I have never felt freedom like I had after a true movement class.
Glorious Music is such a blessing for our body and ears.
I was looking throughout the blogs sites for an article on True Movement … Wanting to share that with the support of True Movement I was able to connect to dancing and my body in a way that allowed me naturally to express joyfully. Before I danced for many years and needed dancing to feel better, this has changed. With the amazing support of Glorious Music dancing becomes a new experience and Michael Benhayon´s music does support our natural expression and not impose with emotions which can come through music and can impact and harm us.
