There are not many people who can say they have positively touched thousands of people’s lives around the world, but Serge Benhayon definitely has a right to make that claim. He has presented an absolute depth of wisdom to people worldwide over the past 20 years that, even when put to every test imaginable, can’t be faulted.
Personally, I can unreservedly say that this man has had a phenomenal impact on my life and I am in constant appreciation of him. Over the years I have read his ‘Purple’ books, listened to his presentations and attended healing workshops and each time I have left with a sense of my life being much more multidimensional than I had previously imagined. Serge is a man who relates to people everywhere, regardless of their background, gender or age. Some people are intrigued by him and just observe from the sidelines; others react in a very hostile, aggressive fashion, but the majority who meet him simply find him inspirational.
The word ‘inspirational’ can conjure up images of giving someone guru status in people’s lives and enslaving themselves to the guru’s every word and action. But this is not the case with Serge Benhayon: the inspiration that comes through him is for us all to not follow anyone, but instead discern carefully the true energetic quality of everything in and around us and then let that be our daily living guide.
This way of living is quite the opposite of how most of us live. It is asking every human being to take responsibility for undertaking a stocktake of their lives on a regular basis and observe what is going on, rather than floating along believing something is OK just because that is the way it always has been.
One such area where I, and almost every person around me, had not stopped to consider more deeply was in terms of world history. Sure, I realised each country had their different stories and biases, but I assumed that the basic version of what I had been taught was correct. Yet with all the peacekeeping efforts, charity/aid programs, research, meetings between world leaders, agreements reached etc, nothing much has changed over time. In fact, life on earth has gotten worse in many ways for large numbers of people due to war, starvation, human trafficking, greed and corruption being as rife as ever. The problems that beset humans today are much the same as they ever were, despite having new technologies and advances in medicine, science, agriculture etc. Have we missed learning something along the way through history for us to be spinning around in the same circles we have for centuries?
Why can’t we, supposedly the most elite, intelligent species on earth, find solutions to all these problems?
The answer came to me in a most unexpected way when I heard Serge speak about something called ‘The Lineage.’ It turns out that we have had many people over thousands of years who have passed down an Ageless Wisdom (i.e. basically a blueprint for living life with love, truth and harmony), through what is known as the Golden Thread. This Ageless Wisdom has always served as teachings to support us all to understand an esoteric way of life: that we are made from love and that at our core is a majesty that when appreciated and brought into daily living is more powerful than anything that exists externally.
Before people dismiss the Ageless Wisdom content as idealistic and unsustainable in the real world, it is worth knowing that life was not easy for any of these Ageless Wisdom Masters. In each era they were regularly held up for ridicule and abuse, but they held strong to what they knew was the truth and lived it accordingly in their everyday lives. They have shown us that we are all capable of connecting to an inner wisdom that gives rise to an awareness that is multidimensional. When we understand ourselves and others in such a broad, yet all-encompassing way, we carry a potential for self-healing of our past hurts and a blueprint for a much more purposeful life.
It’s impossible to separate out these Ageless Wisdom teachings from religion and this is another subject that I have opened up to since meeting Serge Benhayon. Years ago, I had turned my back on the whole concept of religion as I felt it had much to answer for in terms of being responsible for many of the problems in the world. It intrigued me when Serge spoke about religion in a completely different way.
Far from touting that people needed to obey man-made laws and doctrines relating to a particular God whose followers believe is the ‘right’ or only God, Serge spoke about each person considering the way they live as religion in and of itself. He explained that this religion, called The Way of The Livingness, is a religion that we can all equally live. No secret codes, ceremonies, self-flagellation or learnings are required, just a willingness to start with a commitment to self-love – to live ‘you’ to the fullest extent possible. Then from there, the natural progression is to live in harmony with all around you.
We all have the choice as to whether we want to feel this self-connection and if so, the depth to which we want to take that connection. The extremely empowering part is that there is no waiting on anyone else; it is up to each person what they choose to do. How we each choose to develop a self-connection can vary according to each person’s circumstances and it is never ending. In addition to paying much closer attention to my exercise and sleep routines and diet, the following are a few examples of things I have found beneficial along the way:
- Using The Gentle Breath Meditation™
- Using the ‘Our Cycles’ App
- Giving myself permission to self-care and self-nurture
- Learning to speak up, say ‘no’ and set limits and boundaries with both myself and others (constantly playing the ‘reliable one,’ the ‘martyr’ etc. is thankless, exhausting and never ending!)
- Complementing health and wellbeing with esoteric healing sessions and esoteric yoga provided by Universal Medicine practitioners
- Browsing blogs and articles written by others to learn of and from their experiences.
The above may all sound simplistic, but the implicit message underlying learning to live with greater self-awareness is that ultimately, we each have total responsibility for our own lives, therefore each and every decision we make counts towards the final result. Just stop for a moment and consider what a huge correction for the irresponsibility of humans worldwide it would be if people all agreed to delve under their hurts and live life from a basis of true love! It would certainly be an inexpensive antidote for all the problems in the world if life was lived this way as the current plagues of jealousy, comparison, competition, greed and corruption would no longer have a foothold, and ideals and beliefs associated with nationality, culture, ethnicity, religion, medicine and science etc. would be blown away.
The question we need to be asking is why such a beautiful heritage – i.e. the Ageless Wisdom teachings and the true meaning of religion – has been kept hidden from sight for most of us? Is it not the birthright of all human beings to know about it? People may choose to dismiss or ignore it, but they at least deserve to have the information given to them for their consideration.

The inspiration stemming from your love, decency and the philosophies of what you have presented can be felt and seen worldwide. Your contribution to the world goes well beyond the surface and the groundswell continues with more and more people paying attention to what you are presenting, responding to the truth within and imbedding it into their daily lives. Now that is what I call a true world teacher!

There is such a depth and quality to this blog, there is always something new to comment on. This caught me eye today.
‘This way of living is quite the opposite of how most of us live. I was definitely a ‘floater’ floating along, because when I looked around everyone was also seemingly just ‘floating’. To me we seem to be embroiled in this dark mass of energy that when you are in it, it’s all there is, but step outside of it and there is a vastness of pure beauty that is waiting to be discovered.
I’ve never known someone so consistent over years in their presentation manner and just as a being on the whole. Such consistent, unwavering commitment to humanity is a gift to behold and very inspiring.
Most of us are currently living with very little connection to our souls which is why life as we know it is a pretty soulless existence. Soul is the injection of life to life, it brings joy, it brings love and it brings purpose. It is the answer to all of our problems all of our fears and all of our conundrums.

We can all read energy. It’s something we just do like breathing I guess, however most of us chose to ignore what we feel, or feel it and try to be nice and pretend we didn’t feel it and so ignore what we feel.
So we know when someone is angry, sad, frustrated, bitter etc., So we can feel if Serge Benhayon is everything that people say he is. For myself I have noticed he has always encouraged everyone to feel if what he presents is true for them, if it’s not then just walk away. The reason thousands of people attend the workshops and presentations, and read his many books is that they can all feel that he is real. There are no sides to this man, he is what he says he is and we can all feel the truth of that…simple.
This is a great blog to keep coming back to as there is so much content to discuss.
This sentence jumped out at me this morning

If we all healed our past hurts it would make such a difference to how we interacted with each other. There would be no need for defense or protection, there would be no attachment to outcomes, no trying to control or dominate another. The world would indeed be on a completely different footing.

I have known Serge Benhayon now for many years and I can say that his love, dedication, commitment, integrity, decency is unbelievable and inspirational. There are very few people I have met who posses such qualities as this man. But what is deeply touching is that he does not consider himself as special in any way, but supports and encourages everyone to reach their full potential and that is very interesting because I have come to the realisation that not many people reach their full potential as we are living a lesser life without knowing it.

We assume that if we get that job with that fat salary, or that house, or a partner and family we have somehow made it… yet deep down each one of us knows it does not bring the fulfilment we thought it would. I see this as living a lesser life. Serge Benhayon inspires a reconnection to the inside, to a richness deep within that expresses love, integrity, honesty, wisdom to a level I have not known before… this is what reaching our potential means for me.
I agree Rachel, I have discovered from my personal experience since attending the workshops and presentations of Serge Benhayon how shallow my life was. I can now feel that there is a rich vein to life that is all around us waiting to be tapped into. And when we do tap into this richness our lives change everything becomes magical down to the smallest detail. It’s fascinating and never ending because there is always another level to go to.

One day humanity will understand the grandness and love have brought to reignite in ourselves.
With every presentation I attend I get to see the depth of Serge Benhayon more and more. There’s a humbleness in what he presents, he’s not arrogant or up himself, but he values what he does and that is easy to see. There’s a care in the way he responds to the audience and the way he presents. He does his best that everybody is on the same page & gives plenty of opportunities to the audience to question and challenge. If somebody doesn’t agree, their opinion is welcomed. There’s a great learning that occurs in his presentations, not just on what he teaches but in how he conducts himself, the way he holds the audience and how we can be with one another.
Serge Benhayon holds everyone with equal care and love.
It’s true that over the years Serge has continually asked that no one follow him but to explore for themselves the way to go. I feel that sometimes when we are seeking we have a tendency to follow and not discern for ourselves what is true or not. Universal Medicine supports us in so many ways to feel what is going on, to read a situation and to discern the energy that is presenting itself. Gradually we return the confidence we lost in our own intuition and wisdom. We may make mistakes but there is always a learning to be had an expansion of awareness offered.
Elainearthey what you have said resonates with me because as you say, Serge Benhayon asks everyone to not just discern the energy of everyone around us, but to constantly discern the energy he is allowing through his body too. In this way we will all be able to tell what energy he is aligned to. For the last 15 years I can honestly say that the energy I have felt is one of deep love for humanity and the students are developing for themselves their own love. To me this is a beholding love being held in the body of God. In truth this after all is what our heart really desires; to be held in the body of God. Here’s the rub, we are all held in this way, but the way we have all been educated has us searching for something outside of us when everything we ever wanted is already within waiting to be reconnect to. It is a returning journey we are all taking part in, back to our innermost which is, as I have said the beholding quality of God.
We all need more true love in our lives, why not start with bringing this love to self first, that can be transformational, ‘ a willingness to start with a commitment to self-love – to live ‘you’ to the fullest extent possible. Then from there, the natural progression is to live in harmony with all around you.’

The path we are on is a very personal one and is determined by many factors. It is a path laid out that only we can master and is not dependant on anyone else.
“Considering the way they live as religion in and of itself” – this is such a profound invitation. We could be checked-out, abusive and dismissive, or we could be committed and appreciative. What is is, life is what we make it to be.
Reading this deepened my appreciation to Serge Benhayon and his service to humanity.
Many other people I had turned too, searching for that something, never got to the core of what was missing. This ‘Golden Thread’ was what was missing, or shall I say hidden underneath the rubbish.
Each and everyone one of us has this ‘Golden Thread’ that takes us back to our source, God, so simple. It is up to the individual whether they follow this thread or not, but it will always be there no matter what, God will never leave us, its us that leaves him.
So true Ariana, understanding this truth means it is impossible to blame others of our choices.
People can either inspire us or make us react in fury, more often than not we think it’s their fault, we point the finger, blame and criticise. We think that they’re in the wrong, that they’ve got it all wrong. Yet, sometimes, their behaviour could be stirring up something in us to show us that the way we are living our lives is disharmonious. That our movements and behaviours are out of sync. If we’re not honest we will continue to blame, but if we take responsibility we may actually learn and grow.
The depth and breadth of teachings, presentations and workshops that Serge Benhayon delivers year on year is staggering, and all of it deeply needed by Humanity. We are given so much, a life long learning and study of how to fully embrace our power, wisdom and responsibility, restoring true purpose to a world that has lost its way.

We have no idea of the extent of the corruption that we have all been subjected to deliberately so.

I can relate to this role “constantly playing the ‘reliable one’.., which the more I consider and ponder on, is very much less than being honest with myself and my own needs, and choosing to self love.
Your comment has got me considering roles and what I relate to – like being the one who’ll be able to sort out anything, that I’ll do whatever it takes even if my health is ruined. If who I am is a role then I’m constantly judging myself in relation to it. Other roles or rather judgements are when I say of myself, oh dear here she is late again, or upset again. Great to clock this and drop the roles and be accepting of whatever it is I am at and feeling for that moment.
Serge Benhayon is certainly “bringing the difference the World needs”. We have had many soul-led individuals throughout history bringing what the World needed at the time. Still here we are: a humanity needing yet another clear reminder and role model.
A wonderful bonus are members of his family who also live with the greatest dedication to humanity I have come across and offer the same reflection, and some others have been inspired to pick up the baton.
The love of Heaven is pouring on us like never before. The question remains: is humanity ready for embracing the responsibility of this stupendousness in our own lives – or will we carry on with the opposite and delay our inevitable return for another further thousands of years?

I agree with all you have to say jstewart51 and to take the discussion further, to say Serge Benhayon has never put tickets on himself. He constantly impresses on everyone that he is not special, that we all have the same access to the universe that he has; we are not so aware of our own connection to it which is what he supports everyone with; their connection back to the universe.
It is common sense that we take care of ourselves, yet to many people that has been alien, ‘Giving myself permission to self-care and self-nurture’.
The Ageless Wisdom and The Way of The Livingness, is the only thing that has ever made complete and total sense to me. I truly can thank God that Serge Benhayon has brought this to all of our attention once again and has reignited this ancient way of being for modern times.

I agree with all that has been written as comments here. The Ageless Wisdom makes so much sense that I have come to realise that I do not care what others may think about my choice to live The way of The livingness. I live to the best of my ability in harmlessness and can feel the richness of life. But I also understand that this simple way of living is not for everyone, as we all come to our realisations of life when we are impulsed to do so by our soul.

What Serge Benhayon shares has always made complete sense, even smaller things like learning to say ‘no’ to something that we do not feel is true, honouring what our body is communicating, ‘Learning to speak up, say ‘no’ and set limits and boundaries with both myself and others’.
So those of us who know and live this truth can go out and reflect our way of living out to the broader society around us.. We don’t need to preach or impose (I learned that one to my cost). Just be – and when people ask questions we can respond in simple everyday language.

Once I became aware of these teachings it seemed common sense to me to incorporate them into my own life. I am inspired by the reflection Serge Benhayon offers but do not consider myself to be a follower. I always remember how he asks us to always discern energy in every interaction and to feel for ourselves what feels true.
Sueq2012 by being taught how to connect back to energy and read the source from where it comes from leaves us in no doubt that what Serge Benhayon is and presents is the truth, if it wasn’t the truth by reading energy and where it comes from we would have sniffed out by now that Serge Benhayon was a fake. However he is not a fake but the real deal just as Jeshua was 2,000 plus years ago. The world has always had access to the Ageless Wisdom teachings, but the majority have ignored what was in front of them. However the tide has turned and something that could be ignored can no longer be swept under the carpet as the carpet has been removed.

There was a time when I wanted to follow someone who inspired me. I wanted nothing to do with being responsible and discerning for myself my own path. I wanted to be told what to do and follow. I have certainly asked Serge Benhayon if I could follow him but he has always maintained I am an equal who has to discern for myself. At times I felt frustrated and annoyed but it was fleeting because I could always feel how much I was held as an equal with my own divine expression to bring that was equally needed, and I couldn’t dispute the truth of this – only delay it!
When we tap into the same universal source that Serge Benhayon lives by then we are all equal. There can be no followers by the simple truth of the science of oneness.
I had never had a friend like Serge Benhayon and in our friendship I have discovered the richness of relationships with many, many others.

Beautifully put ShirleyAnn. The light in Serge is palpable and it is the light I am inspired by. Equally so with his children, who all inspire me in their different and unique ways. We too can inspire each other, as the light and love within us evolves and grows, through our own choices.
Serge Benhayon is a true world teacher. In the chaos that is our current world we have someone in our midst who offers wisdom and practical tools for living. The world needs someone like this and one day will wake up to the fact. But many don’t like hearing the truth so there is much resistance to date.

However – looking at the current ferocity of attempts to lie about, twist and misrepresent what Serge Benhayon has been offering, and from some corners an actual drive to silence what is presented, the more accurate question for me is “What is it that we are so uncomfortable about facing which makes some of us run a mile when the Ageless Wisdom teachings IS presented in a very simple practical way, when so many issues that humanity is facing start to make sense, and when we get a glimpse that we are actually far more sensitive, aware, powerful and accountable than we thought?”
Could it be that it is the glimpse of our true greatness, and also that every other person is also just as great, is what we have problems with?
Good point Golnaz. Society – ie people – will build people up for a short while, but love to shoot them down eventually. Anyone who dares to show how good they feel about themselves and others don’t win in the popularity stakes. Jealousy?
Serge Benhayon and The Ageless Wisdom really is bringing the difference the world needs, how ready we are to hear it on a wider scale and take personal responsibility, is a matter for debate!
And so often the world wakes up to the messages that world teachers bring long after they have departed this life. However many Universal Medicine students now live a different way of living, through our own choosing, and have made enormous differences to vitality, commitment and health. Observing how many kick against this to the point of lies and deceit demonstrates the different energies at play.
Sueq2012 I can definitely feel the different energies at play and just how much the spirit kicks back against the truth of what has been presented and will lie and be deceitful even if it means trashing the body it lives within.
Currently not ready at all, we have a lot more misery to experience before we’re ready but when we are ready they’ll be a cascading effect and the illusion’s gonna crumble pretty quickly in comparison to how long it’s been held in place.

So true… when put to the test the depth of wisdom expressed by Serge Benhayon can’t be faulted, even though many try. His quality of love, integrity and wisdom is all of ours to know, share and connect to, within ourselves. Serge simply shows us how this is possible.

Because Serge Benhayon cannot be faulted, people who have decided not to have love in their lives for whatever reason have circulated false information about him in an attempt to denigrate his abilities without understanding that we all have the same abilities as Serge Benhayon, and when we tap into them for ourselves then we have even more understanding of the truth Serge Benhayon lives by and represents, as we then live that same equality.
Well said Gill – though we can only trust in the unfoldment in its own time, whilst staying steady in our knowing that everything is as it ‘should’ be even though it appears crazy and so incredibly delayed.
That is a huge learning in itself.

There is great humility and true empowerment, in the knowing that every choice that we make, every action, does and will either add to the pool of what needs to be corrected by the law of karma or akasha, or is supporting us all to find our way back to the oneness of our true inner expression.

But given the full picture, we can then make a choice of what we want our lives to be about, the big picture or the little picture.
Yes absolutely. We also have to accept that even when the full picture is laid out before us (which in fact it always is) we often choose to wear blinkers and not ‘see’ it.

Surely there must come a time when we realise that this must stop and that we must come back to some of the very basics that we know deep within – self care, self love, respect for self and others and working together as a community and as a brotherhood – qualities that lie within us all waiting to be revived. This is what Serge Benhayon is presenting an approach about true and lasting wellbeing for us all.

But this is no longer since knowing Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon I have had a true reflection of truth, this means what is presented I know is true within my body to the very core but I have not had this reflection growing up so was not confirmed with what I knew deep down to be true. Also the question needs to be raised that if over eons we have actually had the truth on earth at various stages throughout history why has is it been bastardised so much? There is a far bigger picture here humanity needs to be aware of.
It is ironic that when someone like Serge Benhayon reflects with absolute transparency and humility the depth of love, care and wisdom with which he lives, there are so many in society who are quick at judging what they see as ‘too good to be true’ and therefore false. Instead of choosing to study what is offered deeply in order to understand how they too could also be living exactly the same, they spend all their energy trying to destroy what is simply reflecting their own divinity.
The lies and deceit that we have all been fed for millennia run deep and it is this core of energy that ensures that it keeps us herded like sheep. Some of the sheep have escaped the field of energy and are showing that there is a different way to be. We can think for ourselves and don’t just accept the ‘fake news’ the media pours out on behalf of Governments worldwide. Those sheep that have escaped are then ostracised from the flock and today are dismissed for being ‘different’. In the dark ages they would have been put to death in the most gruesome of ways that could be imagined.
Acceptance and letting go of judgement is a great path to embrace.
I never knew life could be so rich until I met Serge Benhayon. He’s shown me that I can be responsible for healing myself and once free of issues can enjoy life and be of support to others. Life isn’t about carving out and decorating a life (more like a cave) for myself.
Leigh I feel that is where we have fallen down in this intentional belief put out there by some religions that we do not look after ourselves first, but look after everyone else to the detriment of our health. This way of living shows me that there were religions at the time that took the Ageless Wisdom teachings and twisted them in such a way that they were manipulated to deliberately go against the teachings of all that was to be held precious. We are continuously hosed down with the false lies to make it almost impossible to reconnect back to the truth of the she/he of God.

Janet what just struck me while reading your comment is it is also about growing up. I have just realised that I have spent my whole life being hurt by the family I lived with rather than getting on with life. This hurt has been holding me back with all the yes buts, but what has been my responsibility? I have stagnated so that I couldn’t reconnect to the much vaster expanse of what the universe has to offer. Finally letting go of standing there justifying my hurts.

I too have experienced many teachers of many differing approaches to health and self-advancement but the depth of integrity and wisdom Serge Benhayon brings to his work keeps it forever expanding along with our evolution. We would have to be blind to not recognise that the way things are is not working, from our education and medical systems to the fact that we live with stress, pressure, depression, alcoholism, drug addiction, screen addiction, overeating, relationship difficulties and higher volumes of illness and disease than ever before. Cancer, for example, used to be rare in my grandparent’s day and is now almost normal. Serge Benhayon shares a way to live life in a different way that can counter all of these problems and our current malaise… all we have to do is to give it a try and be willing to get super honest.
Indeed, Serge always delivers in full and he is a walking reflection that we can all do the same.
Serge doesn’t hold back Heaven, he’s an open channel for it to come through. No tampering, no doctoring, no self just pure unadulterated Heaven.

Well said Eva – when we stay stubborn and are not open to admitting mistakes, then we close the door for true change. However, even a crack or a tiny sliver of considering that there could be a different way, opens up the door and begins to dissolve the stubbornness which really is a protection of hurts that we are harboring.
Serge Benhayon’s presentations can be very challenging when we are entrenched in old attitudes and refusing to be open to any changes. For me, it was being aware of how my body was feeling that made it possible to observe much stress from mental ideals and beliefs that had held me imprisoned in a set way with how things ‘should be’.

Some reject and ridicule and others form lynch mobs and kill, crucify, stone, persecute, genocide do whatever they can to get rid of those disturbing their comfort and all this happens because of the silent majority that allows it.
This has happened far too many times throughout history, with the masses just realising the value of the incredible gift many years after the event. This is an indictment of a world we have created where we focus on and act according to our individual ‘wants’ without discerning where such compulsions are coming from. It would be a radically different world where the qualities of our heart and evolution were held in highest significance and the value of everything we see gauged from such a foundation.

There is more to life that what we see with our eyes and we know this because of what we feel. It’s never taught at school or university but we know there is more. Serge Benhayon never holds back from consistently presenting the more of life.

Once I came across Universal Medicine I realized how stubborn-ness and pride, critical thoughts, seriousness and defense didn’t serve me anymore. Since knowing Serge Benhayon I feel completely free, like being in front of someone who doesn’t expect me to be a certain way…this invited me to consider how I was living and that I definitely needed to change my lifestyle choices, as I felt so exhausted. My answers came from inside me. This was a big call to appreciate myself for the true beauty I am. Something I have never experienced anywhere else. The unconditional support that I’ve received is endless, my relationships are now more truthful, and my life…really precious and amazing. There is a lot to appreciate today.
Some people in the world are simply not ready for this level of responsibility. But for those who do say yes. It is our job to live it 100% and reflect it to others.

As I witness the charade of our media and recently even our legal system, it brings the concept of history and our reference material to deep question. Currently we have much made up nonsense touted as truth about Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine sparked off by obsessed cyber-trolls, and deliberate twisting of facts by journalists to get the sensationalism which the public seem to want. Then there are also those comments from the handful of hardline scientists who wish to get rid of anything non-mainstream.

The blessing of meeting Serge Benhayon, now 16 years ago, is something that I am eternally grateful for. I now know the difference between living life for betterment ( which is personal) – or Truth (for the all) . Through this time there have been many challenges, but the Love and support has been enormous, and continues to be.

Yes, listening to Serge Benhayon offers emence insight to life and raises awareness – it is incredibly awful to read and see how out of context his presentations have been portrayed and twisted in media.

The difference is clearly seen in the degrading tone and vile untrue statements and choice of words we have seen in social media comments aimed at Serge Benhayon, and yet he is consistently steadfastly decent and honourable despite all this. I have come across many explanations, hypotheses and theories about the predicament humanity finds itself in. Fascinating and gripping as some have been at the time, nothing has even come close to the depth of understanding and potential for expansion offered by the Ageless Wisdom.
And I love the way Serge Benhayon presents, because you can see every bit of it being lived right in front of you – never preaching or expecting you to agree with anything, but always holding you as an equal and reminding you to connect to your own inner knowing.
It’s true, Helen, the world would be a very different place if we were to ‘delve under our hurts’ and re-connect to the love that is our essence. When we identify with hurts we shut down to everything that is there for us to step into.
I get the feeling that we only re-evaluate our lives when we are confronted by a serious illness or disease or a major calamity. I have met so many old people who look back on their life and tell me that if they were to have their life all over again, knowing what they know, they would lead a completely different life. May be as part of our education we should go along to the hospitals and interact with the patients so that children get to appreciate that there is a responsibility to life, and that our illness are a byproduct of the way we are living.
For myself, the workshops I have attended with Universal Medicine that have supported immeasurably my awareness in this area of life, but how amazing and invaluable for children to be supported to observe life and understand that we have an immutable part in what transpires in our own life and around us.
I feel that the Ageless Wisdom teachings were bastardised on purpose to try and prevent people from connecting to the truth that was presented and has always been presented. And it is no different today as there is a small vocal group of people who are determined to undermine the solid achievements of Universal Medicine and again the world is being offered a choice via the act of free will to discern the truth from the lies.
“Giving myself permission to self-care and self-nurture” – whilst I know this to be true, I was struck by the ridiculousness of the situation we have got ourselves into when we have to give ourselves permission to do these loving acts.

We all know the truth of how we’re living and whether we’re being true to ourselves or not, but so often we just float along doing the same thing because it’s seemingly easier than making a decision that will disrupt things. But no matter how hard we might try to pretend to ourselves that everything is fine and to keep going with what we know isn’t working, we always know what we feel inside, and the constant pull back to living in a true way doesn’t go away but gets louder, until we respond.

As beautiful and liberating as it is, it also requires us to give up what we have created and like to hold onto – individuality.
Seeing the way so many journalists who have actually met Serge Benhayon and have also interviewed students of Universal Medicine with ample information to report about the profound impact the teachings have had on people’s lives, still end up circulating nonsense dreamed up by cyber trolls, clearly spells out to me that it is not about the Ageless Wisdom and other such teachings being held back or hidden by people, but people’s personal agendas and deliberate willful choice throughout the ages to ignore and shun what is being offered.

However as it has been said so many times we save ourselves and I feel this to be true. We have to put in the work but when that is to love ourselves unreservedly, difficult though it may be at times, we grow incrementally in the love that we can feel and the way we carry ourselves in the world.

I live in a country which is renowned for its cloudy and rainy periods, at times days on end. Most of the time, especially during rush hour, people walk around with a blank or miserable look and ignoring one another as if in their own little bubble. However when the sun is out, most residents comment how much better they feel: people seem to be much happier within themselves, smile much more at one another and often actually tend to make some form of verbal contact!
It is fact that whilst we are still a long way from returning to the steady loving depth of our true essence and living that in our daily life, we are affected by much of what is surrounding us and the aspects of life that remind us of our true qualities and inspire us to express them are a priceless blessing. History repeats itself when great teachers are ridiculed and attacked, and our modern day technology has allowed new forms of abuse to run rampant without laws to protect us. I know that listening to Serge and taking responsibility for my own energetic state of being has been life changing, and something I was calling out for as a younger person. As a group of teachers I was presenting to recently admitted, if they are in a heightened state of anxiety it’s no wonder the kids are too. Meeting Serge Benhayon has been the most significant event in my life, as it has been for many I know. Through knowing him has brought purpose and understanding of life that is far, far more meaningful than anything I considered previously. The foundation for this is the inspiration of his lived example of incomprehensibly deep love that has enabled me to connect to the love that I am.
Serge Benhayon is like a father, a brother, a friend all rolled into one, and of such high quality is the relationship that he offers in terms of respect, care and deep deep holding. A rare gem indeed, and here to inspire us all to live likewise.

Meeting Serge Benhayon is amazing and if one takes on board the inspiration, then the meeting can be life changing. I know for me it certainly has been a life changing thing to let myself feel, embrace and then learn to live what he represents, reflects and brings through to us all.
It’s only been as I am much older that I have realised that history is edited/changed/ deleted when it is written and can be changed again and again when another ruling party come in. Presentations by Prof. William Foley on the bible, written many years after the time of Jesus and not by anyone who knew him directly is one great example.

Understanding history through the perspective of the Ageless Wisdom brings a completely different outlook to the history of humanity and explains so much for the mess that humanity is in.
Good point Fiona, I used to love reading about history but have since learned that the history books can be written in a way that can serve an agenda, and any time there is an agenda there is control.
Fiona agreed at school I took history books to be the truth and yet by doing that I didn’t get to discern what was and was not true about so many things. I am loving understanding the real truth behind so many things in society in history and seeing how what is often written and repeated is far from the truth. When we look at the media reports today on many different events and speak to people who know the truth its clear there are big differences almost opposite truths, so it is therefore not surprising this is the same with much older histories.
I was a student of history at university and what you’re given are facts and personal interpretations, not truth. You can say such and such happened and when, but we learn later that even so called ‘facts’ can be manipulated and distorted. Without the philosophy of life and a deeper understanding or what is playing out and why, university students graduate with mindful of knowledge, a qualification, but without wisdom. To discern the difference between true and false education is empowering.
My memories of history was a subject taught without heart. The grossest acts of inhumanity, wars, genocide, imperialism, routinely presented as a matter of ‘fact’, without feeling, with no question or challenge of the morality of what happened explored. This breeds in students an ignorance that is deeply harmful. Today, many university students in re-assessing history themselves are challenge the version of history taught and glorification of so called ‘heroes’ of the past.
One of the things that stood out for me, apart from the fact that Serge Benhayon’s presentations resonated deeply with me, is that there is no follow me with Serge, he presents and it is for us to listen to our own inner knowing, our inner heart, and make changes accordingly as we build our relationship with ourselves.. our inner development returning to ourselves. A path I am so glad I have taken for life really does transform in every way. The Ageless Wisdom is here for everyone, all of us, and Serge lives it and presents it with the deepest love for all.
Not until meeting Serge Benhayon did I start realising that there is no divide between being divine and being fully committed to living daily life. Learning about the Lineage of the Ageless Wisdom has been the greatest support in my life, as it is so deeply touching to discover that the truth has always been presented and lived throughout history.
There will always be different reactions to what Serge Benhayon presents and this will depend on where we are in terms of our willingness to change, our willingness to reflect on our own behaviours and our willingness to take responsibility for the energy we are aligned to.

We are on a planet spinning round the sun going nowhere, literally nowhere both in terms of being static in the universe and being static in our behaviour and way of living. Yes we have advanced on a technological level and quite honestly thank God we have because it is the medical profession that is propping us all up take way the medicine in whatever form and we would be dying like flies.

The world is in a mess, no one I think, could deny this as a fact. We try to find solutions that don’t work clearly because the mess has only intensified. The Way of The Livingness provides real answers rather than solutions, but the only sticking point is that The Way of The Livingness calls for higher integrity and energetic responsibility, something we feel challenged by and often resist… but the truth is, when The Livingness is applied… it works.

And yet even amidst such attack and onslaught, the depth of the love of Serge never falters or wains; it only gets deeper and grander.
The love and understanding he holds for all is unquestionable. Yes, even with the ones who attack him, he holds the same level of love and understanding whilst speaking up against untruth. He doesn’t make the attacks personal. I don’t know anyone else who does this to the same level.
The world talks about political programs and ethical open opportunity legislation – but our bodies are calling out for us to stop and change the energy we currently live in. This will create the true shift we all yearn for.
What I love about Serge Benhayon and the Ageless Wisdom is that it offers us the simple to support us all to return. We can walk away from the complicated and realise that life can be lived harmoniously, joyfully and with a deep inner contentment knowing that we have found the truth within that aligns us all with the Universe around us.

Livingness is truly a beautiful word. It reflects the richness that we can live in life and how that richness can inspire the same in others. It’s a choice in every moment. I’ts a word that is wrapped with love and shows how this can be what we make life to be about…love.
Serge Benhayon certainly provides an amazing reflection on how we can live our lives. Its not always easy because we get to clearly see the choice we are making and the effect that they are having on our lives. But it’s what we do with that unease that’s the important thing. Do we attack because we don’t like that reflection or do we say that’s amazing, I also want to live that way? Either way the responsibility is ours, so there really is no-one to blame.
There is so much suffering today it’s almost as though we have numbed ourselves to the horror of it all. There is such a huge unrest in the world, people are leaving their country of birth to seek sanctuary elsewhere. The world to me feels in a great turmoil and I feel it will get worse as we all come to the realisation that our current way of living is not working and we try to fathom out our way forward. The people that have will try to hang on to what they have and the people that have not will try to take back more of what they think they should have and have been deprived of and so the crisis will deepen. This is the time like never before to work together as a collective but are we ready?

And even then will we opt for patching up the pieces and pretend nothing happened? What Serge Benhayon has presented is very simple and is not rocket science yet the consciousness through which it has had to break through is thick, heavy and very reluctant to be dismissed. Everything he has presented has supported me beyond measure to cut through this consciousness myself, so much so that I feel like a completely different person. I have opened up so much, have let go of so much that I react very little to what I observe, but instead bring understanding and love to most situations – always open to learning and always open to going deeper and letting go of more I have a love affair with life that simply wasn’t there before.
It’s interesting to observe what happens when a bomb of truth is delivered. I have noticed that in life there are people I tend to really enjoy being around – I feel settled, more certain, wise and loving. In effect I am in my boots so to speak. I have also observed how it is more about how such individuals actually are in life, than what they may be or may not be saying to me.
We tend to underestimate the power and potency of what is transmitted by the quality with which we engage with life. Very likely I do not appreciate the enormity of it yet either, however I do know it enough to realise what those like Serge Benhayon offer the world through the commitment to the quality with which they live is beyond what our minds can comprehend.

I don’t follow Serge Benhayon, but I do respect what he says because what he says feels true to me. In a world where we have made it all about lies, greed, corruption, wealth, the haves and the have nots; to actually find someone who speaks the truth no matter what, is very inspirational and like a breath of fresh air in a hot, stuffy smoked filled room.

I really cannot say where I would be in life today if it wasn’t for Serge or even if I would still be alive. I just really didn’t see the purpose of life not being very materialistic, but Serge made me see what the purpose of life actually is and that every little thing we do has an effect on everything. There are no words that can convey the impact this one man has had on my life and countless others, he has been a source of constant inspiration to remind us all there is more to us than we have allowed ourselves to know. We have been subjugated under a certain consciousness for eons and for most of us we are totally unaware that we have given our power away to such an energy. All we have left of the knowing that there is more to the life we are currently living, is the unease in our bodies that we try to stop ourselves from feeling. When we allow ourselves to feel this unease rather than burying it then we will all come to the same knowing that we have been completely fooled. Then we will know that what Serge Benhayon presents was the truth all along.

Nowadays we very seldom stand to what we know is true, least of all live it consistently every day. We have given in to what the world has become and try to navigate our life in it as good and comfortable as possible. Stock taking and appreciation of every moment is so important in our every day lives. For me it opens up an awareness that my limitation would not allow me to see, but now I do and it inspires me to keep walking.
I love how you bring in the importance of stock taking and appreciating and how this is the platform to more growth and evolution. This was exactly what I experienced today by deeply appreciating one of my qualities, something else opened up.
It certainly is important Adele, to appreciate every moment in our day as this supports us to see and understand life with love and clarity. So much is missed when we leave appreciation out of our day. Often what we are left with is exhaustion and blame when we live void of love and appreciation.
Without daily appreciation we are so easy to be swiped away by the cruelty and harshness we have made normal in the world when this is not the full truth. Our deep innate worth and preciousness when lived out is what is going to change how the world really can be.
What I can share to add to this conversation is that I spent over 3 decades searching for a deeper truth to life, to existence, and a way to heal from previous experiences. I had a deep knowing there had to be more to life. After decades of searching in the New Age, spirituality, religion, alternative and complementary therapies, etc, what I came to in the end was that I was still as discontent, unhappy, traumatised and confused as when I started to seek help, even though I had at times experienced periods of short term relief from the therapies I had tried. Overall my search for something real and true had not eventuated, and after such a long time I felt like giving up. I decided my final exploration would be a Universal Medicine workshop, and it was so obvious to me that there was something different about Serge as he was a very gentle man speaking the truth, and there was a clarity and exquisite quality in the healing energy that I experienced in his esoteric modalities. My life since that first workshop with Serge in 2012 has changed considerably, this has been in every facet of my life including the way I feel within myself, and my understanding of where we all fit in the Universe. Quite simply, without awareness we are sitting ducks. Serge Benhayon invites us to become fully aware of ourselves, our lives, the society we live in, cut through the lies and see truth: the way things really are. I feel blessed to walk in life as myself, loving myself, all others and life.

To think I could have lived my life thinking I was just this body and having a constant unease about that not being the whole story. I was pondering this description of Serge being inspirational… there is no doubt that he is, but not in an excitable, pumped up, motivational kind of way. There is an absolute stillness in that inpiration… space opens up inside us…. and so we start to see more of ourselves. Its like magic when we feel it for the first time, and yet it has been lying dormant inside of us our whole lives and he reminds us that it is our birthright to live this every day.
We may not be perfect human beings but every human being in this world should be appreciated for who they are in Truth just like it is so natural to appreciate Serge Benhayon, when this appreciation comes from within us first.

I love how you have described religion, stripped bare of its nasty and often distasteful connotations, as “each person considering the way they live as religion in and of itself”. This is so simple, straight to the point and transparent, whether one’s religion be football, drugs, alcohol, anger or connection, presence, love and God.

I learned about Pythagoras in school but only as a mathematician and philosopher. Understanding about multidimensionality expands my awareness and inspires me to connect deeper within.
My waywardness does not like being exposed by the truth that each and every decision I make either contributes to the suffering in the world and all that is ugly, or has the power to inspire and heal. But the plagues you’ve described, I hate them all, they only bring people down, further from the glory they are. So any time I want to check out, not express for fear of being noticed and causing tension, I have to consider what do I stand by? Love or what’s not love and feels ugly?
Thank you Helen, your blog asks me to deeply appreciate Serge’s contribution to the world, and I realise that that contribution is unfathomable in real terms, yet what I know is he has restored the true meaning to the word religion and many, many others around the world are living The Way of The Livingness, living the truth that is in each of us and known by Serge – well before we had the conscious incline of it within ourselves. To be met on that level is what re-ignited in me the truth I had always known but not lived.

Yes this man, Serge Benhayon, has also had a phenomenal impact on my life. I was so caught up in my hurts I’d given up on people and God. But feeling the truth of the love that he lives on a daily, 24/7 basis I am reconnecting to the love within me and experiencing love can be trusted in a world that turned its back on it. What I’m discovering is what can be inspired in others too.
Having gone down the guru path and grown up with a Catholic education, I’ve had my fair share of being told what to do and how to do it. The difference here with UniMed and the teachings of Serge, is that there is nothing to do – his teachings are like light bulb moments which appear so obvious, I don’t know how I’ve not seen them and got it before. So it’s about choosing to live in accordance to how your body feels – putting it (and your own well being) first. The old adage is true, you have to love yourself before you can love someone else.

I have had similar experiences in being told what to do. I have also reacted to this as well. Neither of which are very good for us. No matter what goes on in life, the ball is always in our court. We have a choice in everything, therefore we have a responsibility in every choice we make, which is neither good or bad, it just is.

Too be honest it really makes my blood boil that a few malcontent people can through sheer spite and malice try and corrupt something so pure. Are we not playing out again what happened 2,000 years ago Jesus’s teachings were too honest and truthful for the high priests of the day and his teachings were brought to a halt and after his death completely misrepresented by those who did not live ‘The Livingness ‘ (Same lineage) and so took the knowledge and manipulated it to their own ends and look where it has got us …Nowhere! Could it be said that as a race of human – beings we have not evolved at all these last 2,000 years.
That is a good point – why do we do it, why do we reduce what is offered at times of great growth? It seems to me there are those who have a vested interest in the world staying in the mess it is in and it will take a cataclysmic event for us to decide to be honest and not fight each other. Personally I would rather look to my own behaviour and not wait for such an event to bring about that loving change.

Are we only here on this plane of life to abuse, kill, maim, murder, go to war, keep our fellow human beings in the most degrading of ways lacking in any form of decency? Who has come up with the many different ways to torture someone because of their religion, culture, race, or because they are felt to be inferior, inferior by whose standards?
I cannot and will not believe this to be true, there has to be more to life than this current existence. Having met Serge Benhayon I can honestly say, here is a man that is offering humanity a different way to live, with my eyes open to the fact that our current way of life is not working, I am more than willing to try something different. And I wonder to myself what would happen in and to the world if we all tried this different way, what if it actually worked and here we are rejecting it without even having a go. Why?

I feel can be all lies. The Truth lies in the body. And thus … “We all have the choice as to whether we want to feel this self-connection and if so, the depth to which we want to take that connection.”
The world is not in great shape… higher rates of illness and disease (and diabetes will bankrupt the N.H.S. alone), increasing mental illness and self-harm, especially in our teens, younger children on stress relieving medication, high absenteeism that costs millions if not billions in the UK alone, the need to overeat, (obesity) binge watch TV, use of excessive alcohol, drug use, online and off line abuse, extensive use of gaming and addiction to social media (our relationships are reducing in quality), general dissatisfaction and dislike of life seeking relief in every way possible, it could be fair to say that we are not doing well. Serge Benhayon is bringing the difference we all need and bringing our attention to what we have accepted is in fact unacceptable. We can either hold onto a way of life that does not serve and defend it, or we can choose a more loving way for ourselves that serves all.
You present an important truth about the difference between inspiration through our lived way and religion through doctrine or cult. Serge Benhayon simply lives what he knows to be true – a loving way that’s based on self-care, honouring the body, discerning energetic truth and taking absolute responsibility for all his choices. Yes, there is such illusion to making life better, tantalized by hope: one day things will be better if I could only find the right way of doing things. It’s such a trap to keep us trying, imprisoned into investing into new ways of doing things which are never new or ground breaking.
I’m coming to accept life really is about evolving. What’s the difference between evolving and getting better? We are already everything but we’re just not living this truth. I know I’m not so it’s a process of keep coming back to connecting with my inner most beauty and discarding whatever comes up that I put in the way of living the love that I am.
Great that you have defined the difference between evolution and betterment. Betterment does nothing to address the root cause of our ills, it simply puts a glossy veneer over the top of them whilst the rot continues to fester. Evolution, from where we are, is a process of honesty, awareness, and healing from firstly connecting to our bodies and our breath so that we may develop a richer relationship with that innermost wisdom. In so doing we discard our hurts in the empowerment of knowing who we are and what our purpose is, From there as a collective, the way forward (or I should say around) looks very different.

What I find so inspiring and extra-ordinary with what Serge Benhayon is offering us all, unlike anyone else presenting on the world stage, is that what he shares is for everyone equally, for the whole of humanity rather than a certain section of the population, there is no agenda, no self-interest, no fan fare, no rah rah presentations where there is an expectation of a certain outcome, to ‘convert’ or convince anyone of anything – rather Serge Benhayon presents the truth of how things are, why we are where we are and how we can re-connect to living the truth of who we are through the teachings of the Ageless Wisdom.
The point you make about accepting world history simply because that is the way it’s always been taught, and understanding also that it’s always-been-taught-content is different in different countries, simply confirms that we see what we want to see, and then colour everything else by that view. This is how we hold such opposition around the world with our individual views, rather than coming to the core that is true, and which can be felt in and by each and every person, no matter their history.

I have been watching a few Workd War 11 movies lately and visited the Churchill war rooms where I saw a video of women who were the secretaries talking about living at that time. There sense of purpose, brotherhood and selflessness is palpable and our debt to them is immense, yet when I look at the world as it is today I wonder how they would feel about what we have done with this freedom from tyranny they afforded us. I know they would be appalled. After Brexit in the U.K. It felt very much like wartime but the uk were now acting with the same fear and small mindedness of Hitler’s Germany. How awful that we have indulged our way to where we find ourselves today as a nation and a humanity. We have never needed more the Livingness inspiration of Serge Benhayon and his children.

The world is in a big mess. This is obvious in whatever country you choose to mention, with the greed, corruption, chronic health problems and the like. Yet we supposedly have more intelligent people on the planet today than ever before. Yet in Serge Benhayon and the beautiful Esoteric healing modalities, we have someone who offers a way of living that can turn this over, living a life of truth, love and simplicity. Will it be taken up by the many in his lifetime? History shows us this to be doubtful. Past world teachers are often not credited with all they brought to the many until after their passing. I feel privileged to know a Serge and attend his presentations when he visits the UK and can personally attest to the efficacy and amazingness of the modalities on offer.

Many of us may be using mainstream religion because we can feel the vastness of whats on offer, but have not connected to the truth of our inner hearts. What universal medicine presents is an incredible opportunity for all to connect to a way of life that is truly loving and honouring of universal laws.
How true Viktoria, there are many that can sense the vastness that is on offer but feel lost as to where to go with it.

No aggression – no onslaught – no denigration make them wobble for what they know is the truth. I am still learning to not wobble but man can I feel how powerful I am if I am steady in myself!
There is a teacher within everyone of us and Serge Benhayon has ignited this reflection for us; just as there is equally a student within us all equally too.

People eulogise figures in history, yet how would they treat them if they existed today? Serge Benhayon is a man equal to those famous names in the power and simple wisdom he presents. It’s just up to us ~ will we pay attention today, or catch up centuries later when he’s a historical name?
Good question, Joseph…are we open to really seeing and feeling what we have on offer through the teachings of Serge Benhayon, as a messenger of truth in troubled times? Or will we destroy ourselves some more before we remember that we are made of love and so much more than what we have allowed ourselves to become, as Serge consistently reflects?
It’s the way that we live that makes the difference – the way that we are in everything we do – and Serge Benhayon continues to give us tools to facilitate this reconnection with who we are, inspiring us to increase our awareness and live more responsibly with truth and love, with stillness, joy and harmony.
There are many people who want to make this world a better place, but what Serge Benhayon is presenting to us opens up a much grander picture of what is. It goes way beyond the framework of the way we like to think we think, and the reality of the world we have so long been accepting as the ‘truth’. It is understandable many may react and/or even reject because it basically exposes the lies that have been woven through in every fabric of our life in every level. But here we are yet again being offered an opportunity to say yes to true truth, or continue with half-baked pseudo truth which in fact is utter and complete lie.
Trying to make the world a ‘better’ place is like trying to make a better cake with rotten ingredients. Not possible. You have to throw the whole lot out and start from scratch with different ingredients.

There is so much beneficial in what Serge Benhayon presents to the world, we are doing him and the Ageless Wisdom a disservice by pretending it doesn’t exist.
So so simple – a world teacher is someone who can bring Divinity into our every day lives. Serge is a man of the times, he understands what is going on in the world and can relate our everyday with God (to put it simply). Its what we as a planet need to take heed of, be inspired by, and notice the difference between this way of living and the shocking behaviour that is considered normal today.
Serge Benhayon is the only person I know who holds every single person as an equal but also in the knowing that we are so much more than what we think ourselves to be, however, he never judges and always and constantly presents truth for us to be inspired by – we may not always like what we hear but it is presented in such a way that the truth offered cannot be denied.
What is presented through The Ageless Wisdom teachings may appear simplistic on the surface… however, when we take responsibility for our choices, the depth of self-awareness, love, truth and harmony we can live is never-ending.
Serge Benhayon is a man who deeply touches the lives of thousands of people in a very personal way. Meeting him and studying his work has without doubt been the most fundamentally important experience in my life, which has totally revolutionised how I live it each day with incredible results. Yeah finally understanding the motivations behind all the cruelty in the world is a huge relief as without this understanding of energy the cruelty is unbearable. Serge Benhayon is deeply inspirational, and all that he has ever presented has only ever been as a take it or leave it basis, never as an imposition or pushing in any way. So much of what he has presented has been there to offer us all an opportunity to enrich our lives deeply from the inside out, and never once with developing any kind of dependency on another – in fact it is asking us always to realise the beauty and power that lies within each of us and to live this to our fullest. I agree Henrietta, there has been no imposing of his teachings, no hounding if we don’t attend presentations; entirely up to us. What I also love is Serge’s advice to observe any teacher, including him, to study their livingness and see if it matches what they present. Serge and other members of the Benhayon family were the first presenters I have ever come across who live up to that, despite over twenty five years of my attendance on various workshops led by an array of other teachers, who all fell short, hence my moving from one to another in search of truth. Serge Benhayon is the real deal, and I have observed him for eleven years now….. a true World teacher.

What Serge presents is not new, isn’t rocket science or wild, but ancient principles of philosophy, science and religion. It is all-encompassing, life-enriching, and explains how and why life is the way it is, as has been taught by philosophers through the ages.
We have to be able to live in harmony with ourselves first, before being able to live in harmony with anyone else.
The Ageless Wisdom awakens in us the fact that we are multi dimensional beings. Until we remember that, we are multi dimensional beings sleepwalking our way through lifetime after one dimensional lifetime.

My appreciation deepened reading this for the wisdom shared by Serge Benhayon and all of those masters throughout the ages who have continued to bring this through despite the persecution that has been thrust upon them. Sadly, I agree Sarah. What Serge is presenting to us is potentially life changing and therefore extremely powerful, but most of us are too deep in the comfort of our lives that we simply don’t want to know that life is multidimensional.
Yes, history has shown that those who speak truth don’t get plaudits in their own lifetime. People prefer comfort and denial to truth. I feel forever grateful that I and many students of Universal Medicine have woken up and gain the benefits of learning to live the oath of love and truth as shown to us by World teacher Serge Benhayon.
I too find Serge Benhayon deeply inspiring without seeing him as a type of ‘guru’ to give my power away to. It’s just not what he is about and in fact he always encourages people to discern what feels true to them and also to never put him on a pedestal.
I agree Fiona and Serge treats everyone as his equal as he sees the potential and essence in everyone he comes across, be it a celebrity, teacher, doctor, checkout person or cleaner. All are valued for the love they are inside. I feel privileged to know him and be inspired by his livingness and teachings.

The effect of this can not be underestimated, to be in someone’s company, who despite your many flaws, knows you to be an equal aspect of God is unimaginably evolutionary.
For myself, the first time I attended a presentation / workshop held by Serge I found myself listening to a man who openly voiced and discussed from a perspective I had always had an inner connection with, but barely ever bought out and shared with others.

The inner transformation I have come to, for me is quite miraculous. Each day, this inner change continues to develop. Stronger, wiser and more steady in life, I have come to know my true self and what my purpose it. The teachings if The Ageless Wisdom and The Way of The Livingness are a gift and priceless. Serge has delivered these presentations with such authenticity, love and openness – beholding each person in the magnificence we truly are, so that in time we come to recognise the magnificence within ourselves as we truly are. It is great to ponder on what would make a true world teacher. It is definitely not just about knowledge, it is about something that takes care of all of what is going on for us an knows why and therefor is able to offer true answers. I have been asking to know the truth of what is going on and truth showed itself to me but the big surprise has been that, ‘even wanting it part of me still resists it’… because it has been very challenging to accept just how far away I have wondered from my own natural, loving and fully responsible way.
I hold the deepest appreciation for Serge and for all those who have come before him and who are to come after, for their incredible compassion and commitment to living the truth and for stepping up and putting themselves fully on the line to remind us that we are equal to this grandness… and more.

And as before they continue to inspire many along the way for they show another way of life is indeed possible, no matter, what or where you are in this world.
We cannot hold the old story of having a self-worth issue once we start to self-love. And when we start to self-love, we find religion naturally so.
Something shifted inside me as I read/felt these two words together; religion and self-love. “No secret codes, ceremonies, self-flagellation or learnings are required, just a willingness to start with a commitment to self-love – to live ‘you’ to the fullest extent possible. Then from there, the natural progression is to live in harmony with all around you.” When we love ourselves, we love God also.
Serge Benhayon & the Ageless Wisdom: Bringing the Difference the World Needs – it definitely brought the difference to me that I was missing from a life that didn´t make much sense and just the same I see it making a difference to everyone who cares to dig a bit deeper, ie. underneath the layers of comfort, protection, arrangments and hurts. The Ageless Wisdom may be unpopular, not mainstream, but it will ring true in every one who is willing to hear and see; that’s how it has always been with the teachers of their time.
Let us hope that we can take heed of what this beautiful man is saying while he still here, and not wait for him to die or worse still persecute him for being willing to accept nothing less than Divinity in his life (and encouraging that in others.
Philosophy and religion are things we have taught, shared and learnt for thousands of years, and there are many versions of these today which have separated rather than united humanity, however there is always the opportunity for us to unite by accepting people’s beliefs rather than vilifying them, and come to a mutual understanding of what we are all here for, which is certainly not to go to war with or abuse each other.

This is so important, our progression in life is completely down to ones own life of free will choice and no one else can be held responsible but one self.

Helen as well as echoing all you say here, one thing that stood out is how Serge does not act in a way to be ‘looked up to’ or ‘worshipped’ but in a way that lets you feel equal to and confirmed in all that you are regardless of the choices you are making in that moment. It’s why so many people are so inspired by him and why they too have transformed their lives, the inspiration is different to the normal ra-ra presentations. Its an inspiration that within is everything and that we are all equal just have different things in the way to heal so that we can naturally live that amazingness each day.

Isn’t it interesting that in each era we have had Soul-led individuals who have offered great wisdom and insight to humanity and showing by example that it was possible to live that truth in the world, but they were “regularly held up for ridicule and abuse”? Not so surprising if we consider how sneakily we keep repeating things that we admit are not okay, by just doing it under a different guise (e.g. pretending we are done with slavery, but carrying on the exact same thing under a new name of human trafficking, pretending we now have codes of ethics in business when most big corporates simply use legal loopholes and disclaimers to mask their unethical and abusive strategies)
Often in life we don’t want to hear the truth. Many wait until their back is against the wall and life has brought them to their knees. That is our free choice, we can delay it and prolong the misery as long as we want. The beauty of it is that the Soul-led messages and reflections will keep coming and reminding us that we can, whenever we are ready, reconnect and start to live according to our Soul.

I have also turned my head concerning religion and I now claim for myself, not because anyone told me anything but because when I connected with my body and felt the stillness I knew it was love, I knew it was God.
Serge Benhayon is an inspirational man because what he brings – the ageless wisdom from the soul – is in all of us. This Truth resonates inside as loving invitation to live as the sons of God we are. It’s up to us claim it or not.
Certainly this world would be a very different place to be if we would live love in our daily basis. There wouldn’t be this need for competition, comparison, not being good enough conditions, gossips, jealousy…there would be just amazing human beings living in harmony with themselves and others. If we look at the mess we live in we can’t deny that we are responsible for living another way, being and living the change we want to see. It’s easy point others and demand our rights but what if each one of us lead the way? In letting go what is not love and reclaim our natural way of being?

Serge Benhayon and his family continue to bring so much love care and dedication to humanity despite those that react and actively vilify him and the work he does. It is absolutely incredible what this family can withstand as for myself, I know when just one person reacts strongly to something I have said I can feel a little shaken.
We tell ourselves things are OK when under the banner of nice there can be jealousy, hate, fury which is covered with a veneer of niceness. If we do not observe the energetic quality we can be fooled by the ‘nice’ without truly feeling what is going on underneath. We all do know what jealousy feels like, we feel it all the time, what we don’t like is to admit that there is jealousy because then we start to see the rot that is hidden beneath the good.

I do not sit at Serge Benhayon’s feet and look up to him ‘cow eyed’ as it were. I live my life thousands of miles away from where he lives so that would be very difficult. What I have gleaned from the workshops and presentations is that there is a way to live in harmlessness with myself first and everyone I meet. Learning to love myself has been very difficult and I have noticed it is something we all struggle with but as we start to connect back to this quality of love within our bodies so we come to understand that it is impossible to harm another it is the most exquisite feeling there is nothing quite like it. This for me is a completely different way to approach life and so worth living, I have found my purpose in life.
There was so much that inspired me from the first moment I met Serge Benhayon but what I loved is that he presented with a simplicity and with so much common sense. It wasn’t just my head nodding, it was my whole body as I heard truth after truth presented to me. But what absolutely astounded me was when he encouraged us not to believe without questioning what he was presenting “but instead discern carefully the true energetic quality of everything”. Yes, the responsibility was placed firmly back on my shoulders as to what I knew to be true, or not, and as far as I am concerned, there is nothing that Serge has presented that is not of truth.
Something you said towards the end of your blog about people choosing to dismiss, ignore or even look into The Way of the Livingness further. It’s the lack of true choice that I find very sad. We currently don’t have free choice, for if you are approaching something a little differently, then there are some in the community who decide that they will vilify the approach thereby influencing the opinion of many. If we had true choice everything would be on the table and then we would could make very clear choices, without any influence, without any condemnation.
It is an interesting aspect to look at in our lives, we have the tendency and I would even say we prefer to make our lives complicated and rather complain and blame than making true simple changes in our own lives. We have so much bought into the dependancy on others that we seemingly have and thus feel powerless in so many situations, but in truth there is so much we can do to change our lives and not be dictated by the systems that we have created all the while living in them. As you describe, simplicity is the key in our every day and every moment life bringing our focus back to self-loving choices that truly support us and in that we not only take responsibility for ourselves but bring automatically the same care to others. Simple in its application and profoundly life changing is the outcome.

Truly inspirational teachers who present the truth are rarely accepted by many in their own lifetime. Most people don’t want to take responsibility for the mess we have made in life and society. Listening to and accepting truth means we have to be accountable, not always a good feeling. So comfort wins and so the mess continues, with its corruption, greed and unhealthy ways of living. Serge offers a different way of living and those who try it are often astounded by the miracles that can take place in their own lives.
