What does this mean?
It means I am free.
Free to be a student of life rather than the recipient of an existence.
It means I have a benchmark of joy and vitality that is our natural right and our eventual new normal.
It means I am free of the interests of industry or recognition, of culture and of established religion.
I am free of counter-culture and atheism and of game playing or sports obsessions.
I am free of violence and emotional love and of obliging to appease.
I am free to think without paradigms and express without constructs.
I am not beholden to drugs or caffeine, to smoke screens or TV screens.
I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once.
I am free to be love without measure and to know God by the quality of my own breath.
I am free to know my Brothers and Sisters as the Sons of God they are.
It means I am free to feel the energy that precedes each choice and informs each thought.
And to choose the energy that is not counter to the love and delicateness that I am.
I am free to know true Free-Will.
I am free to know the light we come from and the light we are all re-turning to.
And I am free to be inspired by that same light in others wherever that true light might shine.

The Truth about Universal Medicine 
All so gorgeously said Rebecca. I too am a student of The Way of the Livingness. I am free to be me, the true me and not the version of me I was previously living to keep everyone happy and myself comfortably numb. I am a student of life and I am a student of myself. There is no greater joy, for this way of living allows me to reconnect to everything I know is true and live this in full to the best of my ability. Where once I pushed away the world and its people, I now welcome it all back in. This is no small step for me. But it is a simple one if the surrender is there.
There is so much in The Way of The Livingness that is currently not seen as something worth to celebrate but there is so very much to celebrate and embrace in these simple true freedoms you shared.
Rebecca, you are the epitome of The Way of the Livingness in all that you do, and it is obvious when feeling the powerful statements above that claim this way, that you truly live those claims every day. This is the magical thing about The Way of the Livingness- that all we have to do is practice living in connection with our soul (our innermost self) and be a student of what our bodies are telling us (as Rebecca mentioned, they belong to the Universe) and our love for ourselves will inspire others to find it in themselves.
I recently saw a young, beautiful woman with tattoos covering much of her visible body – face, neck, hands. She did not feel free – and everybody kept looking at her.
It’s a great question to ask of ourselves, as to how free we truly are to live every aspect of who we are without hesitation. As from this point of truth, if we are honest with ourselves, we can see and feel if we are merely existing in a fragmented reduced version of ourselves or if we are living in connection to our Soulful light and all that this quality is here to shine through the lives we live. Amen, to all you have shared Rebecca, as Serge Benhayon, The Way of The Livingness and the student body offer constant inspiration, reflection and reminder that we can live the light of our Soul through our every day living, through which we can feel our deep innate connection to God, the universe and each other.

A very simple and powerful expression on The Way of The Livingness. “I am free to know my body as a science that belongs to me and to the Universe all at once.” what a great line! This has been very true for me especially with the support of Esoteric Yoga, as it has assisted me to truly return to living in union with my body. Everyday is an opportunity to develop wisdom as my body reflects the truth of how I react or respond to situations, and of how my choices impact me.
This is beautiful Rebecca – a testimony to the truth that lives within us all. True freedom begins when we understand that all our thoughts, actions and beliefs are fed to us from the source of energy we align to – be this love or be it not.
That is true; and then we are free (or not) to make choices, depending on the source.
I had to read this blog again – everything expressed feels the real deal of a true way of living life. I grew up thinking life was a struggle and it is only after struggling I was then worthy of receiving ‘that’ reward and then this would be measured too so this reward couldn’t be bigger than my worthiness. Oh boy have I been deceived!
Every sentence is how I see and feel everyone the right to live their life this way and only those who chose to are the beacon for others.

The true freedom each one of us yearns for, available so easily and simply. Being a student of The Way of The Livingness is being a student of ourselves, of the inner-most part of us that knows the equallness we all are, and the grandness each one of us comes from.

Rebecca I too am a student of The Way of The Livingness, it is everything as it encompasses everything and everyone. It is simple but it asks us to live the love of the universe in a way that many of us have not done before.
The Way of The Livingness is to know the magic, beauty and love of God and that he is within us all.
Being a student of The Way of The Livingness brings a simplicity and joy to my life that I never thought would be possible, being a part of this true religion has been the greatest gift I have ever received.

Every time I read this, I get tears in my eyes. Being totally and utterly free is the only thing I have ever wanted since very little, and I sought that by rebelling, fighting, running away, being alone, independent, not belonging. ‘Free to be a student of life rather than the recipient of an existence.’ Sometimes I choose the struggle of the existence but boy oh boy how does this hurt my body, a student of life feels spacious and joyful and the more I appreciate this way of living the less I will choose the struggle.

Freedom is a choice we all can have. When we choose to connect with the spark of who we are, and make that our daily choice, we are truly free, and it is a blessed way of living.
I love how so many of these points are things that come down to very practical choices that can be studied and explored every day. They are dependent on me claiming my true nature and not following a dogma or another person. In The Way of The Livingness, there are no followers, only leaders.
For me, true religion is The Way of The Livingness for it accepts everyone as an equal. At times I might have lost my way but I have not thrown-in the towel and am still doing my best to be a dedicated student. For those whom I have seen as either lesser or more than, I accept full responsibility and it is now time for me to deepen my connection so I can deepen my connection to my soul!

The Livingness is a continuing choice in each and every moment and the ease of how this is done is how much focus or conscious presence is maintained. For me after 12 years I have many things to learn about being focused and therefore holding my Livingness consistently!

I am free to live all the love that I am… strange to write that when one would think it should be so natural. Yet it has taken the help of Serge Benhayon, the teachings, other practitioners, and the community, to show me that the normal I had accepted is not it, and what is possible (and can be so simple) to embrace all the love in me and share that consistently.
I like to add that I am free of the restrictions that the earthly life was holding me to, and with that I have become the vessel through which Divine power can work on earth.

It is my birthday today and it feels so timely to read this beautiful blog Rebecca and reflect on my life thus far and see the so many ways I have reclaimed it, that I am now at 63, like you “Free to be a student of life rather than the recipient of an existence.” I owe this to Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon who have taught me to be myself and live my way in the way of the Livingness.
Ingrid Ward mentioned in the comments above that she felt she was studying a PhD in living, it does feel like that. My love of life and people and learning has been rekindled, and because of that I am being ‘educated’ in every moment. I’ve decided I am going for my ‘Master’s’ 🙂 Love is the greatest qualification.

Thank you Rebecca, reading this at this moment I know I am free as well. The greatest freedom is to know who I truly am and to be able to choose to live this in life. I am a student of The Way of the Livingness because I am not perfect but at least I have the freedom to know who I am and with time I will come to live this in full again.

Reading this blog reminded that I am a student of my soul and my journey is the return back to living in way which supports that connection.
Each time I read this blog, Rebecca, I get a new depth of appreciation for the level of wisdom that being a student of The Way of The Livingness continues to bring. One that comes from love (Soul) and one that does not (spirit). Once we have that understanding and lived experience, it is about choosing how we live that in daily life and being aware of which energy we are expressing in each moment. I too am a student of the Way of the Livingness. I am getting closer to really be free to be me, to be 100% commited to God.
I too am a student of The Way of The Livingness and thus I feel the freedom to take responsibility for the choices I am making to either evolve or not. No rules or a higher force is telling me what to do or how to be. It is simply me listening to my body and choosing what I know to be true or not. I know it is entirely up to me and I can not blame God or any-one or anything outside of myself for how long it will take me to return to where I have come from.

Absolutely Divine Rebecca. I too am a student of the Way of the Livingness ~ it has changed my life. I have been supported to re-connected to the divine spark that has forever lived inside of me, as it does in all others, after searching outside of myself to be “saved” for so long. It was amazing to re-read this powerful testimony Rebecca. To reconnect to the truth about God, religion in its purest most sacred meaning, to myself and to humanity brings home absolute freedom. To be constantly inspired to return back to the love that I am and share this with everybody else is beyond what I thought was possible before. I used to baulk at the word religion somewhat, associating it with the atrocities and abuses that have been claimed as justified as they were in its name. For me now I can say with certainty that The Way of the Livingness is a representation of true religion.

Thank you Rebecca, this is a very powerful blog, today this line stood out for me ” It means I am free to feel the energy that precedes each choice and informs each thought”. I realised yesterday just how hugely my life has changed since meeting Serge Benhayon and becoming a Student of the Livingness. There are so many more things I have become aware of, so much has been opened up to me, and also through my own choice to feel and see. It is huge when I stop, and really allow myself to be aware of and appreciate it. Before this I was bound by so many ideals and beliefs, something I am working on to let go of and release, but really before meeting Serge, it was almost like I was blind to see and feel the truth of the world and me, and how life can really be. Even though I knew there was another way, nothing made sense until I met Serge and became a Student of the Livingness and Ageless Wisdom. And the thing is it is nothing huge on the outside that has changed, yes there are noticeable things, but it has all come from and is within me.
And…I am free to know what it means to be free.

Rebecca, I love reading this blog, not only for looking at your gorgeous face and that of Serge Benhayon’s but also because it sums up exactly how I feel, especially feeling that connection to God and our inner-heart through our breath. No-thing can ever take that connection away once it’s been established.
Rebecca what a wonderful expression of what a student of the livingness is about. Serge Benhayon’s presentations and the healing modalities he practices are so positively life changing because of exactly what you describe. They have helped me to evaluate and honestly review the seemingly “free society” I live in that actually holds me in a total illusion of freedom to choose but only within a certain allowable choices, making it so much harder to choose from the wisdom of the inner heart and body. The Way of The Livingness supports all, not just directly the students.
I strongly agree Zoe, humanity as a whole benefits from The Way of The Livingness, whether they have heard of it before or not. The Way of The Livingness presents another way of living – a harmonious way of living, just to have these ideas out there circulating in society makes a massive difference. This makes me think of the story I heard about how monkeys on an island started peeling their bananas, and without any possible contact monkeys on other islands also started peeling their bananas. We are all connected so if someone starts to behave in a more loving and responsible way others feel this example wether they see it or not. Magic.

Great sharing Michelle. I can completely relate. I had fooled myself into believing that I was doing ok that life was pretty good compared to some, and that I should be grateful for what I’ve got. But I know now that this is the biggest trick that keeps us small. We have accepted a level of existing and surviving in life to get by and have fooled ourselves into thinking that this is it. But this is certainly not it. Since committing to being a student of the way of the livingness my life has changed in extraordinary ordinary ways. My awareness and understanding of myself and others has incresed dramatically. I live a much more commited and truly purposeful life with a sense of ease that it had never previously experienced. Life is no longer a chore but an unfolding process of learning, simplicity, magic and joy. These transformations are nothing short of everyday living miracles.
Your honesty here Michelle is so powerful. We are the miracle makers if so choose to be, and it all starts with our daily choices.
Now that’s a testimony! Gorgeously written and expressed Rebecca. If only I could offer that clarity and power to those who ask me about Universal Medicine. Sometimes I am stuck for words and go into my head trying to make them get it or understand the principles rather than purely feeling what I have learnt and continue to learn about myself and life and expressing that to the inquirer with no investment in them ‘getting it’. I cannot truly give anything as it is already inside them and perhaps that is what I must connect to first.

It amazes me how so many religions such as Muslim, Christianity, Jehovah’s witness, Buddhism etc, have so many restrictions and rules that must be followed. However for this first time I am seeing a religion that allows a person to be free of all the rules and lets you feel and choose your own choices. This religion is called They way of the Livingness.

This is the first religion I feel drawn to as it makes simple sense, is nothing mystical or for only a few special people. This religion is living from my inner-heart, making love my first and for most focus in my daily life and live that love with myself and all others. This religion tells me I am universal and much more than just a physical body and I am amazing because of all that.
Rebecca, as I reread this I have a deeper appreciation for the Way of the Livingness. To be free comes with the attachment of free from responsibility. To be free is to be aware of who I am, this comes with a grandness, an equality, a unity, a love that is in us all and holds us all as one. To be aware is to be free and the grand responsibility is knowing we are all one and whether we choose to align with oneness or resist, we can’t not feel that choice in every part of us.
