Miranda & Natalie Benhayon – Sacredness of the Way they Move

I first started hearing the word sacredness through attending presentations by Universal Medicine. Although my woman’s body seemed to remember this word, my logical mind was telling me that I didn’t have a clue what it meant! There was such a contrast between the distant yet clear knowing in my body and the way I was living and moving, which was largely devoid of this sacredness. Where to start when waking up a giant? This is where female role models who live this sacredness play such a significant role. Perhaps surprisingly, it isn’t in anything they say. It is the way they move. My whole-body seems to drink in what I see and I feel and in an instant, I know the sacredness within a woman.

There are many women who have inspired me over the years. One of these amazing role models is Miranda Benhayon. What I have observed in Miranda’s movements may seem simple or even mundane, yet the effect of the beauty and divinity in her movements is quite profound.

One memorable example of this was when I realised that I had never seen or heard anyone swipe a credit card the way that she did. Normally when I am at the shops and my card is swiped, there is a rush and harshness to the movement, and the sound feels like nails on a chalk board! Whereas when Miranda does this same movement, there is no rush; there is absolute presence and purpose. Instead of harshness, there is a sound that is in harmony with every cell in my body and the whole of the Universe. It is like music to my ears and it leaves me feeling deeply at ease.

I am also very inspired when Miranda is on stage singing or presenting. Her voice is so rich, steady and deep. However, it is what I see in her movements that keeps me spellbound. There is such a grace and elegance to the way she holds herself on stage, whether poised on a seat or standing, that reminds me of a true way of being. One of the things I love the most about seeing Miranda Benhayon on stage is the way she holds the microphone.

There is such a delicateness and femininity to the way each of her fingers is deliberately placed. There is not an ounce of gripping, hardness or tension in her hand or arm. The harmony and perfection of the angles that her fingers and wrist create, instantly creates space within me and I experience a sigh of surrender throughout my body. The divinity that I know inside me is there before my eyes – I am observing heaven on earth.

The other woman who has been a significant role model in my life, and for thousands of other women, is Natalie Benhayon. She consistently reflects sacredness as a woman in every movement and gesture, without an ounce of apology or holding back. Natalie Benhayon is pure sacredness – proof that it can and needs to be lived in every moment, by every woman. If you want to experience the joy of observing Natalie, I would recommend visiting Esoteric Women’s Health (one of the many amazing women’s projects she has initiated) and watching the video “So Lovely”.

From the steady groundedness of each step, to the delicateness of the touch of her fingers, you can feel she is completely with her body and honouring the sacredness that is within her. There is nothing that can lure, distract or tantalise her away from the preciousness and magnificence of what she feels.

Natalie has one particular movement, which although seemingly very simple, touches me deeply and has a profound effect on my body – and that is the way she closes and opens her eyes. Normally I would call this blinking, but it seems like an insult to use such a short, sharp word to describe a movement that holds such a timeless beauty and sacredness. If you consider it, how often have you been stopped in your tracks or even noticed this movement in another person? Never or rarely? Instead of the rushed, abrupt or functional way that most of us close our eyes, Natalie takes her time. In fact, this is what I love the most and it is delicious to feel. It is like time itself stops. And if you feel the depth of sacredness within you, why would you rush or dishonour that feeling?

Although the way that Miranda Benhayon and Natalie Benhayon express sacredness is different, their movements carry the same message.

There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace. With this firm commitment to sacredness, they refuse to be moved by anything life or society tells women they need to be. Observing and appreciating these amazing role models over many years, I now know how natural and powerful sacredness is, and that it can be expressed in every movement.

  1. I can feel a depth of stillness that is so profound that I do not want to step away again, as for far too long I have lived in nervous energy which has taken its toll on my body. The women in the Benhayon family have shown that there is another way to live in stillness, and reconnecting back to the stillness has to be the best experience of my life.

  2. To see divinity in another you must have divinity within yourself or you would not have any idea of what you are feeling or looking at. Why do so many people go to Paris and while there go to view the painting of the Mona Lisa? Could it be that they are reminding themselves of their sacredness as they file past the painting that exudes sacredness? We have an inbuilt radar that constantly seeks the reflection of sacredness to remind us who and what we are… sacred.

  3. Until coming across Universal Medicine I never understood the power that people have as role models. What women like Natalie and Miranda can inspire, and many other women and men too, just blows me away with what is possible.

    1. The world needs women like Natalie, and Miranda to inspire, ‘There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace. ‘

  4. It’s not until we experience someone moving in and with their sacredness that we discover that for the majority of us this is not our experience. Society has molded women to become hard and to compete with men. Some can out compete men in their hardness as we use hardness like amour plating to get though life as best we can. So watching how someone moves and knowing innately that you are watching heaven on earth shows me that we do know heaven, we have just lost our connection to it. Reconnect and everyone including men can walk with stillness and grace.

    1. Yes Mary, many of us women learnt to become hard, protected, and as good as any man, running on nervous system energy, losing our connection to self and Heaven along the way.

  5. This is something I am seeing more and more in how I have lived, in that I would hear a word and think about it mentally …. or not think about it at all and just let it completely wash over me, or ignore it! What I am starting to understand is what my relationship with that word is, e.g. sacredness, what does this mean to me from my body, because I have to start with where I am at with it rather than what another thinks, otherwise I have nowhere to go/explore this from … have no foundation at all with that word, energy or vibration. It is great to not only appreciate our qualities and what we hold or bring, but others as well ✨

  6. The way we move says everything about us. I had a conversation about this with someone the other day, in that you can tell where a person is at in how they move and their movements. We are more aware than we realise.

    1. Vicky, I would also say there is so much detail in the movement, and the detail is our personal relationship with God and what I’m discovering is that there is no need to rush as the intimacy is so exquisite, why would we rush something so glorious?

    2. We do feel how a person moves, more so than many of us realise, ‘when Miranda does this same movement, there is no rush; there is absolute presence and purpose. Instead of harshness, there is a sound that is in harmony with every cell in my body and the whole of the Universe.’

  7. ‘The harmony and perfection of the angles that her fingers and wrist create, instantly creates space within me and I experience a sigh of surrender throughout my body.’ I so get this. Such delicateness and power at the same moment. I’m so inspired in a world where I thought one could only be hard to survive, she shows in her movements there is another way that’s so beautiful. I realise there is no need to be seen, no posturing needed like I see in mainstream singers. What’s shown here is harmony for all.

    1. I have always loved connecting with and watching Miranda, the power and the delicateness are really incredible with Miranda, ‘There is such a grace and elegance to the way she holds herself on stage, whether poised on a seat or standing, that reminds me of a true way of being.’

  8. ‘The divinity that I know inside me is there before my eyes – I am observing heaven on earth.’ So true. And we each are divine but how often do I connect with this? Well, today I was in a group of perhaps 26 people and I took a moment to look around the room and all I saw was beauty in them all. It was very lovely.

  9. Wow are these ladies amazing, they totally rock. Beautiful, sexy, sassy and super in tune with themselves and the universe.

    1. Love this comment! When we’re in tune with the universe we can’t but be all these things and more.

    2. Incredible women; there has always been something very beautiful, and divine about Miranda, ‘ The harmony and perfection of the angles that her fingers and wrist create, instantly creates space within me and I experience a sigh of surrender throughout my body. The divinity that I know inside me is there before my eyes – I am observing heaven on earth.’

  10. To me a great reflection from both Miranda and Natalie that there is no striving to be something or someone. There is such sense of them just being themselves without any need for ‘airs or graces’ which is such a joy that immediately makes one at ease.

    1. I agree with you Jonathan they move with a deep sense of knowing who they are and where they originate from… Heaven. Thank heaven that we have such reflections on earth that remind us where we come from too.

  11. ‘One memorable example of this was when I realised that I had never seen or heard anyone swipe a credit card the way that she did.’ Making the ordinary, even the most usually forgettable, mundane moments out of this world amazing but also everyday ordinary amazingness.

    1. Yes, this is a great example of how both these women are so graceful in everything they do and by doing so the living inspiration they are for us all.

  12. Thank you Fiona, this is an amazing read on a very pertinent topic. The thing about movement is it doesn’t lie, we could hear someone talk about sacredness, or be considered a role model, yet the truth of the quality of how they live is there in the movements. This is also a great line about Natalie Benhayon and sacredness “There is nothing that can lure, distract or tantalise her away from the preciousness and magnificence of what she feels.” I look forward to the day when I too am this steady in my sacredness, and I am deeply inspired by Natalie to get there.

    1. Melinda Knights I agree with you. What the world is being reflected is the magnificence of their movements. We all have this ability for great love as it is what we are made up of, although most of us are totally unaware or if we become aware, go into reaction by not believing that untainted love can be and that these women are showing us all what true love moves like and so we make up excuses as to why we cannot allow that same love to reflect through us and put up the barriers to keep out such absolute grace and beauty.

    2. Natalie Benhayon is a great inspiration, ‘She consistently reflects sacredness as a woman in every movement and gesture, without an ounce of apology or holding back’.

  13. The beauty of these two women touches the heart – I remember meeting Miranda for the first time and how that moment has stayed with me until today and probably will forever. Her ever so delicate hands in a handshake, and warm smile greeting me, are truly and very deeply touching. I was gobsmacked that a woman can have such delicate hands. From those around me I have always witnessed a hardness, the skin of their hands feels like it may not have been moisturised even if they did, there’s a thickness to the skin that is almost like a protective layer on top of what they may consider sacred. But in that handshake, it did not feel like Miranda had that layer of protection, her delicacy was there – open and obvious for all to see. And that quality brings ease to those around and in front. Perhaps that is the quality we are looking for in others? Perhaps that is the quality we ought to adopt in ourselves in order to have that effect on others.

    1. ‘…her delicacy was there – open and obvious for all to see’ so true and what also strikes me is her strength. Now that’s a combination that blows my mind. How is such delicacy and strength possible together? Such grace it’s hard not to stare!

  14. Sacredness – what every women should be inspired to live and breathe with every movement they make.

    1. Sacredness, a quality for all us women to live, and inspire by, ‘From the steady groundedness of each step, to the delicateness of the touch of her fingers, you can feel she is completely with her body and honouring the sacredness that is within her. There is nothing that can lure, distract or tantalise her away from the preciousness and magnificence of what she feels.’

  15. Wonderful reading the appreciation about Miranda Benhayon and Natalie Benhayon. It is a real blessing to have true role models that inspire each of us to reconnect to and express more of our own innate divinity.

    1. Yes, such a blessing because there are very few women living their innate beauty and sacredness without any doubt or apology. Instead many women are chasing false substitutes which are external. The competition to accummulate more of what’s external without any appreciation of ones innate beauty that just needs to be embraced.

      1. I love the way you have expressed it: “women living their innate beauty and sacredness without any doubt or apology.” That sounds so gorgeous, powerful and sexy in its true sense.

  16. What a turn around from believing sacred to be something outside ourselves, to knowing we are all equally sacred and can return to this quality when-ever we choose to.

  17. Beautiful exploration of how to discern and be inspired by the sacredness and movements of Natalie and Miranda Benhayon. We often concentrate on big movements, what you show is how true sacredness is expressed in the most minute of movements

    1. This is what humanity is being shown, that there is a richness and a pure delight in the smallest of movements because when you are in harmony with your body you are naturally in harmony with God and that is the richness; the movement of God.

  18. Even though we may not know the word ‘sacredness’, the quality observed in these women’s movement, is unmistakable.

  19. I love the examples of your observations of both Miranda and Natalie’s gracious movements. When I am out shopping and I’ve observed the cashiers with the credit cards, it can be jarring and yet once upon a time, I was part of that cycle.

The one thing that struck me as I read this blog again, is definitely the way Natalie ‘blinks’ and it’s done with such delicacy and intent, it’s is so beautiful to feel and observe. Something I have observed recently. There is such beauty and tenderness in these two women, if we are willing to observe it.

  20. These two women are amazing! When we live in a world whose version of sexy is actually quite ugly, it’s quite something to see natural beauty, grace and true sexiness in these two women. Like seriously, for a woman to swipe a credit card machine and the sound be ‘ in harmony with every cell in my body and the whole of the Universe,’ that’s some sacredness going on there.

  21. I too am deeply inspired by both Miranda and Natalie Benhayon and I love how they do not compromise one little nano second of the sacredness that they are – ‘With this firm commitment to sacredness, they refuse to be moved by anything life or society tells women they need to be.’.

  22. This moved me to tears today, thank you. Especially this line about Natalie – “There is nothing that can lure, distract or tantalise her away from the preciousness and magnificence of what she feels.” That is a loving work in progress for me and I am so appreciative that I have Natalie Benhayon in my life as a role model to show me that it is possible to live it.

    1. I have come to the realization that I am fed up with being so easily distracted by an outside world that doesn’t care one jot about humanity. We witness this every day as we pit ourselves against each other over who’s right and who’s wrong. What if there was no right or wrong but a willingness to deeply care for each other. That would be a great start.

      1. Great sharing, what if there was no right or wrong… what happens if we let go of being right or wrong in our lives?

  23. I am always so inspired by Miranda, Natalie and Simone Benhayon too. They are true role models of what it means to be women each in their own unique way and style. The one thing they have in common is an integrity and grace. Truly beautiful.

    1. I am with you there Rachel. What Miranda, Natalie and Simone Benhayon offer by personal example of how they live in every detail is simply a glorious reflection of how every woman (and man) could also choose to live. I love how different their expression is to one another yet the quality of the love, integrity, grace and absolute realness is unmistakable. It shows how each of us have our own flavour and contribution, and what makes a difference is our choice to also keep deepening our connect to, honouring and expressing our true essence in full.

      1. Yes, as a collective they show how the same qualities can be expressed differently. It makes me appreciate that myself and everyone else have our own unique expression, that when claimed, is equal in beauty too.

    2. Simone Benhayon is another equally incredible women, loved and inspired by many; a woman who makes a more than incredible difference to those around her, and to humanity in more ways than we will ever understand.

  24. It was a joy to read this blog again . . sacredness and how it feels in the body is something pure and all-encompassing. It is an addictive movement and, I agree, how you cannot but join them in feeling Natalie’s and Miranda’s sacredness in their presence.

  25. I love what you are sharing in this article, it makes me realise that my movements can be rushed or hard, rather delicate and tender.

    1. Great realisation, that you can slip into being rushed or hard with your movements, instead of staying connected, delicate and tender; a great reminder for us all to reflect and feel how we are moving.

  26. Fiona, what you are sharing here is very beautiful and inspiring; ‘There is such a delicateness and femininity to the way each of her fingers is deliberately placed. There is not an ounce of gripping, hardness or tension in her hand or arm.’

  27. ‘Observing and appreciating these amazing role models over many years, I now know how natural and powerful sacredness is, and that it can be expressed in every movement.’ To start to know this makes it common sense to resource within ourselves and get to know our own qualities and strengths.

  28. It’s very inspiring reading about your love and appreciation for Natalie and Miranda. We need women role models who hold themselves in love and sacredness and claim that this is who they are and allow it to express in full through their every movement. Having such role models sets standards for all women, so that we can be inspired to return to the love and sacredness we all equally are.

    1. Melinda I would like to add Simone Benhayon, if anyone has studied how Simone walks she actually moves heaven on earth. Simone Benhayon walks with and in harmony; she is in absolute synchronisation with heaven and to me it is totally mesmerising to observe how someone can be at one with themselves and walk with heaven. To me Simone Benhayon reflects back to humanity the meaning of true religion.

    2. It is great that we have these role models, that live sacredness and love, and so reflect this in a world that is very lost.

  29. We all grow up being aspired by someone, instead of a pop star or an athlete, these two women are the ones, Miranda and Natalie – why you may ask? There is no imposition of you have to be like this or you have to be like that, they aspire you to bring what’s truly in you, out. It is that simple. Sacredness is unique to every woman, its within every woman just hidden under a cloak.

It’s time to let it out.

  30. Fiona I could write an essay about what you have shared as a before and after meeting Miranda and Natalie.

This sacredness is indescribable and at first I recall going into reaction and as time has passed by, my reaction was because I had been so far away from it.

Roll on a few years and I can feel the tenderness and sacredness being let out and it feels beautiful.

I could not agree with you more, both Miranda and Natalie are role models, they are sexy, sassy yet sacred.

  31. The absolute beauty of these two women is clearly seen and felt with their sacredness and divine movements lived in every movement and gesture they make. A real inspiration and reflection to all women of who we are.

  32. As sacredness is hard to explain mentally you instantly recognise it when you see one of these women move as it resonates to this same sacredness we all equally hold in our bodies.

      1. It is a vibrational meeting that reawakens that same vibration and brings it alive again.

    1. Natalie has a big sister and she moves with and in absolute heaven, so much so that when she walks by you there is such a feeling that you know you have been touched by heaven and are witnessing heaven on earth in the physical form. True story.

  33. I got to understand what sacredness in women is by seeing Miranda and Natalie move in their bodies. As sacredness is hard to explain mentally you instantly recognise it when you see one of these women move.

  34. “I first started hearing the word sacredness through attending presentations by Universal Medicine” – in the past, the word sacredness to me applied to something of deep religious standing; until attending Universal Medicine, I had no idea or conenction to the truth that within my body and that as a woman I was sacredness and equally tha I was religious too.

  35. Yes, Miranda is heaven on earth. Her singing inspires me beyond imaginable – the depth of her voice touches my heart and every time I listen to her music I get a reminder that depth of beauty is inside of me too.

  36. I shall never swipe a card in a machine the same way again. I work a till in a shop and sometimes have to use a supervisors card in the machine. I am aware of my movements but realise from this blog how deeper I could go with the grace in which I move. An inspiring blog, thank you.

    1. elainearthey, I agree with you that we just take our movemens for granted and don’t put any awareness to them; they have become automatic. Reading this blog again has given me a stop moment, am I absolutely with myself or am I just functioning through life? This blog highlights that there is a vast difference between the two possibilities.

  37. I adore everything about Natalie and Miranda Benhayon. They are sacred and graceful in all they do and all they say. They both highlight what it is to be a women in all her glory and grace.

  38. Natalie and Miranda, live what they tell you and equally do not hold back from their absolute beauty and power. They hold their love higher than the complexity of life – which is quiet unique in this current time, but oh so wise to life so. My inspirations they are every time I connect with them I am being pulled up to my power and beauty too.

  39. I love reading this and feeling the beauty each of these women express. ‘The harmony and perfection of the angles that her fingers and wrist create, instantly creates space within me and I experience a sigh of surrender throughout my body,’ is just gorgeous. When people talk about their admiration of singers it’s rarely anything other than their voice – of which Miranda’s has such depth and quality. But all her expression, her voice, her movements are, just as Natalie’s are, watching divinity on earth. So wonderful to observe them and feel this. They teach me it’s not showiness or in yer face trying to be sexy that is truly sexy but the grace and beauty of divinity in motion.

  40. I appreciate you writing this blog as it helps me confirm and appreciate what we have on offer by observing Natalie and Miranda. It provides a stop moment to go, oh wow, we do have this on offer, and yes it is amazing to witness it and then bring it/build it into our own lives. From reading this I have noticed how I GRIP the mascara bottle and the car wheel, and thanks to this appreciation, I clock it, and then lessen the tension in my holding. All these little moments of less tension, bring a halt to the bigger tensions we have in our lives.

    1. Love what you say Sarah. I have so gripped onto life and getting somewhere, doing something perfectly, achieving. This blog brings such appreciation to Natalie and Miranda. It’s like I love seeing Simone too. I love watching divinity. It’s effortless, unimposing, and shows me there is no need for any trying or any fear or anxiety in life.

    2. Interestingly Sarah Flenley, just by reading your comment I can feel the hardness in my right forearm. Then I can feel how I hold my right shoulder in the tension of protection as though I’m using it as some sort of shield against the world and all the vileness I can feel that we have accepted as a way to live. This is the tension that you talk of that we all feel and try to numb and distract ourselves from truly feeling how far we have walked away from our own scaredness. That is why it is so important to have role models in our lives to remind us of who we are and what we are capable of.

  41. This is an amazing testimony to the power of role models, and how all that we will ever really need to do, to see real change in our local communities everywhere, is to live to the standards that are known to be true for decency and respect and from there comes inspiration and self respect and eventually, sacredness can have a ground upon which to flourish.

  42. There is much to read and be seen in the way people move and the way the Benhayons move is a sure reflection of the divinity we all come from. We all clock it, whether we want to or not, but when we are open to feeling the reflection that is in front of us simply watching those movements can ignite this same quality in us once again.

  43. Fiona, I am so glad to re read this tonight, what a fantastic reminder of sacredness and the quality we all hold within.

What is absolutely stunning and gorgeous about Natalie and Miranda is they they do not let anything in life or society to tell them what women they need to be, they know their divinity to the core. And wow this is so inspiring.

    1. Well said Sam, they know, live and hold the fact that the true woman comes from within. Nathalie thought me that the true woman is something we already are and do not need to become, and that what we have taken on from outside of us actually got n the way of that natural expression.

      1. True Carolien we are not raised as children to live and enjoy our natural sacredness, imagine how differently our society and world would be if both sexes were brought up to honour themselves and the scardness we all come from. There would be no abuse in the world just imagine that, no abuse. The fact that we currently have so much abuse and vileness shows us how far we have dropped from our sacredness. And in truth no one really took any notice of the word and its true meaning until Serge Benhayon reintroduced sacredness to the world.

  44. Natalie and Miranda is heaven on earth, and the more each of us as women realise we are all heaven on earth, then the more we will learn to express this and truly live the amazing beings that we are!

  45. There is sexy and then there is sexy… Both Natalie and Miranda are super sexy without exuding sexual energy in the common way that it is known in our world – Natalie and Miranda are just naturally sassy and gorgeous in a way that inspires any other woman to likewise let out their natural sass and sexiness.

  46. Fiona, it is so beautiful to read of your admiration and deep honoring of two of the women in your life. As women we often don’t want to celebrate other women but this blog breaks that mold.

    1. Very true Elizabeth for celebrating appreciating and being inspired by other women in their true essence also breaks down the misery of comparison and jealousy that shadows and interferes with too many of our interactions and relationships.

  47. This is such a wonderful reminder that every move we make matters as it is in the smallest of movements that we can inspire another. From the way we walk to the way you have described Miranda Benhayon swiping a credit card, every single thing we do not only impacts on ourselves but on everyone around us therefore we have the endless responsibility to ensure the deepest quality of what we bring to everything we do.

  48. In a world where sacredness or even true self-love are not normal ways of being, it is very important that we take what we see in role models like Miranda and Natalie Benhayon and actually take the steps to live that ourselves. The more reflections there are the more the current model of how women are treating their own bodies will be exposed for the abuse and abnormality they are.

  49. The curves of Natalie Benhayon in the way she moves her body reflect the joy of being with-Heaven – to me this [stillness in motion] is all the inspiration I need to experience the essence and beauty of God, and that that same quality is within me/us all also.

  50. Observing Miranda and Natalie Benhayon move is an absolute delight to observe and ignights something so beautiful inside my body also. An amazing reflection and knowing in the world for us all to see. “There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace.”

  51. Although Sacredness has a very particular quality, it can be expressed differently from person to person.

  52. When a woman moves from her sacredness, it is completley captivating and deeply inspiring.

  53. “Miranda & Natalie Benhayon – Sacredness of the Way they Move” – It’s all in the angles in the way they move their bodies to receive openly those they meet.

  54. The beauty reflected of these 2 women is that when looking at them you will feel your own divinity too, there is a smile deep within the body that emanates from just feeling them, as this is who I am too.

  55. “I am also very inspired when Miranda is on stage singing or presenting. Her voice is so rich, steady and deep” – every time I hear Miranda Benhayon sing live on stage, I am moved and touched by her lived grace that is her total beauty.

  56. If a few years ago someone had asked me to define the word Sacredness it was to me a Goddess, a woman who is untouchable some tall utterly beautiful woman in a long white Greek robe who lived in the inner temples of Greece, Egypt or some Middle East country gracing everyone by the way she moved in sacredness to her body. Being told that I was sacred and so was every man woman and child on this planet seemed too far fetched to me. But slowly over the years I have come to know this is true and it is another one of the many lies we have swallowed that have us all believing we are not in any way shape or form sacred. My question now has to be what other lies have we swallowed and why do we live such a lesser life than what is constantly on offer?

  57. “There is such a delicateness and femininity to the way each of her fingers is deliberately placed. There is not an ounce of gripping, hardness or tension in her hand or arm”

Since first reading this a while back, I have been tuning into where there is tension or gripping and the two standouts are the way I hold my mascara when I am putting it on my eyes, and the car wheel. I check in regularly when doing those two tasks and often find myself gripping the mascara and/or wheel. So i check in, feel it, and then lessen the tension/grip. It is great to observe how/where I do this and then let it go.

  58. I absolutely agree Fiona, Natalie and Miranda are a constant reminder that living from your sacredness is real and possible. You have described them aptly and accurately – I too love the way Natalie closes her eyes, and I love the way she listens to you with her eyes. I love the way Miranda says hello to you and the way she says my name and other people’s name.

  59. It is deeply inspiring to see the way that Natalie and Miranda Benhayon move, reminding or confirming the spark within us all and how this can be in our everyday way of living.

  60. The quality we hold in the body does not only move us, it also moves with us and gets confirmed as we move. When that quality is sacredness, time in fact stops.

  61. I heard the word sacred long before Universal Medicine but it is through Universal Medicine that I truly, TRULY, started to understand what sacred and sacredness is. It is nothing to attain, achieve, reach, become but instead deeply innate within every single one of us and something we can re-connect to and live from. Nothing big, no drama just really simple and more and more I am appreciating role models in my life like Natalie, Miranda and Simone Benhayon who reflect and show me what it is to live this way.

  62. There is something divinely sacred about both of these women, Natalie and Miranda Benhayon. And it is worth mentioning here that it is neither their names nor their places of birth, their home addresses or their jobs that makes them so, it is simply by the way they move that has generated a life for each that is awesome for us to see and be inspired by.

  63. Sacredness, when seen and deeply felt, is a very powerful game-changer, transforming lives forever.

  64. Thank you Fiona a beautiful sharing. Both Miranda and Natalie Benhayon have inspired me over the years to re-connect to my sacredness and what it means to live as a woman. This may seem obvious, but when you watch these two women move then you know there is something very different about them. The gentle way they move offers us the possibility to say, this is what a woman looks and feels like when she is fully claimed and in her power. We can learn so much more about ourselves, and others from our movements than we can from words.

  65. Thank you Fiona, you have set a new standard for us all in observing and appreciating the women around you! As I read I also felt my appreciation for Miranda and Natalie deepen, as I too could relate to the details you had shared about the way they are and move with what they have connected to inside themselves.

  66. Miranda & Natalie Benhayon invite me to make my movements very important, to value and appreciate myself for the sacred woman I am too. The way they move and honour themselves by bringing their exquisite delicateness in the middle of a world that is constantly pushing us to do the opposite is very inspiring. Having them as a role models in my life doesn’t make me feel less but equal from within. Thanks for sharing Fiona

  67. If our every movement can carry the grace and diviness of who we truly are, so can every moment and the space between moments.

    1. Beautifully said jennym… it is the quality of grace and thus divinity that is so deeply inspiring.

  68. We are all blessed by any woman moving in sacredness; them just passing by is a revelation even when not consciously recognised. It lifts us up to also embrace the sacredness within.

  69. Great article, and the thing is, that neither Miranda or Natalie Benhayon, with all of their sacred beauty, ever treat any one as less than themselves. There is no arrogance, there is no hardness or protection of their status. They simply are who they are and who they are is simply awesome.

    1. I agree Shami. What they emanate is very powerful but very holding and loving at the same time. There is an exquisite humbleness and transparency in their presence that always makes me see how precious we are.

  70. ‘There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace.’ An inspiring article to appreciate the awesome power of connection in our every movement.

  71. This very much exposes how important our role modelling is… the detail we are all capable of seeing, feeling and knowing is extraordinary – our every movement truly counts, as we never know who is observing, learning and being inspired by us.

  72. This is divine to read and absolutely inspiring beyond words … the quality that is there to be felt in this sharing is profound.

    1. Paula it’s deeply honouring of other women and what Fiona refers to is that we all have this same inner beauty and sacredness within. This is a love letter to other women and it is re-imprinting how women can relate to each other.

  73. Reading this beautiful piece of writing connects me instantly to my body and my own sacredness. I feel how delicate and precious I am and feel the strength in these innate qualities, something to value more in my day to day life.

    1. I felt the same Annelies, as I read I could feel a much deeper knowing of sacredness than I currently live. It’s very confirming of the equality and power we each hold as sacred women.

  74. I had to swipe a card in machine a few times yesterday and was aware of the tension that I allowed in my body with this simple movement . Reading your blog this morning is perfect, for it shows me how it is possible to do this movement with grace and purpose and no trying in case it doesn’t work!

  75. Captured it very well Fiona – this needs to be shared with the world! These women a true role models. The modality Sacred Movement has given me freedom in my mind. You realise just how much your mind fights the body or is in control when you do sacred movement. It is a heavenly movement as is the modality that comes from heaven.

  76. It is very beautiful how our outward expressions of sacredness can differ perhaps in surface appearance but underneath that come from the same source.

    1. Yes, we each have our unique expression but the quality is equally within us all.

  77. It’s a delight observing these women, how the message may be the same but what’s expressed is equally as exquisite and amazing. This is true for us all when we express from our Soul. How did comparison ever make sense?!

  78. Gorgeously expressed Fiona, I am able to feel the sacredness described by your writing..
This is so true: “It is like time itself stops. And if you feel the depth of sacredness within you, why would you rush or dishonour that feeling?”
That last question is so so true, why would we? I love that. Equals the silliness of stepping away from what we know is true and it highlights the importance to return to our sacredness and reignite with our Joy.

  79. Fiona, reading this makes me melt and makes me realise how important the way we move is and how inspiring this can be for others; ‘the effect of the beauty and divinity in her movements is quite profound.’

  80. ‘There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace.’ – This is exactly what I need to read right now, that there is no off switch and if we stop feeling and appreciating all that we are and are choosing as the sacred woman that we are, we cap ourselves from truly surrendering to the endless depth on offer as the most powerful sacred women that we are, yet deeply humble and exquisitely delicate.

  81. ‘It is ok for me to move in a way that honours me’ has been sensed in my body recently. I have been living in protection from expressing the sacredness within, that if I moved my body in a certain way I would be called names or that moving my body would bring some form of attention towards me like ‘who do I think I am?’ Yet the blocks I place in the way from expressing the sacredness within abuses my body and that of another’s keeping us locked in behaviours and patterns that do not support or serve anyone.

  82. ‘Although the way that Miranda Benhayon and Natalie Benhayon express sacredness is different, their movements carry the same message.’ I agree Fiona. A point I would like to add is, if we only look at the physicality of how we do things and leave it at that, then it is easy to go into comparison but when we read the energy behind our movements then we receive a deeper understanding of the quality of our movements.

  83. What a beautiful example of how we can be inspired by another’s quality of movement and presence.

  84. “From the steady groundedness of each step, to the delicateness of the touch of her fingers, you can feel she is completely with her body and honouring the sacredness that is within her. There is nothing that can lure, distract or tantalise her away from the preciousness and magnificence of what she feels.” – Natalie presents this and consistently so, allowing all women who get to meet her or see her or be around her to feel this same potential in themselves.

  85. There is so much in the way that we move as women – we can be rushed and hardened and so not in flow with our natural grace and beauty, and so often I can catch myself in this… And yet with the amazing reflections and reminders from women such as Natalie and Miranda, I can then find myself experimenting with moving in a different way…allowing more of this innate beauty to come out and express itself, the natural grace, and beauty and delicateness but expressed in such a powerful way. Where would we be as women without true role models such as these two amazing women?!

  86. Beautifully expressed Fiona, to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace is both confirming and inspiring

  87. Education by way of the reflection of Natalie Benhayon and Miranda Benhayon – the most awesome inspirational learning!

  88. I too have noticed how Miranda holds the microphone when on stage it is like it is being tenderly caressed by her fingers. I too have seen the gorgeous movement of Natalie’s eye lids. We are so blessed as women to have these two amazingly beautiful women reflect to us the true meaning of sacredness in their every movement. “There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace. “

    1. Love your comments here Jill about the delicateness of the touch and the quality in the movement of the eyelids….So mesmerising and so powerful and yet so simple in its action and delivery.

  89. I think we pick up a lot from each other’s reflections – seeing/ hearing/ sensing the way in which someone is doing something, or the way they are expressing themselves. Not out of judgement but picking up on and observing the energy behind the movement.

  90. I am touched by your description of Miranda Benhayon swiping the credit card. And what is so beautiful, is how you have made it so clear and so simple that this is available for every woman, to move in this way, showing that there is no exclusivity to sacredness, to womanhood, to movement.

  91. I cannot speak sacredness, it has to be a lived movement in connection to my soul and hence the soul of the universe. If sacredness is not lived in my body, then how can it be something to be inspired by? The way in which I choose to be and live with myself lovingly, is and means Everything and it is this way, The Way of the Livingness that truly inspires.

    1. “I cannot speak sacredness, it has to be a lived movement in connection to my soul and hence the soul of the universe.” Beautifully expressed Caroline,

  92. “There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven.” I agree Fiona, both Natalie and Miranda, both glowing points of inspiration and much offered to us through this single sentence.

  93. Thank you Fiona for your reflections of sacredness lived in the everyday, by Miranda and Natalie Benhayon. We often get caught up in words, making them more complicated or unobtainable than they are. You confirm the simplicity and grace of sacredness in every movement made.

    1. Yes agree Kehinde, our simple and small movements are so important to clock and appreciate whenever we feel we are in sacredness. We then begin to build a foundation that grows and grows.

  94. Seeing and having interaction with Natalie and Miranda Benhayon brings one to the awareness of the fact that there is something so dear and precious – Sacred – within. One, that this quality is there as a reservoir for you to develop a relationship with and two, that this is quality, this expression of Sacredness is not something to turn on and off, and three, it is there also to be in full expression for others to remember this is equally within them too. Sacredness completely dismantles comparison, competition, ‘better than’ or ‘less than’ human behaviour learned traits

  95. Watching Simone Benhayon come into the a room is magical even before she steps in the joy that is in her body, is like a bow wave before her and my heart is filled with the same joy. Just imagine what the world would be and feel like if we all tapped into and lived as she does, that same joy, it would be transformational.

  96. When I consider inspiration and how it works, it always takes me back to high school, science. The low vibration pulls towards the high vibration, as everything in life is working to restore equilibrium and harmony.

    1. Amazing Fiona, I love what you’ve shared here. It makes sense to apply science to everyday life and not just use it in medicine, education and research. It doesn’t make sense to restrict science in this way, because it is very much part of our everyday life. The magic of science reminds us of how grand and powerful we are and that there is something much much grander about us that we are not tapping into.

  97. We simply cannot comprehend to what extend we can inspire others through the way we live. Natalie and Miranda Benhayon are gorgeous and incredible examples of women who do live their ‘all’ in every moment and have established a beautiful quality that can be felt in every interaction and in how they walk and live too.

    1. Absolutely Susie, the power of reflection is incredible. Most of us underestimate how powerful this is. In everything that we do, there is a quality to it that can either inspire or drain people. The beautiful examples Fiona gave us of Miranda and Natalie is amazing. It highlights how we can contribute our divine qualities to the word and make impactful changes through the way we move.

  98. Each and every women is unique in way of expression but all hold the same and equal innate sacredness within. It is just do we choose (and more importantly do we truly know how to!) reconnect to this and live from here. There is nothing to reach to, nothing to attain because we are it, it lives within us and Miranda and Natalie Benhayon are beautiful role models and reflections to all women to show just how easy and lovely this is when we choose to.

  99. This blog goes to show the power of our movements, we are all observers in life so when someone is moving a little differently we notice, and the ripple is felt and offered as an opportunity to stop and consider.

    1. Beautifully expressed Simon and I see that a majority of people in this world are not aware of the power of our movements and how this can change the world. If we want to truly restore harmony, it is very simple, we just have to change the quality of our movements to allow the harmony to be express through our body.

  100. Thank-you Fiona for expressing so beautifully how it feels when you are in the presence of these two most glorious, inspiring women, Natalie and Miranda and the gift they share with all by their every movement in absolute sacredness and grace, that allows us the reflection that this is the way open for all women to re-connect to the beautiful sacredness within themselves if/when we choose.

  101. Everything is revealed in the way we move, nothing is hidden. Understanding a true practitioner of life comes from observing their movements not their actions…

  102. A sharing that is showing us that true role modeling works only if it is true and opening us up to more love and truth. Helping us, by showing through its movement – a way of living that is supporting a deepening of our relationship with truth and love in our every day life.

  103. “From the steady groundedness of each step, to the delicateness of the touch of her fingers, you can feel she is completely with her body and honouring the sacredness that is within her” This is beautiful to read, there is a power and authority when you see Natalie, Miranda or Simone Benhayon move. It is not something you can pin point and say that is it, it is their whole body presence that says this is something I would like to be, not out of need but out of a deep knowing that what we see within them is within us also.

  104. These women are so surrendered to who they innately are, their movements are a reflection of their connection to sacredness and show us what is possible if we too choose to surrender

    1. Exactly Susan, naturally who they are, this is what we all aspire to, just being okay with who we are, not trying to be like any-one else.

  105. Miranda and Natalie remind us daily of a Woman’s sacredness and what that truly looks like in movement through an ordinary day – that in itself quashes any picture or imaginings around what sacredness is – this is why it is so delicious for us to drink in what we see and feel and know.

  106. In watching Natalie and Miranda Benhayon, I notice that each of their movements is not designed to make anyone else feels smaller or less valuable. They seem to know their worth and simply express it so.

  107. Thank you so much I have to swipe a credit card at work and realise now that I am often doing it as if I don’t trust it is going to go through – with a kind of tension and pressure. Great to have this awareness alongside your example of how graceful this action can be, thus confirming the harmony that is possible. In fact every time I use cards at anytime I can treat them and what they represent with more respect and honour.

  108. You have offered me some new markers for sacredness in my body now, I can feel there is another level I can go to, yet another peeling back of the layers in re-connecting to myself on such a simple mundane level yet one that builds a knowingness in me that feels so solid. Thank you for taking the time to write this blog.

  109. That we can bring such depth of presence and quality to such mundane and ordinary activities is remarkable.

  110. So love reading your descriptions of how sacredness moves in both Natalie and Miranda. Such a tangible feeling of what it means to live sacredness in our bodies. Inspiration.

  111. It may not be the grace and beauty reflected by sacredness but much more the power, authority and absoluteness that send a shock through the ‘system’, shaking the state of settlement of being less, accepting less and treating oneself and others as less than THAT.

  112. To observe the fluidity and grace in which they both move is very inspiring, I have started to be more aware of my own body, and where I still hold a tightness in my movement. Miranda and Natalie Benhayon offer us so much just by reflection.

  113. I remember being brought to such a sense of stillness watching Miranda Benhayon and how she moved on stage, she stayed in her own rhythm no matter what those around her did … it was pure grace and touched me deeply. With Natalie I too have noticed the eyelids and in fact loved when she presented in a Sacred Movement class to surrender your eyelids, it really allowed me to feel this movement on a whole other level. I can now say I do know what sacredness is, I’ve seen it and I’ve felt it in me in moments too.

  114. I have also noticed those surrendered Beautiful eyelids open and close, an amazing movement to observe in another woman. To be inspired by other women lights us up.

    1. You cannot miss this movement when around Natalie, the movement is so delicate and gentle. it wakes that light up within ourselves.

  115. I love your practical example of Miranda swiping a credit card – it shows how being in harmony with the ways of the universe and how that is felt and known to us when we see it in another.

    1. Its the movements in every sphere of life, up on stage, at the reception desk, brushing out teeth, preparing at the Board table. Big or small our movements are super important as they define our quality and the space around us.

    2. I agree Vanessa, it shows how we can bring sacredness to everyday life.. as it is our natural way of being.

  116. “..Although my woman’s body seemed to remember this word, my logical mind was telling me that I didn’t have a clue what it meant! …” This is a clear example of how at times we simply ‘just know’… This knowing comes from the body that knows, where the head / mind seeks to own the knowledge.

  117. ‘My whole-body seems to drink in what I see and I feel and in an instant, I know the sacredness within a woman.’ It’s so gorgeous to feel a woman in her sacredness and be inspired because I get to feel it within me too and how no amount of my usual rushing or getting things done is ever worth compromising on this divinely held quality.

  118. This is a beautiful expression of the truth of two wonderful women. I have observed many of the same sacred movements that you have shared with us and they are beautiful to behold. Thank you for putting this beauty into words Fiona!

  119. “Natalie takes her time. In fact, this is what I love the most and it is delicious to feel.” Both Miranda and Natalie take their time. I notice in the UK that Simone Benhayon does this too. The phenomenal amount of things these women accomplish each day, yet there is no rush and when they are with you time stops. A beautiful appreciation Fiona- thankyou.

    1. I have felt the same thing to Sue, when in the company of Natalie, Miranda and Simone that time stops, or at least it stretches. Being with someone who is not in a rush, who lives with that expanded space can be acutely felt and is deeply inspirational.

    2. This is something I am ready to learn and I can feel that part of the learning is to let go of any attachment to an outcome, or to time itself. This comes from knowing you are serving a higher plan that the restriction of time that we live by permits. I am completely in awe of that potential knowing it is completely there for each and every one of us whenever we choose to build our movements in a way that can feel it as a truth.

  120. Movement in presence and purpose are indeed riveting and inspiring to watch, revealing how we can feel everything in life.

  121. Fiona, how Natalie and Miranda Benhayon move is deeply inspiring, rarely do we get to see such beauty and true movements. It is a blessing being able to observe and feel the quality with which these women live; ‘There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace’.

  122. Two woman who claim their bodies and their space for divine purpose, in a real relatable lived way, nothing contrived, there is inspiration in how they live and move for sure.

  123. The power and grace of Natalie and Miranda Benhayon is awesomely inspiring, as it is a reflection of everything we all have within us, all of the time.

    1. Jenny they are sure reflecting everything we all have within us, all of the time. Time for us to step and and live this grace and power.

  124. I love the way we can all have our own expression that is unique but it comes from the same quality of sacredness within us all. We can observe the different way Natalie and Miranda move but the emanation of their beauty is one and the same.

  125. Since reading this blog and particularly this line, “there is not an ounce of gripping, hardness or tension in her hand or arm.”, I have been catching myself when I can feel that I am gripping something. It is a beaut awareness to have as I lessen my grip, and the hardness and tension falls away. Thank you.

  126. A beautiful sharing that i could read everyday with the love and appreciation for Miranda and Natalie Behaynon and true sacredness .Its so inspiring in every way with the simplicity and Joy of our movements making it all so real and understood.

  127. The fact that you felt the difference in the swiping of the card for instance shows how we feel every-thing. We act like movements like that don’t matter, but they do! Because we feel everything, we feel every move everybody makes, and only when we feel the grace and beauty expressed in these movements, we can start to feel how much we have been missing out on by dismissing the little things.

  128. Our sacredness is not always the first thing we think about when we are going about our every day lives. But when we are awakened to this fact and have role models around us who live this, it becomes much more real and we can begin to live it too. Without the role models we could deem it impossible, but when we can witness women living in this way there is absolutely no doubt it can be lived, therefore no excuses to not embrace it for ourselves.

  129. The very visible delicateness, transparency and openness that the pictures of these two women reflect, makes me totally melt and let my guard down.

  130. That ‘sacredness can be expressed in every movement’…. this is wonderful to claim – because it is how it ought to be.
Every woman has a connection to sacredness, because it is in her inner-most essence, a quality that is in her body. But very few women live this sacredness, this integrity that is second to none – and what we have in our societies as a result is the abandonment of integrity at so many levels. What Miranda and Natalie Benhayon are reflecting and inspiring us to move towards is immense – immense for the entirety of humanity.

  131. Everyone of us as women (and men) hold a quality that is unique as a representation of God – we are all pieces of the puzzle. So when any one of us puts ourselves as lesser, this affects the quality of the whole puzzle – but then again the opposite is true too so that when we all value ourselves and live up to the sacredness within, then this too pulls everyone up and along and supports in so many ways!

  132. Sacredness is something that we deeply know as women, and yet, it seems to be something that I struggle to accept and allow as part of my life. But thankfully, I have allowed myself to watch and observe women like Natalie Benhayon and Miranda Benhayon and they are like a constant reminder of what I have within and yet to unfold completely!

  133. What I have loved observing from Natalie and Miranda Benhayon is that they are both very unique in their expressions yet hold that Sacred quality. This has totally smashed any comparison or jealousy that I did have because I now truly get, understand and feel that we all have this One-Unified Sacredness within us, its up to us to connect and express this in our own way.

  134. Such reflections offer such an inspiration to connect more deeply with my own sacredness within as a woman.

  135. Such a huge support to be reminded of the everything in even the tiniest of details. As we sit at the start of a New Year, it is often our way to look at the big things that lay ahead of us. This morning I am enjoying the focus that this is bringing to the micro and the teaching that the micro=macro=everything.

  136. An amazing piece of writing that stops me in my tracks in the same way that these women stopped you. And, since you speak about Miranda on stage with a microphone, it makes me ponder something very similar in what I observe in her musical partner, Michael Benhayon. I love the music that he plays, but what I adore watching even more is the way he moves – either when playing guitar or when playing the piano. It is perhaps the guitar playing that is the most astonishing in that we are so used to seeing men wield that instrument in such a forceful, aggressive and overtly-sexual manner, that to see someone play it with such divine and sweet grace is truly extraordinary and a gigantic inspiration for me; the truth of what a true man is. It is in these details that I know my own sacredness. Thank you Michael. Thank you Natalie and Miranda and thank you Fiona for this supreme blog that has shown the light on these exquisite and immensely powerful details.

  137. If you do not naturally close and open your eyes as Natalie does, taking her time and closing them feeling the eyelids curve around the eyes, then it takes concentration and presence to do this consistently. A great way to be more connected to, and present with, your body.

  138. Sacredness, and the delicateness that innately comes from this, is absolutely exquisite to feel.

  139. A beautiful sharing on the true movement of Natalie and Miranda Benhayon that reflects to us the true movement of heaven, our soul and something we can all be inspired by and know, feeling the honouring of our divine sacredness and preciousness by simply observing them. Amazingly beautiful to feel .

  140. There is so much about these two women that is deeply inspiring, but the way they both move of course is what influences the way either of them do anything. By observing the smallest of movements in anyone who moves so in tune with their bodies, we can be deeply inspired to be more aware of the way we move ourselves, and any change of this kind can be nothing short of life changing.

  141. How amazing is it that we have true role models, true inspiration of how to live life in this world. It makes me deeply appreciate that out of all the ‘role models’ in the world that people look up to I know two that are true, genuine and hold you as equal to them.

  142. I was chatting with a friend today about the immense sense of space we feel in Natalie’s blink… like so much about Natalie, there is the inspiring, exquisite coming together of great playful-ness and profundity.

  143. Having read this I now play a game with myself in the mornings to see how delicately I can hold my hairdryer when I am drying my hair, to see if I can hold it with the same grace that Miranda holds the microphone. Focusing on the quality of my fingertips and the way I hold things certainly deepens a connection to a hitherto hidden away grace. How gorgeous to celebrate our delicacy.

  144. Blinking which is not blinking but a very conscious closing and opening of the eyelids is one of the many seemingly mundane everyday movements that can be used to bring conscious presence to any moment.

    1. So true Gabriele – without a conscious awareness we can be totally run by autopilots in every move we make.

  145. I recently attended a Sacred movement class presented by Natalie Benhayon and the whole room was moving in a way that would melt anyone. It was gorgeous to watch and great to feel that we can all do that, and connect to our sacredness and express it more.

  146. Our history is full of praise and accalades for great writers, great orators, poets and presenters. But I feel it should actually be focused on great movers. The idea that great words or deeds change our world is a lie – what comes first is energy and movement – and Natalie and Miranda certainly make it clear that all movement is sacred to them. Thank you Fiona for the movement that led you to write this fitting tribute to them.

  147. This blog offers a deeper insight to the power that the quality of our movement brings to everything else in our lives – it is this reflection of movement in harmony that is inspiring to others.

  148. Your blog shows us the potential there is for such healing between women, whereas in todays society, we currently have a lot of competition, comparison, judgment and jealousy in the way that keeps women separated from restoring a harmony and a sacredness in humanity.

  149. From reading your blog, it makes me aware of and be in awe at just how much we actually receive and see through our eyes, and yet, of the enormous volume of awareness and understanding that is available, we probably use only a very small proportion of the full range. Beyond the colour spectrum, we have the capacity to read a greater range of energy.

  150. This testimony to Miranda and Natalie touches me deeply every time I come back to it and see the photographs alongside what you have written… it is a testimony to the qualities of all women and the sacredness and grace that waits patiently for us to claim and live.

  151. There is self-care, than there is self-love and then I feel sacredness and it feels a completely different level of care and love for myself, because it is allowing that love and preciousness into every single moment, every movement

  152. Thank God for the role models of strength and power, and at the same time delicate tenderness that Natalie and Miranda Benhayon both are.

  153. ‘I now know how natural and powerful sacredness is, and that it can be expressed in every movement.’ Amazing reflections from amazing women.

  154. Although these things like swiping a card, holding a microphone and blinking might seem small and therefore insignificant, too brief to be worth noticing, when they are done with the quality in which Miranda and Natalie live and role model, they become moments, moments that communicate rather than just small and meaningless physical movements.

  155. “My whole-body seems to drink in what I see and I feel and in an instant, I know the sacredness within a woman.” Our bodies are so amazing at responding to what is around them and how it feels. The thing that gets in the way is us not choosing to tune in to what our body is feeling.

  156. The beauty of the quality of movements is that this is the foundation of the quality for all Natalie and Miranda do and the same is true for all of us.

  157. It’s so true about the way Natalie blinks… if I could describe it briefly it is like with every blink I feel understood and met, with not an ounce of judgement whatsoever.

  158. How blessed I feel to have these two women as role models. As you so beautifully point out, Fiona, the utter love and harmony that Miranda emanates from the simple placement of her individual fingers and the holding and angle of her wrist offering complete surrender. The way Natalie opens and closes her eyes, re-minding another of a sacredness deep within is truly a miracle.

  159. Every time I move in a way that is jerky or anxious or rushed or aggressive I know that I am resisting the sacredness that I naturally am. It’s that simple.

    1. Yes, I have experienced this Rebecca – there is no harmony or flow in movement if not in alignment and present with the body and sacredness is then only a word in those moments, rather than a natural part of our essence.

  160. It’s the no holding back or apology that is super inspiring. I’ve been very apologetic in my life for being me which is crazy because being me brings a reflection the world is missing. The sacredness Miranda and Natalie express shows up all the ways we hide who we are under what isn’t love and isn’t pretty. I so appreciate the beauty they live that is possible for us to reconnect to and express. It is true sexyness.

  161. The simple way Natalie has her hand poised on the wall in the background of her photograph speaks volumes to me. Her hand is not the focal point of the photo and yet, the presence of her hand is as much a part of her pose as her shoulder in framing the ‘unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace’ that emanates from this amazing woman.

  162. Just reading this blog feels so healing of the way in which we can anything other than aligned to our true qualities in our bodies.

  163. I watched Natalie Benhayon on stage recently and marvelled at how deeply sacred and delicate her movements were, but at the same time how commanding her presence was. Natalie is an incredible example of what true divine power as a woman is.

    1. Yes Natalie Benhayon is a powerful reflection that our expression can be delicate, graceful, open, sassy, playful, dedicated, hard working, wise, loving and powerful all at the same time 24/7.

  164. What’s gorgeous is your claiming that you absolutely do ‘know this’… What makes appreciation of others possible is appreciating that the same quality, depth and in this case sacredness is something we ourselves know through and through. This is what also allows us to be inspired by those who choose to express these qualities more in their everyday movements and life.

  165. Fiona, reading your article I can feel how blessed we are to have Miranda and Natalie Benhayon as role models, showing us that it is possible to live our sacredness, grace and beauty and what this looks like, I do not see them rush, panic, get overwhelmed, angry or annoyed, their steadiness is amazing.

  166. Every move communicates every move made before it and impacts the moves that will be made afterwards.

    1. The simplicity in what you have shared is beautiful, Miranda and Natalie reflect sacredness and beauty in different ways, just different angles, but its all an the same. Showing us there is no one way but many ways to connect to that sacredness within us.

  167. What do we truly know about sacredness? I knew the word before knowing Universal Medicine but it was just a word. I am starting to understand what sacredness is. It is an innate part within us that can be expressed through true movement and as you share, a quality in which we can bring into our everyday expression. Currently in all the 7 billion people on the planet there is only a handful that are truly living this which shows we have a lot to heal in order to come back to our truth which includes letting this sacredness out (emanating and expressing this) in our everyday living and movements just as Natalie and Miranda do which I agree is very inspiring.

  168. The simplicity of what you share is so profound and absolutely accessible to us all. What I can feel is that, rushing in any form is a way of disconnecting from our innate sacredness, discounting, even rejecting our own connection to heaven on earth. Then we feel sad when we know we are missing something in our lives, yet our sacredness is always with us when we connect to our innate stillness. My re-connection deepens with my willingness to surrender to this truth.

  169. Just having seen Miranda and Natalie on stage performing during a concert, the power- and graceful emanation of their presence left a deep impression and understanding. It was a testimony to what a woman truly is and their reflection is testimony to every woman (and man) that it is possible to live sacredness in a world that is by far not supportive, or even ready, but in urgent need of it.

    1. Beautifully said, Alexander. This glory and sacredness is so deeply inspiring and the best medicine for the world as it is today.

  170. I have been working with the way I move in recent weeks – in particular how I walk. What I have found is it is incredibly powerful and changes the way I feel completely.

  171. What I find very powerful in this piece of writing, is how your whole perspective is about confirming the sacredness that is there, knowing that it is not yours to invent or to give as ownership to any one person. It is therefore available, and even alive within us all.

  172. This blog is so very inspiring to read… it shows it is not always the big things in life that have an impact or inspire, but the small intricate details of life – as in the way we blink – can have a very profound effect on many.

    1. And it is usually the quality of those small details that has the most powerful effect.

  173. From the steady groundedness of each step, to the delicateness of the touch of her fingers, you can feel she is completely with her body and honouring the sacredness that is within her. There is nothing that can lure, distract or tantalise her away from the preciousness and magnificence of what she feels. Absolutely Fiona, every time I see Miranda or Natalie, I am reminded of the deep sacredness within me and I feel totally connected to every woman through them.

  174. My understanding of sacredness is that it is a quality of steadfastness to what we know is true – not bending, swaying or shifting away from who we are and being unapologetic in honouring that.

  175. I have just been reading on the BBC news about the way women live in Nepal – allegedly when they have their period they are considered unclean and they are not allowed to touch the water or cows which seems to be the main stay of their lives. They are separated from their homes and live in cramped little shacks for days on end; with no way to cook or nourish themselves. At the end of their period they bathe in water one hours walk away from the village and are then purified with cows urine…
This shows me that many women in the world are very far from being held sacred – indeed it appears to me that the cow is held more sacred to the community in Nepal than women! A question we could ask ourselves is: How have we as women allowed this to happen to us?

  176. I am really touched by your sharing Fiona, indeed these heavenly details offer us a truly life changing reflection – small movements that ground a new way of being because they are so deeply honouring and powerful.

  177. I love your reference to the opening and closing of the eyes. It’s a movement we do thousands of times a day, but usually with little consciousness of it. Natalie Benhayon brings presence and sacredness to everything she does, and blinking is no different. How amazing to be so present and so aware that even this tiny movement is taken care of in the most delicious way.

  178. It is so beautiful to behold these reflections of sacredness, as they can be felt and inspire me to continually deepen within me my own qualities as a woman.

  179. It is one thing to understand the definition of Sacredness with our mind, and an entirely different experience to feel and recognise it both within ourselves and others. One of the many beautiful things about the two examples you have shared here, is how the same quality of Sacredness is expressed and felt differently in each woman (in this case Natalie & Miranda). The grace these women treat themselves with naturally extends through their movements and relationships with all others.

  180. Each day we have an opportunity to connect to ourselves on a much deeper level than the previous day, not settling for what is ok and believing we are worth that dedication. This is exactly what Natalie Benhayon and Mirada Benhayon are consistent with and I agree it is deeply inspiring.

  181. I appreciate you telling us your observations Fiona, I had seen and felt what you describe but this has deepened my understanding. To be able to recognise the sacredness in Miranda and Natalie is the start to us feeling this in ourselves.

  182. Sacredness its in the way we move and this says everything and the reflection of Miranda and Natalie Benhayon is the most precious gift for us all.” Instead of harshness, there is a sound that is in harmony with every cell in my body and the whole of the Universe. It is like music to my ears and it leaves me feeling deeply at ease.” this is the true harmony of the universe and our whole body knows it in our every cell.

  183. One of the more remarkable things I experienced is that sacredness is also in men. It may not be a gender specific expression.

  184. The greatest abuse of the woman, is by the woman herself – in that she chooses to leave her sacred connection with herself and everything she knows is true, in order to accommodate another and the world at large. And it is through observing both Natalie and Miranda Benhayon that I know that accommodating others and abandoning the truth of who we are, is not the way to be.

    1. How true Katerina – accommodating others is not the way to connect to our natural innate sacredness.

  185. This blog highlights the responsibility that comes with reflection, for without the reflection of sacredness from these two amazing women, most would have no idea what sacredness really is to live and breath in everyday life.

  186. Looking at that photo of Natalie Benhayon, you can feel the tenderness of her fingers on the wall. By living the quality of sacredness, it allows so much more grace, power, sexiness, and tenderness to come through.

  187. Thank you Fiona, we are truly blessed to have role models like Natalie and Miranda Benhayon, as well as other women in the Universal Medicine student body living sacredness. What a great line, “There is nothing that can lure, distract or tantalise her away from the preciousness and magnificence of what she feels.” How this exposes our lack of connection to and awareness of who we truly are within, and how we allow the outer world to then dictate to us how to be.

  188. The stillness and grace of a woman is one thing I have been observing in my life and how it looks for me. I have come up against a whole wall of hardness from years of doing and not just being. In the doing I am ahead of myself never in the stillness that is me. I’m now working on making all I do about being in my essence than getting to an end result.

  189. Being aware of your body and the connection to your Sacredness and quality of what this feels like in your body, I agree, certainly gives one the feeling as if , “… time itself stops…” This feeling of having ‘all the time in the world’ but not moving physically slow, feeling spacious, completing and initiating activities is very beholding, honouring and nurturing for the woman. And again I agree, if you feel this…. ” the depth of sacredness within you, why would you rush or dishonour that feeling?…”

  190. Recognising and honouring the sacredness lived by another is the very beginning of living it oneself. It is not an admiration or putting someone on a pedestal but much more testimony to the fact of sacredness being a truth lived, a quality and truth for everyone to be explored and one day embodied just the same.

    1. Yes, if we can recognise it in another then we can recognise it in ourselves, as obvious as that sounds.

  191. I am wondering if my irritations at noises and how things are done are often because I am feeling the quality in which they’re done isn’t sacred and that’s grating because I actually deeply know sacredness but am not living it myself. So these are reminders for me to live from sacredness.

  192. Learning to reconnect and move in our sacredness bring out of us the most amazing simplicity in movement and feeling of deep connection for all those who are willing to go there!

  193. The beauty that Natalie and Miranda are is shown to us by their willingness to live and show that they are divine. Thank you enormously for this reflection Miranda and Natalie.

  194. Why is the sacredness in women that important, well because it gives men the choice to surrender to their divine essence of tenderness too.

  195. That you are able to observe Miranda and Natalie in the smallest detail shows how connected to your sacredness you are yourself.

  196. Yes Fiona, I know what you mean when you say . . . “My whole-body seems to drink in what I see and I feel and in an instant, I know the sacredness within a woman.” . . . in the presence of a of these two role models as I feel a similar thing. I feel it is like their cells are talking to my cells telling me that I am no different from them in my essence.

  197. Looking at these photos of Natalie and Miranda they both ooze out how delicate they are and the strength that comes with delicateness. They are both showing us what it means to be a true woman in all of her glory.

  198. I know for me it was Natalies reflection growing up that took away some of the fear of growing into a woman and made me feel like being beautiful and sexy and dressing nicely was not a bad thing or a sin or to be ashamed – that woman can be amazing and sassy and totally humble and deeply loving.

    1. That’s beautiful Rebecca, that we can enjoy being sexy, sassy, amazing and totally humble and deeply loving. There are so many judgements and expectations put on women, what a joy to discover for ourselves who we and let that out – shame free.

      1. There is so much shame associated with being comfortable and at ease with being beautiful, sexy and not hiding it – it is like we are expected to measure up to all the expectations of beauty and sex appeal, whilst also maintaining a feeling of lacking worth and not shining too brightly. What Natalie showed me is there is another wrong with shining as bright as we can and never apologising for it, because when it is done from who we truly are it never leaves anyone else lesser but inspires them to be more

  199. I love your deep appreciation of these two precious role models – there is a rawness in your expression and a beautiful honesty that is rare when it comes to woman to woman relationships. You have studied the two of them with openness and in depth and without an ounce of comparison.

  200. Sacredness is a movement and moved are we who are blessed by the sacredness lived by women.

  201. I am blessed to see Natalie and Miranda regularly as I live in the same neighbourhood and they are a part of my life through Universal Medicine and all it entails. I often find myself observing them – you could say staring! Aside from bathing in their grace and beauty I observe more and more details about them. Lately I found myself observing Natalie in more detail. I have no shame in my observation of them as they are walking examples of the sacredness of women and yes, I am watching and learning.

  202. Amazing to consider that there is a sacredness inside every woman (and man) that can be connected to and expressed through our movements which in turn inspires others to do the same.

  203. Miranda and Natalie Benhayon reflect to anyone who meets them that it is possible to live the sacred woman that we all are.

    1. That’s absolutely true Elizabeth, they also reflect how normal sacredness is and that it’s our natural way of being, despite what the majority live.

      1. Great point Melinda, it is appreciating and accepting how normal it is to be connected to our sacredness that is absolutely essential to connect, be and move with our innate fullness – despite what the majority live.

  204. “The harmony and perfection of the angles that her fingers and wrist create, instantly creates space within me and I experience a sigh of surrender throughout my body.”
Beautifully expressed Fiona and something I can utterly concur with.
By nature of being on stage, we often see people needing to sell and impose themselves to perform an act for the crowd. What Miranda brings on stage is the exquisitely powerful quality of her as a woman. The natural honouring of her movements continuously inspires her audience.

  205. I love this photo of Miranda Benhayon, how the precision in the placing of her fingertips reflects the exquisiteness of living in a way that is truly divine.

  206. Natalie and Miranda are role models for women hands down. The way they hold themselves is a joy to watch – it has reflected to me that it is possible as a woman to surrender and be vulnerable but to still walk in all my power.

  207. Fiona, this is so simple and feels key; ‘it isn’t in anything they say. It is the way they move.’

  208. Very beautiful and relatable piece. Not everyone may know who Miranda Benhayon or Natalie Benhayon are but through your experiences felt we could all feel what you are sharing and at the same time feel the sacredness within ourselves.

  209. Natalie Benhayon and Miranda Benhayon continue to be amazing role models for me – even though I am old enough to be their mother, there is much to be open to enjoy the deep wisdom and fluidity of grace they bring to their life and every movement.

  210. Sacredness expressed by movement – a beauty not of this world but fully claimed in a physical body.

    1. Beautiful, this is what is reflected through Natalie and Miranda as they move the reflect this sacredness which is not from this world. An awesome reflection for us all.

  211. It is very beautiful to see the way that Natalie and Miranda Benhayon are in their expression – the quality that is communicated in their movements and way of being with everyone reminds me of the sacredness we all come from in essence.

    1. It is through their reflection we can see and feel the quality of their movements of sacredness as they express through their vehicles. It sure is a true reminder of the sacredness we are all from.

  212. ‘With this firm commitment to sacredness, they refuse to be moved by anything life or society tells women they need to be’ – this is unequivocally true, and the greatest healing, the greatest reflection that can be offered to any woman.

  213. The way we have interpreted the word sacredness infers that it is something which needs protection – when in fact protection doesn’t work, unless you are investing sacredness into an object, but the sacredness within – that needs no protection but is designed to be on full show!

    1. Well said Harry – the sacredness within is designed not to be withheld but to be seen and felt by all.

    2. I can sense what you mean Harry, we have the false idea that such things as taking care for oneself or living the sacredness from within is impossible in this harsh world as we think it is fragile and easy to destroy. But I agree with you, that it does not need any protection but instead this quality needs to be appreciated and lived in full.

    3. Love this! When something is sacred it’s usually considered to be fragile and breakable (I’ve a picture of some relic or artefact that cannot withstand being in the usual atmosphere even). I’ve also got an impression of sacredness as something that if forgotten is lost forever. But what if it is a part of us that can never be erased or diminished, only hidden and not expressed?

  214. “With this firm commitment to sacredness, they refuse to be moved by anything life or society tells women they need to be” – This is something we can all develop; an unshakable dedication to the highest quality of living that we know is possible, and valuing this is far greater than meeting up to any ideals or expectations imposed by society.

  215. To even be aware of the tiny movements from these two women shows how connected you are to your own body Fiona. There is much to be appreciated here as without this connection, although they would be felt on a deeper level, there would not be any awareness of them happening.

  216. Imagine if we all felt our connection to our Sacredness and by feeling this way, which is so natural to feel that it trans-genders us into all being connected and living as one in a unifying way. Then as we reconnect to the way our life can be lived, because of feeling that sacred connection, we can share this with all equally.

  217. ‘Instead of the rushed, abrupt or functional way that most of us close our eyes, Natalie takes her time. In fact, this is what I love the most and it is delicious to feel. It is like time itself stops.’ – An amazing description of the beauty in Natalie’s movements and the profound reflection it offers.

  218. There is a way to move and be in our body as women that is deeply honouring, but mot of us as women do not access this part of ourselves to be inspired. Thankfully we do have True Role Models such as Miranda and Natalie to keep reminding us of what to come back to!

  219. Through our choices to self nurture and to ‘be love’, we all have the power to reflect heaven on earth. We each have the responsibility to reflect all that we are and all that we bring.

  220. These two women offer us so much by way of reflection. They show us the sacredness that is the reality within us all if only we would choose to honour this through our movements and expression. They make it normal, and show us that it can be lived, and that really we have no excuses.

  221. “There is nothing that can lure, distract or tantalise her away from the preciousness and magnificence of what she feels.” This sentence reflects the absolute elegance, divinity and poise that is Natalie.

  222. Attending Sacred Movement presented by Natalie Benhayon a few days ago I feel a new level of flow of stillness and harmony in my movements. It is incredible what we have on offer through the grace of Natalie and Miranda Benhayon.

    1. Ah, the sacred movement – I have not been to one in a long time and I know it is something that really brings my body alive in ways like no other.

  223. There are a few amazing opportunities I have had very recently (and many over the past years), in workshops and presentations with Universal Medicine and the Universal Medicine Modalities and the timing of this blog is heaven sent as it captures the essence of the qualities I’ve been discovering in myself and moving with in my everyday. The less I rush my feet, no matter how busy my head may have me think I am, the more simply, gently and lovingly for all the day unfolds. Bonus is much less tiredness at the end of the day and all is completed to the best of my ability.

  224. Having role models who stand strong in their own integrity and sacredness bring an value beyond measure to those around us.

    1. Abby I absolutely agree, both Miranda and Natalie stand strong in their own integrity and sacredness, therefore their reflection is amazing.

  225. Both Natalie and Miranda Benhayon are classic beauties and hold the quality of sacredness in all that they do. There is no effort or trying it is just as they are. Exquisite.

    1. Exactly Jennifer there is no trying, no effort and no show, they just walk their sacredness and don’t hold back. Powerful role models for all women across the globe.

  226. The examples you give are so everyday and show how exquisite our everyday can be! What a wonderful reminder these woman are to us all.

  227. ‘if you feel the depth of sacredness within you, why would you rush or dishonour that feeling?’ – A great point – we are so used to living in rush and disconnect to our innate female qualities that in our day to day living we don’t even question our own dishonouring.

  228. In general, it appears that we underestimate just how much detail and awareness our eyes actually have the ability to see and pick up. Your blog shows us how our ability to see this quality of Sacredness offers the opportunity for one to reconnect to that deeper aspect of themselves.

    1. Very true Johanne – we pick up so much more than we are consciously aware of, hence why true role models make a significant difference.

  229. “There are many women who have inspired me over the years. One of these amazing role models is Miranda Benhayon. What I have observed in Miranda’s movements may seem simple or even mundane, yet the effect of the beauty and divinity in her movements is quite profound.” Miranda, is pure love in motion and repose!

  230. Miranda and Natalie are the most inspirational role models for what it means to be in expression as a woman. Watching the ease of their movement is beautiful. They hold such a deep settlement and contentment about themselves that comes shining through their every pore.

  231. Humanity is suffering the consequences of women not living the sacredness and men the tenderness which the energetic particles of their bodies are designed to express. In fact this way of living has become so far from the norm of our conscious reality that most of us would question such a proposition.

It is a blessing to have examples of people actually living this consistently so that everyone can observe and remember the exquisiteness of our true nature, and be inspired to return that way ourselves.

  232. Brilliantly said – observing both Natalie and Miranda has changed my perception of what I thought was possible, knowing and seeing them both reminds me that anything is possible.

    1. I agree Meg – observing Natalie and Miranda allows my body to remember something far forgotten.

      1. That’s a great way to put it, it’s like when we see the truth it reignites in ourselves that same truth that we may have forgotten some time ago.

    2. I agree Meg, observing Miranda and Natalie, the have truly inspired me that anything is possible, they are a constant reflection and inspiration.

  233. Since reading this article yesterday I have been more aware of my fingertips and the way in which I blink… interesting and inspiring… so I am appreciating the impact of the written word. Thank you, Fiona.

  234. I love this line ” It is like time itself stops. And if you feel the depth of sacredness within you, why would you rush or dishonour that feeling?” that is a time stopper in itself, if I really let myself feel what you have expressed here it reveals so much.

  235. We all have permission to move and walk with grace, and often it is only opening to that permission and realising you don’t have to be tough, be small, or be guarded and the world opens to you in response to that grace.

  236. I agree it has been my experience that our bodies are constantly ‘drinking in’ the reflections we receive from others all around us and these reflections have the potential to really inspire us to arise and claim ourselves – they give us permission to break free of society’s conditions and contracts.

  237. Fiona this is exquisite you have described both Natalie and Miranda Benhayon to a T. Super super lovely hearing you describe your observations. Indeed I watched them this morning during a live broadcast of Uni Med Saturday and gosh, my was we given a treat, these ladies are super beautiful, super sassy and super sexy. Reflection from heaven indeed.

  238. Neither Natalie nor Miranda would be considered as classic ‘beauty models’ in our current society, and yet everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) about them radiates and beams with heaven sent beauty like nothing else. This is the level or quality of being that they are bringing for all to see! This is phenomenal and breaks so many ideals and beliefs of the perfect body or face or woman – They are truly inspirational in the way that they are with themselves and the care they take with themselves, but what is just as deeply touching is the fact that this same level of deep care and regard that they carry for themselves, is also the same that they offer to every single woman (and man) around them. Wowza, talk about role models here!

  239. Observing Miranda and Natalie is certainly like observing Heaven on earth. We are blessed to have such true role models to be inspired by and endlessly so.

    1. I agree Henrietta it is like observing Heaven on earth when we observe Miranda and Natalie, how truly blessed we are for these amazing role models reflecting their true light.

  240. Since reading this blog I have seen both Natalie and Miranda on stage and what powerful women they are – not powerful in terms of dominating but in the way they inspire you to be all of who you are because that is how they live. Natalie has such fun with everybody she is a delight to watch, you cannot but be inspired by these two women.

  241. It’s so beautiful to read this blog. As I read it I feel more connected to my body, and there is a call to go deeper into my own sacredness. Appreciation of others can truly inspire.

  242. Fiona, this is gorgeous; ‘There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace’.

  243. Thank you, Fiona, for putting into words this appreciation for Miranda and Natalie; two women that so many women in the world have been inspired by. The detail of your observations is of particular note and brings my attention to the quality of every single one of my movements and what it is that they are reflecting in my relationship with the sacredness within me.

  244. ‘With this firm commitment to sacredness, they refuse to be moved by anything life or society tells women they need to be.’ – How profound is this, in a world where we are constantly looking for pictures of how we need to be or what to do.

  245. ‘female role models who live this sacredness play such a significant role. Perhaps surprisingly, it isn’t in anything they say. It is the way they move.’ – Well said Fiona – we sorely need role models who live and reflect a woman’s sacredness.

    1. If we really let that sink in, that it is our movements and not our deeds that reveal our connection or not, life then becomes so simple. It is this we most resist seeing, that we cannot ever hide our movements.

    2. I agree Eva. And the thing is that we all have this sacredness inside, so not only are we so ready to be inspired by other women, but we are roles models in the waiting too.

  246. Both these women are completely with their body, you can see and feel this with every move they make, we are so blessed to have role models like Miranda and Natalie.

  247. The quality of divinity is put first before any of the very ordinary things in life are done. This is wonderfully and constantly inspiring.

    1. Well said Rosanna – so true – bringing all of themselves to everything which is done.

  248. The delicateness the sacredness the simple movements that are divine and from heaven here on earth reflect to us all who we are and were we are from. A beautiful appreciation and love for Miranda and Natalie Benhayon and the inspiration they offer us all that is simply exquisite to feel within ourselves also a resonance and knowing we cannot deny.

  249. Thank you Fiona for sharing your deep appreciation for two awesome women in our lives. It is without a shadow of a doubt that Miranda and Natalie Benhayon and many other women are inspiring me to uncover what it means to live the sacredness from within my body in my life. We are so blessed to have and know true role models such as these two gorgeous women in our lives.

  250. “Instead of harshness, there is a sound that is in harmony with every cell in my body and the whole of the Universe.” All this from the swipe of a credit card! How utterly beautiful, but I know exactly what you mean Fiona. Even the way something is picked up from a table, or moved from one place to another has the same impact when done in the same quality, and when its not can be incredibly jarring and imposing on another. Both these women offer so much in the way of their divine reflection to us all, simply by emanating all that they are.

  251. I love this blog and all your observations Fiona. You have brought sacredness to the forefront for the reader to feel and cherish. The women you have highlighted are exceptional examples of sacredness and inspire all, both men and women. I would go even further and suggest that sacredness goes beyond gender as its very depth and breadth is timeless and eternal.

  252. ‘There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace. With this firm commitment to sacredness, they refuse to be moved by anything life or society tells women they need to be.’ … I can feel my whole body just melt when I read these words, Fiona. We all have this choice, to live in a way that honours who we truly are as women and then through the power of reflection be the inspiration for our sisters to feel that there is another way to live that treasures who they are first and in this commitment to being true to themselves comes a power and strength to live this in life in spite of all the messages ‘telling us’ to be something different.

  253. ‘…Natalie takes her time. In fact, this is what I love the most and it is delicious to feel. It is like time itself stops. And if you feel the depth of sacredness within you, why would you rush or dishonour that feeling?’ I love how you describe the way Natalie closes and opens her eyes, something so simple that we do countless times every day, yet, how present are we with ourselves when we do it? I know mostly I am not even aware of the fact that I am blinking at all – very gorgeous reflection for us to allow the space to be aware of our body and all of its movements.

  254. Fiona, this is an absolutely stunning sharing and with such an appreciation of Sacredness, it could have only been written from a place of Sacredness. It is beautiful to share about the Sacredness of a woman by two beautiful women who live Sacred and are role models for many. I am very inspired by this blog.

  255. As a man reading this it also deeply inspires me to take care and look after myself, its very humbling and confirming that life does not need to be a fight but instead can be full of love.

    1. The beautiful ripple effect of a woman living true to her innate qualities is that it inspires both men and women to live more honouring of themselves.

      1. Yes I agree as it is all about true reflection and both Natalie and Miranda are amazing role models and reflect true movements.

    2. Yes.. life doesn’t need to be a fight or a struggle, we don’t need to have problems or issues, when we just let go and allow life to flow. It’s not about giving up and surrendering to the mayhem and chaos of the world, but not getting caught up in trying to fix everything. There is a solidness and stillness that we can connect to, that is reflected to those around us, through how we move through life: struggle or stillness.

  256. I just love how you describe how Miranda swipes a credit card. No movement is ever mundane or needs to be skipped over for a more important movement. There is a deep understanding that every movement matters, every movement can bring the all of the universe, can inspire. I am suitably inspired by reading this to never not take notice and care with all my movements.

  257. I agree Fiona, “…the word sacredness … Although my woman’s body seemed to remember this word, my logical mind was telling me that I didn’t have a clue what it meant!…” As ‘everything is energy… because of energy’ the vibration, feeling and quality of this word resonates throughout the body and something deeply is remembered…

  258. Body to body communication is the key; we can read a stack of books on the sacredness of women but they are not nearly as powerful as simply feeling a woman sitting down on a chair in the absolute sacredness of who she knows herself to be.

  259. It’s incredible isn’t it that sacredness is an inherent quality in all woman and yet it has been lived and continues to be lived by so few.

  260. Natalie was very busy when I last saw her in the treatment clinic, but not one ounce of her was rushing. It was like time stood still and she made more space around her with every movement. This feels like her connection to her sacredness that she reflects everywhere.

  261. Fiona, the detail in which you have observed and felt these two beautiful women role models, Miranda and Natalie, is amazing – it is a study of sacredness. And it is through such study that we can be inspired for we feel the stirrings of the same qualities within us.

  262. Fiona, I love how you have confirmed that sacredness is something that can be felt in oneself or another through the way they move rather than from what they say or how they talk. So much of true wisdom comes from the body rather than the head.

  263. Miranda Benhayon is a deeply inspiring woman, just for being who she is, with no trying or picture perfect put-on. She simply is who she is and in this she is deeply beautiful.

  264. Two very beautiful women who claim their own particular beauty without any comparison or jealousy. Their reflection inspires our body to respond and feel our own particular delicacy and fragility – a beauty deep within to be honoured and cherished.

  265. What I appreciate most about this blog is how it has reminded me to take care of how I move through the day, the way I hold and touch things, with that same delicacy that Miranda does when she sings. Thank you.

  266. Appreciating the power of movement brings a whole ‘new’ dimension to life. I have really taken it for granted in the past but more and more so now, understand how crucial movement is to the quality of life. Miranda and Natalie Benhayon are great reflections of this and it is wonderful to observe the gracefulness in all they do.

  267. Thank you for the inspiration to watch the gorgeous video So Lovely – so amazing to watch Natalie totally inhabit her body with no holding back. Her movements reflect back to all women the possibility of reconnecting to their sacredness and living this every day.

  268. The world needs more role models like Natalie and Miranda Benhayon. For me they are the true leader back to sacredness, the ingredient we need to finally find the way back, where we originally come from. Without sacredness and its reflection we stay stuck, trying to find solutions but never healing the root cause of all the misery and chaos that is going on in this world.

    1. Looking at these two women eradicates the fact that we as women should compare between each other. Every sacredness has its own unique expression although the energy is the same that gets represented. No better or worse is possible- every expression has its purpose and the evil of comparison just tries to undermine this fact.

    2. Yes, love this. We all bring expressions which are incredible, unique and complimentary of each other.

      1. I agree – nothing about Natalie or Miranda out shines the other or any others or puts others down, if anything they raise others up to be equal in their own expression of the same quality

  269. I saw Miranda sing for the first time in the UK over ten years ago and from there she has developed an amazing voice that is hugely powerful and yet her body is so tender, it is a lesson to us all, hard does not equal power.

    1. I agree Carmel, there is none of that pushing and performing energy, or show, when Miranda sings on stage, her movement is founded in a deep stillness within and her voice and expression emanate from there, she just is. The same with Natalie when she is dancing, there is no contortion or exaggerated movements distorting the natural flow of energy through her body which is fluid and unencumbered by any tension. It is a great joy to feel, listen, and be inspired.

    2. Absolutely Carmel. Confusing power with hardening is something we can all relate to as it seems it is a paradigm we have all been caught by. How amazing therefore that there are people like Miranda in the world who are showing that this is not the case, that true power can come from a delicacy and connection.

    3. Absolutely love what you have shared here Carmel – this is so true, that being tender, vulnerable etc is actually true power for us all.

  270. Two absolutely extraordinary Women that have their own way of moving and expressing yet both hold a quality that is profound and mesmerising. I love being around both Natalie and Miranda.

  271. It’s so true that the way we speak and the tone of our voice can leave a lasting impression on someone. When we’re rushed or feeling jumbled up on the inside often this is what comes out when we open our mouth to speak; it’s like a totally different frequency to when we feel settled, confident and connected to the person we’re about to address!

  272. I absolutely love what you have written. The way you have described the delicacy and sacredness of the movements of these two amazing women was felt within myself.

  273. Refusing to be moved by anything outside of us – that is the way to beholding the sacredness of being a woman.

  274. An interesting thing is that I have not clocked Miranda swiping a credit card however having observed how she moves and the quality she brings I can feel and appreciate the way she would swipe a card from this.

  275. I too feel truly blessed to observe the movements of both Miranda Benhayon and Natalie Benhayon and the sacredness they live in. Part of the magic and joy is also in observing the different expression of the one essence.

  276. ‘Where to start when waking up a giant? This is where female role models who live this sacredness play such a significant role.’ …. there is SO much we can learn from and support each other with when we allow ourselves to be open and honest, meeting each other for the amazing, delicate, graceful, tender, loving women that we all are, for this is our true way of being together.

  277. Beautiful observations Fiona, I appreciate the tiny details you describe so much. They make all the difference to movement, because they are from the connection Miranda and Natalie know and live.

  278. The ripple effect of our every movement is felt by everyone, just like ripples in a pool, the whole pool is affected.

  279. Our bodies respond to another’s movements without us having to ‘do’ or try anything, and sometimes its not even a conscious response… it’s like an automatic feedback loop – one body connected to another, which makes total sense when we know everything is energy.

  280. What you share Fiona about the ripple effect of the credit card swipe resonates in my body, I can feel the quality you share this with is absolutely connected to the quality of Miranda and her movements. This is an incredibly powerful sentence – thank you.

  281. We all gain so much from each other when we open our relationships to others and fully appreciate what we each bring. Especially when it comes to Sacredness, as it is like a super expansion of light within the body. Or as you have shared Fiona; “Observing and appreciating these amazing role models over many years, I now know how natural and powerful sacredness is, and that it can be expressed in every movement.”

  282. These two women walk sacredness. It is a joy to see them living and breathing this and simply observing how they are. Their movements reflect everything. It is so powerful because they reflect this to everyone who sees them. We all get a dose of divinity.

  283. With so much circulation of images of women (and men if we are honest) that limit us all to a caricature version of who we are, and which do not honour and promote the depth of the true values and qualities within. It is a breath of fresh air to have real down to earth role models like Miranda & Natalie Benhayon that reflect how it is possible to live without reservation, the grace, the power, the love and the sacredness that is our true expression.

  284. It is well worth appreciating those who inspire us to be more true to who we really are. It’s like it confirms or re-awakens a truth within us that we know but perhaps hadn’t thought could be practically lived, and reminds us that there is always a deeper level of our expression that we can go to…

    1. Beautifully said Fiona – the power of what we are offered in reflection from others is to be truly appreciated.

  285. As women I feel we have lost our way, I have been observing a group of women I’m currently with and they have all seemingly switched off any feminine trait and are just a person living their life. And I can completely understand this because that was me not so long ago. There were no role models out there until Miranda, Natalie and a few others started to change the landscape of what it is to live as a true woman. And to me there seems to be a huge force wielded against women so that they do not ever find their sacredness and live as true women, because if they did it would change the world completely and this is why the force is so strong to prevent this from taking place.

    1. It is astounding on the one hand as it is not the “normal” that we live as a society, and on the other hand it is astounding that it is not our “normal” and that we choose to live any other way when this is available to all of us.

  286. I love looking at the photos of these gorgeous ladies, and feeling the different ways a woman can express exquisiteness so that every woman (and man) can recognise the same divine qualities in themselves. That is the beauty and blessing of reflection.

    1. I totally agree, Janet, the power of refection is an enormous gift, it’s unimposing, rather an offering of what is possible for us all, a reminder of the potential that we all hold within, it’s our choice from there.

  287. Through your observations we are being shown that there is a certain geometry to movement that has an exact effect on others. “The harmony and perfection of the angles that her fingers and wrist create, instantly creates space within me and I experience a sigh of surrender throughout my body. The divinity that I know inside me is there before my eyes – I am observing heaven on earth.”

  288. Thank you for putting words to your observations here.. just reading this blog has had me wondering this evening how I myself move in sacredness and I love the examples you have shared about Natalie’s eyelids closing and Miranda’s hands. This blog has inspired me.

    1. I agree Cherise. The detail shared in this blog of how Miranda and Natalie express their sacredness has brought my awareness to a deeper level, very inspiring.

  289. To have sacredness reflected back to us by another woman is pure gold as we need this reflection to support us on our own journey back to sacredness, as we have moved so far away from it.

  290. ‘Whereas when Miranda does this same movement, there is no rush; there is absolute presence and purpose. Instead of harshness, there is a sound that is in harmony with every cell in my body and the whole of the Universe.’
This is super inspirational and makes me want to commit to absolute presence and purpose so I do not continually disrupt my own and others’ particles.

  291. A gorgeous invocation to all of us as women, to remember the sacredness we have within us and in our own time and way, accept that the reason why we are here, is to reflect heaven to our fellow brethren.

  292. The thing I notice most about Natalie Benhayon is/are her fingertips – her nails are always beautifully done, usually in a dark colour, but I can feel the absolute stillness she is in when she applies the nail varnish, and the way she moves her hands is exquisite.

  293. Feeling our sacredness is a returning to a deeply known truth in our bodies and it is super supportive to have awesome role models like Miranda and Natalie Benhayon to observe this quality in action.

    1. Absolutely as that known truth is deep with us all, and both Miranda and Natalie, so beautifully reflect how they connect to that sacredness in there movements.

  294. “My whole-body seems to drink in what I see and I feel and in an instant, I know the sacredness within a woman.” … which shows to me that we do know sacredness, it is something that is felt with the body and not just seen with the eyes. Whether we then honour it within ourselves when we have received the reflection is always a choice but one that each of us has the responsibility to make so that we too can reflect sacredness to another. This is how the world changes and evolves.

  295. ‘The divinity that I know inside me is there before my eyes – I am observing heaven on earth.’ – I feel so much joy reading your deeply loving appreciation of two amazingly inspiring women, Miranda & Natalie Benhayon. You are re-imprinting how we, as women, can be together, observing and feeling each others quality of movement, learning, supporting and appreciating each other without any jealousy, comparison, only love. Truly divine.

  296. ‘There was such a contrast between the distant yet clear knowing in my body and the way I was living and moving, which was largely devoid of this sacredness.’ …. this was very much the case for me too. Whilst there was a knowing that I too have sacredness within, I could not relate to it, as I wasn’t able to feel it at all. As I have lovingly allowed my petals to gently unfurl over the years, I am now able to feel for myself how truly gorgeous it is to feel my sacredness as a woman, and to share this preciousness with everyone else, so they may also be reminded of the treasure trove they hold inside themselves.

  297. The qualities that Miranda and Natalie express have enabled me to transform my whole appreciation of my self and in doing so, address some very deep seated health issues too. Re-claiming our inherent grace means embracing every ounce of our womanly qualities and allowing our fragility to take centre stage in all we do. And when we forget, then Natalie and Miranda just keep on reminding us how to express all this gorgeous power and beauty.

    1. Yes, Rowena, it is more in our movements rather than in our words that we support and inspire another.

  298. Thank you for sharing Fiona, your sharing about Miranda and Natalie bring a deeper level of feeling and understanding sacredness in life.

  299. ‘My whole-body seems to drink in what I see and I feel and in an instant, I know the sacredness within a woman.’ I can so relate to this – the power of reflection.

  300. It is through this sacredness displayed in the moments of women such as Miranda and Natalie that men will be inspired to lay down, or give up the protective toughness most of us have, and be able to connect to the tenderness we all naturally are.

  301. As women we are living so far away from our natural innate quality. We push, work in drive, compete and harden our bodies to achieve. What a blessing it is to know, see and feel a different way.

  302. In having had a number of moments when I am connected to my own sacredness I can feel as graceful as Miranda and Natalie look! What I have learned is that this confirmation and appreciation comes from the body and the body only (not from the head) and that it takes a constant commitment to keep connecting to the body, something that Natalie and Miranda reflect so very easily and naturally.

  303. We are influenced by role models more than we care to imagine. Having role models like Miranda and Natalie have completly changed my life and supported me to remember and look forward to enjoying myself each day. Natalie and Miranda break the rules in terms of living to what society demands of us by simply honouring what they feel within and sharing these qualities in what they do.

  304. Keen observation of even the tiniest detail can either inspire or repel. And it proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that reflection speaks louder than a thousand words. Truth and love are innate and we can’t but respond to it.

  305. Natalie has been the greatest inspiration to me as a young woman growing up and I could not have asked for better – integrity, sacredness and standards personified, she has taught me to love and respect myself deeply and not accept less

  306. I too have always been deeply affected and inspired by the movements of Miranda Benhayon just as you have described – it is incredibly nourishing for my body to feel the quality of her movements and to connect to that same quality within myself.

  307. Its it lovely hearing and feeling people truly appreciate another and with Miranda and Natalie Benhayon there is so much to appreciate, especially in the quality they hold as women. Very Inspirational as well as Simone Benhayon.

  308. We all know that the way someone speaks can be beautiful and suppportive or abrasive and harsh like a punch to the head. So does it really take too much imagination for us to comprehend that it’s not just words that have this power but our actions and movements too? And if our movements can be abrupt, rude and unkind what does the opposite look like? Sacred and divine – and this is what Miranda and Natalie bring to us all through the way they choose to be.

  309. “Although the way that Miranda Benhayon and Natalie Benhayon express sacredness is different, their movements carry the same message.” It is the observation of each woman’s unique expression of movement that not only inspires me to share my own way of moving but it is also how from each unique movement we are still expressing the same quality and that is the power of sacredness. Simply awesome.

  310. The majority of the world’s population are broadcasting who we are not and a handful of people are broadcasting who we are. Eventually we shall all be broadcasting who we are, in one glorious united throng and then the Heavens will sing.

  311. Knowing these two women, is knowing a part of yourself that you have never quite let of the leash. Admiring and being inspired by the way they move and speak, allows you to be open to all you are capable of on earth. I know that I am a version of this for others and this is how we return to our true potential as women. We keep reflecting more love back to each other for inspiration.

  312. ‘ Instead of harshness, there is a sound that is in harmony with every cell in my body and the whole of the Universe’ – proof that’s not what you do but the quality in which you move. Beautifully inspiring – takes away the reliance on survival and doing at the cost to our true expression.

  313. To not be moved by society is such a foundational awareness – to hold our own connection with ourselves with simplicity and allowing.

  314. A very beautiful detailed observation Fiona. Both are true role models, for they openly show their beauty and sacredness and how they live this in every movement, no matter how ordinary. Neither Natalie or Miranda hold any of this back. It can be a challenge to feel, when you are not living this to the level that you know you can, but the choice here is not to feel challenged but to be inspired and see everything about the beauty in which they move. For in their movements they are not saying that they are better, they are reminding us that these same qualities are within us too, equally so.

  315. Fiona your words paint a picture of what lived sacredness looks like, how it is in the quality of everyday movements and actions, not something exclusive or impossible to achieve. Natalie Benhayon and Miranda Benhayon live and move with such delicateness and grace, it is beautiful to feel.

  316. In the company of Miranda and Natalie, their essence simply holds you in lightness and joy, and I am given permission to simply be myself. There simply isn’t a more beautiful gift I could think of being given and I am deeply appreciative of both of these amazing women.

  317. Miranda and Natalie make sacredness normal…simple. There is nothing mysterious or mystical about it. Simply a deeper connection within that shows in the movement without.

  318. Absolute appreciation of all that Natalie and Miranda bring how that offers a greater level of livingness for all.

  319. A beautiful appreciation Fiona, of two women who reflect the truth for all of us of how we can be and show us our inherent nature. Not only is there delicacy, flow, tenderness, grace, inner stillness and ease, but also power and strength. This sacredness revealed through their movements is no weak thing, it’s quality has the power of being totally present, and can be playful. In a photo shoot the other day when Miranda placed her hand over mine to demonstrate a movement, the power of the connection flowed through me like a river, and when Natalie laid her hand on my heart in a healing session that same river was there flooding into and through me. With both for the next few days I found myself moving in a totally new way, flowing and at ease. In both I felt this river coming from the Divine Source they were connecting to. Every one of their movements is connected to that source, and that is what they express.

  320. This blog illustrates how the quality of sacredness is felt, lived and reflected in a slightly different way in everyone. The essence is the same but you picked up different reflections from Miranda and Natalie. I appreciate that deepening our own relationship with sacredness will offer our own reflection, which is where comparison and jealousy is so wasted.

    1. Very true Lucy. The more women claim the sacredness within, their own true expression, the less is in the ‘pool’ as it were for the evil of jealousy and comparison to draw on. Ultimately until every woman claims herself, jealousy and comparison will continue to be, but it will not have the hold it has on us today when there are more of us living our sacred true way.

    2. I agree Lucy. I was watching Natalie and Miranda on stage last weekend and was struck by how different their expressions were, yet they both have the same foundation of sacredness. Divinity, like a rainbow is not meant to have one colour, but a whole spectrum of light.

  321. Thank heaven for the reflection in our lives of women who show us there is another way to live. Without that we are caught up in the pace of life that, I am now in no doubt, contributes to our ill mental and physical health. Only we can change that trajectory and having reflections of women who have deepened their relationship with themselves is, as you share, inspiring.

  322. One of the things I love about both Miranda Benhayon and Natalie Benhayon is that with this depth of power, steadiness, wisdom and timeless grace described here, is that by looking in their eyes, you can see that they hold you in absolute equalness to all that they are expressing.

  323. Natalie Benhayon is one powerhouse. Humble like her father Serge Benhayon, she presents along side him in equal splendour. Her body radiates a beholding love you can actually see as well as feel in her presence. When you meet her you feel her absolute commitment to life in true sacredness – a true role model.

  324. I have questioned Miranda about the love I feel for her ‘thinking’ that this was not right because she was in a relationship however, there was nothing sexual about it – it was pure love. She has so elegantly expressed back to me that love is an equal expression she has for all – I feel absolutely cherished like no other. The reflection she offers me, and I realise more and more what both Serge and Miranda Benhayon offer me, is the depth of love I am confirming my own unique expression of just how love looks and feels.

  325. A beautiful example here of one’s uniqueness, with the key to unlocking this being through the way we move that allows such reflection.

  326. What a grace to know both these women and to be inspired by their simple grace and beauty. They return to us a lost quality that resides in us all, constant reminders of who we truly are and an open invitation to re-claim our own delicacy as we go about our everyday lives.

  327. We are shown such delicacy and grace from Miranda and Natalie. Thank you, Fiona, for reminding us all that it is a great reflection to feel when we get lost in a busy day, that we can return to that same feeling ourselves.

  328. Same for me Jane, both Miranda and Natalie Benhayon are amazing daily inspirations for me too and I am sure also for many, many people world-wide.

  329. There isn’t anything showy or ‘spectacular’ about movement that brings through the grace of God, in fact ‘simple’ or even ‘mundane’ as you describe the moments in which you observed this, are the key, because it is a daily way of being that in those moments bring through the profound beauty and divinity in movement.

  330. Thank you, Fiona, for sharing your love of the quality of sacredness, which is not generally talked about a lot and yet is something innate within us all.

  331. It’s so beautiful to stop and take a moment to honour these two amazing women. The sacredness that they are faithful to oozes from every pore as they move. speak and go about life. Nothing about them is not sacred. This blog is a beautiful testimonial to that.

  332. Each woman has an opportunity to feel inspired and connect to this deeper aspect of themselves when they see Sacredness expressed in another woman, such as we see in Natalie and Miranda Benhayon. If it’s rejected, it is interesting how comparison, jealousy or judgment is the quick alternative choice of behaviour. Being inspired by the expression of Sacredness as seen in Natalie and Miranda unites women, whilst if the focus and judgment is solely on hair, body shape, clothes, etc.. then the observation of the essence, quality and Sacredness in expression is completely overlooked / missed … then the comparison separates.

  333. The pictures of Miranda and Natalie say it all; absolute divinity and sacredness reflected for any-one who wants to see, feel and be inspired by it if they so choose.
It is also quite confronting for many of us as it exposes how we do not live with this level of surrender and connection in our bodies.

  334. When we see women like Miranda and Natalie walk in their sacredness we are reminded of the sacredness within ourselves.

  335. For you to be able to see and write with such precision and beauty about these qualities you hold so dear in Miranda and Natalie you have to know them in yourself.

  336. What a profoundly beautiful and truthful sharing Fiona! Two absolutely inspiring women!

  337. Wow – your ability to notice and describe the details you have observed is absolutely remarkable. I know exactly what you mean about Natalie and blinking – I’ve noticed this too but I’ve never truly appreciated it or what it conveys which has made me blind to it in a way. Feeling incredibly inspired to observe and appreciate everything before me.

  339. I have also observed that absolute quality in which Natalie Benhayon closes and opens her eyes – there is a presence in the movement of her eye lids which is just gorgeous.

  340. The most important point you make for me is that these movements are grace-full down to the smallest detail, nothing is left out of the true connection these two women offer wherever they are.

  341. I do recognise the sacredness in the movement described of Miranda and Natalie Benhayon Fiona, and it is the connection with the sacredness that holds the divinity we all are. The reflection those two women give back to the world makes us to remember this fact and the possibility to rekindle this sacredness and the connection with the divine if we choose to do so.

  342. Thank you Fiona, this is such a beautiful blog about sacredness and how deeply it touches us when we see it reflected. Imagine then what it would be like to live it consistently in our lives – purity in motion.

  343. “With this firm commitment to sacredness, they refuse to be moved by anything life or society tells women they need to be” – so powerfully stated Fiona, so powerfully true. What’s being rocked is not by an outside world/society, but instead an inner world where sacredness rests, immovably, unshakeably, solidly founded.

  344. Fiona, like you before meeting the women in the Benhayon family I had no idea what sacredness was, in fact it’s taken a few years for me to start to understand it and whilst I can’t yet articulate it in words I can feel it in the way Natalie, Miranda and Simone are and go about what they do.

  345. Fiona, I love how you’ve felt and now describe the graceful and sacred movements of Miranda and Natalie – I can feel the flow and ease and exquisite beauty that they live, and the same truth that abides in all women. As a man, I also feel the great foundation and support that such sacredness offers to me and to all men.

    1. Thank you for mentioning this Stephen, as I do recognise what you say. When women live in their sacredness I can allow myself once again to surrender myself to the same divine place in me and start to live that natural delicacy and tenderness that I know I am.

    2. Yes, Stephen, when we reflect sacredness to others they get to feel confirmed in their own divinity.

  346. So true all of what you have described, when you talk to these women you are fully met and the beauty and grace that emanates from them is deeply inspiring and confirming.

  347. “There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace. Thank you Fiona for an absolutely gorgeous blog, I remember seeing Natalie picking up something one day, it was not a grab but a very delicate and deliberate grace full movement of every single finger until the object felt not just held, but embraced.

  348. People often comment on how certain performers ‘own’ the stage, when Miranda sings, she ‘owns’ the entire room, such is her magnetic pull through her mesmerising quality of movement, it’s magical to behold.

  349. Thank you Fiona – your writing gives the reader a chance to stop and appreciate the movements of another as well as themselves. Thing is, these women are not special they are simply dedicated to themselves and their bodies as a vessel of wisdom and grace. This is not something we need to try and be, it’s something we already are and that is what is so gorgeous about watching another in that quality.

    1. Well pointed out Rachel – not special just reconnecting and dedicated to this purpose. Note to self — No trying, no trying ! We are so conditioned to tryin. Surrender to the innate sacredness.

  350. ‘Although my woman’s body seemed to remember this word, my logical mind was telling me that I didn’t have a clue what it meant!’ – love the power of what you are sharing here, Fiona. There is so much that we innately know, that we have chosen to bury under layers and layers of other ‘stuff’ we’ve been led to believe is important and necessary in this life. The choice to re-connect with our inner heart and discarding what doesn’t belong in our precious body allows us to once again feel the exquisiteness of all that we are.

  351. This blogs rings true the power of energetic responsibility. The examples you share of every day activities – blinking, swiping credit cards – done in a quality of energy that is purposeful, present, and sacred – supports you to be more of you. Could you imagine if all of our every day activities are done with energetic responsibility – people taking responsibility for the quality of energy that they are undertaking their activities?

  352. I appreciate the mention of the credit card swiping – there is an incredible ripple effect for this alone.

  353. Totally gorgeous honouring of two women that move in a way that reflect the sacredness that lies within us all. Beautiful Fiona.

  354. Miranda and Natalie remind us that life is all about the quality we choose to live… and what we ‘do’ in life is secondary.

  355. Thank you Fiona, that is so well captured.. What you write is absolute observation of lived quality by Miranda and Natalie Benhayon. Loving the way you express about how they equally reflect the same message but in an unique way, a way we actually all naturally do if we choose to life by Sacredness.

  356. So beautifully shared Fiona… Miranda and Natalie’s reflection of ‘beauty, stillness and grace’ is strong and very powerful, and their dedication is totally inspirational.

  357. I have also noticed the way Miranda holds the microphone when she sings and it’s such a delicate gesture that just adds a beautiful dimension to the love in the songs she sings – even delivering an incredibly powerful ballad, there is no hardness or tension in her body

  358. I absolutely love this blog and the immense appreciation and celebration of both Natalie Benhayon and Miranda Benhayon. One of the many things I love about what is written here is that you show how it is not about one expression. Miranda and Natalie are very different in their expression, however, they both live and express the divine quality of Sacredness – and that is an inspiration to all of us, to let the truth of who we are be what we live and express.

    1. Absolutely Katerina, we can’t copy any of the things Miranda and Natalie do, the quality of divinity in movement plays out differently for each of us.

  359. What a beautiful blog. When you spoke of the way Miranda holds the microphone and I then looked at the photo, my whole body felt it. There is nothing quite like the reflection of movement to inspire another.

  360. “Instead of harshness, there is a sound that is in harmony with every cell in my body and the whole of the Universe. It is like music to my ears and it leaves me feeling deeply at ease.” So much beauty from one tiny movement, which confirms that every single movement we make has an impact on everyone around us. Our movements will determine what impact we have on another. Miranda and Natalie are both so deeply inspiring with regard to the way that they live, when it comes to us honouring ourselves and each other.

  361. A beautiful appreciation Fiona that inspires the true beauty and power of the sacredness of women through the exquisite refection of Miranda Benhayon and Natalie Benhayon.

  362. Thank you Fiona, I love how you have described the details of how Miranda and Natalie both express Sacredness. They are truly inspiring women. I went very still reading your blog, my body knows as do all of ours, and I feel inspired again reading this.

  363. Quite remarkable that as women we know instantly when another is living and moving with sacredness. I have heard from many men also how they can recognise this in women too and feel supported to reconnect to their own tenderness by it.

Not only does this reflect how innate and natural sacredness is, but it also shows that much of the turmoil in our human world could be resolved by simply choosing this quality.

  364. I love this photograph of Miranda Benhayon. It exemplifies all that is expressed here in this deeply appreciative blog. Miranda is grace personified.

    1. Yes, isn’t she just. And what a wonderful photo capturing her connection with the universe and her expression of this for us all to feel. Such beauty and power too.

  365. Thank you for sharing your feelings about two amazing women who are quietly revolutionizing the way that women are towards themselves and others. They are both powerhouses and are totally inspiring living what it is to be a true woman with no razzmatazz, just simply living their lives with such grace and poise, which they share with everyone they meet.

  366. I love the way sacredness is being described here: it is our divinity made visible through movement. So there can be sacredness in literally every detail.

  367. When Natalie attends the men’s groups to share Sacred Movement, it is such a power-full experience that is had by all and is deepening our divine connection!

  368. It’s a delight observing sacredness in these two amazing women, Miranda and Natalie, who live it so naturally. They live it in every movement so no movement is anything less. So inspiring, a real reflection that it’s quality of what you do that brings healing and love.

  369. There is nothing more beautiful than being in the company of women where there is an absolute honouring of each other, it is like heaven on earth. Sadly, the complete opposite of this is something that is all too familiar within our society. Your blog, Fiona, offers a gorgeous reflection of how we, as women can support each other, by appreciating the essence of who we are. Thank you.

  370. Thank you for your very beautiful blog, Fiona, your expression is divine, you write with such grace, a deeply heartfelt honouring of two extra-ordinary women. The ‘Extra’ comes from their choice to live the absolute truth of who they are, bringing their own unique expression and sacredness to their every movement.

  371. A beautiful reminder Fiona that it is all in the movement and with Miranda and Natalie is a commitment to living and expressing their sacredness in all that they do.

  372. Having women such as these two in my life has shown me that we are so much more than what we have created for ourselves here on Earth in society.

  373. Yes, Fiona, well said. These two beautiful women are indeed dedicated to sacredness, as a choice to move in the knowing of their absolute divinity rather than reacting to life by hardening their bodies. This is a choice we can all make, which is why their reflection is so inspiring.

    1. It is why their reflection is so important, seeing and feeling this flow lived in another shows it is possible.

  374. This was beautiful to read, thank you Fiona. Your observation of the fine details in the way Miranda and Natalie move so beautifully shows us how sacredness is expressed……something I had felt in both but had not named in the way you have. Your writing holds this sacredness.

    1. I agree Judy, the way Fiona expressed here holds the same quality, sacredness, beauty and grace, and it is deeply inspiring.

  375. There can be great precision in all of our movements, not just when we are doing a detailed task but in the way we walk, swipe a credit card, drive and even speak, but it’s the quality that is precise rather than the temporal activity

  376. Natalie Benhayon and Miranda Benhayon continue to inspire me (and thousands of others) on a daily basis. Profound role-models of living the truth of the innate Sacredness that we all are.

  377. Both Miranda and Natalie restore to us a grace inherent in all women. Every move they make empowers us to reclaim our own delicate qualities and both have for me inspired immense change in the way I treat and regard myself as a woman. Very dependable and consistent role models for all who care to observe, confirm and appreciate the natural power of women.

  378. This blog confirms that tango requires two people dancing it. In this case, one that moves (with) sacredness and another one who is able to register the different quality of otherwise mundane movements.

  379. The reflection of Miranda and Natalie so beautifully observed and shared here is an inspiration for men to be ‘a true man’ to be able to bathe in and honour that reflection.

  380. It is because of Natalie and Miranda Benhayon and other inspirational women such as Simone Benhayon in my life that I am beginning to understand what the true meaning of the word sacredness is. For most of my life I held the word outside of myself. I couldn’t connect to it. It was simply a word because of all the beliefs and ideals from institutionalised religion I had taken on taking me further away from the truth that sacredness is within every woman and man and that it is there for the taking when I choose to connect and honour me as a beautiful, delicate and precious woman.

  381. ‘However, it is what I see in her movements that keeps me spellbound.’ true movements are amazing to observe and feel for they offer reflection of movement free from what holds us and offers us an opportunity to learn by reflection of how to move truly holding ourselves.

  382. Fiona, this is beautiful; ‘There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven’.

  383. Thank you Fiona, everything you have expressed is like a stop moment and reconnection to my stillness. Miranda has the most beautiful smile, every part of the purity of her essence radiates out. Natalie’s movements are so exquisite to watch, the care of herself and the Sacredness in each movement is amazing. I have literally been stopped in my tracks watching her move – so much more is communicated than words can express about our divinity and true inner beauty through her movements. A great line here “And if you feel the depth of sacredness within you, why would you rush or dishonour that feeling?” Thank you Fiona!

  384. I’m only just beginning to understand the power of movement and how each one communicates so much about us. Do we move in a way that reflects heaven or earth? This blog confirms how the choice made is felt in the tiniest movement..

  385. “There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven” An inspiration indeed for us all. Thank you Fiona.

  386. Because we do appreciate the sacred movements we can see with Miranda and Natalie so much, to me means that we do know the value of it and its origins too. We all are from the divine and actually know that sacredness to be our natural way, but have lost it when persuaded into the life of creation human life on earth is.

  387. I love how you describe how Miranda swipes a credit card, it reminds me that everything we do can be done tenderly, in gentleness, in sacredness or very harshly. It is but a choice and every choice we make, no matter how small affects the universe one way or another.

  388. Your amazing blog is such a powerful appreciation for Miranda and Natalie and for what sacredness truly is! It is inspiring to have such wonderful role models and to get more and more a sense of what my body knows so well but my mind is so often fighting – sacredness in every movement.

  389. Watching Natalie move, especially dance.. and hearing Miranda sing, I always and never not see the depth of heaven on earth in activity. Pure joy.

  390. A beautiful appreciation Fiona of two women living sacredly and it’s lovely to feel another woman being inspired by that. This is how we can honour another and be supported to see how we too can live the quality we observe in them.

  391. The word that jumps right at me in reading this is ‘presence’. What we are observing in women like Miranda and Natalie is a deep connection with themselves, in a woman’s body. I really get the sense how this quality – sacredness, is natural in all women but not everyone is choosing to be with it or express it in the way we move, in our own unique way.

  392. God and our sacredness is in the details as you’ve described so beautifully here, Fiona. I too have observed both these women and each moves in their own style yet there is no mistaking the sacredness they hold so very dear within themselves. I love the delicateness, the timelessness of their expressions in movement and in song or the spoken word. It’s all a seamless reflection of how we all could be with ourselves and one another. Both Miranda and Natalie Benhayon are a living embodiment of the womanhood of the future, a way of living in the utter joy and beauty of being a woman. It’s been “so lovely” to simply have the opportunity to express this and know that in my own return to this sacredness within me (something that I have felt has always been there but just not honoured by the world around me) that these reflections, held so exquisitely by Natalie and Miranda, are with me shall I ever falter.

  393. I completely agree with everything you have shared here Fiona, including the immense appreciation of these gorgeous women who are truly inspiring role models. Thank you for putting it all in words.

  394. When you start to explore words like Sacredness, you are confronted by pictures of what you have grown up thinking it to mean. I used to live near a school called ‘Sacred Heart’ and yet the energy of the place felt horrible! Sacredness can also bring up the idea of objects that are precious in a tradional religious sense – the ‘Holy Grail’ etc. But what I see from what you say and knowing Natalie and Miranda Benhayon is that we can live life knowing the precious and rare treasure is actually us. And this is what true Sacredness means.

    1. “… we can live life knowing the precious and rare treasure is actually us. And this is what true Sacredness means.” This captures and expresses the essence of Sacredness beautifully.

  395. True inspiration Fiona, “I now know how natural and powerful sacredness is, and that it can be expressed in every movement.” The power of true reflection that Natalie and Miranda live. Sacredness is a quality that lives within each one of us.

  396. Wow Fiona – this is the most inspiring understanding I’ve ever actually felt on sacredness. The way you describe your observations I actually get in my body. I realized that I had still be seeing these beautiful scared women as a role model sure but not the full potential of me to be equal, now I can feel all I need to surrender to, to claim this more deeply with-in.

    1. I agree Sandra, Fiona’s amazing blog has supported me to understand what sacredness is in a more tangible, real and magical way.

      1. Great points Chan – tangible and real and absolutely my choice to move this way, use my finger tips and bring me to my fullness when I ‘blink’.

  397. Our movements reflect and inspire much more than we realise… I love what you’ve shared about both of these amazing women – they are stunning role models in every single sense.

    1. Yes, exactly. Any movements that reflect divinity to another will be inspiring even on a subconscious level, because it is known already in the body of every one of us.

    2. They sure are stunning role models in every sense not only for women but also for men showing us how a women can truly be when they are being, living and expressing all that they are.

  398. An absolute joy to read this Fiona, your observations are exquiste and so real, not some etherial mystical ‘thing’ but everyday life being lived in a way that is in harmony with the universe in its expansion. Magnifique!

  399. This shows the importance of each one of us holding steady and reflecting our truth and sacredness for all to see and feel… because we never know who is watching us and whose role model we are being.

  400. Natalie: “There is nothing that can lure, distract or tantalise her away from the preciousness and magnificence of what she feels.” She is so deeply honouring of herself which is beautiful to feel and very powerful to be inspired by.

  401. I love the detail in which you describe their movements, and yes they are both so very inspiring!

  402. A beautiful and inspiring dedication to two women that hugely inspire so many women – myself included – to be the true woman within. I’ll keep coming back to this article Fiona – reading what you have written is like a session on Sacredness itself.

  403. Beautiful observation and appreciation for divine qualities in movement in both Miranda and Natalie – love this being shared like this, thank you.

  404. I love the way you have specifically described the reflection of sacredness you can feel through these women Fiona. To the tiniest detail, whether it is the swipe of a credit card or the blink of an eye, sacredness is our divinity made visible through movement and form and there is no situation too mundane to express it. Our world is thirsty for more of this because it is a song we all know the tune to and deep down there is a part in us all that is just bursting to sing along.

  405. The details you have described and the appreciation with which you have shared them is so lovely to read. Whilst reading I was reminded to bring more awareness to the way I am when I open and close my eyelids. How often do I open and close my eyes in a day with little or no awareness? It’s something that feels so lovely when I allow my eyelids to close honouring how delicate they are.

  406. I too deeply appreciate the way both Natalie and Miranda continuously inspire women and men world-wide. The way they interact with people and express always with absolute respect, equality, stillness, sacredness and love. I too have noticed the exquisite, movement that Natalie makes when she blinks her eyes and the first time I really noticed this was watching an interview online. Fiona, you have described this movement so beautifully, ‘It is like time itself stops’, I love it.

  407. This is some detailed appreciation of what is possible to see in others if you allow yourself the space. Whether you agree or don’t agree is not the point, the fact that someone has taken the time to not only see and appreciate but also document the whole of this is the touching part. We often walk by each other and at times compliment the bigger things but rarely is there a full appreciation for simply a detailed everyday movement. This is what is ground breaking in this article that someone has ‘seen’ someone to this detail. Where would we be as a race if this was the everyday and how we interacted at every point. It’s lovely to see people holding people to this degree and with this and more of this same quality we are in great hands.

  408. This blog highlights the absolute power of reflection we all hold for each other and for me, offers the opportunity to look at myself and see what reflection am I offering the world.

  409. Through feeling and observing the sacredness in these two awe-inspiring women I’ve come to see and feel the sacredness in all women. Sometimes women move in ways that are at odds with their sacredness but what I can no longer deny is the sacredness in each and everyone of us.And with this, I ask what’s the point of trying to deny this sacredness in myself when it cannot be hidden?!

  410. Fiona this is so exquisitely expressed, and I agree with all you have shared. I’ve always had a sense of a sacredness within me, that there was much more to the expression and purpose of women than what was currently being lived. I had felt we had lost our way and our connection to divine order and our understanding of our true lineage and purpose as women, but could not find for myself how our truth could be lived, or more honestly, gave in to following the culture of what society presented. And so, being met with the qualities of sacredness as naturally lived by both Miranda and Natalie Benhayon, I was instantly inspired to explore reclaiming this innate way of being and moving in connection the exquisiteness of who we are and the sacredness that was and is always there for us to live.

  411. I appreciate the depth of your perception and thank you for bringing attention to the small movements you describe here, i.e. the swiping of a credit card and the closing and opening of eyelids. Moving in presence does make all the difference.

  412. I agree that these 2 women are true role models who express a way of being with their body that offers us a reflection of another way. It is refreshing, and what I appreciate the most, is that whilst there is an delicacy in the way they move, there isn’t an ounce of weakness. The strength of these women in relation to knowing who they are is inspiring.

  413. In expressing your appreciation you have offered all women everywhere the opportunity to connect to sacredness. Your words are very powerful and bring with them a quality that is palpable – it was as if my body came alive with the resonance of all that Miranda and Natalie are in their essence.

  414. What I love about the reflection of Sacredness I see with Miranda and Natalie Benhayon is the everydayness of their movement. It is simply the way they are in quality, so yes it is the way they are in movement. The care is deep and solid yet is not at all pretentious. The power of their movements come form the connection they honour within, we all have our unique expression. I just Love how Natalie and Miranda reflect this without being precious, rather showing divinity through simplicity.

    1. So true Toni. There is no way to ‘put on’ or replicate the expression of sacredness in movement as it is unique as we are. Natalie and Miranda show every woman that it is possible to be deeply connected to our sacred nature in every movement.

  415. Thank you for putting in words what I also feel. These women are awesome to be around and I feel deeply inspired by them both.

  416. Fiona what’s beautiful in your expression is the appreciation that whilst the way Natalie and Miranda live and show sacredness may look different, the quality and ultimately the inspiration is the same.

  417. Yes, you can’t help but notice ‘something’, a quality, a poise, a deep self regard, a confidence, a beholding, a knowing in the way Natalie and Miranda move. It is from them both that I have discovered what Sacredness of Woman is, looks and feels like. The expression of Woman in her power, which is not a ‘Ra-Ra..” dominating, forceful, ‘I can do anything a man can do’, but this power is Sacredness, a quality deeper than stillness … And This quality is in every woman. It only takes one to notice this ‘something’, this quality, this sacredness in another for a woman – for which Natalie and Miranda Benhayon spearhead this awareness – for another woman to realise her own Sacredness within her body..

  418. Well said Fiona –A gorgeous appreciation of two absolutely stunning women. And what is more, that same essence is in every woman and can be lived, breathed and moved every day. Men will be opening up to their tenderness everywhere.

  419. “…With this firm commitment to sacredness, they refuse to be moved by anything life or society tells women they need to be…” Seeing this attribute in both Natalie and Miranda Benhayon, inspires another woman to be in and claim her Sacredness too. Both are most definitely modern day role models.

  420. My body resonated with each example you gave Fiona of Miranda and Natalie’s movements. I’ve also felt Natalie’s exquisite sacredness in how she opens and closes a door and how Miranda handles any situation that needs organization and action, there is never ever any drama.. Every movement is done with absolute purpose and knowing of what is needed.

  421. I got goosebumps reading this and while reading I recalled that I too have had moments such as you’ve described. When I feel so gorgeous within myself why rush? Miranda and Natalie are living proof that every everyday movements can be lived in this way.

  422. My body is resonating with every sacred word you have written and reflected here Fiona about these two glorious and amazing women who are torch bearers of light for all women to know their inner sacredness.
“There is absolute dedication to keep feeling and appreciating the depth within themselves and move in a way that reflects heaven. This allows us to see and feel unfathomable beauty, stillness and grace’.

  423. It feels so amazing to observe these two beautiful women as they move with such grace and beauty – both equally inspiring in their different ways.. A gorgeous post Fiona – thankyou for sharing.

  424. Natalie and Miranda are incredible role models, in their true dedication to absolute integrity in all they do – the kind of people I would love to grow up to be like because I know in every way they are amazing rather than just in public or certain aspects of their lives

  425. Gosh I can feel the sacredness in you in the way you wrote and share this blog. Thank you, Fiona. I love how practical and accessible you also make it by describing the details of the movements of Miranda and Natalie.

  426. Yes and Yes Fiona both Natalie and Miranda are absolutely mesmerising in the way the move and you can feel that is indeed coming from a Sacredness that we are all connected to. How they honour and cherish this and express it with its enormity is deeply deeply inspiring. The best role models ever. I have huge appreciation for them both with their steady, unwavering and committed relationship to Sacredness that I am starting to connect to and honour within myself also. The depth to where this can go to is beyond what I could ever imagine, and it is a matter of surrendering to and allowing such magnificence.

  427. Fiona, how beautiful the way you describe the sacred quality of Miranda and Natalie Benhayon. Your own sacredness flows through your words. Thank you.

  428. Movements made in the quality of sacredness emanate a potency which can be a catalyst for inspiration or either a ‘trigger’ for our reactions.

  429. What I love is the fun and joy my body feels with the sacredness Natalie and Miranda bring to the world.

  430. What Natalie and Miranda Benhayon bring to the Esoteric community is amazing and with such a humble way that is so natural in their differing approaches to life. Also the equality that is shared, so that never is there a feeling of being any lesser, by the way they approach everyone. They also walk their talk and then some. This is great because we all need True role models who share such a lived wisdom.

  431. It’s important to put a voice and words to what we observe and feel, and how the movements expressed are exquisitely delicate, otherwise they get brushed aside. I have also observed how Natalie blinks (as if in slow motion) and how Miranda dances on stage, without the usual harshness or jarring of movements but with a very delicate tapping of her feet. Thank you for sharing your appreciation Fiona.

  432. Fiona – loving your appreciation here of Natalie and Miranda and the quality of sacredness that is available to us all. Now you mention it I have also clocked the way Natalie “blinks” and yes – I agree with you, she does take her time and what a truly gorgeous reflection she is!

  433. The presence and grace held in this article is not only a very beautiful observation of Miranda & Natalie Benhayon, it is also the grace and sacredness held in Fiona that holds this article with such beauty.

  434. What a beautiful appreciation of 2 completely deserving, divine women. It is these tiny but profound details of movements put together that define the difference between one who is connected to their sacredness and one who is not, and equally knowing that that connection also has to be there within you and all of us in order for you to be aware of it.

  435. A beautiful appreciation of Miranda and Natalie Benhayon that is so profound to feel so sacred , heavenly and divine in every way. Their amazing reflection touches us all and is inspirational to live this also in our every movement, honouring all women and who we really are.

  436. Thank you, we do not always realise that the movements we see around us are not just functional but also giving us a message that sacredness is not important because if it was we would move in a more caring and loving way. I often feel like I am slow or taking too much time but after reading this I can feel the importance of moving in a way that honours my body in being divine not that that needs to be slow but it needs to be in honour of our divinity.

  437. Stunning blog Fiona, this is not an easy quality to capture in words but you have done a beautiful job. I know each of those movements you refer to with both women, and agree, it is a recognition that puts my body completely at ease also. I could watch them move all day it is such a harmoniously confirming quality, and yes, reminds me also of the quality I am in my essence too.

  438. Beautifully and inspiringly written Fiona! It is true, Natalie and Miranda consistently reflect an invitation for us to evolve and radiate.

  439. I love this appreciation of Miranda and Natalie Benhayon. I knew the word sacredness but it felt like something to attain to and that was outside of me/ourselves but this is not the truth. I now know sacredness resides within and it is through our choices, movements and connection that we can truly re-connect to this. I have known both Miranda and Natalie for many years now and with both women what I can deeply appreciate about them is their consistency in how they are both with themselves and others in their movements and interactions. What was also very inspiring to see was after seeing Miranda in June and then seeing her again in November was to see just how much more she had claimed herself and although she is very humble with all that she meets I got to feel the true light and powerhouse she is in a very different way. My body registered what I was seeing and feeling with Miranda and asked me to acknowledge this as I also knew this. Miranda shows all women how the depth of our light, love, connection and expression is forever expanding ✨

  440. Deeply and profoundly beautiful Fiona. Your appreciation and observation of Miranda and Natalie Benhayon has inspired me. Thank you.

  441. There is an exquisiteness in what you describe that feels familiar Fiona with your observations of these two beautiful women. This shows we all have the sacredness within us no matter how deeply it may feel buried, because we can all connect to the reflection they bring.

  442. Completely gorgeous observations of the divine women that are Miranda and Natalie Benhayon, and a real enjoyment on my behalf also to feel your appreciation and openness towards your own sacredness Fiona.

  443. Thank you Fiona for putting into words what sacredness means to you, and how it can be expressed in many different ways. I’ve noticed lately where and why I push myself, when and why I’m unwilling to surrender to this sacredness that is an innate part of me, part of everyone, like it or not. Presence, purpose and no rush: sacredness is a quality that is felt through how we move, and this is very beautiful to observe and feel in ourselves and in others.

    1. As we allow ‘Presence, purpose and no rush’ to expand our livingness, we feel space inspiring us to further deepen each movement and moment.

  444. What a beautiful and needed timely reminder to us all of how practical, simple, down to earth and real sacredness can be. It is the way that these women hold themselves that naturally offers an authority which strongly asks all others to hold themselves in their own sacredness too.

  445. I love this Fiona. As you describe the sacredness that is honoured in these two women there is a solidness in your words, and I can feel the pull back to sacredness.

  446. Very beautiful Fiona and an absolute yes to the deep powerful and consistent reflection these amazing women offer in their every movement. It has been a constant reflection of stillness, grace, femininity and sacredness which has allowed me to reconnect to these qualities within myself.

  447. Fiona, very beautiful sharing thank you. I am also deeply inspired by Natalie Benhayon and Miranda Benhayon, it is gorgeous having their reflection of how we can live as women – with such grace, tenderness , playfulness and power.

  448. It’s beautiful to have true role models showing the way forward of what it means to be sacred. To see it in another allows me to begin to connect to the feeling within myself. I love your question, ‘ Where to start when waking up a giant?’ It most definitely stared with me by being deeply inspired by Miranda, Natalie and I also have to add Simone Benhayon too.

  449. It is deeply lovely and inspiring to see another honouring their sacredness and expressing it naturally in their movements – reflecting the divinity we all come from.

  450. Yes, yes, yes, Fiona! My whole being melts in response to the sacredness reflected by these two incredible women, as it reminds me of the exquisiteness within me too and the fact of our divine origins.

  451. The reflection of how to be in your body offered by Miranda and Natalie Benhayon is inspirational.

  452. I have observed the way that Miranda and Natalie walk, and they are completely with themselves, I can sense that they are not thinking of the millions of other things they have to do that day, they are in their body and so their bodies have a flow which then becomes a rhythm in the way they walk. Even if they are walking quickly they are in their bodies. And for most of us we are always thinking and planning ahead and so we are not actually in our bodies when we walk, and this to me is the difference, they honour their bodies enough to stay present with every move they make.

  453. Thank you Fiona. Your appreciation of Miranda and Natalie Benhayon is very inspiring. Your observations have brought to the fore all those subtle qualities that can so easily be taken for granted, yet when highlighted bring our focus to the depth of presence, stillness, delicateness and sacredness that both women have thoroughly embodied. True role models who are inspiring thousands of women, self included, to reclaim our inherent birthright to hold and express our sacredness in the world.

  454. “It is the way they move.” When we observe a woman move with an awareness of her sacredness it inspires us to also reconnect to our own Divine sacredness within.

  455. I love the simplicity and depth of detail you have expressed here Fiona. As it is the beauty, delicateness and divine truth found in these details that then mirrors our own movements as woman in our own unique ways. Natalie and Miranda Benhayon are showing us the true simplicity and joy through their movements and how each detail maybe unique to each women, it still holds the same sacred quality. Simply awesome thank you.

  456. I too have been stopped in my tracks by the movement that Natalie makes when she opens and closes her eyes. In that moment the absolute presence I feel in my body is astounding. I feel as though I am with Natalie when she opens and closes her eyes and the honouring of herself when she chooses this movement is palpable. Thank you Fiona for offering us to go deeper in feeling the reflection of sacredness these two gorgeous women Miranda and Natalie Benhayon present in the way they choose to live their lives, their livingness.

  457. We are so blessed to have these two divine role models, Miranda and Natalie Benhayon, with us at this time. What they reflect to us, both women and men, needs to be deeply appreciated and endlessly celebrated as they are showing us what is possible when we live in deep connection to ourselves and to our sacredness. The way they move is simply heaven in motion.

  458. This is beautiful Fiona and thank you for simply describing what you have observed to the littlest detail. This in itself is so very inspiring and shows how much there is to hold in every moment.

  459. The simplicity and directness of this blog has illustrated for me that sacredness is very simple and innate, something when felt we know is a part of every one of us. We may have made choices in life that have not allowed ourselves to feel deeply into it, but it’s just another choice away to choose different and to reconnect.

  460. I can feel this too Susan, it is a blessing to read and feel the sacredness emanating through what has been so beautifully shared.

  461. Wow, gorgeous and powerful blog Fiona. Thank you for sharing your appreciation and observation of Miranda and Natalie Benhayon, two absolutely gorgeous role models. And, you have described so beautifully what sacredness, true beauty and grace looks and feels like, which I can feel as I am reading your every word so beautifully expressed.

  462. So beautiful to feel the appreciation you have for both this women Fiona… and honouring sacredness in every woman at the same time.

  463. I love how you have showed me the beauty of sacredness in movement, Fiona. Natalie and Miranda reflect to us how we can all move and you have bought their reflection to the surface for us to deeply appreciate.

    1. Indeed Anne, appreciation is key in this as we all know this sacred way of movement to be our natural from our essence but have not lived it for some time, lifetimes perhaps. Appreciating this fact is key to restore it in our everyday’s life.

  464. Gorgeous appreciation Fiona.. of the sacredness that’s also and equally there in you to be able to see and feel it in another too.

    1. Well said Zofia, if each one of us understood this fully: that what we see in another is equally within us, there would be no comparison, only inspiration.

    2. Great point, we can only see what we know within, otherwise we are blind to it, however with sacredness even if you are blind to your own, it remains there exactly the same in all, waiting to be reconnected to. That is pure Grace.

  465. Fiona I hadn’t really considered the way that Natalie Benhayon opens and closes her eyes but your sharing caused me to recollect that there is indeed an exquisite timelessness to the way that she does this simple action.

  466. Thank you Fiona. Your attention to detail here supports how we can all attain and return to sacredness.

  467. Fiona, I second every example and observation shared here. What a blessing it is as a woman to see these 2 women and have a reflection of sacredness. It is a joy to observe them and to be totally inspired by their every move.
