Connection, Choice & Energy: Are You the Pilot or is Autopilot Running You?

by Rosie Bason, Mullumbimby

I have been a student of Universal Medicine for over 3 years now and have recently had some ‘aha’ moments. We know that Einstein proved the fact that everything is energy. Serge Benhayon of Universal Medicine elaborated on this teaching by saying, “If everything is energy, therefore everything is because of energy”.

Since this was brought to my awareness I have been really paying attention to energy and feeling into what is happening around me – seeing the effect of one thing on the next.

What I’ve found is that we use energy to run our bodies. We can also choose a form of energy to run our bodies that is loving. And like a good quality fuel that you use for your car – you get great results from it. Continue reading “Connection, Choice & Energy: Are You the Pilot or is Autopilot Running You?”

A Choice to Heal by Choosing Love

by Michael Goodhart, Vermont, USA

I’d like to share some experiences I’ve recently had that I feel were made possible by applying some principles that I have learned through my participation in Universal Medicine workshops and Esoteric Healing sessions. The main point being that our lives are greatly the result of the choices we make in every moment, and that if those choices are loving ones, we can heal patterns that may otherwise repeat themselves in order to show us where attention is needed. Self-Love and Inspiring Love in Another

by Gina, Brisbane, Australia

Often self-help workshops can be perceived as being money-spinners. Well, recently, for $5, I attended a presentation about Women’s health. It explored how women’s often punishing schedules, juggling a myriad of roles including carer, mother, partner, employer or employee, are affecting their overall health and well-being. The presentation proposed the consideration to self-nurture and self-love as a possible means to address vitality, energy levels, and feelings of overwhelm.

The example given was to consider how much time we spend getting ourselves ready in the morning. I realised I got dressed, cleaned my teeth then brushed my hair whilst my car was warming up and the garage door was being opened. At the same time, I had been having huge issues with getting my 3 1/2 year old daughter dressed; she refused to do it herself or let someone help her. Recently, we’d been leaving the house with her in her pyjamas because it all just got too hard. Continue reading “Self-Love and Inspiring Love in Another”

Separateness or Connection

by Dr Rachel Hall, Holistic Dentist, Kenmore Brisbane

During my life, I thought who “I” was, was contained inside my skin. Like most people, I felt I had to protect myself from what was outside. As I aged and matured, I believed that “I” was also my family and my friends and my community. That “I” was defined by the things that I did, the roles that I played, my gender, culture and nationality along with the possessions that I owned. Through the revelations and techniques presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, I have been able to open my heart again, reconnecting to me and how I feel inside. I know who I am, that I come from love and that all is one; there is no true separateness.

We have to create separateness; it is not our natural way of being. Whenever I create separateness, I cut myself off from God, from love, from healing and from humanity.  Continue reading “Separateness or Connection”

Sticks And Stones May Break Your Bones… But Words Can Do Far Greater Damage

How many of us were told when we were young that “sticks and stones may break your bones but words will never hurt you?”. Were we taught to ignore our feelings and disregard any inner-pain as if this didn’t really exist because they were just ‘words’ and there wasn’t a bruise, break or any other obvious sign to prove these words had injured us?

I often smile at my five year old’s fascination with bruises – that we can be bleeding on the inside and yet there is no blood on the outside. How can this be?

What else could be going on inside us that we can’t always see on the outside? Continue reading “Sticks And Stones May Break Your Bones… But Words Can Do Far Greater Damage”

To Expose or Incite – That is the Question

by Rowena Stewart, England

The recent events in Australia at the Lennox Head Community Hall on Friday evening, 12th October 2012, have prompted me to investigate further the philosophy of one David Millikan, a Reverend of the Uniting Church in Australia. On this night, David Millikan turned up (unannounced) at a public lecture given by Serge Benhayon of Universal Medicine. The event is held on a monthly basis and is open to anyone who wishes to attend. Attendees from across Australia were present; people from all walks of life from dentists, doctors, nurses and lawyers to teachers, hairdressers, students, families and single parents. These people had gathered together that night to listen to a lecture on health, wellbeing and how to live more harmoniously whilst keeping up with the demands of life in modern society.
