Landing My Dream Job

For over 20 years I have wanted to be a training officer and until recently I thought it was going to remain just a dream. However, through learning about true self-care and self-love I have gone from being ‘down and out,’ on the dole, to landing my dream job in just over 3 years.

I come from a family whose members are all claiming disability benefits. They continually argue with their partners and think that is love. I have always known this wasn’t love but didn’t have anything else to compare it with. So I chose to withdraw from life, suffered with psychosis and depression and spent many years claiming Incapacity Benefit.

When I discovered Universal Medicine, my life was in tatters. I was so emotionally scarred, I truly felt I had nothing left to offer anybody, let alone an employer. I had lost my confidence and truly thought nobody would ever want to hire me again.

Then I was introduced to Sacred Esoteric Healing™ and it has completely changed my life. I started to face my hurts, talk about them and explain why that particular thing somebody had said or done had hurt me so much. A lot of my ‘stuff’ came from childhood issues, which was a little embarrassing to talk about sometimes, but I found that talking about it helped me to truly feel what was going on in my body and to let the hurt go – with the loving support of the practitioners of course. Once I let the hurt go I realised that there was no forgiveness attached to the hurt or the person who had caused the hurt. When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.

Learning Gentleness & Commitment to Life

One of my first lessons was learning gentleness and commitment to life. I learned through one of the Universal Medicine’s practitioners to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality.

Within a few months of seriously committing to this program, my life started to change. I slowly cut down on my intake of alcohol: I stopped smoking and I started to cut out food that made me feel heavy and bloated. I got a job close to home and life started to feel really good for the first time in a long time. I followed these steps consistently every day – however I wasn’t perfect, I’m still not. Every time I feel I have left my body, I just focus on the quality of my movements and come straight back to me. Then gradually my lifestyle choices changed: I started to watch less TV, I introduced a gentle wind-down routine before bed, and went to bed before 9pm.

My commitment to myself and to life has grown tremendously in the last 3 years, and through the many Universal Medicine healing workshops and Esoteric therapy sessions I have had with many different practitioners, I have let go of many hurts and learned to choose more loving patterns of behaviour.

After working for the same company for 6 months I applied for a team leader role in another department and got it. After gaining experience in this area I felt I had to move on as I wasn’t being paid what I knew I was worth. This was huge for me as my lack of self-worth before Universal Medicine would have allowed me to just take what was on offer. I then applied for a role with a company 20 minutes’ walk from my house and they paid for me to go to college, twice a week for a year, to obtain my CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Practice, even though I wasn’t working in the HR Department. My colleagues were really shocked at this, as the company didn’t usually pay for courses unless they applied to the role you were in.

After qualifying it confirmed what I had already truly known, which was that Learning and Development was the area I needed to be working in.

I moved house and was commuting to London for my job, but started to look for a role close by. I originally started looking for an HR Administrator role as I thought this would be my way of getting on the career ladder in Learning and Development. However, after a few interviews, I realised that I was selling myself short and should just apply for training officer roles and see what happened – another thing to appreciate about how much my self-worth had gone up.

I have also learned through the many Expression and Presentation workshops that Serge Benhayon presents that I don’t need to prepare for and/or control every moment; I don’t need to know everything. The only thing that matters is connecting to my essence, the true me, the love that we all innately are, and bring that love forth in all that I say and do.

Learning to Bring All of Me

In Bringing All of Me to every interview I had, I was able to bring through all of my life’s experiences, which meant being able to answer any question that was thrown at me, calmly and concisely and in doing so, land my dream job. Now I focus on practising this in every moment and more and more changes are happening in my life all the time. I let go of alcohol, cigarettes and ‘recreational’ drugs a long time ago and recently seriously cut down on my sugar and caffeine intake as my body goes into hardness when I have it and I shut down and start arguing with my partner; also I feel racy and anxious in my body which affects my sleep BIG TIME. And without the stimulants I am much more committed to life in and outside of work. I visit my Dad regularly and either clean his flat for him and/or take him out to lunch, which I know he loves. I am also open to deepening my relationships with everyone around me, not just my nearest and dearest.

I have been in my new role for a few months now and it’s very different from any other role I’ve ever had. It needs a lot of hard work as there is a lot to learn, but I’m loving every minute of it. Although I’m working for a finance company and don’t have a financial background, I am learning fast and have started training clients after just a few short weeks. I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.

Life is so simple when we live this way.

  1. Love this, how awesome taking this into my day, ‘Every time I feel I have left my body, I just focus on the quality of my movements and come straight back to me.’

  2. This is so true Anonymous
‘ When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.’
I was brought up as a Roman Catholic and that God is a Wrathful, judgmental God and if you weren’t nice or didn’t behave then you were a sinner.
It’s taken me a long time to pick apart the lies of this particular religion and for a long time every time I thought I was free of the doctrine I would feel another tentacle grow and encase me again. I have had to work very hard on myself to expose the many held onto beliefs that were not true that I took on as being true.
Recently, I came to my own understanding that God does not judge. I was able to feel again that he has walked by my side always and how easy it now is to take his hand so to say and walk beside him, something I haven’t managed to do since I was a child. My greatest relationship is with God first, if I have this then everything else will fall naturally into place.

  3. I Love this blog ❤️ You should do talks on how much your life has changed as the changes are huge and I feel could really support others in their lives ✨

  4. This is also about constellations – how when ready, we are constellated and perfectly positioned for the next level of advance.

  5. This is a special blog because it gives people an opportunity to relate to how they are in life and that there is a way to get out from underneath what seems like insurmountable problems by facing our fears or hurts and not letting them dictate life back to us.

  6. ‘However, through learning about true self-care and self-love I have gone from being ‘down and out,’ on the dole, to landing my dream job in just over 3 years.’ This is a pretty amazing story … only its not a story its your truth. With so many more people struggling in the world and with so many more homeless this says a lot for self-care and self-love. Just bringing it back to us in the smallest instance is really quite huge as we can clearly see from your experience and your truth.

    1. Maybe the government should bring the teachings of Universal Medicine into schools and some institutions, it may well save them some money, not having to pay so many people benefits, as well as changing their lives.

  7. This is just stunning. Like, who would have thought that self-care and self-love would lead to landing a dream job? What a beautiful unfoldment. This brings back the simplicity of what life is really about – just bringing our all, and totally undoes all the ‘how-to-get-XYZ in life’, things that are about having a target and agenda.

    1. What has been presented in the blog and the comments is the opposite to what is happening in life. I have just been introduced to KPI’s and to me they turn human beings into machines, they stress people out, there isn’t an ounce of care in the figures or data. It’s all about making profit for the company and pushing people to perform out of fear that they will lose their jobs if the data shows a drop in performance levels. There is no self care and self love in this way of living and so to me it is no wonder that people are so sick and depressed. I have to question what are we doing to ourselves?

  8. Reading this blog was just perfect, at a moment where I am pondering about my job. ‘I felt I had to move on as I wasn’t being paid what I know I was worth’ – was a statement I needed to read. I know I bring more to the job I do and I know I am worth more than what I am paid. And I have been pondering on this role and researching where to next.
What I felt about your sharing was from a person who has turned his/her life around, to serving from the love of life and the love of serving humanity, without perfection. Thank you for the inspiration.

    1. I can remember having a job which was poorly paid but I loved every minute of it because it was what I wanted to do. I didn’t mind not having much money because what I did have was priceless, because you cannot put a price on true joy. I used to laugh to myself that I was actually getting paid to do something that I loved doing. And it’s still the same today.

  9. When we let go of our hurts we are carrying, we let go of the protection and hardness in the body. The deeper we go, the more the deep rooted hurts arise to let go of once and for all.

  10. “I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.” Another gem. Staying connected to our body makes such a difference to our life and our everyday interactions with people.

    1. Staying connected with our body is key, maybe some stop moments throughout the day to check that is the case, ‘to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality.’

  11. “… without the stimulants I am much more committed to life in and outside of work.” Without stimulants we can bring so much more of who we truly are to anything we say or do. The clarity that comes through when we are connected to our innermost feels amazing.

    1. Commitment to life is part of a great foundation to have, ‘One of my first lessons was learning gentleness and commitment to life.’

  12. What is so solid about this is you yourself made the steps to go from being on the dole and living in an unhealthy manner, to now living committed to life and honouring your worth, taking gentle, loving care of yourself, and being open to deepening the love with everyone around you. And, trusting your expression! It’s truly an extraordinary story, yet your background shows anyone can make these kinds of changes with the right support. What I really feel in your blog is the power of you, to both heal your life and also now live the fullness of your essence. I would love to read more from you and would buy your book, there is nothing like the inspiration of people who have resurrected themselves out of truly challenging situations. Your story shows how real and universal the Ageless Wisdom is, as presented by Universal Medicine. Amazing, thank you.

    1. This blog is a great testimony of what is possible with true support, Universal Medicine is one such organisation that supports you to change your life as did anonymous in this blog. A remarkable story and sharing.

  13. This blog shows beyond doubt that we can save ourselves, no one else can walk those steps for us. It has come from our own want/need not to be fooled by anything that is not love again.

    1. Very true Mary. What we choose makes a massive difference – and we can make a different choice in every moment; getting support if we need it. Life can move from the mundane to the extraordinary.

      1. The support is always there… it is a question as to whether we welcome it or not. As I let go of more protection held in my body the more I open myself up to the support that is on offer and flowing into my life.

      2. This blog is a miraculous story of someone who turned their life around with support from Universal Medicine – showing what is possible.

  14. Learn true self-care, self-love, heal unresolved hurts and the possibilities become magical.

    1. jstewart51, I’m just beginning to understand life at the tender age of 64 I have always loved the work I do but didn’t have the self love or the self care. Allowing myself to have a relationship with myself where I take much more care of myself brings a deeper quality to my life which everyone seems to be able to feel. For example, I saw one of the builders that renovated my house recently haven’t seen them for years and they remarked on how well I looked and as they got into their truck said whatever it is that you are doing keep doing it. For a man to notice the changes in me I feel is a testament to their sensitivity and a testament to Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon and his family. I was a train wreck before I met them and today, I have blossomed into a woman I always knew was there hiding in the shadows but too afraid to come out.

  15. Learn true self-care, self-love, and heal unresolved hurts and the possibilities are magical.

  16. The fact you started training clients after a few short weeks shows your natural affinity with the role and your dedication. Fabulous story, well done.

    1. I wonder rosannabianchini if this natural affinity comes from a past life? Because of the way we live we are not able to connect to our past lives, but that doesn’t mean to say that they are not there within us as part of who we are.

    2. The power of bringing all of us to everything we do, ‘In Bringing All of Me to every interview I had, I was able to bring through all of my life’s experiences, which meant being able to answer any question that was thrown at me, calmly and concisely and in doing so, land my dream job’.

  17. A simple and straight forward blog which gives us a peek into a life and how it can change when we truly want it to and make that commitment to ourselves and others.

  18. Amazing truly Amazing 💫 Sacred Esoteric Healing truly gets to the absolute root of hurts etc enabling the person to reclaim the truth of who they are along with this and your commitment to yourself it is very cool to hear about the changes that have happened for you in your life.

  19. “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.” How different our world would be if there was no judgement.

  20. “landing my dream job” – when it comes to jobs and landing them they say it’s about ‘moving in the right direction’ — the moving comes from a prior movement of living love.

    1. I can really relate with this it is not about luck but instead what we have said yes to which comes from within.

      1. It’s a really great point Vicky and it brings it back to our self empowerment, instead of envying or being jealous of others we can be honest about what we have or haven’t said yes to… and the inspiration of another’s reflection reminding us what we can say yes to.

  21. “I learned through one of the Universal Medicine’s practitioners to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality.” This is brilliant advice regarding how to bring true quality into our lives.

  22. I love how your gentleness became such a strength for you, something that has seen you through an enormous change in your life.

  23. How often do we sell ourselves short and in so doing sell the world short as well! If we should be a trainer and we are in the office then everyone loses and vice versa. Perhaps the conversation we should be having with our children is supporting them to embrace what they enjoy, what their strengths are, and then supporting them to consider industries and jobs that might suit those skills.

  24. We have so many hangovers from our childhood hurts that live within us and impulse our patterns of behaviour. Yet, if we make the space to understand why we do what we do, we offer ourselves an opportunity to simply let it go, and as you say – no need for judgement “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.”

  25. A beautiful example of achieving what is possible when we say yes to love and keep saying yes to loving ourselves. It may mean we learn patience and the beauty of presence facing one step at a time and not placing ourselves in the future which can be so easily to do when we have a dream job to do knocking at our door. When we take each step at a time our dream job is possible and not only that, it is being done in a quality that is being asked for in the bigger picture because of all the necessary loving changes that have been made.

  26. Your blog shows that the key to evolving, changing our circumstances or situation has to come and be initiated from ourselves, there’s nobody else to hang blame on, it’s about taking responsibility. Then with each step, there is support and a constellation that happens.

  27. This is a beautiful blog, showing how with courage we can grow beyond where we have been. This courage applies at all levels, even to those who are doing extremely well – there is more and courage allows us to go there.

  28. “Landing my dream job” – as I’ve found in jobs and being in the recruiting industry myself too, there seems to always be a ‘job before the job’ .. that the preceding job is typically one of preparatory means in which to land the “dream job”. Though it is to not dismiss the preceding job since without having it, our development, learning will not have been completed in the way that was needed …. for us to then consider which job was, in fact, the ‘dream job’?!! Every job counts and thus is a dream job.

  29. There are so so so many jobs out there in the world – is it really possible to isolate our ‘dream job’ when we are yet to discover what might be in store for our future, whether it’s in our current profession or perhaps a different one?

    1. I agree with the author that there can be a dream job and then we can do the dream job and it may turn out that no further change is ever needed or that the dream job is a great basis from which to go further.

  30. When started work as a carer, I didn’t know it would become a dream job, but it is. For me a dream job is one in which I fully appreciate and value the opportunity I’ve been given, in this case to live with and support an elder with specific physical needs.

  31. “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement” – totally; acceptance over judgment paves the way for allowance and allowance generates a space for understanding.

  32. It is amazing how our lives can change when we introduce self-love and self-care into our daily lives. It is from here that our love and care for others grows as well.

  33. Recently I too have experienced what it feels like to be working in just exactly the place where I know I am meant to be, and the reason it feels so great is because of all the experiences that have lead me to this point, which is very confirming that everything is just as it needs to be – even with all of my mistakes and blunders.

  34. Commitment and purpose. I am realising just how vital these things are in our lives and how anything is possible when we have them. There is no drive in this, just a simple yes to getting stuck in and not giving up despite all the mess we have created.

  35. I have just been offered a dream job and whilst very chuffed am super aware that this is just the beginning. Lots of studying and preparing and then really wanting to learn as the days unfold.

  36. Life holds a simplicity if we allow it. I know I have a tendancy to make things more complicated and then it makes things difficult or hard, but I am learning that at any time I can come back to simplifying things. And when I do that, all of a sudden life takes on a different meaning and feels lighter and so much more fun!

  37. When we commit to life and say yes to what comes our way, it is amazing to feel and see how things can shift and change and open up. It is the way we go about life that determines what comes our way and how we respond to it – are we shut down or open, are we willing to learn and grow or are we holding on to the old and stuck with those things that do not support us? Life is an amazing school and we are the teachers as well as the students all of the time – life abounds with opportunities – the real challenge is to see life as a series of opportunities and growth.

  38. From what I have seen pretty much anybody can get there life more together and this then opens up new possibilities in their work and their life and the consequences may be much bigger and more positive than the changes that seemed to be very small in comparison.

  39. A beautiful sharing of how life can be and the simplicity and allowing of it to unfold before our eyes when we give it our all and live this in every moment in our divine quality and inner connection.

  40. This shows how amazing life can be when we are willing to be connected and to understand who we are from our essence. This is just beautiful to see how we can let go of controlling circumstances and just simply allowing.

  41. “before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality…” What a difference this makes, not only is it supportive for one’s own body, but this awareness, responsibility, decency and respect is key for all relationships one has with others.

  42. ‘ When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement’ – This is gold, how many things would change if we all took accountability for choices and then as you say there would be no judgement as it’s about learning and evolving together.

  43. In interviews a question is never asked just for the sake of the question, but is designed to receive a response which gives the interviewer more of an insight into an applicant’s values, e.g. their integrity, responsibility, attention to detail etc. Instead of trying to calculate what they are attempting to reveal through a question, as you’ve shared we can bring our all and represent all of our incredible qualities in how we present ourselves and each answer. No overthinking required.

    1. Yes, if we do that we present far more than we can do in any calculated or considered or planned way.

  44. Agreed Gill, it shows that every job can be our dream job and from my experience and employing hundreds of people its easy to see that its hardly ever about the job but more often about the person that means they are either willing to enjoy work or not.

  45. The thing I love about working at a job that is loved, is how mistakes are taken so much more lightly because they are seen as part of becoming a master of what is already great.

  46. This is an amazing turnaround, it doesn’t surprise me though, as you are one of hundreds that have completely transformed their lives since meeting Serge Benhayon – true miracles happen when you begin to let go of old hurts and commit to life in full.

  47. What we base our dream job on can differ. For some it could be a picture of the ideal career and life which is usually based on security and comfort. For others it may be a true sense within of something they know they would like to do but often struggle to make it a reality. Either way, the “dream” job comes from living you, the true you in your life. And this means not holding back and hence continually honouring the truth you feel from you inner most within.

  48. “However, through learning about true self-care and self-love I have gone from being ‘down and out,’ on the dole, to landing my dream job in just over 3 years” – it’s amazing how effort applied into something like being on the dole, giving up on life through being uncommitted in having a job [when one is otherwise fit and healthy to be working] can be reverted into your own example Anonymous. It just shows what can be done when the quality of love is applied over the quality of all that’s not our natural way.

  49. Absolute miracles happen when we commit to life. It is the much needed alchemy in the crucible we are. No matter our background, we should never underestimate the power we have when we make life about Love and Truth and the practical application of this in our daily living. It is the beholding light that resurrects us all.

  50. ‘I have always known this wasn’t love but didn’t have anything else to compare it with.’ How true is this for most in life? And herein clearly lies our sole purpose, to be this reflection of love, true love, so that those who seek will be able to find it.

  51. Often, we get stuck in a rut. A rut we have made through our own choices, but one nevertheless we feel we are a victim of and will never get out of. You show, that through making different choices and being committed to change ‘miracles’ do and can happen.

  52. The beauty of this is immense in sharing with us the quality and love we all are, and the living of this in connection to ourselves and the universe as one. True healing and dedication to life and ourselves in this is remarkably possible and changes everything as seen here so simply and clearly.

  53. When we settle within ourselves and learn to deeper love ourselves we land everything including our “dream job”.

  54. Sacred Esoteric Healing is an amazing modality, the level of healing that it can support is truly profound and the ripple effects of this in our society are clearly exemplified to me in all the changes you have made so far in how you live everyday and your commitment to life.

  55. I love your use of the word ‘commitment’ in the sentence ‘And without the stimulants I am much more committed to life in and outside of work.’ It made me realize how often we think we commit, but don’t commit in full: only one foot in the water and the other foot stays on land. Without commitment to life and work life is not joyful and things don’t get an honest chance.

  56. ‘However, through learning about true self-care and self-love I have gone from being ‘down and out,’ on the dole, to landing my dream job in just over 3 years.’ This is amazing and is the greatest testimonial for The Way of The Livingness.

  57. “My colleagues were really shocked at this, as the company didn’t usually pay for courses unless they applied to the role you were in…” Sometimes others see your potential and greater capacity than we do ourselves… To be offered this opportunity is an example of great managers and workplace to assist their staff to realise their potential – This is what workplace environments and relationships between managers and staff should be about… to evolve people as this benefits and ultimately evolves and inspires the wider community.

    1. Absolutely, beautifully said, helping each other to realise our potential supports everyone in the process.

  58. I love witnessing clients claiming ‘who they are and what they bring’ and whatever is needed for them to do almost always effortless comes their way.

  59. Being a Recruiter myself I cannot help but love seeing how your career trajectory has taken shape over the months and in very quick succession given your “all-giving” Anonymous – it’s testament to the fact that it’s not always or so much the specific skills and background that land us the job, but instead the attitude or energy [of our own fullness of worth, value] we are in and live to deliver it. Something – i.e. that pith or zest felt in commitment – which employers do pick up on and look to cultivate, and equally promote.

    1. I absolutely agree, Zofia. In the Netherlands there is a new trend where they don’t want see your CV (or resume) anymore, but just want to hear why you would fit the job and what you bring for it. Every recruiter and employer can feel energy and can feel your commitment, and that counts more than your past experience.

  60. When we do not go into judgment and blame there is a whole lot more room for understanding for another and also our part that we bring to situations and interactions.

  61. So beautiful to hear after putting yourself first and committing to your self healing you have been able to change your life around. Just goes to show anything is possible, when we choose to take responsibility for our own lives.

  62. Very inspiring to feel and read that committing to what you know you are capable of and your full potential, you are confirmed and appreciated in this which has been reflected in your salary. Appreciating what we bring and not being shy at getting stuck. And pulling up our sleeves is super cool and always remember that it is first about our quality no matter what.

  63. I just love the work you have put in here to get where you have got anon, sure you have been helped along the way but it is your commitment and hard work that has got you where you are today, keep it up for it will only get more and more amazing as this is only the beginning.

  64. Living from our heart is a very simple way of living… it is our minds that complicate life.

  65. This is so important… “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.” We are often our own worse critics – judging ourselves harsher than anyone else ever would – so in reality, by letting go and accepting our part in something we are actually forgiving ourselves for judging ourselves.

    1. Its so freeing when we are able to accept our part, letting it go, no forgiveness, not judgement, just a nominations it is so freeing to us.

  66. “I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.” How powerful this is. It’s so easy to disconnect and go into doubt about what we know, especially in a new job. Even if we do not know the temporal or practical answer, we can stay present and committed to ourselves in the moment and guide ourselves through it. I’m still learning this one.

  67. “Landing My Dream Job” – when our internal job and the specific chapter of healing we are on is completed then naturally we move on to the next page, to the next job.

      1. Agreed the idea of that dream job often comes from the fact it will be the answer to all our problems, when we take the time to heal we then end up not needing a job to be the answer but we are all of us in whatever job it is that we do and that is always going to be ‘a dream job’.

  68. I can read again and again about ‘learning to bring all of me’ and that this is without perfection. When I hold this teaching in my day I can feel myself filling up from the inside out. My part is to simply let this expansion continue and not let thoughts, patterns or long held beliefs deflate me.

    1. Yes Matilda, and for me “bringing all of me” is being fully present with my body and absolutely honest about what is going on and my feelings. This stops the arrogance of thinking I am “sorted” and know the answers to everything and have to be that perfection you mention. It also makes whatever situation we are in a full and rich experience. That way we do expand.

    1. So true, our re-connection to our worth and our commitment to our livingness, naturally all will change to what is true and supportive for us.

  69. I love how being and bringing all of you meant you had all the wisdom that you’ve lived with to respond to whatever questions came your way at the interview but also in life. It’s making me appreciate that my experiences are invaluable when I start to appreciate the learnings I’ve received.

  70. There is a big difference between cutting things out of our lifestyle or diet based on what someone else has said to us we ‘must do’, and constantly refining and reevaluating our food choices, behaviours, sleep, activity levels etc. to maximise everything we are.

  71. This blog shows me that we can change the direction of our lives, we can make different choices. It does of course make a huge difference to find Universal Medicine, as it is to me the only company out there that is sincere in what it offers and it actually does work. I am the living proof of this.

    1. Mary I stand by you as Living proof as well, Living proof that life does not need to be a constant roller coaster and it can feel incredible to be who we are. To have the freedom to move and express from our divine essence rather than what we think society needs us to be.

  72. It’s amazing how powerful role models are, and our choice as to which ones we choose to inspire us.

    1. Absolutely, role models are very powerful, they have been a life changer for me, Serge Benhayon and his family have all been role models for me, and continue to be. My life has changed so much, I am now just beginning to live my true essence.

  73. A beautifully inspiring sharing to read your commitment to yourself and life with true quality, care and understanding with the healing you have been offered and embraced. Magical and beautiful how one can turn around one’s life with the expansion and joy this allows.

    1. It is a great inspiration for others, how one can turn around their life through self commitment, deepening ones quality and care and allowing the support of true healing.

  74. “through learning about true self-care and self-love I have gone from being ‘down and out,’ on the dole, to landing my dream job in just over 3 years.” This is inspiring Anonymous. It really is remarkable as to what is possible when we choose to take true care of ourselves.

  75. “I was so emotionally scarred, I truly felt I had nothing left to offer anybody, let alone an employer” – It’s so true that how we feel in our personal relationships and life transfers directly to our work, and these two environments are never isolated from each other.

    1. When we take responsibility in one area of our life we reflect the change to another area. We just have to choose the journey of connecting back to our true essence.

  76. Committing to ourselves, our connection within and making life about this quality in the way we go about life, is a forever deepening process and choice. Nowadays when I step away from this I can feel how it has a huge impact on my day. I have always been focused at work and can now see, thanks to Universal Medicine, that with a connection to this quality first everything changes, and how it can’t just be in work, it needs to be throughout our whole life.

  77. When we begin to realise the power we have in making changes in our life, we can get scared to feel how much we control playing it small or playing it big. Playing it big can be very confronting but this is only so when we do not embrace who we are.

    1. And it is not something extra or outside of ourselves that we have to do (which is what I always thought and therefore got overwhelmed about), it is about letting ourselves be ourselves; simply letting our natural qualities come to the fore and be part of everything we do do.

    2. When we connect to our essence and play it big we are so held by the Universe as we embrace all that comes through our vehicle of expression.

  78. We are the architects of our lives, and this is a powerful realization indeed. This means we can play it small or we can play it big, the choice is ours.

  79. I love reading how people change their lives to come from love, and then doors that open that are magically there when all the trying in the world couldn’t have opened them. A beautiful humbleness of trusting being love and doing ones part, but then knowing that all that unfolds is not of our making, but there waiting for us to step into. Very, very inspiring. Thank you.

  80. Each time we confirm and appreciate our expansion the next expansion is there for us to step into.

    1. Its a constant evolution, the next advance/expansion is always waiting for us to step into, we are forever held and supported by the Universe.

  81. When we commit in full to life without worrying or thinking what it will look like, it is amazing what comes our way. Yet as soon as we make it about a picture, or wanting it to be a certain way, then we bring in complication and suddenly it becomes a struggle again. It is like it all gets too magical and amazing that we then face the next thing of can we accept that we deserve it. I know for me this has been tricky and I have at times accepted it, but also have had thoughts of I am not good enough etc.. but also know to remember that nothing is ever offered to us that we have not already said yes to. Yet we can still resist. No pictures, just allowing the love to unfold and then we get confirmed and almost surprised at the same time with what is possible.

    1. Absolutely love what you have shared here James. It is about surrendering to what comes our way and embracing it for what it is – for we are the ones that allow our lives to blossom or not, based on our choices, consistently so.

  82. ‘And without the stimulants I am much more committed to life in and outside of work.’ I have found this too. I am more focussed and have more ability to be present with myself when I have less of the “ose” in my life, whether sucrose or fructose maltose, glucose, lactose, Who would think these undermine our confidence and self worth, but I have found they surely do. It’s interesting because I used to kid myself that these very substances made me feel better because they gave me energy, which they do, but I call them false friends now, because that energy has a price on it.

    1. It is amazing how committing to life in one area affects all others. And how simple it can be when we focus on one thing, every other area in our life has to raise to equal it.

      1. Absolutely, just taking the one first step to committing to life and then then other areas start to see a shift and change.

      2. The more we simply focus on the next step step rather than the ones ahead of that or ones previously then everything takes care of itself as what follows is guaranteed by the quality of energy we take the next step in, so rather than worrying what will happen or what it will look like we just need to focus on the quality we are choosing to live by.

  83. Reading this blog makes me realise how so many of us take so much for granted and don’t bring all that we are to everything we do. And how much more we would bring to the world if we did this as part of the way we live.

  84. Super inspiring blog Anonymous, when we do our only job and that is to bring all of us, all that is given to us deserves a mountain of appreciation.

  85. Bringing all of you takes loads of commitment, especially when your pattern in the past was one of checking out. There is much to appreciate there and look at what has happened because of that change of commitment and it still grows and grows.

    1. I agree Rebecca, it is a massive shift and change and started with something so simple and ordinary. It is amazing how complicated we can make life when it need not be!

  86. I agree that to “focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart” is the foundation of confidence and authority, it IS very simple, no heaps of prior research, swatting up on knowledge or having to revise or think your way through something, – just an easy and honest response.

  87. It’s an interesting phrase ‘landing a job’, is that what we do when we go fishing I wonder? Here your commitment to bringing all of you landed it right in your lap, well done Anon.

      1. What’s beautiful in that Amita is the simplicity of life, when we commit to bringing all of us.

  88. “And without the stimulants I am much more committed to life in and outside of work.” How many stimulants are available to us today – caffeine, alcohol, sugar, salt, drugs, screen activities, etc… an insidious way for us all to avoid committing to ourselves and to life.

  89. We would all be in our dream jobs and living our dream lives if we were to fully commit to life and follow our truth. And our dream lives wouldn’t be ones of materialism, but what we all deep down crave – lives of truth, love, wisdom and connection – brotherhood.

  90. So many of us just give up on life, I sometimes wonder without judgement what circumstances bring homeless people to where they are at, and understand how easily it can sometimes be to end up on the street, but you have shown here Anon that it is in all of us once we connect to ourselves and put in the work that we can get our dream jobs and a truer way of living.

  91. Commitment to life is a big issue for many of us, we think we work, we have a family, I am commited, but how many of us resent it or feel a self importance because we bring home money…commitment to life means far more than what we do, but how we are doing it and why. Do a job in resentment what is the quality, that is being committed to resentment and issues not life. Universal Medicine inspires a commitment to life from the heart.

  92. This is an amazing transformation or really just simply a letting go of all that isn’t who we are so that who we are is simply there to be with people and life each day.

There are many times I catch myself saying I should take offense at something that happens, or I’m justified in feeling hurt. I can feel a real urge at times to go there but I have to pause and consider my part in what’s happened, perhaps not in this incident but in one’s past, and bring a deeper level of understanding so that I no longer believe I am that hurt and all the mental identity that goes along with it. I am not weak, or flawed or too sensitive for this world; I don’t have a right to feel hard done by. Sometimes when these come up I can smile and let them go as the temptations they are to distract me from being responsible and being true.

  93. The simplicity of living life bringing all of us is very beautiful and allows so much expansion to ourselves and others by reflection and joy. What a real transformation of your self your life and your choices so beautiful and inspiring to read.

  94. It can seem over simple but our one true job is to bring our beauty to life every day. It boggles our mind but it completes everything in every way.

    1. Yes, I love this. Bringing our beauty and the love we are all a part of so people can feel it in themselves and reignite this flame if they so choose, or have it as a confirmation of what life is truly about, returning to love.

    2. Beautifully said Joseph, our fullness and beauty is what inspires others never just the mere task / job at hand.

  95. When I think of where I was before attending Universal Medicine courses and where I am now I am in deep gratitude. Before UM I was frightened of having a regular job – now I have a amazing job and involved in much of the community and I’m very much committed to it.

  96. No matter what our hurts are, we can reclaim ourselves back to the innocence and beauty we were as babies, it is all there within us waiting to be reconnected to. All it takes is our willingness to retrace our steps back through all the hurts and anguish to what we can feel in our hearts is true. As we let go of the hurts and the pain the more we can feel what is of truth in our hearts and to then express from there is to be again in the magic of God.

  97. This is an extraordinary story of transformation. It is very relevant to today’s society and offers where we can put effort as individuals and society in conjunction for the usual calls for more funding/services etc. Our social and health support systems are strained and there is only so much to go around. Personal transformation through Sacred Esoteric Healing allows us to clear the body and be free of patterns that statistics on intergenerational behaviours and disadvantage would say are very difficult or unlikely to overcome.

  98. I love what you are saying here about when we bring our all to everything then we have all the resources within ourselves to solve any problem.

    1. And whatever is before us we can deal with, knowing that nothing put before us is ever too much for us to handle. And if it may seem monumental when we first look at it, by bringing our all, so often it is dealt with much quicker because we are not fighting what is before us, rather than just seeing it as another thing to be done and deal with. So much time otherwise is spent and wasted talking and thinking about doing it.

  99. Until I came across Universal Medicine I had no concept of what it meant to stay in connection with my body as I lived so much from my head… and living from my head and with a nervous tension was so normal. But as you share, Anonymous, staying with the body brings everything. ‘I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.’

  100. “Life is so simple when we live this way” – yes far simpler when we respond to our body and its communication to read life. Living life from the body brings a wisdom from such awareness.

  101. You didn’t just land your dream job, it needs to be recognised that your different choices allowed you to make changes in your life, and the dream job was all ready there for you. There was a beautiful flow to recognise and appreciate here.

  102. What if we put, in one hand wants and the other hand wishes? And then, weigh the one that fills up quicker? What would we do in our next life after wasting this one while waiting for something to happen?

  103. The beauty and gorgeousness of who you are as a person really shines through in your blog. The support of Universal Medicine has helped the essence of you emerge, as like many people it gets buried under what happens in life, all the hurts, traumas, etc. If we look out to the world and all of humanity there is much beauty waiting to emerge with the right support.

  104. There are so many moaning about ‘the job from hell’ but who of us are truly committed, open and loving with the people we are there to collaborate with? What could change if we were?

  105. When we are prepared to be open to what life offers, to grab it and run with it, then everything constellates to support us.

  106. ‘Every time I feel I have left my body, I just focus on the quality of my movements and come straight back to me.’ – Yes, how important it is to bring awareness to how we move, as a way to support ourselves to stay present in our bodies, as opposed to the convenient checking out to avoid feeling what is going on.

    1. Yes, when we take full responsibility for ourselves everything constellates in a way we could never ever plan – which proves we are not alone and we are always supported.

  107. Sacred Esoteric Healing™ I clicked on your hyperlink and found this absolute gem on the way forward for true medicine and healing:
“Sacred Esoteric Healing deals with the ill energy first and then with whatever scarring there is thereafter as a complement to all conventional medical procedures and avenues.” Serge Benhayon
From his book An Open Letter to Humanity (p 124), by Serge Benhayon

    1. Well said and in this we can be offered more opportunities to say yes and deepen this as a way of life.

  108. “I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.” this is so cool, we have a well of wisdom inside us, all we need to do is acknowledge it and let it out.

  109. Sacred Esoteric Healing is a truly profound modality and so super supportive in helping us to truly heal and commit more deeply in how we live life.

    1. The depth of what your body feels when you have have a Sacred Esoteric Healing therapy is behyond words, it is the difference between feeling at home in ones own body and caught up in the dramas of the world.

  110. You are an absolute inspiration, Anonymous, and show us what is possible when we commit in full to loving ourselves and thereby all others.

  111. Once we let go there is not anything else but love, a quality within to be lived everyday.

    1. In starting to understand surrender and feel that there is a freedom in starting to feel the flow of life.

  112. From being almost retired to life to being you in full, very claimed and very powerful. Life becomes simple when we fully commit to ourselves and connect with our inner-heart. It’s definitely never too late for change, specially when it’s to connect deeper with all that we are. Thanks for sharing so honestly about your experience with Universal Medicine.

  113. Having a dream job is a beautiful thing, and actually getting to live it is very awesome, and in your case this is especially true because of the work and dedication that you were willing to put in – knowing that your dream was not to be paid to be lazy, but actually to contribute in full with all that you have to offer.

  114. The more we wake up and realise the lies we’ve been sold about life the sooner we can bring our dream alive – it’s our job to see through the illusion.

    1. And we’ve been sold many lies. The biggest one is that there is life and there is job/work and those two are separate things. So majority of people on the planet living all their lives waiting to get retied to start living. What a lie!
Reading this blog and knowing people from Universal Medicine student body, who live ONE LIFE, is game changer and truly inspirational.
Thanks Serge Benhayon and all the UM practitioners and students who reflect us with love that it is NORMAL.

  115. I wonder just how many people there are feeling they have nothing left to offer due their choices and experiences in life? Great to hear this journey as inspiration for us all.

  116. No matter what background we come from life offers us all the same opportunities to understand the footsteps we have taken in order to get to that point and therefore those that are required to return home.

  117. It comes as no surprise that you landed your dream job and that you were able to take your qualification.

When we take one genuine step towards God he takes a thousand towards us.

    1. True Sam, when we are open to God we can receive all the abundance that is in front of us, to be lived, enjoyed, claimed and shared with everyone. Our dreams becomes real by being present living each moment and appreciating this amazing life as it deserves.

  118. ‘After qualifying it confirmed what I had already truly known, which was that Learning and Development was the area I needed to be working in.’ amazing when life confirms us rather than asking us to be something we are not.

  119. It like we are a grand soul covered in layers of crap.
When we deal with our hurts they no longer drive us.
We let go of the layers our magnificent soul shines through.

  120. ‘A lot of my ‘stuff’ came from childhood issues’, yes I can relate to this and now understand how I created struggle and complication. Having attended workshops and courses by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, I have cleared and healed so many ‘old hurts’, that I was carrying, and now my life has transformed and I feel more purposeful in everything I do.

  121. When we have no need or investment in getting the job, this allows more space to just be ourselves and at the same time we can ask questions to find out if the job is suitable for ourselves – the interview being a two way flow. Recently I turned down a job, as I could feel clearly this job was not for me and actually I became more accepting of the job I have currently! Felt good to be so clear on my decision.

  122. ‘And without the stimulants I am much more committed to life in and outside of work.’ – I could not agree more, my experience is that during the years I was choosing several different stimulants (coffee, sugar, sigarettes, alcohol etc) to keep up the appearances of a ‘normal’ and sociable life, I was completely withdrawn and separated from myself, my family and everyone else. At work I did my best to play the role that was expected of me, a role that suited me well at the time but that slowly but surely made me ill, because there was no true connection to myself or anyone else.

  123. “In Bringing All of Me to every interview I had, I was able to bring through all of my life’s experiences, which meant being able to answer any question that was thrown at me, calmly and concisely and in doing so, land my dream job.” Beautiful. I went to a part time job interview recently with no expectations, no agenda whatsoever. Just being me felt so natural and I was so surprised to get the post!

  124. Life is so much grander than we imagine. If we just stop getting in the way and obstructing God’s hand things will occur that simply blow our mind.

    1. Life becomes so much easier when we get ourselves out of the way, it’s almost like we open the doors to receiving so much support that comes effortlessly as magic just happens.

    2. So true when we get out of the way, surrender to our essences God’s hand handles everything and makes it simple.

  125. Its amazing how everything can just fall into place for us when we are surrendered to what is possible.

  126. When we’re ‘down and out’ it can seem like such an impossible effort to get out of the hole we’re in, but as you’ve shared it does take commitment, but not necessarily a lot of ‘time’ per say to turn things around and bring back the enriched feeling in our lives.

  127. The exposing of ‘forgiveness’ also makes sense to when we talk about God, our father. God doesn’t forgive us our sins because we prayed 20 Holy Maria’s. God loves us all equally and gives us space to come back to the love we innately are in our own time.

      1. I realized this week that forgiving is a false energy that can only follow after judging which is also something that isn’t part of our divine essence.

  128. ‘In Bringing All of Me to every interview I had, I was able to bring through all of my life’s experiences, which meant being able to answer any question that was thrown at me, calmly and concisely and in doing so, land my dream job.’ This is so amazing as we can bring something to interviews or any situation which is not what they are expecting and offers a very refreshing and true perspective on what is expressed.

  129. It is true what you are saying here about how we do not need to know everything. When we are connected with our body we end up knowing exactly what is needed for any given situation.

    1. A great place to start is to let go of trying to control the different aspects of our lives.

    2. Yes we don’t need to know everything, we are given what we need to know in each moment, how beautiful is this, we have space to allow what is true to come through.

  130. The wisdom expressed in this paragraph alone can transform so many people’s relationship with work and in fact most aspects of life: “I have learned through the many Expression and Presentation workshops that Serge Benhayon presents that I don’t need to prepare for and/or control every moment; I don’t need to know everything. The only thing that matters is connecting to my essence, the true me, the love that we all innately are, and bring that love forth in all that I say and do.” It revolutionises the way most of us think we need to approach life.

  131. It is inspiring to read how someone’s journey has been as choppy as this but how through support, they make so many permanent changes to turn life around..it’s brilliant.

    1. Yes, Self-love is key, as it brings body connection, which in turn brings presence, stillness and a settlement feeling, and this quality certainly brings changes to 360 degrees in all areas of our life – as beautifully shared in this blog.

  132. Starting with a foundation of gentleness and commitment is a solid start. It may be super simple but not always that easy, depending on how little we have fostered such qualities in the past. But from here the step ups are endless and there is no cap to what we can bring. And yet, without the foundation of true gentleness and a true dedicated commitment to life lived from our inner hearts, we cannot truly return.

  133. This is amazing – so much gets held back in life when we have low self worth, we can never grow and shine and be amazing when we think we are not, and then it just confirms we are not.

    1. And the crazy part is, it takes a LOT more effort for us to NOT be our divine selves than it does for us to let go of control and live the truth of who we are.

  134. Wonderful reading: “In Bringing All of Me to every interview I had, I was able to bring through all of my life’s experiences, which meant being able to answer any question that was thrown at me, calmly and concisely.” What a great way for us to commit to live every moment of our life.

  135. What you show here is that we all are responsible for our own life and that nothing in truth is predetermined in the sense that we cannot do differently because of … . The power we have lies within us and cannot be crushed by anything that life challenges us with.

  136. ‘I started to face my hurts’ – This is a significant point. Until we are willing to face our hurts, we are totally owned and imprisoned by them.

    1. Agreed, facing the hurts is the key to unlocking the self imprisoned jail, i.e. withdrawal from life. The sky is the limit when you let go of them, feel connected, self loving with your body and knowing your essence.

  137. The way to deal with more in life is simpler than when we struggle with less.

    1. I agree, as in my experience it keeps me focused and has me choose wisely how I treat myself so I can keep up with what is needed next.

  138. ‘When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.’ – I love this statement – if we were all able to do this for our selves, we would immediately eliminate all of our issues. It’s the ‘accepting our part in it’ that is a bit of a stumbling block, we seem to like to blame others in order to avoid taking responsibility for our own choices.

  139. I have been really inspired by reading this; ‘I learned through one of the Universal Medicine’s practitioners to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality.’ What I realised is that I can talk without checking the quality of what I am saying first and so to take a moment to check how I am feeling and whether I am feeling gentle and open and to express from here feels great.

  140. Anonymous, I find this really helpful and can feel how important it is for us to talk about things and be honest about what hurts us and why and how healing this can be; ‘I started to face my hurts, talk about them and explain why that particular thing somebody had said or done had hurt me so much.’

  141. Anonymous, this is really interesting; ‘When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.’

  142. Re-learning gentleness (because it is in fact innate within us) and honouring our sensitivity is a huge support in connecting us to our inner heart, our essence, and bringing us back to the truth of who we are.

  143. A life lived committed to being gentle in the body has got to beat the anxiety of a life lived in the torturous mind . Very inspiring sharing. Thank you.

  144. Consistent commitment to a foundation of loving choices becomes life changing in every way.

  145. When we withdraw from life it creates a void in us that in truth only we can fill up again by committing in full to ourselves and to life. Universal Medicine takes us to this point of resurrection, equips us with all the tools and then the rest is up to us.

  146. ‘One of my first lessons was learning gentleness and commitment to life. I learned through one of the Universal Medicine’s practitioners to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality.’ – what an inspiring life lesson, to be constantly checking in with our body and being aware of the quality of our expression that we are sharing of our selves with everyone else.

    1. What a great insight. Too often do we try to help others, or make a positive difference in some situation or activity, when we have not taken care of ourselves and our own life to make sure we are able to bring our all. It simply doesn’t work.

    2. Susie a great point here, having worked hard for many years (well actually kept myself busy doing things for many years) I thought that I was committed but that was it, I was not committed to life overall and therefore it was only as I started to look at committing to life in full did my life actually start to become more and more incredible.

  147. Commitment to life changes everything… it transforms our lives from mundaneness and comfort to true purpose, joy and harmony.

    1. Connecting with purpose and activating this within our livingness brings joy to everything we do.

  148. ‘Within a few months of seriously committing to this program, my life started to change.’ this is seriously inspiring! I bet no-one around you could not see the changes you’ve made and know we create our situation and so we can also completely turn it around.

  149. “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.” Just a deep appreciation of the choices we have made based on our self worth, self respect and inner connection or lack of it and a resuming of our inherent responsibility to restore true compassion in the world: the ability to observe, understand and make life about Love.

  150. If all the people that have experienced a change in the way they live their life, wrote an article on the ‘before and after’, it would I’m sure amount to huge volumes of books and if they were then published, maybe humanity would at last get to feel there is another way to live and that we are so much more than we allow our selves to be.

  151. It is good to know and trust what we know is next for us despite any possible doubts or arguments that may tell us otherwise as long as this knowing comes from a true connection with our essence.

    1. We know a lot more than we think – the more we appreciate our glorious selves, the more we ‘back’ our selves and use our innate wisdom as our guiding star.

  152. A twenty year dream come true. Sometimes we have an inkling of something, a passion or a purpose only to find it unfolds in its own time as we bring commitment to our own self-care and re-nurturing.

  153. When we align, the stars literally align with us. This is what I call the magic of life.

      1. We are always aligning to something, the key is being aware of what it is that we are aligning to – Love or the complete opposite.

  154. Learning to ‘Bring all of me’ to an interview is a great way to approach any job application – so often we think we have to list our credentials, our qualifications and our experience, and we don’t always think to list our qualities, even though they may be the most important aspect for any employee.

  155. This is quite something, dealing with a big past hurt in such a way that it stops running your life. It seems that for most of us there may be similar areas, sometimes something as simple as singing.

  156. “…to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality” – agree and it’s the same with job search too – the quality we are in will most certainly determine the quality of response we get back from applications or job interviews. When something’s not going to plan, or feeling right it’s always good to ask ourselves what quality we are in and then re-set it to start again.

    1. It is our quality that determines the responses that return… change our quality and a different response comes back.

    2. Great point, Zofia, the quality of our movement in one moment sets us up for the next – if things aren’t flowing, checking in with ourselves and being aware of how we are feeling in our body is a great place to start.

  157. ‘I don’t need to prepare for and/or control every moment; I don’t need to know everything. The only thing that matters is connecting to my essence, the true me, the love that we all innately are, and bring that love forth in all that I say and do.’ This resonates strongly with me currently as I have recently also felt a big step in surrendering to all that is there and therefore being able to bring me to it rather than trying to control it so that it fits with which parts of me I’m willing to bring and which I’m not.

    1. Letting go of control, of needing or wanting to know everything.. there’s part of me that wants to say ‘that’s a huge thing to master’, but when I look at it, it’s actually as simple as a moment to moment choice to let go and continue letting go, not the challenging mountain to climb that I sometimes make it out to be.

    2. I agree Michael, the control drops away which is a huge relief for the body which can then be more of who we are.

  158. Could it be that every job is a dream job. It is not the job itself but what we bring to it.

    1. Oh, that’s beautiful and so true Kehinde. So often we make life complicated when we simply need to be all we are in our essence.

    2. You’re so right Kehinde. I’m finding it very challenging actually. The more love and light I bring through. The more my mentor applies pressure, which means I need to connect to myself more deeply and then I bring more. Which then supports me to love all my colleagues, whatever stage they are at.

    3. Brilliantly said Kehinde2012… as when you bring a body that has discovered and continues to deepen with self-love, work becomes an extension of this expression in the workplace too…

  159. A dream job can be one we’ve never dreamed about but comes to us and provides the awakening needed for our next stage of advancement.

    1. So true Kehinde. All the jobs I’ve ever had I followed an impulse to work there and though some I resented and disliked, even then I can now see what valuable lessons I was learning for my next steps in life.

  160. This really is an astonishing story, I have a mind to print it off and give it to the local beggar that hangs out outside our local co-op, there is nothing apparently wrong with his health and he appears to be intelligent so I’ve often wondered how or what brought him to this point and if there is a way to turn him around or if he just likes what he does.

  161. Love what you have shared here Anon, as a beautiful life experience…you are on a roll and there is no stopping you now for you can only access deeper and deeper layers of love to share with all. Keep it up as this is truly inspirational!

  162. Such simple changes and yet so very powerful, when we connect to our innate qualities of being naturally gentle and tender with ourselves and those around us, and begin to care for ourselves and everyone else, commit to life and value who we are. All inspired by Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon – the magician who allows us to realise that the most ordinary is actually extraordinary and that all we ever truly need to understand is life and love lies within each and every one of us.

    1. “All inspired by Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon ‘the magician who allows us to realise that the most ordinary is actually extraordinary’ By caring for self lovingly much of life becomes accessible, understood and appreciated.

  163. When any of us say ‘oh, I just landed there’, there’s actually no truth in that statement. Each of us has orchestrated where we are at any point in time, with precision and detail, as a result of the choices that we have made.

    1. Very true, Alexis, to say this, it feels like we are either not appreciating ourselves, or not wanting to be aware of our lack of commitment to ourselves and to life in general.

    2. There is also divine design where we find ourselves working a field we may not have previously considered but yet perfectly suited for the next stage of our expansion.

  164. We are either in our heads, thinking thoughts or we are in our bodies, feeling feelings but you can’t be in both places at the same time. Therefore when we are in our heads, it is at the expense of our bodies and when we are in the body, it naturally cuts out the falseness and incessant chatter of the head.

    1. What’s so gorgeous about being in our body is how ‘solid’ we feel in our selves, not in terms of heavy, rather the opposite – there is a clarity, no wavering, but a knowingness, we know exactly what is needed in the next moment and the next.

  165. Our main job in life is to live knowing our preciousness. No matter how many KPIs we pursue nothing will ever truly work if you don’t have the truth.

  166. You are amazing Anonymous… through your own choices and dedication you have broken the consciousness within your family, stepped out and moved beyond… and therefore are an awesome light and reflection for all to be inspired to also do the same if they so choose.

  167. I love how you knew what you wanted to be 20 years ago. There’s something wonderful about us that we know what it is that we are here to work as, that we have an inner knowing that is beyond the functionality of getting a certain job because of the pay or whatever.

  168. Things can be set in place for us when we simply let go and respond to what we feel to be true.

    1. Well said Michael, it is like giving permission to the unfoldment of what is yet to be lived in full, simply when we have the full bodied willingness to do so.

  169. When you accept your own part in the hurts you are carrying, you are no longer a victim of these hurts.

  170. It is the ‘all of me’ that makes everything we do the richness it can and should be not just for ourselves but for everyone equally, ie. for ‘all of us’.

  171. When we identify with being a ‘victim’ of working life, and someone who has tirelessly tried to work hard and get to our ‘dream job’, then everything becomes a struggle when actually in any job is it possible that we could be placed there for a purpose, not only to learn things ourselves but for others to learn?

    1. And we can identify with being a ‘victim’ of life in general… yet as you suggest here Susie, we are placed exactly where we need to be – for our own learning and also for the learning of all others we meet in life.

  172. “One of my first lessons was learning gentleness and commitment to life.” Wouldn’t it be awesome if we made these lessons the first skills children learned in life alongside reading and writing, because as those who apply them are discovering, they are fundamental life skills that resurrect our true qualities and strengths.

  173. Knowing and appreciating ourselves well, means that we can ‘bring all of me’ to our lives, interviews, relationships, activities and the world is more honest and stronger for it.

  174. Anonymous, I love the way that the more you bring of yourself, the more that’s been given to you by way of a job, work, promotion!

  175. Its interesting that when we stop trying to find the perfect anything, be it a relationship, job, new home and the list goes on, it comes to us for what is needed.

    1. Yes, when we get out of the way with our I wants and demands, we discover everything is already there waiting for us to say yes

    2. So true Steve… when we let go of our pictures, and especially of seeking perfection, we allow space for so much more – and I often find what is needed, or what then comes, is so much grander than the picture I had!

      1. So true. I’m finding the less I picture things, the more I realise if I had, had an image, I would have put a cap on the amazingness of what actually can come through! The magic of God.

  176. What I love so much about your blog, Anonymous, is the way you have chosen to re-connect with the magnificence of who you are. No more selling yourself short, feeling the victim and blaming others and life for your situation, rather, clearing out what is not true and celebrating what is and making this your foundation from which you live. Allowing you to enjoy and deeply appreciate living the love that you are and sharing this with the world.

    1. Hi Alison, I love the way you show appreciation for the changes I have made in my life. Supporting me to more deeply connect with what has been offered to me and now appreciating myself more for the loving choices I am now making.

  177. In order for us to truly move forward in our lives, we have to first be prepared to be honest about the false way of being that we have ‘created’ for ourselves. Without this attachment, we are able to start appreciating the truth of who we are and accessing limitless support that is there to confirm us in our truth.

    1. Hi Johanne, Yes, it’s interesting, because I have noticed that since I have started to build a more loving relationship with myself, that the other relationships in my life are also becoming more loving. It’s confirmed the teaching of Universal Medicine, that everything starts with ourselves and the way we treat and feel about ourselves.

  178. “I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.” When we live with this connection, we always have the answers available to us whenever we need them.

  179. I love how your self-care blossomed and the world reflected this in the opportunities you were offered and also said yes to and fully embraced – it’s not about sitting on our laurels but always expanding and saying yes!

  180. ‘The only thing that matters is connecting to my essence, the true me, the love that we all innately are, and bring that love forth in all that I say and do.’ this is such a profound way to live which gives true purpose – I’m just starting to feel this for myself and love it – those things in life which once felt they had a hold on me are dropping away.

  181. So much of what is shared is how we appreciate the Love that is continually shared by everyone who chooses to reconnect to their Inner-heart, essence or esoteric – all one and the same. When we start our return journey we are all starting with what has been presented by being gentle so that gentleness becomes the first step we all will take on our return to Love so for more on being gentle go to a free audio on the Gentle Breath Meditation.

  182. Going from a life ‘suffered from psychosis and depression and spent many years claiming Incapacity Benefit’ to ‘The only thing that matters is connecting to my essence, the true me, the love that we all innately are, and bring that love forth in all that I say and do’. HOLD UP WORLD! Surely we need to STOP and take a look at this. Like this is incredible.

  183. Life is indeed simple when we live it this way Anonymous. And when we live it we get it to feel it in our bodies and that brings a marker into our body as to what that feels like. Then when we bring in complication, we can feel it more (and how it feels more complicated! in our bodies) because simplicity has been felt and lived and formed a foundation.

  184. Beautiful blog anon, your joy and appreciation for your own choices are palpable in the way you tell us about your dream job and how you came to be in it.

  185. Yes it is so great to explore our hurts and allow ourselves to really go there and feel what was happening that we felt so hurt. I find this understanding brings a feeling of being empowered and also what my choice was in that moment. Once that choice is felt of why I felt hurt and reacted instead of observed, I can let it go.

  186. My first Sacred Esoteric Healing session was life changing, the level of care and sensitivity that was offered blew me away. I have not looked back, it is a very supportive and worthwhile modality.

  187. What I love about this blog is that there is no luck or good fortune in it, there is no magic pill or book or course or guru involved. The turn around in this life has been down to good old inspiration, commitment, dedication, self-responsibility, honest reflection and self empowerment through taking the bull by the horns and making the brave decisions and the necessary changes that were needed to bring about true change. Beautiful to read and very inspiring for anyone who is seeking to change their life.

  188. I recently had the experience that the moment I am moving in a very gentle and present quality, focusing on surrendering and moving my vehicle in that way, I can access more wisdom, and am much more observant of everything that is happening around me. Even a very challenging time was supported by that. It is all about letting go and not getting under tension, because life falsely tells us we should go into tension when things are changing, or not flowing the way we want it to flow. What if there is a much higher order why things flow or not ?!

  189. As we begin to love ourselves more, as we begin to value what we do, any job becomes our dream job because we love doing everything we do. If you’re not content within yourself even the CEO position won’t be enough.

    1. Wise words Viktoria – when we learn to truly value ourselves, we also know that what we do quite naturally has a true value.

  190. Being unemployed and on incapacity benefits can feel like a trap and one that is difficult to get out from under as many do struggle with this, so the fact that the author has changed the direction of his/her life shows that we are to never give up on ourselves and that our choices do make a difference.

    1. Yes I agree, usually withdrawing from employment and living on benefits is actually a way of life or pattern that lasts generations, and is very difficult to change or break. Many a government or sociologist have wring their hands trying to solve this seemingly difficult problem, as it is so obviously an attitude or approach to life that causes it and usually a very difficult one to change. So maybe they should read this blog because in it lies the true answer to the problem.

  191. “Then I was introduced to Sacred Esoteric Healing™ and it has completely changed my life.” A paradigm shaking moment that when fully grasped, resurrects our connection to God and exposes the extent of our lost ways. Nothing has had more beneficial, lasting and true effect than the Universal Medicine Healing modalities, restoring the bond to our innocence, wonder and wisdom within and empowering us to take responsibility for our woes. We are all such graceful, powerful beings, an immutable truth that Sacred Esoteric Healing honours absolutely.

  192. What an amazing turnaround, done so simply without any excessively driven intent or pushing. Just the natural practise of self-care which has brought to you the beginnings of all that you know you are. Beautiful.

  193. What this tells me is true change does not happen out of the snap of our fingers. It takes joyful commitment and patience and it is a forever deepening process that is not goal oriented, but life changing.

  194. We are multidimensional beings and when connected to this divine wisdom our bodies know what to bring through in any moment.

    1. So true – therefore, the way for us to expedite healing our hurts, as a result of our choices, is for us to take responsibility for the part we have played.

  195. ‘A lot of my ‘stuff’ came from childhood issues, which was a little embarrassing to talk about sometimes, but I found that talking about it helped me to truly feel what was going on in my body and to let the hurt go – with the loving support of the practitioners of course.’

I’ve found it’s so healing to talk with practitioners who really hear what I have to say. In this there is no more trying to make myself understood. I’m able to feel and heal the hurt and let it go, seeing a bigger picture that I’d never seen before, because the hurt was blocking my view.

  196. This is amazing in just three years you have the job of your dreams. It shows how powerful and capable we are to heal, to change the way we move, think and feel through life.

  197. ‘Life is so simple when we live this way.’ – It goes to show that everything in life is a choice, we can make it simple or we can choose complications and endless struggle.

  198. The healing process when approached with a real willingness to heal and the support of a practitioner who understands energy is such a simple and beautiful process. It doesn’t take years of therapy, it just needs the rediscovery of our essence.

  199. I really enjoyed reading your subtitle Learning to Bring All of Me, but it is an indictment on our parenting, our accepted standard of community and relationship that we actually have to re-learn to be and bring all of who we are. It is wonderful that we have these points of reflection that things start to shift and change as the standards are called to be higher and more truthful.

  200. It is so great that your dreams came true without any force, heavy studying, trying to prove anything, but by simply being you. You knew all along you had it in you!

    1. Yes, we are so loved and supported to be ourselves. When we step out of the way of blocking what’s all there for us to step into we see how easy it can be! But I love how you also put into it your all, very inspiring to read and for all those who work with you.

  201. What a cool blog! I love how practical and applicable what you share is. One bit that jumped out at me early on is your comment about some of the things you realise affected you when you were young, they might have been awkward or even sometimes felt silly to talk about but they hurt, therefore they mattered and just talking about them and bringing understanding lets them go. See, very cool!

  202. I can only imagine how much work you have put in, to go from when your life was in tatters to now. With the help that is on offer if we are prepared to look for it, and work at what is on offer we can move mountains as you are living proof of, Anon.

  203. A very common factor in the lives of those who study Universal Medicine and apply its teachings is the astonishing turn around in our lives. Although I ran a successful business, my health and private life were a mess. Today it is a different story, one of vitality, commitment, love, respect and success, all made possible through the application of these truly Soulful teachings.

    1. I can certainly testify to the stunning changes you have made Rowena, you make an amazing reflection of what could be everyones ‘normal’.

  204. To land a dream job, is to have already landed the foundation for having it which means to have landed through committing to what is already a dream catch: ourselves.

  205. I love this story because not only have you arisen yourself out of the hurts, anonymous, and the constraints that your former choices landed you, but you are showing an entire family and an entire spiritual group the way out of those constraints too. On a temporal level what you have supported yourself to do is massive alone, factor in the energy of this plane of life and what you have supported yourself to do goes to another dimension!

  206. When we commit to ourselves and allow the space to feel who we truly are, we discover our innate wisdom and exquisite beauty and we know that we have the potential to share all of this with the world.

    1. Alison agreed, the commitment to ourselves changes everything and allows us to transform the way our lives unfold.

  207. ” I am also open to deepening my relationships with everyone around me…” When we deepen the relationship with our selves through self-love, we naturally and effortlessly deepen the relationships we have with others..

  208. The things we desire are not achieved by burrowing harder but bringing all of what you’ve got to bring to everything. It’s lives natural order.

  209. This is an amazing blog describing how we can become more functional and choosing how we do that ourselves.

    1. And what I also love about this sharing is that it demonstrates the absolute functionality of becoming more divine. Far from being airy fairy, becoming more divine makes all the practical aspects of life so much easier.

  210. I love how, when we say yes to life, we’re given opportunities that we could never have orchestrated or imagined.

    1. There are so many gifts, nudges, events that may not seem like they are helping us at all, when then truly are, that we are offered every single day, but we have to be open to being aware that they are there and to receiving them – when we do, there is no doubt of the love we have been offered and accepted.

  211. ‘When I discovered Universal Medicine, my life was in tatters.’ – I can very much relate to that, it is almost unreal to consider it was the one and same life, that is how much my life has turned around.

    1. Mine too Eva. It makes me shudder to think where I would be or what I would be doing, had I not come across Universal Medicine when I did. I had exhausted so many different avenues looking for answers and had pretty much given up. Ontop of that my body was in bits. Whereas now I am imbued with purpose, as is my body and it’s movements.

    2. Since discovering Universal Medicine, I have found what was missing in my life – my very gorgeous self. This has changed absolutely everything, my relationship with my self, everyone else and Life. I feel a commitment and purpose that I never had before and it feels incredibly gorgeous.

    3. I will join these other two wonderful women and say me four 🙂 My life wouldn’t have looked like tatters to anyone who didn’t know another way – just like me. But looking back now at how I was then, yes people might consider it tatters in comparison.

  212. When we start giving ourselves what was not given and experienced in childhood, and thereafter tend towards ourselves with the love and care we missed and look after the hurts we carry, everything can be healed and the past no longer will be the present. It is part of growing up, emancipating oneself out of childhood and the emotional dependencies that as adults don´t need to exist anymore. Thus taking life in one´s own hands.

    1. Yes, and that applies at any level of functionality. There is always more available when we go through these steps.

      1. ‘… everything can be healed and the past no longer will be the present’ I love this line; and neither does it have to be a long and arduous process!

    2. As a young child you might not have been able to react differently to what was coming towards you, as you were too young, small and care-dependent. But as an adult, you can! Realising this really empowers and lets you see through the illusion that we are still at the mercy of our surroundings.

  213. Our undealt-with hurts run our lives – until we truly let them go… and then we are free to be our true selves.

  214. The more we focus on our bodies and honouring their messages, the less abuse we tolerate because we truly feel the impact of those abusive choices on our body.

  215. “I come from a family whose members are all claiming disability benefits. They continually argue with their partners and think that is love…” Your story shows us that excuses are not the reason to not step up and out, as you show, with self-love and extending our own responsibility, you can always U-turn something that is perceived to be your ‘lot in life’ and come back in full.

  216. This is gold, Anonymous – ‘The only thing that matters is connecting to my essence, the true me’. What a simple principle to live by, and yet by staying connected to our inner knowing we have access to everything that is needed in any given moment. This is what true power is and how we can foster change in our workplaces and relationships.

  217. Anonymous, reading this makes me realise how much life experiences we do have and that in interviews we do not need to ‘big ourselves up’ and exaggerate, we can simply be honest and true and this enough.

  218. Anonymous, your commitment to life is amazing and deeply inspiring. it shows what is possible if we make that commitment.

  219. It’s amazing what opens up and is presented to us when we make that choice to connect to our truth.

  220. ‘I started to face my hurts, talk about them and explain why that particular thing somebody had said or done had hurt me so much.’ – it has amazed me how quickly we can let go of our hurts once we choose to let go, face them and take responsibility for the part we played.

  221. It is amazing what changes can occur if we commit to life instead of the total checked out existence or living for the weekend way that so many of us live.

  222. We don’t always know what is ahead of us although some professional people have known since they were little what they wanted to be. My feeling is that, once we say ‘Yes’ to serving humanity, then the Universe already has a Plan as to where our talents can be best used and opportunities will open up before us. All we have to do is say ‘Yes’.

  223. It was mentioned the other day in a talk that Sacred Esoteric Healing clears/removes energies from the body that is not truly us. To me this is a testimony of just that and I know from my life and experience with Sacred Esoteric Healing it is a truly amazing modality. I went from drinking alcohol (a lot!) and feeling I could never not drink it, to completely stopping drinking alcohol without even trying … AMAZING. I have never looked back since and my body feels so much healthier and this was from attending Sacred Esoteric Healing courses that supported me to do this.

    1. Me too Vicky, I had tried to stop drinking several times but I was hooked on the whole consciousness of it as well as being physically dependant on it. It still took me a while to quit, but the more Sacred Esoteric Healing sessions I went to and the more Universal Medicine courses I went on, the less my body would tolerate alcohol to the point one day I just stopped, no will power needed. Yippee!

    2. It feels so honouring of ourselves when we can connect with our body and feel into what it is that will support us next – whether it’s food, exercise, what to wear – rather than following what we have been conditioned to believe we want, or what another energy is telling us we want.

  224. Things starts to fall into place when we become honest, take responsibility, commit to life and attend to our unhealed hurts so they don’t dominate us any longer. Magic can have its full reign once we align.

  225. We can often stay stuck in a hurt because we need the other to be held in the wrong and us in the right. However this place of righteousness never serves us or allows us to move on, only letting go of the judgement we hold can release us.

    1. What a blessing to read your comment today jennym, just this morning I was reflecting on how hard I’ve found it to let go of a hurt where the other person verbally attacked and abused me – and this is exactly what is stopping me, this feeling being right, of wanting some kind of apology, which I know will never come. Definitely time to let go of the judgment – thank you.

  226. Astounding isn’t it that such extensive change can come about through self-care. And the deeper we go with our self-care the more profound the changes. Which is why the forces that are working around the clock to keep us out of our power invest all of their efforts in keeping us distracted with anything that is self abusive. Indeed distraction itself is a form of self abuse.

  227. It is a revelation that forgiveness is the twin of judgement, one doesn´t exist without the other. And how can there ever be judgement when we bring true understanding to any situation and choice, as it will let us see that everyone involved has their own part in it and responsibility to take.

  228. A brilliant example of that we are never really lost, i.e. the moment we choose to become and be who we are, commit to life, we are supported to heal the past and deal with what is ahead of us. It is a transformation out of the suffering into who we are and always have been, that sometimes appears to be and actually is a miracle in the true sense, one that we initiate ourselves.

  229. Sacred Esoteric Healing is a very gentle and unimposing modality that supports the body to release so much of the hurt, emotion and imposition we have loaded it with. It is by no means a sticking-plaster solution, but a deeply healing modality that can bring around such enormous change as described here in this blog.

    1. The change is enormous and to most people, an unbelievable one. However, time and again I have witnessed the power of Sacred Esoteric Healing, which is in fact grounded in science, and how it has supported so many people to become more healthy, claimed, responsible and joyful.

  230. ‘And without the stimulants I am much more committed to life in and outside of work.’ – I used to be a frequent user of the stimulants coffee, cigarettes and alcohol, and at the time did not even consider what a life without these stimulants would be like as I enjoyed the numbness it offered – coffee and cigarettes I was thoroughly addicted to, and I used to say that it was a miracle that I never became an alcoholic, as the consumption was considerable. I cannot even begin to describe what it is like to have set myself free from these addictions, it has been totally life changing for me. I am constantly learning a deeper commitment to life as well as the people in my life and all around me, but most of all, I am finally learning to know who I truly am, and that IS a true miracle.

    1. I can tick all the same boxes Eva. Like you I could never imagine living a life without these stimulants, they made the day tick. Yet today its the other way around. What an immense miracle it is to live life without any artificial stimulation or distractions, and every day discover more of my true self and appreciating the genuinely loving qualities I bring to the world, forever supported by Universal Medicine and its treasure chest of tools, teachings and healing modalities.

  231. ‘Then I was introduced to Sacred Esoteric Healing™ and it has completely changed my life’ having experienced sessions of spiritual healing modalities I was not sure what to expect from Sacred Esoteric Healing, however I knew it would be different due to the quality and feeling I had from everything that I had read, or seen presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, however I had totally underestimated what was on offer – Sacred Esoteric Healing (and any of the modalities offered by Universal Medicine are truly a gift from heaven).

  232. “I don’t need to prepare for and/or control every moment; I don’t need to know everything. The only thing that matters is connecting to my essence, the true me, the love that we all innately are, and bring that love forth in all that I say and do.” Love this … life is very simple when we live from our essence.

  233. It really is a miracle to let go of the hurts that can configure our every move. This process isn’t possible without lovingly being supported to see our part to play in the times we have felt hurt. Universal Medicine has lovingly supported me to take responsibility and see choices. Previously I had experienced different therapies to address the baggage I was carrying around but never did I feel I was letting go, and there was always a lot of pointing the finger at people and circumstances. Now it makes sense that I have always had a responsibility and a part to play and so then I can feel empowered to make changes.

    1. Victim-hood breeds irresponsibility and leaves us powerless, stuck in an endless vicious circle of blame, guilt and resentment, if not quiet bitterness.

  234. ‘I don’t need to prepare for and/or control every moment; I don’t need to know everything. The only thing that matters is connecting to my essence, the true me, the love that we all innately are, and bring that love forth in all that I say and do.’ We think we have to control everything because we don’t trust that an outcome will be what we want. When we do trust the way things constellate in our favour help to strengthen that trust and we begin to understand how everything works when we are connected to our essence.

  235. It feels like you turned the corner once you realised we are all responsible for everything that happens to us, and it is all our own choices. Universal Medicine teachings bring us back to where we pick up that responsibility of ourselves and live life from there, and you show how possible it is to achieve anything without any trying.

  236. Commitment to the relationship we have with ourselves is life-changing, because we are taking responsibility for the choices we make, the things we need to let go of, and the way we treat the body. It may not always be comfortable, but this level of honesty assists us to heal and grow.

  237. It’s not possible to commit to anything without first commiting to ourselves. In fact it’s not possible to ever do anything without first doing it to ourselves.

    1. So true Alexis… what we do for ourselves carries through in all we do with others.

    1. I love this comment, Alexis. When we honour the body we are honouring everything that we come from and are made of.

  238. The majority of people that have reached the supposed ‘top’ of their game, be it in sport, the corporate world or whatever have abused their bodies on the way. What this therefore means is that they don’t have a solid platform on which to stand. On the contrary Anonymous, you have honoured your body as your starting point, which has resulted in you being absolutely immovable in your base.

  239. When we really understand just how awesome we are, everything we do becomes infused with love and thereby every task we do is transformed into the ‘dream job’, even cleaning the loo!

    1. That’s so true, Steve, – I don’t think of my job as work, rather that I am a part of something amazing which I love being able to support in any way that I can, whether it’s in my job description or not. I’m all in.

  240. There is nothing more simple and nothing more powerful that being in the body and allowing it to show us the way. Unfortunately we can get in the way of our selves at times, but I love the fact that it really is so simple to return!

    1. There is a lot of momentum and drive in business, so it’s very impactful to be able to reflect another way to be at work, by being guided from our body.

  241. Wow Anonymous, and if this is not testament to the power that lies within us all, that Universal Medicine helped you unlock, then what is? Amazing sharing that is deeply inspiring to the bones! 😉

  242. I thought I was committed to life, working and making enough money. What I wasn’t wanting to see was how I wasn’t living to my full potential, not delivering what I was fully capable of. Once I made changes after being inspired by Universal Medicine and feeling what I do bring then I stared to see what I actual could bring.

    1. Me too Natalie. Before Universal Medicine, I felt and thought (and I am sure most people I knew felt the same about me) that I was committed to and enjoyed life. I absolutely loved my job, I had many friends, I owned my own house and looked to be ticking along nicely. However, underneath all of that, there were some tensions and some hurts that I was allowing which meant that I was capping myself in my expression. Bringing in more self-nurture and care I realised I was operating at only a tiny percentage of what I was capable of operating on. And so the journey continues – to keep letting go, to keep confirming, to keep appreciating, to keep expressing, to keep unfolding so that the abundance that is there to be expressed is given a wider opportunity to be expressed through my body.

  243. What a beautiful expression of self-worth; a true honouring of your known truth. Your words can encourage many others to follow your example should they so chose.

  244. Indeed, life gets very simple when lived in true connection with the body.

  245. ‘They continually argue with their partners and think that is love.’
This is a very striking line. I often wonder about couples who are together but share little in loving intimacy. Yet people around them take it for granted they are a good couple because they are dependable because they will never separate and this is celebrated in various metals of wedding anniversaries.

I’ve been so inspired in the last few years by couples who have committed to being all the love they are, gotten together, married even, but when one half of the couple isn’t able to continue the journey, they lovingly, without any judgement or holding back of continued love and support for one another, decide to separate. Some or both sides may meet someone new and there is no acrimony but continued love and support. This shows me love never is confined to any one person but is there to be forever connected to.

    1. I totally agree, K, it isn’t about how much time we spend together, or what we put up with to stay together, the reverse is true – it’s always about the quality of the time we do spend together. Ten minutes of quality, truly loving time means more than a whole week where there is no intimacy, no true connection.

  246. There is no limit to what we can achieve in life when we are committed to true purpose.

  247. This isn’t just a temporary fix, a purple patch, a stroke of good fortune…this is the real deal; truly life-changing moves that will ripple through your and so many others lives. Thank you for sharing and thank you for undeniable evidence of the gold of Universal Medicine.

  248. While reading this blog it came to me that my father used to say to us all at various times, it’s often not what you know but who you know, and it’s not what you do, but how you do it. And to me I feel if you love what you do there is no effort involved it’s just a joy.

  249. The whole idea of a ‘Dream Job’ is a set up, because we will always see our work as ‘lesser’ until we get that job title or position that we are attached to. Is it worth it?

    1. This is so true! I always chased the idea of landing the dream job: a job that made me feel fulfilled and was recognised – i.e. was paid well.

Because I didn’t value myself and the qualities I bring, I actually couldn’t accept better paid work so never went for certain positions. I was never honest about this so ocillated between feeling unjustly undeserved and fearing being seen.

A job never makes one fulfilled. It’s bringing all of you to life that makes any job amazing. So many jobs I didn’t appreciate because I didn’t appreciate the all that I could bring whilst doing them.

With each job there was a calling for me to bring an aspect to it that I hadn’t mastered. When I did, another opportunity would open up. There is so much more appreciation of myself and activation of what can be brought through me. Once I say yes to this the jobs that I do will reflect this.

  250. True inspiration comes from our livingness and this is exactly what this blog is about, setting standards of self-love and self-care through commitment to self and to life.

  251. The simple but life changing teachings presented by Universal Medicine are clearly on display here. We can certainly make a difference in our own lives.

    1. And thank you Matilda for further confirming that simplicity and clarity. In doing so, what you have highlighted to me is the absolute charade of the blame game we humans love to play. A game that considering anonymous’s background, she could have played her whole life if she’d chosen. However instead she chose self responsibility and voila, life transformed before her very eyes.

  252. Universal Medicine is the real antidote to our ills, as it empowers us to address all that we have attempted to shun and realise in the midst of it our immense worth, power and integrity – then all we need to do is apply all our love to life.

    1. Agreed Rowena I’m not sure how much one can express the incredible changes that have occurred in not only my life but the lives of so many people I know since they started to deeply love and care for themselves after being inspired by Serge Benhayon.

  253. Having landed a new job myself quite recently, I’m learning that the thing about a dream job and what makes it a dream job, is really having no pictures about what it/the job is , what it looks like and in relation to anything from previous experiences in having done a similar job in the past. That way everything, every job is always fresh, and hence can be the “dream job”, given platforms of the past are vanquished and new platforms surrendered into.

  254. “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.” I love what you say here and what comes to me is that with forgiveness we actually haven’t truly let go of the hurt but still hold onto to it.

  255. What you show here is that everybody has so much potential but how easily we get crushed by life and then withdraw and do not know how to cope. This is a hard but true reflection of the life as such and the societies we have created. And it is good to take an honest look, but also know that every single one of us can bring to society their deepest inner truth by simply living it, step by step, without perfection but with consistency, as you have shown. Then we begin to turn the wheel towards a society we can all unfold in and bring our all.

  256. Life and its hurts does seem to set us up to withdraw and give up and I can understand why people do. This blog clearly shows that we don’t have to give up, but if we commit more to love, to being who we are and to life itself, then real change is very possible not only for us but for the world around us.

  257. ‘In Bringing All of Me to every interview I had, I was able to bring through all of my life’s experiences, which meant being able to answer any question that was thrown at me, calmly and concisely…’ we have everything we ever need within us so the only preparation we ever need do is for the vehicle that carries it and the healing to let go of what is no longer required.

  258. This just proves that we are never stuck in any situation, there is always a way out and the power of self-care and love is the springboard to developing a life we could have only once dreamed of.

  259. How you have developed along your way by committing to all of you and staying with it consistently. Thank you for sharing your blog.

  260. When we take a close look at our childhood hurts, hurts that can still influence our lives when we are adults, we can come to the conclusion that it actually makes no sense to hold onto these. Hurts that are hurts for a child may not be hurts for when you are an adult. For instance being afraid of people because they live with frustration or anger and therefore were unpredictable to you, can be experienced completely different when you are an adult, because you are now able to deal with this. The Universal Medicine Therapies lovingly support in dealing with addressing these held onto childhood hurts and in letting them gracefully go as with this support, you can now see it from the adult perspective and that holding on to these makes absolutely no sense.

  261. Indeed, we do not need to know everything. At times through our education we may think this should be so, as with the exams we are tested on our knowledge or better said, our capability to regurgitate what we have read or have been told before. But I have found through time that to know that you don’t know is very freeing, and lets me come to the answers that are really needed for a particular subject in that moment.

  262. An amazing sharing Anon. We can all learn so much from just listening to ourselves as you have done and trusting that all we need is within.

    1. It is so huge when we see and learn ‘that all we need is within’. It puts an end to the incessant searching and looking outsides of ourselves for answers and recognition.

  263. Thanks Anon for an amazing story of resurrection and coming back to your true self and service to humanity. I appreciate how you keep bringing it back to the body or embodying life through your movements. well done and thanks for sharing your journey so far.

  264. It is a very humbling moment when we realise that the ‘pen that writes the script’ has been in our hands all along. For with this comes the understanding that we are responsible for all that occurs to us, be that adversity or not, as are we responsible for rewriting the script if we do not like the way the story is unfolding. The simple truth is that where we stand now is the result of our previous choices, no more and no less. Therefore, where we stand in the future will also be a result of all the choices we make between the ‘here’ and ‘there’.

    1. And that is how it works Liane, we are the writers of our own script in life. The question is if we are writing it consciously or not and if we have any responsibility in that is a wise question to ask ourselves. It will open us up to the possibility to make any changes in life, changes we can only make if we are aware that we do write our life script, which otherwise will be written influenced by outer forces that want us the stay in the misery we are in, or even dig deeper into. There really is a responsibility in this, as only we can make the changes we want in life for ourselves first.

    1. I agree Carmel we just have to say yes, without having any pictures or ideals about what may be, and then everything we could ever have dreamed of is laid before us. The question then arises, are we willing to fully embrace it all and maximise what is before us or do we fight it, especially as it can all seem too easy at times, we can then create a struggle with it. Crazy really, but a great reminder we just need to say and embrace what is before us.

    2. I have really noticed this too Carmel, that when I am committed to purpose in my life, meaning committing more to love and living my truth, then I have noticed that things do open up and constellate to support this purpose.

  265. This was a joy to read, as so often we feel we are stuck with our lot in life. It just shows that making some simple changes to the way we live and feel about ourselves can have a massive ripple effect.

  266. ‘through learning about true self-care and self-love I have gone from being ‘down and out,’ on the dole, to landing my dream job in just over 3 years.’ and in doing so Anonymous you are also helping to bust the massive ingrained beliefs that we hold about identity, because you are actively demonstrating that we are not stuck with one particular identity but that our so called ‘identity’ is a very fluid and changeable thing, dependant on our movements. Change our movements and we change our perception of who we believe ourselves to be.

    1. Also we can be just as identified with the ‘struggle’ as we are with the seeming ‘success’.

  267. ‘I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.’ I can feel how this frees us from so many self-imposed ideals and beliefs about how things must be done, and instead allows us to deliver responses to people which not only answer their question, but everything else they are asking without knowing it.

  268. Understanding the truth of the intention in how we do anything exposes so much, which allows us to start to look at what, how and why we choose to do what we do, and the inevitable results from that first impulse. When this is true that same energy plays out in our life and supports us to bring more and more of ourselves in full to life.

  269. Its true, when we truly heal and let go of our hurts, forgiveness becomes defunct. We are only ever victim to our own choices, however remote and disguised they may be. Once we connect with this truth, it empowers us to realise our part in all scenarios, however much we may have felt victim to them at the time, and hence resume our long abandoned responsibility and power in every inch of our lives.

  270. I love this; ‘I started to face my hurts, talk about them and explain why that particular thing somebody had said or done had hurt me so much’. I find it so supportive being honest and talking about what has upset and hurt me and why this has happened. I find when I talk about things, that I no longer need to over think it or to overeat to numb what has happened.

  271. Truly inspirational Anon, there is no end to what we can do if we re-connect to our body and commit to life, knowing that we are equipped to deal with whatever life presents, as our Soul never gives us anything we cannot handle.

  272. Amazing, amazing example of how miracles work when we commit to life and embrace another way of living. Universal Medicine modalities and teachings have supported thousands and thousands of people worldwide who are open to true change. There are many, many examples similar to this that completely blow your mind.

  273. There are lots of self-help programmes. How many of them work as well as this blog shows?

    1. Any self-help program that does not support a person to fundamentally change the way that they move their body is doomed to fail because it is our movements that guarantees what will happen next for us.

  274. You make commitment to life through self-loving choices sound quite simple Anonymous. Quite simply it is saying no to anything that is not supportive and not loving, something that may seem quite alien at first, as we are so used to putting others before ourselves, but your journey has shown us that it is not only okay to love ourselves, it is more than okay to land our dream job and so, so much more.

  275. In general changes to our life are seen arduous, difficult and in need of great discipline while we deny ourselves what we would other wise really want. The way this has been for you Anonymous, and for myself as well and the many students I know of Universal Medicine, is the compile contrary to that. By changing the quality of our movements, by feeling from our bodies and being aware of what it tells us about our lifestyle choices the changes are made naturally, without effort and often habits or choices just fall away.

  276. The crucial message humanity needs to hear here is that things do transform, they can change. Life is not the set thing we tend to think it to be. All we need to do is truly let go and surrender.

    1. Beautifully expressed Joseph and I very much agree with you that humanity needs to hear this. I know there are a lot of people who are searching for ways to completely transform their life. Thank God for Universal Medicine, we finally have a way of living that truly supports us to be who we are and live in a way that is evolving for us all.

  277. I absolutely love the simplicity you express here A, yes it is hard work and we do need to seek support in healing our old hurts, but by bringing it back to the quality in which we move our body and giving it our all the mould life being about struggle and conquering is broken.

  278. What a transformation has occurred in such a short period of time. The teachings from school are totally opposite to what you describe, we need to work and pass exams and there are many people who don’t achieve this and feel they fail. But by being aware that we already have everything we need, through support of Universal Medicine practitioners, you have changed your life completely, it is wonderfully inspiring.

  279. Its game changing to arrive at an interview free of the dialogues and expectations fed by low self worth.
The self love package that Universal Medicine inspires brings with it the appreciation and acceptance that for so long we have sought form the outside. Indeed Anon true confidence doesn’t come from knowledge, but from a consistent alignment to our innermost.

    1. Beautifully articulated Lucinda. Building a foundation of worth and self-love from connecting to our innermost allows us to let go of ideals and beliefs, comparisons and jealousy, feelings of inadequacy and hurt. It allows us to know and feel just how equal we all are and that if someone is trying to score points off us by using the intellect, it simply becomes a reflection of where they are at without impact. The power in claiming our essence far outstrips anything mind based can offer – as blogs and experiences like these show, it doesn’t have to take long, or indeed applied be perfectly for results to quickly show.

  280. Committing to self and life fully and taking deep care of self does bring forth miracles as you have shown anonymous.

  281. Bringing all of you to your interviews meant presenting all that you are, your life’s experiences as well as your connection and amazing quality. I would definitely hire the person that was prepared to live this and bring it openly to their job.

  282. Having no pictures of how your dream job will come about, and being open to opportunities offered, allows for the magic to constellate exactly what is needed – when it is needed.

  283. How many people land their dream job? This is a great example of the magic that can happen when we honour ourselves and follow what is true for us.

    1. Yes, this is true, It exposes the level of control we wield over ourselves compared to the magic, the ease and potential that comes if and when we choose to surrender.

  284. Healing our childhood hurts is a necessary process, to free us from any identification with being a lesser version than who we truly are. Universal Medicine offers many amazing modalities to address what gets in the way of living our innate grandness.

  285. Wow Anonymous what a change you have made! You are a real role model that everything is possible if there is a commitment to life – adieu self worth issues . . . and hello joy, love and harmony!

      1. ‘bring us back to life…’ this made me chuckle Carolien, it makes it sound as if we have been dead for aeons, and perhaps we have… dead to our true nature and dead to the truth, not evolving anywhere but stuck in pain and suffering when the simple answer is to love ourselves and wake up to what is really going on.

  286. What you have shown here is it is very possible, through the development of self love, to break the cycle of family patterns. We do have a choice as to whether we inherit the same-same pre-disposition patterns and continue to pass the same trend on to subsequent generations, or step aside and say no, there is another way, there is more.

    1. Yes there is more, much more than we can ever imagine johannebrown17. The world needs role models such as this to support us back to a harmonious way of life, for without them we would remain stuck the homeostasis not going anywhere but in a straight line, so congratulations Anonymous and thank you Universal Medicine for being the true role model and model for how life can be if lived true to ourselves.

  287. ‘I got a job close to home and life started to feel really good for the first time in a long time. I followed these steps consistently every day – however I wasn’t perfect, I’m still not.’ – our journey ‘home’ is never about being perfect, rather, the commitment to being on it and moving forward, however bumpy the path may seem. It’s our commitment to our self and bringing all that we can in each moment, to the best of our ability, that counts.

  288. ‘through learning about true self-care and self-love I have gone from being ‘down and out,’ on the dole, to landing my dream job in just over 3 years.’ – what beautiful confirmation of what is possible when we start truly nurturing, appreciating and living the magnificence of who we are. You are an inspiration to us all Anonymous, thank you.

  289. This is a very cool example of being responsive to how you feel and honoring it. And not having a picture of the outcome.

  290. And this inspirational turn around is all from committing to life. So simple yet so powerful.

    1. Kathleen thats what really stands out, there is a real commitment from the person to transform their life. Not take the easy path but choose to heal, commit and then everything in life opens up for them. A great offering of what is possible for us all.

    2. It certainly is Kathleen. When I look around I can see that we have a huge commitment to life issue globally and people are suffering due to this. Now we have tools and support to get ourselves out of this deep hole we have dug as a collective and as individuals.

  291. I sometimes wonder if living on the dole runs in families because if we are living with someone who has little or no commitment to life for whatever reason then that is a role model for all. Similarly if one family member pulls themselves up then that affects the whole family and everyone around and they can choose to be inspired or back away altogether.

  292. It’s so easy to hold ideals about what job we should have — serve us nought when there is a job waiting for us that will serve the community, and therefore ourselves, best.

  293. It’s great to feel what we open ourselves up to as self-worth increases and shed the restrictions that we have imposed on ourselves over many years.

    1. Like a butterfly birthing from a chrysalis, a natural process of unfolding when we connect to love.

  294. I come from a culture that is brutal in its treatment of the body through sport, it was drummed in early that the only thing that mattered was winning at all costs. The cost is a bludgeoning of gentleness and connectedness. But we can all reclaim what was there at our birth.

    1. Is that competitiveness a variation of the down-and-outness this blog describes? Both keep us very busy and distracted from who we are?

    2. I don’t know anyone who has not got an injury or in pain from doing some kind of sport so yes, you are right Vanessa, sport is championed for being beneficial to health but at what cost to the body, not to mention the competition with each other. It just doesn’t seems natural to pit one human being against each other does it.

  295. That’s so cool realising you don’t need to know everything on your own from knowledge, but rather to know you are held in all the wisdom of the universe and what is known by our bodies can come through us.

    1. True Vanessa, someone told me once that it is not about ‘intelligence’ (or knowledge) it is about surrendering to the wisdom of the body and allowing love to come through – then there is no need to think or plan, it just IS!

    1. Absolutely Otto, nothing quite compares to the teachings of Universal Medicine. When applied in truth, they simply work and make everything else redundant.

      1. Agreed rachelmurtach1, what else is there but true love and the Teachings of the Ageless Wisdom presented by a man who is true love personified and walks and talks truth – that man being Serge Benhayon the number One man himself in my book.

      2. here here, nothing quite compares to the teaching is Universal Medicine. I think across the board of all students a great percentage of whats on offer in this world has been tried out and we all feel that nothing brought us back to us, to god, to true life but Universal Medicine.

    2. Haha this is so true Otto, once I landed Universal Medicine all of my self-help books went in the trash. As far as I am concerned, these teachings are the only thing I will ever need, as they teach me that everything I will ever need is right inside of me, just awaiting to be re-awakened!

  296. A living example of the power of Universal Medicine – truly changing lives – I really love the lack of razzmatazz in this story; just a simple and unshakeable commitment.

  297. I have been to Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon’s Expression and Presentation workshops and they are awesome just completely flip everything on its head re presentation it in actually having nothing to do with preparing but all to do with our livingness up to that point. Something that I am really starting to understand and feel more and more .. the importance of our livingness in every moment. Our livingness being our choices and our movements.

  298. Being ourselves is great fun and other people love it too, and it allows them to be themselves as well.

  299. Commit to loving yourself and truly evolving and you’ve landed your dream role – being an amazing representative of the divine here on earth. Everything that follows is just a confirmation of that.

  300. I love reading and hearing your unfolding with this and how everyone truly wins when we let all the Love that we are lead the way. No filters or compromises just going for it with everyone.

  301. Great point in this blog about forgiveness not being necessary if you have cleared the hurt from your body. Forgiveness to me actually means you are still hurt by something and trying to forget it or move on or away from a hurt but if you heal the hurts you don’t have to forget them.

  302. “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.” great and simple exposure of the falseness of forgiveness.

  303. I have experienced that being connected to my body is always helpful and supportive. My movements are more fluid and in line with what is needed when I keep focussing on staying in my body.

  304. When we are well and truly caught in the grips of the dynamics we have set in motion by our past choices, reactions or strategies, we may think we are making free choices, but in reality it is not so easy.

Universal Medicine offers a real blessing through its various modalities which support the human being to free itself from such traps, as well as support a deepening understanding. A clear choice is then truly available. Of course we can still jump right into the same old pit, such is the nature of free will. But it is so much easier to start choosing a different way.

So many people have turned their lives around with such support. I cannot express the enormity of what I have received in this way alone from Universal Medicine.

  305. Anonymous this blog is deeply heart-warming – you have set a new-normal standard in life and totally exposed how the victim consciousness can be deconstructed and there is joy within waiting to be re-claimed.

  306. We look down on periods in our life or career where we know we’re there to gain experience, consolidate and learn things, and drive ourselves instead to get the next promotion. But these positions are equally if not more important than any executive or managerial role, because they are the foundations for us to step forward but also in those years we are having contact with so many people, tasks and jobs where we can give our absolute all and contribute massively to the business.

  307. True change comes from dedication to supporting and loving yourself. The beautiful thing is, when applied it affects every area of our life not just where we experience strife.

    1. Yep and not only that all of those around us get to experience it as well so it has a sort of knock on effect. Some may get jealous, which is ok because at least they are being made aware that there is another way to live.

  308. Having the body as our point of reference; our anchor to come back to, supports us to hold steady and deal with whatever is in front of us. If we’re running away from our body, not wanting to feel and deal with whatever is there, then we’re also running away from our deeper connection and knowing that we can deal what whatever is before us, and exactly how to do it.

  309. I wonder what proportion of the world feel like their life is in tatters and that they have given up and withdrawn from the world, I know that my life was a total mess before I came across Universal Medicine and yet it looked ‘normal’ more normal in fact than it does now which is really quite extraordinary.

    1. ‘I know that my life was a total mess before I came across Universal Medicine and yet it looked ‘normal’ more normal in fact than it does now which is really quite extraordinary.’ – extraordinary and tragic, reflecting the disregard and disharmony in which most of us are living, that we have grown to accept as normal.

  310. There is something about this blog that is so heart felt, to me it’s about taking responsibility for ourselves and our actions. We can sit neck deep in the mud and complain that it is everyone else’s fault, we are the victims of circumstance, or we can pick ourselves up take full responsibility and in doing so we get to climb out of the mud pool we have been sitting in and actually find that there is a grander way of life just waiting to be discovered, as you have discovered anonymous.

  311. Could it be this simple – ‘Every time I feel I have left my body, I just focus on the quality of my movements and come straight back to me’? Taking responsibility for oneself in not some heavy burden or arduous task, but a commitment to soul and the quality of our being in each moment.

    1. it is that simple and this is probably why we are so challenged by it, for where is the identification, the reward or the feeling of accomplishment when it is this simple?

  312. There is a sureness and simplicity in the way you write, Anonymous, that is very clear and gets straight to the responsibility we have in the choices we make… thank you.

  313. “Landing My Dream Job” – when we are falling in love with ourselves, it’s easy to love anything we bring that love to, including a “dream job” – because the dream is actually the landing, the dream of ourselves.

  314. I too had to relearn gentleness which I might add is an on going process. It is quite crazy how far we can stray from our natural way of being. It is a beautiful experience to be gentle after the wham bam existence I used to be in.

    1. And boy-oh-boy do you start noticing it everywhere. I was in a meeting the other day with someone who was expressing their point and was slamming his fist on the table – not in a way that he would consider angry or forceful, just what he would consider a normal gesticulation. But it MUST have been hurting so much! And he didn’t even notice he was doing it. This is a micro example, but the point is that we have utterly accepted movements in our bodies that are a million miles from even basic gentleness.

      1. I know exactly what you are saying here, I have a guy that works for me part time who always slams the van doors with such a force that goes right through me. I have told him several times that there is no need for such force to shut the doors and he calms it down a bit for a while but the force always seems to creep back in. The thing is it takes so much more energy to do things in a forceful way than being gentle in our movements.

      2. I was really into physics when I was at school and was always fascinated by the science that explained that within the spectrum of the very physical energies of things like sound, motion, heat, etc… energy could not be created, it was just transferred from one flavour to another. Thus, as a very simple example, a fast car slowing down – the energy goes from speed, to heat (in the brakes) etc…I used to always enjoy imagining these balances and where energy went and where it was wasted etc….And so, still today, I love considering exactly what you have mentioned here kevmchardy; the noise of the slamming door (sound energy) is an expenditure of energy that must have come from somewhere else. Don’t slam the door and less energy is wasted. It’s deliciously simple.

  315. What a turnaround you made in life Anonymous, from living from Incapacity Benefits, to having a full time ‘dream job’, as well as an enormous commitment to life. At times people may think that where they are is the limit in life, and stay there for the rest of it. But when we dare to explore what lives within, and start to nurture that, we become alive again and are able to express our unique qualities in whatever is there for us to do.

  316. Being perfect is an illusion that is impossible to achieve in this realm of life.

  317. Forgiveness is not real, it is a made up notion that makes people feel good for the briefest of moments. Forgiveness is neither healing nor helpful as it buries the drive to hurt and harm and the root cause of this behaviour even more deeply in the body.

  318. I agree – life is simple when we live from the inside out and make the changes that support and confirm our innateness; and no perfection needed, nor is it actually possible.

    1. Gabriele I am with you 100% on this, we start as a baby living from the inside out, then grow up to life from the outside first, and then at some point realize we actually had it spot on as kids.

  319. I now understand why forgiveness doesn’t work because it comes loaded with judgement. When we connect to love there is zero judgement. So, when someone does something to us that is hurtful, we can either respond with love or judgement. And, love equals responsibility, there is nothing soft or wishy-washy about it, it is powerful and it pulls us up for our actions and choices.

  320. ‘I learned through one of the Universal Medicine’s practitioners to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality.’ This is gold because to be gentle is something many of us have to relearn. We have gotten so used to moving, expressing and living with hardness, when gentleness is connected to and express it feels exquisite and healing.

  321. “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement…” This is a perfect example of self care, because if we remain in the hurt, the tension this places in the body only encourages more of the same reaction, and thus keeps you locked in perpetual emotion going around and around. Responsibility and acceptance are key choices in self care.

  322. It’s funny how we start out in one career and end up doing something completely different. I loved science and maths at school so ended up doing electronic engineering at university. I worked in the industry for a while but it wasn’t really my skill area, although I am still interested in technology. My strengths came out in my hobby which eventually became my business – I was running a women’s group and presenting self esteem and assertiveness courses until I finally left work and set up as a Personal Development Coach and Counsellor and that was my business for 20 years until my personal circumstances changed and I moved away from my client base. We never know what’s out there until we say ‘yes’.

  323. This is amazing. I love the practical way that every time you felt you left your body you choose to re-connect. There is a beauty to this, a humbleness and surrender. I’m inspired to do this consistently – I may do it but just for specific situations where I feel it could be tricky, but actually it’s the space in-between that counts as this space will inform the quality of how I am in the situation.

  324. Finding our base in life is so important as we relearn to re-trace our steps so we can re-turn to our most Loving divine essence, then the whole world is at our feet. As it is important to re-connect or re-turn and take “these steps consistently every day”, our consistency is where we re-learn to be; “connecting to my essence, the true me, the love that we all innately are, and bring that love forth in all that I say and do.”

    1. Yes I agree Alexis .. keep on steadily going and shining Anonymous ✨ you are truly AMAZING!

  325. What a beautiful unfolding through the very simple step of bringing gentleness and commitment to life. Those things which have felt a struggle for year just drop away as they no longer fit or are in accord with the quality of the other changes in life and make space for us to unlock the potential that has been burning within all along.

  326. So many pearls of wisdom in this blog. This was a standout for me – “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.” Totally breaks the consciousness around forgiving someone because in truth you are still holding onto it, all you have done with it is made peace with it. Letting it go, and accepting your part in it = truly free.

  327. Absolutely beautiful to feel and see how commitment to ourselves opens up life and how things happen in a way which supports us to be all we are and to offer that to those around us. And it blows all ideas of having to know everything out the window so succinctly expressed here ‘I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.’ … simple.

  328. Another miracle occurs from applying the principles of universal medicine.

  329. Awesome stuff! A great journey with so much to appreciate along the way. I was just saying to a friend last night how it can be fun to look back at your life 2/4/10 years ago and remind myself how far I’ve come. Big changes and all based on my ever growing self love.

  330. Yes life is so simple when we peal back all the hurts, protection, strategies and false limitations that make it look so complicated and impossible

  331. ‘I have also learned through the many Expression and Presentation workshops that Serge Benhayon presents that I don’t need to prepare for and/or control every moment; I don’t need to know everything.’
This has been my experience too, also in the last job interview I had where I presented myself in who I am and, not so much what I do and my skills. This was fun to do and gave them an opportunity to say yes or no to this vibration.

  332. This is an incredibly inspiring story that shows what happens when we commit to ourselves and to life.

  333. Agreed Doug, there can seem to be a world of complication that can get in the way of life and yet when we change our relationship with ourselves and life things become far simpler – albeit equally intense.

  334. This turnaround is phenomenal when there has been such a history of being in a family where the pattern has been to not work, it is much more usual that we follow those patterns ourselves. You looked at it for a while and then chose to make some different choices and look where you are now, quite unbelievable.

  335. My first realisation after reading this is how simple it is to change our lives to such an extent beyond our wildest dreams and that no matter what our position in society it’s our responsibility to get out of the hole we have dug. The second was how people get stuck in the trap of being on the dole and receiving benefits to never seeing their way out of it, and essentially giving up on themselves.

  336. “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.”
When we are ready to accept the support, Sacred Esoteric Healing offers us a mighty opportunity to heal and empower ourselves, to look straight into the face of our hurts, nominate them and let them go. A body set free from the play ground of its energetic shackles, a body re-engaged and responding to the simplicity of what it feels.

    1. Indeed Lucinda, there is “no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement” and when we come from this truth, then all the hurt we carry with us can be looked straight in the face and be seen for what it is. We then will notice that these hurts are mostly from denying our own power, but this can only been seen when we have returned to that power first. And that is what the Esoteric Healing Therapies deliver, they bring you back to your power and when you are there any hurt will melt away in this presence.

  337. This is a very beautiful example of how committing to life and making loving choices for yourself can change everything! Quite simple really when we begin to take responsibility and stop seeing ourselves as victims. Well done Anonymous, the world is your oyster… and in reality it always was, sometimes we just get lost along the way. And your story also tells us that there IS another way and that way is love through and through, right down to the very core of our essence.

  338. I love this journey of rags to riches, not in the financial sense, but in the sense of well-being and self. Your commitment to life with purpose has brought you true wealth and a quality of life that you had begun to believe was impossible.

    1. It’s is a great story of soulful resurrection in everyday real life! Very inspiring.

      1. Yes well said Vanessa, it is another example of soulful resurrection from everyday life which shows how possible it is for the next person to make a 180 degree turnaround.

  339. I am experiencing one wow after another as I start reading your blog. What an amazing turn around and equally amazing is how many times I have heard stories like this including the hundreds that are on these blogs, and yet no government has yet realised what immense savings are on offer here to their health and social welfare budgets and even more so to the well-being of their citizens.

    1. So simple really. Self love and commitment to ourselves supports us on the path to true vitality and purpose, something that much of the world seems to be lacking right now. Many of us are struggling to keep up with the demands of life and suffering for it. Anonymous has shown us that we DO have the power to change when we connect to that ‘something’ inside of us that is pure love. And just imagine how many pennies could be saved if we all adopted this philosophy and began to take responsibility.

    2. Absolutely Nicola. Apart from the social and human implications on relationships of making such choices, the impact this would have on national budgets and deficits would be enormous if we were all to collectively recognise this.

      1. Yes and it would also have a huge impact on the pharmaceutical industry and food industry and many other vested interests who have their incentives to be against it.

    3. Indeed Nicola. When we are willing to take care of ourselves at a deeper level, and start getting really honest about the choices we have made in our lives, it is remarkable as to what can change, not only for ourselves but for the wider community. The benefits really do have an extensive knock on effect.

    4. Absolutely Nicola one day they will turn to find out how we have changed our lives around as economically we are good let alone the energetic impact of taking this sort of responsibility for your movements.

    5. Hear, hear Nicola, great point. It is incredible to see how effective and powerful this way of living is. It has a huge and positive impact not only on our lives but on our government, our country and essentially the entire world.

      1. Yes but the world and in particular the people in it have to be ready and willing to change and that is not the case with everyone!

  340. This is phenomenal and really should not be just left on this website as there is so much learning and understanding in what you have written for everyone to grasp. The teachings and presentation along with the Universal Medicine modalities is quietly changing people and the world. And I don’t think there is anything like this out there that is so completely life changing. If we all told our different stories and bought an advertising slot in a newspaper or magazine, if we put it all in a book the book would run to volumes. This I feel we would wake the world up from its deep slumber.

  341. “…to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality” when practiced consistently this is a hugely powerful and effective technique to develop detachment, to observe before responding and hence become more discerning andto be responsive rather than reactionary.

    1. Awesome jstewart51, this is something I am learning myself – to stop and feel my body before speaking, sending an email or picking up in the phone in reaction. If I allow myself the space to truly feel into the moment and connect to my body it feels so much more powerful and at the same time, gentle.

      1. ‘……. powerful and at the same time, gentle.’ Brought up in a world where force and strength are championed as the source of power, it never stops to amaze me that in truth gentleness, fragility, delicateness and vulnerability are the foundations of true power.

      2. What you are both describing is so simple, to stop connect and feel before we speak, and respond so that we are not in reaction. It is the consistency of this that is so powerful, and not only that, it is an absolute joy to live this way.

    2. Choosing the quality of the way in which we move, the quality of our thoughts and of our speech is absolutely key, because when we don’t actively choose the quality of these things then a substandard quality is chosen for us. And as quality leads to more of itself then this is of huge significance. The substandard quality incarcerates us into a way of being that caps us from expanding, whereas when we choose the quality of our livingness for ourselves, the self imposed parameters of our lives fall away and our potential becomes unlimited. We are, after all the living expression of God.

  342. Learning how to be gentle, how to bring our all, and how to commit to life.. just these three things can be so life-changing, but not in a one-off decision: it’s the small changes in how we are in every moment, how we move, how we breathe, the kinds of thoughts that we allow in, that determine the overall quality of our days, and our commitment to life. The beautiful thing is that once we start making these changes and feel their effects, we feel inspired to make more, so a steady foundation starts to build.

    1. This is very true Bryony. I am experiencing this at the moment, making these changes feels lovely in my body and the more I say ‘yes’ the more support and opportunity for growth are being offered to me. This means I can reflect, through my movements, that this is available to everyone, and then we all start to build those foundations of love that nothing can alter, shift or take away from us, as this is our birth right and it’s wonderful that many of us are beginning to claim it, deepen it and surrender to it!

  343. This just reiterates to me when we truly take steps to honour ourselves and to expand/evolve we are supported instantly energetically ‘My colleagues were really shocked at this, as the company didn’t usually pay for courses unless they applied to the role you were in.’ A lesson for us all.

    1. Miracles can and do happen when we choose Love. My feeling is that it is the normal way for us to live, we have just lost connection with it. So let’s make it the new normal!

  344. I absolutely love how you have made you dream come true – how you knew all those years ago what area of work you were ‘meant’ to be in and against all odds (your initial resistance to recognising how amazingly fabulous you actually are) you committed to walking yourself back to your truth. Reclaiming the essence of who you are and catching the amazing job that you’d always dreamed of. What a beautiful honouring of YOU.

  345. That’s so true when we truly let go if our hurts there is no forgiveness needed. When we take a step back and claim our part in it then as you say no judgement is there and no need for forgiving.

    1. Natalie, I have just been feeling into the word ‘forgiveness’ and it doesn’t feel good… as it is shared here, needing to forgive someone somehow makes us superior to another, or ‘right’, when the reality is there IS no wrong or right, just oops moments along the way that we learn from. And if we don’t learn from them straight away, there is always another opportunity, then another and another, until we get it. All we need is love and understanding.

  346. ‘Bringing All of Me’ is the greatest gift to the world, as we each offer humanity a unique reflection of heaven.

    1. Like facets of a diamond Janet, all reflecting different colours, hues and angles but all equally as important not to mention totally adorable…

  347. I focus on staying in my body… its so simple. And the reason it works is that our essence is always there waiting for us in our bodies, and when we are at that point it cannot help but express who we truly are. When we do that people can feel the integrity and that is sadly lacking in the world today.

    1. It’s so simple… and indeed it is! Feeling into your comment and listening to my body simonewilliams8, I can feel it pulsing, vibrating, scintillating, tingling, all very yummy. Makes me wonder why I/we have spent hundreds, if not thousands of years avoiding and distracting ourselves from the very essence that we crave.
Moving swiftly on – now we have the opportunity to RE-connect to the divinity inside and bring back the lustre and va va voom and is innately ours, and thanks to Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine we have all the tools that we will ever need to bring us back.

  348. Your commitment and dedication to changing your life is amazing, you show us all what is possible.

  349. Anonymous, I love your simple approach to life – this is really inspiring; ‘I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.’

  350. This is true healing as you describe anon, to let go of hurts and re-learn to choose more loving patterns of behaviour – the more we allow this to happen the more room in our bodies for love to move us.

    1. …and the more room for love, the more room for space, and as our bodies expand we become One again, part of the Whole, the Grandness, and the Universe… meanwhile I’ll keep working on the ‘loving patterns of behaviour…’ for all of us.

  351. When we live connected to our body then doubt disappears as we feel what our next true move is and thus our potential is unlimited. Loved reading about how you are living this in your dream career.

    1. Agree Helen, and this makes a nonsense out of thinking ahead, planning and cogitating on ‘what’s next’ when all we to do is surrender to the wisdom of our body and allow.
Working on this one myself and the more I do, the less room for self-doubt to enter, there’s just no time for it anymore!

  352. “Life is so simple when we live this way” – and how you show us this Anonymous through your willingness and openness to clear the pathways to understand … which inevitably means that job search activity and job interviews are going to be lighter, less filled with junk of the past, to land your “dream job”.

    1. Yeh Zofia, ‘Life is so simple when we live this way’, funny how we have spent aeons making life complicated isn’t it. And when we DO begin to live this way, we make it about others and get the self out of the way too.

  353. It is true and what I am finding… that by staying in my body I know what needs to be said or if nothing verbal is there to be expressed then that is perfectly ok and exactly what is needed.

    1. I so agree Caroline – less is more in some cases, just a loving reflection can be enough.

  354. Very beautiful Anonymous. I am reminded yet again of the power of Sacred Esoteric Healing and what it offers. As I gently claim myself as a practitioner of the Esoteric modalities it is interesting what comes up to try and get in the way and the resistance that arises to that which is being asked of me, but the more I become aware of that which holds me back, the more I step into my power.

  355. You must be such an inspiration to all those around you Anon, especially your family as you show what an enormous change can happen when we commit to a bit of the old self-care and the power of the Universal Healing Modalities. The main thing though is the work you have put in yourself and at this rate there are no limits of where you can go from here.

  356. Anonymous you are a living example of what expansion in activity looks and feels like, as opposed to what most of us are doing, which is living in contraction.

  357. “In Bringing All of Me to every interview I had, I was able to bring through all of my life’s experiences, which meant being able to answer any question that was thrown at me, calmly and concisely …” Love this – Often at interviews theres a tendency to say what you think is wanted rather than just being yourself… and you show here that being yourself is way more than enough.

    1. Yes I love this too. There is an honesty and transparency that is often missing in interview situations. We do not have to play up ( or down) to anybody or anything and when we drop all that nonsense there is a refreshing clarity that can inspire and take us all forward.

  358. Wow Anonymous, another miracle before and after here! You are living what all of us could be living and more right now. I can only imagine the inspiration you have offered all those who know you.

  359. Incredible story of how when we commit to life magic happens, we just need to open the flood gates to allow it.

  360. This is truly inspiring – how a ‘dream job’ is just a natural consequence of what you have incrementally accepted for yourselves, and in appreciation we recognise it as such, and not an unrealistic image that we pursue but stays as a dream forever. This totally smashes the ideals and beliefs many of us hold about getting a job and being successful in career. You are amazing.

  361. What a beautiful sharing this is – of what it is to truly prepare the body. And it is never just about one thing. We are sold the story that so long as we have a good job everything else can be average – or good relationship or good place to live…But the reality is everything effects everything – and so we cannot compartmentalise our lives because it all has a relationship.

  362. So beautifully and simply expressed there is no forgiveness necessary when we hold no judgement against life, others or ourselves. Our hurts are simply moments where we do not fully connect and back ourselves and behave in such a way that does not reflect who we truly are.

  363. It is remarkable the changes you have made in your life through your willingness to heal, connect with your body and deepening on all levels. To know this is possible needs to be shared; it is never too late to turn a life around. Thanks to the love that Universal Medicine presents many have been inspired to re-connect to the wealth within us.

  364. This is an inspiring story, how you have enabled yourself to let go of your hurts and land your dream job. ‘When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.’ Letting go of judgement is huge, we can then start to appreciate and love who we are.

  365. Our lives do transform when we have true purpose – we may not know or have a picture of how something will look, but being open allows for the magic to naturally constellate all that is needed.

    1. Very true Paula, how we move through life determines not only what opportunities seem to come our way but how much we notice and are aware of what is there for us to claim.

    2. Yes.. purpose isn’t about having pictures, but about living in a way where we don’t feel completely pressurised and squashed. With that sense of space we connect more deeply to ourselves and other people and from there, can feel what’s needed.

  366. “I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.” So true Anonymous … our bodies are wise way beyond our minds – truth will always come from our hearts.

    1. When we are able to let go of the need to control, the need to feel like we know the answers in advance – when we allow ourselves to trust in our innate wisdom, it’s amazing how what we need in that moment is right there for us.

  367. Well said Jane. It’s amazing to read all of the inspirational changes people have made in their lives. They are super relatable too.

  368. .“My commitment to myself and to life has grown tremendously in the last 3 years, and through the many Universal Medicine healing workshops and Esoteric therapy sessions I have had with many different practitioners, I have let go of many hurts and learned to choose more loving patterns of behaviour.” – super simple responsibility-taking that makes a mockery of all the hurdles and excuses that we put in the way of us living our full.

  369. This is a gorgeous blog and super inspiring to see how much someone can change their life. I particularly like this statement. “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.” This is truly how we move on from any hurt. This has obviously made a huge difference in your own life.

  370. This is truly beautiful, thank you so much for writing this, what a joy to read this first thing in the morning! Congratulations on now being able to live so much of the love you innately are and enjoy this for yourself and bring it to others. What a great line “I don’t need to prepare for and/or control every moment; I don’t need to know everything. The only thing that matters is connecting to my essence, the true me, the love that we all innately are, and bring that love forth in all that I say and do.” Beautiful!

  371. Universal Medicine is inspiring so many people from around the world to resurrect themselves. To come out of their own holes and back into the world. And once in this world they shine so bright. Love this and love this story anon – engaging, honest. committed and full of appreciation and love.

    1. All of us who have read it can feel the real changes you are talking about Anon, and can’t help but be touched by them, and equally inspired.

  372. Wow, answering life from the heart and from connection with one’s body is so the way! Very inspiring.

  373. What a glorious testimonial to life changes that occur when we heal our hurts and take responsibility for ourself, our choices and our actions – that is The Way of The Livingness.

  374. Amazing to read of the ripple effect of you choosing to take responsibility for healing your hurts and committing to life, committing to living from a different quality in your body.

  375. It’s also very unusual to read someone being so expressive about how much they wanted a specific job and then to hear them go after it so absolutely. We tend to treat work as a ‘necessary evil’ and for most of us as long as it pays the bills; then we are prepared to settle for that…or there are those who are so totally focussed on work and so driven and ambitious; desperately trying to get the recognition and reward that a certain position or salary might get them…or there are those that ‘disappear’ into work; as a way of avoiding life…or there are those that simply don’t do any work; because their commitment to life is so diminished…and there are many other angles…but what I love about the way you have written about your job is that I can see how strongly you have felt the purpose and commitment to this job and also the sheer joy that you will then walk it with – founded upon an appreciation of the amazing changes that you have made to get it. Very special to read work being celebrated like this.

  376. Universal Modalities are brilliant support in removing the stranglehold of the hurts, issues and patterns we might have carried for a long long time and offer us the space and support to heal, deepen our understanding and awareness and expand the level of commitment and responsibility with which we live. What a fabulous testimony of that is your story shared here.

  377. I love what you shared about brining all of you to each interview -it’s so true that what makes us an incredible applicant or candidate is not our specific skills but who we are and how we might use the opportunity to deliver an amazing service.

    1. It is definitely an art to answer the questions asked and demonstrate you have all the skills, but fundamentally ensure that you represent yourself and your qualities to the full.

  378. Awwwww….. This blew me away and the honesty you put into this writing made it an amazing read. And am happy that you’re better, more confident with your dreams and everything is working out fine….. A heart congratulations from me to you

  379. This is Pure Gold to read! Congratulations and I love how your story shows that self-love and Universal Medicine are the key indicators for such a U-turn in life.

  380. What a truly inspiring, amazing article, offering such wisdom and gold in the connection to our innermost. Staying with this is how our life can change. The beauty and sense of self worth, commitment to life and responsibility, along with the expansion and presence from our body as our guiding light. A remarkable turnaround in life from the way of the livingness and universal medicine leading the way joyfully.

  381. The dream job: A job that you serves all to have us in it, not our own aspiration to create a better life for ourselves.

  382. “Learning to Bring All of Me” the wisest words that so many of us could take note of, how incredible to see the changes in your life and the fact that everything that is true can be part of our lives should we have the willingness to make it so.

  383. Anonymous what’s clear to feel is that there’s no stopping you, your potential is very clearly unlimited; as is all of our potentials, it’s simply that we cap ourselves.

  384. This is a fabulous ‘ before and after’ Universal Medicine testimony Anonymous. And as I was reading your story I had the feeling that you have only just begun to expand into the amazing power that is you expressing in full.

    1. Absolutely agree Kathleen on both counts. The changes in approach to life from birth family patterns to complete get up and go, are nothing short of amazing, – with tonnes more amazing to come.

  385. Inspirational Anonymous, beyond words! What a credit to you and Universal Medicine. There is so much I want to comment on here .. in fact there is an urge to write a blog just on how miraculously my life has also changed through my commitment and returning to my body due to the principles of Universal Medicine and the healing modalities. Your training through how you now live would make such an impact in learning more than just what is required in a role, but how to live life. You offer a blessing and this is a quote I was blessed by “In Bringing All of Me to every interview I had, I was able to bring through all of my life’s experiences, which meant being able to answer any question that was thrown at me, calmly and concisely and in doing so, land my dream job.”

  386. I agree, Richard. Once we step out of the victim mentality, we can get busy making different choices that allow our true self to come out more and more.

    1. Amazing contribution Janet and Richard. This shows that when we get out of victimhood we are left to embrace responsibility and the healing begins.

  387. This last line is pure gold – “I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.” We cannot go wrong when we are guided by our inner knowing, and this gives us a lived authority that others can be inspired by.

      1. I am contemplating this, Nicola. When miracles become normal… will they still be miracles? Will something else even grander take its place to redefine the term, miracle?

      2. I experience miracles every day and it has become normal and ever GRANDER setting constant new normals of awesomeness!

  388. Confidence bursts out of this article, it is so inspiring to feel the purpose and commitment to life that is so obviously lived and from what I read it is the exploration of honesty, self responsibility, self love and self care really began a profound and expansive journey which I am sure will continue to unfold. Your article illustrates how we all, without exception can let go of the hurts that weigh us down and arise and shine,

    1. Yes, for Anonymous to share her journey of healing from where she has come from and how she went about it clearly demonstrates ‘how we all, without exception can let go of the hurts that weigh us down and arise and shine’.

  389. Anonymous, what a divine reflection you offer to us all, of all that is possible, all that is waiting for us to claim in our lives, when we commit to connecting back to the essence of who we are and stepping up to live the magnificence of who we actually already are.

  390. Although often unaware of it, being in control is a way of us thinking that we are safe and keeping others at arms length. What a p o w e r f u l realisation and truly humbling to know that when we re-connect with our innermost essence, we are already everything and no longer need to hold this guarded protection in place.
“I don’t need to prepare for and/or control every moment; I don’t need to know everything. The only thing that matters is connecting to my essence, the true me, the love that we all innately are, and bring that love forth in all that I say and do”.

  391. The redevelopment of your self worth and self confidence, through your commitment to life and your own self care, shines trough in so many of the situations you speak of her, – a very inspiring blog.

  392. Wow, I love this blog as much as you clearly did writing it anon. It’s packed with appreciation, commitment and love for us all that you share in such open detail. Thank you!

  393. This is so simple but profound in its results as you so beautifully share here Anonymous…”… to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality.”

  394. This is super inspiring and a testimonial to the true change that Universal Medicine reignites in people. A business like no other.

    1. Agree, ‘reignites’ is a great word to use as we know we are so much more than the often reduce versions of ourselves we may have accepted and are living, sometimes we simply need reminding and rekindling.

  395. This proves that we have choices every moment of every day… we can stagnate where we find ourselves – or we can choose to live true to our essence, to evolve and inspire.

  396. Such an awesome sharing Anonymous and so very inspiring for us all… thank you.

  397. This is so cool! I am so inspired by your experiences and the fact that you are where you have always wanted to be. It feels like very soon you will exceed beyond all expectations as you get more and more claimed. Thank you so much for sharing your story. I loved reading this blog – this is joyful!

    1. I could feel that too Michelle reading this blog, that there is no such thing as static when it comes to energy and evolving and that anonymous is just going to keep expanding more and more. It takes so much to be stagnant and withdrawn, no wonder there is so much exhaustion in the world.

      1. Agreed, and what I love about this story is that it confirms, once again, that when we support ourselves to appreciate who we are and to make active steps in self-loving choices we can literally turn our lives around – from being withdrawn and depressed to being fully committed and whole. When we do this as individuals we are reflecting back to humanity that we don’t need to be stuck in our self-created holes, but that life can indeed be joyful, purposeful and fun!

  398. Really inspiring to hear how you’ve changed your life around through very simple choices. Nothing complicated, no expensive programmes, just a consistent willingness to be honest about what you’re feeling and to take care of yourself in every moment.

    1. Very inspiring indeed. When we are willing to be honest, open and reconnect to ourselves, this naturally inspires others as we return to who we are, love. This blog also highlights how important it is to embrace self-care and support ourselves to heal.

  399. Isn’t beautiful how when you hold yourself more in love and share more of you with the world, the world or rather the universe offers you more love back. A bit like the vascular system of the body. Back and forth, back and forth.

  400. What a beautiful testimony and a change of life. When we speak or write from the heart it can be felt by anyone and everyone. Thank you for sharing this incredibly touching journey. I have shared in the past that when coming to Universal Medicine I didn’t think I had any issues – life was pretty sweet and I got everything that I wanted. But what I truly wanted, love, respect and interactions based on integrity and truth were such a rarity. Coming into a community that too desires exactly that has completely changed my life, the way I view life and how I walk through it. Thank you Serge Benhayon, Universal Medicine and every body involved.

  401. This is incredible! As others have shared Congratulations ✨ and well deserved by the sound it. …. onwards and upwards. Very inspiring.

  402. All the wisdom is within us and is simply revealed when we need it and trust it will come without measure.

  403. Truly inspirational how you have turned your life around by committing to self care and healing your hurts and how this has opened up opportunities to allow you to now be doing your dream job. Thank you for sharing your journey and how if we take one purposeful step at a time life unfolds for us in unexpected ways.

  404. What a great testimony of how it is possible to be unemployed for years and on an incapacity benefit to studying and then landing the dream job. Well done Anonymous.

  405. It was beautiful to read the changes you have made in your life and how these have contributed towards landing your dream job.

  406. Healing our hurts is a major step in starting to commit to life again, and the Esoteric Healing modalities are an important part of that process. once we are able to do this we receive more clarity on how our life could be.

    1. Yes the Esoteric Healing modalities are an absolute gift from heaven available to all.

    2. Great point Alison and very well expressed. Your comment highlights to me how much humanity is crippled by our lack of commitment to life. I reckon a lot of our issues can be resolved if we all collectively started to commit to life. Our world would change drastically in a very positive way.

  407. Oh my oh my anonymous this really is such a fantastically powerful sharing. So often people are able to change aspects of their lives but you have changed every aspect of your life and still you continue to do so. Extraordinary stuff, truly.

  408. I too have come to know that if “I focus on staying in my body, and as questions are asked I feel that I can connect to what’s needed and answer from my heart.” This way of living is life-changing not just for a few but for all, and it comes from beginning to make different, more self-loving, choices in our life, just as you did. And now the dream job is no longer a dream but a living reality. How inspirational is that?

  409. Wow! I feel this blows everything out of the water; you have set a new standard, a new way of life. No one can but feel the truth of what you have written, truly inspiring.

  410. I love what you are sharing here; ‘to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality.’ It is beautiful to have these stop moments in the day and to check the quality that we are in, very inspiring, thank you.

  411. Anonymous, what you are sharing in this article is absolutely amazing. What an incredible turnaround. I love how you have made life simple and about connection and from here you know the answers – very beautiful.

  412. ‘ I learned through one of Universal Medicine’s practitioners to stop before I said or did anything and to feel my gentleness and then proceed with that quality.’ Such a simple thing to do yet with profound and far reaching consequences. I admire your commitment Anonymous and feel inspired by your blog. Thank you for writing this and sharing what is possible.

  413. ‘When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.’ this stood out for me in reading this blog. Mainly because this is something which personally I still have this understanding to come to but also because this seems to hold so many people in relationships with hurt. Family members who don’t speak to each other, relationships which contain so much hurt and work places which carry this same energy – all needlessly if this simple process of understanding and healing is brought to them.

  414. Awesome story that proves that there is a way to heal the deep hurts that leave us feeling bereft and useless, when we apply the wise and compasionate teachings and tools offered by Universal Medicine. Life is very simple when lived in connection with our body, and as so many of us are discovering, is our natural way when we make life about connecting to our tender, delicate and graceful qualities first.

  415. Universal Medicine has been instrumental in so many people’s life changing stories. Why don’t the tabloids print stories like these – rather than the continual gossip and backchat?

  416. “In Bringing All of Me to every interview I had, I was able to bring through all of my life’s experiences, which meant being able to answer any question that was thrown at me, calmly and concisely and in doing so, land my dream job.” A beautiful sharing – thankyou and a total inspiration.

  417. To me, why the foundations of these changes that you have implemented feel so rock solid is because they are 100% your choices, 100% felt and then claimed by you. No-one telling you what to do, you not following blind any rules or code or dogma. These are your movements and there is such an absoluteness to your expression that is completely inspiring; no wavering, no judgement, no over-excitement, no doubt. It’s very stunning to read. Thank you.

    1. Hear, hear Otto, beautifully delivered and very inspiring indeed. I too can feel the solidness and commitment reflected in this blog. This highlights how powerful it is when we make choices guided by our body and our inner heart.

  418. WOW Anonymous – this is a profound turnaround in your life. thank you for sharing this powerful and deeply inspiring story. What a heart-warming reflection you bring to the world of what is possible through lifestyle choices and now caring deeply enough about yourself to commit to them.

  419. A beautiful example of how the choices we make in the way we live affects every part of our lives.

  420. “When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.”

This is so true. When we ‘forgive’ another, we are simply releasing ourselves from the judgement (poison) we hold over them. Hence the relief we find in ‘forgiveness’.

    1. I was pondering on this part you highlighted Liane, forgiveness does feel judgemental. If we forgive someone it means we were already holding that person in the ‘wrong’. Whereas when we allow ourselves to see the person for who they are and hold them void of judgment, we are able to have a better understanding of what was going on. Once we bring love and understanding there is no need for forgiveness, just love.

  421. What an inspiring story Anonymous , I can really feel your strength of commitment to life and to yourself.

  422. It is always inspiring to read how people turn their lives around from being given up, to committed and full in life.

  423. This is a powerful story, what a miraculous transformation. I love reading about your commitment to life in and out of work because I can feel it, there is such a shift from the place you were to the place you are now. This is an incredible before and after story which no doubt will inspire so many more.

  424. How about running a story on this Kate McClymont of the Sydney Morning Herald, instead of the gossip you are into. If you did maybe I would start reading papers again.

  425. Another amazing success story that is even more confirmation of the benefits of Universal Medicine and how another person through their own empowerment has come back from a life of despair.

  426. ‘When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement’ – acknowledging and taking responsibility for the choices we make and have made, is exposing but so confirming and freeing. Your absolute honesty and listening to what was true deep down shines through in this blog. Life is so simple when you live this way and the way to get there is to re-connect to who you are and the wisdom that is held in the body. Wow Anon, the wealth of living the way that you are now bringing is inspirational, thank you so much for sharing.

  427. Congratulations Anonymous for landing your dream job. What you’ve share is inspiring and showing the world what is possible when we commit to life and heal our hurts. Your story is a miracle and a great example of how we can change our life around and give back to humanity.

    1. I absolutely agree, this blog is super inspirational that we can heal our hurts, commit to life and do the work we love to do. Many students of The Way of The Livingness report similar miracles, so obviously Universal Medicine is offering something different.

    2. ‘When you truly let go of a hurt and accept your part in it, there is no forgiveness needed as there is no judgement.’
“I forgive you” is a sentence that always made me shrink inside because there is no equality in this and often a lot of judgement.

      1. So true Monica, it does come with a lot of judgement and I used to think forgiveness is a good thing, a kind gesture, and way to move forward. But now I understand it is not loving at all because you hold people you forgive in judgement and less than energy. Therefore like you shared, no equality whatsoever and hence absolutely void of love.
