Esoteric Yoga: Truth in Stillness

by Stevie Cole, Perth

Esoteric Yoga supports me to explore stillness and truth. I experience this through my body deeply letting go and relaxing…which, in addition to the obvious health benefits, can give me insights as to how I hold myself back from allowing the delicious, nurturing stillness that I experience in my sessions into my everyday life. Finding My Way Back to Love, Finding My Way Back to Me

by Michelle Sheldrake, Brisbane

I have a photo of myself on my bedside table that has travelled with me ever since I first left home at 17. It is a photo of me as a baby, taken when I was about 10 months old. I’m lying on my tummy, arms outstretched, eyes wide with wonder (I guess fascinated by the camera). When I look at this picture I see a beautiful little being, full of wonder and innocence, ready to embrace life. But the clearest reflection for me has always been the feeling of love and joy that I see, especially in my eyes, which just seem to sparkle with some inner knowing. God & Religion. A Way of Life (Part 2)

by Rod Harvey, Marketing Manager, Gold Coast, Australia

For about 40 years, I shunned the ‘God’ word – it brought up all sorts of reactions. I saw God through the eyes of the religions I had read about and rejected. I felt embarrassed to be associated with God.

When I contemplated and felt into this anxiety I realised I had spent most of my life from being a teenager (and possibly even younger) in a state of angst, wondering what on earth I was here for, what was the purpose to life and more deeply and importantly, what was MY purpose. God & Religion. Why Bother? (Part 1)

by Rod Harvey, Marketing Manager, Gold Coast, Australia

Completely open and free without a care in the world… that’s how I lived when I was a child.

Before I arrived on the scene, Dad served as an infantry soldier in WW II in the Middle East, Greece and New Guinea, followed by an 18 month stint in the RAAF, based in England. When he spoke about the war, we only heard about the camaraderie and the mischief; nothing about atrocities and death. He rarely spoke about those who didn’t survive the war. Only ten percent of his original battalion came home. Continue reading “God & Religion. Why Bother? (Part 1)”

A Real Communication

By Alan Johnston, Pottsville

During the recent ‘Sacred Esoteric Healing – Level Three’ course presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, something occurred that I am compelled to put in writing, in a sense a contract with myself. Care to witness? Continue reading “A Real Communication”
