Attending the Universal Medicine Vietnam Retreats is a yearly commitment I make with myself. Apart from this particular retreat (one of the three Retreats offered by Universal Medicine every year), I seldom attend other just as amazing courses that Universal Medicine offers in Australia or the UK. So far, I have attended the Vietnam Retreat for the past 6 years.
There are many points of universal laws and truths that I enjoy offered at the Universal Medicine Retreat – anyone who has attended such Universal Medicine retreats knows the gems that are presented by Serge Benhayon and Natalie Benhayon, as well as all the sharings that we receive from students from all over the world. Anyone who is interested in what life is truly about is offered a foundation to understand themselves and other people in life – which I value as a precious opportunity. Recently I started to read a book called Time, Space and All of Us, Book 2 – Space written by Serge Benhayon. This is the ninth purple book, all of which have been written by Serge Benhayon, and it now sits with the others on my bedside table. Sometimes I read through a whole book bit by bit and at other times I feel to select a book and just read a couple of paragraphs or pages. Every time though, something is there as an offering for me to connect to, consider, feel, reflect upon and ponder. I find these purple books beholding of the depths of wisdom and grandness communicating the Universal laws and truths; a grandness I know we are all a part of. My name is Paul, I am 45 years old. I am a father and have been a postie for the last 11 years. I own my home in Northern NSW and currently I still like a beer, pizza, watching sport on TV, coffee etc. In the last 3 months I started dating an esoteric student who invited me to do the 2017 Universal Medicine Retreat in Lennox Head with her.
Prior to the retreat I was nervous, unsure what was ahead. I had been to a couple of Universal Medicine events and heard stories of people’s transformation – especially my girlfriend Rosie’s past to where she is at now – but wasn’t really sure what the retreat would be like. When I was 20 years old I got a job in a big bank. I worked as Head of Department and every year I was being promoted to a higher position. I was very good with money and finances and my career was settled.
After ten years I wanted something else. I wanted to ‘deepen’ my life and so for four years I studied to become a holistic massage therapist. I started my own practice and it became successful in such a way that I earned my living from this new career path. For years I worked together with doctors in a medical clinic where they would refer clients to me.

The first time I attended a Universal Medicine workshop by Serge Benhayon, presentations included a discussion on entities (spirits). The way Serge spoke about them was completely on par with my experiences.
Up until this point I realised I had never been part of a public group discussion on this topic: I realised there was something in me that felt it was simply socially not acceptable to talk about spirits and that people may think I was crazy if I did. Even with all the experiences I had as a child, some of these I shared with others and some I didn’t. My relationship with spirits/entities was something I had kept mostly to myself.
So as Serge presented, I reflected on all my experiences of entities to date: Continue reading “The Reality of Entities and Spirits”
I recently attended a Livingness 1 Workshop presented by Serge Benhayon, founder of Universal Medicine. I have attended this and other workshops previously and, whilst each one has held an abundance of light bulb moments, the clarity and understanding in me from this particular one has been exceptionally profound.
I realised that the hurts I’ve absorbed through false beliefs of my ‘failings’ as a woman, mother, wife, friend, daughter, sister, employee and neighbour, are how I have encased myself in a seemingly impenetrable suit of armour, burying my natural essence underneath. These hurts, I have further come to understand, have been nothing more than excuses to justify not living in the fullness of this Essence.
