Years ago I used to have a recurring dream about being alone in the yard of a concentration camp. The dream was about total desolation and incarceration, barrenness and despair. When I would wake from this dream, I felt like I could hardly breathe. Had I lived this experience in a past life? I would have to make a determined effort to struggle from the heaviness of the dream into my day. Continue reading “Dreams – What are they Showing us About our Life?”
This year I attended a retreat presented by Serge Benhayon. What was so incredibly profound for me was that it confirmed everything I already knew. I say ‘all’ very loosely, as there is nothing small or little in what Serge Benhayon presented… far from it. Continue reading “How Serge Benhayon Supported me to Trust what I already Knew”
Is it possible that we have subscribed to the thinking that having an intelligent mind is a great thing?
Do we think that having a great memory, like being able to recall many things, is what makes us more intelligent than someone else?
What if we are more intelligent than what we currently give ourselves credit for, and what if this form of intelligence has nothing to do with the mind? Continue reading “Whole Body Intelligence – it Lives within us All”
I recall as a young adult wondering if there could be a cause and effect going on in life and if I would ever understand ‘why things happen’. This question seemed to immediately bring a realisation that it was possible that things didn’t just happen randomly; that there may be a reason for the sudden bad mood or lost school report and there may even be something behind the seemingly random illness or accident… Since then I have discovered that life can be understood and as a result I no longer feel like a passenger on a runaway train – allowing things to happen to me without taking initiative to choose the quality of my path to be one that feels true for me. I used to think I was responsible and yes, in many ways I was – and in many more ways I was not. The latter I slowly realised once I started attending Universal Medicine courses and workshops by Serge Benhayon.
The responsibility Serge talks about goes far beyond social responsibility or any other conveniently sectioned off and delineated responsibilities, whether at work, at home, as a driver on our roads, as a taxpayer, neighbour, friend, partner, etc. Continue reading “Energetic Responsibility – How Responsible Are We Willing to Be?”
What if you were given the key to life – would you take it? Would you even recognise it for what it was or know what to do with it?
I recently began pondering on this as I found myself composing an email in my head to Serge Benhayon, the founder of Universal Medicine. Over the past few years, I have written Serge a dozen or so emails asking what seemed like huge questions about my life. All of my emails have been responded to lovingly, with a few simple words.
