I am a Student of the Way of the Livingness

The Way of The Livingness

Rebecca Baldwin | Student of the Way of the Livingness
Rebecca Baldwin

I am a Student of the Way of the Livingness.

What does this mean?

It means I am free.

Free to be a student of life rather than the recipient of an existence.

It means I have a benchmark of joy and vitality that is our natural right and our eventual new normal.

It means I am free of the interests of industry or recognition, of culture and of established religion.

I am free of counter-culture and atheism and of game playing or sports obsessions.

I am free of violence and emotional love and of obliging to appease.

I am free to think without paradigms and express without constructs.

I am not beholden to drugs or caffeine, to smoke screens or TV screens.

I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once.

I am free to be love without measure and to know God by the quality of my own breath.

I am free to know my Brothers and Sisters as the Sons of God they are.

It means I am free to feel the energy that precedes each choice and informs each thought.

And to choose the energy that is not counter to the love and delicateness that I am.

I am free to know true Free-Will.

I am free to know the light we come from and the light we are all re-turning to.

And I am free to be inspired by that same light in others wherever that true light might shine.

And in equal appreciation of all the Students of the Way of the Livingness and ALL people generally. Inside each of us is the same spark that serves as a constant reminder to know that spark and to express it in full.

  1. All so gorgeously said Rebecca. I too am a student of The Way of the Livingness. I am free to be me, the true me and not the version of me I was previously living to keep everyone happy and myself comfortably numb. I am a student of life and I am a student of myself. There is no greater joy, for this way of living allows me to reconnect to everything I know is true and live this in full to the best of my ability. Where once I pushed away the world and its people, I now welcome it all back in. This is no small step for me. But it is a simple one if the surrender is there.

  2. There is so much in The Way of The Livingness that is currently not seen as something worth to celebrate but there is so very much to celebrate and embrace in these simple true freedoms you shared.

  3. Rebecca, you are the epitome of The Way of the Livingness in all that you do, and it is obvious when feeling the powerful statements above that claim this way, that you truly live those claims every day. This is the magical thing about The Way of the Livingness- that all we have to do is practice living in connection with our soul (our innermost self) and be a student of what our bodies are telling us (as Rebecca mentioned, they belong to the Universe) and our love for ourselves will inspire others to find it in themselves.

  4. I recently saw a young, beautiful woman with tattoos covering much of her visible body – face, neck, hands. She did not feel free – and everybody kept looking at her.

  5. It’s a great question to ask of ourselves, as to how free we truly are to live every aspect of who we are without hesitation. As from this point of truth, if we are honest with ourselves, we can see and feel if we are merely existing in a fragmented reduced version of ourselves or if we are living in connection to our Soulful light and all that this quality is here to shine through the lives we live. Amen, to all you have shared Rebecca, as Serge Benhayon, The Way of The Livingness and the student body offer constant inspiration, reflection and reminder that we can live the light of our Soul through our every day living, through which we can feel our deep innate connection to God, the universe and each other.

  6. Rebecca you are very inspiring and an absolute living testimony to the Gold of The Way of the Livingness.

    1. I totally second that Stephanie, beautifully said. Rebecca, through the way she lives and expresses, is one such light that inspires and reminds many of the light we all are, and are here to live, and I speak from first-hand experience.

  7. How eternally blessed we all are to have The way Of the Livingness presented to us by Serge in a way that brings true freedom for us to be who we truly are, and the freedom to be free of all that you have so beautifully and powerfully shared Rebecca, “I am free to know the light we come from and the light we are all re-turning to. And I am free to be inspired by that same light in others wherever that true light might shine.”

  8. A very simple and powerful expression on The Way of The Livingness. “I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once.” what a great line! This has been very true for me especially with the support of Esoteric Yoga, as it has assisted me to truly return to living in union with my body. Everyday is an opportunity to develop wisdom as my body reflects the truth of how I react or respond to situations, and of how my choices impact me.

  9. This is beautiful Rebecca – a testimony to the truth that lives within us all. True freedom begins when we understand that all our thoughts, actions and beliefs are fed to us from the source of energy we align to – be this love or be it not.

    1. That is true; and then we are free (or not) to make choices, depending on the source.

  10. I had to read this blog again – everything expressed feels the real deal of a true way of living life. I grew up thinking life was a struggle and it is only after struggling I was then worthy of receiving ‘that’ reward and then this would be measured too so this reward couldn’t be bigger than my worthiness. Oh boy have I been deceived!

Every sentence is how I see and feel everyone the right to live their life this way and only those who chose to are the beacon for others.

  11. ‘I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once’ – I love this as the body does belong to us and only we know what is really going on with it if we choose to connect with it and listen to it.

  12. “I am free to know the light we come from and the light we are all re-turning to.” Thank you for shining a light on our choice to be all that we are.

  13. The true freedom each one of us yearns for, available so easily and simply. Being a student of The Way of The Livingness is being a student of ourselves, of the inner-most part of us that knows the equallness we all are, and the grandness each one of us comes from.

  14. Thanks for sharing Rebecca and thank you Serge Benhayon for sharing The Way of The Livingness, true energetic freedom.

  15. The Way of The Livingness offers true freedom as it liberates one from ideals and beliefs to enable to be with original Truth.

  16. Rebecca I too am a student of The Way of The Livingness, it is everything as it encompasses everything and everyone. It is simple but it asks us to live the love of the universe in a way that many of us have not done before.

  17. The Way of The Livingness is to know the magic, beauty and love of God and that he is within us all.

  18. Being a student of The Way of The Livingness brings a simplicity and joy to my life that I never thought would be possible, being a part of this true religion has been the greatest gift I have ever received.

  19. The Way of the Livingness means to be truly free to be all that we are – I feel so divinely blessed.

  20. The Way of The Livingness is a deeply enriching religion – a way that supports us to re-connect with the divine essence that lays equally within us all and to deeply honour that in all our daily activities and interactions.

  21. These words stand out for me today “It means I am free to feel the energy that precedes each choice and informs each thought. And to choose the energy that is not counter to the love and delicateness that I am.” So powerful is the power of choice that we have, amazing that we go through life not understanding that we can choose.
So beautiful what you have shared Rebecca and so inspiring to feel the joy of your freedom,

  22. Every time inspiring to read Rebecca and I love ‘The Way of The Livingness: a Religion with no exclusivity or barrier to entry save the will to re-connect to your own inner-heart and the natural sacredness inside us all equally.’ Yes, we are all equal Sons of God.

    1. Yes, a great reminder to re-read and to appreciate all that I, and all of us, have though The Way of The Livingness.

  23. Your freedom is felt in each word you write, I hope one day to be as open and free with who I am and who I have become, thanks to the support of Universal Medicine.

    1. I echo your appreciation Sarah. What Rebecca has expressed is so inspiring on every level.

  24. Thank you Rebecca, it was very beautiful to read this today. I appreciated this line in particular “I am free to know my Brothers and Sisters as the Sons of God they are.” as this has brought so much joy to my life. There is such an equality, beauty and absolute truth that I feel as I move through life knowing this is who we all truly are.

  25. To not be owned by ideals and beliefs but to live from the inner heart is a great freedom.

  26. Such a beautiful and true expose of the way life is, being a student of The Way of The Livingness. I love what you have presented Rebecca and I love being a forever evolving student.

  27. Considering yourself a student of life allows us to not only accept that human life can be and is very very challenging at times, but simultaneously we can be both humbled and inspired by these challenges and imperfections with the full knowing that every experience we have has the offering of a teaching and a learning.

  28. It is an irony of life that when we think we are being rebels, free thinkers, masters of our own destiny, we are actually more owned and controlled than ever before. To be a student of The Livingness offers freedom from this control of beliefs, norms, energetic consciousness that permeates every part of ‘normal’ life. To know that we only have two energetic choices is incredibly liberating and eye opening.

  29. Lovely to come across this again this morning. There is a feeling of expansiveness which is just what we find as we allow The Way of The Livingness to be our way.

  30. ‘I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once.’ Beautiful because as we connect more with our body, we become more aware of how we are connected and constellated with each other.

    1. It’s an amazing experience to feel ones body as part of the whole universe, it’s truly another level of coming home to ones true self.

  31. Every time I read this, I get tears in my eyes. Being totally and utterly free is the only thing I have ever wanted since very little, and I sought that by rebelling, fighting, running away, being alone, independent, not belonging. I am so glad to have found the true meaning of what it is to be free in true sense. Forever grateful for Serge Benhayon and what he represents.

  32. “Inside each of us is the same spark that serves as a constant reminder to know that spark and to express it in full.” – Beautifully said! We have much set up in the world to encourage us to look outside of ourselves, compare and judge who we are and negate the spark that already shines within us.

  33. Reading your blog I can feel what a blessing it is to be part of The Way of The Livingness. To be free to know that life is more than what it currently looks like and live with and in honour of that knowing to the best of my abilities.

  34. This is a beautiful summary Rebecca on being a student of The Way of The Livingness – a true religion that celebrates us all as equal sons of God.

  35. Within us all we hold a sacredness, a natural way of being that comes from our connection to our Soul, where are all equal in the love we are. To learn, explore, develop and commit to living our sacredness through our daily lives as best we can is not only empowering, but also beautifully unifying. In honoring the love we are within, we are meet all as an equal Son of God. The Way of The Livingness is the way of love, the way we can Soulfully live that love we are with all equally. This is my religion.

  36. This is such a beautiful blog, thank you Rebecca for expressing your experience as a student of The Way of The Livingness, as a student too I love all you have written especially this one: “I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once.”

  37. Super beautiful blog Rebecca and after reading this who on earth could possibly not want to be ‘a student of The Way of The Livingness’?

  38. Wow – beautiful – who wouldn’t sign up straight away? I particularly love this line:’ I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once.’ There’s such a profound understand of life in those words, and a full acceptance of the responsibility you hold in your relationship with both yourself and the Universe.

  39. I love this quote from one of Serge Benhayon’s Purple Books filled with wisdom from cover to cover, also to be found on Unimedpedia [http://www.unimedliving.com/unimedpedia/word-index/livingness.html#sthash.WqPSQOlR.dpuf]

‘The Livingness is simply you living the real you in a world that has yet to allow this to be. It all begins with you choosing to be the real you and not what life has made you’

  40. “I am a Student of the Way of the Livingness. What does this mean? It means I am free.” Yes, absolutely Rebecca. As I discard what is not me, I have the spaciousness and freedom to be more of who I truly am, as we all are deep inside in our essence – to be the love that we are.

  41. ‘Free to be a student of life rather than the recipient of an existence.’ Sometimes I choose the struggle of the existence but boy oh boy how does this hurt my body, a student of life feels spacious and joyful and the more I appreciate this way of living the less I will choose the struggle.

  42. I love all you have so lovingly and powerfully presented Rebecca, this one I am coming to know more deeply thank you “I am free to be love without measure and to know God by the quality of my own breath.”

  43. Freedom is a choice we all can have. When we choose to connect with the spark of who we are, and make that our daily choice, we are truly free, and it is a blessed way of living.

  44. I love how so many of these points are things that come down to very practical choices that can be studied and explored every day. They are dependent on me claiming my true nature and not following a dogma or another person. In The Way of The Livingness, there are no followers, only leaders.

  45. For me, true religion is The Way of The Livingness for it accepts everyone as an equal. At times I might have lost my way but I have not thrown-in the towel and am still doing my best to be a dedicated student. For those whom I have seen as either lesser or more than, I accept full responsibility and it is now time for me to deepen my connection so I can deepen my connection to my soul!

  46. “I am free to be love without measure and to know God by the quality of my own breath.” The Way of The Livingness is to know the magic of God and be free to be who I truly am.

  47. “Free to be a student of life rather than the recipient of an existence.” just one point you raise Rebecca yet when I was a recipient of existence I thought that was life. In many ways it shows how we do not even know how deeply we are trapped until we start to be free.

  48. The Livingness is a continuing choice in each and every moment and the ease of how this is done is how much focus or conscious presence is maintained. For me after 12 years I have many things to learn about being focused and therefore holding my Livingness consistently!

  49. I love what you’ve shared here Rebecca, a superb outline of what it means to be truly free and to choose something so universally true and available for all. As you say so aptly, “The Way of The Livingness is a religion with no exclusivity or barrier to entry save the will to re-connect to your own inner-heart and the natural sacredness inside us all equally.”

  50. I am free to live all the love that I am… strange to write that when one would think it should be so natural. Yet it has taken the help of Serge Benhayon, the teachings, other practitioners, and the community, to show me that the normal I had accepted is not it, and what is possible (and can be so simple) to embrace all the love in me and share that consistently.

  51. I like to add that I am free of the restrictions that the earthly life was holding me to, and with that I have become the vessel through which Divine power can work on earth.

  52. A profound list of what is possible as a Student of the Livingness, of ourselves and of love. Each one a blessing guiding us back to the beauty and power we possess.

  53. Everything that is expressed here outlines a way of being in the world that I have wanted desperately my whole life. Now thanks to Serge Benhayon I am well and truly on my way back to who I naturally am.

  54. A beautiful read Rebecca and in special that The Way of The Livingness is in all of us through the way you have described our true nature: “Inside each of us is the same spark that serves as a constant reminder to know that spark and to express it in full.”

  55. So many great expressions of true freedom in this blog. This reading I took the statement “I am free to be love without measure and to know God by the quality of my own breath’ and enjoyed just sitting with it. It is wonderful to bring connection with God down to such simplicity.

  56. What you have expressed here, Rebecca, is about living a life that is about responsibility, truth and love and it takes us on a path back to God who has actually been with us all the time and we chose to not feel this.

  57. Thank you for expressing so eloquently the power of freely choosing to be a Student of the Livingness and I echo your appreciation of all those who are choosing this way of life. Their reflection is a shining beacon to all those who have not yet recognised the spark that lives within waiting to be re-ignited.

  58. What you are exposing Rebecca is that we have a choice as to how we live life. We can either commit to it whole heartedly or we can check out and numb ourselves by various means. In many ways people are currently caught up in an existence and are merely waiting for life to happen rather than living with any sort of enjoyment and vitality. Therefore the perspective you are offering them is quite liberating should they wish to change the patterns that currently has them struggling to cope. Thank you!

  59. Appreciation of all equally for that spark of divinity we all carry and can live by. In holding this appreciation, living and loving is easy.

  60. The Way of the Livingness is a way of living responsibly that brings to an end all the ideals and beliefs that we subscribe to that belong to – not a truly vital way of living but – merely a way of existing. Thank you for this deeply inspiring sharing Rebecca.

  61. So beautifully expressed and powerfully shared Rebecca, this is deeply inspiring to read and feel how solid and absolute you are in claiming you are a student of The Way of the Livingness.

  62. The sense of real freedom I have when reading your blog leaves me in no doubt that my future is entirely up to me through the choices I make. I may get it wrong at times but that doesn’t change the fact that I have the choice to live in a way that serves to support me to connect with myself and others with openness stemming from the knowing that we have all come from the one divine source of love.

  63. Thank you Rebecca, for such a beautiful inspiring blog, and living with true freedom that comes from you living in connection to the Divine being you are, the true Livingness.

  64. Your description of your lived freedom totally blows the concept of freedom beyond its usual meaning, Rebecca and reflects the reality of the all-encompassing nature of the Way of The Livingness.

  65. The freedom you speak of Rebecca, which is so vast and encompassing of all of life, is amazing when I read it all there in front of me – but I recognise it as all true. It allows me to do a quick stocktake personally and to appreciate how many students there are now around the world who have changed the way they are living through the initial direct or indirect inspiration of Serge Benhayon and who are now all supporting each other to be students of The Way of the Livingness.

  66. Seeing yourself as a student of life who is learning everyday from our imperfections and mistakes rather than just being a recipient of what it dishes up to you, changes and turns around the whole game of life to an understanding and acceptance that life is all about responsibility, commitment and purpose.

  67. There is so much power and inspiration in this amazing blog, thank you Rebecca for your commitment to living, in The Way of the Livingness.

  68. It is my birthday today and it feels so timely to read this beautiful blog Rebecca and reflect on my life thus far and see the so many ways I have reclaimed it, that I am now at 63, like you “Free to be a student of life rather than the recipient of an existence.” I owe this to Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon who have taught me to be myself and live my way in the way of the Livingness.
Ingrid Ward mentioned in the comments above that she felt she was studying a PhD in living, it does feel like that. My love of life and people and learning has been rekindled, and because of that I am being ‘educated’ in every moment. I’ve decided I am going for my ‘Master’s’ 🙂 Love is the greatest qualification.

    1. What a wonderful way to celebrate this, and every day, Jeanette. The inspiration from this awesome blog to take the time to reflect on your life up to now, is simply the most gorgeous gift. I like you and Rebecca love being “free to be a student of life rather than the recipient of an existence”; this to me is a true feeling of liberation and definitely something to celebrate every day.

  69. Love this powerful blog Rebecca – “It means I am free to feel the energy that precedes each choice and informs each thought.” we have our power back once we know this – awesome claiming 🙂

  70. Thank you Rebecca, reading this at this moment I know I am free as well. The greatest freedom is to know who I truly am and to be able to choose to live this in life. I am a student of The Way of the Livingness because I am not perfect but at least I have the freedom to know who I am and with time I will come to live this in full again.

  71. Rebecca Baldwin – you are an inspiration to not hold back. You have claimed this truth so solidly, and it is incredible how at the same time, the more you do, the more equality you bring to another. I love how you acknowledge the “ALL”. It completely changes the world’s thinking of what life is and could be.

  72. I have never known a religion with so much freedom and self responsibility. What an amazing way to live in the world. Great sharing, Rebecca

  73. Reading this blog reminded that I am a student of my soul and my journey is the return back to living in way which supports that connection.

  74. Each time I read this blog, Rebecca, I get a new depth of appreciation for the level of wisdom that being a student of The Way of The Livingness continues to bring. This time I loved the line, ‘I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once.’ This by itself is a paradigm-changing truth but in its equalness with the other features you mention, you underscore the fact that The Way of The Livingness is not one-dimensional. It’s science, philosophy and religion all in one.

  75. ‘It means I am free to feel the energy that precedes each choice and informs each thought.’ A great reminder for today, all I needed to read actually to keep my focus on who I truly am and who we all are.

  76. ‘I am free to know the light we come from and the light we are all re-turning to.
And I am free to be inspired by that same light in others wherever that true light might shine.’ – So beautifully said Rebecca, and I agree with all you have shared ‘ The Way of the Livingness’ is a true Religion that is about brotherhood, love, harmony, equality…..the list could go on as it is endless the qualities that this Religion brings.

  77. I loved reading this again, Rebecca. The Way of the Livingness is such a self loving and healing way to live -there is no other choice for me now. It is inclusive of everyone and has affirmed for me the fullness of God in my life.

  78. Beautifully expressed Rebecca. The Way of the Livingness is a beacon of light from God showing us the way home to who we truly are.

  79. This is true freedom and so beautifully expressed. The deeper the connection we have with ourselves the more we understand the deep connection with each other, the more we are free from those things that held us apart.

  80. totally agree Kim, the shackles that held me enslaved to a way of life that didn’t serve me, or anyone else for that matter, are falling off and I feel more and more of that true freedom that the way of the Livingness offers.

  81. Wow that is a very strong and powerful blog Rebecca and it is a great joy to read and feel the joy that you are living the way of the livingness. As I read your words I can’t be not be inspired – Thank you so much for being such a claimed inspiration.

  82. Each one of these is a miracle. It is a powerful list that calls for deep respect and appreciation of the freedom and knowing the Way of the Livingness has blessed us with.

  83. Thank you Rebecca for reminding what a freedom it is to be a student of The Way of the Livingness, not that I am always choosing this, but I am willing to learn and listen to my body every day.

  84. I am truly humbled Rebecca by what you have shared. It’s beautiful, forthright and fully claimed and written for all.

  85. So powerful and gracefully claimed Rebecca as you appreciate, honor and reflect all that we are as equal Sons of God. Thank you for shining your light so brilliantly, you are truly inspiring in so many ways. And I am inspired to walk beside you as I also choose the Way of the Livingness as my religion.

  86. Thank you Rebecca – that was so gorgeous to read. The Way of the Livingness offers us true freedom by presenting that fundamentally there are only two sources of energy. One that comes from love (Soul) and one that does not (spirit). Once we have that understanding and lived experience, it is about choosing how we live that in daily life and being aware of which energy we are expressing in each moment. Unimedpedia: http://www.unimedliving.com/unimedpedia/word-index gives a great description of the qualities of the spirit and the Soul.

  87. This freedom brings true expansion since there are no limitations on how to live. Living with truth and love and knowing we are all equally love is limitless.

  88. ”I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once”. This is one of your lines that really stood out for me Rebecca. It captures the essence of the Way of the Livingness and the fact of the science of “As Above, As Below”.

  89. beautifully nailed Rebecca. All too often we allow ourselves to accept life the way it is without ever taking time to step back and question what is laid out in front of us.

    1. This is true Adam. I think it is suffice to say that it is long overdue that we all as a humanity stop, step back and collectively question what the future will behold and what the quality of our lives will be if we continue on the direction and momentum the world as a whole is collectively presently on.

  90. “It means I am free to feel the energy that precedes each choice and informs each thought.” – This line stood out for me today as I re-read your blog Rebecca.

  91. There is nothing I could find that could match the exquisiteness and beauty of The Way of the Livingness, but God himself. I love every single bit and angle of it.

  92. “I am free to be love without measure and to know God by the quality of my own breath” – this line is my favourite today Rebecca, as it clarifies the expansive nature of love, as well as the beautiful simplicity of breathing my own breath. The Way of the Livingness has never felt constricting, it is never about rules or dogma, but instead it has supported me to live more committed to life, more connected with others, and I now know the value of caring for, and honouring myself as a son of God.

  93. Thank you Rebecca for the most awesome simple expression of so much that is true within me also.

  94. I too am a student of the Way of the Livingness. Taking responsibility for myself and my choices and learning to be all of me and connect, has transformed my life – forever unfolding deeper.

  95. I too am a student of The Way of The Livingness and thus I feel the freedom to take responsibility for the choices I am making to either evolve or not. No rules or a higher force is telling me what to do or how to be. It is simply me listening to my body and choosing what I know to be true or not. I know it is entirely up to me and I can not blame God or any-one or anything outside of myself for how long it will take me to return to where I have come from.

  96. Thank you Rebecca for pointing out the liberation from the many shackles that bind us. Sometimes we are unaware of them.

  97. Thank you Rebecca for a very powerful communique that declares who we truly are, where we are from and what we are returning to — love and in the most joyous way possible.

  98. I am a student of The Way of the Livingness. Finally, a religion that my body and my whole being agree, is the Truth and is a pure joy to behold.

  99. I marvel at this expression Rebecca, you are able to write such deeply profound pearls of wisdom in so few words. The word beholden jumps out at me, for we need not be beholden not only to sports and game playing but to all of the other constructed roles that we take on. A life free of emotion is not something many people would consider they would want, but the energy available when we leave emotion behind, now there is something to behold.

    1. Thank you Stephen. Yes — many people think that life without emotion is monotone but don’t realise that love, joy and the glory we naturally are, are not part of the emotional spectrum at all… I know how I would rather be feeling.

  100. Absolutely Divine Rebecca. I too am a student of the Way of the Livingness ~ it has changed my life. I have been supported to re-connected to the divine spark that has forever lived inside of me, as it does in all others, after searching outside of myself to be “saved” for so long. I now know without a doubt that we are all equally the Sons of God and that through loving and deeply caring for myself I can truly love all others and have a life filled with harmony, love and joy.

    1. Hi Bianca, your words are deeply felt, like another level of confirmation that builds on the last that yes, it is totally normal to be a Son of God. Acceptance of the naturalness of the grandness of the inner-kingdom is the key to that kingdom…thanks for another expression that unlocks and confirms who we truly are.

  101. A beautiful and powerful article Rebecca. Strong and straight to the point but full of love and joy. Thank you.

  102. I am a student of the Livingness, a religion that allows me the freedom to choose and live from my inner hear, a place of astounding depth and wisdom . Feeling the freedom in saying this is so beautiful.

  103. Rebecca, your joyful claiming of yourself as a student of the livingness is shining through and it is inspirational to me and, I’m sure, to others. Thank you.

  104. You have reminded me of the incredible gifts I have at times taken for granted Rebecca. It has been a blessing beyond my widest dreams to come home to a religion that feels true to me in every way.

  105. Wow Rebecca… What a beautiful, accurate and all encompassing composition of how it is to be a Student of The Way of the Livingness. Thank You… That’s going on my fridge.

  106. very beautiful article Rebecca, reminding me of all that I am and how beautiful it is that know to be free of all that you mention.

  107. Thank you Rebecca. Being a student of the Way of the Livingness is a religion that reconnects us all with the divinity that we are with everything around us. What you have expressed here is gold and summarises it perfectly.

  108. Wow it was heart warming to read this and celebrate the choice to be part of the Livingness, and to know that all are equally welcome, no matter what race, colour, creed, culture or country.

  109. Beautiful description of what true freedom means and how anyone can make the choice. It is not limited to a happy few. It’s for every human being who really wants to know.

  110. Rebecca I echo and agree with every point you have made and developing a greater understanding of being a student. It means so much to have a re-discovered a true religion “with no exclusivity or barrier to entry save the will to re-connect to your own inner-heart and the natural sacredness inside us all equally.” one that is available to all – equally.

  111. I am a student of The Way of the Livingness – a world religion that reaches beyond the confines of human life, presenting the truth about free will and responsibility, in line with the fact that we are all in this together.

  112. ‘Inside each of us is the same spark that serves as a constant reminder to know that spark and to express it in full.’ And by knowing this spark and connecting to this same spark in each of us we will find that we are all created equal, that we are in essence all the Sons of God.

  113. It was amazing to re-read this powerful testimony Rebecca. To reconnect to the truth about God, religion in its purest most sacred meaning, to myself and to humanity brings home absolute freedom. Freedom to simply be in the vastness of who we are without being confined and contained in all the constructs and ideals laid out to keep us small and disconnected from our inner most essence which is love. The Way of the Livingness is the way home to living the glory of who we are every day. As you say this way of being becomes our normal.

  114. Rebecca, this is beutifully said “I am free to know the light we come from and the light we are all re-turning to.
And I am free to be inspired by that same light in others wherever that true light might shine.” A true honouring of the fact that we all origin from that same light no matter where we might be on our path.

  115. What a joy to read! Being a student of the Way of the Livingness is true freedom and brings purpose to a life that can otherwise seem pointless or mundane. Every line you wrote my body and being say ‘Yes’, this is the way to live.

    1. I agree Fiona, I am also a student of the Way of the Livingness and could not have asked for more. To be constantly inspired to return back to the love that I am and share this with everybody else is beyond what I thought was possible before. It is not airy fairy as I have experienced from groups in the past, rather extremely practical everyday ways of living that truly support the body and all those around us.

  116. So inspiring, so clear and so beautiful to read and reread.
You are a beacon Rebecca for all fellow students to walk with you

    1. I so agree with you Shirl that Rebecca is a beacon of light that inspires us to be more and together we can inspire humanity.

  117. Thank you Rebecca, what you have expressed here is so beautiful to read – again and again. It’s like I know all these things that I do, in how I live, but don’t stop to appreciate enough and go ‘yeah, the way I live is awesome’. Thank you for the opportunity to do that again today.

    1. Very true Amelia. On reading this blog I reflected on how I now live my life and from where I have come. This new marker of living is so incredible and I don’t stop enough to appreciate the way I now live.

      1. Oh yes, what Rebecca writes is so amazing, it is almost intimidating. In truth, though, it is not intimidating, it is actually quite normal – that is one of the nicest aspect of this freedom.

      2. Indeed, so joyful to celebrate that we are indeed Students of the Way of the Livingness.

    2. A great reminder here for me also Amelia! Being a student of The Way of The Livingness and the changes in my life as a result of experiencing the free will, responsibility and connection with my inner-most is well worth appreciating!

  118. Deeply inspiring to re read your blog Rebecca. A very simple and joyful account delivering the essence of what it means to be a claimed “Student of The Way of the Livingness” – a true religion, the way of the inner-heart.

  119. This was great to read, Rebecca, and beautifully expressed. Such a joy in freedom of expression written from the divine that you are. Thank you.

  120. There are many parts of this blog which shine out. Learning to understand my body as a ‘science’ as a ‘universe’ within, allows me to appreciate what I undertake when I commit to caring for it with love. “I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once.” It is divine.

  121. Thank you Rebecca. This is such a beautiful claiming of you and what it means to be a student of the Livingness….and I stand with you, as I too am a student of this way.

  122. It is so beautiful, that these studies of ourselves are without end. There is no finishing line, no grades to be scored or expectations to be met, just learning and seeing the magic unfold in front of us.

  123. Wow Rebecca, I loved reading this and feeling your commitment and dedication to the Way of the Livingness and to know what freedom really means. So inspiring, thank you.

  124. Free to feel the love of who we are and a freedom that connects and brings us all together. Great blog Rebecca.

  125. Thank you Rebecca for this simple and beautiful description of the reality of The Way of the Livingness. I used to baulk at the word religion somewhat, associating it with the atrocities and abuses that have been claimed as justified as they were in its name. For me now I can say with certainty that The Way of the Livingness is a representation of true religion.

  126. I too am a student of The Way of The Livingness. Thank you for what you have shared here, Rebecca. So clear, simple and to the point.

  127. Dear Rebecca, thats very powerful and it is more than this worth: amazingly WooooooooooooooooooooooooooOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooW!

  128. How sweetly confirming it is to read this again, Rebecca. For at the end of the day and all things are said and done, what is there is living within, evolving with surety back to that which it originated from……the Love and Light of God. As a student of a The Way of The Livingness, I am homeward bound. No more trying or striving or seeking anything, just simply allowing in my own being to simply be.

  129. Beautifully written Rebacca and I whole heartily agree with the new way of living, a Godsend.

  130. Superlatively powerful and full of beauty Rebecca. Yes, The Way of the Livingness is a religious way, of which I am also a student.
I hold myself and know myself as a Son of God, equal to all others who are also sparks of the divine – in absoluteness He is, and we are, always.

  131. A very powerful blog Rebecca, you have outlined many key aspects of The Livingness in a way that makes it very relatable… thank you.

    1. Very powerful and real, I agree Jenny. What we have here are tools to just be ourselves… The Way of the Livingness.

  132. I love your blog Rebecca, a beautiful reminder and extremely inspiring. Thank you.

  133. Thank you Rebecca, this is a very powerful blog, today this line stood out for me ” It means I am free to feel the energy that precedes each choice and informs each thought”. I realised yesterday just how hugely my life has changed since meeting Serge Benhayon and becoming a Student of the Livingness. There are so many more things I have become aware of, so much has been opened up to me, and also through my own choice to feel and see. It is huge when I stop, and really allow myself to be aware of and appreciate it. Before this I was bound by so many ideals and beliefs, something I am working on to let go of and release, but really before meeting Serge, it was almost like I was blind to see and feel the truth of the world and me, and how life can really be. Even though I knew there was another way, nothing made sense until I met Serge and became a Student of the Livingness and Ageless Wisdom. And the thing is it is nothing huge on the outside that has changed, yes there are noticeable things, but it has all come from and is within me.

  134. A beautiful, simple and powerful testimony to what The Way of the Livingness truly stands for, many thanks and appreciation for your expression.

  135. This is so beautiful Rebecca. Simply and eloquently put … there are no rules, no dogma, no special entry qualifications, no hurdles to jump. Just simply connecting to who we naturally are and living that. Gorgeous.

  136. I am a student of The Way of the Livingness, which you have described so amazingly in your blog Rebecca. I am a student of life and a student of my own unfoldment. And this is the most joy-full way I have ever tread.

  137. This was so beautiful to read and I too am a student of The Way of the Livingness. This means I am free to be myself.

  138. Rebecca this blog is GOLD. I love how simply and profoundly you express The Way of the Livingness. Who would not want to be living this way…if I had never heard of this religion before I would want to join immediately, so inspirational.

  139. This line I will take into my day today “And to choose the energy that is not counter to the love and delicateness that I am.” Thank you Rebecca for being a student of the Livingness.

  140. This is gorgeous Rebecca, it inspires, ignites and invigorates all in one and confirms that I too am a student of the way of the livingness.

    1. True freedom. Well said. And one that is equally available to all – and equally attainable!

  141. Thank you Rebecca, simple, clear and all said with such absolute commitment and truth.

“I am free to know my Brothers and Sisters as the Sons of God they are.” this made me smile, with thanks to Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine I know this to be true.

  142. Rebecca, I can feel your dedication and committment to a very loving living way and the true freedom and joy this provides, thank you.

  143. The truth expressed so beautifully from one that lives the Way of the Livingness. Thank you Rebecca for sharing so powerfully on behalf of all students of the Way of the Livingness.

    1. Correct Lee, we feel the power in this blog because it comes from one who is being themselves and shining in her all her glory – another great inspiration for the Way of The Livingness.

  144. It is so beautiful to be free of this whole list you called in this blog, it is a beautiful way of live which brings lots of joy. But also a responsibility for everything we do, this is great to have but sometimes very confronting of what we do to our selves.

  145. Rebecca this is such a beautiful expression and sharing of what it is to be a Student of The Way of the Livingness…it is a way of life that each day I deepen that freedom in becoming more and more who I am, a Soulful way of life with much joy and appreciation…as much as I appreciate your sharing which you know by living it too, as many students do.

  146. Rebecca, I love reading this blog, not only for looking at your gorgeous face and that of Serge Benhayon’s but also because it sums up exactly how I feel, especially feeling that connection to God and our inner-heart through our breath. No-thing can ever take that connection away once it’s been established.

  147. Rebecca what a wonderful expression of what a student of the livingness is about. Serge Benhayon’s presentations and the healing modalities he practices are so positively life changing because of exactly what you describe. They have helped me to evaluate and honestly review the seemingly “free society” I live in that actually holds me in a total illusion of freedom to choose but only within a certain allowable choices, making it so much harder to choose from the wisdom of the inner heart and body. The Way of The Livingness supports all, not just directly the students.

    1. I strongly agree Zoe, humanity as a whole benefits from The Way of The Livingness, whether they have heard of it before or not. The Way of The Livingness presents another way of living – a harmonious way of living, just to have these ideas out there circulating in society makes a massive difference. This makes me think of the story I heard about how monkeys on an island started peeling their bananas, and without any possible contact monkeys on other islands also started peeling their bananas. We are all connected so if someone starts to behave in a more loving and responsible way others feel this example wether they see it or not. Magic.

  148. Beauty-full Rebecca and very profound full statements that by following what you have written they can be expanded on, more lines can be added to etc .. its written with no limits and constructs IN MIND. It is all in front of Us if we so choose at any moment going forward. Thank you for the lift up .. I could read this again and again.

  149. Great sharing Michelle. I can completely relate. I had fooled myself into believing that I was doing ok that life was pretty good compared to some, and that I should be grateful for what I’ve got. But I know now that this is the biggest trick that keeps us small. We have accepted a level of existing and surviving in life to get by and have fooled ourselves into thinking that this is it. But this is certainly not it. Since committing to being a student of the way of the livingness my life has changed in extraordinary ordinary ways. My awareness and understanding of myself and others has incresed dramatically. I live a much more commited and truly purposeful life with a sense of ease that it had never previously experienced. Life is no longer a chore but an unfolding process of learning, simplicity, magic and joy. These transformations are nothing short of everyday living miracles.

  150. Your honesty here Michelle is so powerful. We are the miracle makers if so choose to be, and it all starts with our daily choices.

  151. Now that’s a testimony! Gorgeously written and expressed Rebecca. If only I could offer that clarity and power to those who ask me about Universal Medicine. Sometimes I am stuck for words and go into my head trying to make them get it or understand the principles rather than purely feeling what I have learnt and continue to learn about myself and life and expressing that to the inquirer with no investment in them ‘getting it’. I cannot truly give anything as it is already inside them and perhaps that is what I must connect to first.

  152. Rebecca, that was a joy to read. A great realisation for me to feel how much more freer I am thanks to the way of the livingness. Awesome.

  153. It amazes me how so many religions such as Muslim, Christianity, Jehovah’s witness, Buddhism etc, have so many restrictions and rules that must be followed. However for this first time I am seeing a religion that allows a person to be free of all the rules and lets you feel and choose your own choices. This religion is called They way of the Livingness.

  154. Wow Rebecca, your ‘statement of freedom’ is a burst of joy and a powerful summation of what we are choosing with The Way of the Livingness.

  155. This is the first religion I feel drawn to as it makes simple sense, is nothing mystical or for only a few special people. This religion is living from my inner-heart, making love my first and for most focus in my daily life and live that love with myself and all others. This religion tells me I am universal and much more than just a physical body and I am amazing because of all that.

  156. Rebecca, as I reread this I have a deeper appreciation for the Way of the Livingness. Your words “the Way of the Livingness: a Religion with no exclusivity or barrier to entry save the will to re-connect to your own inner-heart and the natural sacredness inside us all equally.” is the new benchmark for true religion – that which holds all equally so and is available to all equally so.

  157. Your expression of what the Way of the Livingness is for you, brings such clarity to a way of life that I also have chosen to live: a way of life, that you write is “that is our natural right and our eventual new normal”, and a way of life that offers us the freedom to be all that we are, and we in turn, offer all that we are, to the world.

  158. Rebecca I love the way you have listed your freedoms, our freedoms. It really brings home the awesome magnitude of what we (all people) are, what we have been given, and what we can claim for ourselves. Inspiring!

  159. Dear Rebecca,
Your blog is an inspiration that I can feel can truly be lived. To live with such freedom is what I know I shall be doing in the years to come in my life. I can feel that I do. I can feel that I am free to choose me.
Reading this just now, has opened my mind to the reality of living my life choosing only that which fully supports the love that I feel inside. There is so very much to ponder on with your words. Thank you.

    1. Leigh you have made such a huge, simple and profound point here,

“choosing only that which fully supports the love that I feel inside.”

So simple and so clear, one by which I am going to make every choice, even the smallest detail.

  160. The key to The Way of the Livingness, as you so beautifully put it Rebecca, is in the freedom. Freedom to be who I am, and the truth of what that actually means is the most liberating experience I have ever had – and it is still deepening every day, in every way.

  161. Thank you Rebecca, great sharing! upon reading your blog I had a moment of deep appreciation for the choices that I have made in life up to now and what it means for me to be a student of the way of the livingness and what it means to others to receive that reflection that there is another way.

  162. Thank you Rebecca. i find myself reading this blog nearly every time I see it. The power and integrity with which you write feels infectious. I love it.

  163. WOW I love the way you have written this. To feel your freedom and know we can all choose to live this way is inspiring. Thank you.

  164. Rebecca I can tell that you live all that you have written.
I do not feel so free myself.
I am inspired to make a list in my own words of what I am free of and what I have still to work on.

  165. Just beautiful – you truly spoke with and on behalf of the entire student body, as well as an invitation to humanity to see for themselves (nothing promised, nothing sold, just an offering of a possibility). It leaves every single person in equal-ness, no one is left lesser than.

  166. A lovely felt blog that, even when reading it, releases all tension and constructs that one has, and allows you to feel the simplicity of it all.

  167. Thanks Rebecca,a great blog and takes me back to the word free. Living in Byron Bay and I am not here to pick on Byron as is it the same for the greater world. To be free comes with the attachment of free from responsibility. To be free is to be aware of who I am, this comes with a grandness, an equality, a unity, a love that is in us all and holds us all as one. To be aware is to be free and the grand responsibility is knowing we are all one and whether we choose to align with oneness or resist, we can’t not feel that choice in every part of us.

    1. That is great Paul, I agree with that this is what people look for in being free. But being truly free actually brings a deeper form of responsibility as we now know the truth and it is up to us to live it in every moment!

  168. Hear Hear Rebecca, you have written from our hearts so strongly that I can only stand next to you and say: I too am a student of The Way of the Livingness as you so beautifully say: a Religion with no exclusivity or barrier to entry save the will to re-connect to your own inner-heart and the natural sacredness inside us all equally.

  169. Awesome article Rebbecca, you have covered all bases very well. With feeling and living such freedom it allows the true me to come out and play. Instead of the prisoner on a forced march that I had previously aligned to, which was me through my own reactions, hurts, ideals and beliefs. To be able to choose to be the big expansive me, rather than the little me, makes all the difference.

  170. Rebecca, I love reading your blog! Every single word resonates in my body and I can say yes to all of it. Seeing everyone on the planet as equal and as God is inspiring. “With love and appreciation to Serge Benhayon, the leading light in soul-full living for the new era and founder of the Way of the Livingness: a Religion with no exclusivity or barrier to entry save the will to re-connect to your own inner-heart and the natural sacredness inside us all equally.” Thank you

  171. Rereading this is such a celebration for me. Your words ‘I am free to know the light we come from and the light we are all re-turning to. And I am free to be inspired by that same light in others wherever that true light might shine’ really stood out for me today. To know myself in truth and to be free to know others the same, there is nothing more beautiful.

  172. I love reading this Rebecca it is such a confirmation why I absolutely Love living the Way of the Livingness it is so amazing yet so simple. I too deeply appreciate Serge Benhayon for leading the way, the student body and everyone as we are all created from this divine Love.

  173. Thank you Rebecca for this sharing, I love your expression about The Way of The Livingness, a True religion from the true meaning of that word, knowing we are free to choose. Having grown up in a family and school environment of a major established religion, knowing what I felt was not right, it has taken me some time to get used to using the word religion without associating it with those past experiences.

  174. I completely agree too, my life has been transformed with Being a student of the livingness, As I have truly connected to who I am and let go of abusive ways. My life is amazing.

  175. Amazing to read about a religion that sets you free…no guilt, no ties, no yelling and screaming, no threats, no rules, no judgement, no one running your life for you….and yet the end result is more remarkable than any religion outside of the livingness could possibly hope for…there must be something different.

  176. I have so enjoyed returning to this blog – it connects me to the big picture if I get stuck in small details and reminds me how amazing people truly are.
