort is so deadly.

      2. Hmmm yes absolutely, and to avoid the responsibility of our own choices to enable us to bring more truth and accountability to the world, rather than enjoining everyone else in complacency and comfort.

      3. And so to stop the merry-go-round of comfort it is now most definitely time to use the amazing keys we have been given to unlock our shackles to the lesser way.

      4. Yes… and the most recent Universal Medicine Vietnam Retreat has just provided the most ground-breaking tool of all… how to use the constellations to navigate and evolve through life. Amazing and powerful beyond words. There is nowhere for comfort or contraction to hide now!

  328. I love how you are very honest Nikki about how we can yearn more information, store more keys, and keep asking for more. But when we actually look and develop what we have already been given, it is all there waiting for us to access and activate those keys now.

  329. The Key to Life.. is the key that opens our true selves… there is only one key – TRUE LOVE

  330. Nikki I was reflecting on all these keys yesterday and realised that one key I had been given but not appreciated and let myself feel in full, it was a key that allowed me to deepen my connection and appreciation with myself and actually start to claim the magnificence that I am. There are many more keys that I’ve treasured but not actually used.

  331. It’s interesting that we can tend to stand at the doorway for some time before either turning away, trying to knock it down, or actually using the key it needs to move through it effortlessly.

    1. Our bodies become the key the moment we move in and with the love we are. Thus, it is our true movement that unlocks the ‘prison of self’ we have hidden away in and brings us more in accord with the pulse of the Universe, the Body of God/Love we live within.

  332. Simple brilliant analogy Nikki reminding me of the choices I make each day and perhaps each moment not to connect with and appreciate that I actually hold the key in the first place! Are those in the bowl indeed the spare ones!

  333. Beautiful exposure of this fact that we have been given so many keys to evolution, but haven’t truly used them for what they are meant to. Being honest about this is the first step to get on with and truly change our lives.

  334. What arrogance for us to be given so many keys, but to leave them lying in a bowl and not taking full advantage of the blessings from heaven that have been bestowed upon us. It is surely time to appreciate and re-claim what is there for us, and always has been.

  335. A very real blog offering so much honesty to reflect on our choices and saying yes or staying in the comfort and pretending; “‘locked doors’ are simply walls I have erected that stand between myself and others in the guise of protection. These walls offer no safety, only imprisonment, as only love and our expression of it can truly protect.” The reality is we like our walls of protection and keep choosing them and so are denying the love we are and truly living this with others which causes us great sadness inside and hurts us deeply, so in effect we are choosing our own hurts and emptiness all along!

  336. “As I thought about the next email I was writing, it occurred to me that perhaps Serge had already answered me.” I find this true Nikki, that we’ve been given everything and are learning to live it so that the answers come naturally to our body.

  337. One simple choice to say yes to unlock our own wisdom or the myriad of complications to avoid such a choice, this is a choice in every moment if willing.

  338. You have talked about having the key to your inner-heart which will set you free. The key is simply you, and how wonderful is that!

  339. It is true that any one key presented by Serge Benhayon if used diligently can turn the whole of life round, because the message is in truth the same. Yet as is our penchant for wanting answers and adapting the information to our specific stories, and as we have life-times of patterns to break, we are lovingly offered an abundance of keys in different shapes and sizes. It is a sobering question, are we making the most of these divine gifts or are we just collecting and saving them for a rainy day?

  340. One big key for me is to surrender rather than control. To allow rather than need it to look a certain way and when I do, I see the magic of God in everything I do.

  341. Most of us spend our whole lives looking for the ‘Key’ or ‘meaning to Life’…Those of us who have been blessed to have encountered Serge Benhayon, now as you have shared Nikki, a collection of keys, and so it is about us living this with purpose so that these keys are available to all.

  342. “The Key to Life – Would you Take it?” Would we treasure it, hold it dear and use it wisely? Having been given so many keys by Serge Benhayon it would be fair to say that many times I have taken what has been offered for granted and not made full use of what is there….

  343. We crave to be seen, met and heard, yet most of us are living a life where we’re choosing to be actually very small. There’s no true satisfaction in this or better worded, fulfillment. And how can there? The key to life is to live life in full. To step by step making the most of our life by growing the love that lives inside each and every one of us. All through our life we’ll learn more and more about life. Not mentally, but simply by ‘living it’, that is feeling the depth and magic of everything that plays out in this world of ours (!!!). There’s magic everywhere. Today I met a man in the supermarket. For a short moment we were deeply connected and sharing our joy around the beautiful shiny day. Simple, yet when felt heart melting and -opening. Two sweet-hearts.

  344. Stunning blog Nikki. Your blog reminds me of the responsibility I have to put the keys I have been given to good use. If I don’t it’s like being given the keys to a brand new Porsche and never opening the door of the car.

  345. It is very worthwhile to ask ourselves why we do not want to use the ‘keys to the kingdom’ to return home, preferring to stay identified with human struggle and suffering.

    1. Janet I agree why are we avoiding the ‘Keys to the Kingdom’ to return home, why we still choosing comfort, illusion, struggle and suffering, what is it we are avoiding within ourselves, I have been pondering more deeply on this as I find myself in cycle that does not feel true and has been repeating, each part of me is telling me something is not true, it does come down to choose the key. As I continue to unfold and pick the key to move forward.

  346. And it is interesting how I can justify my problems as mere excuses to keep me locked in my comfort but there are never any problems when I am love as when I think I have a problem when in truth there is no problem it is for me to look within me as to the reason I created the problem in the first place.

  347. It is so true what you are saying, Serge has already given us the answer to our next question – despite this he never fails to reply any question asked. His care for humanity is too great to ignore anyone.

  348. As you say, we have the key but do we make the choice? In the end we realise it has never been about finding the key but making the choice as we are the key by the use of will.

  349. We all hold the keys to our greatest treasures within. It’s just a matter of time and a matter of choices which will assist us to find this treasure, revel in it for ourselves and then share it with all the world. Serge Benhayon and the practitioners of Universal Medicine modalities are the only ones I have ever come across who have truly assisted me to come closer to my own treasure within. They are all keys to the treasures hidden within me.

  350. “These ‘locked doors’ are simply walls I have erected that stand between myself and others in the guise of protection. These walls offer no safety, only imprisonment…”
So true, we imprison ourselves, that is why we then feel so lonely as we miss deeply the connection to others, a void we then try to desperately fill up instead of just lowering our protective walls to allow humanity into our heart.

  351. When exploring your analogy it comes to me that although many keys/tools have been given they are all the same cut, they open the same door; ‘everything is Energy therefore everything is because of energy’- Serge Benhayon.

  352. Meeting Serge Benhayon was the key for me to reconnect to my inner heart and the wisdom that is deep within us all, to connect to my body and listen to it, to take responsibility for my choices, learn from them and evolve.

  353. Even when I am aware that I am disconnected and that my movements are rapid and chaotic I feel unable at times to choose something else. The choice is right there and yet the momentum I am in seems to prevent me from choosing something else. So the key is within grasp but I don’t reach for it. The question is why?

  354. I love this blog – after many years of presentation and emails from Serge Benhayon, my key chain is full – and yet, in reality, it feels to be all one key, in its many different expressions and angles offered to help understand what it is we are given – the key to return to the truth of who we are and all that that brings.

  355. I love your blog and the analogy of the keys – I know for myself that Serge presents over and over the key, or keys, to life and unlocking the love that is within. When I implement them, a whole other world is opened up, be it one that is less racy, more loving, less exhausted. But what I can feel is that once I have unlocked the door, I may let that which is offered on the other side seep into my life like light into a dark room, or I may stand on the threshold, but do I embrace it in full? Am I willing to see that there are many more doors I can step through, deepening all aspects of life, rather than just making it better?

  356. Love this blog Nikki. I have always had a love of keys and Serge Benhayon has presented us with plenty of keys over the years, each one varying slightly in make up but always unlocking the same door, the door to our innermost and thus everything. We vary in willingness to use the keys to unlock the door which brings us home to ourselves. However the fact remains, the key and the door will always be available to us for when we are ready. The question is why wait?

    1. Jeanette what you share here ‘each one (key) varying slightly in make up but always unlocking the same door, the door to our innermost and thus everything’ reflects what Serge Benhayon says, which is that he presents the same thing over and over again in a hundred different ways.

  357. Pondering on how I have been skirting around the edges – putting toes in but not committing in full to using the keys, I am asking myself what will it take for me to adopt one in full and at what stage do I call it a day and say ‘yes’?

  358. We can have many keys and we can then tell ourselves that our keys are the duff ones and that they don’t work because we’ve not been using them. It is only when we use our keys that we realise that our keys worked all along just like everyone else keys because wisdom they unlock comes from within.

  359. Keys are only just keys if they are left to just lie around, but when they are used, activated, put into practice, lived, they become much more and open doors to greater understandings and awareness of our lives.

  360. Ultimately whatever complication or story I like to create in my life about what is happening, if I am honest it all usually boils down to the simplicity of whether I am living my love or my truth or not.

  361. This feels very much like being given the medicine but not actually swallowing it. This is revealing for it clearly shows that we are choosing the opposite to that which we are ask for when we receive these keys.

  362. My feeling is life presents many keys and signs to help us, to guide us, but are we open and ready to receive them and then to use them and share them.

  363. My feeling is there is one key and many doors. We may have the key in our hand but are we ready to use it and open the door that calls to be opened. I’ve just opened a door kept firmly shut for decades and the effect has been extra-ordinary.

  364. I love the ancient saying that we are not given anything in life that we are not already equipped to deal with, when there is a seemingly impassable mountain in my life, it’s so great to know that I already have all the tools and all the know-how and wisdom I need to master that is before me.

  365. Great wisdom shared here. Actually I have the feeling some of the keys Serge Benhayon gave me are referring me to a process which is lasting as long as I live.

  366. “What if you were given the key to life – would you take it? Would you even recognise it for what it was or know what to do with it?” And there they are, presented year in and year out by a man who not only presents them but who uses them 24/7/365. And so we are offered the most amazing gift by Serge Benhayon and his tireless work, and yes all we need to do is recognise them, pick them up and start using them to unlock the miracle of who we are. And yes, they work!

  367. This is a great question for us all to pose in earnest – “What if I took just one of these keys and made use of it…?” What Serge Benhayon presents is truly universal medicine. It is simply a matter of whether we are open to accepting that we are in fact divine, and are delaying our return to grandness by creating our own ills.

  368. We have been given so many keys to life. But it’s up to us to use them to open doors. Otherwise they just sit and gather dust. Great reminder to use more of my keys Nikki.

  369. This is so true in that many of us have built walls to hide our true selves from the world and in doing so have missed out on feeling so much more. Serge Benhayon provides us with many key one-liners that truly help us to realise how our choices have affected us and how we can simply choose another way.

  370. “So I have all these keys, but do I know what to do with them?” One thing that strikes me about this is that we’ve lived so long in the dark, choosing to go along with how society is currently shaped even though we know the problems and issues that arise around the world that when we are given and actually reawaken the keys to life for ourselves we don’t truly appreciate them and make them part of our daily life. I feel in many ways like I’ve been given all the keys yet there is still the individual that is identified with the struggle and therefore instead of using the keys I often go through a day like I don’t have the key. What I can appreciate though is that a growing amount of the time I put the keys into action and boy oh boy do they make a real difference.

  371. Awesome sharing Nikki, you got me asking myself this morning,.. I can receive and accept a key with gratitude but is it true gratitude if I do nothing with it! Or full acceptance for that matter.

  372. We not only have keys from experiences and learning that we have gained over our lives but we too are huge keys already and it is our choice to move from the wisdom, experiences, and quality of the divine universe within that can help us be all of that and so much more. It is always a choice to either move from this quality or to hold back from a fear or belief that is keeping us locked away from the truth of who we are.

  373. I was having a discussion about this blog yesterday, about the keys we are given and what lies behind the door they unlock. Do we collect them like trophies or just hand them back? The keys are a choice… we stay the same or use the keys to evolve, it really is that simple!

  374. I really love and appreciate your sharing Nikki, it is opening up my appreciation for the keys I have been given by Serge Benhayon. One of the current ones is understanding and appreciating the reflection that is being offered to me by a situation. I can feel the part that wants to separate and be hurt, but the truth is (the key) is that there is valuable information being offered and if I simply approach it with a wonder to what the lesson might be rather than hide from it there is a healing of the hurts and an expanding of love. This is a lesson worth hanging in there for!

  375. Yeah, this is very relatable. We like the idea of not taking responsibility for our problems. So we often fool ourselves into thinking we are by asking questions and seeking support, but what do we do with the support once we’ve got it? Save it for a rainy day?

  376. “So I have all these keys, but do I know what to do with them?” – are there really all these keys i.e. many, or just one key, that opens all else? For me, Serge Benhayon has been and is custodian of the grand master key and I don’t think yet I’ve been quite prepared enough to see all that lays behind ‘the grand oak door’…though I continue to prepare my bodily self with joy for that time: )

  377. The keys to life we have all been blessed with through the works of Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon allow us to know ourselves for the multidimensionality that we are, and stop playing small, delaying our return to soul.

  378. What I love about this analogy is the acceptance that actually I do have the keys to the universe. I know this and have known this the first time I met Serge Benhayon and attended a workshop many years ago. I’m no longer searching for the keys. So how about I use them?!

  379. Brilliant Nikki – I have reflected on this in my life too. Life, change and development can seem confusing and hard, but this is not actually true. We all know and have awesome access to what’s going on, and if we care to stop and let it in we are given every answer and key we need.

  380. This is such a touching blog. If we were to use just one of the keys that have been given to us by Serge Benhayon our lives would change beyond measure.

  381. So simply and succinctly expressed Nikki, what if I really lived my life with my inner known keys, no issues only choices to be made and practiced.

  382. I can feel how for me personally it has taken time to find out how I am to use the keys. Mentally understanding how to use the keys isn’t the key here. Sometimes it is only after a few years that I actually understand what has been shared years ago. It is indeed quite impressive how much keys I’ve been given and how my Soul’s supporting me to find my own way in using the keys. Thank you Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon for all the keys and the unwavering support to find my own way, no matter how stubborn I was and am at times.

    1. An honest reflection Floris – sometimes we do not quite comprehend the full meaning of the keyas we are given, hence why Serge does not mind repeating the answer or hand out the same key over and over again.

  383. So beautifully exposed, Nikki. At times I have gone back through emails from Serge or looked at notes from one presentation or another, and just been floored by the immense wisdom that is there. There is such deep love and guidance right there, and I have often found myself saying ‘I don’t know what am I supposed to do now’. The locked door that is before us is opened by the key in our back pocket, the one we were given and put there.

  384. I love the fact that a key is so much more than just a key and has the possibility of opening us up to a world that we have always known, but have chosen to forget..

  385. I can share that I am only using the keys to live what are given to me in such a way in which I can feel myself comfortable with. I will never open an internal door on myself in which I purposely will expose myself in ways of life that will let me really grow and prosper but only these that keep me safe and protected.

  386. Nikki, your blog is a key in itself. Serge Benhayon as dropped so many pearls of wisdom and often they fall on barren ground because we have not prepared ourselves to fully receive what is on offer. ‘What if I took just one of these keys and made use of it?’ Well, let’s do it. Thank you for your honesty.

  387. When I was young I used to say to myself that I wanted to find the key to the stars and the universe. Deep down I knew that we were so much more and it was meeting Serge Benhayon, who has never held back reflecting his connection with the Universe and the energetic sciences that confirmed this for me.

  388. As I read this I can feel many keys in short simple words that have been given to me by Serge Benhayonand my Soul that I can use right now. I have found the keys to resurrect my qualities and pushing into values that I have not resurrected and what is needed to claim my truth. And yes, “In fact, all the keys will do the same thing.”

  389. The keys to life are all around us and it is a great pleasure to slowly learn to read and understand them.

  390. Well exposed. We only can avoid what we know and as we alone and innately are holding the key to the inner kingdom of God we exactly know how to not open that door but postponing the choice in the desire of holding on to our individuality. By not using the key we are using the key to sustaining our self-created version of life for as long as we keep attached to it.

  391. This is a super sweet, super accessible and very clear call to responsibility; actually one of the most beautiful invitations I have ever received… to use the keys that are always on offer. Thank you, Nikki.

  392. Keys are just keys unless we choose to live what they offer and bring life and love to them.

  393. We can often brag about the fact that we have the key too, using that fact to go “I know how to open that door and that door and even that little drawer that no one else can”, whilst those who put into action their keys action them with grace and humility, not flaunting but simply being transparent for all to observe when ready.

  394. This is very thought provoking Nikki, I too can collect many keys and hold onto them without activating them. We are given so much from Serge Benhayon, it is time to start using the keys to open the doors for ourselves.

  395. I love the key analogy as what you are presenting here is our unwillingness to unlock our potential by becoming open to the Love that we come from. When we embody this then no protection is needed to hide behind and we have all the answers as soon as we choose to connect to our inner wisdom.

    1. I agree Helen, everyone becomes equal in their potential to be all that they are – the only difference is in what we do with that potential. It can be seemingly all too easy to compare with other people, and yet we could look at another who is unlocking their potential and be inspired by that choice and reminded of our equal potential.

  396. A beautiful analogy Nikki for all the tools we have been given but choose not to implement! In making an active choice to choose just one of them and implement it daily we can begin to unlock it all and then access all the other keys in turn.

  397. I agree that Serge Benhayon could easily retire now such is the volume and quality of the wisdom he has delivered and shared with the world, but he doesn’t because he committed to evolution of himself and humanity and it is this commitment that I feel inspired by to keep unlocking those doors that have remained closed for a long time and allow myself to be me in the world.

  398. We can collect as many keys as we like (I have quite a few) but if we don’t use the keys and we stick to our comfortable ways of living then we are weighing ourselves down carrying unused gold.

  399. Observing myself it can be very easy to coast and create a comfortable nest. Having been given all the keys to life and to live it by Serge Benhayon I wasn’t fully appreciating what I had been given or using them to the extent I could have. At the moment, I am going through an intense period at work and am fumbling for my set of keys to see me through. On reflection, had I used each key when it was presented, kept them well-oiled and maintained I am sure the intensity of that I am experiencing would have reduced to a smidgen!

    1. Very true Rachel rather than use the keys consistently we turn to them in times of crisis and then expect them to work! So much that we have been given that really can be activated in our daily rhythm to support us at all times.

  400. Wow, I love the beautiful symbolism in your contribution; as you say, The Ageless Wisdom does provide all the keys we will ever need and asking for more is just a distraction and avoidance; an excuse for not attending to what needs attending to when any one key given is already the answer to all the questions we could ever have.

  401. You are right Nikki. There is no point in having keys if we don’t use them to open the door and step through!

  402. I decided to actually start using some of the keys you refer to a couple of months ago, I was reflecting on the last year retreat and there was an exercise delivered that was very simple (as they always are), and very practical (ditto), and thought I have not even done that once since. I love the understanding you bring as to why we do not use the keys and I now do this one thing pretty much every day and it is a great key to reminding me that its all about energy and what energy I align to.

  403. If we truly used one of the keys and really opened what it unlocked, perhaps we would find it is a master key?

  404. It’s interesting how many games, excuses, stories we play out and enjoy to play out, may I hasten to add, to avoid living love, absolute responsibility and what we all, already know. It a game of delay and self indulgence.

  405. “Perhaps his one-liners are in fact keys to life.” Serge Benhayon never wastes words everything he says has a purpose, even when being playful. It is a true art and science, to say what is needed to be said to expose, confirm, evolve, expand, and nothing more or less.

  406. Nikki what I love about reading your blog here is the absolute knowing that we have everything we need right here within us.

  407. Musically, when we all sing in key we are in harmony with each other. Perhaps the many keys are in fact one key expressed in many different ways – the key to our innermost heart, the doorway to our connection to God, to Love, and to our true beingness.

  408. Nikki, I too have been presented with so much wisdom and truth from Serge Benhayon and that it is a choice to apply this to my life and live this truth or I can keep holding onto the wisdom and collecting the keys without ever applying what has been shared, ‘now it is time for me to look at my bowl of keys and make a choice as to whether I will use them.’

  409. It is one thing to copy down words of wisdom and another to implement them in our lives. We all know what we need to do but find many ways to distract, delay and avoid the change that will take us out of our comfort zone. The crazy thing is, the way we live now is far harder, uses up way more energy than if we simply lived fully who we are. Our resistance exhausts us more than the Livingness.

  410. It is insane that we all possess the key to unlock the door to the ancient wisdom, and yet we constantly fumble with those keys. It is a good thing Serge is such a gentle, patient man.

  411. Is it possible that all these keys that Serge Benhayon shares with us, are actually only ONE master key, that opens up the multiple levels of illusion to access and return to the ONE truth that Serge lives and reflects 24/7 and he repeats this over and over in a myriad of different ways (different keys) to support the deconstruction of the huge, dense fog of illusion that separates us from being ONE with the all.

  412. I cannot deny that I have collected my fair share of keys and have not used them, always having the intention but only pick and choose bits that suit me. Thank you for exposing the comfort.

  413. In fact what is shared in this blog is that we all have already the key inside, the key to a life that we belong to but are hesitating to use as we think life is about the physical but in fact it is not. We are multi dimensional beings first before we are men and therefore have to free ourselves from the imprisonment we have put ourselves in and to start living our live in full once again.

  414. Doors are not opened by the number of keys you have – but by your willingness to use what you have at every doorway.

    1. Perfect Kylie. It really is then simply a choice to use what we know or not.

    2. So true, I can feel how I have been on collecting as many keys as I can without the willingness to use the keys at every doorway. I will use a few of the keys, the ones that make my life a little better but the others where I tell myself the door is too stiff to open I pass by.

  415. “The Key to Life – Would you Take it?” We’re always happy to receive a key, though using it, to walk through the door, is entirely another thing and dimension.

  416. One of the ‘keys that I’ve been given over the years and only recently chosen to activate is the understanding that life is a whole continuation of lessons. There is no point to arrive at and say ‘got it’ etc. and there is no wright and wrong. I’ve realised how much I’ve created to not make a mistake. Which after 56 years means containing myself to eventual straightjacket living. Re-connecting to the fact that if all is approached with the wonder and curiosity of a toddler – then the learning’s unfold and are simply that.

  417. So true Nikki – it is a simple choice as the whether to use the keys or not. Thanks for an amazing, insightful and inviting blog.

  418. ‘They will help me to unlock those parts of me that have played safe, those parts I have kept hidden so that I am not asked to show too much of my true self to the world.’ – The entire collection of keys that Serge offers are simply suppporting us to be all that we already are, there’s no bravado or accomplishment needed and never asking us to live up to any expectation.

  419. How true is that, these “keys” are so multifunctional, and they can be applied to so many different situations – amazing!

  420. We’re asking for the keys to life, yet when offered, we’re resisting as we’re not choosing to love ourselves in a way that taking responsibility would be the most natural thing to do. Not from a doing, but from the inside out, first and foremost.

  421. Ha Nikki, you nailed it! So awesome , so true , and I can only say : know that, done that.. and so I know you are right and we need to look at the bowl of keys we have, as they are our answers to everything in our life.. We can keep waiting, but the choice remains. Love it. And love all the keys that Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine has given.

  422. This statement explains so much about human behaviour and ought to be the very first university lesson a psychology student hears as they embark on their studies – “These ‘locked doors’ are simply walls I have erected that stand between myself and others in the guise of protection. These walls offer no safety, only imprisonment, as only love and our expression of it can truly protect.” We have been so fooled by thinking that if we hold our love in, close to our chest so to speak, that we will not get hurt. This however is exactly how we get hurt and hurt others, when we starve everyone of our love.

  423. Nikki what you have shared is absolutely gold, yes we get these keys from Serge but are we using them or just collecting them. I have too been looking back at the keys given and asking myself, I have already plenty of keys and if I just allow those keys to open the wisdom within, then I equally have all the answers within me, I don’t need to keep asking Serge for more keys. I need to begin to use what I have and allow that to open more doors.

  424. You write about the walls we erect around us and that they “offer no safety, only imprisonment”, I agree, we let ourselves be tricked and all we end up trying to protect are our hurts. And because we give them such a wide berth, they remain unattended and unhealed and make us forever reactive and defensive of our set in concrete ways.

  425. When we reach a point of having to let go of something we find hard it is often more easy to ask someone for advise and guidance than doing what we know will have us moving on and letting go and what ever choices come with that.

  426. The bigger picture here is the Ageless Wisdom and all its keys to life have been around for ages, presented through many teachers, so based on how humanity is now and has been in history the big question is – what are we all doing with the keys? Wow, what a wake up call.

  427. I think you have expressed on behalf of many here Nikki. Thanks for sharing so honestly about your ‘keys’. I can so relate to that and feel the same. It is such a trick of the human spirit to always want more, never satisfied (or fully use/appreciate) what it currently has. To trick the trick, is to look at your keys and lovingly use them and invite your spirit to come with you.

    1. Sarah, I fully appreciate and honour these words, they are amazing: “To trick the trick, is to look at your keys and lovingly use them and invite your spirit to come with you.”
How beautiful to invite the agitator to return with you ❤

  428. Even in the composing of such an email as described here, you can find you actually know the answer to the question just from writing it. Many times I have experienced this feeling of wanting to ask for advice and guidance, and in composing a question in my head I realise I already have the answer, downloaded and given to me previously.

    1. Reading your comment Stephen I feel I often am so focused on wanting guidance and feeling just a little ‘annoyed’ that I already know and can’t really get the attention of the guidance, that I forget to appreciate the fact that I have access to the same wisdom as the one I am asking for guidance for. And that that is actually really beautiful and cool.

  429. In truth none of us need to take the key to life as all of us have it already, therefore knowing that, then the more pertinent question is ‘why do we pretend that we don’t?’

    1. Perhaps the humbling moment of truth as to what’s occurred in the past that we know wasn’t truly us but none the less we are embarrassed about or hurt from.

  430. We can all ask the questions but it is what we do with the answers that counts.
Its not until we ‘walk the talk’ that we truly evolve.

  431. It is so inspiring to read this blog over and over… it is such a great reality check because you bring a simple honesty to our deceptive behaviours Nikki – all of which are a game of avoidance to not be our true selves in full!

  432. Stunning Nikki, such a great point… I too have been given SO much, and in honesty, too much still sits in some key-safe, waiting to be utilised as it could be.

  433. I love the honesty in your blog Nikki. I too have composed a few emails in my head with questions for Serge Benhayon and often find that I had the answers already. Sometimes I have even sat down to write him an email and chosen not to send it because I ask myself, ‘is this a question I already know the answer to?’, and again the answer was yes and I find I didn’t need to press send. Then a few times I catch myself wanting to email Serge because I was seeking recognition or wanting confirmation. So I have started to ask myself is what I am about to do going to be serving or is it for self-gain and recognition? If it is for any reason not serving or evolving for me or others, then my questions are potentially draining the person’s energy when I go ahead and ask the question. Amazing what I can unravel when I am being honest with myself and begin to see how much I can go into seeking recognition when I am feeling disconnected from myself.

  434. A great metaphor Nikki, we run far away from doors and then complain that the keys don’t work! What if we gave ourselves the opportunity to actually try them out…

  435. Wow, great exposing of the comfort we can chose to sit in and blind ourselves from. We hold many keys to our evolution and keep pretending they don’t fit the lock. In truth we are the ones that locked the door so always hold the key.

  436. If we never open a door with the keys we receive we never see what has been offered. In fact the keys mean nothing if they are not utilized.

  437. Nikki what a great line about being identified with problems as a possible way to “keep me living in separation to the love that I am and my expression of this love with all others.” This is an amazing and clear gem of wisdom.

  438. Reading this I can say I too have a large key collection. And yet equally have run away from opening the doors, prefering to remain locked up and away from the world. But the one key I come to now is that “the body is the marker of truth” and feeling this lock up in my body feels very tense and very sad. No amount of thinking and justifying can cover up how staying locked away feels.

    1. Being made aware by our bodies is a great starting point Leigh. From then on it is only a matter of time until we make the right choice, because our bodies won’t give up on us; and so we make the appropriate choice when the time is right for us. We all have peg boards full of keys just waiting to be chosen – they aren’t going anywhere!

  439. I love the analogy of a key that gives us access to the Universal wisdom we all hold within us. Serge Benhayon shares these kinds of keys openly and consistently with all and it is indeed entirely up to us what we choose to do with them…

  440. My experience is that the keys do unlock – I just need to become aware of it.

  441. I love this blog Nikki, I feel it reflects the truth for so many of us, that we go on searching outside of ourselves when the answer is under our noses, literally inside of us. I have often composed an email to Serge and then thought, “I know what he will say so there is no need” showing that the answer is inside me and Serge has shown me the way numerous times, just as you say. Thank you for expressing it in in a very succinct way for us all.

    1. …and our own blogs and also everyone’s comments may also be keys for someone. The number of comments that I have read which have inspired me to dig a little deeper or acknowledge at truth that has been staring me in the face is awesome. These pages are so healing in countless ways. Thank you JoanChristineCalder and Nikki.

  442. Nikki, pure gold. I’ve been considering all I’ve been and am continually offered through Universal Medicine and all the keys I collect in that, and what I do with them. Some I use, and some I just admire, I want them, like a magpie attracted by a shiny object but once I have them I can quickly leave them rather than taking them and embracing them and finding out how they work in my life. For that’s the biggest gift Serge gives us that all of this is in us, and every key given, is there for us to develop our own lived way with, so we too can live connected to the greatness that exists in all of us.

    1. Absolutely Monica: we have all the keys we need and when we feel deeply that the time is now right for us, we use our key to open that particular door. To others it may not be the obvious door, but for us it leads us to our next step; the one that at that moment is the one most appropriate for us.

  443. It’s amazing and I can feel just how we do as you have written Nikki and create our own difficulties in life just so as to remain separate from living the love that we are in full – I can see where and how I do this to put up some form of protection. We can become so good at blaming others or situations around us when what happens in our lives is of our own creation until we let go and simply express from all that we are.

  444. Nikki, my keys are numerous and like you I have put them on the mantelpiece as a collection never really making full use of them… a dabbling here and there, but never with full commitment. It’s now a question of fully applying them…the question to ask myself is why wait for a crisis before I use them?

  445. We love to complicate things, it’s part of our belief that things can’t be simple. Serge Benhayon has said many times ‘ just be love’ and in truth love is actually who we are but it seems nigh on impossible to simply ‘just be love’, it seems like it’s going to take a few hundred lifetimes for most of us to simply be who we already are. Odd isn’t it?

  446. Nikki this is pure gold – only I can take the key and open the door, thank you.

  447. It’s very revealing, when I read the title of this blog I looked everywhere else except for at myself. I have a big bag of keys, I know that each key opens the same door, I know this well but I distract myself with struggling to open other doors.

  448. I have underlined the same significant key so many times from countless workshops and it says ‘ everything comes down to the way that we move’. A single key that unlocks every door known to man.

  449. Nikki such a wise and simple question which has left me pondering whether we all know the answers to everything and our asking questions is simply more procrastination and pretence that we don’t know. We’ve made a massive game out of life but not one that actually contains any fun.

  450. Amazing how we believe that we all crave the answers/keys to living life but when we are given them in a multitude of ways we still avoid utilising them and stubbornly persist in living out lives of comfort and distraction. I feel blessed to have been given many pearls of wisdom/keys during the time I have been attending Universal Medicine presentations but have yet to consistently incorporate them in my day to day living. Looking lovingly at patterns of behaviour that still prevent me from embracing all the keys I have been given and not beating myself up is supporting me to dismantle my walls of protection so my heart is free to open up to the Love that is all around.

  451. ‘Perhaps I have become identified with having a certain level of problems because they keep me living in separation to the love that I am and my expression of this love with all others.’ It seems to me that I have dealt with one set of problems only to be dealing with a new set of problems’, somewhat is it about these issues or problems, or is it that they give me an excuse to remain safely locked up in my comfort?

  452. Thank you Nikki for offering us an opportunity to go deeper with all the ‘keys’ we have been given by Serge as he tirelessly presents us with the wisdom that we also have within. What we are offered is oh so simple and yet we make life complicated by resisting what is so apparent once we allow a key to open the way inwards to our inner heart and to let out our true self. It feels as though I am resisting letting go of all the identification that keeps me locked up from expressing all that I am.

  453. I love this blog it really brings home how much we are given. Through Serge Benhayon we are given the key to God’s house, it is always a question of what we do with the key. I know there are times when I have mislaid it, forgotten it, not fully appreciated it and have even lost it but the great thing is there is never any judgement, Serge is always there to offer the key that will support us in unlocking our potential and our next step towards evolution.

  454. I too have been collecting the keys for many years and realise that one master key is all that is needed, the one that opens us up to love.

  455. Wise words Nikki McKee. I can feel how we all hold the key to life in our inner hearts – but keep creating more and more doors to go through, rather than living in the true freedom the key allows us access to.

  456. Beautiful analogy Nikki. The fact that you have attended any one of Serge Benhayon’s presentations means that you already know the truth of your inner-heart but have simply been avoiding it. Key or no key, you are the one who has all the answers.

  457. The simple answer is yes – but what am I doing with them? Leaving them in my back pocket? Or opening every door at every opportunity? Or waiting for someone else to do it?

  458. I am aware that I too have a huge bunch of keys. I am happy to collect them and eager to get more, but using them requires a choice that comes with a new level of responsibility that I trick myself into thinking will be too much.

  459. Nikki, this is a great analogy; ‘So now it is time for me to look at my bowl of keys and make a choice as to whether I will use them. For it is only this one simple choice that stands between me and the great treasure I hold, we all hold, deep within.’ I can feel how it is easy to attend the amazing courses of Universal Medicine and build up our key collection without actually using them/living what is being presented. I can feel that each of these presentations is amazing and will truly allow us to live the amazing love that we all are, it is amazing that choice rather than just collecting and storing all that we have learnt and felt to be true.

  460. We already have all the keys we need and in essence there is only one key. The missing ingredient is ourselves and our unwillingness to place that one key into the lock and turn it.

  461. Serge Benhayon has shown us the way to unlock the door to the Universe and shares with us the responsibility to show others the way to be inspired to join us.

  462. I have a whole INBOX of collected keys. The proof of the fact that they all open the same door is that the specifics of the question that I asked of Serge are actually irrelevant and the answer he may have given works precisely for a totally different question. It’s the same door each time.

  463. A timely reminder Nikki. We students of Serge Benhayon have all amassed a pile of those golden keys. What do we do with them? Use them of course. Could it be that we are scared of the responsibility? That seems to be my main problem. It’s like being given the knowledge of the system that runs the whole world, on a platter with the suggestion that I am capable of changing it. A big ask. It scares me. Where do I begin?.. Where else but within myself to release and reveal the Power of Love that resides behind those closed doors I have been too afraid to open myself. Always leaning on Serge and any new information from him to confirm my own worth. It never seems to be enough and will never be enough while I allow it to be that way.. Thank you Nikki. I needed that shake up.

  464. My children often ask questions that they already know the answer to and I often don’t give them the answer, so that they then have the chance to either claim themselves – and then immediately get the answer…or wallow in their chosen contracted version of themselves. Yet do I always parent myself the same way? Absolutely not as this blog so superbly exposes. I know the answer and if I claim myself the question becomes irrelevant.

    1. With me it is more pro-active sometimes. When I can feel the truth, I will actively run the other way back to an old rhythm that I know will maintain me a state of less awareness. Horrible to admit.

  465. Nikki this helps me to appreciate all we have been given and continue to be given by Serge Benhayon. He offers deep wisdom that we can live by – the question is – how often do I choose to live this

    1. I agree HM, I have recently been looking at how much I have been given yet I don’t always apply it, and then go back to living the same way. Having more appreciation would mean to truly value what’s been given and hence make use of it.

  466. So true Nikki, so many of us have a huge key collection that we can jangle with great pride, courtesy of Serge Benhayon. However nothing will change in our lives until we choose to use them according to his presentations, to free up our connection to an immense inner wisdom that we keep so well hidden from the world.

  467. Very much enjoyed reading this Nikki, what Serge shares with us time and time again, in different coloured keys, is how to live life in connection to God.

  468. It is a timely reminder that yes most of us agree there is a path, there must be truth and there must be all the answers we are searching for, and a timely reminder that we have it all within us, and it is a matter of recognising the fact and living it.

    1. Yes harryjwhite, I am trusting myself more these days. Often there will be a question on my lips, but I pause before asking and usually I already know the answer.

  469. Beautifully expressed NIkki; you have confirmed for us the key(s) to life; the question is what quality and level of responsibility are we using this divine invaluable key?

    1. It is quite wonderful being more and more responsible – it has a snowballing effect, making further responsibility even easier.

  470. To be in the comfort zone is one of the sweetest traps I know, and I know as well that to come out of it needs only a choice of using one of the wonderful keys Serge Benhayon has presented so far. The question is, what holds most of us back to do so – answer – us avoiding us in full and of course, the responsibility, or should I say the obedience, that will come automatically with this choice.

  471. I love your honesty here. Also how do we know if a ‘key’ will not work unless we try it. It is like the analogy of the ‘pill’ we want to take for a quick fix without actually changing anything in our lives. I am understanding more and more how change comes through our livingness. I recently reflected on just how much Serge’s love, wisdom and truth has given me (and many many others) through presentations, workshops, courses, books and audios but do I really cherish this and take what I have learnt and put this consistently in practice in my life? Not as much as I could do, this is not to berate myself but a moment to take stock of what I have been given and how I am not living this to the ability I can do.

  472. Love this blog Nikki, very simple and practical, such deep appreciation for all that Serge Benhayon shares with us all. thank you

  473. A great blog and understanding and appreciation of the love and patience of Serge Benhayon and his amazing wisdom and ours also. “Perhaps his one-liners are in fact keys to life” – absolutely and we have them all and do we choose to use them? Or do we collect them in a bowl seeing them as keys to be used when we need them, and forget them at times also and want more. A great question to ponder on.

  474. This is the joy of what Serge Benhayon presents: no fixed instructions but a simple set of tools we can choose to use or not, to reconnect with our own innermost wisdom where all we need is already in place, we simply need to give ourselves permission to access it. His ability to sum up life in a few simple words that we can all understand, is inspiring.

  475. Nikki I love this, as indeed so many of the keys that have been given are not simply a key to the question asked but to everything in life. Although like you I’ve resisted seeing and claiming the magnitude of this as in that case it would mean I have all the keys and its simply my choice.

  476. “…only love and our expression of it can truly protect…” Agree, and its not a cliche, and not emotional romantic love, but a love that is a vast infinite stillness, rock solid, grace, harmless yet powerful. No doing, no proving, And all within our body when we simply connect.

  477. I love the analogy of the key. I lost the keys to one of my rooms, the door is being locked inside and I cannot go in. Whoever has locked himself inside this room does not want to come out to the open. We may need a physical key to open a room, but the key to our hearts is inside of us, and there is more for me to open up and be honest with myself.

  478. Thanks for your sharing Nikki
They keys you have mentioned are there for us to use and it’s just if we allow or let ourselves.
This is a great blog , like a favorite old saying goes can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink .
To give ourselves permission to be more clear, open ,transparent is so important .

  479. I have note pads each page littered with keys but do I pick them up and use them? Sometimes it’s like I have butter fingers and pick them up but don’t quite make it to the door without dropping them; I get distracted and turn away or I do actually open the door, find something so amazing that I know is asking me to part with old ways so I shut the door and feel OK about it because it’s not going any place soon. This exposed a laziness and affinity with delay. But a dollop of honesty and I know my self centered arrogance which may have me believe there is no harm in having my way whilst waiting is no sense. The world can’t wait to see these keys in action.

    1. I can relate to this one, over the years I have taken hundreds of notes and filled many books. But lately I’ve been taking less notes as it’s not the note taking that changes my life but putting whats shared into practice.

  480. You’re right Nikki, we have been given the answers time and again. Not using what we’ve already been given is a clever way to delay our evolution – a game we love to play.

    1. ‘Not using what we have already been given is a clever way to delay our evolution’ – its as simple as that.

    2. I absolutely agree Victoria, and the games we play to delay our evolution comes in many forms and some are very difficult to detect or recognise but in truth we always know when we are deliberately stalling our evolution.

  481. I remember the first small group session Serge did in the UK many years ago. At the start of the session were all asked to write down three question we would like to ask him when he finished. After he finished speaking everyone’s questions had been answered without being asked. His discussion was all about the choices we had made and the outcomes we had chosen. That session was one of those Keys that is still answering unasked questions. Some keys we open the door, but just leave it ajar. But once the door is opened, it can be ignored but not denied.

  482. Thank you Nikki this is so true what you share – It is already offered in many many ways, expressed and presented in audio, stereo, video, workshops, presentations, teachings, print, live, groups, directly, name it and Serge Behayon offers a way to support us to actually use the keys. In fact it possible is simply one Universal Key for All, and it’s my personalising things that ends up with separate keys

    1. And most the time a Sandra – Serge presents the same keys in very different ways, from many different angles over the years. It is us who when ready finally get the Ah ha moment of that key – and from there it is ones own choice to use that key and how much.

      1. Yes at first they can feel a little clunky like the large ones on big key rings and chains, ever stiff and rusty. The more they are used the lighter they become, and the more fluid their use until I’m pretty sure we are the key, our movements and thoughts unlock all the truth, wisdom and love needed.

  483. Recognising the key is one thing, placing in in the lock another turning it and opening the door … and then we simply walk through the door and let our movements carry the truth in our steps. Often things need to get left behind, our comforts and distractions but these are nothing when see in the light of what is before us.

    1. Spot on. Sometimes in life we can seek so many keys and keep seeking without applying them to our living.

  484. What a gorgeous symbology Nikki, and that you have an impressive set of keys [to life] gifted by Serge Benhayon. I find this absolutely true too, and the universality of his messages in emails i receive although pertinently personal, are equally as applicable for another person, and also as applicable at the time of writing as they are one year, or ten years later.

  485. This is a very honest sharing Nikki. What you say is true. We have in fact been given it all, all the keys we ever need to open the treasure within. Why we choose to play ignorant and delay our own evolvement is worthy of deep consideration. There is so much to appreciate.

  486. I love your blog Nikki, so many of our instant responses to the question would be yes of course but then when we are actually presented with the keys to life we do not fully go yes and bring them into every moment and aspect of our lives. This would be embracing them in full. Sure we have our past ill momentums to contend and deal with which will come up when we start to live more of the live that we are but do we stick with it or do we let ourselves get caught up in the turmoil and whirlwind of emotions. I know for me it is only through love that life makes sense anything else just leads me to confusion and hurt. So how far are we willing to say yes and fully embrace what we have on offer that is the question.

  487. What’s interesting is that we don’t even need the keys in the first place. It’s only that we became lost and found ourselves outside when were always meant to be inside (our inner heart) and that Serge Benhayon has come to give us a helping hand to get back in.

  488. What a great analogy I too have received a wonderful collection of keys from Serge which absolutely are the keys to life. In fact he has presented them to everyone in his teachings, books and presentations as well as personally in emails, conversations and his living ways.

    1. One thing I have discovered with the personal keys that I have received is that it is not just a question of using once to open a door and discard. The same key opens multiple doors and layers. For example one personal key I received in 2004 was about observing and not absorbing. My ability to observe has hugely increased since then as I carry this key with me and use it, but there still have much further to go and it is a constant learning and development for me. This is not only a key that is hugely valuable and opens many doors in my life, but is a key for everyone. That is the case with these keys in that they apply to all, for all and are living keys.

  489. Ah, a key collector! This is brilliant, Nikki. I just so love your honesty. And what a timely question this is just before I travel to a Universal Medicine retreat – is it just another set of keys I am after, or am I really willing to unlock and unleash what’s inside and/or on the other side, which is actually and has always been inside me all along? And I agree – all the keys may come in different shapes and forms, but they all lead to the one thing and one thing only. So obviously time to stop playing dumb and lost.

  490. I have noticed whenever I come up with a big question that’ll “solve the issue”, I already know the answer but am far more enveloped in the story of the issue, than the clarity that lies before me, always.

  491. This is so true Nikki – over the years Serge Benhayon has presented us with many keys, but. It is easy to remain in our comfort zone and still look to him for more keys to collect and store, rather than taking the responsibility of using these keys to deepen our awareness and let go of that which is familiar and comfortable and binds us into a lesser way of living love.

  492. Hi Nikki,
I loved reading every word about your ‘key collection’, even though it made me squirm.
Serge Benhayon delivers nothing but golden keys to unlock the imprisonment we have made for ourselves not living the love that we are.
I will be checking my over flowing key bowl and all the keys I have set aside allowing to rust to ask myself why.
    Beautiful sharing, thank you.

  493. We are offered Keys constantly in life, the simpleness is actually astounding if we let ourselves see them when offered and to surrender to what they offer. Serge Benhayon is but one of the ways keys come to us. Nature is another, as are other people. The greatest key that I have experienced is to allow humbleness within, so that these keys offered every day are seen, felt and understood.

  494. We’re constantly pulled, unimposingly, to accept a grander version of the love that we are. The key is surrendering to this fact, rather than fighting what we can’t really fight. We can avoid making the choice to accept the love, we can deny the fact that we are love, we can sabotage and live disconnected, but all of this will never ever take away the fact that we do have our Key to Life available inside of us. Even though at times it might feel (does feel) challenging and almost unbelievable. Also in these moments, there still is the choice to turn the key back into the connection with our body and heart.

  495. It is one thing to have a key, put quite another to actually use it. As humans we have become greedy acquiring that which cannot be owned, yet we seek to own. This is how we amass great amounts of knowledge but not the greatness of true wisdom. Drunk on this knowledge the mouth is then quick to speak what the body is yet to live.

  496. “So I have all these keys, but do I know what to do with them?” The crazy thing is that so many of us have been given the key(s) to life, and yet there is part of us that loses the key, hides it or stashes it to make sure we don’t lose it, or we frame it behind bullet proof glass etc etc – you get the gist, but essentially we don’t do the very thing with the key that it was deigned for: do we activate the knowledge that has been given to us? Do we live the pearls we have access to? do we actually put into practice what we have learned? Or do we choose to keep it as knowledge, locked up somewhere safe, for someone else to live and turn into the true wisdom that it is.

  497. Nikki, I like the analogy of the keys and how we can go back and re-use the pearls of wisdom delivered to us by Serge Benhayon. And this is exactly it – when Serge offers us a one-liner, that one liner has layers upon layers of answers in it, and hence can he read and re-read each time to reveal more than we thought was possible. This is true wisdom, and is so possible because of how he lives each and every day, accessing multidimensionality and more so, living it every moment, which also acts as an inspiration for us all to do likewise.

  498. I too have been considering the keys that I have been given and questioning whether I have been using them to my best advantage. Or are they mere decoration? To me they are only as valuable as I allow them to be by my use of them in my life. Thank you Nikki for your reminder.

  499. It is a great question – ‘What if I took just one of these keys and made use of it – if I put into action any one of the things Serge has presented or shared?’. The keys are within us all – the shape, weight, texture, colour – all well known to us. We are responsible for the choices we make and by continuously re- connecting and being present these keys are very visible and tangible.

  500. Maybe the question isn’t so much whether we can choose to use the keys or not, but whether we can choose to be the love that we know we are. I know that feeling of hiding away, I am realising that whilst it may have felt safe for me, while I am hiding, the rest of the city is crumbling. Choosing to live the love that we are is what will ‘turn the tide’ and allow us all to return to our natural way of being together, in love and harmony.

  501. What an gorgeous blog, Nikki, love your honesty. Yes, it’s awesome to have the ‘keys to life’, but not much use if we are not choosing to use them. It’s like standing at a door, wondering what’s on the other side, wanting to open it, but fearing letting go of the comfort and security that we already have. But, what if, what’s on the other side completely blows what we have out of the water, in fact, going through this door is taking us home.

  502. Great blog Nikki and on a topic that I have pondered on myself as well. And also come to this conclusion – that “perhaps I have become identified with having a certain level of problems because they keep me living in separation to the love that I am and my expression of this love with all others.” It is amazing to have these keys to see life that clearly.

  503. It’s comforting to have a bunch of keys lying around that we know we can pick up any time and change our lives. Given this, how arrogant are we that we prefer to look at them and be comforted by them instead of picking even just one up and unlocking a self-created prison door?

  504. Thank you Nikki, to be included in this most invaluable moment you’re sharing allows me to ask of myself the same question. As if at a precipice ready to take the leap. in asking the question, I suspect the choice has already been made as to whether or not the keys will be used.

  505. So true Nikki, that the keys are always in our hands, as Serge Benhayon continuously reminds us. All we need to do is be willing to use them, to look within and turn the key that unlocks the door for us to step into the awe of our universe within, where we once again walk with the wisdom of our Soul, as such in union with universal intelligence.

  506. We can make life so complicated justifying why we should live behind the many walls of protection we have created along our life’s journey… and yet there is such simplicity and harmony in taking even one key and unlocking one door, and so much love is available to us if we simply choose it.

  507. mmm, much to consider here. It is easier to ask a question that to reflect and connect to what we know within isn’t it? We abdicate responsibility for connecting to ourselves more often than we need to and therefore find ourselves looking outward instead of inward for answers. Serge Benhayon has been so generous in his replies on email for so many years, perhaps it is time to appreciate what has been written, and as you say – actually connect with it, apply it, live it and find the next email is not a question but an appreciation of what has already been shared and its universal application.

  508. An awesome analogy Nikki… and how true it is, all that stands in the way of us accessing universal love is our choice to do so. It is only a matter of taking one key and opening the door.

  509. When we trust that we already have the wisdom and answers, and connect to our inner heart and truth, the answers are always very simple, they always come back to our relationship with evolution (God).

  510. This article poses us all with a great question, do we keep looking for more and more answers to what is going on or do we simply return to what we are already blessed with and begin to see we have everything we need? I love the analogy given to us here and it’s certainly a great time to appreciate what we have already and begin to use it in another way and not keep looking or asking someone to ‘save’ us or looking for help outside us when all we need do is connect deeper.

    1. This is the thing. By continuing to search, we are consciously choosing to avoid the simple fact that we already have the treasure. The simplicity of it all shames the spirit and renders it nought, thus the spirit continues to create problems and we continue to write emails.

      1. The never ending search for answers that always leads back to the same spot. Some may say a cruel game while others may say that’s your karma for walking away from the very spot that has everything you have ever needed in the first place. Why do we look and search to the ends of the earth? So we don’t have to feel and be responsible for everything we do feel. Sound confusing or too much? Maybe we should stop searching.

      2. Stop searching, stop gathering knowledge, stop the distractions, the eating, the hobbies, stop the white noise of social media, tv and music. All of this stuff that we actively embrace and run to so that we can avoid feeling the truth of what we are not living.

  511. Great blog (enjoyable read) to reference the wisdom compared to the stray lesser thoughts of the mind. I certainly agree with Serge giving you the keys: keys that expand your essence and enlightenment; keys that which keeps you retarded or to let go of. Both can be applied equally at any point in time to go to a deeper level. That which is the beauty and true intelligence of Esoteric Medicine. Serge is an inspiration as we too can access our own keys and this is the ‘key’.

  512. The crazy thing is that none of these keys are in any way blunt, needing oiled or not in very good working order – they all open the one door we all desperately seek to open so very very simply. But – we avoid opening the door to our own soul, because in that soul-full space there is no place for games or the cluttering of issues. We know and accept the grand part we play in a much grander universe and we know that every movement we make, every thought conjured, every out moment we choose impacts the whole. And so we drop the keys, lose them, fumble with them, because that door we so deeply want to open is asking us to be all that we already all are.

  513. Like you, Serge Benhayon has presented me with a multitude of keys over the years and if I look at them all individually it is quite overwhelming but when I stop and look at them altogether I realise that they are actually one and the same, “the key to life” – and yes I have taken this key with both hands!

  514. Yes we have the key, and we know it but it is too scary because then we will have to take responsibility and use the key and be amazing.
But we have done it before when we were a young child, without fear just overflowing with life, and we did not need a key.
Do not make it complicated just let go and be yourself.

  515. True Nikki, we have enough keys from Serge Benhayon that could unlock every door on the planet! But joking aside, in effect this is so; as each key when lived, is in fact like a master-key that can unlock the same truth from within each of us.

  516. The mind is a master (but a bad one, but good at what it does, in a bad way, hope you get it…) at creating troubles and issues. So much so that we can argue when we are stuck as if we want to be stuck or want the situation to feel yuk. It seems very very bizarre and it is because I know exactly how it feels and I have felt it no sooner than today. What I know and practice though by inspiration from Serge Benhayon and what he presents through Universal Medicine is that if we are stuck we can change it with movement. Too easy? It’s not, it’s actually pure science. When we move differently we change the whole disposition for our body and we generate another form of energy in our bodies. It might take some time if we are a bit stuck in our mind but if we focus on the quality of movement at least I come back to myself and feel with it again. That is psychology big time. I’ve been studying behavioural science and even though I’m not claiming to be a master at those studies, what I do know is that by just using our mind we cannot change an undesired disposition. We need to change the energetic quality that has built up to and is reproducing that disposition. In other words move differently.

  517. This blog makes me really appreciate what love, holding and understanding I, as we all, have been are gifted with from others around us. It does not have to be super life changing or magical to be a wee golden nugget of magic that can unlock so much in us and hence in our lives. I remember being shown recently in a session with a friend how I had not been walking in my power with all my grace and tenderness. In less than 20 words she had unlocked just like that something I had been hiding from myself and hence all others for a long long time. Since then I have been so much more aware of my walk and how I am all the time and so much about me has changed!

    1. I love this example because it shows exactly how the key to one door, no matter how simple that door might be, will always open multiple doors. Anything that re-connects us to more of the divine truth that we are will always burst open a plethora of other doors.

  518. If I stopped attending all Universal Medicine webcasts, workshops, courses and retreats now I would have all the keys I would ever need to know myself, others, ancient wisdom, how to connect, how to reflect heaven etc etc. And that could come from just reading one book that Serge Benhayon has written! We have been given a plethora of information, love, truth, universality and held with that we are all knowing… that we can call on any keys to support us anytime. I appreciate that I chose to find someone who lives the keys to life in his ever step many years ago.

  519. We can have any number of keys but if we never use them to open the door then they are of no use. The purpose of any key is to open the door so that you can enter new arenas.

  520. I love your honesty here, Nikki – it sounds like if you hadn’t caught yourself (and written what you have), you could easily have continued to fire off emails. And you’re not alone in how you feel – most of your readers know those keys well, I know I do. But taking your title a step further, would you use them? They are glaringly truthful, but we often get caught up in comfort. The beauty of it all is that we’ll always have the keys, it’s just a case of time when we choose to begin using them.

  521. ‘The Key to Life – Would you Take it?’ Wow this question begs for truth or at least honesty and you are very honest about how you’ve used the keys you’ve collected. And I can relate to what you are saying the keys are there to use to unlock the endless wisdom that is inside us all, embracing our true nature as Sons of God.

  522. Throughout our lives we are given keys that can unlock our self imposed shackles however the problem with self imposed shackles is that no matter how many keys we have we have to choose to unlock them.

    1. The first step is realising they are self imposed. We can spend our whole life looking for the way to get into heaven but all we need to is step in the open door.

  523. What a beautiful blog Nikki. I can so relate to what you are sharing here. It is great to go to workshops and Retreats etc but it is how we put into practise in our daily life those precious keys that we have been given that really counts.

  524. Nikki this blog is an absolute blessing to read, and very timely in my case. Thank you for sharing in all your honesty.

  525. It is a solid point you make here, in our thirst for knowledge or more keys, do we consider whether we have made the most of the key’s we have already been given.

    1. Knowledge is a infinite and insatiable pursuit of the individual. Wisdom is the knowing that we all have and that is unlocked by any one of the zillions of keys that Serge Benhayon has presented in the last 17 years.

      1. I am beginning to realise Otto that thirsting for knowledge is just fueling my ego; and that I should consider what Serge presents, “to feel” a far more worthy pursuit.

      2. I remember when my father was in his last weeks before passing over, I would watch him in the sitting room reading books – autobiographies or historical novels, gathering more and more knowledge. The futility of it really struck me. Here he was, avoiding life, avoiding himself, when in a number of weeks all this information was going to be utterly useless to him. And now as I sit here writing this, I can feel how I do the same. Not so much the gathering of knowledge, but the dogged attachment to this life, to trying to validate the human form rather than fully accepting and embracing the bigger picture of evolution – in which this life is just one small stepping stone but also one giant opportunity.

  526. Beautifully expressed Nikki! It’s like actually standing up and being counted – being different. We are so very comfortable in our old behaviours; and because we are also very much aware that by using our keys we will change many of our relationships with friends and family. Some we are fearful of losing them altogether, but this need not always be the case if we are truly committed to them and can love them unconditionally. That, in particular, is a steep learning curve for me! Feeling my heart melt as I glowered into the soft brown eyes of my late-flat coated retriever was easy; feeling my heart melt when I am upset with a fellow human being is currently much harder for me. But, as Serge says; “Maggie, just love him.” ❤

  527. ‘Perhaps his one-liners are in fact keys to life.’ – Serge Benhayon’s one-liners are indeed keys to life and well beyond. To truly implement these keys in our daily lives supports us coming out of the imprisonment of beliefs, ideals and old patterns, to then understand who we simply are in our essence.

  528. Awesome blog Nikki, I can very much related. We all have answers to many questions in life but sometimes we live in a way that doesn’t support us to access our innate wisdom but it is always there waiting for us to make the choice to unlock it and share our wisdom with humanity.

  529. I just love how you have taken a moment Nikki, to stop and deeply appreciate the countless blessings that Serge Benhayon has given us, individually and collectively, over the past 18 years. He has in effect, given us ‘the keys to the kingdom’, again and again, patiently and generously sharing from the vast expanse of wisdom he knows we too have access to. And how important it is for us to continually reflect on what gets in the way of us fully embracing all that we are a part of.

    1. All we ever seem to want is the keys to the kingdom and we have indeed been blessed with them. We can thank God (literally) for Serge Benhayon and his tireless efforts in imparting his wisdom.

    2. It often comes as a surprise to us that we are locked out of the Kingdom of God that is found deep within us all, by virtue of our own hand and no one else’s.

  530. This is great “I know the keys will work. In fact, all the keys will do the same thing.” we can keep complaining that life is difficult and the keys don’t work but have we been really trying to use them properly, with commitment and dedication?

  531. Keys open doors and who knows what we will find when we step inside. You are so correct Nikki that we can store the keys we are given and crave more, instead of truly using the ones we already have.
