I have recently observed the false and shocking allegations made towards Serge Benhayon, his family and Universal Medicine in various press articles and also on television (including allegations that Universal Medicine is a cult) and would like to share my experience and appreciation of Serge and the Universal Medicine team.
I came to live in Goonellabah, N.S.W. three years ago and not long after heard an interview with Serge on the radio and I felt that what he was saying made so much sense. I then started to attend sessions with one of the practitioners at the Universal Medicine Clinic and also presentations by Serge Benhayon.
I have a history of anxiety, dysfunction, alcohol abuse and utter exhaustion, including being diagnosed with depression and chronic fatigue. Added into this mix came a state of poverty and many problems passed on to my children and grandchildren including drug abuse, self harm and alcohol and gambling addictions.
I had tried for many years to remedy some of this by pursuing various alternate modalities and it did seem that my life improved, at least on a functional level.
After attending Serge’s talks I started to realise that although things looked better on the outside, I was actually still feeling all the old feelings of low self worth and anxiety on the inside. I kept myself safe from feeling all this by cocooning myself from the world and living on Centrelink payments for many years and not participating in anything that I felt threatened by.
After attending Universal Medicine I started to live in a more gentle way with myself and also allowed those feelings to surface in a gentle way. Previously I had done a lot of psychotherapy but this mostly consisted of just re-living the pain of the past – I could still feel it in my body. I tried many diets and ways of eating but had only followed them because I read or heard that they were good. At the same time I would gorge on chocolates, icecreams and the like, trying to fill the empty hole I could feel inside.
Now two and a half years after attending Universal Medicine sessions and presentations my life is a very different picture. I have lost 16 kilos and feel very loving towards my body. I sleep very well and feel I have the energy to do whatever I need to during the day. I was constantly getting colds and hayfever but now am clear of these. I now have work in the community as an aged care worker and I am also studying in aged care. This has been my biggest change as I could not function in the workforce before. I now take the gentleness I have in my body to my work and am able to work a full, busy day and not feel tired at the end of it. This has led to my finances being more manageable and I am slowly getting out of debt.
Another big change has been in my relationships. I am now able to be with others and not become exhausted because I was trying so hard to please or to impress or just guard who I really was. The true friendships that I have are awesome – we are both coming from that place of self love – and it is the first time in my life that I can feel what is truly love. I am more loving as a mother and grandmother but only by being myself and not trying to rescue my family from their own choices.
Another change has been my attitude towards mainstream medicine. I was on my high horse about various issues such as vaccination, chemotherapy or anything in fact that doctors prescribed. It was a big awakening to feel the arrogance I had towards the medical profession and how I was avoiding taking responsibility. I now have an appreciation of what medicine has to offer. I have recently had blood tests and my first pap smear for 20 years.
In conclusion I would just like to say that I have never heard Serge tell anyone what to do or what to eat or drink. Serge just presents and shares the energetic truth and it is totally up to us to discern and feel into what is true for us. Serge has always stated that he is pro-medicine and that gave me an opportunity to consider why I was so opposed to it.
Serge Benhayon is not a “cult leader” or a guru. He is another human being who lovingly shares the truth about humanity and where we are at and how we can make the choice to live in stillness and harmony and not accept all the pain and suffering as “normal”.
Thank you Serge.
How amazing for the elderly to have you there. I have myself a family member that lives in a retirement home and I see how appreciated it is when people there are met by someone that truly cares for them and have the space to listen to them and their thoughts and feeling about life and their situation.
Presenting truth touches the innate marker of Truth in another. This is how we will one day reunite as humanity.
It would be terrific to have a before and after psychotherapy picture, so everybody would have a feeling for what it does for us, and for what it does not.
Irene this is HUGE!!!!! This is not just one thing in your life that you turned around but many different things that most people would be ‘written off’ by. This is really something to appreciate about yourself. Also great to set the record straight with regards to Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine ‘Serge Benhayon is not a “cult leader” or a guru. He is another human being who lovingly shares the truth about humanity and where we are at and how we can make the choice to live in stillness and harmony and not accept all the pain and suffering as “normal”…. not that it ever needed to be set straight! Absolutely shocking what a few people with very ill malicious intentions and vile defaming can do – or try to do.
Well said, very well said actually:
”Serge Benhayon is not a “cult leader” or a guru. He is another human being who lovingly shares the truth about humanity and where we are at and how we can make the choice to live in stillness and harmony and not accept all the pain and suffering as “normal”.”
Lovelessness is not normal, and the fact that we have come to life and accepted that even now, with not the full awareness that this current version of ‘love’ is not actually the truth of love, is quiet interesting, and for us to ponder on why we have denied our love to be truly lived.
Taking responsibility for my own choices, being aware of its consequences, no judgement, self love, let myself be inspired by others without comparison, letting go of perfectionism, listen to the truth within me, … simple things that are at our hands, that I’ve been reminded by attending Serge’s workshops. Simple things that I hold step by step and make a huge difference in my life too.
Another amazing personal turnaround through Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, when we make more self loving choices which become our way of living life changes and we become far more at ease with ourselves because we are no longer hiding behind something that is not who we are.
Serge Benhayon just presents and it is for everyone to decide whether to give it a try, and if so how much of that. It is all about becoming aware that we are making choices, and learning to take responsibility for the choices we are making.
What an amazing transformation Irene. What you share here is my experience also of Serge Benhayon, and that what he offers is an opportunity for us to resurrect ourselves, to bring our real selves back to life so we live who we are with greater freedom, truth, love and joy. The beautiful point being that when we embrace this for ourselves all aspects of our live and enriched with this truer quality of being.
What a transformation in your daily life you have experienced Irene going from relying on the system and centrelink support to recommitting back into the workforce and study – well done you.
It is true that we make our own choices and when we stick to our own choices we always have our reasons. For myself making supportive changes in my life allowed my body to feel so different that I had no other reason to not continue. We can never blame another for influencing us, the choice is always ours.
Awesome Irene. I can not fathom how anyone could read about your turnaround in life and misconstrue that to mean that you are a follower of some guru who can’t think for themselves because you’ve been brainwashed. All I read in your story is how you went from not being committed to life, to being committed to life and taking responsibility for your choices. Pretty amazing.
The greatest part of this piece is your deepening awareness of just how much self-acceptance there can be for you when your love and care is let out to be expressed.
“I have a history of anxiety, dysfunction, alcohol abuse and utter exhaustion, including being diagnosed with depression and chronic fatigue. Added into this mix came a state of poverty and many problems passed on to my children and grandchildren including drug abuse, self harm and alcohol and gambling addictions.” Give or take from these examples, they do represent a lot of what is going on inside people homes. You wont see it on the outside, the outside usually looks good and we all think that if we have problems it’s unusual and out of the ordinary but it’s not. Behind closed doors there is a lot of disharmony taking place. If you by the guidance of Universal Medicine has come to where you describe now it sure is a miracle and should be written about or made into a documentary.
Another amazing sharing of how life can change when we begin to make self-loving choices and the wonderful wisdom endlessly offered by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine; wisdom that is offered but never imposed on us – it is always our choice to change, or not.
Serge Benhayon is definitely most certainly NOT a cult leader or guru or any such. But he is a truly truly genuine, caring, loving, beholding, inspirational person, teacher, friend, dad, husband …. world leader.
After many years of attempting and hoping that the next modality will full fill me, would often leave me feeling empty and alone.
Since 2014 and meeting Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, my life has had a facelift from inside out and I’ve never looked back. Its still a working progress but hey Rome wasn’t built in a day so no regrets and yes indeed it is a miracle.
Accusing an organisation of being a cult is an easy thing to do. Yet, such an accusation does not mean at all that this is true. Unfortunately, though, this is the type of accusation that socially works and, hence, that produces what it intends to produce (fear, rejection, etc.).
Thank you Irene for sharing the changes you have made having been inspired by the presentations of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. We all have free will to choose how we live and relate to ourselves, others and the world around us. The Way of The Livingness as presented and lived by Serge Benhayon is to live in harmony, truth, and love and it is just a choice available to all.
‘Serge has always stated that he is pro-medicine and that gave me an opportunity to consider why I was so opposed to it.’ This is a great statement and one that I know would resonate with almost anyone who has been in contact with Serge Benhayon. He gives you the space to consider another way, and it’s as simple as that.
This so beautiful lrene. What a miracle for you when Serge Benhayon came into your life and showed you another way to live. A truer way. This is available to all equally so. When we choose to love, our world changes because we naturally do from the inside out.
One of the things I love about Universal Medicine is that it complements conventional medicine. In fact I feel they go hand in hand very well as Universal Medicine can help to get to the root cause and conventional medicine can support with the management of the condition. My stance on being pro-medicine has changed considerably since I met Serge Benhayon. I now would not hesitate to go and see the doctor for support whereas before attending Universal Medicine I would do all I could to avoid conventional medicine. The change has been incredibly supportive towards myself and my family and it is Serge Benhayon to whom I thank as it was Serge that I was inspired by to make the changes.
One of the biggest things I’ve learnt from Serge Benhayon, is that no matter how ugly life is withdrawing from the world doesn’t work, and it actually feels amazing to have both feet in and be in the thick of life, yet not get swept up in it and have the tools to remain real and true to who I am.
Yep to be love, make it about people and observe not absorb. I am continually learning this ✨
Irene you have really changed your life and that is very inspirational! You wrote: ” . . . we can make the choice to live in stillness and harmony and not accept all the pain and suffering as “normal.” That seems to be a very good choice to do – thank you for not holding back and being so honest and real.
Wow Irene, remarkable how you turned your life around. Serge Benhayon has inspired many to take the steps back to love and our willingness to walk those steps changes lives. Thank you for sharing.
This blog is worth reading again and again. So much has miraculously changed and improved in all areas of your life Irene and in a short time. More than a blog here – a book and life story on what truly works to take to the world – “and it is the first time in my life that I can feel what is truly love.” Quite remarkable but why is it not normal?!
I loved reading your experience Irene. It’s powerful to feel the complete 180 you have done in your life. A testament to you and to Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine.
My experience also is that committing to life and work is very healthy indeed.
It’s is no longer enough to say how much my life has change since meeting Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. Never has my life reflected so much balance and consistency in all areas. The way I am with people in and around every part of my life is nothing short of extraordinary. Not only do I enjoy every day and look forward to it but it’s nearly every moment. There are still moments I don’t enjoy but I know that it’s only a moment and dedicate to seeing what it is that has effected me. In the next moment the momentum of how things are normally kicks in and onto the next moment I go. It is all about how you live, how we live and the quality of that ‘how’ in each moment.
A beautiful example how learning to love and take good care of ourselves brings enormous changes. Inspired by a man who simply walks and talks the life he lives.
Its a small but significant comment – I used to suffer badly from hayfever (leading to asthma)… so much so that it would ruin the summer and a significant part of a decision to move to Australia. While I was out there I changed my life around – my eating, drinking, and the way I was living. Since my return nearly ten years ago I’ve not really suffered at all – the product of some different and much healthier choices.
Irene, your remarkable transformation experienced two and half years after meeting Serge Benhayon is testimony to the true quality of Serge and Universal Medicine. You are one of many many people whose lives have been transformed beyond all recognition.
Hello Irene and an old story in age but by no means an old story full stop. You are detailing the changes made and experienced by many many people from what Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon are doing. I don’t think you can even class it as radical as basically all that is happening are people taking a deeper level of care for themselves which then goes out to everyone else. So don’t tell anyone because we wouldn’t want more care in the world or better still run off with some story from a couple of people that don’t really care at all. I would take a look at how all these people have changed their life, what have they done and look at the amazing changes that have occurred as a result, like you Irene.
There are so many spiritual modalities and practices that manage symptoms and can actually make you feel like you’re on top of the world but there is no stillness in that and you will sooner or later go down and then you feel bad about yourself and might be ashamed but that is just the spiritual part of us or the spiritual way that doesn’t want to admit that there is more to life, that there is a grander version of us inside that can be connected to. I’ve been part of the spiritual world and of course there are beautiful people there as there are everywhere but there is also an arrogance that what I do is the best and when I was part of it I also felt that I knew the best and that the practice I was involved in was great and working, for if not I would have had to admit that it didn’t really work, as in it didn’t give me the joy that I knew I had innately and that I had as a child. Luckily my connection with my soul was stronger than my pride to stick with the old spiritual way and the first time I heard Serge Benhayon in an interview I knew straight away that what he was talking about was true. Only because I had connected to that same truth within myself first.
Irene this is a truly extraordinary turnaround, well done for taking responsible and loving steps to heal your life and to experience what true love is, your choices will offer inspiration and support to many others who meet you.
Thank you Irene for this most honest sharing of what seems to have been a very challenging life, up until you met Serge Benhayon that is. What you have shared is a most inspirational testimonial to this amazing but very humble man whose shared wisdom has supported many others to also make changes to their lives in many miraculous ways; changes that have always been their choice, with no pressure or expectations coming from Serge in any way at all, just unconditional love and unwavering support.
Wow Irene the changes you’ve made are incredible. These changes have supported you on so many levels, in your relationships, in how you feel and more. It shows how avoiding taking responsibility for our choices doesn’t support us in any way but instead by choosing to embrace responsibility we get to truly experience the joy of life.
How many of us live our lives pretending that every thing is ok and look on the outside to others that they are doing fine yet on the inside things are very different? It is only when we get really honest with ourselves and what is going on within us and act on the feelings and knowing that change occurs in our day to day living.
Each time I read your article Irene, I am again humbled at the changes you have made in your life. Your life changes are to be applauded and encouraged, your experiences to be studied and copied. The truth Serge Benhayon presents is so powerful that it inspires any one who is ready to live the life that is truly theirs to live, just like you now do.
When we once again start the journey of living the love we are – we cannot help but share it with the world. It doesn’t work to keep it to ourselves or hide away with this love in our body – it has to be expressed and seen.
Gosh I wish the media would pick up a story like this and spread it like wild fire. The difference between how you felt about yourself before realising you were worth being here on earth and then after is actually a miracle and dare I say likely never to have happened without the support you asked for. Bringing your amazing self back into society is the exact opposite of the absurd accusations that Universal Medicine is a cult.
Another brilliant real life story/testimonial of what can happen when we actually start to consider that there might be another way. Going to a Universal Medicine presentation is really no different to going to a lecture for your chosen Uni degree. You go to learn something you perhaps haven’t learnt before, or in the case of what gets presented at Unimed, you re-learn all that you have always known, it just gets re-awaked if you’re prepared to hear it. It’s certainly not a place to go if you want to be told what to do and how to live, if anything it is far more challenging than that as the presentations often ask you to consider your choices and how they serve you and others.
Irene, thank-you so much for sharing this. The changes you have described occurring in your life are profound – long cycles of struggle and difficulty turning around. How often do we truly witness such changes – and in a lasting way – in our society? Not often, and most definitely not with the steady gentleness and self-acceptance you describe.
And a wholehearted hear, hear to your appreciation of Serge Benhayon. My own life has undergone profound changes since embracing the great love he consistently presents. We need not remain in cycles of enduring hardship and self-negation. Serge has inspired so many people, myself included, to reawaken to the fact that we are so much more. This is what our media should be celebrating, for it is nothing short of amazing.
Thank you Irene, beautifully shared. It is not pleasant to see someone being torn down when what they have shared has made a lasting change in your life. Serge Benhayon has definitely been that for me too.
Living a life of responsibility is actually very grand, very nurturing and supportive for ourselves and for everyone around us. A beautiful sharing Irene on your living example of this.
A beautiful sharing Irene, of what is possible when we begin to live life from a gentle, caring, loving rhythm?
Thank you Irene, you have expressed very beautifully your appreciation of you and your life changes and how you’ve been inspired in those changes by Serge Benhayon. Your last paragraph sums it up brilliantly ‘Serge Benhayon is not a “cult leader” or a guru. He is another human being who lovingly shares the truth about humanity and where we are at and how we can make the choice to live in stillness and harmony and not accept all the pain and suffering as “normal”.’ It captures the absolute humanity that is Serge and how much he cares for all he meets without any expectation or demand that another be anything other than who they are. Through him many, you and I too, are inspired to change their lives, and it’s truly stunning to hear exactly how much you’ve changed yours Irene, that is awesome, and thanks for sharing your story to inspire us all.
A beautiful testimonial clearly showing us that by making changes that are supportive and loving to ourselves we turn our lives around. I too was living in arrogance of main stream medicine but have now come to a place of deep appreciation and acceptance for the medical profession having the understanding and acknowledging how esoteric medicine and main stream medicine support one another beautifully.
When we constantly re-live our past and don’t let go of it nothing can change in our today.
Those who live truth will always attract the scorn of those who live what is not. But so too will they pull towards them those who are ready and willing to return to a truer way of being and as such each word spoken from the inner heart, the place where truth resides, will help to re-ignite such truth in every pore of our being. It is in this light that Serge Benhayon serves, a beacon to those ready to return to all that is true.
Beneath the tiredness, anger and exhaustion that plagues us all, lies a tender and gorgeous being that knows how to live the love that we are. Our task is to remove the barriers we have put in place that prevents the world from seeing the angel that dwells within. Hearing you loud and clear Irene, a true triumph of the Soul.
Thankyou Irene, your story is very touching and supportive to read. I could relate to many points including ” I am more loving as a mother and grandmother but only by being myself and not trying to rescue my family from their own choices.” This has been also true for me, allowing people to just be. What it also showed me was that my focus on others was due to my own discomfort to have time, space, nurturing and love for myself.
Thank you for sharing your story Irene… it is a truly stunning and heartfelt testimony of Serge Benhayon and what he lovingly shares, which from embracing has literally transformed your life. I too am deeply grateful to find someone who doesn’t tell me what to do but shares their experiences of what is true for them, and from this allows me to discern what is true for me and then choose the level of responsibility and healing I want in light of this…. which is deeply empowering.
I have to agree with this blog. My experience of Serge Benhayon is that he presents the truth from his own lived experience. There is no instruction or right or wrong simply a presentation to which the receiver is asked to assess whether it feels true for them or not. No imposition and absolute clarity is offered. Thank you Serge.
I agree Serge Benhayon is an amazing loving human being, presenting truth to humanity, for those who care to listen. I have never met anyone with such integrity, wisdom and understanding.
For me what Serge presents is something that should be part of our education at school, it makes absolute common sense and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to reconnect back to my true essence, thank you Serge for being there and holding us all in equal love regardless of the choices that we make.
This is very beautiful to read how through changing your life to being more gentle with yourself you have built up a connection with your body and from there many things have changed in your life.
This is a beautiful account of the effects getting to know the truth of love can have on ones life, Universal Medicine is presenting this to us so clearly. And it benefits many.
I agree with what you have shared Irene. I have gained so much deeper awareness of how things are in life and relationships. I still make a lot of mistakes, but the gift is in the understanding and learning how to understand and grow from the experience.
Thank you for sharing your experience Irene. I am sure that there are countless others, similar. My life has changed incredibly since meeting Serge Benhayon – and from my own choices – no one else’s. The presentations of Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon are incredibly self-empowering and simply ask you to take full responsibility for the way you live your life – beautifully supportive and make complete common sense.
That void inside you talk of is common among so many and is the thing we try to fill from the outside – in and not the inside – out. Serge Benhayon has been one of the only few I have come across that has truly allowed me to understand how that void can be understood, healed, re-connected to and hence re-filled by the love of our Soul, the only true remedy for such an ill condition.
Beautiful, it is great to read about the changes you made to your life through your association with Universal Medicine, there is only improvement to be felt. I have also found how supportive Universal Medicine is for changing the way we live to a life that is true to who we are.
It is interesting that we can retreat from the world when we feel anxious and depressed, feeling ‘safer’ as any feelings of anxiety are less likely to be triggered when we are not engaging with people. This was my modus operandi but it also did not support me to grow. Since my association with Universal Medicine, I have felt much stronger and more willing to place myself in situations that do stretch me and as a result both my confidence and commitment to life have grown.
Irene, when I revisit your blog I am struck by the power in your words and the power you have in your life. It would seem by your story that this is vastly different to the woman you presented as before. Now, revealing the real you is very inspiring, thank you.
Thank you for so honestly sharing your experience Irene. It’s an amazing testament to how joyful life can become when we choose to live in a way that begins firstly with that connection to that deep innermost part of ourselves. It makes no sense why anyone would want to vilify Serge Benhayon, his family and Universal Medicine for presenting this way of living to humanity which is a true way forward for healing as you and so many others (myself included) have experienced.
Setting the standard from living on the dole to moving to a highly taxing profession, ‘aged care’. Setting new standards thank you Irene.
Thank you Irene for sharing your amazing journey with Universal Medicine. I have also made choices that are truly supportive and loving since becoming a student of Universal Medicine.
What a beautiful turn around Irene, such a joy to read your story. So often we think that everything looks great on the outside but the focus should be on the inside. And then live from that place.
How numbed is our world that we can feel like crap on the inside but fake it on the outside? How unloving is our world if we cannot express freely how we feel on the inside? How exhausting is to have to pretend? How much makes us separate our private realm and our public one? How much all of this put together does not really help us?
Exactly Eduardo, but one by one, as Irene has shared we will bring this world out of its numbness and wake it up fully 🙂
I loved to read your blog and the conclusion you wrote. And I agree, Serge Benhayon never tells anyone, what to do. It is just from the truth of his speaking, the integrity and deep wisdom that resonates first in the body, where every change then comes from naturally (if not resisting it).
“I started to realise that although things looked better on the outside, I was actually still feeling all the old feelings of low self worth and anxiety on the inside” – I can very much relate to this, and I can sometimes still feel like that, and this tells me while there’s no need for me to get identified with those feelings, I am constantly making a choice of one sort and it counts to make it a conscious and loving one if I want to live with a more solid and steady foundation.
The changes that you have made in your life is incredible and I know how much more vitality you have from meeting and bumping into you on the street recently. Your eyes were so full of love and inspiration. I came away feeling restored that there are indeed amazing people around who are not burnt out or sour at the world. The teachings of Universal Medicine are a miracle, and are truly changing the lives of so many people.
Those are massive changes Irene, and I love how you distinguished between the surface healing and then the healing that looks below the surface and actually addressed why you had all those behaviours in the first place. It is understandable they are the Peoples’ Choice for the Lismore Chamber of Commerce award for 2 years running!
The emptiness that we all feel inside is never not there until we start to become more loving and caring towards ourselves as you and many others have experienced Irene.
It was amazing to read your transformation and is very inspiring. Living life being true to yourself and just being you is the way forward to healing our past.
Your testimony clearly demonstrates the power of choices, that in us lays everything needed to bring change and transformation even when at times we need some inspiration like given by Serge Benhayon – your give example of what true miracles are.
Thank Irene for sharing your inspirational words and a big thank you to Serge Benhayon for making it all about love.
Irene, thank you for sharing how you’ve turned your life around with making new loving choices for yourself and getting true support for that. To feel how you’ve come out from giving up on life to getting out there and actively being and participating in life is a gorgeous miracle!
Irene what you have done is awesome and it is all through taking responsibility for yourself as inspired by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. What Serge presents is the opposite of a cult because in learning to listen to our own bodies we make choices through our own daily experience not according to what someone else recommends or dictates.
This is a real life miracle Irene, thank you for sharing. From the basis of self love and the inspiration of Serge Benhayon you have come from the depths of barely surviving life back to living it from the love you are within. You are living proof of the immense healing power of love.
Irene, you have certainly changed your life around and it now sounds joyful and amazing. You have made many significant adjustments in your life, primarily stemming from checking what needed to change so as to have a truer connection to yourself and others and through engagement with a wide variety of mainstream services in a responsible, self caring way. This is what Serge Benhayon offers – the chance to understand how we can lead more vital and engaged lives, in whatever way is right for us. This is not the work of a cult leader/guru – rather he represents the exact opposite.
“Serge Benhayon is not a “cult leader” or a guru. He is another human being who lovingly shares the truth about humanity and where we are at and how we can make the choice to live in stillness and harmony and not accept all the pain and suffering as “normal”.” Beautiful sharing Irene, it felt like it came straight from the heart. I have always known Serge Benhayon to present the harmonious way he lives, and leaves the responsibility and choices squarely with the individual. From what I have seen in 8 years Serge is the opposite of what I would imagine a cult leader to be.
A powerful testimony and phenomenal transformation. Amazing.
Everytime I read this Irene, I’m blown away. You’re one very inspiring women!
Irene I really enjoyed reading what you shared as I could feel the massive shift you have made in your life by choosing to live the true you. You and your words serve as such a true inspiration and show that we all have it within us to make our lives reflect the truth of who we are.
Irene your story is truly inspiring in making the choice to be open to the wisdom the Universal Medicine offers and then embracing what felt right for you in your own life. This has also been my experience with Universal Medicine as like you it just “made sense” and my life has completely transformed because of it.
The turnaround in your life is amazing Irene – I loved hearing about how you are bringing more of yourself to your relationships and to your workplace – what a blessing not just for you but for all others as well.
Another powerful testimonial to the second to none living work, and dedication to serving humanity that Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine continuously and lovingly offer.
Thank you Irene, it is truly beautiful to read how you have changed your life and begun life anew. It is amazingly simple to change once we are open to the words of Serge, who does not Impose his way of life on anyone, but simply presents what he has found to be true for him without any sense of investment.
Irene, I can relate to much of what you have shared. I too have struggled to remain in the workforce, was very anti-medicine (pre Serge and Universal Medicine) and can see how I passed my dysfunctions on to my children!
How blessed are we that there is a Divine plan that can simply turn all of that around! All we have to do is align, to that Love that lives inside of us and let that impulse us! Simple, yes. Easy, not always as when we do, we have to feel the results of our previous choices…ie. our poverty, angry outbursts from others, judgement etc. Thanks to the support of Universal Medicine, though, I (like you) have developed the committment to continue this loving way long enough to begin to see the fruits of my labour.
Thanks for sharing your story Irene and the positive effect that Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine have had on your life. It shows that when we are presented from a place of love for humanity that this resonates very deeply to enable us too feel that same love for ourselves.
These changes in just two years are huge, especially going into the workforce. This shows the power or esoteric healing and how it can support modern medicine and community support! One day the world will begin to see that esoteric healing is a very natural part of our every day life and livingness!
Irene thank you for sharing your journey from such disharmony to harmony with the introduction to Universal Medicine and the teachings of Serge Benhayon. Congratulations on all your loving dedication to your healing.
Thanks for sharing Irene.
The facts that Serge Benhayon presents and how he presents them are so far from being even remotely close to that of a cult. Once you make the choice to listen or attend anything from Universal Medicine it is glaringly obvious (for me anyway) that there is no other way and it is sometimes really hard to accept where others are at. Accepting and loving others as they are and just being instead of trying to make them get it is really in my awareness at the moment.
Thank you Irene, I appreciate you sharing your remarkable journey and that you have stood up for what you know to be true by writing this blog.
Irene your story is amazing. You have told it as it is. Thank you.
Thankyou Irene, I loved reading your testimonial. I love how you say ‘although things looked better on the outside, I was actually still feeling all the old feelings of low self worth and anxiety on the inside’. This is true for so many people and how they live each and every day. We only have to look at the rates of depression and anxiety as evidence of this. Modern society glosses over and tries to ignore the root of why this low self worth is so rife and has spread like a bad virus through our homes and communities. Universal Medicines modalities, presentations and workshops definitely support anyone who attends to address and expose all these old feelings, hurts and patterns we hook into to protect us from being more hurt. Patterns that only feed and exacerbate the issues you already have accumulated and layers you with even more hurts to clear if they are not addressed. The choice is our own. Layer and accumulate more or unfold and evolve.
Thank you Irene and Suse, I agree Serge Benhayon is a friend to whom ever he meets. If we become responsible and consistent, whilst working alongside conventional medicine amazing healings then can take place,.
Serge Benhayon is not a cult leader or a guru. He is an awesome human being who is uncompromising in reflecting back to us the love we all are.
True! Serge Benhayon is offering such a healthy, loving and self-responsible way to be and to live, that everyone can discover in their own rhythm.
Wow what an amazing story. Many people spend 10 to 20 years of their life trying to come out of being overweight or having financial problems or not being able to get work or not having the confidence to work. This is amazing that Irene has turned around in 2 1/2 years. This needs to be on the front page of health magazines in medical journals it’s amazing and not common in the health and wellbeing industry. In fact anyone who has such before and after changes normally end up back to where they were within two years. I would love to hear Irene’s story of where she’s at now. This is truly amazing.
You are absolutely right Danielle, how Irene has turned her life around so permanently and so quickly should be front-page news. I am sure many would like to learn from Irene’s experience.
What Serge is presenting is not hippy new age, and nothing like a cult. It is very much practical everyday simplicity.
Breathe your own breath.
Alcohol and cigarettes are not good for you, look at the reasons behind the addiction.
Going to bed early and get as much rest as you need is healthy.
Pay close attention to what food supports you, and what drops you.
When ill health arises make the most of what the medical system has to offer.
Be loving and respectful to yourself and others.
Take responsibility for your life.
Exercise with complete respect for you body.
That does not sound like cult behavior to me, it is what you expect from any health professional.
Beautiful testimonial, Irene. I am with you on :”… I have never heard Serge tell anyone what to do or what to eat or drink. Serge just presents and shares the energetic truth and it is totally up to us to discern and feel into what is true for us.”
Thank you for making the choices which supports you, your family and all of us.
Awesome Irene. Thanks for sharing your story with such honesty and openess.
Irene, incredible changes you have had in your life, you certainly are bouncing back into life and leading your life rather than life leading you. I have realised that a certain aspects of life do not support us and it is geared up to pull us away from ourselves, very subtly but surely. Going against the pack may at times look and seem like one is ‘missing out’, but what comes is a vitality and fulfillment from within and is better than any late night movie, ice cream or chocolate cake.
Simple and yet profound changes are way easier than they might seem with a bit of common sense and a big dose of love.
What an amazing change, from reading this blog it seems that you have turned your life around and taken responsibility for so many aspects of your life. It would be a very interesting study that could be done to analyse the work of Serge Benhayon and reveal the transformations that have taken place in so many peoples lives, improving health and wellbeing from listening to and being inspired by his presentations.
It is very lovely to hear your straight up experience and feelings Irene. I have been amazed at the level of integrity I have seen consistently held by Serge Benhayen and Universal Medicine on all levels.
